Setup Wikitude project for EPSON Moverio BT-300 and BT-350 - Duration: 6:58.

Welcome to this tutorial on how to create an AR Experience on the EPSON MOVERIO BT-300 and BT-350 with the Wikitude SDK.

First you need to download the SDK package from the Wikitude website -> www.wikitude.com/download

Choose the tab "SDK for Smart Glasses" and download the package for EPSON MOVERIO.

While it is downloading we create a new project in Android studio.

We do not need backwards compatibility or a generated layout for this demo.

Now that we have a project we need to copy the required libraries.

Needed libraries are the Wikitude SDK and the Epson SDK.

Those libraries can be found in the Wikitude Epson Package we just downloaded in Examples/SDKExamples/wikitude-sdk-samples/libs.

Copy the wikitudesdk.aar and BT300Ctrl.jar into the new Android project app/libs folder.

Once we added those libraries we have to add them as dependencies of the app,

we can do this by adding "implementation files('libs/BT300Ctrl.jar', 'libs/wikitudesdk.aar')" into dependencies of build.gradle.

Sync the project and check if everything works so far.

Adding the required permissions for the Wikitude SDK to the manifest is what we have to do next.

After finishing the basic setup we can start developing our app.

First we need a field for the WearableArchitectView which is the View containing the camera and augmentations.

In onCreate we call its constructor with the Context as parameter and set it as contentView.

After that we need to create a ArchitectStartupConfiguration where we set the LicenseKey.

You can get a trial license key from http://www.wikitude.com/developer/licenses.

Once we have the configuration we call WearableArchitectView.onCreate and pass it as parameter.

We then need to call the other WearableArchitectView lifecycle methods in their respective activity lifecycle.

We need "onCreate", "onPostCreate", "onResume", "onPause" and "onDestroy".

Once this is done we can start to create the AR Experience.

Create a folder "assets" in the project directory

Copy the target image and .wtc (Target collection file) from the first image tracking sample into the created "assets" folder

Once this is done we can start to create the AR Experience.

For this we need to create a new HTML file (index.html)...

...and a Javascript file (experience.js) in the assets directory.

To enable the Wikitude library we need to add <script src="https://www.wikitude.com/libs/architect.js"></script>...

...and load the file containing our AR experience (<script src="experience.js"></script>).

To start with the AR code we create an object for the AR world with an init function.

The first thing we need is a TargetCollectionResource (.wtc).

This file contains all images that should be tracked and can be created by Wikitude's target manager -> http://targetmanager.wikitude.com

After the TargetCollectionResource we create an ImageTracker with the TargetCollectionResource as parameter.

The Tracker is responsible for recognizing and tracking the images.

Then we create an ImageResource with the image we want to use for our augmentation.

After that we create an ImageDrawable with the first parameter being the ImageResource, ...

...the second one for the scale of the augmentation compared to the largest size of the target image...

... and the third setting (optional) for rotation/translation.

To bring everything together we use an ImageTrackable.

The ImageTrackable is using the results of the tracker to draw the given drawables onto the image position.

The first parameter of the trackable is the imageTracker, ...

... the second one is a string defining which image targets this trackable can draw onto.

The third parameter of the Trackable is an options object.

There we set the drawables that should be drawn when any of the defined targets is tracked.

After that we only need to call World.init to make everything run.

Once this is done we can go back into our activity and load the AR Experience in onPostCreate with WearableArchitectView.laod("index.html").

The path can either be relative (assets folder is searched) or a absolute file:// or http(s):// path.

We will have to surround it with a try/catch to handle a potential IOException.

Now we can run and try the app.

On the first start of the App you will be asked to calibrate your glasses, ...

... or load the default calibration file.

NOW, OBVIOUSLY, GOD DOESN'T WANT US TO HATE PEOPLE.

BUT HE WANTS TO PUT SUCH A SPACE BETWEEN HOW WE FEEL ABOUT PEOPLE

AND HOW WE FEEL ABOUT HIM THAT IT WOULD ALMOST SEEM THAT THAT

AND SO THAT'S KIND OF WHAT THAT SCRIPTURE IS TALKING ABOUT.

IT'S LIKE WE HAVE TO LOVE JESUS SO MUCH THAT WE WON'T LET OUR

OWN SELF-WILL OR EVEN WHAT OTHER PEOPLE WANT US TO DO KEEP US

FROM THE WILL OF GOD.

"WHOEVER DOES NOT PERSEVERE AND CARRY HIS OWN CROSS AND COME

AFTER (AND FOLLOW) ME CANNOT BE MY DISCIPLE."

NOW, YOU CAN BE SAVED.

THERE'S A DIFFERENCE IN RECEIVING CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOR

AND BEING A FULL-ON, COMMITTED DISCIPLE.

AND A LOT OF PEOPLE WANT JUST ENOUGH OF JESUS TO STAY OUT OF

HELL BUT THEY DON'T WANT ENOUGH TO REALLY LIVE A VICTORIOUS LIFE

WHILE THEY'RE HERE AND BE A BENEFIT TO SOMEBODY OTHER THAN

THEMSELVES.

DON'T BE THE KIND OF PERSON THAT JUST DOES THE LEAST LITTLE BIT

YOU CAN GET BY WITH JUST TO SQUEAK IN THE BACK DOOR

OF HEAVEN.

"OTHERWISE," PEOPLE WILL SAY, "THIS MAN BEGAN TO BUILD AND WAS

NOT ABLE (OR WORTH ENOUGH) TO FINISH IT."

THERE'S A PLACE WHERE DAVE AND I GO BY SOMETIMES.

IT'S ACTUALLY IN ANOTHER STATE AND WE'VE DRIVEN BY THIS

SEVERAL TIMES.

IT'S KIND OF--THERE'S A LOT OF GOLFING COMMUNITIES IN THIS AREA

AND THERE'S ONE THAT WE TALK ABOUT EVERY TIME WE GO BY

BECAUSE IT HAS THIS ELABORATE ENTRANCE, A BIG GUARD GATE OUT

FRONT, A LITTLE GUARD HOUSE, AND THESE HUGE ARCHWAYS,

AND IT'S JUST THIS BEAUTIFUL GREAT OPENING THERE TO WHAT WAS

SUPPOSED TO BE A SUBDIVISION AND THE DIRT IS PLOWED UP ALONG THE

GROUND INSIDE AND THERE'S A FEW PIECES OF BUILDING MATERIAL OUT

THERE AND A LONE TRACTOR SITTING OUT THERE.

AND IT'S BEEN SITTING THERE FOR 8 YEARS AND NOBODY EVER DID

ANYTHING.

SO THAT'S SOMEBODY WHO STARTED SOMETHING AND DIDN'T CALCULATE

THE COST OF FINISHING IT.

AND IT JUST--IT REMINDS ME, EVERY TIME I GO BY THERE,

OF WHAT SO MANY PEOPLE DO WITH THEIR LIVES.

THEY START SOMETHING BUT THEN WHEN IT GETS CHALLENGING OR WHEN

Hair Transplant Surgery - How Saving and Thickening Existing Hair Maximizes Limited Hair Grafts - Duration: 9:50.

You submitted your question with a single photo of the top of your head and you're

asking a very common question. How many grafts do you need for your first transplant? Well,

I can certainly share with you a perspective that I think you may not always get from people

who are only looking at this from a purely surgical transplant perspective.

A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial

plastic and reconstructive surgeon. I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island

for over 20 years. I am also the founder of TrichoStem™ Hair Regeneration Centers. This

is a system that we developed which ultimately has defined a new category of hair loss treatment

with regenerative medicine technology and we treat patients from around the world, men

and women with a genetic pattern hair loss. And certainly, we've treated a lot of patients

who have a similar appearance as yourself.

So it is certainly a natural question to ask how many grafts do you need. Well, it's

also important to understand the other factors that impact the success of your potential

surgery. So when we evaluate a patient who comes in for hair loss management, as I mentioned,

we developed this Hair Regeneration system that was used at the time when we were doing

a lot of hair transplants. When you do a lot of hair transplants, you learn very quickly

that there are many challenges in getting a successful outcome.

Patients always want much more hair than is practically often the case to be able to actually

deliver. Why is that? Well, when you look at the top of your scalp, you fairly have

an advanced degree of hair loss. Now, when you look at the donor area, you have to look

at how much hair there is that can potentially be transplanted. Now the quality of coverage

is dependent on the density of your donor area which means if you have higher density,

you have more hair than you can transplant. And if you have thicker hair, thicker hair

covers scalp better than thinner hair. Generally speaking, that is really something than can

only be determined during the time of consultation. And when you look at the absolute amount of

scalp that needs coverage, you cannot get enough grafts even if you do multiple transplants

to get a 100% coverage comparable to before you started losing hair.

Now generally speaking, it's the desire for every patient to have as much as possible

but I would say most people are realistic about the kind of outcomes they are willing

to accept. Basically as explained often in consultation is that hair frames the face.

So you want to at least have some type of defined frontal hairline which you also don't

want to look pluggy so you need hair grafts behind.

Now with Hair Regeneration, we learned a lot about the process of helping people during

transplant but when we saw that not only did the hair grafts heal better and the donor

area healed better and that the thinning hair became thicker, I basically asked a different

question. I asked what can I do for patients who are experiencing hair thinning who are

willing to have hair transplant. What if we did the injection alone? Well, the results

actually changed the way I practiced, the way I manage patients with hair loss.

Now when someone is ready for transplantation, it's very important that someone like yourself

also think how can you slow down the progression of your hair loss and get maximum coverage.

Transplant is not a cure for hair loss. And progression can leave a lot of people who

had transplants looking not as good as they want. So whether it's using a drug like

finasteride to help slow down the progression as well as the technology that we developed

called Hair Regeneration, when we meet someone like yourself, we developed a classification

system that is a way to help patients understand how much improvement that they can potentially

get and how to strategize the coverage that they are able to achieve with any future transplantation.

We look at your current age, we look at the age that you started losing hair, the degree

of your progression, the rate of your progression, previous medical intervention and how successful

they were as well as other medical variables.

That being said, you have to understand also the long view. So for a younger person considering

transplant, the perspective and planning is going to be very different than a middle-aged

person considering transplant. And in situations like yours, I have often been quite impressed

by the effectiveness of non-surgical treatment. So using something like Hair Regeneration,

I have drawn the conclusion that a lot of times, the results that we've gotten even

with people with advanced hair loss like yours, we've gotten results that exceed not just

one but two hair transplants.

Now when it comes to hair, very often people are very ambitious about how much hair they

want to have on their scalp. And the ambition is often a challenge by the limitations whether

it's transplantation in terms of the donor area or the limitations of Hair Regeneration

with actual salvageable hairs. I always explain to our patients that hair loss is progressive

and there is no cure but there is management and management is a function of a relative

density and thickness of hairs and the longevity of the hair growth cycle that can be achieved

within the genetic permissibility. And further, being proactive is so much more effective

than being reactive.

So I think that you can certainly get some consultations and you're going to get a

wide range of ambitious, speaking of ambitious, ideas about how many hairs can be placed and

how much of result you can get in terms of number of grafts. But remember, it's not

just the number of grafts but how well they survived. But I would assert that in a strategic

way, maximizing coverage non-surgically is strategically valuable in being able to plan

out a better hair transplant because every hair that is reactivated, grown and provides

coverage is an area of scalp that doesn't need a graft and therefore, you can optimize

the strategy of using transplant. So a lot of our patients come to us like you having

advanced hair loss and then once we've maximized their coverage, they then move forward with

the transplant and it works in synergy.

Magic Mirror Sketch App Tutorial – Isometric Perspective in Sketch - Duration: 2:02.

Hey, I'm Hunter from Skillthrive and in this tutorial you'll learn how to turn

any artboard in Sketch into an isometric view in just a few clicks.

You'll need to download two Sketch plugins. The first is a Sketch Isometric

plugin and the second is a Magic Mirror plugin. Both links are in the description below.

After you're done downloading the files,

go ahead and unzip them. Then double-click on each Sketch plug-in to install them.

Open the Sketch file that has the art board you want to turn into an

isometric view. Then head to Plugins, Sketch Isometric, and Generate Isometric View.

Set the rotate, angle, depth, and scale until you get the desired look.

Next, select the artboard and head to the Magic Mirror panel on the right side of Sketch.

Select "Include in Artboards." Select the isometric shape, expand the

grouping, and select the top isometric shape. With the shape selected, head back

to the Magic Mirror panel and select the artboard from the drop down. To add color

to the sides, select the right and left isometric shapes, then go into fill and

select a color using the eyedropper tool. Head back to the top isometric shape and

duplicate it with command D. Select the bottom of the two top isometric layers

and then turn off the top fill of the shape. Select the bottom fill and use the

color that you used for the sides. Use your arrow keys to move this layer down

to enhance the isometric effect. Blur the edges of the shape by adding a Gaussian

blur and fine-tune the effect by adjusting the overall capacity.
