Last time we were talking about vibrations.
And abundance.
And lack.
All of them depend on our thoughts.
Even before thoughts, mention the source for it is information.
The flow from information to thought to action
Applies to everything in this world.
Everything comes back to information, thoughts and action.
And action creates destiny.
These four components apply to everyone without an exception.
And if we take care of these four components.
It becomes our Mantra.
You can create a destiny of your choice.
It is such a small thing and easy to take care of.
Now I will never say that God made this world like this.
I will never say God wrote our destiny, why did He do this to me.
Now we cannot say anything like that.
We cannot because now it is a personal responsibility of our destiny.
Personal responsibility towards our own destiny.
We are responsible for the destiny we create.
Only taking care of our thoughts.
Destiny is the end product.
Thoughts and actions are its Process Plant.
The information which goes in is the raw material.
I am still shocked about why we did not know this all these years.
I should take care of my vibration.
I need to take care of my every thought and vibration, the action from that thought, and the resulting Destiny.
Usually we tend to think, speak and do a lot of things throughout the day.
If it is a joke about somebody we say it is for time-pass.
But if there is any vice in it even subtly
If there is anything negative
It will influence our destiny.
But so many people tease each other jokingly.
Whether you label it as a humor.
As a time-pass or entertainment
Label can be anything.
What is a vibration getting created?
It doesn't mean we stop laughing or having fun.
But while doing all that
While having fun and entertainment
We need to check the energy of what we are doing.
What is the quality of our thought?
And we should be aware that this thought and this vibration will go all the way till destiny.
So many people taunt eat other in the name of having fun.
Sometimes the even hurt the other person.
Everyone needs to do a checking of their sanskars.
We need to remember that even if we are doing at
Our vibration will affect our destiny.
The name of fun if I am saying something negative about you, or taunting you
What is the vibration that gets created from it?
I am creating them.
It is my creation here.
And it will affect my destiny.
When we say it affects my destiny it means, by creating such energy
I the soul will get weaker.
Whether or not you will be affected by my taunt is your choice.
Whether you will absorb it and how much you will be influenced by it.
Whether you will get disturbed or you will just ignore it.
It may not even have any effect on you.
You have all those choices.
So whether my taunt influences your destiny is your choice.
But it is sure to affect my destiny because I created it.
Vibration creates destiny.
Vibration creates reality.
Whose reality?
My vibration cannot create your reality.
My vibration will create my reality.
My vibration can influence your vibration.
We need to be clear with this equation.
There are 2 people and 4 factors in play.
The four are - My vibration. My destiny. Your vibration. Your destiny.
We often say my work did not go well because of their vibration.
Which means their vibration influenced my destiny.
It will not go like that.
Their vibration cannot create my destiny.
Their vibration can influence my vibration.
If my vibration goes lower
Then that will affect my destiny.
In the same way if somebody motivates you.
Or if they appreciate you, you will not be successful because of that.
Because of their motivation you created the right thoughts.
And your powerful thoughts gave you success.
The steps need to be clear.
Other people's vibration will only influence our vibrations.
Other people's vibrations cannot create our destiny.
But how much will somebody's vibrations influence us
That is our choice.
But the vibration which that person is creating
Will definitely affect his destiny.
Suppose I create a thought now
As - The success which you are getting, how come you are getting so much success?
Maybe I create a feeling that you don't deserve that amount of success.
Or maybe I feel I deserved more success than you.
So I am jealous of you.
And I feel I am deprived.
I should have got this success.
Suppose all these thoughts are going on.
When I think like this
My thoughts cannot block your success.
I am not creating write thoughts for you
I can even go to any extent of creating a vibration
That something should happen which will stop your success.
That your work should stop.
Why vibration cannot stop your success.
But my vibration reaches you.
Your mind absorbs that vibration.
And if it depletes a little bit
You will not come to know who created which thought for you.
But if you do not keep yourself empowered.
If you do not keep your frequency high.
Then the vibrations around you will influence you.
If your vibration becomes low.
Then your vibration will affect your success.
That is one part.
But when I create a negative vibration for you.
Or question your success
Let us be very clear with the equation
My vibration will not affect your success.
But the vibration which I created for you
Will affect me.
Can you give an example?
My every thought
Of how he got so much success
I should have been more successful than him
What is the quality of such thoughts?
Negative.
What is the frequency of the vibration?
It is low. So what is it doing to my soul power?
It is reducing it.
When my soul power reduces, my reality will affect my destiny.
Suppose I am not saying that I am not successful.
I am not saying that I am not being successful.
But I am getting disturbed by looking at somebody else's success.
I am unhappy to see somebody else successful.
So the reality is that I am unhappy and disturbed?
Just this one thought that I am not happy about somebody else's success
What is its quality? Negative.
This is not a good quality vibration.
So what happens to our frequency? It gets lowered.
What happens to our soul power? It reduces.
So my destiny gets affected.
So whether we make fun of somebody.
Whether we taunt somebody.
Whether we just gossip about somebody with other people.
When we are creating thoughts about somebody
Whether it affects their destiny or not is their choice.
But it will affect our destiny. This is definite.
This is definite.
Somebody things wrong for me and I just say it's ok.
Because I understand he is creating a loss for himself.
And I ignore.
Is this not the easiest way out?
If somebody is just making fun of me or writing wrong things about me.
He is affecting his own destiny. So I do not react.
That soul is weakening himself.
If we look at the entire day
How much we weakened ourselves by engaging in such things.
By thinking about other people.
By making fun of them or being jealous of them
Criticizing them
Sometimes we even get so negative that we want things to go wrong for them.
If we create search thoughts.
Their failure and success are theirs.
It is decided by their Karma and their destiny.
But if we create such thoughts about somebody.
Then the person who created that thought.
His destiny will definitely be affected by that thought.
It is not mean that
If I create a thought that you incur losses
It doesn't mean I will be under loss.
It is not like that.
But the moment I create a thought that you should go under loss.
The battery here depletes.
It is very simple. I create an impure thought so the battery gets depleted.
So the moment I create a thought that you should experience a loss.
Or if I question why you are being successful.
Or any such thoughts, the battery here depletes.
And when the battery here depletes.
It will affect my destiny somewhere because my soul power depleted.
At school we used to be told that if we dig a pit for somebody else, we will fall into it.
That is what it means.
It means for anybody
If we create an impure thought.
And look at its opposite.
If we appreciate the person and say what talent he has got.
If we appreciate or motivate another person
Or if we give a blessing and empower them
We did it for them.
But how much it will influence them is again their choice.
How much will they absorb our positive energy.
How much they will make it there on frequency and change their destiny.
It is that person's choice.
But when we create that vibration.
Of appreciation, motivation, inspiration.
Empowerment and blessing.
When we created from our mind and not just in words.
Not just in words.
When we create that frequency from here, from our mind.
Then our soul power increases.
Our destiny gets influenced.
This is so simple.
The equation should be clear.
But throughout the day we become so casual
Talk about other people including those whom we don't know.
We have only heard about those people from other sources.
We start discussing them.
We discuss about politicians of another country also.
Messages exchanged on WhatsApp about people and things which we have nothing to do with.
We keep forwarding them to others also.
We not only forward them, will listen to it
We discuss it which means we have recorded it on the soul.
Suppose right now somebody sends you a WhatsApp message about a person from some other country.
You read it and recorded it here.
That is why information is so important.
If we had not even read it, we would have been saved from the further loss.
But we read, listen and even forward to other people.
If somebody else is discussing we join the discussion also.
So the moment we read, listen and think about it.
And even discussed it, what did all this do?
I did not have any influence on that person from that country.
The equation is very clear.
But all this depleted your soul power.
Why will my soul power reduce if I just forward a message?
You read it and made it a part of your soul recording.
Yes, and we feel it is worth sharing with somebody else too.
And the person to whom you forwarded it - you reduced his vibrations also.
No. That depends on whether I read it or not.
You may even delete it.
Deleting it without reading should become a practice.
This is a small practice but very very important.
Powerful benefit.
I have reached the stage where I read the first two three words and delete the message.
Next stage will be to delete it without reading, if I feel it is not useful.
When we look at things we can make out their vibration.
And if we get a particular kind of messages from somebody, we know what to expect.
There I become very careful because I know this person will not send right messages.
And I block a few others straight away.
You mentioned about the way we respond to people whom we don't even know.
It could be a politician or an actor. If we are reading about them or listening to things about them.
But when we do this it becomes a part of our thoughts.
Maybe even we discussed it with 4 other people.
So when that inner conversation and Outer conversation happens
Whether it was for fun not for time-pass
It can be for entertainment or just a conversation for the sake of conversation.
That we have gathered so we are just discussing something.
One person says - I read that so and so person did such and such a thing.
Each thought is affecting my destiny but not affecting that person.
We need to remember this and then choose what to think, speak and do.
We once again come back to the main rule.
Information, thought, action, destiny.
This needs to be repeated in each episode because it is like the foundation.
Everything is built on it.
We need to pay attention that even in casual conversations.
We should not create vibrations which will deplete my soul power.
We need to underline this.
Even for fun we should not say something which can hurt the other person.
Hurting the other person is secondary.
First of all it hurts us.
That person has the power to choose whether our words will hurt him or not.
He has a choice.
But whether it will hurt you or not.
You don't have a choice there.
Because you already created that vibration.
Suppose you create loving thought for somebody.
It will definitely empower you.
Likewise if you create an impure thought for somebody, it will definitely deplete you.
So both these things will affect our destiny.
If we remember this.
Then we save ourselves from doing so many such Karmas.
The ones which are not right for our vibrations.
If we are strict about these small things
They are very small things and petty to discuss about somebody else.
Or if we create negative thoughts looking at somebody's success.
All these small things weaken the soul.
And when the soul is weak, we say I cannot change my Sanskar.
I cannot do this, I don't have the power to do it.
These are very small things which need discipline.
If we experiment this for just one day.
That we are with people throughout the day talking to them.
We can have fun and work with them.
But while doing all that, let us not create a single thought
Or a word
Which will deplete my soul power.
And if it happens also, be aware and quickly change.
This is the attention we have to keep and if we do it.
We protect ourselves at least 80% of the times.
I tried this once but instead of attention, I was tensed.
To do like this, to think like that, to be aware
Finally I kept quiet.
I could not make out what was happening.
Even people started asking me why I was different that day.
Why I was quiet that day. They felt I was lonely.
Years before that
I was telling my son to do this, to avoid that, to be like this and so on.
He asked me if I don't want him to be natural.
He said he had to live a natural life and can't live an artificial life.
So I want to know whether it is artificial to do all this?
To think at each step whether I should do something or I should not do it.
By paying attention for a few days.
I feel tensed.
Even otherwise there are many tensions in life.
Why is tension there? Because the soul is weak.
Now we wish to increase the soul power.
So we are paying a little attention.
Initially for sometime it may feel that it is not natural.
It may feel it is not natural - because what has the definition of Natural become today?
Four of us get together and spoke about somebody.
We also contributed and we all made fun of that person.
We said it was fun and we said this is natural.
It would happen in our industry long ago.
If there were 4 people and one of them had to go.
The remaining three of us but comment about him.
The moment he is back we would become quiet.
It would feel as though that can happen when I go also.
Yes they are likely to do it.
But important is the fun you had was
It was gossip. Whether we gossip about people we know or about a stranger.
We have given the label as Natural to all these conversations.
Actually these conversations are pretty low in class.
They are all low frequency thoughts.
And then when we need to pay a little attention to avoid it, we say - I am not being natural.
My natural was not healthy for me.
That I need to remember.
When we say it was natural, it meant we did it many times.
People around us were also doing it.
So we thought it is natural.
But that Natural was not healthy for me.
Not healthy for the soul.
It reduces soul power.
So going forward we will still continue to be with those people.
You mentioned that you became quiet.
You said you are not having fun or getting involved. We don't need to do that.
We need to talk to everyone and have fun, enjoy.
But we should do it without taunting others.
Without making fun of somebody.
Without criticizing someone.
But sometimes our awareness slips.
Does not matter.
If we want to feel natural, then whatever we used to do earlier gets triggered.
Then again we think that we made the same mistake again.
So we feel it is better to keep quiet.
When you pay attention and focus.
And understanding that this is depleting for me and for everybody around me.
That's why I shared that when you pay attention, you will get save in 80% of the situations.
20% of the time? We make mistakes.
That's okay.
Even if we save 50% and tend to speak the old way for the remaining 50% of the times.
Saving 50% also means we improved power so much.
When we get saved 80% of the time today, and increase our soul power to a big extent
Tomorrow it becomes easier to do it.
But if you go on the other extreme it means we are running away.
Which extreme?
When we become quiet or withdrawn.
That is not natural.
It is the other extreme.
It is just not natural and it makes life very boring.
Because we start feeling it when we are not having fun, not mingling with people, getting withdrawn.
Because you will not be able to be a part of that conversation.
We may feel awkward there.
We need to be with everybody.
We need to have fun and play and speak to everybody.
But the quality has to be of a higher frequency.
Having fun doesn't always mean that we make fun of somebody in a negative way.
Pure humour.
Is also fun.
Once you start doing it, people around you will not make fun in a negative way.
They feel that it is not appropriate to talk about such things in front of you.
They will refrain from doing it. It doesn't mean they will stop talking to you.
They will not stop having fun with you. They will only stop that quality of making fun.
Everything has a certain quality.
Every thought and word have a certain vibration and frequency.
So those who are with interacting you will automatically raise to higher frequency.
So when you change you benefit them also.
If the same set of people sit with somebody else.
Who also speak slow frequency words.
So in that process what happens to everybody is frequency? Gets lowered.
We have to raise our frequency.
It will help others around us to raise their frequency.
It will.
It will help them.
But if we sit with them and say they are all making fun of somebody.
They are all talking about somebody else.
So we also join the conversation.
If we say that is normal and natural.
Our vibrations get lowered.
There is a quote which says we need to grow so much but even God asks us how high we are headed.
Which means the higher you Raise yourself, the destiny will be of that quality.
God will not write our destiny.
All these things have such a deep meaning.
That God Himself asks that person.
It means you are writing a destiny of your choice.
The higher you raise your vibration, the more beautiful will your destiny become.
Because the soul is becoming powerful.
We have a choice. So let us have laughter and play.
Let us not make our life boring.
Let us not withdraw from people.
Let us be with everyone.
What happens is, we fear low frequencies
And we withdraw ourselves.
We have to remain with them but at our high-frequency.
We have to be there at higher frequency.
This will help others to raise their frequency.
We only need to pay attention that while we are with them.
We need to maintain our vibrations at that higher level.
We should not get carried away and start talking or making fun like others at that moment.
We should not go in that way.
We should stay at the higher vibrations where we were.
Others will also raise their vibrations and reach that level automatically.
