Today I am going to make party starter
The name of the recipe is Reshmi Malai Chicken Tikka

Let's get started and see the ingredients
300 grams chicken cut in square pieces
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoons of cheese
1 ½ teaspoons of black pepper powder
2 tablespoons of curd
2 tablespoons of cream
1 teaspoon of garam masala powder
1 teaspoon of green chillies and coriander paste
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of dry fenugreek leaves
2 teaspoons of corn flour
Salt to taste
And 2 teaspoons of oil
Start in a mixing bowl put chicken, lemon juice, salt,
Black pepper, ginger garlic paste, cheese, garam masala
Coriander green chilli paste, cream, curd and mix well
Next put oil, corn flour and dry fenugreek leaves and mix well
And cover it and keep it for 1 to 2 hours for marination
Chicken has marinated well
Put chicken pieces one by one at intervals on the skewers
Prepare all the chicken pieces on the skewers like this
Next hit the flat pan on high flame
Grease the pan with butter
Next place the skewers on the pan
And cover it and cook it for 2 minutes
Change the side and cook it for 5 minutes on a low flame
Keep changing the side so that all the sides of the chicken are cooked well
Yummy and delicious Reshmi Malai Chicken Tikka are ready to serve
Let's get started and see the ingredients
4 eggs
2 onions finely chopped
2 tomatoes finely chopped
100 grams potato straws
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of garam masala
1 teaspoon of coriander seeds powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds powder
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 bowl of coriander leaves finely chopped
Salt to taste
Oil
And water
To start with will put oil in a pan
Put onion, green chilli and saute until golden brown
Add tomatoes and cook it until they are soft
Next put turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander seeds powder, cumin seeds powder
Garam masala, salt and cook it for 2 minutes
Put salli and cook it for another 3 minutes
Sprinkle some water over it
Make sure not to put too much water otherwise salli will get soft
Next will put eggs over it
And sprinkle red chilli powder and salt over it
Cover and cook it for 5 minutes
Put coriander leaves and salli over it
Parsi special Salli Par Edu is ready to serve
Let's get started and see the ingredients
250 grams of unsalted sev
1/2 litre whole cream milk
250 grams of khoa
200 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon of cardamom powder
1 tablespoon of clarified butter
1 teaspoon of rose essence
10 to 12 almonds cut in small pieces
18 to 25 pistachioes cut in small pieces
First will put milk in a pan and reduced to half
Once milk has reduced to half then add sugar
And will keep stirring it so that sugar dissolve and does not stick to the pan
Next put khoa and keep mixing and stirring
To avoid sticking it at the bottom of the pan
The khoa nicely dissolved and thicken
Add cardamom powder and mix well
Next add 1 teaspoon of clarified butter and mix well
And keep it on low flame for 1 minutes
Turn off the gas and add sev and rose essence and mix well
So that's sev absorbs the moisture from the mixture
Next grease the plate with clarified butter
And transfer the prepared mixture in it and spread well
And flatten with the help of spatula
Garnish in chopped almonds and pistachioes
And tap it so that they stick to the barfi well
Next cut it into the equal part
Yummy and delicious Sev Barfi is ready to serve
