and is not able to go to daycare today.

P. Daddy stays home to take care of Ruu.
Father uses the phone and calls his workplace
to let them know he will not be coming to work today.
Ruu is upset: she will not meet her friends today.
If only Hermanni the Mouse was keeping her company!
Ruu is starting to cry a little because everything feels so lousy.
Then Mummy remembers: They left Hermanni at the health clinic yesterday!
Eppu promises to pick Hermanni up after school
and Ruu feels better immediately.

Pickleball Consistency-The First 3 Shots - Duration: 2:42.
One of the top things that most pickleball players want is to be more
consistent. Well just how do you get more consistency in your game? And can it be
fun to do? I've got an answer coming up for you, stay tuned.
Hey everybody it's CJ Johnson. Consistency, that's one of the things
that separates each level of player in pickleball. The better you get the more
consistent you get. Well what is the best way to get more consistent? Coming from
an athletic background, I'm a ski professional and a golf professional I
can tell you the only way you're going to get better in pickleball is if you
practice. Yet most of us don't like to practice because we think it's boring.
What we've done is to try and take some of those skills that we need to practice and put them
in game type of situations so that we can practice and have fun while we are doing it.
In this little warm-up game there's three points
available for every serve. One for a deep serve, one for a deep return and a third
one available for a drop shot that lands in the kitchen. Play stops after
those three shots are hit. Rotate the serve clockwise around the court until
the first team reaches eleven. All you need are a couple of cones or if you
don't have those you can use some painters tape. Set the cones or the tape
about three feet from the baseline this gives each team the ability to see if
this serve as well as the return were deep enough in the court.
My serve lands short of the cones. The return lands inside the cones and the third shot
drops in the kitchen. One point for each side. Then the serve simply rotates
clockwise around the court.
This gives you a chance to practice those first three shots which are
critical to each point, it gives your body time to warm up and hopefully
you've had a little bit of fun doing it.
The best part about this is you don't
have to make extra time to practice.Just head to the courts 15 or 20 minutes
before open pickleball play, pick up a couple of friends and start doing this
drill. It's going to give you some extra practice that will help you with some of

What's up makeup minions I'm Kim Witte from Witte Artistry and welcome back to my
youtube channel! if you are new here please hit the subscribe button below to
become part of the Witte Artistry family. I decided I wanted to do something a
little bit more beauty based for Halloween and fall. I made this glam
avant-garde pumpkin inspired look because I'm so stoked for fall! if you
would like behind-the-scenes access and special perks please feel free to
support me on patreon. starting out this look with a primed face and I'm going to
be using some scotch tape. make sure you put it on your skin a few times to
remove the stickiness but I'm going to be using this on my face to create
really defined eyeliner and eye shadow. I'm going to be going in the crease with
some dark shadow but I totally forgot to put on some eye primer so I stopped and
put on Urban Decay's eyeshadow primer potion. heavily coat your lid and above
your lid and blend it in .once my lids have been thoroughly prepared for the
eyeshadow i'm going in with Nyx's color "own the night" which is like a dark purple
color in the crease of my lids and just tapping it out then I'm using a feathery
blush I mean brush a feathery brush and I'm
going to be blending that out so intensely upwards and outwards. next I am
using one of my favorite palettes by Kat Von D I rarely ever get to use. it's
called serpentina and I am using the orange glittery color
called hieroglyph it is beautiful and I've always really wanted to use it so I
applied it all over my lid and in my crease and I'm blending it out with the
black as well. using my BH Cosmetics 120 color eyeshadow palette which is like
one of my favorite ever eyeshadow palettes and going over the center of my lids and my
inner corners just to create sort of eye highlight. I decided I didn't quite have
enough sparkles on my lids so I really wanted a higher color payoff so I just
sprayed my brush with some mac fix+ dunked it in that hieroglyph color again
and went over my lids. but I kid you not this palette has like the worst fallout
ever but it's so pretty! from that BH Cosmetics eyeshadow palette
I picked out a radiant yellow and put it on my inner corners kind of just as a
bright highlight to really like bring the focus to my eyes. using my handy
dandy bent brush and my Bobbi Brown black eyeliner- try saying that three
times fast- I am dragging it from the outer part of
my lid into the inner corner to create some super intense cat eyes and don't
worry you can be messy because you're protected by tape and when you take it
off like this oh-ho-ho-ho so satisfying it is straight!
and it's amazing! but I had to get rid of that fallout so I just used a makeup
wipe and got rid of all that sparkly glitter. I decided it was high- time to
give myself a potato face. so I use my favorite foundation makeup Forever's
Ultra HD foundation and a Beauty Blender because I swear to God
beauty blenders create the most even flawless finish
unlike brushes which you can get lines on it. but for the highlights of my face
I decided to mix that foundation I already mentioned with a lighter Kat Von
D shade just to kind of make the high points pop a little bit more like all
liquid foundation you really got to set it with some powder so I just did that
with a fluffy brush. OOo so soft. with all the colors of the rainbow I went back to
my oranges and yellows and I decided I really love colored contouring. that's
what I call it. I was inspired by Jordan Hans for this look. I feel like
she is the master at like colored contouring and things of that nature.
so I really wanted to contour my entire face using orange colors and gradually
darken the darker areas with an orange Brown. all of the eyeshadows I am
currently using to create the contour colors and the shadow colors are taken
from that BH Cosmetics palette. I am keeping the oranges primarily in the
areas that would have more shadow like my temples and the creases of my cheeks.
"creases of my cheeks"? Where you contour basically and anywhere you would
highlight or transition from the contour color into the highlight I am using
yellow. since I wanted this look to be glamorous
every time I added a layer of eyeshadow I made sure to really blend it out and
soften it so I had a beautiful feathered edge.
and just like most things this is a layering game it's better to put on some
shadow than put on too much and not be able to take it back. so I'm just slowly
adding more and more orange to all the contoured locations like the inner parts
of my nose and under my eyebrows the temples and the hollows of my cheeks.
then just buff it out it's all about layer the shadow buff the shadow layer
the shadow wax on wax off basically. I
decided that my eyelids weren't quite colorful enough so I blended some of the
orange underneath my lids on the outer corners and then transitioned it into a
gradient of yellow. then I decided to connect the yellow of my cheeks to my
eyelids. so I had this gorgeous color of mix liquid slate- I can't say it- liquid
suede lipstick but geeze that did not match what I was doing so I scrapped
that and moved on to something else. so using some green body paint I decided
I wanted to incorporate some cutesy little dots and I wanted them to be
green because I wanted to incorporate some part of the stem of the pumpkin. I
painted my lips black here but I'm gonna be changing it so please ignore that.
with orange Wolfe fx body paint which you do not have to use you could totally
just use a liquid colored liner I'm going to be creating some artsy-fartsy
little dots all around my face. I'm going to be keeping them primarily in the
areas that I contoured and kind of in a triangular formation if that makes sense.
then I am switching to white after I've finished all my orange dots and I'm
adding it sparsely in the areas that I already have the pre-existing orange and
green fat. so you have to be really careful and precise with this step so
you keep it as dots and they don't end up as weird like little sprinkle things!
so wiping off my abysmal black lipstick I am trying again, I wish I had a good
black lipstick but I don't so I just decided to use body paint.
Line those luscious lips. time for some epic mascara! I am using Marc Jacobs
because I love how it applies and it's just so jet black I love it! So just make
funny faces when you put it on it's required.
add a little bit of colored contouring underneath your lip to make it look bare
and then spray and set it and wait for it to dry and you're done! thanks so much

I think it's that way about 6 min walk
There's something nice here as well
There's a couple of resorts here

On Google Maps it shows
it's that way
but we have noticed that some of
the places on google maps
are way out. For instance
Butterfly resort we almost got
off on the wrong side of
the island because of Google Maps
so always
make sure
you know where you're going and you tell them
the exact name
This is the other
side of Kapas
There's actually a jetty here
or pier
Beautiful beaches
Crystal clear water
Today's probably not a day
to show crystal clear water
It's a bit clouded
Overcast
but
we are here for two days so
maybe tomorrow or later this afternoon
we'll get a better
shot of the beach

but you have to bring food with
while you wait for your food

and I'm navigating
from where we stay in the east...western side
to the eastern side
Actually wanna see if I can get some nice
sunrise photos
It's still early but
tracking through this jungle
seems to be more
difficult than I thought
so it's about a kilometre's walk
and
if it was just a simple path
I should've been there by now
but
it's not that simple
It is tricky, you
get
or you loose the path every now and again
They do have these ropes
but at places like these
they don't have the ropes anymore and
sometimes the ropes
lead to a dead end and you have to
go back and find the right
path
but I'm doing
my best to see if I can get the sunrise
if there is a sunrise
at all
in this place of the world
in this time of the year. You never know
As you're starting to hear
the ocean and you think you're there
you're presented by this
and I guess you have to
go down there. There's some
There you go, there's some steps there
and then you have to navigate
through this small little river
I've been walking next to it
all the way from the top
and on the other side
But this side it's a river
On the other side at least it's dry
So, I finally made it
Coming all through, over all these
boulders
You get presented
by this. You still have to navigate
a couple of obstacles with your flip flops
which by
default
is a challenge
because these things are so slippery
Especially when they get wet. You fall on
normal tiles
Well, now we know why this side
has no life. It's uninhabited
Rough seas, rough terrain
and from
Southeast Asia perspective
the sea here is quiet rough
I know it's nothing compared
to the open oceans
but for this part of the world
that's the worst I've seen
which is quite nice, in a way
Don't expect any nice restaurants
or tourists here
I believe this side of the island
is like the second page of Google
The unknown
I missed the sunrise by
a good 10-15 minutes
On the eastern side of
Malaysia the sun comes up at about
06:54am
in the mornings not
08:30am as in the western side
So this it for the
eastern side of the island
There's a sun and that's basically it
You can if you really really dare
walk over these
rocks
up to there. From there I don't see
that you would be able to go any further
There's a nice little cave. It might be interesting
I'm not sure, I saw it on
the drone footage
but I can't see any further than that
And then
the shore is going that side to
the northern side. There's the open
place to walk. You will not be able
to get further than
there about. If you're
lucky, to that point, but that's it

right at the end, it's beautiful
It's very rocky and
that's where the island ends and just
after that is another island with a resort
on.
Just behind this corner
it's beautiful. It's a
beautiful coastline
with high cliffs
There's my path back to
civilisation
The walkway was done nicely
at the lowest point so you don't have
to cross any high mountains like here or
high hills
There's still a tiny
bit of uphill but nothing serious
The last stretch is a bit
difficult and challenging
but the first stretch, quite easy
It's me, challenging
some scary obstacles with flip flops
Once I look past the view
I can see
the walkway is going up here. So maybe I must go
check quickly. I think it leads you to the top
and that's also
where the most beautiful part is of
this side of the island. Let's go and have a look
Up here
right on the cliff
there's dense bush all the way
to the end, so you can't really get a view
To Berakit, that's where I came from
I guess this is a circular route
Hopefully it leads me back
to the other side
On this island you can see they're trying
Do your duty to keep nature a beauty
which is very nice
because nature isn't
beautiful with a lot of rubbish lying
around

I guess I'm
to the western side again
I've been walking
past this pathway
the whole time and
a bit of a disappointment
you walk on the edge of the cliff the whole time
Not once do you
get a nice view. You always see that
You can see there's the ocean. You can hear it
You can feel it
but you can not see it
which is quiet a
frustration at times
The word Kapas means cotton
in Malay. If you experience
the white sandy beaches
it is very obvious where this island
gets its name from
