Welcome All, I am Jyoti Khatri, Health & Holistic Wellness Expert.

This is the first video of five element healing meditation series, which can be used for self-development

and balancing all the energies within you, invoking the self healing ability of this

human body.

The basis of this is my TCM, yoga and reiki practices along with Taoism.

In this video you will be learning how to draw wood element symbol and will be sharing

2 powerful mediation technique, which will help you to experience the wood energies within

you and heal the imbalances of wood at all levels of body, mind and spirit.

Try both approaches and find out for yourself which variation feels more comfortable for

you.

You will discover the connections between the wood elements and the anatomical organs,

with the emotions and mental/spiritual states.

I got so many request about making video related to anger, reducing the anxiety, laziness, eye problems, and list goes on. What i

see common in all of those request is that imbalances of wood energies in them.

So, it is important for everyone to really know how these elements affect at all levels

of the body-mind-spirit, they are energy fields that resonate throughout our being and exhibit

their characteristics in different ways.

Ultimately, everything in the universe is Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal or Water.

These forces interact with each other and manifest or condense in different aspects

of our body-mind-spirit.

Which makes us all with unique temperament yet we all are made up of same 5 element.

It is important for you to watch the whole video so that you will get clear understanding of

wood element, as it will help in your meditation practice where you will clear and balances

the wood energizes within you.

So, before moving to meditation technique.

Lets understand the wood energies first.

Each 'element' represents a range of related functions and qualities.

For example, Wood represents active functions that are in a growing phase.

So if we translate this principles into the seasons of the year, then Wood represents

the growth of spring season.

The emotion of Wood is anger and aggression, together with the associated feelings of irritability,

hatred, fury and rage, resentment and frustration.

Anger and aggression are a sign of an obstacle in our path, preventing us from growing, and

we become frustrated if we cannot find the space for expression.

Anger and aggression are seen as positive emotions that allow us to overcome impediments

to our growth, but irritability, hatred, rage and fury are seen as signs of a Wood imbalance,

and are not healthy emotions.

Rage, for example, can be seen as anger that has lost its purpose and gone out of control.

We speak of 'blind rage'.

A person might be continually angry with themselves or on edge with others, irritable and always

wanting to pick a fight with someone.

They might feel 'stuck', paralysed because they are unable to escape their fury.

Annoyance and irritability can also be seen as energies that have yet to be focused.

If a person keeps their rage inside, one can appear cold and polite on surface level; but

underneath there may be a feeling of great frustration or inner conflict, and if the

rage ever broke free there might be dangerous consequences.

Such suppressed aggression also goes hand in hand with suppressed and inhibited sexuality,

so healthy sexual behaviour is seen as related to healthy aggressive behaviour.

Emotional imbalances in Wood can be expressed in different ways.

For example, chronic irritability and unreasonable temper tantrums can be indicative of an excess

of chi or energy in the Gall Bladder.

This can cause headaches in the crown and at the temples, and if this state of rage

continues not to be expressed or cleared out then high blood pressure or Gallstones might

result.

A person may exhibit suppressed rage: sarcasm, cynicism, bitterness and a general inability

to become angry.

This can be associated with apathy, sluggishness, resignation and depression, which in themselves

are what we might see in a person who has given up making plans and manifesting goals.

Such an outlook may have arisen because a person has been confronted continually with

obstacles to their self-realisation.

Continued failure can lead people to give up, perhaps leading to alcoholism or drug

addiction, which are in themselves injurious to the Liver.

If over the years a person cannot express and clear their hatred and rage, and turn

these emotions into a positive striving towards goals, then the aggression can turn itself

against the person's own body, leading to gout, arthritis, rheumatism, and other autoimmune

or auto-aggressive disorders.

Interestingly, these diseases are more often found in women, and in patriarchal cultures

women have less opportunity than men to express themselves, especially when it comes to carrying

through with an idea or venting their anger.

The healthy situation is where anger and aggression can be expressed and then will turn naturally

into joy and love, the emotions associated with Fire, the element which follows Wood

in the endless cycle of the elements.

Wood brings forth the desire for movement and growth.

Its nature is expansion, growing in all directions.

It brings forth the creative processes of planning and decision-making.

It gives us the desire to undertake a new project, to set sail for new horizons and

new discoveries.

Wood is represented by the Liver which is yin organ and the Gall Bladder which is yang

organ.

The Liver represents the ability to make plans and to see life on a material level; it embodies

the power of imagination and creative energy that results in growth.

It is the inventor, the discoverer.

It sees the meaning of life.

It develops the vision, the plan.

Every new idea that we take hold of, every new concept, broadens our horizons.

We take risks and go into the unknown.

We grow, and growth or expansion is the essence of Wood.

You might imagine that when this ability falters then some symptom would arise.

For example, a migraine may appear when Liver energy is out of balance, and you could see

this as frustration with the system because plans were not made or followed.

So a person with a Wood imbalance might say that they felt 'jammed up in the head so that

I can't think, or plan, or do anything'.

Related to the Liver's planning is the Gall Bladder's function in decision making: the

ability to assert our needs in the outer world.

If you see the Liver as an architect, then the Gall Bladder is the builder who makes

the decisions and arrangements necessary for the blueprints to become a reality.

Imagine a person who has difficulty in making decisions, even very little simple ones, and

you are thinking of someone with a Gall Bladder imbalance.

The two functions of Liver and Gall Bladder are very closely connected.

Without an all encompassing concept, the decisions in day-to-day life are incoherent, and similarly

the best plans and projects are worthless if they cannot be carried out.

Depression and resignation may have their roots in a Wood disorder: the vision is missing,

the plan is lacking, or a person may have many plans and ideas but cannot make them

into reality.

Each Element has associated with a sense organ, a body part, an orifice, a physical manifestation,

and a variety of other aspects, for example a colour, a taste, and a time of day.

An imbalance in an element can show itself as a characteristic symptom in one of these

areas.

In this video iam just going to touch on a few of these.

The Eyes are represented by Wood element.

So an eye problem like blindness, short- or long-sightedness, or any sort of distorted

vision, could be associated with an imbalance in the Liver and Gall Bladder.

As, these organs are associated with planning, judgement and decision-making, and you could

say that it takes vision and sight to be able to make proper decisions.

Headaches at the crown, temples or behind the eyes are characteristic of Wood imbalance.

Since Wood governs cycles of growth, Wood imbalances can cause irregular or painful

menstruation or premature birth, growth disorders in childhood or adolescence , and in cancer.

A healthy Wood element grows out in all directions, so imbalance may show itself in symptoms that

only occur in one side of the body or in diseases where there is lack of co-ordination in the

muscles, or glands or organs.

Wood has an important role in coordinating the right and left hemispheres of the brain,

and an imbalance can be expressed in psychiatric and neurological disorders, in Schizophrenia,

and in some forms of epilepsy.

Finally, Wood is associated with the sound of Shouting, not surprising when you think

of its connection with anger and aggression, so a person who always talks in a kind of

shout, aggressive and forceful, is showing sign of Wood imbalance.

Now lets move on to drawing wood element symbol Draw a line vertically downwards.

Then bounce over and to the left, curving round anticlockwise into the right-hand loop

of what will be an 'infinity' symbol.

Make the infinity symbol, left-right, left-right, left-right, so you have traced out three infinity

symbols, finishing at the centre of infinity Now lets move on to the meditaion technique

I will share two meditation approaches that will produce powerful effects within you.

You try both and carry on with the one which is more comfortable for you.

You have to spend 5-10 minutes each day working with only wood energy, for say 7-10 days.

Then move on to another energy.

I will upload the next video of 5 element healing meditation series soon.

Make sure you make notes afterwards on what you experienced.

So for the first way Sit comfortably with spine straight, eyes

gently closed and your hands resting in your lap with palms facing up

Now, Draw out the wood symbol in your mind's eye, up in the air above you.

Just Imagine cascades of energy flooding down onto you from the symbol.

Energy floods into your hands, into your head, into your torso.

Be aware of any sensations in your body, any impressions, and qualities you are experiencing.

Be aware of your emotions, your thoughts, and your state of mind.

Continue this practice for another 5 to 10 minutes.

Once meditation finishes note down your experiences.

In second mediation we bring energy down to Dantein, which is an energy center that can

be found two finger width below your tummy button and 1/3rd of the way into your body.

It is considered as your personal energy reserve, the centre of your creativity and intuition,

the seat of your soul.

It is used extensively in energy cultivation techniques like reiki, Tai Chi and in many

Martial arts forms too!

So for second way to do this wood element healing meditation,

Sit straight with your eyes closed and your hands resting in your lap palms facing up.

Start drawing out the wood symbol in your mind's eye, up in the air above you.

As you inhale, draw energy down from the symbol, into your crown.

Draw energy down the centre of your body to your solar plexus or Dantein enery center.

As you pause before exhaling, feel the energy get stronger in your Dantien.

As you breathe out, feel the energy spread through your body.

Continue for another 5 to 10 mintues.

Make notes afterwards on what you have experienced.

hard uphill coming up

and it's 40°C..

hmm.. 39°C don't exaggerate

too bad we would have seen my hometown without the haze

the brand new Raddiesl... with an old people saddle cover

pretty neat .. except for the fork

and the stem could be lighter

frame too cause it's a heavy prototype frame

but it's ok

that's a nice trail for an uphill

as you know: nice can sometimes be a synonym for "it sucks"

show us a trick! - huh?

show us a trick!

crashing?

do a wheelie dude

still too easy

lection 1: if you ride in front of me I annoy people!

dunno?

it's ok if you stay on the right

you can do it.. I'll show you how

watch it

yeah that's it

ok..

when riding stairs try to absorb them with your arms and legs

it's better cause you won't bounce around

I know you want to lean back.. but on small stuff better stay in front and try to absorb it actively by pushing the bike down the stairs

with your arms.. trying to keep the traction

yeah thats it

find your way

and don't crash

getting interesting.. find an easy way

lacks momentum

how is cornering with this one?

better.. - better! that's what I wanted to hear

nice turn ahead

stairs coming up.. no high ones

relax and try to absorb everything

but don't relax too much so you loose the bar

works great

now it's getting rough

try to take every obstacle

good job

I'm going to shut up

that was a quite big step

well ok.. -Tree! - now switch direction

one more try

turn right.. stairs!

try to take the biggest possible radius

this is a good... well or you just take the straight...

I may just take the straigt

you should just do that... and you're good to go

I know!

you can skip this one...

can't get down..

no good.. that's the first thing we need to fix

as long as you can't do that crashing is not an option

we have to fix that

as soon as you can crash right we can start the real training

looks way better on the bike

nice

that's it

got enough?

downhill could be longer.. uphill shorter--

that's normal

Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake - 1 MINUTE REVIEW (A3, S3, Golf, GTI, Golf R, TT) - Duration: 1:37.

it's like so nice you just want it you just want to stare at it all day long

hello YouTube name isn't here with SC Pierrot we're gonna do a really quick

product review on the zero three four carbon fiber intake for the mark 7 GTI

so we have the zero three four carbon fiber intake for the mark seven GTI and

GLI this thing's pretty awesome this is fully carbon fiber this whole thing

weighs about 2.6 pounds we get a top for the intake this goes directly to your

turbo using this coupling right here and then we have a nice air filter here made

in the USA and this is rated up to 600 horsepower

alright so included in this kit are some nice and Norma German clamps they're

gonna connect the coupler to your turbo to the V intake here and also they have

a system I couldn't unpack sure this is so beautifully packaged but it allows

for you to use the secondary air intake on some cars or if you don't want to use

it you don't have to use it so you might ask you know this is a pretty expensive

kit yes it's eye candy looks awesome it is carbon fiber but why you want to put

this on your car so 0-3 for motorsport is one of the top producers and top

designers of these sort of products what they do is they take this and they take

what's on the standard GTI and they take it to the next level you can see this is

really nice carbon leave carbon is going to keep heat from the engine out of your

intake so basically it doesn't have a lot of thermal conductivity so the air

coming into your engine is going to be cooler because they're going to be

blocked by this nice carbon fiber alright everyone thank you very much for

watching we're going to be installing this we're super excited about this

please leave a comment below if you want to see more of 0-3 for products or

anything else that we can do quick product reviews on we'll see we'll see

you later bye you can do better

Curiosity-Driven AI: How Effective Is It? | Two Minute Papers #257 - Duration: 2:41.

Dear Fellow Scholars, this is Two Minute Papers with Károly Zsolnai-Fehér.

There are many research projects about teaching an AI to play video games well.

We have seen some amazing results from DeepMind's Deep Q Learning algorithm that performed on

a superhuman level on many games, but faltered on others.

What really made the difference is the sparsity of rewards and the lack of longer-term planning.

What this means is that the more often we see the score change on our screen, the faster

we know how well we are doing and change our strategy if needed.

For instance, if we make a mistake in Atari Breakout, we lose a life almost immediately,

but in a strategy game, a bad decision may come back to haunt us up to an hour after

committing it.

So, what can we do to build an AI that can deal with these cases?

So far when we have talked about extrinsic rewards that come from the environment, for

instance, our score in a video game, and most existing AIs are for all intents and purposes,

extrinsic score-maximizing machines.

And this work is about introducing an intrinsic reward by endowing an AI with one of the most

humanlike attributes: curiosity.

But hold on right there, how can a machine possibly become curious?

Well, curiosity is defined by whatever mathematical definition we attach to it.

In this work, curiosity is defined as the AI's ability to predict the results of its

own actions.

This is big, because it gives the AI tools to pre-emptively start learning skills that

don't seem useful now, but might be useful in the future.

In short, this AI is driven to explore, even if it hasn't been told how well it is doing.

It will naturally start exploring levels in Super Mario, even without seeing the score.

And now comes the great part: this curiosity really teaches the AI to learn new skills,

and when we drop it into a new, previously unseen level, it will perform much better

than a non-curious one.

When playing Doom, the legendary first-person shooter game, it will also start exploring

the level and is able to rapidly solve hard exploration tasks.

The comparisons reveal that an AI infused with curiosity performs significantly better

on easier tasks, but the even cooler part is that with curiosity, we can further increase

the difficulty of the games and the sparsity of external rewards and can expect the agent

to do well, even when previous algorithms failed.

This will be able to play much harder games than previous works.

And remember, games are only used to demonstrate the concept here, this will be able to do

so much more.

Love it.

Thanks for watching and for your generous support, and I'll see you next time!

Yuya OSAKO (Japan) - Man of the Match - MATCH 16 - Duration: 1:22.

This is your first ever goal in a World Cup.

Four years ago, the team lost to Colombia, and this time you scored and won.

How do you react to the fans and those cheering for you back in Japan?

We spent the last four years not forgetting about that disappointment.

We were able to start off well, so I think we did very well out there.

The Japanese fans are very famous for their support, and a lot of them came to Russia.

How important are the Japanese supporters, and their love of football?

Just by looking at the stands, you can tell, there were a lot of yellow shirts.

But there were a lot of supporters in blue shirts too,

and we got a lot of energy from them.

We have to thank the supporters, and I think their energy really helped today.
