Waching daily Jun 24 2018

Hi, I'm Eyva. :)

Today we're climbing the Esja mountain.

We're just thinking what a path we should choose.

Dominik, I want the hardest one.

Ahoj Adventure! Let's do it!

That's the himalaist Dominik. ;)

We're hiking and hiking, but I've been a bit tired.

We've reached the point called just "Stone"

It's time for a small break.

Many tourist are returning after reaching this point, but we're going to go higher.

The next trail will be harder.

We're going there.

Real photo shoots are made here. Everyone wants to capture the way he has to come through.

As you can see, it's not easy climbing.

Dominik is waiting for me.

A challenging trail.

Ok, let's do it.

It looks amazing.

It's time for jumping on!

I'm not sure if I'm going well. Don't look down!;)

I don't know where Dominik is.

Ok, I'm continuing my hiking.

I don't know if I've chosen a good way.

If there was no problem with that earlier part, because it was good marked,

here you have to deal with it yourself and act rather intuitively.

I don't know if my intuition works well, but nobody is here, I'm really alone.

Dominik has just called me. He already reached the top and had climbed some steps upstairs.

and I...I came here and I don't know where exactly I am..

No living soul is here.

I have to return.

This is the way I missed.

Yeah, we reached.

We have to leave our mark

We are located at an altitude of about 800 m above sea level. But as you can see, we can go even higher and we are going to do it.

The highest point, at 914 m above sea level, is called Hábunga.

Well, let's see what's higher.

We're going somewhere to the end of the world.

Crossing this flat peak of the massif is really a challenge, but look at the view.

And you can walk and walk in the acreage.

Well, let's go down.

Dominik is thinking about his life. ;)

It's not easy to climb down.

It's time for a small break.

The weather is really good.

Now we are going down the other side, but the end cannot be seen.

You can already see parking, it's almost over.

The Esja is ticked off.

We covered about 20 kilometers and it took us less than 7 hours,

of course with breaks, which we did a lot, especially in order to enjoy the beautiful views,

which are not lacking there, so I recommend you.

You have a few trails to choose from.

We chose the longest, mountainous one, because we like challenges.

Maybe next time we will choose a different one, we will see.

If you have not seen my vlog about the western fjords trip yet, the link is at the bottom of the screen.

See you soon.

Abdominals / عضلات البطن - Duration: 3:02.

Hey family and welcome to my new video

I decided in this video to talk about Abdominals

You will know what the abdominals are

and the types of them

The scientific name is Rectus Abdominis

and like we know they covers the front part of the trunk and connects the rib cage and pubic

and divided into two muscles

muscle side in the right and the other in the Left

separated by a fibrous tissue called Linea alba

The abdominal muscles consist of the transverse abdominal muscle

It is located in the front of the body and has a popularity

Its role is to provide pressure that supports the spine

Internal Oblique: we don't see this part because it's inside the Body

External oblique: it's the important one and we see them tangled with ribs located on both sides

And now I will talk about Types of abdominals

and to not make the video so long i decided to make them in 4 groups

First Group : Number of abdominals muscles

1st type

4 Packs like The World Champion JEREMY BUENDIA who won MISTER OLYMPIA 4 times

2nd type: 6 Packs and this type is the most popular

3rd Type: 8 Packs and people who have that type are few

in the left a man appeared who is the only one who has 10 packs

like you all see in the pictures

The abdominals are different from one to other

and the reason of that is cross strings with muscles

which determines the type that will be at each one

and not think people who has 6 packs

are working more than people who has 4 packs

because this is related with genetics and you can't change it

Second group: The Abdominal muscle are equal or not ?

There are 2 types

The 1st type is the people who have equal abdominals

and 2nd type who don't have not equal abdominals

I just wanna let you know that people who do not have equal abdominals can't make them equal

and the reason of that is the place of abdominals related with the rib cage and that's comes back to genetics

Third Group: all people has a square abdominals

Most of people think that all people has a square abdominals

and the truth there is another forms that do not look like the square

and we can't call them squared abdominals

but you can't change that fromm training because it's also related with genetics

Fourth Group: Theres is space between abdominals ?

like I said in the first part of the video there is tissue called Linea Alba divide the abdominals to 2 Sides

the side in the right and the other in the left

and sometimes that tissue be wide and that makes a space between the 2 sides

That's All In this Video, I Wish That You Liked My Video And I Hope That You Will Benefit From This Video

If you like it don't forget to put like and subscribe

See you in next video

The Key To Paradise | Southern Living - Duration: 6:53.

The key to paradise, a white Buick,

the Blue Marlin, and a pink submarine.

The stars of my summer of 1958.

Hot pink is the color of tropical Key West.

From the garish bougainvillea spilling over every fence

and wall, to the petunias and hibiscus in its lush gardens,

to the houses and buildings themselves,

gaily painted in every shade of pink.

Conch shells, flamingos, and pink fish motifs abound.

Even the taxi cabs are hot pink.

Half Caribbean island, half New Orleans,

Key West is not like any place else on earth.

Welcome to the Conch Republic, says its airport sign,

and you'll see their flags flying all over town,

from the backs of bicycles, to flag poles,

proclaiming personal freedom, happiness,

individuality, fun, love, and romance.

But there was certainly none of that going on

in the big, white tail finned Buick that my father

drove grimly into Key West on my first, and most memorable

visit to the island in 1958.

In fact, my parents were not speaking to each other,

and they had not been talking much to me, either,

for the endless trip down the eastern seaboard,

except for Mama saying things like, "Lee, will you please

"tell your daddy to stop for more cigarettes?"

Which I would dutifully repeat, even though he was

sitting right there.

Or me screaming, "Can't we stop at Weeki Wachee Springs?

"Please, please, please!" as the billboard flashed past,

for I planned to be a mermaid when I grew up.

Nothing doing.

We pressed on south in the smoke-filled car.

This was a far cry from the way they had acted

all of my life.

In fact, as a child, I was horribly embarrassed

by the technicolor movie style

of my parents' passionate marriage.

My mother, Virginia Marshall Smith, nicknamed Jeej,

was a beauty whose flapper looks had exactly fit

the ideal of her youth.

My father was sometimes mistaken for F. Scott Fitzgerald,

the jazz age icon whom he resembled, but whose life

was the exact opposite, just as Key West

was the exact opposite of Grundy, Virginia,

the coal mining town where we lived.

We traveled to Key West because Daddy had been

stationed there in the Navy, and now he was recovering

from a nervous breakdown, as they called it then.

He was much better, but his months in the hospital

had somehow caused trouble in the marriage, as I was told.

So his doctor prescribed this geographical cure.

So far, the cure wasn't working.

Each night, in a series of little tourist cottages

was gloomy, with Mama and me in one bed,

while Daddy took the other.

Several times I'd awaken to see his bent shadow

outside the window pacing back and forth.

What if he had another nervous breakdown?

What if the marriage couldn't be cured?

But I loved that final part of the long drive

with the shimmering sea and sky surrounding us,

and the Florida Keys with their wonderful names:

Key Largo, Cudjoe, Sugar Loaf, Saddlebunch,

Raccoon, Stock Island.

"We're almost there," Daddy said.

Mama reapplied her lipstick.

And finally, we arrived in Key West,

the scruffiest, wildest town I had every seen.

A bright buzz of noise and color.

We turned left off Truman Avenue onto Duval Street,

and I caught a glimpse of a glistening patch

of ocean just ahead.

Daddy pulled into a placed name the Blue Marlin Motel

with a huge fish on its sign.

Mama and I waited in the car as he headed for the office.

The motel was made of blue concrete, two stories,

in a U shape, around a good-sized pool with a diving board

and a slide perfect for a mermaid.

"Wow, this is nice, isn't it?" I said to Mama,

who didn't answer.

Still, I was hopeful.

The Blue Marlin Motel was nice,

but was it nice enough to cure a marriage?

Mama smoked a cigarette while I watched a green lizard

zip up a wall.

Finally, Daddy got back in the car with a funny look

on his face.

"Girls, you are not gonna believe this," he said slowly.

"What? What is it?

"Is it bad news from home?" Mama asked.

Her pretty face was an instant mask of alarm.

"Oh no, nothing like that," Daddy said,

really smiling for the first time on the trip.

"It appears that this entire motel has been taken over

"by the cast and crew of a movie that is shooting

"on location right now in Key West over at the Navy Yard.

"There are only four rooms here that they're not occupying,

"and now we're got two of them.

"They asked me a lot of questions.

"I had to swear we aren't journalists or photographers

"in order to stay.

"And Lee," he added in a no-nonsense voice,

"I promised that you would not bother the stars.

"Do you hear me, or the crew, or anybody else?"

"Which stars?" Mama asked, hardly breathing.

She was already in heaven.

"Well, there's Dina Merrill," Daddy said,

"and Tony Curtis."

"Tony Curtis!" Mama and I squealed together.

We pored over the National Enquirer every week,

also Photoplay, and countless other movie magazines

which we read from cover to cover.

"And that's not all," Daddy said.

"Who?" we shrieked.

"Carey Grant."

Daddy was trying to sound offhand.

Carey Grant?

We couldn't believe it.

The most gorgeous, the most elegant,

the biggest star in Hollywood.

"The man at the desk says he's a real gentleman,"

Daddy said.

I was not so sure of that, thinking of his recent

love affair with Sophia Loren.

Mama and I new everything.

We were on the second floor of the Blue Marlin

where I had the smaller, adjoining room to myself.

I put on my bathing suit first thing while Daddy

fixed gin and tonics for himself and Mama,

and they went outside on the balcony together.

I ran down the stairs two at a time

and took a running dive into the pool.

The movie, which was named Operation Petticoat,

featured a real pink submarine that was anchored

in the ocean off Key West.

Its flimsy plot involved a Navy lieutenant commander,

Carey Grant, and his con man executive officer,

Tony Curtis who had to take a damaged submarine

into a seedy dockyard for repair during World War II

picking up a crew of stranded Army nurses on the way.

The only available paints were red and white,

hence its pink color, and the only available bunks

for the nurses were down in the submarine's tight quarters.

The geographical cure worked.

Mama and Daddy would go home to Virginia refreshed

and stay married for the rest of their lives.

He would run his dime store for 30 more years.

Surrounded by the stars in Key West,

Mama pepped right up, and was soon wearing high-heeled

sandals and a pink hibiscus flower in her hair.

Daddy went deep sea fishing with a guy named Captain Tony

and played poker with the film crew.

Every evening around 7:00, Mama and I seated ourselves

on a rattan loveseat in the lobby of the Blue Marlin

pretending to read newspapers while we eavesdropped

on Tony Curtis' daily call from the public telephone

to Janet Lee back in Hollywood.

It always ended with Curtis' words,

"God bless you, my darling."

Mom and I rattled our newspapers emotionally.

One day at the pool, Curtis offered me a package

of cheese crackers.

I saved it for decades.

Toward the end of our second week there,

one of the directors asked if we'd like to be

in the movie.

"You bet!" I cried out.

"Oh brother," Daddy said.

But there we were, and there we are in the film

to this day in the giant crowd on the Key West dock

cheering and waving hello when the pink submarine

comes into port at the end of the movie.

7 of Australia's Most Terrifying Inhabitants - Duration: 11:18.

Between the funnel web spiders that can hide in your boots and the snakes that can slither

into your house, Australia can be a pretty scary place.

Well, you don't even know the half of it.

Because odds are, you're not going to stumble across an inland taipan or a saltie on your

bike ride to work, while you're relaxing at the beach, or when you're out hiking

with your friends.

And that's exactly where you'll find the terrors on this list.

Turns out there are plenty of horrifying plants and animals living in Australia, even when

the usual suspects are excluded.

So we've rounded up seven that you might want to keep in mind if you're going to

spend a lot of time down under.

If you hang out in the suburbs along the coasts of Queensland, New South Wales, or southern

Western Australia during spring, you might meet an Australian magpie.

You could be just walking or biking along, minding your own business, when one of these

40 centimeter long black and white birds swoops in out of nowhere.

It might even grab onto your shirt with its sharp claws and start stabbing rapidly at

your eyes like a scene from Hitchcock's The Birds.

But this isn't a movie—this is a real thing that happens, in real life to real people,

and it happens a lot.

In 2017, there were more than 3200 attacks and 520 injuries from magpies in Australia.

These birds are highly territorial, and their aggressive swoops are their way of defending

their chicks.

But less than 15% of magpies attack people, usually ones with nests close to cycling paths.

And that's because human attacks are actually a learned behavior—the product of a sharp

mind that likely arose because the birds are really social.

Scientists have found that magpies who live in big groups do better on problem solving

tests and have more of their eggs hatch, showing that brain power is linked to their reproductive

success.

And that might be because that brainpower allows them to learn things like how to hurt

a human!

Magpies can even remember faces and attack the same people over and over again each season—and

these are birds that can live for 20 plus years.

So just expect... decades... of this!

Human attacks do seem to be on the rise, too, which is probably because they work!

People avoid the areas where attacks happen, which reinforces the idea that this behavior

lets them raise their chicks in peace.

If you want to try your luck around Australia's magpies anyway, locals recommend turning a

helmet into a porcupine with a bunch of zip ties.

Ticks are found all over the world, and they're not exactly anyone's favorite animal since

the whole thing that they do is attach to your body and suck your blood.

But along Australia's eastern shores, one species of tick—the paralysis tick—can

do something much creepier: it can make you allergic to meat.

Like pretty much all ticks, these spider-like creatures leap off blades of grass onto mammals

like ourselves in search of a tasty blood meal.

They'll plunge their sharp mouth parts or chelicerae into flesh and inject a concoction

that ensures they can slurp up blood without interruption.

And that's where it all goes wrong.

Along with the toxins that prevent blood from clotting, the tick injects a cocktail of other

chemicals and anything else hanging out in its saliva.

That can include the pathogens behind things like Q fever and an Australian version of

typhus.

And it also includes neurotoxins, which normally just numb the area, but in extreme cases,

can slowly paralyze you completely if the tick isn't removed.

Hence the name "paralysis tick".

But strangest of all is that this tick's saliva contains galactose-alpha-1,3-galactose

-- a carbohydrate also found in many red meats.

Get too many tick bites, and you can become sensitive to this carbohydrate.

And that means you can develop what's known as tick-induced mammalian meat allergy, even

though it extends to all mammal products, including milk.

So your time down under could make it so you can never enjoy Aussie cheese fries or a juicy

steak from Outback ever again.

The giant centipede is so fearsome it's even known to take on some of Australia's

scariest snakes.

These 16 cm long centipedes are found pretty much everywhere Australia but also in parts

of the Solomon Islands, New Guinea, Indonesia, Southeast Asia, China and Japan.

Like other centipedes, they've turned their two front legs into menacing hunting tools

called forcipules that not only pack a powerful bite but also inject venom into their victims.

That venom contains dozens of toxins, and is so powerful that it can easily bring down

small lizard or snake.

It's not clear what all the different components do, but researchers have found that the venom

contains cystatin, a protein which fights against our immune defenses.

And it contains glycoside hydrolase, an enzyme which helps it spread throughout the body.

Bites from these centipedes aren't usually lethal to beasts our size, but they do hurt.

A lot.

Sometimes for days.

And that's likely due to special pore-forming toxins which mess with neurons and can even

kill cells.

The biggest danger, though, is that some venom components are similar to ones in bees and

wasps, so people with allergies to those animals can go into anaphylaxis if bitten.

Thankfully they're nocturnal and pretty easy to spot, so bites aren't too common.

But you do want to know they're there so you can watch out for them!

The strychnine tree found in Australia's southeastern temperate forests might look

pretty harmless with its beautiful, fragrant, white flowers and small, orange-like fruit.

But those alluring flowers and appetizing fruit house the dangerous, nitrogen-rich compound

that gives the tree its name.

Strychnine is an alkaloid like caffeine and nicotine, and it had been used in traditional

medicines for centuries.

But it's also the key ingredient in some kinds of rat poison and many Agatha Christie's

murder mysteries.

Strychnine acts on the central nervous system by binding to glycine and acetylcholine receptors,

particularly those on motor nerves in the spinal cord.

Glycine and acetylcholine calm neurons down, making them harder to trigger.

Since strychnine lessens that calming ability, the neurons fire more easily.

Symptoms start with muscle soreness and stiffness, but can escalate quickly to convulsions and

seizures.

If the toxin affects your heart or lungs, then your odds of survival go down fast.

And you only need to ingest 60 to 100 milligrams of the stuff to meet your unpleasant end—roughly

the amount in the seeds from a single fruit.

So yeah, you can't trust Australian trees any more than you can trust Australian animals,

apparently.

Speaking of pretty things that are way more dangerous than you'd think.

If you're snorkelling on one Australia's many beautiful reefs, don't touch any pretty

conical snail shells you see.

If you get too close, these predatory snails can spear you with their venomous harpoons!

The Queen Victoria Cone is endemic to Australia, meaning its the only place in the world you'll

find these gastly gastropods.

Although it is similar to the equally-scary and more widespread Geography Cone, which

is also found in Australia's northern waters.

Both subdue their prey by stabbing them with venom-delivering, tooth-like things called

radulas.

Cone snail venoms contain dozens of different conotoxins—short chains of amino acids that

can mess with neuronal signaling in different ways, ultimately paralyzing their victims.

Those potent venoms allow these snails—which, as you would expect, aren't exactly known

for their speed—to feed on animals that might otherwise outpace them.

Some species even take down fish!

If you're unfortunate enough to tread on one of them, you might just feel a bee-like

sting at first.

Then, the stung area may go numb and turn blue due to the lack of blood flow.

The limb could become temporarily paralyzed, and you could even experience blurry vision,

feel faint or have trouble breathing as the venom spreads.

And big geography cones have killed people, though deaths are super rare.

So... maybe think twice before picking up that souvenir from the ocean floor.

If you already know not to eat suspicious looking fruit or pick up unknown objects from

the sea, great.

But to be wracked with agony for months, all you have to do is brush up against the wrong

plant on a hike in the tropical forests of northern Australia, particularly the beautiful

Tablelands near Cairns.

The Gympie Gympie tree is infamous for causing some of the most excruciating pains imaginable.

One researcher described it as burning like acid while being electrocuted at the same

time.

And it packs such a painful punch because its stem, purple raspberry-like fruits, and

heart-shaped leaves are all covered with tiny, silica-tipped hairs — the same stuff that

makes up quartz.

These easily pierce your skin then break open, releasing toxins stored inside.

The main pain-inducing compound is a linked bundle of eight amino acids called moroidin—though

how it causes such agony is not known.

The hairs are so delicate and fine that your skin can quickly heal over them, trapping

them inside you.

There, the hairs take years to break down, and every time you move, they can release

more of the very stable, very painful chemical.

People have reported continuing pains for up to a year after being stung.

What's more, the Gympie Gympie regularly sheds its hairs, making them airborne where

they can drift into your nose and cause nosebleeds.

And while, compared to other toxins on this list, moroidin isn't that deadly, people

have died from Gympie Gympie stings—either from shock, or just because the pain became

too much to bear.

Curiously, some native Aussie animals have learned to tolerate the toxin and can eat

the leaves and fruit without having those silica tipped spines explode in their mouth

and cause excruciating pain!

No such luck for us though!

Last on our list is probably the most terrifying creature Australia has to offer—and I'm

counting the snakes and such when I say that.

It's tiny — only about 5 millimeters wide — and practically invisible.

But its stings are so painful, that it feels like your insides are crumbling.

The common kingslayer is one of the smallest jellies known to harm people.

So far, its range is restricted to northern Queensland, but scientists are concerned that

climate change will allow them to move south to Australia's more popular beaches.

It's tiny size and colorless body are what make it so dangerous, because it's hard

to see even in daylight, which makes its meter long tentacles that much more difficult to

avoid.

Unlike most jellyfish that only have stingers or nematocysts on their tentacles, these jellies

have them all over their bodies.

And when they touch you, they can fire a thin tubule into your skin that injects the animals'

potent venom.

Like other jellies, their stings can burn.

But they can also cause Irukandji syndrome, where your body releases dangerous levels

of catecholamines.

These compounds, like epinephrine, ramp up your sympathetic nervous system, causing rapid

heart rate, nausea, and an overall impending sense of doom.

And that sense isn't necessarily wrong—the jelly was named after Robert King, an American

tourist who died from its sting.

Luckily, stings are rarely fatal, as doctors are usually able to manage the syndrome's

more dangerous symptoms.

In fact, before you cross Australia off your list of desirable holiday destinations, you

can take solace in the fact that none of these horrifying things actually cause that many

deaths.

Neither do Australia's snakes or spiders, for that matter.

You're much more likely to die from falling off a horse or being kicked by a cow than

you are being pecked, bitten, or stung by one of the terrors on this list.

Will it hurt?

Will it be excruciatingly painful?

Absolutely.

But you'll probably survive!

And now that you know what to look out for, you'll be even better at avoiding them!

Thanks for watching this episode of SciShow.

animals that are actually harmless.

James RODRIGUEZ (Colombia) - Man of the Match - MATCH 31 - Duration: 1:05.

Well James, there's a sea of yellow here, it's like we're in Bogota or Barranquilla.

How much did the energy from the fans help here after the adverse result in the first game?

So much!

They're always there, they always support us a lot, and we feel it on the pitch.

And I think that support is very good for all of us.

Falcao scored a nice goal after his four year absence, what does this mean to the team?

We're happy, Falcao's always been here, despite him missing the last World Cup.

He's always been there and I think he deserves it.

He's trained hard, waited four years and today he's here and I hope he can continue scoring.

Celebrities Who Treat Their Significant Others Like Trash - Duration: 7:38.

Love isn't easy, but it's a whole lot harder when your significant other treats you like

trash.

Though Hollywood relationships are notoriously short-lived, some stars seem to be particularly

terrible partners.

From cyberbullying to physical altercations, there are hundreds of ways to hurt the one

you love - and even more if you've got money.

Not every celebrity bad boy or girl stays that way, though.

Some regretful partners actually do change.

Either way, if the reports are true, these celebrities are notoriously inconsiderate

partners that you wouldn't want to date.

Tom Cruise

Most of us remember Tom Cruise's relationships by their fairy-tale moments, like his famous

movies alongside Nicole Kidman, or that time he jumped on Oprah's couch to exuberantly

proclaim his love for Katie Holmes.

What we don't always remember are how those love stories played out.

Amidst his growing dedication to Scientology in 2001, Cruise abruptly filed for divorce

from Kidman after 10 years of marriage.

Though Kidman admitted to People magazine it was a, quote, "shock to [her] system,"

she did quip to David Letterman,

"Well I can wear heels now."

[Laughter]

His relationship with Katie Holmes, which was long-rumored to be a contract marriage,

may have been even more controlling.

According to the Mirror, Holmes had to follow a long list of bizarre marriage rules, including

complete silence during labor.

She allegedly wasn't allowed to utter a single peep while delivering Suri, and according

to some reports, she feared for her safety after filing for divorce because of the church.

Yikes!

Brad Pitt

While Brad Pitt has certainly had some tumultuous relationships, if you ask his ex-wives, he

seems to be the problem.

In the early 2000s, Pitt's divorce from Jennifer Aniston prompted the press to essentially

frame the actress as the world's saddest lady for the rest of her career.

What happened?

Pitt supposedly had an emotional affair with co-star Angelina Jolie on the set of Mr. and

Mrs. Smith.

The new lovers claimed they took things to the next level only after his split with Aniston.

Before his divorce from Aniston was finalized, Pitt posed for an epic W magazine photo shoot

with Jolie.

The piece, titled "Domestic Bliss," cast the two supposed "friends" as a sexy husband and

wife with kids.

In response to the spread, Aniston told Vanity Fair that Pitt has, quote, "a sensitivity

chip that's missing."

As for Brangelina, those two appeared to have it good for nearly a decade, but in 2016,

they went through an explosive breakup and nasty custody battle.

Pitt told GQ that substance abuse was at the root of the "self-inflicted" collapse of his

relationship with Jolie, saying,

"I can't remember a day since I got out of college when I wasn't boozing or had a spliff,

or something."

Still, Pitt may have turned things around, since he has now reportedly embarked on a

cleaner lifestyle.

Adam Levine

He may have a voice that's sweet as sugar, but the way Adam Levine's acted in past relationships

is anything but.

Levine allegedly dumped his supermodel girlfriend Nina Agdal by completely ghosting her.

According to Us Weekly, he stopped answering her calls, then eventually informed her of

his engagement to on-and-off flame and fellow model Behati Prinsloo through a text message.

According to the Daily Beast, Levine allegedly also dumped Jessica Simpson with a text message.

He embarrassed cocktail waitress Rebecca Ginos by telling Howard Stern intimate details of

their relationship, and he reportedly mortified Victoria's Secret model Anne "V" by telling

the world about their bedroom activities as well.

It seems Levine has never been one for relationship tact, but he did allegedly reach out to his

exes to apologize before marrying Prinsloo in the summer of 2014.

Rob Kardashian

Kardashians generally take the moral high road when it comes to relationships - from

Khloé Kardashian supporting her troubled ex-husband during his recovery to Kris Jenner

supporting her ex-husband's transition into womanhood long after their divorce.

Rob Kardashian is the exception to the rule, and his relationship with Blac Chyna seemed

insanely tumultuous by tabloid accounts.

"Why are you yelling, you psycho?

What's wrong with you?"

"Ugh, cause it's aggravating!"

There were the explosive fights documented throughout their reality TV show, Rob & Chyna…

"Are you still texting bitches?

Yes or no!?"

And then there was their apparent affinity for airing their grievances on social media.

In 2017, after an exhausting year and a half of on-and-off dating, Chyna took to Snapchat

to claim Rob beat her up.

According to Us Weekly, she also allegedly sent Rob a video of herself kissing another

man in an effort to get him to leave her alone.

Rob countered by posting several explicit photos of her online in what appeared to be

some sort of deranged - and potentially criminal - hours-long social media rant.

This incident was the final straw for Chyna.

"I would like to first and foremost thank the judge for granting me this restraining

order."

Her lawyer had this to say in a statement:

"Mr. Kardashian, you are now on notice.

[...] Cyberbullying your ex is harassment.

[…] Your attempts to shame and control [Chyna] are hereby rejected."

Emma Roberts

Actress Emma Roberts may seem like an innocent girl next door, but rumor has it the actress

may have physically harmed her boyfriend, actor Evan Peters.

The couple reportedly met while filming Adult World, and for the first year or so of their

relationship, they were the poster children for millennial power couples.

Then came 2013, when according to TMZ, Roberts was arrested for allegedly assaulting Peters

in Canada.

Though Peters reportedly suffered a bloody nose and bite marks, he didn't press charges,

and Roberts was released.

As of May 2018, these two are still engaged, so let's hope their worst moments are behind

them.

Chris Brown

In 2008, it seemed like Chris Brown and Rihanna were hip hop's "it" couple.

The pair met as teenagers at the Vibe Awards, and over the next few years, they grew from

collaborators to best friends to totally in love.

Unfortunately, not all was as rosy as it seemed from the red carpet.

In 2009, TMZ reported that Rihanna had been beaten by Brown after a pre-Grammy party.

Not long after, Brown pleaded guilty to felony assault.

As Billboard reported, he was sentenced to five years probation and six months community

labor.

Brown later admitted that he, quote, "felt like a f---ing monster" after the incident

with Rihanna.

He eventually found love again with model Karrueche Tran.

Unfortunately, old patterns appeared to resurface.

According to E! News, Tran alleged Brown punched her in the stomach, pushed her down the stairs,

and threatened her life on numerous occasions.

Tran was granted a permanent restraining order after sharing angry voicemails of Brown threatening

her.

Johnny Depp

Actress Amber Heard met Johnny Depp while filming The Rum Diary in 2009 and the pair

got engaged in 2014.

According to TMZ, nine months after tying the knot, Heard asked for a temporary restraining

order after multiple alleged violent incidents.

A couple months later, according to Heard's court filing, Depp was drunk and high when

he showed up to her birthday party and was violent again.

Then there was the leaked video of Depp apparently throwing a wine bottle and glass at his wife.

According to the Daily Beast, Depp and his team ferociously denied Heard's allegations

and claimed the video was heavily edited in an attempt to leverage a bigger divorce settlement.

Depp's former partner, Vanessa Paradis, and his first wife, Lori Anne Allison, also both

publicly stated support for Depp, saying he hadn't abused either of them during their

relationships.

Heard filed for divorce in 2016.

After they negotiated a $7 million settlement, which she donated to charity, the two issued

a public statement that read in part,

"Neither party has made false accusations for financial gains.

There was never an intent of physical or emotional harm."

Phỏng vấn xin việc bằng tiếng Anh - Duration: 9:51.

Xin chàooo, lại là mình đây.

Hồi lâu lâu mình có làm một cái video when to quit your job ấy, các bạn

how are you?

How's it going?

I'm great, Very well, thank you.

Đó là câu: "Thank you for inviting me to this interview"

hot outside, isn't it?

I didn't expect it would rain that heavily.

Hoặc là it's must be really hard for you to wake up early in this freezing weather.

Ví dụ như: Yes it's scorching during summer in this

city but luckily the interview time is early in the morning so I guess it's much more

comfortable outside and I'm not affected too much by the weather.

hoặc là

Actually No. I found the building without any trouble.

It's just the neighborhood is pretty crowded in rush hours so it took more time than I

expected.

But thankfully I still managed to arrive on time.

up thôi.

vấn, đó là "Tell me something about yourself" hay "Could you introduce a little

about yourself?"

movies hay I love listening to music hay tường thuật lại cái CV của bạn.

Ví dụ: My name is Tram, I graduated from Foreign

Trade University in Hanoi.

My major is Business English, so I guess it's pretty obvious that I have an endless passion

for this language, which makes me become a teacher, a full-time IELTS teacher at the

moment.

I really enjoy teaching English because it allows me to inspire people with the beauty

of the language and what it can do to their future.

bạn, What are your strengths and weaknesses?

tí kinh nghiệm nào về nó bằng cách trả lời thế này: Well one of my strongest

traits is learning.

I learn extremely fast and I always have a thirst for knowledge.

So eventhough for a completely new project and environment , I can adapt very quickly

and minimize the training time.

However, as a young person, I do acknowledge that my biggest weakness is inexperience.

But I believe that with an open mindset and my learning ability, I will definitely overcome

this soon in the future.

Câu hỏi thường gặp tiếp theo đó chính là "Why do you want to work for

our company?"

Hoặc "What do you know about our company?"

I want to work here because I noticed that you have invested a lot in marketing.

I see myself as a marketing manager in the IT industry, so

I am good at analysis and I've always been really interested in the IT environment so

As far as I know, your company offers on-job training for junior web developers.

And I've always been really interested in front-end development, so

Đó là "Where do you see yourself in five years?"

Ví dụ như là: "I don't actually have a detailed plan, but the most important thing

is that I will learn and grow in my career to be in a management position.

Until then, I will definitely gain more practical experience and of course learn from my co-workers,

especially the seniors.

"

phỏng vấn, đó là "Do you have any questions about the job/company?"

bạn không có gì để hỏi này: Do you have any policy for overtime working?

Does the salary come with any bonuses or additional benefits?

What is the working culture of the company like?

22 ways to stay cool in the Summer cooling hacks - Duration: 11:38.

oh I'm already recording hello friends I'm dragoNate and welcome to another

dragonate reading your answers video as you can see by the title up there or

should I say over a rate over here eight ways to keep your home cool that's not

really what this is gonna be called but whatever today is a nice sunny bright

today outside so yeah this question that I asked you last week fits perfectly

with what we're doing in two days so I asked you guys last week

what what what kind of tips do you have to keep cool in the summer so you guys

answered and I'll be reading your answers in this video but before we get

started we needing you a question for next week as usual let's have a super

simple this let's have a super simple question this week and that is going to

be what's your favorite scent I I've asked a lot about like I what's your

favorite game what's your favorite movie oh it's your favorite song what's your

favorite color what's your favorite this and that the other so what's your

favorite scent yeah just just something you know I I have a peppermint a

peppermint scent thing here that I was looking at and I'm like well you know

what censored interesting yes mmm-hmm sorry

for the boring question I'm kind of running out of ideas for questions so

again of course if any of you have questions that you would like to ask the

group here let me know put put question in the comments below and I can pick

random questions again like I used to but for now I'm gonna move the newspaper

here we'll go through that at the end and I'm going to do something a little

bit dumb just just for fun because I kind of feel like and I feel like being

a bit of a weirdo me as the background to me does that make any sense let's

just make this extremely weird awkward I'm sorry oh god I can't

so anyway starting off with the first comments today we already know I need

this usually I take this off at the beginning my bed so starting off with

the first comments today first in order of what I see here we have croco who

says no tips I just melt well great I don't really wish to be

IceCube so I'm going to do something no tee ELISA gives us part of a Bible in

terms of how to keep cool she does say you don't have to read this one outloud

because it's a long one so I will instead pick little bits and pieces from

it so she has a lot of tips number one is foot tub oh let's see here foot tub

with cool water can really help so I so can a small fan on the legs drinking as

much water as possible paste aluminum or paint the upper parts of the window or

all of it if it's in a room that doesn't need the light and in the rooms like

that keep the doors closed as much as possible if you have a washer and dryer

try not to use a dryer and instead hang the clothes out to dry it not only saves

money but much cooler temperature and also wash clothes in warm or cold water

we kind of we actually already do that and I do hang dry some clothes she says

in living areas don't open the windows until an hour to after sunset and shut

them ASAP in the morning and set a fan to blow out the inside air if you can

take another fan put it in the shaded shaded coolest window and turn it where

it pulls the cool air in you can also if you don't have humidity already place a

wet kerchief on the casing of the fan or set a bowl of ice under it this setup is

best put in the bedroom to cool it quicker also you can chill your bed by

wiping it down with ice on the inside the support gel packs to help with sore

muscles work well as I don't leave moisture behind you can also play some

on neck pillows before bed eat less meat it really helps also for the open window

so you can hang like clothes that were just washed near them if you can invest

in smaller fans for at least two windows and keep them running as much as you can

then she adds more she says to wet kerchiefs and squeeze them until damp

roll them by folding into a triangle then roll to the tip place in the

freezer for a little bit but don't do it if you have a headache and don't forget

electrolytes so that's a ton of different things there and oh jeez

that's Wow turn a different thing a ton of different things that's a ton of

different things there and III we do already do some of the I can't speak we

already do do some of those things but for those that we don't do I will

probably be doing more like the fan on the feet and stuff I'm gonna put the fan

you know and underneath yeah underneath my desk here to have it blow my feet

instead blowing on my chest and face and stuff is that would probably work much

nicer Benny says ice cream just ice cream and I think just doing nothing or

a lake or some like that that definitely helps ice cream is absolutely awesome

for keeping cool in the summer I just don't you know put it put it on your

shirt or something it's ice cream you're supposed to eat it not you know use it

too rough on yourself DLT dave says on a hot day I sit in my freezing shower it's

fun also the merch is a good idea you could do a dragon a t-shirt or something

I think a freezing shower is definitely a great

idea when it's really hot out I do that very often usually I hate freezing cold

showers I hate cold showers to begin with I like I like really really hot

showers but if I am really cold or sorry really really hot I mean throughout the

summer especially I will have the water in my shower as cold as it can possibly

go as for the merch stuff I do actually already have t-shirts and and some other

designs that I've created through teespring there's a link in the

description below it is teespring comm slash stores slash

dragon 8 if anyone wants to go there and check those out now unfortunately the

only problem with those is for most everything and I can't really change it

without creating the products again which takes a very long time to do most

of the things are fulfilled in the US so if you live in the U in the Europe kind

of area on the other side of the world there then it's the shipping is probably

gonna be a lot more for you which is unfortunate and that they do have an

option for old campaigns to make a copy of them and then I can set the

fulfillment for for it to be in the EU but you can't do that for newer

campaigns which is really strange so sorry about that other than that I will

be coming up with just logo shirts something with with my Dragon Shaunie on

there this guy this version of him or this version but of course it won't be

able to be moving on a t-shirt but you know that kind of thing I will be making

shirts like that just because I kind of want to and I think it would be kind of

cool idea even if I just have them there for now so I will be doing that and then

link will be in the description I think there's already a link in the

description it's the one for stream labs when that gets set up that way then

you'll be able to find it on the same laughs page in the same link I already

have in the description so hurry no extra links to put anywhere and last one

mom says in the same situation is you with the heat need tips for not to give

these things yes well they crap this little camera this gets really really

hot like it's burning it's hot to the touch that's not a good thing when

you're trying to keep cool a ways to keep your home cool okay so we got

number one make your home as energy efficient as possible little quality

windows window coverings close the window blinds and windows during the day

and blah blah blah Tilly's already mentioned this make sure

your ceiling fans are pointed rotating in the right direction use your stove as

little as possible if the appliance generates a ton of heat no number four

is proper insulation helps keep your home cool during the summer warm during

the colder months absolutely so proper insulation kind of hard to you know

implement when you rent number five is good attic ventilation well that doesn't

help on you don't have an attic trees provide excellent shade to help keep

your home cool there are a number of blah blah blah yeah again that doesn't

work when you rent you can't just plant a tree you you also can't just plant a

tree and hope that it just grows for the summer you know you can have to plant

the tree ten years before seven if you do have air conditioning no I don't so

too bad for you programmable thermostats yeah you know what we have ours turned

off for the summer so that we don't have to worry about the heat because our

thermos our furnace doesn't have a cooling feature the thermostat has a

cooling feature but the therm the the furnace itself does not have a cooling

feature on it we just have a simple fan down there attached to it so the I

always laugh at these newspapers and articles and things because sometimes

they give some awesome tips and stuff sure but they don't work for everybody

it's not something that literally anybody and everybody can do and it

doesn't apply to everybody so it's a little tiny bit annoying but I thought I

put it on there anyway just for some laughs and giggles now I did also find a

do find out about a new thing a gadget thing called the evapolar magic air

cooler on this evapolar magic air cooler thing basically creates

your own personal microclimate matka thing and it's portable the only problem

is the it's quite expensive the bigger one is 256 us probably which means for

Canadian is like three hundred four hundred dollars and the smaller one is

not that much less expensive so but I've been thinking of getting that because

it's really kind of cool and aside from that I have only one more thing here

which is my little tip the or thing that I did and right now you'll see a little

clip from last week's video I came up with with one little idea here which I

made which is basically just wrapping a thing in tinfoil woohoo this is lovely

is it not yeah great hey so I wrapped this little thing in tinfoil and then I

put it into the window to kind of block the Sun from coming through as much and

it seems to kind of keep it a little bit cooler in here or at least not as hot as

it normally would be because it kind of stops the Sun from coming through of

course it's it's it's a black thing but the tinfoil I'm hoping kind of reflects

it outwards as well I don't really know either way that's what I tried and it

seems to kind of work a little bit so now that is it for this video so thank

you everyone so much for watching I hope you have a wonderful week and you're

having a great week so far and I hope your weekend continues to get even

better don't forget your question for this week

which is going to be of course a very very simple one which is what is your

favorite scent let me know in the comments below and I'll read them next

week I know it's kind of a simple boring ish one but scents are cool maybe I

guess they can be interesting so let me know and aside from that there is only

one other thing I have to say which is about the Humble Bundle of course Humble

Bundle this week they have a cybersecurity bundle which has things

like one year three months six month subscriptions to VPNs as well as other

things regarding cybersecurity keeping you safe on the Internet and that kind

of thing so if you're interested in that kind of thing go check it out you can

pay a maximum minimum maximum minimum i think of $15

for that one-year subscription for a VPN which is actually really kind of cool so

if your ticket if you're interested in that kind of thing go check that out

there'll be a link up there right now there will also be a link right over

here I think because it's now the last five section of the video so thank you

so much for watching hope you enjoyed hope you have fun leave answers in

comments below and I'll see you next week bye bye and Godbless
