The match Saturday night ended in tears for South Korea, but as President Moon said, star

striker Son Heung-min, who plays for Tottenham in the English Premier League, nailed a world-class

goal with just a few minutes left to go.

The South Korean side struggled the whole match against Mexico, who put away a penalty

in the 26th minute, then a second goal in the 66th.

Korea's late goal was its first of the tournament.

Things got a little rough, with South Korea racking up 24 fouls, the most of any team

in Russia so far.

Though they're now in the bottom of the points in their group, hope is not totally lost for

Korea in this World Cup.

Next Wednesday they'll face a German team that has been very underwhelming so far -- a

number-one-ranked squad that lost its opener against Mexico and eeked out a narrow win

last night against Sweden.

In that match, Germany were saved by a stunning, literally last-minute blast from Toni Kroos.

Without that, the Germans faced the prospect of heading home from Russia in humilitation.

Elsewhere, Belgium easily overcame Tunisia five goals to two to guarantee their spot

in the elimination round.

On Sunday, we'll see England face Panama, then Japan takes on Senegal... and Poland

will play Colombia.

Pompeo says N. Korea nuclear talks advancing - Duration: 0:56.

According to U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, the recent nuclear negotiations with

North Korea are different from those in the past.

In an interview Saturday with MSNBC,... the top U.S. diplomat said both sides understand

where the so-called "red line" is, and neither of them is preparing to go past it,... which

allows them to believe that things will be different this time.

Pompeo made clear that should Pyongyang follow through on complete denuclearization and allow

verification,... the regime's security will be guaranteed.

He also praised North Korean leader Kim Jong-un -- saying he's very bright and knows the topics

very well,... adding that Kim is also looking to see whether the U.S. is serious.

However, Pompeo also noted if the negotiations prove to be either not in good faith or unproductive,...

the U.S. will go hard,... with sanctions to remain in place,... and the enforcement of

those sanctions to continue.

make a thick paste

after base painting wait for an hour to dry

i just apply the gold paint for more beauty

President Moon completes three-day state visit to Russia - Duration: 2:12.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in has arrived back in Seoul after a three-day state visit

to Russia.

He and President Putin in Moscow signed several MOUs on future projects that'll hopefully

one day get North Korea involved in the regional economy.

President Moon wrapped up his stay in Russia in Rostov-on-Don,... where he cheered on the

South Korean team in their World Cup match against Mexico.

Our Blue House correspondent Hwang Hojun has this report.

"Give peace to the Korean Peninsula and the Republic of Korea."

That's what the South Korean President wrote in the guestbook of Moscow's Cathedral of

Christ the Saviour,... the tallest Orthodox Christian Church in the world.

Shortly afterward, President Moon flew down to Rostov-on-Don to watch the World Cup match

between South Korea and Mexico.

President Moon and First Lady Kim Jung-sook wore red scarfs to support team South Korea.

But that wasn't enough to save the Reds from their second loss of the tournament.

Once the whistle blew on the 2-to-1 defeat, President Moon visited the team's locker room

to encourage the players and coaches, some of whom had shed tears on the pitch.

He praised the players for not giving up until the very last minute and said they still scored

the best goal of the tournament.

He asked them not to lose hope and continue to do their best until the end.

South Korea is scheduled to face Germany to wrap up their Group F campaign on Wednesday.

This was the first time in 16 years that a sitting South Korean President attended a

World Cup match -- the last time being when Korea hosted the tournament.

It was also the first time for a President to watch the national football team play overseas.

After the first half, President Moon was able to have a short talk with FIFA President Gianni

Infantino; it was just about a year ago when the two met in Seoul.

The FIFA leader recollected their last conversation,... in which President Moon proposed that the

two Koreas, China and Japan join forces to host the 2030 football World Cup.

While he thought the idea was farfetched at the time,... Infantino said it's becoming

more and more realistic with so many things happening between Seoul and Pyongyang.

He said now is the time to prepare for such a dream to come true and promised to visit

Seoul again in the near future.

U.S. military sends 100 caskets to inter-Korean border to repatriate remains of U.S. soldiers - Duration: 0:42.

Work continues to repatriate from North Korea... the remains of American soldiers killed in

the Korean War.

On Saturday, U.S. Forces Korea confirmed that one hundred temporary wooden caskets were

sent to the inter-Korean border to hold their remains... as they're handed over in the next

few days.

The U.S. military sent United Nations flags along with the caskets.

The soldiers' remains will be sent to Osan Air Base and transferred to metal caskets

before being returned to the U.S.

The repatriation of the remains was one of the key pledges made in the June 12th declaration

that was signed by U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un after

their summit in Singapore earlier this month.
