Kiteboard Backflip from Toeside (+ pops from toeside) - Duration: 3:33.

The backflip from toeside is one of the nicest feeling tricks.

This tutorial looks at the full technique, then the steps for building up to this trick.

You need a medium speed, or more, and a strong toeside edge.

Lock the kite in position, as no steering is required.

Edge hard upwind.

Then stomp down on the back foot to launch.

As you launch, throw your shoulder back to rotate.

Let's look at that riding to the left.

Good speed.

Edge upwind and pop.

Throw your shoulders back to rotate.

Now, we will look at the steps for building up to the toeside backflip.

The most common issue is a weak toeside pop.

So it is important that you first learn to pop from toeside.

You will need a strong toeside edge.

Your face should lean towards the water and your toes should press down firmly.

You should be riding crosswind at a good speed.

You then carve upwind sharply to build tension.

To launch, you stomp down on the board, especially the back of the board

Popping from toeside is essential for the backflip.

Next, you can practice the backflip with the kite a bit higher.

Place the kite near 11 or 1 o'clock.

Lock the kite in this position.

Hand in the centre of the bar.

With the kite high, less pop is required – and the crashes are more forgiving.

As you improve, keep the kite lower and use a stronger pop.

It's also fun to launch this trick from a small wave.

No-bake gingerbread cake recipe ♡ English subtitles - Duration: 3:38.

Hello! My name is Elena Bazhenova.

I am glad to welcome you at my kitchen!

No-baking fast cakes - it's a dream of everybody who loves sweets.

A no-bake gingerbread cake is so easy that you can do it every day.

For the recipe, we take: 500g gingerbread, 500g sour cream, 100g sugar,

You can use any berries and fruits.

Cut the gingerbread along into 2 pieces.

You can cut into 3 pieces, if the gingerbread is high.

Slice the bananas.

Put the strawberries into the measuring cup.

Add sugar and stir.

Pour a mixture into sour cream.

Stir.

Let's begin to make a cake.

Wrap a large bowl with a plastic wrap.

Dip the gingerbread in the sour cream mixture.

Place the gingerbread into a bowl.

I need 3 gingerbread for the bottom of the bowl.

Put a layer of bananas or other fruits and berries.

So alternate the layers: gingerbread - bananas.

Cover the cake with a plate.

Place it in the refrigerator to soak for 3-4 hours, preferably for the night.

I kept the cake in the refrigerator all night.

Remove the plate.

You can lick it.

Take the plate for the cake.

Cover, turn over and get the cake out of the bowl.

Carefully remove the plastic wrap.

The cake is ready!

You can decorate it with chopped nuts, grated chocolate or berries.

I'll pour the strawberry sugar mixture over.

Done!

Cook with pleasure and enjoy!

Smokey Brown Eyeshadow Tutorial - Duration: 3:14.

I'm doing a smokey eye 'cause I'm so fly,

I'm born in July,

but that's a lie.

So, a couple of weeks ago I asked you guys what you'd

like to see on our channel and some of y'all replied back

saying they want a smokey brown eyeshadow tutorial.

So, today your wish is my command.

Now one great thing about a brown eye shadow is that

it really goes with any eye color or shape.

So, now I will shut up and show you how it's done.

What we're gonna do is attack the lids,

we wanna create depth and dimension.

So, I'm taking this BECCA Ombré Rouge eye palette

in a neutral shade, this one.

It has to be matte because it's going to your crease.

Take this fluffy brush, tap all the access and do this.

So, now because I'm basic like that.

I'm gonna use the exact same palette and

go for a darker browns, mix between these two

and apply it over my entire lid.

Don't go too in 'cause that's going to enhance your dark

circles like me and then you'll just look like a panda.

Just double check and you're like is it even ?

Yes, it is! Since its a smokey eye but you also wanna

add some shimmer to it.

I'm gonna take a little flat ended brush, never stick to

one restricted product 'cause then it's not fun!

So, I'm gonna mix this darker brown

with this lighter brown,

and kinda go like, dab, dab, dab, dab!

Just make sure you're gently patting the

eyeshadow on 'cause you don't want any fall out.

Now you're done.

Now that you've achieved your

beautiful top lid smokey eye.

We are going to attack the bottom lid,

And then actually make it smoldering, so you know

you can, give bae a wink.

Take a tiny brush, take from the previous palette

the brown, slowly apply it to your lower lid.

Be very careful, you don't wanna poke your eye,

then cry, then wipe off all your makeup.

It's not gonna go.

You wanna apply it to your waterline.

Then just wing it out.

You're now done! Instead of doing

what I did before by putting shadow on your lower lids

you can opt. for a brown eye liner.

But now for the final, you take

an eyelash curler and mascara

and do the needful.

You are now done my friends.

Simple and easy steps that anyone can really try out

at home or anywhere else.

Nikki and Grace Hair Makeover

This is Grace from one of our thrift shop haul videos

Her hair is already done up in curlers

and I put her in a new spa suit

Her hair is tightly wrapped around chenille stems

There are over 30 curlers in her hair

I'll show you how to do this with Nikki's hair

This is Nikki

She's from another thrift shop haul

Her hair has been cut by the previous owner

I can still curl this short piece

But I'll probably have to gel this down

Okay. Let's get started!

You need a pack of chenille stems or fuzzy sticks

Use a contrasting colour from the dolls hair to help you see better

There are wires inside these stems

so you'll need sharp scissors or wire cutters to cut them

I'm going to use wire cutters

They cut better than scissors

A toothpick for separating the hair into small sections

This vase full of beads will hold her still while I work on her hair

Take a small section of hair like this

Twist it right down to the ends

Get a chenille stem and wrap the hair around it

until you get near the end of the stem

Bend the tip of stem over the hair

Squeeze it tight to hold the hair in place

Perfect!

Rotate the stem

Winding the hair until you're about half and inch from the head

[Music: Sunbeam Waltz]

Bend the stem over the hair

Squeeze it tight just like the other end

Now cut the stem close to the bend

Be careful not to cut the hair

[Music: Sunbeam Waltz]

It'll look like this

Easy peasy!

I'll show you one more time

Take a small section of hair

[Music: Sunbeam Waltz]

Twist it to the ends

[Music: Sunbeam Waltz]

Wrap it around the chenille stem

until you get near the end

Bend the tip of the end and squeeze

Rotate the stem

Winding the hair until you're about half and inch from the head

Bend the stem

Squeeze and cut

[Music: Sunbeam Waltz]

That's 2 done

These are smaller and tighter curls than Grace's

You'll need to do this 47 more times

[giggling]

It'll take over an hour

So put on some music and curl away!

Done!

She has over 40 curlers crammed in there!

It's time for the hot water and the ice water dunk

You ready girls?

This water is super hot

Almost at boiling point

I put ice cubes in this water to make it super cold

I'll dunk them both together

This is commonly known as boil perm

Because the hair is curled so tight

I'll leave them in longer than usual

About 5 minutes

Time's up!

Now to cool off the hair and to set the curls

It's the ice water dunk!

Leave them in for about 3 minutes

Time to take them out!

Put them on a towel and pat the hair gently

Because of the tight curls, it'll take longer for the hair to dry

To speed up the drying

Put them outside in the sunlight

Wow! You girls look beautiful in natural light!

The hair is dry!

It's time to take out the curlers

There are over 50 chenille stems in Nikki's hair

and about 30 in Grace's

The results will be different for sure

I'm excited to see how they'll look

Grace is first

Unbend the ends and straighten the stem

Carefully unwind the hair

[Music: Sunbeam Waltz]

Nice! Wo-hoo!

To finish the ends, use hair gel

Shape it into a point

Now just do the same 29 more times

Wow! Grace! I love your new curls!

You look gorgeous!

Nikki's turn!

Unbend the ends of the stem

Gently unwind the hair

This is a much tighter curl than Grace's

Ooo. This curl is like a spring!

Some gel to finish the ends

If there are any fly away hairs, just cut them off

One curl done!
