Waching daily Jun 21 2018

Today is a very special friday for many reasons

First, Barcelona is very quiet

like never happens, cause Spain is losing against Portugal

during the first match of the world cup

Second, cause I'm very tense

cause tomorrow I have my first 160 km ride

Did you listen? I said 160 km

I can't believe it neither

I don't know how I'll do it

I don't know how to ride 160 km, I can only think

"I'm going with Katoa team,

if they do it, it means is a doable effort, a doable challenge"

How is it going to be my friday night?

Actually, really sad, I'm not going out

cause tomorrow I'll wake up at 7.00

But there's the preparation to this kind of training

so intense, that is

dinner!

I have to eat a lot

I have to eat a lot of carbohidrates,

lots of proteins cause I'm going to need so much energy

Something I learnt from Martina is that

not having carbo for dinner is a legend

cause if the day after you have a fisical effort so big, obviousely

you have to eat carbo the night before

This depends on everyone different needs, for sure

Let's say I'm not a nutritionist but...

What do I eat?

I prepared 6 eggs

They look awful, cause there are eggplants and mushrooms inside

Tuna and cous cous

It's a special cous cous, cause it's made of... spelt

I don't remember actually

It's whole, with lentils

Guys, it's looks enough

I think it is

Now dinner and then I'm going to bed

Tomorrow at 7 I gotta be ready with my bike

First impressions after160 km

riding... It's not for the 160 km

the thing is we had like 30 km going up

but that was like this

As I was going up

I thoght all the time

"Now I go don't and start walking"

But I can tell you

what helped me were tho things

three actually

First, I was thinking

"Ok, I'm doing these last 100 m then I'll stop"

I did 100 m and said

"Ok, now 100 m more and 200 more"

So I got to push harder every time

till there was a easier part

and there I thought

"Let's push till that part..."

So I pushed till that point

then I went slower

I gave me like rewards

very little rewards to keep riding

The other thing that helped me was

thinking about the Ironman, totally.

The third one was

the watermelon at my home

Looks like a joke but it's true

I was visualizing it

fresh, in the fridge, as a reward

and so I said "Let's go!

I have to earn it"

This was the third

and the last thing that drove me

but it was one of them

I tell you the truth, the watermelon was one

of my motivational thoughts

You can do 160 km, it's possible

and I have to do 180 km during the Ironman

I'm happy because

all the time I was thinking to leave everithing

So I'm happy

and of course I ate the watermelon, all of it

There are some news

after my 160 km ride

I have to make a breakthrough,

to be a real profesional athlete

so next episode

will be about my complete transformation

to a real triathlete

So today we are putting a brand new

water resistant line of makeup to the test.

This is the Cargo Cosmetics Swimmables line.

It's super duper cute,

so will it wash off, will it work?

Let's see.

I've got some of the products from the collection

starting off with foundations.

This is the Swimmables long wear

foundation from the collection.

It does come in eight shades, but I have two here to swatch.

So I have warm nude for you guys,

which is more of like a medium olivey undertone foundation.

That's what it looks like right there.

And then we have the shade right here which is mocha.

And that's what the two foundation shades

that I have to show you guys look like.

This is a really nice formula honestly

because it's supposed to give very buildable coverage,

but it's very weightless

and that's perfect for the summertime

because when you're out in the summer heat,

when you're out all day you don't want your foundation

to be caking up because it's too heavy,

but you still want to have that coverage

and you can already see that this foundation

is gonna have that medium to full buildable coverage.

So that is what we want.

We have liquid lipsticks in the collection.

So their liquid lipsticks from the Swimmables collection

comes in six different shades.

This is the shade Portofino and it's actually

the one that I'm wearing right now.

It's such a beautiful classic red.

And again, I just feel like for summertime,

red is the way to make a bold statement

like with a wing and a red lip, you are summer ready.

And these are so cool because they are very easy to wear.

They lie on super easily

and they're very, very opaque, as well.

They also stay on your lips really nicely

so they're long wearing, they're creamy,

they're not gonna like crack up or get dry on you.

It's super duper nice and on top of that all,

it dries fast and never smudges.

Next up we have the Swimmables eye pencil kit.

So this one comes with four different shades.

I have three of them here to show you guys today.

So this is the black shade, it's number one Black Sea.

We also have number 11, Shelby Beach.

And then number 10, which is Dorado Beach.

This is actually my favorite because

it's the perfect bronze tone

and it's super duper creamy and long lasting again.

And just look at that shade.

It's so so beautiful for the summertime

and I just think that I would get

so much use out of this guy.

And then we have to swatch this green

because it's a very unique color.

I really, really like the formula

but also the shade range of these

because they're gonna be so universally flattering

for so many different skin tones and eye colors

which I think is really important

when you're really trying to make your eyes pop the most.

And then we have number one, Black Sea,

which is your classic matte black

and it's, again, super duper creamy and highly pigmented.

And these are actually all waterproof,

smudge proof and paraben-free.

Then we have the bronzer.

This is the sSimmables water resistant bronzer.

I thought it was so cool that there is

a powder product that is actually water resistant.

And the way that they did that

is actually through silicone coated pigments

that are in this product

and they basically just cling to the skin

and help withstand water.

So this is what this product looks like.

It does have some shimmer in there

so when you're applying it to your skin

it's gonna give you a little bit of a glow,

but it's nothing too crazy.

It's not gonna make you look sparkly or anything,

and it's just gonna give you that perfect summer bronze.

And then over here, we have some eye crayons.

So these are the Swimmables long wear eye shadow stick.

This is the shade Morro Bay right here,

which is a nice deep plumy shade.

It almost has like pigments of bronze running through it.

And then on the other shade is Botany Bay.

So this one is more of like a mauvey shade,

but both of these are so great

because they will stay on your eyes

for a super long time without creasing.

And at first you can smudge them out

if you want to blend them in,

but once they're set, they're set

and they are gonna stay on your face

all day, all night and they're water resistant.

So that's pretty cool, too.

DISNEY Magic Mail from Friends AND DISNEY Pin Unboxing! - Duration: 14:09.

hello everyone welcome back to Coral joy travel today I'm going to be doing a

mail unboxing from my geobox I know there is some pins that I picked

up and traded with people that I have some cards from people that I do not

know who they are and one is a gift from one of you that sent me a pin I also

want to say thank you so much to Megan and Carrol and Becka and Terryn for

sending me very sweet packages in the mail for my birthday

that meant very much to me I didn't choose to open them up on camera because

they were personal but I wanted to say thank you so very much from myself and I

will be sending you cards as I thank you as well but let's just jump into the

mail some of this I actually did cut open but I have not looked inside so I

just wanted to make sure I just want to see what it was I'm going to start with

this card from Christy's commentary from Tennessee's she wrote me a little note

oh that's so sweet so Christy actually has a channel on YouTube it's called

Christy's commentary and if I can find it I will link it below so Thank You

Christy for the kind words it means so much when you guys send me notes she's

just saying such nice things about saying that I've got positive videos and

she appreciates that and she likes how I reply to comments I try to reply to

everyone's comments with the exception of giveaways because giveaways the

comments are a lot there are a lot of comments usually on giveaway videos but

I do try to take the time to write some comments on videos because I want to get

to know you guys I'm doing this to kind of get to know you too so if I miss a

with new and weird positions to do

but it's not like that

It's Yoga day!

I've been interested in yoga for a while now

I was doing it in Portugal when I had the chance

because in my gym, I only had one class a week

And it wasn't the best hour for me

because I worked at night

Since I came to Lanzarote and I'm working in entertainment again

we have Yoga as an activity

and that made me do more research about it

how to do it, new poses

I have even more interest about it now

And I also have a friend here that is studying Yoga

which makes me even more motivated

because I want to do more and more

I want to challenge myself and go beyond my limits

because I know I can do more

And besides being great to our body and mind

it has a lot of benefits for our sexual life

And why?

Yoga gives your more energy

more flexibility

more endurance

You understand what are your limits and how far can you go

your physical capacity gets better

your breathing gets better

helps with your blood flow

and tone all the muscles of your body

including there

Do you want better exercise than yoga?

Yoga is good

Sex is good

let's combine both

yes? yes!

Talking about physical benefits related to sex

it will tone your body

"But what that has to do with sex?"

it's related with sensuality and self confidence

You'll have another perspective of yourself

which it will make you have more self confidence

and it will tone your muscles down there

Flexibility

There's not much to say about it

and more sensibility

and now I'm talking about down there

because a lot of yoga poses

concentrate the blood flow in the pelvic area

which it'll make you more sensitive

more sensitivity

therefore stronger orgasms

Talking about breathing

it will calm you down

it will reduce your thoughts

you'll be calmer

you're going to be more relaxed

so, you'll just shut down from the world

and you'll start to pay attention to other things

that you weren't paying attention before

simple things, like a touch

"oh I like to be touched here"

things like that

Maybe before you were thinking about your job

or how tired you are

or about your kids' lunch

you're thinking about things that you shouldn't

because you're having sex... just enjoy it

you just don't value simple details

that can be really important

I'll give you some tips, a few poses that you can do

beginners poses

at least almost all of them are for beginners

It might seem like nothing is happening

"what is this position doing?"

it will have something that will help in your sex life

Let's start with "happy baby pose"

The pose is a little bit weird

and it can be used as a sexual position

What are the benefits of this pose?

The opening of the hips

of the pelvic area, you'll have more flexibility

relieves tension and stress

one of them already known as doggy-style

but in sex let's only do the cow part ok?

this pose is great for your back

and the way you put your hip will help with orgasms

and it's great to do kegel exercises

this one also open the hips

open all this area

relieves your lower body tension

and if you're less tense you can enjoy more

the blood flow goes to the pelvic area

And here, breathing is really important

because you have to breathe deep so you can relax more

and everything that I said before about forgeting about the world

and focus on yourself and what you're feeling

Bridge, can also be a sex postion

the pose already shows it

this pose tones your vagina

People, this pose tones your va-gi-na!

And why? because while you're doing this pose

you're using the same muscles that you use to do kegel exercises

therefore, stronger orgasms

Stretches your inner thighs

this in portuguese doesn't sound good

and open the hips so you have more flexibility

blood flow all down there

you can do this in two different ways

and it can also be a sexual position

when you do this pose, the blood flows to your hips

and to your brain, so you be more relaxed

and you'll be more sensible

so, once again, stronger orgasms

and finally

they say this pose is in kamasutra

it requires concentration and balance

you have to be really focus in what you're doing

which is also good to relieve stress

the thing is, after you do this pose

the blood flow goes directly to your pelvic area.

and that's it

These were the poses I decided to share

of course there's more poses, more complicated ones

that for sure have positive effects on your sex life

but these are the beginners poses

Except for the Eagle, I can't do that one

I can't cross my leg behind the other

summing up

besides all the benefits that yoga brings to your life in general

it helps a lot sexually

just because of the flexibility,

the opening of the pelvic area

the contraction of the muscles

and the blood flow all concentrated there

Of course this is something that you have to do every once in a while

"I want to have sex so I'm going to try yoga first"

It's not like that

Yoga is good for your health. end of the story

and if it helps with sex, even better

So, practice!

Like 10 minutes each day

do something

trust me, you're going to feel a lot better with yourselves

Sometimes it is very difficult to get a good signal from a wireless lob system

that's why I developed this colander and tinfoil hat to bring that signal right in or

I'm gonna compare the g4 to the g3 and see if it's worth the upgrade

We've used the g3 forever and have loved it

We're gonna just see if the new g4 is worth that upgrade some of the features. We have this new g4

It's got some different mic heads you can test as well. So we're gonna take then test these in several different places first

We're gonna test it just in a normal

Outdoor kind of environment we're gonna get up into windy spot and see how they both react in their direct wind

So we have really good idea what the sound sounds like and last of all we're gonna go out on a football field and see

The distance 10 20 50 100 yards and see how they compare to one another. So let's get started. See what we can do

So we're gonna test the distance of these two lobs got the g3 and g4. I got them both on here

I'm gonna go back 10 feet then 20 feet then 40 feet then 80 feet

Just keep going until we lose them the g4 supposed to do 300 feet, which is a hundred yards football field

So, let's see how far we get. These are little marks on the ground

So I'm gonna go 500 feet just for fun. This is 500 feet her purse

But we really the signal started to break up after 300 feet like 310 320 maybe 330

The g4 started to break up the g3 start to break up after about 200 feet

So there's a significant distance you gain with the g4. It's giving you a signal much further

That's at least 50% more which is significant when you talk about 200 feet versus 300 feet

So the first time we did this test I had the transmitters on my back

So I was I'm sitting here talking to you. The transmitter was behind me. I moved the transmitters to the front of me

So they're now able to give a signal much easier to the camera and that gave us much better distance

so having that kind of line of sight and

Direct connection made a big difference like almost a 50 to 100 feet at least

We've got a clear signal on the g4 all the way past 300 feet

You got a clear signal in g3 past 200 feet, but it was a significant gain with that g4

So that's something to keep in mind

If you've got to have the transmitter on the back, you know

Which is a really typical place to put it then you're not gonna get as far as far as line-of-sight

So here's how we're gonna conduct this test

I've got both the g3 and the g4 on I've got both of their lob mics on so I've got that new g4 love and

the older g3 love

Mics, I've got the windscreen on the mics and we're laying these back to the c2 hundredth to the audio capabilities. Let's see 200

They're both set at the same levels

so on the back of the camera we've checked and they are both set at the very same level and

Now we're gonna play these back for you and just see which one you like better what a presenter wants to test their microphone

So here's the audio in a normal situation about six feet away from the camera in an interview type situation just a normal outside

So a couple other things I've noticed the mic is very small. So it's a lot easier to hide on person

It's also a little more responsive. I think you get a little brighter volume

From the G for that you do from the g3

So the G for frequency allocations are really in accordance with the new regulations by the FCC. They're going to come into play soon

So this kind of future proofs your love system whereas the g3 eventually is going to have some problems

We have to check out those in your area and exactly what that means for you

It also comes in a pro portable film combo kit. Well, that's a mouthful but what that kit has is

Not the shotgun mic, but it has a modular that you can plug into any shotgun mic. It's just an XLR

Male so you put that in and now you can use this for your boom mic and use it for a mic refute in reporting

So the g3 is a great piece of equipment we've used those forever

I have at least four or five of them that g4 feels like a nice upgrade

The Citadel | Mass Effect | Atlas - Duration: 6:41.

All throughout the galaxy, a network of Mass Relays allowed for instantaneous travel across

distances that would otherwise take centuries using conventional FTL propulsion.

These relays were believed to have been the greatest work of the now long extinct Protheans.

Their existence allowed younger civilizations to expand across an otherwise impassable galaxy.

While the network itself remained shrouded in mystery and large sections remained unexplored,

even a cursory study revealed its pathways were hardly random.

There was a definitive center to the network, a place where every Mass Relay would eventually

lead: a solitary nebula that hid a colossal deep space station, known to the races of

the galaxy as the Citadel.

Its location at the center of the mass relay nexus made the Citadel a natural capital of

economic, political, cultural, and military activity.

This role was formalized by the eponymous Citadel Council, which convened aboard the

station and represented the interests of the most powerful civilizations in the galaxy.

Races contacted by the Council or who discovered the Citadel independently typically maintained

embassies there as a way of becoming involved in the greater galactic community.

So critical was the Citadel to galactic civilization that star systems under the control of its

member races were unofficially referred to as "Citadel Space".

The Citadel was unique in its status as the headquarters of a galactic intergovernmental

organization and it remained one of the few territories operated collectively by the Council

rather than by any one of its member states.

Administration was handled by council officials and an array of virtual intelligences, while

internal security was provided by Citadel Security Services, better known as C-Sec.

C-Sec was perhaps the most visible example of the Council's philosophy, a volunteer

service composed of roughly 200,000 constables recruited from every civilization within Citadel Space.

Its officers were responsible for maintaining order across the densely populated station,

providing everything from customs enforcement, pirate suppression, investigations, and enforcement.

This was not an easy task.

The Citadel maintained a population of just over 13 million residents, with tens of thousands

of tourists, government officials, traders and businessmen transiting through the station

each day.

The most mysterious residents of the station were also its oldest.

A bio-engineered insectoid race known as the Keepers were the station's only "native"

life forms and was assumed to have been created by the Protheans for the sole purpose of maintaining

the Citadel and its systems.

Such maintenance was essential in the continued operation of the Citadel.

It was a massive structure consisting of a central ring 7.2 kilometers in diameter from

which 5 massive arms protruded, each 43.6 kilometers long and 330 meters thick.

During an emergency, these arms were capable of closing in on itself, transforming the

station into a long impenetrable cylinder.

The central ring and five arms were home to the Presidium and Wards respectively.

The Presidium was the gleaming heart of the Citadel, site of various governmental offices

and embassies of the Citadel Council, as well as home to some of the galaxy's most elite

and powerful individuals.

Its interior was marked by lush parks and freshwater lakes complete with artificial

sunlight and gentle breezes.

The Presidium's epicenter was the Citadel Tower, a distinct monument home to the Council

Chambers where matters affecting the entire galaxy were debated and decided.

The Wards, by contrast, were much more utilitarian, featuring conventional buildings, skyscrapers,

and infrastructure reminiscent of more traditional planetary cities.

Unlike the Presidium they did not maintain any artificial day-night cycle and activity

here rarely ceased.

The Wards constituted the residential and economic sectors of the station, home to millions

of Citadel citizens and some of the galaxy's largest businesses and corporations.

While it was among the most cosmopolitan urban centers in the galaxy, featuring concert halls,

amphitheaters and more exotic forms of entertainment, the Wards were also home to the Citadel's

more disreputable elements.

Various crime syndicates were known to have operated aboard the station, as well as a

thriving black market.

Despite thousands of years of occupation, it was not until the final few years of its

operation that many of its secrets and mysteries were finally uncovered.

Through the actions of the human Specter Commander Shepard, it was revealed that neither the

Mass Relays nor the Citadel had been constructed by the Protheans - they were simply the last

to make use of the station before it was abandoned and re-discovered by the Asari.

The Citadel was in fact the key component in a cycle of galactic genocide, a trap intended

to wipe out the heart of the galactic community and it's leadership in a single stroke.

Over the countless millennia of its existence the Citadel bore silent witness to the rise

and fall of countless civilizations.

Whether in the latest cycle it's true purpose might have been discovered in time to prevent

its execution remains unknown.

The great thing about Foot Locker as well they get in like a load of different Jordans

My favourite Jordans of all time would have to be the Cement 3 or the black Cat 4 or Bordeaux 7

So last night we went to Foot Locker to pick our shoes for our lookbooks

When you look at so many shoes all at once, you get so flabbergasted, you don't even know which ones to pick

But in the end, we all had to make decision

We picked four different creps to style our lookbook around

We are gonna be working with the one and only Meeksimus the master of time,

We have a week to shoot and edit our videos

then Foot Locker is getting us a panel of judges to decide who the winner is

But at the end of the day, you guys always crown the people's champion

Summer rotation, so what does that mean to me?

It doesn't matter what trainers I'm wearing

as long as they're not talking to me, and not doing this at the bottom

I mean, what I wanna convey is like your shoes actually complement your summer experience

Every little, you know, graze or whatever, it's from a scenario that you were in

and I'm assuming that was a happy one.

Even if it was a bad one, even if you've got a scuff, that's something you can look back at

And you could be like, man that was so jokes

So summer rotation to me is all about timeless silhouettes, like the classics

so we thought we shoot a lookbook in classic Rome

I've had four heart operations, and I've been very familiar with face of death

When I used to walk to school and walk home, I would walk through a graveyard

And at times where I felt like I had no friends and I was alone, I would go there as a comfort place

And it sounds weird but I didn't feel alone there

I tried to keep positive, but I am representing myself in this sense

locked up Rick that's weird hopefully it's just like a rocking the

sprocket or something yeah see if it kicks over it up again it sounds like

it's really lagging yeah like when you wrap it up it revs down really quick so

yeah either that or something's going on with the engine I see you have to pull

the seat to look at the air filter do you just just clean it recently yeah

what about well you been watching that yeah it's when I checked it was 3/4 and

I do need to change

yeah yeah it doesn't sound too good he just wants to idle down really quick

that means something is really dragging inside the engine I try it one more time

that runs on Idol give it a little bit throttle

does it usually idle down that quick back where you revving up and it goes

drops right away yeah I don't know if I'd risk driving it that much more

before something really drastic happens

yeah the easiest way that tell would be people pull your ear for oil filter off

and if there's I'm hoping it's not crank because if it's crank they'll be like

copper shavings in there and that'll that'll be the first indicator of it or

DME tools

you could just feel yeah yeah I would how would this go grab your truck and

not risk blowing it up completely yeah it's kind of a common common thing with

them what's the crank it's happened on to my bikes on those where the crank

wears out and then it starts getting really really laggy and like it just

dragging the whole time so I'm guessing like we pull that oil filter cover

there's this gonna be a bunch of copper shavings in there so you gotta pull the

whole motor all the way down so it's pretty spendy hoping it's not that

hopefully it's something else but it doesn't sound too good at all but yeah

if you have a sharp - it's like over a thousand yeah you could you need quite a

bit of tools you gotta have you know there's a lot of things to worry about

when you do it yeah it's not fun that's frickin dirt bikes for you you never

know what's gonna happen shit happens all the time

I just have to hop on here and go nut to butt all the way back that'll be fun

what was going on there my buddy Jeff and I were cruising along at the RV park

just going down the trail and then all of a sudden his rear tire locked up and

the engine shut off so right away we knew there was something really wrong

with that engine so he pulled that oil filter cover off and there were just a

ton of copper shavings in there so not a good sign at all and that engine is

gonna have to be torn all the way down to fix it so I got a question for you

guys would you like to see Jeff and I tear this engine all the way down fix it

and get it back running if this video gets 5,000 likes within a week we'll go
