We are here for the finals of the Dutch College League
The Dutch College League is a competition between the universities and colleges around the Netherlands
To play for a prize and a spot in the IESF World Championship in Taiwan this year
Our opponent is ESEV Zephyr from Eindhoven
And I am very excited to play against them in the finals
The recent meta changes and the patchnotes forces them to adjust their playstyle against us
So today we play a best of five against Zephyr
Which means that the first team to reach 3 wins, wins
In between matches we have a little bit of a break
So we can have some thoughts over our new pick and ban phase
Basically we're going one game to the next and keep on going until one team wins
So it should be three easy wins, I'm fairly confident of that
I have confidence that we have a really good shot at winning
My expectation is to take advantage of my early game pressure to take objectives and just snowball the game
This is our proud mascotte, the pink flamingo
We picked him up after our first competitive game and he's been with us ever since

Trust Gaming Erasmus!
We have some action in the toplane, it's Tuomari who's cleaning house
He has been dismounted but can almost mount again
Vipes is going for it, he used his Q.

He has to flash away, the ultimate is coming but it doesn't reach!
Vipes regenerates his shield and Tuomari is dismounted again!
They just need 1 more auto attack from both sides!
But Taliyah shows up and flashes forward but here is the first blood for Erasmus!
No flash on the side of Vipes and Ivez has to flash aswell
But for a first blood, spending your flash is a fine price to pay
Erasmus immediatly goes to the midlane and Zephyr decides to pull the trigger
Atleast that's what you would think and that is exactly what they are doing
They go all out, they put the shields on immediately, Black Shield as well but Nomis dies first
And Zephyr has to consider if they really want to continue this fight right now
DodgingDummy also goes down
Vipes wants to go on the frontline but considering it's 3v5 that might not be the brightest idea!
He's probaply going to get stunned and will die as well most likely
Snirp is alive and manages to grab a kill and that should be the end of the team fight
Daan Stylez has to run away
Tuomari is desperately trying to get away! Oooooh no! And he goes down!
3 kills against 2 kills so far maybe Daan Stylez can get a kill here
Or Vipes could get a kill with a single taunt
But the abilities are on cooldown
Ooh, the flash taunt from Vipes misses unfortunately
Wild Growth is being used
And Erasmus is probaply going to win the fight here
The kills are being made, DodgingDummy will also go down
Snirp is alive on the side here but 3 men are right ontop of him
He goes down and Daan Stylez has to run away really quickly now
Double kill for Guns For Armor and Daan Stylez is here on his own
You see him dance spamming but it won't be because he's happy
Because Erasmus will take the first game here...
It was a bit of a slow start but half an hour in the game Erasmus manages to secure the win
For the first match our top laner Jan-Willem "Tuomari" played out of his mind
And at a certain point we get a catch on them with a very good Kled ultimate
After that ultimate we keep on engaging on them
And we just kept on winning fights and at a certain point I knew he would be able to
get this in the bag aslong as we listen to him so he was our win condition there
Let's see if they can live up to their word this game
The Fiddle engage has to be on point
Yup, and here we see action happening, Nomis is in danger as he's being collapsed upon by Erasmus
He has to flash away, is being chased with a flash from Lulu
And a flash from the Skar as first blood is being picked up by Lulu
Nomis still has no HP and here comes the first paranoia, shield ontop of that but Nocturne goes down
Skar should go down here as well
But here comes Tuomari from the flank and jumps ontop of Snirp
Nomis is also being caught and goes down and it's only Daan Stylez left who can go on
But Tuomari should be way too strong for him
KoudPilsje might go down here and here is Vipes to show some support to his team
But Daan Stylez goes down
All that remains are the two top laners but we already saw that Vipes does not have the damage to kill Tuomari
He still has his flash and is trying his best
Only now does he flash followed by another flash as Tuomari carries the team on his shoulders once again!
Tuomari is already killing these towers on his own with the team on his back
The second game also goes to Erasmus
They are one game away from their ticket to Taiwan
The home team is standing strong!

It's only Mike4G left on the other side of the map
Vipes is tanking down the turret here but he's just not tanky enough

Tuomari gets surpressed immediatly but the CC breaks through
Where is DodgingDummy? He's been taken down
Vipes joins the fray but it's a bit to late
Vipes manages to get another kill, he's almost impossible to kill!
Guns For Armor jumps forward!
He's being handled by Nomis but Nomis has to flash away
Vipes is doing his work against Guns For Armor
Daan also manages to get a kill and Nomis jumps back into the fight!
He's also missing a lot of HP!
It's Vipes against Ivez here!
Everybody is dying!

AND HERE COMES VIPES WITH THE DOUBLE KILL, HOPPA!
It's a quadra kill for Vipes!
Everybody from Erasmus is dead!
There goes the first nexus turret, Tuomari is going for the engage and jumps forward
But he gets demolished by Snirp
Mike4G jumps forward but they simply do not have the damage
Nomis nearly goes down!
KoudPilsje is in the back and manages to scope in on Snirp
But there is no follow up!
KoudPilsje moves to the one side and on the other side Vipes is still fighting 3 guys
But the push from Zephyr follows through
They have 3 guys left, Draven is alive, Malzahar is alive
And that is the 2 - 1 for Zephyr!
They figured out a way to counter us in the first two matches
We thought we had a winning plan, we don't have to change it
But they came with a counter and they played it very well
At a certain point when we saw that we were losing to much we were like... "Okay...."
"Let's already think about the next match"
"This one... just stall it out a little bit and we'll see and next match we're gonna win."
There's some fighting going on in the botlane!
Snirp has to tank the entire herd coming towards him, does that very well actually!
And now Guns For Armor is in trouble!
Only here comes KouPilsje and Snirp dashes forward and manages to get first blood!
Nomis is gonna try and go in for the steal, gets the Smite on the dragon but has to pay for it with his life
Snirp is here! He comes in on the flank and he does so much damage! An absolute brilliant play!
He manages to get the first and the second kill!
And now Erasmus shows up from the other side
Tuomari jumps on Snirp and that'll be the end of Snirp
Can DodgingDummy get away?
Mike4G doesn't have a lot of HP either
But with 3 guys chasing him the kill should definitely be possible
DodgingDummy is almost dead and Camille gets the double kill
And here we see a fight near the dragon
Here comes the engage on Mike4G
Here comes the Ornn horn and the ADC is knocked and Rakan is in the back
Nomis moves further back, Ornn dies, Rakan doesn't survive and only Nocturne gets rooted!
Tuomari can not do the damage that he needs to do right now
DodgingDummy dies but Snirp is moving in for the kills but he is just short!
It's only Daan Stylez and Nomis left against the three carries from Erasmus!
Daan Stylez has to perform a miracle here and Nomis is in trouble.
He is being chased by Guns For Armor
He turns around because he has to do something
But Toumari secures another kill here
It all started so well for Zephyr but then Snirp moved into the backline of the enemy
And he just got absolutely demolished by Toumari, Ivez and Guns For Armor
You don't wanna say that the game is over but...
Taking in to consideration how clean both teams played their macro's in the last few games
I think it's safe to say that Erasmus...
Here comes Mike4G and gets rooted right away! The three man shockwave from Ivez does a lot of damage
And Mike4G manages to jump forward before he goes down
KoudPilsje with the double knock in the backline
Snirp is almost dead!
DodgingDummy is almost dead!
Vipes is trying but he is not going to make it either!
Snirp goes down! Only Daan Stylez is left alive!
But here is the clean ace for Erasmus!
And now is the time!
Erasmus only has to walk in to the base and collect the trophy
The minion wave is also coming and it's practically being played in slow motion
The win that is here for the taking for Erasmus
Daan Stylez is gone, Snirp is gone, Camille goes in for the BM recall
But the flight tickets can be booked
The turrets go down
And Erasmus grabs the third season of the Dutch College League with a solid 3 - 1
They grab the championship in their own city!
*Loud cheering*
Can we please get a final applause for the champions of the Dutch College Premiere League?!

Congratulations everybody, management, players!
I mean, I know we gave Jan-Willem a backpack to carry us all in the first two games.
But it's a team game
And we definitely did it as a team
This time we were well prepared!
I think we're awesome
Our first season, with a scrambled together team
Even with Maurits!
But we did it! And we're first place
And in what way... it was a spectacular end to a match!
