[LOCKER GUIDEBOOK]

[HIDDEN TRACK NO.V A new corner!] HIDDEN TRACK NO.V.

- Tuesdays with Sana, - Momo. - Talk show!

TuesdaySanaMomoShow!

Please show us the topic.

The 2nd topic is...

[What is the 2nd topic of the talk show?] It's!

[A new topic following last week's topic on diet!]

Love! We're going to talk about love.

Music and love is like a set

they always go with each other.

We're curious to hear what stories the 2 teams

have about music and love.

We asked the two team's lockers to

prepare stories and items

as well as love about today's topic.

Shall I start out?

[What is ARRAN's item on "love"?]

[A picture with someone?] It's a photograph.

It's my little sister.

[So adorable] Really?

[Why did she bring a picture of her and her sister?] I thought a while about "love"

ever since I first heard the topic

and for as long as I can remember,

the person I love the most has been my little sister.

[So moving] So I brought a photo of her.

Love between couples isn't the only kind of love there is.

- Yeah. - That's right.

I love my sister so much.

What kind of sister is your little sister to you, ARRAN?

We goof around a lot together

but I want to do everything for her.

- So nice. - That's nice.

In the animation "Frozen"...

Is Elsa the older one, and Anna the younger sister?

We say that love can be serious between any two people,

and I think that applies to ARRAN and her little sister as well.

What love song are you going to sing for us?

I'm going to sing IU's "A Gloomy Clock".

It's not completely related to love

but my sister sand this once and I thought,

"she sing much better than I do".

It might be because I love her so much

but I did think that she might be a better singer than me.

[A song that her sister liked and sang, "A Gloomy Clock"] So I'm going to sing that song here.

[ARRAN will think about her sister as she sings this song!] I'll dedicate it to my sister.

To my little sister.

IU looks so great singing and playing the guitar

- when she performs. - Yes.

- Can you play the guitar for her? - Me?

Is it possible?

I've heard of this song before so if

ARRAN says yes, I'd love to play the melody on the piano.

- It would be an honor. - Shall we give it a try?

[SBGB is going to join ARRAN spontaneously] Yeowoon can

[Yeowoon with her perfect pitch can join!] participate too.

- You have perfect pitch. - With the perfect pitch.

- Shall we give it a try? - Try it? - Great. - Wow.

ARRAN and SBGB's performance of "A Gloomy Clock".

["A Gloomy Clock (originally by: IU) Song: ARRAN/ Instrumental: SBGB]

[ARRAN X SBGB did a great collaboration] - Thank you. - That was great.

It's so nice that we're here on HIDDEN TRACK NO.V together and

although it's not an official collaboration, the 2 teams worked on the song

on the spot and so well too.

- Isn't it great? - Yeah. It really is.

[Give and take] - All thanks to SBGB. - ARRAN is the best!

- Sana is the best! Momo is the best! - The best! - It was so nice.

Then let's see what SBGB's item of love is.

Shall we open it?

It's a red umbrella.

- A red umbrella? - An umbrella? - It must be about a first love.

[Close your eyes and imagine] On a cold rainy evening,

a couple was sharing an umbrella

in a dark alley.

We imagined the situation.

The weather outside is cold and chilly

but the temperature between the couple is rising for some reason.

[Somewhat cheesy] We imagined something like that.

And honestly, it's based on my experience.

[Whispers] From when?

[Can't remember] When I was 20? 21? 20!

[Fact bomb] - So it was ages ago. - No it wasn't.

So cute.

A passionate age.

[So that's how SBGB's song was made] There's a song titled "Under The Umbrella".

It's one of our songs.

Whenever I see a couple sharing an umbrella

I think this song will come to my mind.

Shall we listen to the song? "Under The Umbrella".

1, 2, 3, 4.

["Under the Umbrella" by SBGB]

- Thank you. - Great~

- Sana, do you know this saying? - What?

Power of love~

- Power of love. - Yes, there's a saying like that.

The power of love is amazing.

And I hope that SBGB and ARRAN

get more love from lots of fans

and become more powerful and influential musicians in the future.

TWICE will always be cheering for SBGB and ARRAN.

- Tuesdays with Sana, - Momo. - Talk show! TuesdaySanaMomoShow!

- And shall we introduce the last topic now? - Yes.

I think you'll all know by now.

[2018. 7. 24(TUE) PM 7:00 (KST) OPEN!] It will be continued next week.

Bye~

Come watch us again next week too.

Essence Of Murli 01-08-2018 - Duration: 6:46.

Om Shanti !

Today's Murli Date Is 1st August 2018

( In Bhagvad Gita, there is a sloka " the one who has firm faith wins, a doubtful mind loses " . Today Baapdada has imparted knowledge on this topic)

Essence:Sweet children, become victorious by having faith in the intellect.

Only on the basis of your faith can you become worthy of the kingdom of heaven.

The first faith you need to have is that God has become the Teacher and is teaching you.

Question: Although the Father is the Almighty Authority, why does He not do everything through inspiration?

Answer: Baba says: I am the Ocean of Knowledge. I have to come to speak knowledge.

If a professor were to sit at home, how would he be able to teach?

I have to educate you children and make you worthy and give you the inheritance of heaven.

This is why I come and take the support of a body. You children should not have the slightest doubt about this.

Song: The rain of knowledge is for those who are with the Beloved

Essence for dharna: 1. Don't be influenced by any old habits and thereby perform wrong actions.

Renounce the habit of body consciousness and complete the course of remaining soul conscious.

2. Never fluctuate in your faith. For as long as you live, you have to study and teach others.

Blessing:May you play an all-round part, the same as the Father, with your flying stage as a ruler of the globe.

Just as the Father is an all-round actor - He can be the Friend and also the Father,

in the same way, those with a flying stage will be able to play their parts perfectly any time there is a need for any type of service.

This is called being an all-round flying bird.

They would be free from bondage to such an extent that they would go to wherever there is service to be done.

( they would be free from bondage of mind, habits )

They will be successful in every type of service. They are called rulers of the globe, all-round actors.

Slogan: Be faithful and keep the specialities of one another in your awareness and the gathering will then be united.

To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.

We spiritual children convey to spiritual Baapdada, our love our remembrance, our good morning & our namaste namaste

Om Shanti !

Kids Describe Cars of the Future | Kids Describe | HiHo Kids - Duration: 6:04.

- Cars in the future, cars in the future book.

Fart, fart, fart.

(upbeat music)

- Hi, Koji!

- Hi, Crystal!

- Hello, Koji!

- Hey, guys!

- What are we drawing today?

- Oh we're gonna draw a car.

But it's gonna be like a car of the future.

- Yay!

- You know what I need in my life?

Flying cars, so then there's no traffic,

there's no nothing.

But if everybody were in a flying car

would there be traffic in the sky?

- There's one flying car.

- Just one?

(laughter)

Everybody else is on the ground still?

- Yup, yup.

- Okay.

Maybe we just start drawing

and we can like figure it out as we go?

- Yeah!

What's the part that like people would

ride inside of?

- Yeah, it's a tall flamingo head.

- A tall flaming head, okay.

And that's what the people ride in?

- [Boy] Yeah.

And the body is a truck.

- [Koji] A truck.

- What shape do you think the car is?

- How about like a oval shaped?

- Oval?

We gonna start with that kind of shape?

- [Boy] That's good.

- [Koji] Sort of like an egg.

- Eyeball.

- An eyeball.

So that'd be a shape kinda like this.

- [Child] Yeah.

- It would be six stories high and this would be like

the looking area.

- [Koji] Six stories high?

- [Crystal] This could have a lot of people living in it.

- Oh, so people also live in their cars in the future?

- Mmhmm.

- What's the eyeball made out of?

- Marble.

- Marble?

- Yeah.

- That's cool.

Does it have like-

- [Boy] You know I think that would break easily,

maybe the things should be made out of diamonds

and then it cannot break easily.

- Oh, the whole thing's made out of diamond.

- Yeah.

- They have falcon wings.

- Falcon wings?

- Yeah.

- [Koji] What are they made out of?

- [Girl] It's metal.

- [Koji] Metal.

- [Girl] For like, they crash to the wings,

they never gets bent-ed, or it stays in place.

- Oh that's cool.

Maybe I'll make a lightning bolt

and it's just kinda bouncing off.

Does it have wheels?

- Just rolls around.

- It just rolls around.

Does it have wheels?

- Yeah.

When you push a button, it gain wheels.

- Are they like that?

Are they like that?

- Like that.

- Like that.

- Beaver feet.

- So in the future cars have feet instead of wheels?

- [Boy] Yeah.

- Are they like, feet feet?

Or are they like made out of metal?

- Fire!

- How do they not like burn up the roads

if they're made of fire?

- They have ice boots?

- Okay, so then, they are fire beaver feet in ice boots?

(giggles)

- [Crystal] The top room is the movie room.

- [Koji] So here's like a movie screen and some seats.

- Next floor down is a bedroom.

- [Koji] Bedrooms.

- [Crystal] This floor is the bathrooms.

- There's like one big bathroom is the entire floor?

- Lots of small bathrooms.

- Okay.

- So then people, they don't have to wait in line.

- Okay, so everyone's got their own bathroom.

- Needs a hat.

- A white hat?

Okay.

Anything else?

- [Boy] You have to wear

a crocodile skinned helmet over your head.

- Okay.

That makes sense.

Where do you think the people ride in the car?

- Right in the middle.

- [Koji] Right in the middle?

- Mmhmm.

- So you would look out here and the seats would be here?

- [Boy] Yeah!

- It drives itself.

- It drives itself.

- Okay.

- Just maybe there's a robot inside.

You don't need to do anything, you just stand there

blah-blah-blah-blop.

- And you sit back and if you feel like you're tired,

you push a button, and you'll relax.

- [Koji] What's the computer's name?

- [Girl] Her name is Pepper!

- Pepper, what's the closest place to go to the bathroom?

And then she'll just go there.

It could be as fast as one second.

- That's awesome, that would be really handy.

- Pepper, open the window because I tooted.

Can you call my mommy?

(laughter)

- Ew!

- How safe are these cars?

Like are there more or less accidents in the future?

- Less.

- Why less?

- [Boy] It uses some kind of bubble up

to keep it safe.

- They just like bounce off of each other?

Yeah.

- It's like a soap bubble force field?

- [Boy] Yeah.

- [Koji] Are there any safety features.

- [Boy] If someone tried to steal stuff from your car

it could shoot a firework.

- A firework, okay.

Okay, I'll just make it shoot out a little firework then.

- [Boy] It's not gonna really target him,

it's just gonna make him scared.

It's gonna look dangerous.

- And in the future, cars will not go on the ground

it will just hover above the ground.

- Does it shoot some kind of energy

off the bottom or something to keep it up?

- [Crystal] It's magnetic.

- [Koji] So we'll put some magnets down here,

some like powerful magnets, is that right?

- [Crystal] The roads in the future

are made out of the special magnets.

- [Koji] So there's like magnets down here,

and magnets on the car.

- Slash home.

- Slash home.

- [Koji] Like what powers the car?

Do you know how cars like today run?

- Gas, pollution, horrible.

- Yeah, right, so they use gas,

which is not real good for the environment.

- Pollution.

- Do you think that we should keep doing that

in the future?

- No!

- No, no, no.

- That's how you are gonna end the society,

not keep the society going.

- [Koji] What's this car run on?

Where does it get its energy from?

- [Crystal] The stars.

- Like, how does it collect the energy?

- Very new improved solar panels.

- Okay.

- It eats garbage!

- It eats garbage?

- Yeah.

- Okay, that's cool.

- The garbage has lightning bolts!

So you'll get, vroom!

- [Crystal] That's really good, Koji.

- [Koji] Thanks!

Any last details that you forgot?

- No.

- Slurpee machine in the car, yes!

It's looking so good.

- So it looks kind of like this, right?

You got the different valves or whatever.

- I wish I had a slurpee right now.

That would be awesome.

- You ready to show off your car of the future?

- And this is a flamingo car!

Of the future!

- The ride of your life!

- Yeah, car of the future.

- This is my mom, this is Ethan, this is me.

- Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room.

- I'd hang out in the garden.

- I would mostly hang out watching movies.

(laughter)

- Nice!

Thanks for designing this car.

- Thank you.

- I'm excited.

- Me too.

- That was fun.

You used your imagination

and we came up with this crazy car.

- Slurpee.

- I can't wait to drive it.

(slurps)

- Goodbye!

Kids Try Mocktails | Kids Try | HiHo Kids - Duration: 5:36.

- Alright, ready to put some ice in there

- Okay

(ice cubes shuffling)

- Do you have Lyft on your phone, or

(ice dropping)

you got a safe way to get home tonight?

- I don't have a phone.

- Oh boy (laughing) that's not a good sign.

(upbeat swing music)

- [Both Kids] Hi.

- [Woman] Who are you?

- Charlie

- Clara

- [Woman] You guys are trying Mocktails.

- Ah!

- Please don't be a alcohol

my mom's and dad's gonna get mad.

- [Woman] Yeah, don't worry it's not alcohol.

- Phew.

- [Woman] To help us out today,

we have brought in a super cool bartender named Laura.

- How's it going?

- Good.

- How old do you think you have to be to drink alcohol?

- So close, 21.

So do you have your ID today?

- Huh?

- You have your ID?

I'm going to surprise you with some cocktails

that don't have alcohol in them.

- Let's get started.

- Let's get started.

- I wanna help make some.

- You wanna help make some stuff?

Okay, so we're gonna put a little bit of ice in here.

- Who orders a appletini?

- Um, college girls, that kinda thing, you know.

- Mmh-hmm

- Shake that up

(ice shaking)

Yeah, great, alright.

And then I'm gonna top that with some soda water.

(bottle fizzing)

(laughing)

Look how bubbly that is.

Alright, I'm gonna let you try that.

- To Hiho Kids

- Not bad, pretty good.

- Good.

- I like it.

- It's a 10.

- [Woman] You ready to try another mocktail?

Downed it.

- Okay

- Do you like tomato?

- No.

- Do you like pickles?

- No.

- Do you like celery?

- No.

(clears throat)

- This is gonna be interesting for you.

Do you know what a hangover is?

- What's a hangover?

- A hangover is when you have had too much to drink.

It makes you kinda sick in the morning.

So this, people drink this sometimes

to feel better because of that.

- Oh.

- Put some tomato juice in here.

I think that's (loud stirring) plenty stirred.

(laughing)

Alright, we're gonna put that little celery in there.

So do you like pickles?

- Ah, no.

- No?

- But these look yummy

- Yeah put that right in there.

Alright, so that is a Bloody Mary.

- Ick.

- Ick (spitting).

- I do not like it

- [Woman] No?

- I like this rim, this like salt thing.

Yummy

- It's really spicy.

- [Woman] Really?

- And my tongue's hot.

- So is it time for the next one,

or are you guys just getting me more limes.

(giggling)

- Fancy cup to put it in.

Put some ice in first.

- I'm just the barback at this point.

(laughing)

So it's lime juice, and ginger beer.

So I'm squeezing some lime in here.

- What do drunk people act like?

- Have you ever been around a toddler before?

- Uh, yes.

- So it's like a whole room full of toddlers.

Yeah.

- Do they throw up and stuff?

- Oh, sometimes.

- I think you're putting too much of that in,

but I'm okay with it.

- That is the Moscow Mule.

- It tastes sour and it tastes like water again.

This drink is not strong enough.

- This is a lot of ingredients.

- Alright, ready to put some ice in there?

- Okay

(ice shuffling)

- I think this bartender may have

had a few before she started.

Do you know, this drink (laughing)

- [Woman] Kristen, Kristen, are you drunk?

- Ah!

- Maybe we should bring that water back.

- Orange juice, can I put it in?

- Yeah you can put the orange juice in there.

(giggling)

- That's, ooh that's gonna be sour.

(ice rattling)

Take that top off

- Ah I think I just locked it.

- It's okay (laughing)

We're gonna pour this right into this tiki guy.

(liquid pouring)

Usually these get a little bit of a dark alcohol on top,

just a little bit of pomegranate juice.

That's usually not in a Mai Tai.

- Make sure I have two limes.

- And that was one lime?

- Two.

(laughing)

- This is a Mai Tai.

- Mmh, pretty good actually.

- It tastes like apple juice.

- [Woman] But there's no apple juice in there.

- I know.

- I think this is my favorite mocktail.

- [Woman] How would you order a drink?

- I would say, "give me it now!"

- Give me it now please.

- [Woman] Do you think the bartender would like that?

- Yes, cause I said the please part.

- Thanks for watching me try Mocktails.

- Comment down below with your favorite Mocktail.

But a Mocktail remember, this is a kids channel.

- [Woman] Kristen how are you getting home tonight?

- Good.

- [Woman] What, where you going?

Alright, and that's a cut.

JAPANESE EATS FILIPINO CHOCOLATES AND NEARLY DIE...(LOL) - Duration: 14:27.

Do you like chocolates?

We received a bunch of chocolates today

so we'll be trying them out!!

First item

Superstix

Woah there's a lot inside

It kinda looks like a snake.. it's kinda gross

That was a bad thing to say LOL

Oh!

There's chocolate inside

It's good

It's good right!?

It's delicious right?

What score will you give this?

Really!?

Ah this one looks good

It's good!

How is it?

Shunya: It's good Fumiya: Is it delicious?

I like this one a lot more than the Superstix

What do you think?

I like the previous one more

The previous one is better?

I will give

Doesn't this kinda look similar to the one before?

It looks alike

Why are there a lot of snacks in the Philippines that look the same?

A lot of things really look alike

It tastes weird..

It kinda tastes weird..

Fumiya: What do you think? Shunya: Not much

Yeah I think so too

Eh- seriously?

It really tastes kinda weird

It looks gross LOL

This one looks really gross LOL

Doesn't it look gross? lol It looks like a frog's egg (wwwwww)

Shunya: It's not really delicious Fumiya: I don't get it

I really don't know what this is

How many points?

Me too

It's sweet!

Is this caramel taste?

It looks sweet

Shunya: It's good Fumiya: Hmm isn't it a bit too sweet?

It's super sweet How many points will you give it?

It looks more sweet😂

I really like sweet stuff but

I feel like the level of sweetness of the chocolates from Philippines

is kinda different to that in Japan

It's like Oreo

You're gonna need water for this one

I think you'll definitely die

if you don't drink water after eating this

Ain't this bad?

You really need water for this one

I can't open this

It looks similar to Pillows

Isn't the taste kinda dull?

It tasted a bit weird

How many points?

Wow

They really look like stones

It's unique

It's-

It's like gum

It's gross

Fumiya: Gross.. Shunya:This is bad

I thought it was chocolate but it was actually more like a gum

This one is

not too delicious How many points?

This one is really mysterious

Here try touching it

What is this- it kinda feel gross though

I've been curious about what this could be ever since I received this

So it looks like this huh What the hell is this?

It's no good

How is it?

This.. I hate it

I don't like it

How many points for this one?

I hate it And also

This is the next one but

Don't they really look the same!?

They really look the same

Eh- isn't this the same thing!? What is this??

Instead of being a chocolate

this is more like a mixture of chocolate and polvoron

I haven't eaten anything like this before

This one's impossible for me

How many points will you give it?

Well it's a bit better than the one earlier so

I raised it by one point lol

Ah this

It's the same as this one

It's the same as Superstix

There's also something like this in Japan right?

The one that comes with chocolate inside

It's originally chocolate flavor yet there's a chocolate dip..

It looks sweet

How is it?

It's good

This one's good

It's actually not as sweet as I thought

It's satisfyingly good

White choco is good right?

I guess this is kind of like Philippines version of Pocky?

Eh- you like it?

Isn't it weird?

Doesn't it taste like pool??

This one's really bad..

Is it good?

Doesn't it taste like pool?

Fumiya: Get it? Shunya:It did taste like that for a moment Fumiya:It did right??

What is this??

Isn't this really bad? It's hard to eat

What the hell is this??

It really tasted weird though

It's huge!

Aren't these too big!? They're too big!

Marshmallow?

It tastes like orange..

Really?

I can't

Don't say stuff like it tastes like orange seriously

The texture is weird!

Because you said it tasted like orange so...

How was it? Philippines chocolates?

Shunya: Too sweet Fumiya: Yeah they are

Superstix was delicious but

somehow this time

there were weird chocolates as well

and I thought I guess there are some like that too

There were ones that tasted good

and there are also ones that did not

That's why I think Japanese people might also think the same thing

If we ever receive snacks or chocolates again,

I would want to do another taste-test kind of video next time!

That's – we got it.

We got it, Zach.

Thank you.

Okay.

In this segment we highlight a brand that just gets it.

Then we break down how to apply their smart insights to whatever you are working on.

So today we're taking a look at a free Mac app called Muzzle, which lets you silence

embarrassing notifications when you're screen sharing.

Like when you're giving a presentation to clients or colleagues or, in my case, when

you're about to give four live webinars to tens of thousands of people around the

world.

As you can see, on their hilarious landing page they show you just how important their

app is by displaying a wide variety of cringe-worthy notifications.

Now, I don't know anyone who'd want any of these messages popping up during a live

webinar or presentation:

Text from Grace: This bitch keep likin ur photos on Instagram.

Peyton: Enough moping!

You need to get laid TONIGHT!

Calendar notification: STD test tomorrow.

Text from Barry: The password for tonight's orgy is "astroglide".

A Slack message from Diana: Your boss sounds like a tool.

I think you get the idea.

So I'm not gonna lie, when I first saw this app I sat for at least 10 minutes straight

reading every single message and laughing my face off.

Now, with that said, here are three smart lessons we can all learn from Muzzle.

Lesson number one is turn screw-ups into solutions.

Look, nobody's perfect.

We all stumble, we all make embarrassing mistakes.

But how often do we dig deeper and see how our failings can possibly become fixes?

The Muzzle creators told AdWeek that the app was inspired by a real experience of having

a real "F this client" message pop up via iMessage mid presentation.

Takeaway here?

Every stress point or fail contains a gem.

Find it and you can use it to fuel your career and possibly help others.

Lesson number two is show, don't tell.

So for example, developer Brian Jones said, "Don't tell people you're funny.

Make them laugh."

Within two seconds of hitting the Muzzle site you know exactly what problem we're trying

to solve for you.

So to be clear here, show don't tell doesn't have to be about being funny or about showing

something visually the way that Muzzle shows actual messages on the screen.

Show don't tell is actually a golden rule of copywriting.

It means using specific, concrete details to paint a picture.

Because painting a picture is always more persuasive than presenting some abstract idea.

Here's an example.

Let's say you sell artisanal air fresheners for cars.

Saying, "This will make your car smell lovely," would be an example of telling.

Instead we can show by saying something like, "Your car will smell like an English garden

right after a spring rain with top notes of your grandma's fresh baked oatmeal cookies."

Or, if you're on the freaky deaky side, "Make your SUV smell like an unwashed tank

top from Gold's Gym."

Hey, we don't judge.

Here's another example.

Let's say you sell something more abstract, like leadership training.

An example of telling would be, "Want to feel more important and significant at work?"

Instead, showing might sound like this.

"Want coworkers to snap to and put down their phones whenever you talk?"

And, I've got to be honest, I hope you're gonna take the full program.

Once you do you'll learn how to write faster and easier and you'll get way better results.

Lesson number three, stop trying to make everyone happy.

So I've said this before, I will definitely say it again: you have got to be true to who

you are and stop trying to please everyone.

First of all, it's impossible.

Next, it'll make you miserable.

Plus, it's a recipe for a boring, failing business.

For example, people have told The Muzzle team that the fake notifications should be less

R-rated comedy and more PG awkwardness.

Co-creator Brian Jones says this: "That's simply not my style.

Life is messy and graphic, it has profanity and dirty text messages.

If you can't laugh at yourself and the absurdities around us, that's totally fine.

Just don't visit our websites."

On their help page they even have a clear response for folks who find their website

upsetting.

It reads: "Your website offends me.

Welcome to the club.

It meets on Wednesdays at 7:30 to yell at me on Twitter."

Pretty badass, right?

I cannot tell you guys how many people tell me all the things they want me to do differently

on this show.

I hear things like this: "Marie, can we please have more dancing?

Please?"

"Bring back the brick wall, Marie."

"Don't make God a woman.

Hashtag offended Hashtag not my fallopian tubes" "We needs more Jams.

Hashtag Jams" "Dear Marie, stop wearing holes in your jeans.

It's really unprofessional.

Thanks."

"Dear Marie, I would like to see less mankinis."

"Hey, Marie.

More mankinis, please."

"Oh, my God.

Marie should just shut up."

Dude, I'm standing right here.

Oh, my God.

I'm such a big fan.

You know what I say?

Can't please everybody.

But right now here's what I want you to think about.

Just look at your business.

Are you trying to get everybody to like you?

Think about where might you be watering down your message or trying to accommodate everyone

instead of being true to yourself?

Important food for thought.

And there you have it, folks.

Three smart lessons from Muzzle that can make sure you're not muzzling your gifts or your

message.

Now I want to hear from you.

So which of these three lessons would help you the most right now and why?

Korea joint dragon boat team wishes success and safety ahead of the 2018 Asian Games - Duration: 2:15.

The two Koreas will compete as one in various events at the upcoming Asian Games.

Before heading to Jakarta, a lauching ceremony was held for one of the joint squads, to wish

the athletes representing Korea, best of luck.

Won Jung-hwan has the sights and sound from that event.

Athletes and officials from the two Koreas held a launching ceremony for the dragon boats

to take part in the upcoming 2018 Jakarta-Palembang Asian Games in August.

The ceremony took place on Tuesday at Chungju Tangeum Lake International Rowing Center in

Chungju, about 150 kilometers south of Seoul.

But the launching event this time stood out from its predecessors as it wished for the

success of the joint Korean team at the global competition.

"South Korea won bronze in the men's 1,000 meters at the 2010 competition in Guangzhou,

even though the crew only trained together for one month.

Now, I believe we have a better team, as North Korean athletes are very talented in the discipline.

So I am confident that both male and female joint teams will bring home medals."

Out of the delegation of 34 athletes and staff that landed at Incheon International Airport

via Beijing over the weekend,… 18 North Koreans are slated to take part in the dragon

boat racing event.

Both South and North Korean paddlers began to coordinate and move in unison as they started

their training on Monday at 5 in the morning.

And here are what South Koreans athletes think about their northern counterparts.

"A unified Korean team in itself means a lot.

We just finished training together as a team, and I think we will help each other a lot

during the race."

"We have a lot in common with the North Korean athletes.

They are physically very strong and resilient."

The unified Korean team at this year's Asian Games is expected to wear uniforms made by

small South Korean firms instead of choosing a global brand, in efforts to avoid violations

of international sanctions on North Korea.

"The launching ceremony took place with less than 20 days to go until the Asian Games,…

so the squad will now be busy fine-tuning their craft and strategy with the aim of winning

some medals.
