The 1 Bitcoin Show- Living vicariously vs the new counterculture of personal responsibility - Duration: 11:40.

Hello everyone this is adam meister the bitcoinmeister the disrupt meister

welcome to the one bitcoin show today is March the 4th 2018 strong hand long-term

thinking alright this is a pre-taped show but this is for everyone watching

on Sunday I hope you enjoy it it'll be a little bit different I'm probably on a

plane right now but we'll get some live shows again when I'm in South Africa so

I want to talk about living vicariously through others versus personal

responsibility and what that entails and tied into Bitcoin and cryptocurrency

first off check out the links section below and just to watch the archives

watch what these shows are usually like and I'll just say right now check out

tech ball Tec Tec HB alt to follow me on Twitter and especially now because I'll

be doing Twitter updates hopefully from the airport this is that's really

important you follow me and steam it at bitcoinmeister and again I'm just gonna

say this once during the show seriously pound that like button so

people find out about this unique show does this show is a little bit different

there are a lot of people out there who young guys out there who watch

cryptocurrency channels and want to learn about Bitcoin want to learn about

trading want to learn about some I guess risk-taking aspects of Bitcoin and if

they want to learn I think I think that's a positive one can take out of

this I try to teach people about the more conservative aspects of Bitcoin and

cryptocurrency my policy as all of you know is just just buying a whole Bitcoin

I just hold Bitcoin I don't trade Bitcoin don't sell Bitcoin I don't worry

about the price and I tell people to think long terms and try to plan their

life and it's more than just a Bitcoin

lifestyle for me and this is my lifestyle I am NOT an impulsive person I

think long-term I live a modest lifestyle I don't splurge and it's paid

off while I get to travel around the world and I do that I don't do that in a

very expensive way I save money when I'm trying to go across the world I stay at

Airbnb zhis I mean I don't go to the extravagant hotels or anything like that

but we had people here in in our ecosystem who really get a kick out of

watching see people like get into arguments on about cryptocurrency and

Bitcoin which coin is better oh I want to see you debate that guy I want it I

want that debater to make the other debater cry and just as if people are

trying to live vicariously through some of the personalities on the Internet as

if this is a form of entertainment a gladiator type of entertainment and

instead of them you know getting out there and participating in competitive

sports they want to sit down on the internet and watch people debate and

hurt each other and argue about cryptocurrency and to tell you the truth

that is not a productive lifestyle at all your first of all you're admitting

that you're living through others but at the same time it's negative why do you

why do you want to see people put each other down or hurt each other just yell

at each other and you're not really learning there you're more you're

watching for the entertainment purposes I think it best suits a young guy a

young person whoever anybody is mostly guys out there to try to learn every

time they watch something to seek out people who

are teaching not people who are trying to make big scenes and use flashy titles

and get into arguments with keep on and try to convince others they're winning

some mythical battle against some mythical other queen or entity or

developing a conspiracy theory so one can blame others because these doom

stories or they're entertaining entertaining sure you know let's blame

the US government create a whole story around how they're gonna take how

they're behind Bitcoin it's it's entertaining plates it wastes your time

and again you're living vicariously through through other people I'm the

type of person whose stress is actually going out there and doing things learn

and once you've learned apply that to real life and like what can I do to get

more Bitcoin well first of all you can just you can sing even by I know I know

that doesn't seem very exciting but this is a time where personal responsibility

is the new counterculture and I want you to think about that line I came out that

line a few days ago weeks ago I don't even remember now but I'm going with

that thing man I am going with that language you can apply to every aspect

of your life you can be one of those people who got fooled into the easy

money it connects tam and you didn't pay

attention to people warning you didn't learn but now you have now you can say

oh it was X Y and Z's fault they were promoting this it's their fault it's not

my thought at all or you can take personal responsibility and say you know

what it's my fault I didn't do the research I was into mostly watching

videos about people debating about nonsense

I wanted to see people yelling each other online and make a point to stop

the other grant guy into the ground get a big kick out of it and instead of like

actually learning the basics behind some cryptocurrency so

I'm gonna go back now I'm taking personal responsibility and I'm gonna

learn and I'm gonna not make this mistake again and in life in general we

have so many people who don't want to take personal responsibility about their

life doing well the governor don't just take care of my insurance I don't yeah

or the government will feed me I'll just get all the food stamps and I won't work

I won't work I won't try to better myself the government there's so much

welfare United States of America I can just live off of that and I can worry I

can live off of some friends for a little while and live over the

government I don't want to get a job again this is so this is my personal

responsibility is a new isn't an encounter for sure because people are

out there looking for scapegoats oh it was the gun neck did that it wasn't the

person it wasn't McGee man to blame everything on and you know if you get

stuck in a situation where you're in a in a bad place you put yourself in that

bad place and you never figure out how to not be in bad places anymore and

there there's your personal responsibilities so you can live

vicariously through other people and also blame people for all of your

problems in life and not be in motion and just stay where you are and you

probably can you know live a life that way but is it a productive life if you

take the next step toward personal responsibility toward being in motion it

can be such a more productive life and again hardly anyone out I say only 20%

of the people out there are taking personal responsibilities for themselves

personal responsibilities result so there you go right there

be part of that's the key to being part of the 20 percent when you can say you

know what I'm not perfect I'm gonna try to learn from my mistakes here I'm

trying to build I'm trying to meet others I'm not gonna rely on other

people I'm not I'm not in it for the cheap hits I'm out there watching stuff

trying to learn and it's better than me and it's getting me more money this

again or more wealth because yeah that I think back to right now it with a

be private situation there are a lot of people who are like oh it's not red guy

the one who got his butt kicked by Richard Hart oh I love that debate with

Richard Hart it looked like he was gonna make Rhett cry and okay so you that's

what you get out of Rhett but meanwhile then there were the 20 percenters who

were like okay there's this red guy he went to MIT and he's creating this

really unique fork and there's this way to get it for kind of cheap a shortcut

to this fork the Z classic thing let me look into that more so there were some

people that that looked into that aspect of what Rhett had to bring to the table

but then there were just these reactionaries that were just like oh

yeah man Richard Hart kicked his butt yeah he's became guys beat kasher he

kicked that beat cashews but that's all I learn know about that dude I'm just

gonna sit back here and you know smoke some doobie and watch Richard Hart and

see Richard Hart getting to some more art and nothing Richard Hart you know

there's some there's some issues about Richard Hart now that I'm learning or

whatever but cool I mean I had him on the show before but um if all you're

getting out of Richard Hart and and read is just like let's see this guy's debate

yeah man I wish I could beat up Brett yeah I'm living through I mean you're in

the wrong you're in the wrong on line of work here dudes you should when you're

when you're learning about people like Rhett you should like Trek figure out

what that dude is what you need things to do to bring to the table for the

cryptocurrency ecosystem and he he just did brick he just brought one of the

most unique projects ever to our ecosystem and there are many people

people out there who found out about it in December who have two already done

very well for themselves for various reasons like I'm getting to all the

aspects of the z-class I mean you know that there was some risk-taking about

obviously there were people who learn from read and then there were people who

were just like yeah you got booked so don't be wanna don't be one of those

dudes be a 20% or think long term and understand that yet personal

responsibility is the new counterculture don't live vicariously through all these

characters on the Internet try to learn from them try to better

yourself found that like button I've said it twice okay i'm adam meister the

bitcoinmeister the disrupt meister remember to subscribe this channel like

this video share this video check out the minute section below ok if you're an

unhealthy person to in life you know don't don't blame it on oh I can't I

can't afford this I can't afford that food I can't be able to afford food earn

HOW I GOT RID OF ACNE SCARS AND PIGMENTATION 💁🏻✨| Lindsie Pham - Duration: 9:29.

Hi loves, feels like it's been ages!

A few weeks back I've asked for your opinions

on my Instagram and Facebook page about acne care

I realised your biggest concern was scars and pigmentation

To be honest, I've suffered those problems myself

If you've seen my previous videos

you'd know my skin had been really sensitive and had a lot of acne

I had to take those pimples out afterwards and that left red marks on my skin

Without proper care those marks can become dark spots and ugly scars

That's why today I decided to share with you how I got rid of skin pigmentation

and brightened up skin tone

Especially these products are so amazing but they don't really cost that much

Don't forget to drop a Like

and Subscribe to join my awesome fam

Shall we begin with the first product?

Talking about brightening, you should never forget vitamin C

Not only vitC can be consumed by mouth, it also can be absorbed by skin

And the benefits are:

Prevents the formation and fades melanin pigments

Skin brightening

Contains antioxidants that fight free radicals that age your skin

Activates collagen production and rejuvenates

However, vitC is unstable and hard to be absorbed completely

therefore products that contain vitC usually aren't efficient

And if you don't use it the right way or with the right products, your skin will protest

VitC product that I've been absolutely loving is Melano CC by Rohto

Don't the company name sound so familiar?!

Anybody here also uses V.Rohto?

Honestly, everytime I tried a new product on my skin I had to be really careful

*trying to get the word right*

Because our skin is so precious

You just can't fck around :))

Especially whitening products act strongly on our skin

Without the right product, like I said, our skin will definitely protest

But based on research I've found out Melano CC was the best seller for skin brightening in Japan

From May 2016 to April 2017 according to Intage market study

And this product is taken right from Japanese market so we can be assured of its quality

Its main ingredient is pure vitamin C

Like I said, vitC is unstable and hard to be absorbed completely

but Melano CC also contains vitamin E

to stabilise vitamin C and help it absorb deeper and better

I really like this compact design because it's easy to bring with

And also the head is designed in such a way to prevent oxidation

The serum is in transparent liquid oil

It feels warm when applied because the vitC is acting on skin

And will feel dry after it's fully absorbed

After a short time using this product my skin tone has become brighter and more even

Especially the pigmentation is gone really fast

I think people with natural freckles can also use this product if you want the freckles to fade

But you might need more time to see the expected result

In the morning I'll apply this after toner, before moisturiser and sunscreen

(you can also use it at night)

Because pure vitamin C is rich in antioxidants

which helps suncreen to be more effective

If you have sensitive skin, you should adjust usage so your skin has time to get familiar with the product

You can start by using it moderately

then depending on how sensitive your skin is that you can increase or decrease

or you can just dab it on the targeted areas

If you have oily skin, you can totally enjoy this product

because pure vitamin C can control oil

So you don't need to worry whether your skin will become more oily using it

However, never forget to use your moisturiser!

The next product is tanamu oil

This oil sounds so strange to me, this is the first time I've heard of it

I found this product while shopping at ATZ

The benefits of this oil were written:

Heals wounds, scars, promotes new healthy skin tissues

Anti-aging, fight wrinkles, antimicrobial and acne care

Sounds so amazing? That's why I bought it

Other than that this product also contains coconut oil

Coconut oil benefits...

It will take the whole day to list them out

But the main benefit that I want to highlight today is skin brightening

Therefore this mixture will help heal wounds and scars,

brightens skin tone, anti-aging with deep moisture and rejuvenates

Can also be used as an effective hair oil treatment

The smell is natural

However, the down side is this product has a heavy oil texture

It can clog pores and cause acne for some skin

I think it's because of the coconut oil inside

Technically coconut oil is heavier than tanamu oil

So if your skin cannot stand coconut oil, please feel free to go for the pure tanamu oil selection

If your skin cannot take any kind of oil at all, you can use tanamu oil only on the targeted areas

And if your skin reacts well with oil, this is a really great and natural product for you

but because it's natural it will take some time to see result so be patient!

Next is also a natural product which is honey

I love using natural products because not only they're safe, they're also effective and low in price

Honey acts well in skin brightening, antimicrobial and pore clearing,

also anti-aging and gives that healthy glow

A product that is not only good for acne care but also acne scars and pigmentation

I usually use pure Manuka honey

which is a type of honey formed when a bee sucks up nectar from Manuka flowers only in New Zealand

Highest in antimicrobial and also other significant uses

However, if it's hard to buy, just go with the normal ones because they still have a hell lot of benefits

But be aware of the fake ones!

Today I'll share with you my 3 types of homemade honey masks

to brighten your skin, cure pigmentation, fight acne and bacteria

The first mask is only honey

I use a little bit of lime juice because it can brighten skin tone and control oil

But only a fair bit of amount, don't overdo it

Use this mask on your face and let it sit for 20 minutes, then rinse

The second mask is spirulina honey

Spirulina will give your skin a healthy glow, antimicrobial and antioxidant

It can act as a skin detox

Mix them well with a fair bit of lime juice

and let it sit on your skin for 20 minutes before rinsing it off

The third mask is turmeric yogurt honey

This is a mask that I really loved, I used to do it 2~3 times a week

Lately I had acne so I began using it again and the results were the same

Turmeric powder can heal wounds and brightens skin tone

However it can make your skin yellow after use, so I suggest to use this mask at night

Yogurt can help your skin get brighter and more glowy, antimicrobial and anti-acne

Overall I think this mask is a wonderful mixture for healthier skin

that I really love!

To see results faster you can use honey mask as a replacement of cleanser in the morning

Because of the natural factors you can use honey mask everyday

If you use it everyday just let it sit for 10 minutes only

And the last step is to use sunscreen

Sunscreen... Sunscreen... is a panacea

PANACEA!

All of the efforts that you put in healing and brightening your skin

will be for nothing if you skip sunscreen!

Even for days that you don't see the sun,

please wear your sunscreen because the UV rays are still there

(and use Melano CC underneath!)

If you find this video useful please share it with your family, friends, ...

or...

your Facebook!

All the product details are in description box

I hope this video will help you get the results that you want

Please Like and Subscribe =^.^=

Lots of loveeeeee~

Basically, Simon wastes all of us.

That leads into the shredder because he leaves us all

We have to be safe with everything.

So there was a lot, a lot, a lot of shredder meetings

You know, all of the different ways we could make this work.

We've been shooting with this great, big trash compactor,

which is compacting my people, my scavengers.

Man: Loosen up, loosen up.

Gennarino: Going from the badass, right,

to a walker was a lot harder than I thought.

It's a lot of coordination.

We have to really make sure we're all in the right place.

There's a lot of things to listen for.

Simons: We built a green-screen deck that sits down,

right on top of the teeth.

But then I put a very small layer of pads in there.

And then I had my stunt people walking in

and falling about 2 feet down into this.

Then we raised it up, and we made it foot level,

and we had some of our extra friends

just, basically, doing footfalls.

Kalinoski: They fall in, and we'll see them

getting chewed up in the belly of this thing.

Basically, what we do is use them for a base

for creating CG models that we could augment

into this shot of them falling in and getting chewed up.

We'll take some of the footage that we actually shot

and marry those two together with some other CG elements

of the actual walkers.

Gennarino: So it truly going to be blood, guts, gore,

everything popping out of it

and then rolling out on the conveyor belt

and hearing the bone crunching and organs splishing and all.

It's just gonna be epic.

I got to see the gears grinding

and all the goo and all the mulch in there,

and it was all red, and I was grinning like a child,

and I was thinking, "Yeah, I've become...

[Chuckling] I've become one of those horror fans

that's like, "Yayy! More blood."

You know, more gore, but it just looks amazing.

It felt like playtime.

Huth: It's a very unique sequence, even for us.

It's super-cool, and it's super-gory,

and it's a great, gross way to kill a bunch of walkers.

Gennarino: But epic, epic stuff.

It's a good way to go. [Laughs]

It's, definitely, a really good way to go.

This is called a shuffle feel.

Its different than straight up and down.

What Im doing is kinda putting more emphasis on the down and shorter on the up.

One way to think about this is in triplets- Ta- ta ta ta ta ta ta.

I often have students clap up the strum pattern or the feel before they even try strumming.

So it sounds like this Ta- ta ta ta ta ta ta.

Another good thing to practice just to get that feel is just put your hands over the

strings so that you can just make a sound ta- ta ta ta ta ta ta.

On the guitar, we always make the down strum longer and the up strum shorter to make a

shuffle feel.

For now, lets just go ahead and try to get that shuffle feel with the chord.

Im making an E chord again.

Go ahead and play along if you can.

We will go nice and slow.

So its ta- ta ta ta ta ta ta.

You can think 123 123.

I prefer to get it by feel ta- ta ta ta ta ta ta.

So now lets turn this into a full fledge strum.

Were gonna have a little technique called MUTE.

The mute is the technique where you hit the string and palm at the same time so your just

letting a little bit of sound to escape before you choke if off.

So listen what it sounds like.

You actually hear the E chord just a little bit before I choke it off but barely.

Its okay if you think you dont hear nothing rather than - something like that.

So practice that with me a little bit.

Were gonna hit down and choke with the palm in your hand.

Again.

One more time.

So if this is new for you, practice it a little bit each day.

Youll see you just get better and better at it.

Dont worry if you dont get it all that you want and it just doesnt come up perfect.

One little trick I wanna tell you.

When Im muting the strings, Im often also lifting a little bit of pressure of my

left hand, kinda help it out.

To do it together, make a more distinct mute.

Not necessary but keep that in mind as you start getting the palming try releasing your

left hand a little bit on the strings to kind a mute it on both sides so to speak.

So with that said, heres the basic strum.

Were gonna do half a strum and all we gonna do is repeat that twice to make one full strum

so its down, up and then that mute.

And your pick should be down and up so thats half strum, two beats.

1 and 2 and try that much with me with a pick, ready go.

Down up mute up.

How did you do?

Did it come out okay?

Try it again.

Come on.

Ready go.

Down up mute up.

Now were gonna do it twice in a row and that makes one full strum.

1 and mute this time mute up 3 and 4 and try one more time.

Okay one more time.

Here we go 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and mute.

Yeah!

That was better, okay.

So the basic strum is you practice it little by little and pick it up.

Youll see it actually gets easier when play a little faster but you get the right

movement first.

Your aiming for this.

So if youre not there yet, come back to the video after you practice along and try playing

along with me a little bit to see if you kinda copy my emotions.

Once you get comfortable with the strum pattern, not perfect I said just comfortable, you wanna

apply it to a 12 bar blues chord pattern.

I made a whole separate video for that and I put a link up in a corner of a card so that

you can get to that easily.

DIY Simple Matcha Face Mask + Scientific Evidence - Duration: 3:00.

Hey guys, my name is Michelle Fredrick and I am one of the co-founders here at

Matcha Konomi. Today I'm going to show you how to make my favorite face mask. I love

this mask because it only needs two ingredients, just matcha water, and it's

great for all skin types. This mask is going to leave your face feeling fresh

brightened and tightened so let's get started!

Now you're going to need about 2 teaspoons of high quality matcha, a whisk

or a spoon, or something just to mix the Matcha into a paste, some warm water, and

an applicator. But you could just use your fingers as well. Now you're going to

start by adding just a splash of warm water to your 2 teaspoons of Matcha, just

a little bit, not too much because you don't want it to be too thin. You want a

nice thick paste. As we are doing this mask let's talk about the evidence

behind the skin benefits of Matcha. It's all about the catechins and particularly

the EGCG. EGCG is believed to protect and benefit the skin by its antioxidant

activity. These particular antioxidants are known to protect your skin against

free radicals, which can be formed due to many things such as UV light. Those free

radicals can enhance the progression of skin aging, wrinkles, and pigmentation. A

very interesting study was published in January 2018 in the International

Journal of molecular science they studied and analyzed the effect of EGCG

on the skin cells in vitro, which means in a lab setting not on living humans.

Among the findings were it can improve the moisturizing power of the

keratinocytes, or skin cells, which can maintain the skin barrier more firmly.

Under UV radiation condition EGCG can reduce the cellular damage, and increase

hydration capacity of the skin barrier. EGCG demonstrates anti-wrinkling and

anti-aging properties. This is one of the many studies that evaluates the benefits

of EGCG. Really there is a lot of data out there

supporting this and the most beautiful thing is all you need is Matcha and

water, and maybe some honey but don't buy those mantra masks that are filled with

chemicals. They are more expensive you might not know exactly what kind of Matcha

they're using, or what else is in there, and even if they claim those chemicals

and preservatives are safe, can they guarantee doesn't interfere with the

Matcha benefits?
