Do you ever wonder why your videos have disappeared down the YouTube black hole

and wonder why nobody ever sees them? And are you aware there tends to be 3

types of YouTube problems business owners have that result in their videos

disappearing down that YouTube black hole that could be easily fixed? And equally

how easy it is to get those videos generating views? Welcome to this video

entitled: "How To Fix 3 YouTube Video Problems For Busy Business Owners", which is

centered around ways on how to: re-use old videos; videos not yet optimised; and

knowing how and where to start using video strategically in your business.

Before we find out how to fix these 3 YouTube video problems

be sure to watch this video to the very end where you'll be able to download my free

PDF entitled:"The 7 Critical Reasons Why You Should Be On YouTube" Hi, my

name's Jeff Laming of Video Cashflow and in this video we're going to highlight

3 types of problems facing business owners when it comes to maximising the

benefits of YouTube videos - and how to quickly fix them. And if this is the

first time you're watching a Video Cashflow video and you like what you see,

hear and read tehe please click the "Subscribe" button to get more video

marketing and business videos on a weekly basis. So what are these 3

YouTube video problems that need fixing? All 3 centre around the fact that

there probably was no video marketing strategy implemented from the

outset, and so many business owners experienced the following 3 types of

problems: 1. Videos listed on YouTube that are not getting many, if any at all,

views and so they are not ranking on page 1 for their main keywords. Why page

1 you ask. Because in some cases it's estimated that up to 90% of viewers

don't look beyond page 1 for your main keywords so page 1 ranking is critical;

2. Videos produced but are not posted to youtube yet for whatever reason - and

they're collecting dust on your hard drive; and 3. Videos not yet purchased

simply because the business owner doesn't know how or where to start!

The first problem - videos listed on YouTube but are not ranking well and are

getting hardly any views, if any all, can be quickly fixed by all or a

combination of the following: (1) Changing the title in line with the

subject matter; (2) Changing the file name so it's in line with the title; (3)

Improving the keyword tags; (4) Adding in relevant content in the description box

that aligns with what's being said on the video; and (5) Correcting the auto

transcription in the video itself. These solutions will help you to: (i) re-use

existing videos; (ii) revive and revitalise old YouTube videos; (iii)

optimise your old YouTube videos; (iv) re-post your old YouTube videos; (v) get more

views; (vi) get more engagement with your viewers; and (vii) improve the overall

ranking of your videos. The second problem - videos produced but not yet

listed on YouTube - can be fixed by: (i) determining what the purpose of the

video is; (ii) establishing who your target audience is -

this requires undertaking research to determine where your target audience

hang out and what their main problems and issues are; (iii) changing your video

file name and aligning it with your video title name; (iv) re-edit the video,

for example, to bring it up to date or to either remove images or to trim and

remove parts of the video itself; and (v) optimising the video file to improve its

ranking capabilities. See my earlier video entitled: How To Prepare A Video

File Before Uploading To YouTube". I'll put a link in the top right where the "i"

icon is, and a link in the description box below this video. These solutions

will help you to: (1) focus on your video marketing strategy; (2) determine who your

potential clients are; (3) establish yourself or your business as the "Go to"

resource in your niche; and (4) drive traffic to your landing page or website

or opt-in box. And finally, the third problem - videos not yet produced because

you don't know how or where to start. Now, this is probably the biggest

challenge most business owners have. They recognise that using video has

tremendous benefits and they either don't have the know-how or the

confidence to start or they see the lack of time as

an inhibiting factor. There's usually 2 ways to fix this particular problem -

number 1. Take time out to formulate a strategy as to how you want video to

work in your business and the overall result you'd like your business to

achieve by implementing video. Video must be looked at as part of your

overall marketing strategy so to get the most from video it should be looked at

how it can integrate with your other means of marketing. And secondly, to work

with a local video marketer to determine a viable strategy so that you

can use your time more effectively in your business, such as driving sales and

supporting clients etc. These solutions should help you to: (1) systemise your

business to make your marketing strategy work; (2) be specific with the video

content you provide so that it's relevant to your viewers; and (3)

identify areas of your business where you can outsource. Summing up then, the

3 main problems business owners face are: 1. Videos listed on YouTube that

are not getting many, if any at all, views; 2. Videos produced but not yet posted to

YouTube for whatever reason; and 3. Videos not yet produced simply because

the business owners do not know how or where to start. If you found any of this

Taiwan Conference Report and Planetary Situation Update - Duration: 3:58.

Taiwan Conference Report and Planetary Situation Update

Our Ascension conference in Taipei was an energetic continuation of the Budapest conference.

Days before the conference, Pleiadian, Sirian, Andromedan and Arcturian Light cloudships

have literally invaded Taiwan to prepare the energies for the conference:

We have activated another massive number of Sisterhood of the Rose groups worldwide and

have anchored huge amounts of Light into the planetary grid, leaving many people deeply

transformed.

Meanwhile, clearing of the Chimera group continues.

The remaining toplet plasma bombs are enmeshed in the surface population primary anomaly

and the Light forces are carrying out their protocols to disentangle this mess without

destroying the planet in the process.

Nothing more can be said now about that.

Since the activation of beta timeline in late January, the Light forces are working with

full speed to expose the existence of directed energy weapons.

Only two days after the death of Isis Astara, the involvement of Black Nobility / Archon

families in directed energy harassment was exposed.

The same source, Ahuwahzeus blog, has exposed the Black Nobility / Archon network with great

precision and with nearly 90% reliability.

Therefore it might be a good idea to store the intel from that blog safely and repost

it in case the original blog is shut down.

The Chimera group is the real controller of the quarantine barrier, whereas Black Nobility

/ Archon families are the real controllers of the surface of the planet.

Most of their bloodlines originate in ancient Rome.

They control the Negative Military through the Knights of Malta (SMOM):

They control the negative police and polarize political parties through Knights of Columbus:

They control the fabric of society through the Jesuits:

They control business endeavor through mafia clans:

Main Archon families are Massimo (Maximus) family:

Breakspear (Lancelotti) family:

Orsini (Ursus) family:

Aldobrandini / Brandolini family:

Colonna (Columna) family:

Borgia (Borja) family:

Pallavicini (Palatinus) family:

Torlonia family (controllers of BIS):

Theodoli (Theodosius) family (Theodosius 1st was an Archon who ordered the destruction

of Goddess mysteries in 391 CE):

Gaetani family (the gatekeepers, handlers of Donald Trump through the Five Families

NYC mafia clans, and through Mercer family, which is a Black Nobility merchant guild family):

All those bloodline families create an interconnected network that effectively controls the surface

of the planet,

The Light Forces are carrying out their protocols to remove Archon families from power and liberate

the surface of the planet.

The only thing I can say here is that the same structure of principalities and powers

exists on plasma and lower etheric plane and it is being dismantled daily.

Top 5 Biggest Disney Fails That Will Ruin Your Childhood - Duration: 7:00.

Oh Alice shes always getting herself into some crazy situation.

Don't worry we will be talking more about her and her drug problems further down the

list.

Yeah it's a crazy list.

Hey guys im Court McGinley and welcome back to the most amazing top 5.

Before we get started I want to remind you to stay tuned until the end of the video as

I will be answering your questions and reading comments.

Also don't forget to leave your questions down below so I can answer them in an upcoming

video.

Alright lets get started on out list of the top 5 biggest Disney fails that will ruin

your childhood.

Starting off at our number 5 spot--Cinderella- This movie came out in 1950- but despite it

being older its definitely a staple Disney movie that many kids watch.

I mean she is the second official Disney princess after all.

Also Walt did say that she was his favorite as he loved her rags to riches storyline.

Now the fail im about to mention is not one I agree with but it is out there in the world-

so many people talk about it and agree with it so I feel like it needs to be mentioned.

During one scene Jauq and Gus are scrambling around collecting the beads that are rolling

on the floor from Cinderella's broken necklace.

They are then in an odd position and Jauq begins stringing beads onto Guses tail.

3:01-3:08 https://youtu.be/8RI9_tD8jT0 .Yeah to me this scene just seems playful but apparently

people are trying to say that jauq and Gus are sexually experimenting with sex toys.

Yeah that's a stretch but apparently hundreds of people are saying this is whats happening.

In at number 4--Lion King- ok now this is an extremely well known fail- but that's

basically because its one of the biggest Disney fails out there so I had to include it on

this list.

This movie came out in 1994.

In it theres a nighttime scene that takes place right before Rafiki and Simba meet.

Simbas an adult and nothing is going his way.

Hes tired and so he plops down on the edge of a cliff- this motion causes a big dust

cloud to appear.

And allegedly for a few seconds the dust cloud spells out the word sex when the letters S-E-X

apparently appear.

This is the scene- 2 sec to 7 sec https://youtu.be/ltEvzsLUFBc . Now I definitely don't remember this-

but then again as a kid its probably not something I would notice either.

But people have been trying to prove it by taking still shots of the image and outlining

the letters.

Because of this parents were enraged.

Cant really say I blame then.

That's definitely not appropriate for as Disney film.

But its also been speculated that this doesn't spell out sex at all- but rather it spells

out SFX which the special effects team tring to sneak in there so they could leave their

mark on the movie.

But man oh man was that the biggest mistake ever.

Plus im pretty sure it actually spells out sex I mean theres a pretty definitive bottom

line on that E. At number 3--Aladdin and the king of thieves-

this movie came out in 1996.

In this movie Jasmine and Aladdin are finally tying the knot.

Just as the duo are getting ready for their wedding ceremony their castle becomes under

attack when a group on bandits break it.

During all the commotion the castle begins to shake and rumble.

Its at this time that genie chimes in and says I thought the earth wasn't suppose

to move until the honeymoon.

Check it out 9 sec – 11 sec https://youtu.be/4hHTEcRCM80 . Yeah that's a little inappropriate there

Genie.

Now as a kid you might chuckle along to this comment but you don't really know what he

means.

But as an adult you know what hes referring to and it is pretty inappropriate that they

chose to put this line into a childrens movie.

Coming in at number 2--Alice in Wonderland- this movie came out in 1951 and the amount

of casual drug use portrayed in this movie oh my god.

Yeah its actually ridiculous.

Alice is just over in wonderland taking whatever is handfed to her by complete strangers.

She doesn't think twice or think about the consequences.

Shes popping cookies- consuming mysterious drinks.

Yeah this movie is just basically one big acid trip.

I guess her parents never told her not to talk to strangers let alone never consume

anything someone you don't know gives you.

I mean look at the characters we come across- theres a caterpillar smoking weed- a rabbit

abusing Adderall- and then we have the mad hatter who seems to be on every drug imaginable.

Then we have poor sweet Alice who is just trying to fit in- so shes just drinking and

eating everything that's handed to her.

Yeah that's not a good way to live life girl.

Apparently in the movie Alice is suppose to be 7 years old.

Yeah if shes like this as a kid I don't even want to know what happened to her as

a teenager.

Alright and before we jump into number 1 I just want to remind you guys to please show

us some love by giving this video a big thumbs up- and subscribing to our channel.

And once again stay tuned until the end of the video as I will be answering your questions.

And if you would like to be featured in an upcoming video then make sure you leave those

questions below.

And in at number 1--The Song of the South- This movie came out in 1946 and they really

pushed all boundaries with this one.

I don't know what Disney was thinking.

they really messed up with this one.

As you know im a hardcore Disney fan but no way I could get behind this and defend their

decisions on this one.

This is a live action animated movie and pretty much by far the most inappropriate movie Disney

has ever made.

But they have done a good job of keeping this movie hidden from the public over the last

30 years.

So basically this is a movie about an African American character named uncle Remus.

Hes presumed to be a former slave who is happily working for a white family on their plantation

as a handy man during the post- civil war time.

Throughout the movie uncle Remus tells the children stories about several different animals-

such as a fox- a rabbit and a bear.

Over the years critics have referred to this movie one of Hollywoods most offensive and

racist texts.

Its also been called out for basically glorifying slavery.

This video has never been officially released in its entirety on home video in the US.

And now you know why.

But before all of the negative attention took over this movie it did manage to win an award

for best song.

And that song was Zip-a-di-do-dah.

Which im sure many of you have heard before.

0:52-1:00 https://youtu.be/6bWyhj7siEY

Alright now its that time of the week where im going to answer you questions and read

comments.

So lets get started.

In a video where wa talked about the queen- The Bidmaster said- The queen has dogs?

I know it because Im one and thanks for answering mew question.

Yes she does- or rather she did.

Sadly her last corgi passed away a few weeks ago.

Craig Dean Hockenhull said so cool- Thank you so much.

Craig also asked if we could do a list about the top 5 facts about river thames.

And to be honest I was unsure what that was and I discovered that it's a river that

flows through south eastern England.

So I will make that suggestion for you craig because I think that's a pretty cool idea.

Dan H said- I love you so much you are the best.

Love from my whole family in the US.

Thank you so much Dan and say hi to your family for me.

Also all of the crew here sends our love to you guys.

Next- Moondust Laylay said- Wow Early also cool vid- Thank you so much!

Glad you liked it and congratulations on being part of the early squad.

I didn't know that was a thing but apparently some of you hashtag that in our videos so

yeah there you go.

Well there you have it that's our list of the top 5 biggest Disney fails that will ruin

your childhood.

As always Thank you so much for watching don't forget to show us some love by giving this

video a big thumbs up- subscribing and turning that notification bell on.

Also leave any and all your questions so you can be featured in our next video and ill

catch you in the next one.

The Puppies Go To The Bus Station - Duration: 15:08.

- Remmy, come on, let's go.

- [Narrator] It's a new week at Doggie Do Good,

and the puppies are back on campus.

(upbeat music)

A week is an eternity in the life of a puppy,

and if any dogs haven't been working hard

on their studies, it'll show.

Only the best pups will one day graduate Puppy Prep.

(upbeat music)

Last week, the trainers noticed

eight month old Kaya preferred the company

of people to other dogs.

This week, it's beginning to look like more of the same.

After a brief hello to the people, however,

she begins to play with the other pups;

a good sign for her socialization.

The biggest change this week is with the oldest pup;

the dog formerly known as Deacon.

Like many of the dogs here,

Deacon already has a family waiting

for him to finish training.

Graduation is never assured,

but if he passes he'll be going to his forever

family in only two weeks.

Over the weekend, that family informed

Doggie Do Good that they want to

name their dog (sighing) Demian.

This isn't unusual.

Dogs sometimes go through several names

before getting their permanent name,

and for the pups it's actually not that big of a deal.

The trainers begin transitioning a dog

to a new name by using both.

For instance, when they want the newly

christened Demian to come, trainers will say:

- [Karyn] Deacon, Demian, Deacon, Demian, come.

- [Narrator] And when the dog reacts,

they praise the dog using its new name.

After as little as a few days,

the trainers can begin to drop the old name,

and just call for Demian.

- Good boy, good come Demian.

Demian release.

- [Narrator] After some morning exercise,

the dogs leave the paddock for some down-stay drills.

(light music)

German shepard Tank seems distracted.

It appears Karyn has a treat.

While Kaya and Luke are only mildly

interested in the feline,

Tank can barely contain himself.

This isn't new.

During the coming months Tank will need

to work on better suppressing his prey drive.

His future family needs to count on him

staying focused when he encounters other animals.

The moment that trainer Nece is distracted,

Tank makes a move,

but he never had a chance.

Karyn releases the cat, but Tank is shook.

It'll be a while before he can regain focus,

losing valuable class time.

(cat meows)

Meanwhile, most of the younger dogs appear to be doing well.

A frisbee may be tempting, but these pups know it's a trick.

As for Remmy, after her tough day

at the beach last week,

Remmy needs to be on her best behavior today.

It's not looking good.

Trainer Karyn fetches the eight month old golden

and puts her back into down-stay.

Remmy should be growing out of this behavior by now.

If she continues to break like this

over the next few months,

the trainers will have some difficult

conversations about her continued enrollment.

If Remmy's in search of a roll model,

Demian's her guy.

He, too, used to have problems staying still,

but now, even when he's not laying down,

he holds his ground.

Even when Paul claps for him,

until he hears the word release,

Demian knows to stay.

- [Paul] Demian, release.

- [Narrator] Demian knows he did well.

He has a family waiting for him,

and they're counting on this training

to help them for years to come.

One woman who's thankful for that training is Kallie.

Kallie is blind on her right side,

and after being struck by a car she never saw coming,

she knew getting a service dog could save her life.

Doggie Do Good took Kallie's needs

and trained Belgian Malinois Canaan

to meet them perfectly.

Maybe you didn't notice, but all the pups

in training learned to heel on the left side of a person.

Canaan, however, was specially trained

since a pup to walk on the right.

This way, he can move in front of Kallie

if something is about to hit her.

At 10 years old, Canaan is around

the age of retirement for most service dogs.

When it's time for Canaan to hang up the harness,

he'll live out the remainder of his days

loved by Callie and her family as a non-working pet.

To get dogs like Canaan comfortable around traffic,

the puppies need to take field trips like the one today;

to the bus station.

Not all field trips can be to the beach.

No matter what, a new location means

another local flavor of grass to sample,

and also new challenges.

They may seem boring to us,

but buses are a common reason puppies

flunk out of service dog school.

The loud noises,

(bus hisses)

cramped spaces,

and sudden movements are all huge challenges for a puppy.

If a dog can't become comfortable around a bus,

there aren't many options left

for a puppy other than expulsion.

While they wait to work with the trainers around

the buses, the pups hold tight near some benches.

If a puppy were to break from their down-stay

and run into traffic, it could be fatal.

Because of this risk, all of the dogs

are tied up during down-stay.

Even someone as far along in their schooling as Deacon.

Demian. I meant Demian.

One of the first to take a lap around the buses is Luke.

As the bus makes noises, Luke is curious but not frightened.

This is a great reaction from the eight month golden.

However, being calm around the buses is only step one.

Luke still needs to be able to work.

Even though it's loud, he keeps checking in

with the trainer to make sure he's not missing

any commands he otherwise wouldn't be able to hear.

One such command is alert.

Alert is triggered by an alarm on the trainer's watch.

And while it's difficult to make out with all

the commotion, Luke is focused enough to hear it.

Another of Luke's special abilities is pressure therapy.

Pressure can help calm those with anxiety or PTSD attacks.

Since an episode can happen anywhere,

even at a bus station, Luke needs to

always be ready to spring into action.

Great work, Luke.

Meanwhile, back with the dogs in down-stay,

trainer Paul works with Kaya on her new skill.

Steady.

It's only been a week since she was

introduced to the command at the beach,

but she is learning fast.

The dog with the most experience with steady is Demian.

- [Paul] Steady.

- [Narrator] Today, however, he's

practicing his get-it command.

And Karyn is not making it easy.

A slick flashlight.

A measuring cup.

Even an oversized mug.

All pose challenges but Demian is persistent.

His ability to perform his most complex actions

with all the distractions of the bus station

means he's still on track to graduate in two weeks.

Keep it up, Demian.

It's Benelli's turn by the buses.

At only six months old,

Benelli is the youngest of the puppies,

and the most likely to be frightened.

To comfort her, Paul has brought her favorite toy.

At first, she's able to retrieve it with no problem.

But when the loud bus starts up,

there's a noticeable change in the pup.

Benelli doesn't finish the retrieval

and begins to move away.

It doesn't take long, though, for the puppy

to become used to the sound of the engine,

so she gets back to her drills.

Suddenly, a new noise.

(bus hisses)

Benelli drops her toy, gets low to the ground,

and begins to retreat hard.

Her only focus is getting away from the bus.

Paul recognizes she's scared and immediately

tries to encourage the chocolate lab with her favorite toy.

But Benelli doesn't respond.

Paul gets down to Benelli's level and begins to pet her.

Even still, her only focus is getting away from the bus.

This is a puppy completely shut down.

Her tail is tucked and she's lost all focus.

Paul tries to bring her back online by

rewarding her for simple down commands,

but she continues to ignore her toy.

A new toy gets Benelli's tail wagging again,

but she's still distressed.

As Benelli tries to crawl under Paul,

it becomes clear the only way to get

Benelli feeling better will be to remove her

from any sight of the bus.

Finally away from the noises of the buses,

Benelli is soon back to her playful self.

When it's time for her to go back to down-stay,

she's exhausted.

Hopefully this was just a temporary setback for the lab.

If she can't learn to face her fear of buses,

there's no way she'll pass service dog school.

Mr. Pip, it's your turn.

The undeniable Mr. Pip has had issues

with loud noises in the past.

So if he experiences any of the sounds Benelli did,

it could spell disaster for the Yorkie.

Right away he's reluctant,

and a treat from trainer Karyn works only for a moment.

When she kneels down to his level, however,

Mr. Pip discovers some courage.

Mr. Pip, this is not what a good heel looks like.

Because it shows confidence,

something Mr. Pip has struggled with in the past,

the trainer lets him pull ahead sometimes.

Unlike his bigger classmates,

Mr. Pip poses no threat of pulling his future

owners into a dangerous situation.

So go ahead and tug.

Way to make your size work for you, Mr. Pip.

Now, it's our favorite wild card's trip by the buses, Remmy.

To everyone's surprise, the eight month old

golden is doing well.

That is, until (bus hisses).

The noise frightens not just Remmy,

but trainer Karyn as well.

At first, it looks like a similar situation to Benelli.

Remmy's tail is tucked and she looks around nervously.

Unlike Benelli, however, Remmy continues

to sniff around and engage with her trainer,

even next to the tire.

When the bus makes the noise again,

Remmy responds better,

and she continues to sniff curiously.

Still, her tail remains tucked,

even when the bus pulls away.

As she approaches a turned off second bus,

the memory of the earlier noise has her scared.

Remmy will have to overcome this newfound

fear of tires to stay in service dog school,

so Karyn drops treats to build the golden's bravery.

Even though she's still nervous,

Remmy's bounced back wonderfully.

Unlike Benelli, she's stayed by the buses the whole time;

a great sign for the young pup.

Finally, it's Kaya's turn.

Sandy, the owner of Doggie Do Good,

already has a family in mind for Kaya.

This particular placement means Kaya

would be around lots of loud noises.

That makes today's trip crucial for

the eight month old golden.

If she reacts to the loud noises

like Benelli or Remmy, it could mean

months added to her training.

Months that that family would have to make do without her.

Right away, it looks like Kaya's doing great.

Her tail is up and when the bus hisses,

she merely turns her head.

As the bus pulls away,

Paul congratulates her on her calm demeanor.

Kaya knows she did a good job,

and she begins to prance with excitement.

She's gonna make some family so happy,

and I'm gonna miss her.

It's the end of a long, loud day at the bus station.

But there's still one more exercise in store.

Very slowly, trainer Paul brings

Benelli back to a powered down bus.

With no risk of sudden noise,

this is the safest time for the chocolate lab

to begin overcoming her fear.

Paul gets down on her level and gives her

lots of pets, helping the puppy to feel safe.

Eventually, Benelli walks past the bus with relative ease.

It's going to be a long road to bus bravery

for the chocolate lab,

but with her tail wagging this close to a tire,

she's made a great first step.

The trainers knew the bus station would be

a challenging day, but they're proud of

the progress from all of the dogs.

For most of these pups,

there are still months of lessons ahead.

For Demian, however, there are only

two weeks until final exams.

Will he become a cautionary tale

for his younger classmates, or does he have

Fashion Models Guess Real Vs. Fake Handbags - Duration: 5:16.

- [Man] When you're saying hmm, what's happening?

- This doesn't smell like leather.

- We use all of our senses, sometimes even taste.

Hi, I'm Graham Wetzbarger,

Chief Authenticator at the RealReal,

the world's leading luxury marketplace.

I oversee the daily evaluation

of thousands of luxury goods.

Myself and my team of experts are professionals

at spotting the difference between

genuine and counterfeit goods.

Today, we have some fashion models on set

who are very used to luxury goods,

and we're gonna see if they can

spot the genuine from the counterfeits.

- I personally love vintage, so I know

what is quality and what is crap.

- I've been in fashion for a long time.

I own a couple of really nice handbags,

and I think I'll be able to tell the difference.

- The reason that I think I could figure this out

is because my mom used to always say

I had super expensive taste,

cause my entire life I always

picked the more expensive thing,

even when I don't know.

(twangy guitar music)

- Today we have two of the most

highly sought after handbags out there.

We have the Hermes Birkin and the Hermes Kelly.

Heritage bags crafted by expert artisans.

They sell for $10,000 and up.

The Hermes Kelly was designed in the 1930's

and then renamed after Princess Grace

carried it in 1974.

Chanel Flap was originally invented in 1955

by Coco Chanel herself because

she wanted a hands free bag.

I'm not gonna tell you if one's fake,

if they're both fake, if they're both real or what.

I'm gonna let you use your detective skills

and figure it out for yourself.

- Oh gosh, let's see.

This feels nice.

It smells like leather.

- I mean, it's got the, you know,

the label on it right there.

- This one's pretty.

Oh, this one's the fake one, damn.

- What makes you say that?

- Cause when I turned it around.

You can kind of just tell.

You can feel it, you know what I mean?

It's like in your soul.

- This feels kind of flimsy for a $10,000 bag.

- I mean, if it is a fake bag, it looks really nice.

- Too much time to open the bag.

(laughing)

If I'm at the Grammy's, I can't be like (grunting).

- I think this one's the fake.

- The brand name is so tiny right here.

- But the writing on here looks nice.

- I'm gonna guess this one as being real.

- I think they're both real.

- You think they're both real?

- I think I'm being played.

- I'm taking this one.

- I feel like the Chanel's real

and this one is not.

- This one is a genuine bag

and this one is the counterfeit.

- You picked right.

(dinging)

(woman squealing) - You picked smart.

- This one? - You're absolutely right,

that's the counterfeit.

It's a super fake, really high quality counterfeit

meant to fool everybody.

- I mean, you can tell the difference too,

by just feeling them.

- Why does this one smell good?

- It smells like leather cause it's made from real leather.

The counterfeits are getting more--

- Oh. - Better and better,

more and more sophisticated,

and more and more expensive,

because they really want to fool the consumer.

You're right, the hardware is really flimsy.

- This one conflicted me.

- These are a couple of great bags

for the lady who lunches.

The really sophisticated top handle.

This Gucci Lilith bag is inspired

by the 1940's bamboo top handles,

with the fun element of the snake detailing

from Alessandro Michele.

The Pochette Metis, which is the most popular

current style from Louis Vuitton,

crazy long wait list, can't get it anywhere.

Of course, monogrammed canvas bags

are very highly counterfeited.

The Fendi Peekaboo,

which has been around for several seasons.

It's super expensive, $4800,

and susceptible to knock offs as well.

This is the Micro Lady Dior,

the original larger version was

first seen carried by Princess Diana in the late 90's.

They modernized it and shrunk it down.

- The zipper slides nice-- - All right.

- It doesn't get stuck, so that's good.

- This claps, clasp, seems a little chincy.

- This part feels kind of weird.

There's like this metal slap in the middle of this--

- The frame in the bag?

- Yeah, I don't vibe.

I want to be able to use my purse.

This has got a whole lot in my way.

- I mean, and the coloring too.

I feel like the counterfeit ones

are a little darker in color, right?

- I feel like Gucci would care about their metal.

- Oh, but that's a super detailed detail.

Calm down.

- Oh, this one's fake.

- Why do you say that?

- Because this is not even.

- The inside logo looks pretty good and it's even.

The stitching looks even.

- Gucci would have a way better craftsmanship

than having one bolt here

and one bolt just like meh.

- Often times, when people are trying to fake bags,

they'll forget to put this situation.

Do you see this dot? - Totally.

- It says Louis Vuitton on it.

So, I'm going with this bag.

(handle rattling)

- It just feels like,

- I don't know.

This one's actually hard.

I can't even tell.

- This is fake.

I hate it, get it away from me.

- All right, go with your gut.

- I feel like this one's fake too.

- On the hardware right here,

it doesn't look authentic.

- The similarities between these two bags

is that they're made of PVC and not leather,

and the hardware is really inferior.

Good job.

- Thank you, I learned so much.

- Awesome.

All right, so what's your final choice

between the two bags?

Which is real and which is counterfeit?

- Real.

Counterfeit.

- I mean, I feel like it's real.

- She got 'em right.

- Yes!

(dinging)

(laughing)

- As we've learned today,

if you have a hard time determining

what's real and what's faux,

just ask your supermodel friends.

We Tried The 30 Day Gym Challenge - Duration: 8:45.

- I don't go to the gym.

I signed up for one like five months ago,

I went for two weeks, and then I haven't gone back.

(upbeat music)

I would say there are two things

that prevent me from going to the gym frequently.

One is time.

I feel like I barely have time to do what I wanna do,

and then when I get to the gym I'm kinda like

what do I do here?

I feel like an outsider.

- Eating healthy's not hard for me.

The part that's kind of challenging is working out.

- My relationship with fitness is

kind of like a roller coaster journey since college.

- So, growing up, I wasn't really that active,

but I was always interested in kinda like

the healthy lifestyle, in a way.

- Since I moved to L.A. my physical activity is

grocery shopping, walking around the office, getting coffee.

- I know that I'm not super out of shape,

but I want myself to be able to look

at a before and an after shot and be like okay,

so this hard work is paying off.

So, I feel like being consistent is my main issue.

- With these 30 days, I hope that I can kinda

find my way around the gym and find its role in my life.

- I wanna be able to make it a consistent routine

and habit of going every day, and if I miss a day,

then at least it's just one day

than just missing a whole week of working out.

- I mean, I figure if I just take a boatload of the classes,

I'll be fine.

- Alright, ladies and gentlemen,

it is day one of going to the gym for 30 days.

You know, it was raining this morning,

so I had to force myself to go.

Today, I'm taking it slow, I'm taking it easy.

I'm just gonna do some cardio, maybe some pushups,

ab workout and stuff like that,

and just kinda warm up my body.

- Day one, I thought I could ease my way into it,

so I booked a really fun dance workshop.

I show up, and...

(pop music)

I did not know taking a dance class could be so hard.

It was very hard.

I thought it'd be very chill 'cause I'm like,

you know, I'm dancing.

I don't know how I'm gonna get up and walk.

- So, I was supposed to go to the gym this morning,

but someone overslept, and that was me.

So, I had to go on my lunch break.

I am actually on my lunch break.

This is my lunch post-workout, but I did it,

I went to the gym today.

- So, it's day two.

I came to do spinning,

but I came too late and won't let me in,

therefore I need to figure out how to work out on my own.

My strategy was to keep taking class after class

because I don't know what to do in the gym.

So, I took spinning, hated it, I took...

I don't even know.

It had a lot of weights in there,

and I wasn't into it at all.

I'm meant to work out right now,

but I ran out of clothing for the gym

'cause I own like four items.

So, I have to go shopping before I can work out.

- It is Saturday morning.

It is raining, but guess where I'm going?

To the gym, baby.

- I took it upon to figure out what to do in the actual gym.

Working out on my own was a lot more chill.

I could take my time,

then when I was actually doing my workout

I could focus on what was happening,

I could feel what was moving.

- Over the weekends I would do cardio,

that way I don't have to lift more weights

and I could give my body a break,

but I would still go to the gym.

I'm feeling good.

- A couple times it was a little crazy

because I went to dinner.

- [Man] Kiano, are you thinking about the gym right now?

- And then I worked out.

I'm not doing that one again.

We just ate like 20 pounds of Korean food.

It's like, what time?

8:00 p.m. and now I'm gonna go to the gym.

And then I went to the gym after a seven-course dinner.

That was miserable.

I don't wanna be here, but I'm here.

I'm not gonna work out.

I'm gonna stretch my body and chill

'cause I can barely walk.

I'm very full.

(upbeat music)

- It is Monday, it is day 10.

I've been going to the gym for 10 days straight.

I haven't missed a day.

I feel stronger than ever, I feel so happy.

I was noticing that I was feeling stronger,

and I was like okay, so if I feel stronger,

that means that this is working.

So, I would just keep getting more and more motivated

instead of tired, which is crazy.

I feel so proud of myself, honestly,

that I've been doing this.

Today, I thought that it was gonna be hard

because it was Monday, but no,

I was so motivated to just go after work and work out

and sweat and lift weights.

I'm so excited to see the final outcome.

- There was one day I went to the gym,

and it was right when Daylight Savings happened,

so by the time I arrived, it had closed

where I thought I had another hour.

To make up for it, I will do a two-a-day workout.

I'm really annoyed because my gym

is very far from where I live.

I drove like a half hour to get here,

and I'm gonna eat my feelings.

- So, coming into week three, I was going at it every day.

I would spend an hour a day in the gym,

and then I started adding even more weights.

- I'm about to go into dance class.

I can't video in there, but I'm excited.

After working out on my own for a while

and I was a lot more aware of what was happening

when I was doing different workouts,

it was a lot easier for me to take a class again

because at the beginning, I didn't know what was going on,

I just knew I was doing a lot of different stuff.

But then, having worked out on my own

and going back to class, I knew what to focus on.

Alright, I just finished dance class,

and it was really good.

I'm looking forward to doing this every week,

every Monday, late at night, I don't care.

I brought people French from work.

- Hello.

- It's so much more fun working out

with people you know, you know?

I'm not alone, we're sweating together, I love it.

- So, I'm here in Nashville, Tennessee,

I'm in the hotel room,

but that's not stopping me from not going to the gym

because first of all, the gym is here is really nice,

and second of all, I'm pumped, so I'm going to the gym.

Let's do it.

Alright, so we're in the countdown.

We have about five days left of this challenge.

So, when the last week of this challenge came,

I was extra motivated.

I was like, I can't believe I've been going

for over 20 days, I haven't missed a day, I'm so excited.

And then, as the last week started,

I went to the gym and sadly, I'm starting to feel sick.

I don't know what I'm gonna do.

I'm going to go to the gym,

but hopefully I still have enough energy to push through,

but honestly, I'm not feeling too good.

Wish me luck.

- So, final week, I went back to classes,

and my last one was a dance class again.

So, I did full circle,

and that one was fun and I brought friends from work too.

(upbeat music)

- You know how two days ago

I said I was feeling a little bit sick,

but I was still going to the gym?

(sniffles) Well, it's been two days.

I was super congested, so I couldn't even breathe.

So, that was when I knew

that I had to stop for a little bit,

and it was devastating

because it was especially towards the end.

I am definitely sick.

I've missed the gym the last two days

because it's been impossible for me to go.

Hopefully tomorrow I can go back and finish strong,

but let's see.

- It went by quicker than I thought.

- So, even though I did miss a few days towards the end,

and as you can see, I still sound a little bit stuffy,

so I'm still getting over that,

it didn't really change my perspective on the gym right now

because now I'm super motivated.

I feel like I'm in a good level

that if I just keep going consistently, I will see results.

- From doing the challenge,

I don't feel as awkward walking into the gym.

I knew people at reception, they know my name now,

and that's kind of...

I like it, it's like a community in its own.

- Yo, that's at 13 inches.

That's, hold on a sec.

- What?

Let's do it!

- I'm just happy my numbers didn't go up.

- [Man] Awesome.

- That's all I care about.

Does Production Quality Matter On YouTube? - Duration: 7:16.

Does the quality of your video production on YouTube matter? Yes. No. Hi,

my name is Jo Lupo, I'm a palliative care nurse educator and I saw how Grant made

the YouTube video so easy. He just used his iPhone, $20 mics and

on the street corner, anywhere he has his video. I'm wondering if I'm in

the healthcare field and needing to spread some important information.

Whether the quality of the video may help me with my messaging or not? I have

some really raw personal experience with this guys because does the quality

of your production make a difference? And I really believe that it does. But I

don't necessarily believe it's the right fit for YouTube. I feel like the videos

that I make, I want them to be the best that I can make. And I want to put my

best into because it satisfies me as a creator. But on the YouTube platform, I

haven't necessarily seen that be rewarded, as far as views go or as far as

monetization goes.I've actually seen quite the opposite. When I worked really

hard to make high quality videos, in my opinion, they perform less than when I

switched my style and I almost didn't even care about my videos. I just filmed

something, hack it together, put it up on YouTube and it seemed to do really well.

Why do you think that is? It's kind of strange. I mean obviously it's not part

of YouTube's algorithm. Do you think it has anything to do with authenticity or

kind of a more genuine feel of like relatability, like not TV quality but

more just like, "hey, this is something anyone could whip out their camera and

capture this and yet I'm still doing something really epic?" Yeah, I really

think that that's the case. I think it has to do with being

genuine. I think it has to do with the human experience. When I go back and watch my

original videos that I was so proud of and so meticulous overnight,

I do 20 takes on every single scenes so that was absolutely perfect. When I go

back and watch those videos now, I can see that I was living in a box. I could

see that I was very, very meticulous about what I let people see. And from of

your perspective now like four years later, looking back on that, I can see

like the insecurities of the person behind the camera and it feels very

guarded. Whereas somebody who just has a camera and they don't care what's going

on and they can be themselves. It's very open and that's very attractive because

we live in a world where it's hard to just be yourself. Everybody's got

something to hide. And so if someone who's willing to open up and just show

what's raw and real is very attractive quality. Yeah, I totally agree when I

started actually making my videos, I would do a lot of retakes. When I thought

that I stumbled over my word or oh I... you know, is was my collar like tucked

in and like after a while, it just turned into like a, "who cares?" Like in the

beginning of like, "oh my gosh! we're going to go shoot 30 videos all at once

back-to-back. I should probably get like five different you know clothing

wardrobe pieces and like I should swap them throughout the day so that people

think that I shot these videos over a certain... it's like who cares? Stop

trying to control, or stop trying to manage the perception, opinion. It's so

much easier just to be you, just to be real, just to be raw, just to be authentic.

I think that right now that's the age that the world is in. I mean it's

interesting. We're somewhere in between this tolerance movement where with

making sure everything is PC, politically correct. We want everything done in set a

certain way and yet, the people that I think that we often herald the most, are

also the people that are the rule breakers. They're rebellious and just

being free to be who they are. I mean this probably is not a great place to

talk about president Trump. I'm not going to say whether I do or don't like him. I'm

just going to say I was flabbergasted that he won the presidency by leveraging

social media in such a raw manner that had never been done before. With tactics

like there's nothing PC about the man. It's like he

would investigate what's PC. Let's do the absolute opposite. Let's see if we can

offend everyone on the planet and yet, I wonder if that had to do something with

people connecting with them. Maybe not just because it was different but

because people are also just hungry for something that doesn't hide behind a

suit and tie. It's something that's real. Dude, just just last night my wife and I were

watching a video. My wife wants to learn how to do this knot-tying thing on

YouTube and I looked at the the gal that was doing the video,

and she had a really beautiful face. She was doing her things and then all of a

sudden, there were some things in the video

where I'm like, "uh why in production didn't you try to hide some of those

things?" But that's actually why I think she's

actually very successful on YouTube and I think it's because she just doesn't

care or just wants people to see life and everything as it is. Yeah and I think

there's so many things that you can nitpick over. I mean I find myself... I mean

even to this day, if I'm recording something I'll do five or six or seven

different takes just because I don't like the way I said something or I

slurred one word. Nobody would ever catch that but it

mattered to me and I did it again. But then you think about in post-production

that that's so much more editing. Because I have to go through seven different

takes and I have to go through and see which of those takes was we're the best.

It's intense. And you know it's always constantly battling where if you just do

one take, you're kind of stuck with it but its raw and real. I mean if you

obsess about every single little detail, you're going to notice that you know the

logo of shirt thing here is flipped up. Now we got to redo this entire video. But if you can

let go of that, it keeps raw, it keeps it real, keeps the human element and also

lets you sleep at night. And the thing that I've noticed and I'm actually

coming to discover this more and more. I believe people watch videos on YouTube

because they want to feel an experience through other people. They want to feel

the fun. And if the person making that video isn't having fun doing it, the

feelings not going to be there. Yeah and so it's going to be very difficult to

follow. So no matter how awesome and perfect your video is, if you're not

having fun the audience can tell. Yeah, and let's actually just

take this in cap it this way. You can either A, put all of your money into

expensive equipment and a production studio and get the lighting just right.

And basically try to get everything film perfect or you pull out your camera

and be this totally, emotionally, connected human being that is talking

with you. And however you trying to connect whether it's through humor or

three of doing something shocking or a wild, or crazy or fun, I think that if you're

allowing yourself to fully experience it, and allow yourself to fully express it

as you are, dude, totally some people aren't going to like it but you know what?

You're going to find the people that really jive with you and when they hit that

subscribe button, it won't be because of quality. Won't be because there was a

quality of production. I think it will come down because

of a quality of person. And those are the people that you really can gather

powerfully through YouTube anyway. So run with it. Run with it. We're going to leave

you with that thought guys. Just don't put too much time into obsessing about

the perfection because chances are you're going to look back on these videos

anyway and find them cringy. So just don't worry about it. Hey listen, be

sure to make sure you hit the description or go ahead and hike over to

the website where we can share with you how you can have a team step in and

produce your entire channel for you that quick, that easy, with both the compromise

of great quality and at the same time getting your message out there every

single day to the world.
