President Moon speaks to Russian media outlets ahead of state visit to Russia - Duration: 0:46.

President Moon Jae-in is flying to Moscow on Thursday... for what'll be the first state

visit to Russia by a South Korean leader in 19 years.

Ahead of that trip, President Moon gave interviews earlier today to a number of Russian media

outlets.

Those outlets included... the news agency TASS,... the state-owned TV channel Russia-1,

and the newspaper Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

According to a Blue House press release,... Moon introduced his vision for boosting Seoul-Moscow

relations,... which is based on mutual prosperity.

It was also aimed at promoting the Russian people's interest in, understanding of, and

friendly view of South Korea and its leader.

TASS will release the key points starting this afternoon,... and Rossiyskaya Gazeta's

website will post the online version of the interview on Thursday.

South Koreans working to set up joint liaison office, hold joint events with North Korea - Duration: 1:53.

South Korean officials are at the inter-Korean Kaesong Industrial Complex for the second

day in a row.... try to lay the groundwork for a joint liaison office for the two Koreas.

And a South Korean civic group is making a trip to Pyongyang as well... to discuss holding

various kinds of joint events with the North.

Oh Jung-hee has more.

17 South Korean government officials and staff from private sector firms are visiting the

inter-Korean Kaesong Industrial Complex again on Wednesday.

The visiting staff include those from Seoul's unification ministry and private sector firm

Hyundai Asan, which played a key role in establishing the industrial complex.

Visiting the site for the second day in a row, the South Korean team is expected to

continue Tuesday's work.

On Tuesday, they worked on draining the flooded basement of the inter-Korean interaction and

cooperation office.

And with North Korean officials' help, the team also cleaned up and checked the electricity

network at another building... where they plan to set up a temporary liaison office.

The two Koreas agreed -- at their high-level talks early this month -- to set up the joint

liaison office within the Kaesong Industrial Complex -- a factory park that was jointly

run by the two Koreas.

But the complex needs renovation because it's been shut since February 2016.

Meanwhile, 15 South Koreans are traveling to Pyongyang for a four-day-stay starting

Wednesday.

They are from a civic group that was formed in 2005... to implement the June 15th joint

declaration -- the first-ever summit agreement between the two Koreas.

They are to meet with authorities in Pyongyang to discuss inter-Korean joint events and ways

to boost civil interactions.

The leaders of South and North Korea agreed in late April... to hold joint events on major

occasions observed by both sides.

DIY HUGE ANTI STRESS WATERMELON SQUISHY - Duration: 4:24.

Hi guys, this is Anna Chi with you and today we'll try to make the biggest anti-stress water melon squishy on YouTube.

First we gonna be making the base on a cardboard sheet.

The length of the slice will be 65 cm and width 35 cm. In the beginning I thought to make the watermelon even bigger but then it won't be able to stand flat and will constantly bend.

I'm gonna be using two pieces of memory foam of 5 cm thickness. Let's circle the base and then carefully cut it out.

So, we already have two preforms and now we need to make sure that the bottom of the watermelon is wider and the top where the pulp is narrower.

For this, I'm cutting the inside part of each details at an angle

As a result, the top should come out about 5-6 cm and the bottom will be 10 cm.

Now the two parts need to be combined into one whole slice of watermelon. For this purpose, the universal glue is perfect.

I'm gonna be gluing them gradually so that the upper part lies evenly on the lower part and we don't have to adjust the shape.

This time for levelling the surface, I'm gonna mix the special water-based paint and PVA glue in a one-to-one ratio.

Now let's paint our future watermelon completely and wait for it to dry up.

Next we need the fabric paints in red, white, black and two shades of green.

Before applying it, I marked the places for the green skin, a thin white stripe and the pulpy portion itself

The paint needs to be applied in 2 or 3 layers so that the color looks more saturated.

We need to paint it on both sides equally; therefore it is necessary first to measure everything so that the skin and the white stripes are of the same size.

Now we can make a dark green strip on the skin. It will be applied in the middle so it'll cover the joining line between the two halves

Now all required is to draw the seeds and for this I made such preforms from a piece of paper and put them in the right places to see the bigger picture.

Now using black paint we'll draw the seeds on both sides and our watermelon squishy will be ready!

Our Squishy watermelon turned out super cool, super big and super soft. It's hundred percent like a pillow on which you can lie your head

By the way, the surface of this anti-stress squishy turned out to be the best comparatively to the other squishies.

It's really so even that it seems as it's covered with a film

I really like this watermelon squishy and since it's already summer it would be cool to have a pillow in the form of your favorite fruit.

Another nice thing is that you can take such a pillow with you on a picnic as well

Colleagues,

Close foreign policy coordination within the Union State is becoming increasingly important in light of persistent global tensions.

The United States and its allies do not hesitate to interfere, including with military force, in the internal affairs of sovereign states.

We are deeply concerned about the deployment of the US global ballistic missile defence system

and the simultaneous amendment of US doctrines with a provision on lowering the nuclear threshold.

Of special concern is the build-up of NATO's military infrastructure and activity on the borders with Russia and the Republic of Belarus.

The US unilateral withdrawal from the agreements on Iran's nuclear programme is proof of the US administration's disregard

for its international legal commitments, let alone its political declarations and promises.

In this difficult situation, our foreign policy departments maintain close and constant contact and are working on joint practical measures.

We highly appreciate the fact that our Belarusian colleagues took our side during the voting on the controversial resolutions on Crimea at the 72nd session of the UN General Assembly

and at the session of the UNESCO Executive Board, as well as Georgia's draft resolution that exploited the problem of refugees from Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

Our Belarusian friends joined us to firmly and unambiguously condemn the missile strikes delivered by the United States, Britain and France at Syria in April this year.

Not all members of the international community chose to act independently and provide a principled response to that gross violation of international law.

The new programme of concerted foreign policy actions for 2018−2019 will ensure continuity in the key areas.

The most important of them are closer cooperation in the CSTO and other integration structures, a common policy at the UN, the OSCE, the OPCW and other international organisations,

joint work on European security issues, including relations with NATO and the EU, and on resisting new challenges and threats,

as well as multilateral cooperation in the humanitarian and law enforcement areas.

Our common priority is to provide diplomatic support to the EAEU, to enhance its international prestige and to create

a greater European partnership involving member states of the EAEU, the SCO, ASEAN and, in the long run, hopefully also the EU.

In keeping with an initiative of our foreign ministries, we have drafted collective instructions for the heads of the EAEU member states' foreign diplomatic offices

aimed at coordinating their public awareness campaigns regarding integration in our common space.

We ask the Supreme State Council to approve the joint foreign policy action programme for 2018−2019.

N. Korea expected to return remains of up to 200 U.S. service members lost in Korean War - Duration: 0:48.

In the next few days, the Trump administration reportedly expects North Korea to start returning

the remains of up to 200 people believed to be U.S. service members who died during the

Korean War.

Reuters cites two White House officials who spoke on condition of anonymity as saying

planning is underway.

The exact date and location of the handover has not yet been confirmed, but the officials

said they would be given to United Nations Command in South Korea... and then taken to

a Defense Department lab at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii for identification.

The U.S. Department of Defense estimates that.... close to 7-thousand-7-hundred American service

members are still classified as missing in action from the Korean War.... of whom approximately

five-thousand-three-hundred are thought to be located in North Korea.

they want to stay with you or choose to get into a new or other reality this is

up to them but you can create them into your new reality and I truly believe

that you would if you can fully let them go if you can fully let the outcome go

you are able to create your family with you in your new reality like I did so if
