Welcome back everyone - today were looking at scary locations you often wouldnt expect

to be scary. Bars. They are places where people go to relax, socialise or just have a good

time. Well, perhaps ghosts do too. There have been many reports of sightings in them over

the years, Ive taken a look at the best cases and gathered them here for you today. My name

is Danny Burke and this is the Top 10 Most Haunted Bars. Alright just before we get into

Coming in at number 10 now we have The Ear Inn. It was constructed in 1770 by James Brown,

an African-American Revolutionary War Hero. Many years later, it became a popular hangout

for sailors. One of them was a man called Mickey. He lived upstairs at the inn - one

day, when returning to the inn - he was smashed into by a car and killed instantly. Having

not reached his destination, the locals believe his spirit became tied to The Ear Inn. In

the years since then, many who stay at the inn say they see him wandering the halls of

the hotel above. You can even get a tour of the upstairs if you ask nicely - although

be warned, many people who have done it don't actually recommend it because of just how

scary the place is. The downstairs seems to be safe but even then, I wouldnt put it past

Mickey to slide up next to you at the bar.

Next up at number 9 we have Ye Olde Man and Sycthe. This pub in Bolton England dates back

to 1251, making it over 750 years old. Its always been known as a creepy and haunted

place to the locals but gained international notoriety in 2014 when the landlord claimed

one of the many ghostly spectres there was captured on CCTV. Landlord Tony Dooley discovered

smashed glass on the floor when he came down to the bar in the morning. Naturally, he went

straight to the CCTV to check the tapes. Strangely, he found it had stopped recording shortly

after 6:18 AM. He wound it back and there, to his horror, appeared to be the ghost of

a man who was executed during the English Civil War in the 17th century. The soldier,

thought to be Royalist James Stanley, supposedly spent the final year of his life staying at

the pub before his gruesome execution. He was beheaded in the square right in front

of the pub. The chair that he sat waiting for his death in is still inside the building.

Perhaps thats to blame for his sightings over the years …

Next up at number 8 we have Bobby Mackeys Nightclub. This bar in Kentucky has been open

for 150 years - not as long as many on our list but still enough time to wrack up some

pretty scary stories. When it was built in the mid 19th century, locals believed that

satanic practices were common there, with animals and even humans being slaughtered

on a routine basis. Some people even go so far as to say that this bar site on top of

a portal to hell itself. They believe this is the reason why a number of horrific crimes

have been committed nearby. The ghost of local girl Pearl Bryan is said to haunt the bar.

In 1896, she was beheaded by her boyfriend and his roommate in a nearby field after an

abortion attempt went horribly wrong. In the 1950s, a dance hall girl called Joanna, who

worked at the venue, was pregnant by a young singer. When she made her intentions known

to marry the boy, her mobster father arranged to have him killed. Joanna then poisoned her

father before taking her own life. Some visitors to the bar have claimed theyve seen all 3

of them - still tied to the bar because of the horrific events that happened.

Moving on to number 7 we have Tigers Tap Room. This hotel in Tuscon Arizona is just packed

with strange stories that will give you chills - it probably needs its own video. Originally

opened in 1919, this bar and the associated Hotel Congress have played host to a number

of infamous characters over the years. John Dillingers gang stayed here. Wyatt Earp shot

killed Frank Stilwel right across the street. Ghost hunters clamber for the chance to stay

in room 242, where a hotel guest supposedly took her own life with a gun. If you examine

the closet closely you can still see the bullet hole. If you spend the night in that room,

many say its almost certain you will wake up and see her watching you sleep. One man

even said he woke up to his dog barking at the bathroom. When he stepped inside he found

all of his belongings had been stuffed into the toilet and the bathtub was overflowing

with water …

Next up at number 6 we have Pioneer Saloon. First of all, amazing name - I love it - but

lets look at why it has such a haunted reputation. It lies about 35 minutes west of Las Vegas,

out in the desert of Nevada, in the little town of Goodsprings. In the early 20th century,

it was a hub of life with many bustling hotels, shops and apartments. The times moved on though

and so did the people - all thats really left now is the old Pioneer Saloon. Inside, youll

find 3 holes piercing the tin wall. These were made when a drunken miner, cheating at

poker, lunged for the card dealer. The dealer quickly drew his gun and shot 3 gunshots that

went through the man and wall, killing him. In the years since then, many people believe

they still hear the bullets punching through the tin wall, or cries of pain that come from

the darkness or simply the shuffling of cards. Locals believe this is all the ghost of the

miner, trapped here forever, still wanting to finish his game but always meeting the

same end.

Moving on to number 5 now we have The Whitehorse Tavern. This bar claims to be not one the

oldest, but the oldest bar in The US. It was opened in the Rhode Island Colony way back

in 1673. Visitors report an instant sense of dread when they step inside. Thats not

surprising when you learn that the place wasnt just used as a bar over the years - it was

also a British military quarters during the Revolutionary War and a boarding house in

the early 20th century. One of the most famous ghosts that is commonly reported is that of

an elderly man who died while renting a room upstairs. They never identified who exactly

he was and that same fate met his ghost. To this day, nobody knows who he is. Paranormal

investigators first move is to ask for his name - but still nobody knows. Perhaps more

scary is the other most reported ghost - that of a small girl, often heard crying on the

second level near the bathrooms. People have also tried to contact her - but perhaps its

best left alone …

Moving on to number 4 we have The Banshee Labyrinth. Yes, thats a scary name and thats

not accident. This is an example of a bar that was renamed because of its haunted nature.

Built in Edinborough Scotland, t was originally called the Nicol Edwards pub. For as long

as its been standing, the nightclub and bar has been situated right above the citys underground

vaults. Anyone from Edinborough will tell you that the vaults have a reputation for

being a hub of criminal activity, a meeting spot for dangerous people and the place where

many have met a grisly end. On top of that, theres also reports that its been hope to

creatures from the spirit world. Perhaps the most famous is The Banshee. As some of you

might already know, a banshee is a female spirit in Irish mythology known to be an open

of death. If you hear a banshees cry, death is not far behind. When the pub was being

refurbished a few years ago, a group of worken all heard a terrifying scream. They knew they

were alone and had no idea who or what could have made that unearthly noise. A few hours

later, one of the workers received a phone call informing him that a family member had

passed away. For many people, this was proof that a banshee has made its way up from the

vaults and into this popular Scottish bar …

At number 3 now we have The Menger Bar. This place is often called the most haunted bar

in the Texas - and for good reason. Its one of the oldest bars in the US and was home

to many soldiers, cattle rustlers and notorious criminals on the run. To say there were a

few gun fights here would be an understatement. If you know anything about ghosts then people

often say they are caused by violence, anger and of course, death. Its no surprise then

this place is said to be a breeding ground for ghosts. There are not 1, not 2 or 3 but

32 different ghosts that are said to haunt the bar, hotel and restaurant. One of them

is apparently Teddy Roosevelt himself - yes, the Teddy Roosevelt as in the 26th President

of the US. Although he is said to be friendly - the same cant be said for the other 31 ghosts

- visit them at your peril …

Next up at number 2 we have Lafittes Blacksmith Shop. In many ways, this old building in New

Orleans has been lost in the mists of time. Its thought to have been built in 1762 or

thereabouts. As the name suggests, it was originally used by a blacksmith. But who was

Lafitte? Well, he was a pirate and people say this whole blacksmith shop was just a

front to hide his illegal activities. Its been many years since then but some say the

energy of the evil goings on here has never left. Its now an atmospheric piano bar, lit

only by candlelight. Many visitors have spotted Laffiete standing around the fireplace, where

he is said to have stashed all his pirate gold. He was also a notorious womanizer - and

some people say this is the reason that others will see a distraught woman in old fashioned

clothing pacing towards the back of the building, before fading into the darkness ...

And finally at number 1 we have Jamaica Inn. This in the picturesque countryside of Cornwall

in England but don't let that fool you. It was once featured on the Most Haunted programme

in 2010 - the producers claimed it was one of the scariest episodes they had ever made.

The owners of the inn claim to have heard ghostly whispers - not only in English but

a number of different languages. They often hear the clip clop of horse hooves on the

cobblestones outside only to find nothing is there at all. There is one story though

that is famous above all the others. Legend says that many years ago, a guest left his

half finished drink on the bar and wandered into the night, never to be seen again. His

body was then discovered on the moor. In the years since then, many landlords and guests

have said the mans ghost will wander wander into the bars some nights to try and finish

his drink, of course, he is always too late and will vanish into thin air not long after

walking in. He seems to not want to cause any harm to the living - but locals say the

sight itself is enough to terrify anyone.

- Yo, it's 24hrs.

These are the five essential things that I needed

while recording 3200 Lenox Rd.

Number one: water.

A lot of water.

A lot of alkaline water.

Makes your pH levels high.

A lot of weed.

I needed Louis XIII true OG.

If I don't have that I probably won't

be in the studio session.

I probably won't focus as much on the task at hand.

So we did a lot of smoking while doing this.

Beats.

The beats needed to be crazy.

Crazy beats.

I got some dope producers on here.

This is a dope project right before my freshman album.

So this would probably be like

one of the last EP mixtape type things I put out.

So beats was essential.

The homies, like certain people.

There's certain people that I call to go

to the studio with me because they're not yes-men.

and I had to put the homies in place

You know, I'm always okay with just one way typical relationships like, you know

But when there's an epidemic of people it becomes very crazy and this story

happens to capture that and it's like um, no, I think

It can't just be oh me likes the blood King. No, no, no

No, we have to have it like okay Mae likes the blood King, but the lieutenant likes Mae and some unrequited love type thing

but no Mae also has to like she vows key and

There's some other chick named Akane who probably doesn't even really like the blood King

But she has to be in a relationship with him, but no no, no. No, it doesn't stop there

It's literally at that point where I was almost convinced that even her brother liked her. Yes. I said it her brother

So what is up you guys my name? Is this all Byzantine welcome to my channel today

We're gonna be talking about a webtoons comic named my dear cold-blooded King. If you guys have not read it, please go read it

I don't know if I'm gonna be able to put a link in the description since it's on an app

But as for now, let's get right into it in one of the latest two chapters

The first one is showing us a mysterious character who is most likely her brother defending her when there was a group of guys

talking about claiming a bounty on her since she just got married to the blood king and you know

someone tried him and he went like

He did not come to flay whatsoever

I didn't believe it was him at first since this character is described more kind-hearted

But I mean, hey

Sometimes people change around different people and then another character is added to love

Epidemic and it's like no

I don't want to hate her because she doesn't really seem to be doing anything wrong in particular

but she is revealed that she was once close to the blood King and

quote-unquote how to dissolve

engagement meaning that means it was possibly something serious before and you know now this guy is

On Mays back because she's quote-unquote

taking him away from her and just starts talking about rumors about

Having other intentions with another guy and it's like okay, but zooming on by to me sleeping then general shibasaki

Swoops in like the little bitch he is looking for help from mimetic and it's that's where you know the next chapter picks off

So then this entire next chapter is made basically arguing with the general

asking what happened and he's just being stubborn in an asshat - the one who's actually helping him and

Literally tells her in her face quote unquote

To me you are nothing and then this text is bolded. And of course she is pissed and

tries to pursue him while he leaves and he ends up on top of her and

The guess what happens it's it has to do with something with the thumb Tom Tom Tom Tom, Tom

But Mae likes him now as if we don't have enough people to deal with and this secret admirer

She ends up going to tell the blood king, by the way, I would call him katsu

but blood king is easier for me to remember and yeah, but you know

we were brought to a moment where he was I guess naked because he was asleep and he's just like

Oh, I have no problem waking up and whatever like Oh maze here. Oh let her in quote-unquote. Forgive me

I wasn't expecting you and that's where it basically ends and it's like you guys give me so much but so little

Fucking try me at the same time and it makes me very frustrated

fucking fine

not sexually frustrated like some people in the fandom seeing sergeant without something covering his chest, but

Frustrated thinking wise and I just can't take it. Don't fucking try me

I want more now because as much as I hate some of the stuff happening

It makes me want to see what happens later on, but that's all for that. I don't know if I enjoyed it

he's like in the same sentence saying like we mustn't touch has all of his fingers on her mouth just touching her and it's like

Okay, that that's interesting so not too long from not

Riu sake comes to me and they're just both reacting to it

and it's like, oh my gosh that that just happened and you know Mays just tired and she's ready to go and you know,

When when she does that she calls him by his actual name and he just starts flipping out on her like oh my god

And the Ambassador is just standing there trying to interrupt those two because he's being better cuz you know

He just didn't confess his love a minute ago, and you're already rubbing up on his girl

so I mean hey and you know after that we're being foreshadowed a banquet from a note to

Whatever and this is where the next chapter starts and then in this chapter

It is just a very lovely opening just so lovely the future right in front of our eyes just right there

Then may wakes up. She doesn't exactly remember how she got there

But I think I know why so I'll explain later and we're took into the banquet

which is 14 hours before her waking up in his bedroom and

This is basically an honoring of her brother because he died doing something. I don't remember

It was something important. I think it was a sacrifice

and all I can feel her truly is just empathy because you know

She just lost a loved one and it's like whatever, but her dad is acting peculiar

He's acting more happier than usual and it's just like Oh

but he adds something to the drinks and it's like oh

I don't know what happened. I want to know what happened. But you know, that's what basically

happened and it just ends there and it's just like refer to my first video about my dear cold-blooded game because I

Still seem to need that phrase to describe what's happening right now again

I just wish chapter xxxiv didn't exist. Okay?

Disgusted because we are greeted by something. So amazing in this new chapter. It's just wow

I know I said before that I didn't get enough but I mean now this is a little too much like

Like they just gave me my Thanksgiving feast and a Christmas gift what what

But really this chapter is made just being a complete mess and a flirt is just like showing her true feelings

I guess and it's like oh my gosh, I'm enjoying this so much right now May's just showing her boobs

The blood King is just freaking out and red is just everywhere. Just bread red blush blush

but as I read through this may says the blood King is just so gentle and not how everybody perceives him and

It's like are we really are we really about to see see something gentle gentle. Oh my god

Let me just stop like I don't know what to say. This whole video is about to be just one big mess

And they're really getting it like are you're really about to do so do the shaft

Like they're getting it in and they're about to get it in even more and then they just end the chapter right they're like

But as for now, let's get into it. So starting from chapter 40. We are being shown May and King

I like her a lot trying to discuss the counter plans between the merchants

Exchanging, but he's starting to get a little flirty and it's really just trying to cover up his actual emotions

Just a bravado which is the word she says because I don't know a lot of advanced words

but may is thinking about how she's able to read and write and

she's just so grateful for it and

She's able to find out more information and stuff and she thinks she might know someone who can give her more

Information on stuff from the past but moving along King. I love me a lot in the blue eyed bug

Trust me. I'm not going to learn his name anytime soon because he doesn't deserve that kind of respect

So keep in mind Ryu Saki is rejecting an offer from the blue eyed bug which has something to do with finding a new blood

But in my opinion he really shouldn't take the offer irregardless if he's been an alternative for years and obviously

He's denying it since that's what he's doing like right off the bat, but I'm sure the blue-eyed bug couldn't even do anything better

but

Ryu Saki brought up the fact that he may have found Kazuki lurking around the capital and he is going to kill him

But the blue-eyed bug, I don't know why he opened his mouth

I really want him to choke on a bunch of chopsticks, but he insists that he takes a reward with him

Mei and then the blue-eyed bug is trying to acknowledge the fact that Oh Ryu Saki has feelings for her and

He's just trying to sway him

But I honestly don't even think he's budging but he's still defending her because the way he described her to him

was basically a

Prostitute, but these are from Ryu sakis words not mine

So don't go ahead and attack me

But they're just really arguing and he's just like slowly dropping hints that he drugged her to try and give her to him

With a few highlighted words, which are key points, like willing like how I'm willing to choke him to death

But he's just really attempting to make Ryu Saki jealous and putting him in a tough spot for his position

just to have me and

Then the blue eyed bug gives him a drug that he used on Mei and Ryu Saki ends up giving it to somebody

Who might be able to find out more information on the drug?

And when I first read this chapter, I was honestly ready for Ryu Saki to maybe kill him

Maybe stop him in the head few times. I don't know something. I just wanted to see him die

Hands of him or maybe May or maybe both. Anyhoo, as long as he dies

I'm happy and I will be forever happy and I really like the comments to telling him to die the entire

Fandom and it makes me so happy so I don't feel alone. And oh ho ho ho but moving forward to the next chapter

so then in chapter 41

we're starting off with Mei getting ready for her training with Ryu Saki and

Then he comes around and he starts farting just being him, right?

Until he does this hand on the wall thing and she actually starts catching feelings

And

Then may leaves and she's talking to the secret admirer and it's just a complete soap opera

Until he gives her something she may need

Which is a key to the record room which means more information to the past and so on and so forth

But she starts Ted to training and is like kind of early and runs in nakatsu. They have a cute moment

I don't really care cute couple love it. But like we're about to find something detrimental

But you know

after that, she's just talking to herself and how she's about to find all the information out on her own and that's where it basically

Ends. So what are you guys gonna be looking forward to in the next few chapters?

Cuz I know I'm going to be looking forward to seeing the blue eyed bug being killed. I don't care who does it?

I don't care if he kills himself fucking shut up and die slow. I just hope it happens, but irregardless after that

I really want to see how may is going to react to all the information she finds in the room?

So in this chapter may is talking to herself calming herself down since she was almost caught going through daisuke's records

Now the one she was almost caught by I feel like he did see her and just took the record

Mainly because he knows she's probably not supposed to see it or something else completely different

But I'm just trying to speculate either or fuck him, but same time

The US Federal Court System: How do you JOIN the courts? - Duration: 7:37.

In the United States court system, we've got all these federal courts, with all these federal judges.

860 of them at the moment, to be exact – which is a lot.

So, how exactly do you get that job?

Like, are there a bunch of people out there with resumes that say "proficient in Microsoft Excel, Photoshop, and really good at judging things"?

Not quite.

Federal judgeships are a lifetime appointment – once they get the job, they've got it for a long time.

And that's why the process of picking a judge is so complicated.

But don't worry, we're going to take it step by step.

Consider this your "I'm just a bill" for how a judge, becomes...like a different kind of judge.

The TL;DR version is that, according to Article II of the Constitution –

that's the one that talks about the powers of the executive branch – the President appoints federal judges with the advice and consent of the Senate.

Senators make a short list of judges, the President picks one, the Senate says yep, that person checks out, and Boom.

Judge for life.

But wait – don't I vote for these people?

Like, I definitely saw a bunch of judges on my ballot the last time I went to the polls.

Where does that all fit in?

Just like the federal government has an executive, legislative, and judicial branch, so does each state within it.

So your state has a Governor, a state legislature, and its own court system.

The way your state judges get picked depends on where you live.

In some states, they are appointed by the Governor or selected by the state legislature, but in 39 states, judges are elected by you.

We don't vote on federal judges, but lots of people who get picked to be federal judges start as out judges in their states.

So, that's a good reason not to skip that section on your ballot next time.

Anyway, back to advice and consent:

As soon as there's a vacant seat on the court, either because a judge retired or died, the Senate and the President need to start working together to fill it.

The whole idea behind having a representative government is that the people who are in charge of our laws, institutions, and infrastructure

are part of our communities – that they hear us and understand us and feel responsible to us.

That's why we have members of Congress representing every state and district.

And the same idea goes for federal judges.

Usually, when there is a vacancy in the court, the President asks for recommendations from

Senators in the state or states that the court serves, so that judge has an understanding of the legal system in that community.

Those home state Senators come up with recommendations in a few different ways.

In lots of states, they'll put together a federal nominating commission,

which is basically a team of well-respected lawyers in that state who know what's up on the legal scene and can recommend good judicial candidates.

A Senator might also get ideas from the local bar – no, not that kind of bar – the professional association that licenses lawyers in each state.

Once the home state Senators have a short list of candidates, they'll share it with the President – that's the advice part.

The White House will usually ask for information about the recommendations, like their education and employment history,

opinions they've given in past cases if they've been a judge in a lower court,

which organizations or political parties they've been involved in, and details about their finances, to make sure they can make fair decisions.

Basically, they want to make sure that nobody is gonna offer a judge special perks or money to say,

"hey, Your Honor, I really need you to rule in favor of Team Vegetable in this 'are tomatoes fruit' case."

You know somebody out there is in the pocket of Big Vegetable.

The White House takes all that information, and then they do even more research.

They try to figure out if the judge is qualified by interviewing the candidates, their supervisors,

lawyers they've worked with, lawyers they've worked against, friends, colleagues,

pretty much anybody who would know about their work in the legal profession.

They even investigate candidate's tax returns, criminal record, and medical history.

I mean, once you appoint a judge, there's no going back, right?

So it makes sense that if you want someone who is qualified, has integrity, and is who they say they are, you would ask everyone who might know about those things!

You can't take it back if your brand-new Supreme Court Justice was exaggerating about being proficient in Excel.

There's one more step before the President announces a nomination, but it happens outside the White House.

The American Bar Association, that nonpartisan professional organization of lawyers we talked about before, will rate each of the candidates on their qualifications.

"Well Qualified" ratings go to the candidates who have the best of the best reputations in their field,

and are seen by their peers as experts at interpreting the law in the most unbiased manner.

A "Qualified" rating means that the ABA thinks they're competent enough to do this (very hard) job,

but in a normal way, not in, like, a heart eyes and hundred emojis way.

A "Not Qualified" rating means that the people whose job it is to decide who is qualified to practice law say the candidate is not qualified to practice law at this important of a level.

The President doesn't have to take a candidate's ABA rating into account,

but it's a pretty bad look if they nominate someone that everyone else says is not qualified.

Once the White House has had a chance to review allll of this advice, the President nominates one person for the role;

usually it's someone the home state Senators recommended, but not always.

Then, the Senate has to approve the President's nominee – that is the consent part.

First, the Senate Judiciary Committee, which is the group of Senators who lead the advice and consent process,

sends a form to the Senators in the states where the nominee would be serving to ask them their opinion of the nominee.

The form is a slip of paper, and it's blue, so to make it easy on all of us, they call it a blue slip.

This is where the Senator can write about why they are in favor of or against the candidate being appointed judge.

If the President didn't take their advice on nominees, or nominated someone who they think isn't qualified,

they can delay the process or prevent a nominee from becoming a judge by writing a negative opinion on their blue slip,

or even failing to send their blue slip back to the Senate.

But if the blue slips look good, the Senate Judiciary Committee holds a hearing to ask questions.

It's kinda like any other job interview – except there are a couple dozen people there,

and it might be aired on C-SPAN, and they can still send you written questions after the face-to-face part is over.

Then that small committee of Senators votes on whether the candidate should become a judge.

They decide whether to bring the candidate to the full Senate for a vote, and if they do,

whether they recommend that the Senate should consent or not consent to the nomination.

The last step in the whole process is for the full Senate to vote on the nominee.

This is another place the process can get slowed down, because it's up to the Senate Majority Leader to schedule the vote.

If the Majority Leader doesn't agree with the nomination they can put voting off, or just not schedule it at all,

as we saw when Majority Leader Mitch McConnell declined to schedule a hearing on President Obama's Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland,

so he just never got rejected or confirmed.

But when the Senate follows their normal process, they debate about whether or not to confirm the nominee until 2/3 of the Senate says they're ready to go to a vote.

That two-thirds agreement to end the debating is called a cloture vote.

Then the real vote happens, and if a majority of Senators say,

"Yes this person should be a federal judge," the President officially appoints that person to serve on the court for-ev-er.

Or, at least until they decide to retire. Or they die.

We'll cover how you fit into this whole process soon, but next time, we'll talk about what happens now.

Once a judge is appointed to a federal court, what do they actually do there?

They judge cases, duh!

But figuring out the right way to decide them?

That takes a whole new kind of judgment in itself.

Tip #1 Go for a daily walk.

Some people have off for the summer like if you are a teacher.

Or if you are working in the summer, just go for a walk. Whether is be on your lunch break.

First thing in the morning is a great time to go. It's also very peaceful because the sun is coming up and the birds are chirping.

It's not too hot....typically.

Take advantage of that time and go for a 20-30 minute walk.

Tip #2 Hit your local farmer's market.

Where I live in South Jersey...

Most people think of Jersey as the northern part of Jersey.

Where there are a lot of cities and congestion.

Not here in South Jersey.

There are cows and pastures.

It's very open farm lands.

So we have a lot of local farm markets.

Take advantage of those farm markets. A lot of them are local produce companies. They are "mom and pop" places

that are only open during the season. They have a great selection of vegetables and fruits.

Go visit your local farm market.

Tip #3 Drink TONS of water.

In the summer, it's (obviously) hot. Your body needs to keep cool and

to stay cool. You have to stay hydrated.

If you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated.

Please make sure you drink lots and lots of water.

You can aim for a gallon water per day. That's not a bad ballpark (depending on your height and weight).

If you are working out and you are sweating a lot, you need to replenish that fluid that you lost.

Don't drink those sugar-laden and salt-laden products that "claim" to rehydrate you.

Just drink water.

You can always have something a little salty

to replace your electrolytes.

But make sure you drink water.

Tip #4 Sorry to tell you but you ...

need to get rid of the alcohol.

I am not trying to be a party-pooper.

Alcohol is like liquid fat.

I promise you when you get rid of the alcohol you will be amazed at how quickly your body will trim down.

If you ca n get rid of it... do so.

Or at least cut down on it. Instead of having one drink a day do two a week. Try to fit it into your lifestyle.

But I guarantee you if you cut out that alcohol you will trim down really quick.

Tip #5 Take advantage of your grill.

Summertime is the perfect time to grill burgers (turkey burgers), chicken breasts

Vegetables on the grill are delicious....and fish.

So take advantage of your grill. Now if you are in a city

or somewhere where you do not have access to a grill

you can get the indoor grills too.

Grill your food. It taste delicious!

So those are my 5 Summer Slimming Tips for you.

Long before numerology existed as we know it today, numbers were still revered and held

in high esteem.

Almost all of the ancient cultures and their most prominent thinkers and philosophers associated

numbers with the mysteries of the universe including its physical, material and spiritual

aspects.

The first name to be associated with numerology is that of Pythagoras, all the way back in

the 6th Century B.C.

However experts believe that he was not the first person on earth to study the enigmatic

relationship between the natural world and the mesmerizing world of numbers.

In fact, it is speculated that he is indebted to a previous numerological system, known

as the Chaldean Numerology system, for his own version.

Now, the Chaldean Numerology came from the same place where the first urban civilization

developed, i.e., Mesopotamia.

In fact the first ever number system is said to have been developed by the Sumerians between

3200-2800 B.C. and it is assumed that the Chaldeans worked on this system further to

establish the Chaldean Numerology.

When the Mesopotamian empire was conquered by the Persians, the conquerors were so impressed

by the advancement of the Chaldeans in not just in mathematics, but also writing, astrology

and astronomy that they started using the term Chaldean, for any practitioner of this

In today's video I want to talk with you about signature style

and the message that you're sending by what you are wearing and the way you dress.

If you know me and my channel you know that I talk a lot about the psychological power of style

and what it does to yourself and to others.

And I have a little series about it - if you haven't seen it yet I would really recommend you to do so,

I will link it for you up there and down below in the description box.

So, you want to live a chic and confident life with less self-doubt and less self-consciousness?

Then you can use your personal style as a tool to create your dream life.

What did you say? You don't have a personal style?

Oh, I think you have one. maybe you are not aware of it

but the way you dress at the moment in your life is the style you have.

Maybe you are not aware of it, but you have a special way to style yourself at the moment - even if you don't know it.

And the way you dress and the clothing you wear has actually an impact on other people.

It sends a message out to others and this can be a good message or a bad message.

And you can be aware of it or not.

You may think: Thea, don't be silly! Style is not important!

Maybe you're one of the women who think that styling yourself and dressing chic is just shallow and superficial.

Or you want to tell me that you're busy with your work or your real problems

and that there are so many things that are more urgent than style.

I want to tell you: that's not true!

Taking care of your style means that you take care of yourself!

If you think style and dressing well is not important, then other people can see that.

The message you're sending is "I don't care about myself"

or it can be worse - you can send the message "I don't care about my work,

about the people around me, I don't care about my life..." whatever.

Maybe you're someone who says "I don't care about style!

I have a great personality and people will find that out sooner or later!"

But you start doubting yourself, because you have a hard time making new friends

or to get in contact with other people because you're not dressing the part.

Guess what: yes, you may have a wonderful, loveable, fun, inspiring personality.

But no one can see your personality from the outside!

They can't see it if they just walk by on the street or if they meet you at the first time.

And if you're dressed sloppy or frumpy or unapproachable, because you just don't care about what you wear,

then you raise the stakes higher for other people to get to know you better.

If you dress in a way, that's putting others off,

then you put yourself in the position where you make it very hard for you to find new friends,

get in contact with people, find your dream job,

find the love of your life... whatever you want in your life.

You can't not communicate!

You're always communicating with others, even if you don't speak.

You're telling something about you by the way you dress and people are making assumptions - if you like it or not.

This is just human nature - it is nothing that people do out of a mean motivation or out of negativity.

Be honest: how often have you seen somebody on the street and made assumptions about him or her

just by him or her walking by?

Our brain is programmed to make a first assumption and a first judgment about others

we are seeing on the streets or somewhere else in the first few seconds.

You may not like it, but this is how it works:

people see you, they see how you're dressed, your dress is telling a story and the people make assumptions.

If you want to have any kind of success in life - whatever success means to you -

if you want to find a partner or if you want to get the promotion

or make friends in a new city or if you want to build a thriving business -

realize that you are sending a message with the clothing you are wearing

and understand the message that you send by the things you wear.

Okay, at the moment you are having a kind of personal style and this style is telling a message about you, may it be good or bad.

The good news is: you have it all in your own hands!

If you want to you can change the message your style is sending to the outside world.

You can change your style at any given time, so you can change the message you're sending,

if you want to achieve your goals and live the life of your dreams.

Let me give you some actionable steps.

First, ask yourself: do the things that I am wearing at the moment, do they match my personality?

Does the story your clothing is telling about you at the moment, does it match the goals you have in life?

Ask yourself: what do I want to tell others about me by the way I dress?

You have to understand what is helpful for you, when it comes to achieving your goals and going after the life that you're dreaming of

- even in terms of style.

Having a personal style and a signature style that is aligned with your personality and your goals

- this can be a really great tool!

Improving your style can be such a helpful tool if you want to grow as a person

and become the best version of yourself.

It can help you to live the chic and confident life that you're dreaming of.

But you have some serious work to do!

As I said before:

first you have to ask yourself: is my style expressing my personality and is it aligned with my goals?

Is your style in line with your needs and what you do at the moment and what you want to become?

Answer these questions and then develop a chic personal style

that tells other people who you are and who you want to become in life.

Find out what colors work best for you.

I have a video on that topic, I will link it for you up here and down below in the description.

Find out what kind of cuts fit your proportions and your body type

and also be playful and find out, which kind of accessories really match your personality.

Then you can go one step further and ask how you can adapt your style for different occasions.

So maybe the jumpsuit that I'm wearing at the moment is great for everyday,

when I dress it up with a blazer it's also nice for business,

but it's not good for going into the Opera, for example.

If you understand your style personality and if you develop a signature style,

then shopping will be more easy and it will also feel more effortless to dress chic every morning -

whether you go to the beach, or to work

or have a business meeting, or just go out with your friends.

When you know your style and you know what kind of clothing works for you,

you will end up with a perfect wardrobe, because everything goes together.

As a personal stylist, I know it can be a lot of work

but I can assure you: if you want to live a more chic and confident life

and if you want to go and achieve your goals

and if you want to create the life you're dreaming of at the moment,

then it's absolutely worth the effort!
