Statin Drug Side Effects (2018) - Master Health - Duration: 7:36.
Statin drugs side-effects what are they and what are the other things that you
should be equally concerned about concerning a statin drug? Coming right up
Hey I'm Dr. Ekberg with Wellness For Life and if you'd like to truly master
health by understanding how the body really works make sure that you
subscribe and hit that notification bell so that you don't miss anything. So we're
gonna talk about statin drugs side effects and this is a request from
Walter the Musician so I recently did a long video on cholesterol and we covered
a little bit if I wanted to expand on some of the mechanisms of the side
effects and talk about why we really need to understand how all this works so
here are some of the most commonly recognized side effects things like
liver damage and muscle damage and of course your primary muscle is the heart
there is problems with memory concentration and depression cholesterol
is very important for the brain there is pain and peripheral neuropathy there are
sleep problems sexual dysfunction and fatigue and these are just the main
reported one but the mechanism behind that is that there's a guaranteed thing
that happens and that is that it's going to reduce the amount of Co Q 10 it's a
very important enzyme that's vital for the energy production in mitochondria
and where do you need it the most you need it in the organs that use the
most energy which is your liver your heart and your brain pretty important
organs this is all based on something called a Mevalonate Pathway and you
don't have to understand these words but I just kind of put them in there so that
you know that there's something going on. So HMG-CoA Reductase that's an enzyme
that's involved with producing mevalonic acid and then there's a couple of
intermediaries that are not important at all that leads up to something called
farnesyl PP and this in turn becomes squalene which is a greasy
substance that the body uses to make cholesterol and then the same substance
is also used to make Co Q 10 so these two things compete for resources but
when you take a statin drug now the statin acts on this enzyme and it
inhibits it so a chemical substance that interferes with something in the body is
called a poison and that's essentially what these things are
so by blocking the this enzyme you're stopping this entire pathway and
therefore your body is no longer able to make the same amount of precursor for
the cholesterol and the Co Q 10 and if you watch that bigger Longer video that
I made on on cholesterol you understand that cholesterol is not a stupid mistake
the body doesn't go through all this trouble to make something that's harmful
it makes the exact right proportions and amounts of LDL and HDL cholesterol of
all the different sizes depending on what's going on in the body depending on
what the needs are to repair inflammation and provide precursors to
hormones and all these different things it's a very fine-tuned mechanism if you
eat less cholesterol your body makes more because it's an essential nutrient
your brain is 60 to 70 percent fat and 25% of that is cholesterol again that's
not a mistake it's an essential nutrient so when we interfere with the production
of this enzyme we're not just interfering with one essential nutrient
called cholesterol we're also shutting down energy production by interfering
with the production of Co Q 10 so now if we just go back to this list and we look
at liver damage muscle damage heart memory concentration depression most of
those is because the brain needs both cholesterol and coq10 it needs
cholesterol as building products and precursors and it
needs coq10 to make energy 95% of the energy in your body comes from the
oxidation of fuel with the help of oxygen and if you don't have the Co Q 10
you're going to reduce that amount of energy production and again your brain
your heart and your liver uses the most energy because they're the most
metabolically active organs that you have so when you interfere with the
building materials and the energy production now you get damaged in all
these vital organs these essential organs that provide essential functions
but here's the thing to think about even if you don't have a side effect even if
you don't notice some symptom are you better or worse off if your body has to
have something and you interfere with the production of it are you better or
worse off it worse off of course so what that means and in terms of every
medication versus virtually because the mechanism is to interfere with a pathway
in the body with the metabolic function and if the body is trying to do
something it's not by mistake it's doing it on purpose and by interfering with a
mechanism we are interfering with something the body feels is essential to
do and in every case you're worse off whether you get a noticeable symptom or
side effect or not when you interfere with the body when you reduce something
that the body has to have then you're worse off so that's something to keep in
mind and of course there is always a time and place for medication but it's
for life saving not from metabolic and lifestyle imbalances the way to correct
this we talked about in length in the other video but the main things to do is
to get some exercise to reduce sugar and carbohydrates and
things that create inflammation and insulin if you enjoy this sort of
content then make sure that you subscribe and hit that notification bell
and please share this information with as many people as you can because there
are tens of millions of people on these drugs that are developing liver and
heart and brain problems as we speak and if they can understand that they just
need to shift their lifestyle just a tiny little bit in some cases and not
really suffer it's not about deprivation it's just knowing the sound the innate
choices to make to improve those body functions naturally so thanks for
watching

SOLO/JURASSIC WORLD 2 *REVIEWS* - Duration: 12:41.
Ok, so I'll just be real with you guys about this.
This is gonna be the summer of me reviewing movies late.
Deadpool 2 review was late cuz of exams, Solo and Jurassic World 2 reviews are late cuz
of travel, Incredibles 2 review will be late cuz I can't see it till I go to America
for summer, Ant-Man and the Wasp review will be late again, because travel.
I'm sorry, but just bear with me cuz it's a busy summer.
That being said, now I've finally gotten the chance to see both Solo and Jurassic World
2, so I thought why not review both in one video?
So, here we are.
I'll talk Solo first, and since it's been out for a while, full spoilers for Solo.
If you don't care about Solo or don't want it spoiled, there's a timecode in the
description that'll take you straight to the Jurassic World 2 review, which will not have
spoilers since that just came out.
Alright, spoilers for Solo, let's get into it.
So, I was pretty mixed on Solo, as far as expectations go.
On one hand it had loads of production problems, on the other the trailers looked pretty great.
A few people said it was one of the best Star Wars films, a few it was the worst.
And after watching ti myself, I can confidently say that I thought it was fine.
Totally fine.
Which is exactly what I was hoping it wouldn't be.
Quick side note here, I think Marvel has finally figured out that letting risky directors do
something different or weird with their movies actually yields good results.
And yeah, it took them a bit to figure that out but now they're there.
Star Wars I still think is catching on to that idea, and I guess it might be gone for
good now.
My point is, whether or not it would've been amazing, Lord and Miller's version
of this film would at the very least be interesting and unique and bring something new to the
table.
And look I'm not trying to be one of those people who gets caught up on how amazing a
version of a film that we haven't even seen would have been, for all we know that movie
would've been a trainwreck.
But my point is, it would've been at the very least an interesting to watch trainwreck
that took risks.
Because what we ended up with was what I was worried we'd end up with, a totally safe,
competent film that isn't really memorable at all to me.
It has some great moments that stand out, it has some terrible moments that stand out,
but overall I just found this to be mostly a nothing movie.
And that's my biggest complaint with it.
Look, there is still some good stuff, in fact I'd say most of the movie is at least good.
Alden Ehrenreich I've been rooting for cuz he was my favorite part of Hail Caesar, he
was amazing in that, and I actually thought he did a good job here.
He was charming and for the most part felt like Han Solo, even though sometimes yeah
you might forget that this is supposed to be Harrison Ford in a few years.
But I liked him.
Donald Glover, maybe the best part of the movie.
You never forget who he's supposed to be, he embodies young Lando perfectly for me,
he has that charisma and charm, yeah, if anyone's coming out of this looking good it's Donald
Glover.
Woody Harrelson, for the most part, pretty great.
I also really liked Paul Bettany.
He doesn't do anything crazy in terms of acting but as a villain, yeah he was pretty intimidating.
There are also a few standout action moments, that train heist in particular I quite enjoyed.
There are also moments that I think are genuinely incredible scattered throughout this.
The Kessel Run for example, and a few scenes with Lando.
There are some excellent shots, and I'd say for the most part visual effects wise,
yeah this is fantastic.
The CGI, the practicals tuff, the sets, all great.
I also just love this Star Wars world and how massive it is and I like seeing new locations
with new aliens and that kinda stuff.
Oh also on the action I feel like I should mention, I saw this movie in 4D.
Which I know might sound weird but my cinema just added it and I wanted to give it a shot
and basically it's where the seats move with the emovie and you get sprayed with water
and get hit in the back or shot with little blasts of air in the back of the head you
know when it corresponds in the movie.
So just know that that was there, but it didn't distract me from the actual movie.
If anything it just made some of the chase scenes cooler.
But for full transparency, yeah this was a little bit of a weird experience in the actions
scenes at least.
Still, don't think this affected my overall thoughts on he movie in a major way or anything.
Some of this movie I also really enjoyed when it starts to feel like a fun adventure romp,
once it gets going it can even start to feel a little Indiana Jones in parts, which I loved.
The problem is, those parts are scattered throughout the movie and the rest can often
drag.
I also thought some fan service was really good, like some music cues, when the Falcon
shows up for the first time.
References that were fun and subtle I enjoyed, however there were some that were just so
incredibly obvious and cringeworthy.
Like at a few points the "foreshadowing" or references to hey what's gonna come later
on reminded me of the prequels.
And yeah, I guess I'm starting to get more negative, so let's just full ahead get to
what I didn't like.
Now, I've already talked about how my main complaint with this would be how just safe
and lifeless it all feels, but I also have a few other negatives.
Cast wise, Emilia Clarke, I don't get it.
I know she's a good actress, I've seen her be a great actress.
So why is it whenever she appears in a movie, she is….not a great actress.
To be fair I haven't seen this one.
Look, she wasn't terrible or anything, but overall her performance didn't sell me on
her character, especially the darker aspects of her, at all.
Also this is more the writing's fault I suppose, but she has some of the worst lines
in the movie, and a few actually made me cringe.
There's that one she has about smiling at the end that felt incredibly unnatural, and
also the "you're the good guy part."
I'm willing to stack that more up to the writing though.
Speaking of good actors being bad, Woody Harrelson like I said I enjoyed throughout most of the
movie, but his death scene was up there with Marion Cotillard from Dark Knight Rises for
me in unintentionally hilarious.
And that thing he mentioned at the very start, the space trumpet or whatever instrument he
wanted to play.
As soon as he mentioned that I was like, well he's 100% gonna die and he's 100% gonna
mention that space trumpet right before he dies.
And yeah, of course that happens.
That's not the only predictable moment, there are a lot scattered throughout the film.
Like at the end, oh I wonder if Emilia Clarke's gonna stab Paul Bettany oh yeah she totally
stabbed Paul Bettany.
Also on Woody Harrelson's character, I get that he's this badass criminal kinda guy
and he's hardened to this sort of life, but he really felt like nothing after his
wife died.
Like 30 seconds after he was like alright Han let's go do this mission, and considering
how much they set that up I just found that kind of odd.
Maybe that's fitting though, because I also felt exactly 0 emotion throughout nearly all
of the film.
Sort of relates back to the blandness problem for me, i just felt nothing really from this
in terms of emotion besides the occasional enjoyment and/or boredom.
Boredom's an emotion right?
I mentioned this before but on the whole the movie is just kinda slow in parts.
Like once it gets going, you know what it's quite enjoyable.
But there are just so many points where it kinda just drags and I actually found myself
sort of bored.
It goes on for wayyy too long, like I thought the movie was gonna end way before it actually
did, and it just kept going and going.
The third act also just sort of falls apart for me, and it's just betrayal after betrayal
and it felt like the movie was trying to pull the rug out from under me but I wasn't invested
in any of these characters so it really just did nothing for me.
In terms of smaller things, the humor didn't really work for me.
And also, I know people get annoyed when you say this movie didn't need to be made, and
look, if people enjoyed this movie, then I'm glad it was made, I'm not gonna wish that
this be taken away from people or something.
But at points, personally I did just feel the pointlessness of it all.
Like some characters and some things in movies it's cool to find out their backstory, some
things though I feel are best left to the imagination.
Part of what makes certain characters so cool is the stuff you don't know about them,
and taking away that mystery is usually gonna be anticlimactic, and in a movie that I didn't
think was that exceptional that certainly was the case.
I mean, Han Solo is the coolest character in Star Wars to me, and you can imagine where
he got his awesome gun and his awesome name and all that.
And here, I think the part where I realized this is when he gets his name.
He gets it from some imperial officer, ok.
That's siginciatly less cool than most things I could've imagined.
That's just one example, I'm just saying personally of all the things to make movies
about in Star Wars, I think Han Solo's "origin" wouldn't be the top of my list.
Han Solo adventures, sure thing!
But how he came to be, sort of takes away a bit from the character for me.
So overall, I think Solo is the most average of these latest Star Wars movies.
It doesn't quite feel like a totally empty corporate product because of a few standout
moments and performances, but it's closer to that than I was hoping it would be.
I got a kick out of some of it, both the unironically good and the unintentionally funny, but all
in all this isn't something I ever think I'll revisit.
I'll give Solo a 7/10 (and yes, I know some people will say that sounds way too high considering
what I just said, but that's a very average grade for me, for what I found to be a very
average movie).
Alright, so now we're moving on to Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
Let's get into it.
*clip* My expectations for this weren't super high.
I mean I enjoyed Jurassic World, it's a good fun time, but I don't think it's the
best movie ever or anything, and a lot of the trailers for this did not look that promising,
but hey this franchise is….mostly solid so far and the director is pretty good, so….yeah
medium expectations.
And I guess they were met?
This is a little similar to Solo in the sense that, I thought it was alright.
I liked and disliked different things than I did in Solo, but again, yeah I thought it
was fine.
Look cast-wise, this is pretty good.
And minor spoiler here, if you care like how long a certain character is in this movie,
then yeah, minor spoiler, you can skip to this time.
5, 4 3, 2, 1.
So anyway yeah Chris Pratt is back and he's still very charming and charismatic, Bryce
Dallas Howard is pretty solid, the new girl is good and that comic relief guy who was
in that Paper Towns movie didn't get as annoying as I initially thought he would.
Some of his parts actually made me chuckle, although occasionally he does go a bit too
over the top.
Then that minor spoiler, just saying, jeff Goldblum is in this for about 2 minutes max?
Which I mean, I guess shouldn't disappoint me, but it just left me wondering, why reveal
that in the trailer?
That could've been a really fun surprise cameo, instead, you've shown like the majority
of his lines in the trailer.
Visual effects wise, most of this is pretty stellar, and this also has some fantastic
shots in it.
Like visually stunning shots worthy of being on that one perfect shot twitter account.
And yes, that's how I'll compliment shots sometimes from now on.
I also liked the ending, even though it's pretty ridiculous and contrived how it all
gets there.
But the way it sets up for a third film, no spoilers, but I'm genuinely interested to
see how this concept for a third film would play out.
The thing is though, it's just not a memorable movie to me.
Like I saw it and I was like alright, that was a movie.
It had some fun standout moments but overall, a little like Solo, it just felt totally fine
to me.
Nearly everything played out exactly how I expected it to, and yes part of that might
be because we saw a lot in the trailer but even the stuff beyond what we saw in the trailer,
I was like this this and that are gonna happen and yep exactly that happened.
The only thing that caught em slightly off guard was that ending.
The new big dinosaur in his didn't particularly impress me, there are some really stupid moments
and moments that make no sense, but hey the Jurassic Park movies have those quite a bit.
Some character stuff I didn't really buy, like I don't really buy that the Bryce Dallas
Howard character would care so much about the dinosaurs now, to the extreme degree she
does in this film, even after everything she learned and experienced in the first movie.
The movie also gets very repetitive, like especially the final act it's just screamin
and explosions and dinosaur creeping up and then a dino jump scare and that just kept
happening over and over again and I'm just not really engaged in it.
I can understand why a lot of people will find this fun and there were a few moments
that stood out in that finale that were kinda interesting, but ultimately it just sort've
devolved into just noise to me.
I know I might sound like an old grandpa, but really.
I was watching all this crazy stuff happening and I was thinking, I shouldn't be disinterested
in all this that's going on, but I sort of am.
Overall, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is a movie I saw and then remembered very little
about the next morning.
I'm glad I took notes the night I saw it cuz otherwise I wouldn't have a lot to say,
and even now, not that much to say.
I don't think I'd ever watch it again, but for a big summer popcorn movie, yeah it's
pretty good.
It's got likable leads and good visual effects and all the dinosaur action you could ask
for, and some genuinely great moments.
That opening scene, for example, I thought was really awesome.
For me personally it just wasn't really anything special and it's not a film I'd
say you have to run out and see.
I'll give Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom also a 7/10.
Again, average grade for average movie that was average for somewhat different reasons.
So those were my thoughts on Solo and Jurassic World 2.

Does A Deaf Person Hear "Yanny" or "Laurel"? - Duration: 2:41.
(marker scratches)
(chimes)
Hello, ever since my "What I Can and I Cannot Hear" video
has jumped up in views, and ever since
the "yanny versus laurel" thing has had the entire world
up in arms trying to figure out what they're hearing,
I have actually gotten the question,
"So, which one do you hear?"
I would just be answering the comments, "Neither,
because I haven't listened to it," but now because
of all those comments, I'm curious now and instead
of listening to it on my own and then just writing it
in a comment, we're gonna experience this together.
People had a bet that I would probably hear "laurel",
I think it was, because that was the deeper tone
and I hear deeper tones better than I hear
higher pitched tones, so we're gonna find out.
So now I've got my trusty AirPods in
and now I'm probably going to end up talking louder
than normal because I can't hear myself as well.
Now a quick disclaimer, deafness is again a spectrum,
I've said this many times, some other deaf people are
probably gonna hear the same thing as me,
some are probably going to hear whatever I don't hear
and something else, and some deaf people aren't gonna hear
a damn thing because their hearing is more profound,
that's just how it is. If you're very confused
by what I just said, I have a whole playlist
of deaf awareness and again, you can go
to the "What I Can and Cannot Hear" video that goes a little
more into depth of what it is that I'm talking about.
All right, so we're gonna go find out
if I hear "yanny" or "laurel". I know I'm probably
a little late on this, I don't know how popular
this thing is anymore, but ya know what?
It's fine. There's a TJMaxx ad, I do not need
to go over there and spend more money.
"Laurel, laurel, laurel."
Okay, you were all right. Well, those of you
that said "laurel", I'm hearing "laurel".
That's all I'm hearing, straight up.
Let's go find a different video clip of it
and see if that makes any bit of a difference, shall we?
"Laurel."
Yep, I hear "laurel", that's it.
All right, well, that was a very interesting experiment.
For those of you that hear higher pitched sounds,
I'm guessing that you hear "yanny",
so if I have any deaf friends that have enough residual
hearing to hear this kind of stuff and
if you hear higher pitched tones better than me,
I wanna know if you hear "yanny" or if you just hear
the opposite of what it is that I hear.
That's all you gotta know, that's all I gotta know.
Before you consider leaving the video, if you haven't,
please pledge on Patreon, if you would like
to support my work.
I have some brand new tiers
that are up there and I'm excited to, you know,
I'm excited about where this Patreon thing is going now,
and I will see you later, bye.

about, or just to survive and live on.
Upon socializing and so many interaction, it's to be expected for introverts to feel
exhausted and drained.
Well, Every introverts have different level of exhaustion and the amount of alone time
they need to recharge, also how much social energy they can spend to socialize everyday
before needing their alone time again.
You should know that managing your own personal energy levels as an introvert is really important,
especially in the middle of various tasks and obligations that pretty much drain introverts
energy.
As my introverted friend tell me, just because you can fit one more thing into your week
doesn't mean you should.
Because if you force yourself to do that, the resulting fatigue will most likely affect
other areas of your life.
You may then find it difficult to concentrate at work, or complete even a simple social
obligation before you completely recharge.
The next time you are finding your energy level stretched thin, probably it will be
helpful to ask a few simple questions to yourself so you can control your activity for the next
days.

the end to know the complete information.
The Things You Should Ask Your Introverted Self When You're Feeling Drained.
#1 - What is considered as socializing?
For quite people, it means going with a large group of people and go for extreme activities.
Introverts absolutely have different thoughts about it.
Socializing can be considered as going out around the public places such as park, museum,
theater, or anything with or without friend.
You decide which one is considered as socialization and you need to set the frequency of having
socialization throughout your life.
Otherwise, you may be missing the joy of the world.
#2 - Times to socialize.
What is the ideal frequency to socialize?
While this question is fairly easy, there is actually no exact answer.
You need to figure out the answer by yourself.
How?
Through experiment.
You need to count how long you are in a public setting without being exhausted.
Once you do, you definitely can make other people happy by joining them without exhausting
yourself.
#3 - Am I eliminating social distraction?
Different introversion requires different treatment.
Sometimes, completing all social distraction that comes through some channels such as phone,
internet, or text message make you feel drained even though you do not have physical interaction.
This question is important to ask because it determines how intense you are in interacting
within a given week.
#4 - What is the purpose of socialization.
The last question you need to address is the purpose of socialization.
If it is only for obligation, you probably miss the important part of socialization.
You need to find the real meaning of every single interaction you made with others, be
it to understand people more or be it for practical purposes.
Well, those are the things you should ask your introverted self when you're feeling
drained.
So Really cool information isn't it?

Making Our Inner World! - Sims 4 - Duration: 17:47.
Hello everybody, welcome back to DissociaDID did and the Sims 4!
Now with our last video that I uploaded for everybody to see our alters on The Sims
I made five of our 21 alters, and a lot of you seem to really like it. I got a
lot of requests from people saying please make your inner world on the Sims
as well, so this is me giving it a go. Please bear with me because I'm not the
best at building on Sims, I usually just like to make lots of pets and then see
what horrible ways I can use to kill the (human) Sims I've made, but I gave it my best go.
So our inner world mansion is longer than it is tall but it's definitely a mansion.
It's very very tall, I wasn't really sure how to make it look exactly how it does
in our inner world because I'm not super familiar with The Sims, but I yeah I
gave it a go. This part that I'm making right now, you can see there's a sort of
box area cut out of the side of our Mansion, that is Sally's garden. So
Sally's garden - it is part of the mansion, it's left open to the air. At the
moment it's just got a fence around it but I'm gonna change that in a minute as
you'll see, and it's got full glass walls, very very tall clear glass so it almost
feels like you're actually outside in a garden, and that's where Sally does all
her gardening and her potting flowers and things like that. It's always always
always sunny there and she usually takes the littles out with her as well, and the
littles will potter around with her in the garden - and that's kind of a relaxing
thing for them to do. Anybody can go in the garden, it's not just Sally's, but it
is known as Sally's garden because she's the one who likes to do all the
gardening, surprisingly enough. And this area that I'm making right now is the
living room, and again we call this Sally's living room because nobody else
really goes in there. The chair that's been put in the middle of the room -
there's no rocking chairs on the sims but in our inner world that is a rocking chair,
and Sally often sits there in front of the fireplace and will either knit or
read, and she almost always will have the littles at her feet, or she'll just be in
there sort of doing her own thing. Again anybody can come into this room but it
is known as Sally's room, Sally's living room, it's very much a
place of calm and warmth and introspection, and there's a very
long wall on the back wall which is all glass, but often the curtains are pulled
over. Because I made the windows so big, The Sims didn't have curtains that
would fully cover it, so it just looked a bit weird, so I left that alone - but in
our in a world there are curtains there. This room that I'm making right now is
what I like to call the front room. Now you can see the on the front side of the
house in this room there is a very very long glass window, it seems to be a
theme for us isn't it! In our actual inner world that is a very very big window
/ projector screen, it changes a little bit depending on who you ask.
I see it as a projector screen, kind of like the images that you might see in
the Disney film 'Inside out', where they have their big control panel and it
is kind of a window or projector screen, I can't remember I'd have to watch
the movie again, but it's like that. When everybody sits in the front room
you can see out through the eyes of the body into the external world. So when
alters are what I like to call 'close to the front' or Co conscious, they can see
what the body is doing occasionally hear outside sounds, and it is easier to
communicate with whoever's fronting at that moment. So that's what I mean when I
say so-and-so is close by so-and-so is in the front room - that is the front room
and they are looking through the projector screen / window at what is
happening on the outside world. So that is kind of our hub of communication with
the inside world and the outside world, connecting together.
Now you should be able to see taking place... Next to Sally's garden - which I'm
building here right now - there's a very very
long corridor. Again there wasn't enough space on Sims but that long
corridor is almost all of what I associate this house with. I am not very
keen on our inner world house, to me it feels like a haunted house. It's always
very very dark inside which you'll see as I progress with this video. The
inside walls are a very very dark grey / deep navy blue, and there are these
lights that are on the walls that are chandeliers hanging from ceiling but hang off the
wall. I don't know they just give me a kind of gothic vibe, a little bit creepy
in my opinion. I know that jade is relatively comfortable in the house but
she's generally comfortable with things like that, she's into witchcraft and
like she thinks the idea of poltergeists are cool and things like that, and I find
it absolutely horrifically terrifying, so it has a different effect on every alter
individually. I guess this may be another reason why I'm the host,
I hate our inner world Mansion. I don't know if any other systems are watching - do
you know how to change an inner world into something that maybe we'd all
be comfortable with? I've seen videos from people saying like -- oh we decided to
renovate our inner world, we decided to rebuild our inner house, I would love to
do that. At the moment it does have everything we need but it it feels
oppressive, and as you can see the outside walls are black it's a very kind
of Gothic-y mansion / modern gothic, everything about it
just makes me feel a little bit creeped out, but it's a nice house, it's a big
house, it's got rooms for everybody, and like I was saying that long corridor - it
seems to go on forever. The further you go down there the more fuzzy my vision -
personally - seems to get, and it almost feels like I'm walking into a static TV
screen, like I'm not allowed to go down there kind of thing.
But it does seem to go on forever, it just kind of fades out into the distance,
and there are doors on each side of the corridor and each door is an
alters room, so that's what that corridor is. I couldn't really give it the effect
that it has on the sims, I struggled to give it the kind of presence that it
has to me of this very long, oppressive, overwhelming sense of just going on
forever, this sense of mass and number, and it feels very overwhelming to me but
then again I am the host and I may not be as familiar with this stuff as some
of my alters are. I know Sally prefers to stay in her garden or her
room or her living room, and those are probably the lightest and calmest places
in the house, aside from the front room obviously, but that is almost like a
business room, that's how it feels to me. Like a conference room sort of thing. Now
you can see off to the side there is a little room for the littles so that the
littles can be nearby when we are co-conscious, or if others such as
Sally are in the front room and they want to be nearby, there is a little room
that leads off of that where they can play, which is probably one of the
reasons why I'm almost always Co conscious with littles, so it's very very
common for them - it feels - to be the most often alters to obviously switch out. I don't think
that I will be introducing any littles on our channel, just because they are
children in every sense of the word, as a real child would be. I wouldn't want to
put them online and have any kind of negativity thrown at them, I want to
protect them as all of our alters do, I don't want to expose them to this world
you know, they've been through enough already. I want to preserve their their
childhood and their innocence and they deserve to be kept safe, and they don't
need to be in this world that we are in at the minute. I want to keep them in our
own space, so please forgive me if that's upsetting for you or disappointing but I
don't think that any of the littles will be on our channel. To the left of our
house - our mansion, there is a very very large forest. Now in that forest
there is a shed, kind of a cabin, where our alter Gregory lives. He doesn't
live in the house. He's one of a few people who don't live in the mansion and
very very deep in the forest there are more
alters such as Omega who i've told you about before. Omega is what I like to
call a lost or locked alter - I cannot reach her. I don't think that she knows
she's an alter, so she's stuck in this replaying trauma experience, which was a
suicide attempt that we had two years ago which involved a forest, and I won't
say too much just in case it triggers anybody. She is she stuck there
reliving that experience and there are a lot of alters apparently in this space
in the forest who are trapped in traumatic memories or stuck in that time
and unable to get out of it. It's almost like a replay experience for them and
that they're in this very dark forest, and in that forest we have an alter who
is a protector who I have very recently learned about, and she is called Glass.
Now glass is a fairy and I'll be explaining non-human alters such as
fairies and things like that in our next video, which is 'All About Alters - Part 3'
so if you're interested in that keep listening. But the reason that she
is in the forest is because she's a fairy she has wings, so she can fly away.
She is magical so nothing bad can touch her, which is why she is able to be in
such an oppressive and upsetting space. to look after as best as she can, those
alters who are stuck in this experience. There are two levels to the basement.
On the right-hand side there is a basement that I have filled with random
objects on the Sims. It's a basement area that's also a cave
underneath the house, and these cave tunnels lead underneath the house into the cave
that Jade lives in. You can see that I've placed stones on the right-hand side
house that's supposed to represent the area that Jade's cave is in. Now Jade
protects the mouth of the cave, and the tunnels that lead from the cave go
underneath the house and end up in this stone basement. Only a few
alters can go down there, there's not always a way to get down there, it's a
trapdoor that seems to just appear sometimes, not always, but it just appears
in the main long corridor and alters have the choice if they want to to go
down the big stone steps, and then continue down another stone staircase to
the basement, and down there on the right-hand side there are more alters.
All these altars that I'm talking about who are locked alters don't count
as our 21 alters that I've told you about, our 21 alters that I mentioned
when people ask how many alters we have that is the number of actively fronting
alters that we have, but I think that these alters in the basement are more
like fragments. if you don't know what fragments are, you can go to our previous
video on 'All About Alters - Part 2', where I explain that. But these alters are tied
to various objects. There are alters that are bent backwards over beer barrels,
there are alters that are chained to walls, there are alters that are in
small areas of liquid or on tables and things like that. I have only been down
there once, and will never ever ever go down there again unless I really
really need too. Its Jade's area. You can tell I don't like it because i'm getting a bit
flustered - and these altars do not speak, they do not seem to be aware of anything,
but there is a very oppressive feeling in that place and I'm pretty sure it's
more of a trauma memory containment area within fragments or something like that.
I don't know I don't know enough about it to really comment on it.
I don't know about how our system feels about it but I'm not going to go into
any more detail than that there are alters stuck to various objects and that
they must contain some kind of trauma memory. So that's what's down there. On
the left-hand side of the basement there is a second room which is accessible by
a ladder rather than a stone staircase, and down there is where Jade does her
filing system. In the room there is a big carousel, and that carousel is always
moving. Jade is the only one who can get on to the carousel and in the middle of
the carousel there is a floating black or red door depending on who you ask. I
see it as a red door, Jade sees it as a black door, that might be why she can get
in but I can't, I have no idea, it could just be a difference in how we perceive
it. I cannot go in there, no one else can go in this door, in the door it is a room
that Jade does her filing in. Jade is in charge of keeping the alters who are
locked alters safe. She's a gatekeeper, that is why she guards her cave, and she
does filing in there in terms of memories I think, I know that it looks
like a like a lot of filing cabinets - literally - and she has like little
folders that she can take out and rearrange things, and I'm not
entirely sure what it happens but she tells me that it it helps to keep the
system running well. There's been talk and notes that have been left for us in
some of our journals that have been signed off by "The Mainframe", and I don't
know anything about that, I don't know if it's an alter or some kind of code that
I'm not aware of right now, but what Jade has told me is that there is a sort of
overseeing presence in this filing room that helps Jade, which is called The
Mainframe - which may be some kind of computer-based archive that helps her do
her filing and keep track of who's aware of what, and maybe who is
an active alter or who's not, I really don't know... honestly I'm guessing half of
this stuff but that's the basics of our house. We made some of the rooms for the
littles in this house as well, you can see some of the pink rooms that are for
our two littles, or two of our littles, Sarah and Laura. Laura's favourite colour is
pink and Sarah's favorite color is purple ,so they have their own rooms.
Everybody has their own rooms but I've aside from the littles rooms and Sally's
room no one else can go into each other's rooms, so I hope that is a decent
explanation for you. If there's anything you have questions on, if you'd like me
to make the forest, if you'd like me to make the cave if I can, maybe I could
draw it for you, or the cabin that Gregory lives in, or you want more
information on the basements or on the corridor or the front room or anything
really, please let me know. I really did enjoy doing this because it actually
forced me to have a lot of communication with some alters I don't talk to as
much and I actually learned a little bit more about our inner world than I
previously knew, so let us know if you like this. and yeah if you want to see
anything else just drop us a message, don't forget to follow us on DissociaDID
on Instagram and Facebook, I don't know why I said Instagram like that, and
we'll see you all in the next video! Lots of love to you all, bye!

Kelley Family Interview YouTube - Duration: 4:04.
We first learned about Tommy Nobis Center for Steve the summer of his junior year
in high school. We hoped that he would just have an introduction to basic work
skills and some of the people skills that Tommy Nobis Center does such a
great job with instructing. So that was really our first exposure, but long term,
we really hoped that it would be an entry point for Steve so that he could
work with a mentor after he graduated and transition into a full-time job.
He had a great experience with the summer intern program and so then after
graduation we decided to have him come back for the work adjustment program.
The goal really there was to develop specific job skills so he could be fully
employed. When I went for the work adjustment program I received some job
skills but also some life skills when it pertains to work situations and dealing
with people. The people here at Tommy Nobis looked at Steve's interests, his
abilities, and they took all of that information and really worked to find
what would pique his interest most. I would even say for the vast majority of
parents who are looking at the Tommy Nobis Center, go there. You're not going
to lose anything. Definitely go on, get those foundational
skills and from there if you choose to to continue it'll be a win-win situation.
And I would add to that that the the people that we encountered here at Tommy
Nobis Center really understood Steve. They got it understood. They really understood who he
was, so it's not a cookiecutter approach. Its individual attention
understanding what each individual needs and adapting program to make sure that
they're getting what they need, so absolutely check it out see if it's a
good fit, and my guess is chances are it probably is. I would also add to that the
Tommy Nobis Center is well known in this community so particularly here it's, it
has a level of respect and esteem in the community and the employers know the
Tommy Nobis Center and the quality of work that they do and the support that
they give to their workers, and I think that has a lot of merit when you're
looking at getting a job for a young adult in this community, especially. You
know his experience with Kroger, you know, it would not have happened
without the Tommy Nobis Center program being associated with Kroger.
For him to have walked in and try to go through a job interview
and say "I want to be a, you know, front-end courtesy clerk," he wouldn't have been
hired. But because the program was here, the program
was available, they helped get him plugged in and really develop those
skills and it's all been great
Having a job definitely definitely allows me to be able to
live independently in an apartment with a roommate. It allows me to be accountable
and be able to take good care of my money, but it also allows me to be able to develop
friendships at work. One of the most important things I've learned at Tommy
Nobis Center is to pursue your dreams and don't give up.

COMO LAS MUJERES TE DICEN QUE QUIEREN TENER SEXO | 5 Señales Subconscientes | RSD Max - Duration: 14:17.
- Yo, (speaks in foreign language) this is Max from
Real Social Dynamics.
Today we're in Kiev, Ukraine.
In this video I'll be sharing with you
the five secret signs that women
subconsciously give when they want to have sex with you.
So just imagine, you're walking up to a girl,
you're talking to her, you're interacting with her,
and you can just like instantly, metaphorically,
smell if she wants to have sex with you.
You can right away distinguish
a girl that just wants to talk
versus the girl that needs to have sex.
And then you can just execute, take her home,
and have sex with you.
So right off the bat, this is not some
watered-down mainstream bullshit little video,
like just look at what she's wearing
and just ask her and be honest.
No.
These fucking articles, these fucking videos,
they are done by idiots who don't get laid,
by idiots who just want to have a lot of clicks from you,
who just need to have a little article
from their little magazine, okay?
This is the fucking real world.
I've been teaching this shit for years now.
I've been on three world tours.
I've been with hundreds of women.
I've been serving clients all over the world,
thousands of people in person,
tens of thousands of people online,
to bring you the truth here.
The harsh, ugly truth, right here.
Really cool.
But before we're gonna crack into that,
please do consider hitting that subscribe button
right underneath this video.
Next to that is a little bell symbol.
You hit that, that way you always get notified
every time I upload new videos
for you, for free, right here.
It will help the channel out a great deal
and be massively beneficial.
Anyway, let's get into the five steps.
We're gonna start very, very slowly
with just more like innocent indicators,
and then we're gonna hit it up much harder
all the way to the
I want to fuck you right now indicators.
Really cool.
At the end I give you a bonus indicator
that is very, very advantageous for you,
and stay until the end because
you're gonna really love that one.
Step number one.
This is so-called the ground zero.
This is the base line of attraction.
The biggest indicator of interest a girl can ever give you
is that she's still there.
That's the base line of attraction.
That is where the girl thinks,
okay, this guy's interesting to talk to so far.
I don't need to run off right now.
I don't necessarily think about fucking him,
but so far he's interesting.
Oops, losing my fucking glasses here.
So as long as the girl is still here,
she at least has a base level of attraction for you.
And that's crazy, because I see so many guys,
so many clients of myself when they're beginning,
they're talking to the girl,
and the girl is standing there,
she's okay, okay, listening to what you have to say,
and then they eject themselves.
The leave the set.
They're like, "The girl wasn't interested."
Take your time.
As long as the girl is here,
she could be anywhere else in the world.
She could tell you that,
"I have to go to the bathroom.
"I have to go meet my friends."
She could tell at any point.
As long as she's still here, you're good to go.
Now, the second indicator is a little stronger.
That's the indicator that
she's already sexually interested in you,
and that is physicality.
Whenever the girl starts touching you,
whenever she's boxing your shoulder
when you made a stupid joke,
when you push her away and she pushes you away,
you know, in a playful manner,
when she pulls you closer.
When she finds excuses to touch your arm,
to touch your shoulder, to do any of that,
that means not only is she just regularly
interested in talking to you,
like the indicator we just talked about,
but now she's actually also interested in you
in a sexual way.
She wants to touch you.
She wants to feel you.
She's feeling the lust just kind of flaming up
just a tiny little bit.
So whenever you feel that the girl is feeling you,
that she's touching you for no apparent reason,
that's a perfect indicator.
Keep doing what you're doing,
because you're apparently doing at least something right.
Okay, so the first two indicators,
they're very simple.
They happen quite a lot.
They don't mean anything yet.
Many girls will give you these indicators
just because they have some sort of
base level interest, a little bit of
sexuality sprinkled in, that's okay.
They don't mean anything yet.
The third indicator, that's where things
get really interesting.
The third indicator means that the girl
is not only interested in talking to you,
she's not only sexually interested in you,
but she's actually thinking about sex.
And that third indicator is,
the girl giving you shit.
Sounds a little contradictory here,
like, "What, the girl is mean to me?
"That means she's interested in me?"
Yes.
Okay?
It's called shit test.
It's basically, the translation of that is
the girl's like, okay,
so far this guy's pretty cool.
Okay, I'm sexually interested in him.
He's doing a couple things right.
And I'm really thinking about
the consideration of having sex with this guy.
He seems cool so far.
But I need to be 100% sure,
because like, my vagina is a gift,
and I don't give it to anybody.
So I really need to make 100% sure that this guy is correct,
which is why I now deploy my test,
the so-called shit test.
This could be anything confrontational.
It could be something really hard,
like, "Fuck away, you're weird.
"You're too short.
"Who do you think you are?"
Right?
Or it can be something much more subtle,
shit like, "Oh, you know, my dream guys are blond,
"and tall and blue-eyed."
When you're clearly a short guy from Austria
who's only 172 centimeters, aka five six, five seven.
And yeah.
So whatever confrontation she will bring to you,
the translation is, "You're cool so far,
"I'm seriously considering fucking you,
"just don't fuck this up right now."
And it's crazy, because when she deploys
the shit test on you,
it can go from, "I'm considering having sex with this guy."
To, "This guy is a failure and I need to get away."
Within seconds, if you don't know how to pass these tests.
So this is really where the decision is
gonna be solidified,
whether or not she wants to have sex with you.
And I made an entire video on
how to pass these shit tests.
We'll just upload it somewhere here.
You can just click that button.
But the basic gist on how to
pass these shit tests is,
don't be phased by them.
Remain alpha.
Remain cool.
Basically, have whatever she says
go in here, and go out here.
Okay?
So like when she says shit like,
"Oh, you're too short.
"Oh, I'm not interested."
But she's smiling, right?
She's like, "Oh, ha ha, I'm not interested."
But she's like smiling, looking at your eyes,
then the context kind of gives it away
that she only uses that as a test.
Or my favorite one is,
"We're not gonna have sex tonight."
Like, as she's walking with you,
as she's at the date with you,
she says, "We're not gonna have sex tonight."
It literally means the exact opposite.
I'm seriously considering have sex tonight, with you,
I just want to see how you'll react.
So again, if you're not phased by that,
if you hold eye contact,
if you keep your little smirk on your face,
that's much better than when she says,
"We're not gonna have sex tonight."
And you go from this to this,
like you're seriously phased.
Then she sees, okay, this guy,
I assume off a little bit,
he's losing the shit test.
He's not gonna pass.
So keeping your smile up.
Keeping a good time.
Doing whatever you're doing.
Not really jumping into her frame.
You're actually able to pass that test,
and then you'll see the next indicator
that's very strong already
to which we're gonna swoosh right now.
(techno dance music)
And the fourth indicator whether or not the girl
wants to have sex with you right now is
there's a very strong, she's seriously
trying to plan the sex is,
she's asking about your, quote-unquote, logistics.
She's asking, "Where do you live?
"What area?
"Like, how far is it?
"Do you live alone?"
These very, very obvious questions.
Now she's literally trying to plot and scheme.
Okay, how can I go fuck this guy, la-dee-dah.
So if you're doing everything right at this point,
if you're vibing well,
if you're calibrating your physicality,
if you're making her horny, aroused with what you say
with your eye contact, with your
sub-communications and all that,
then she's gonna ask you these kind of things
and that's a very, very good sign.
By the way here, context is important.
Okay?
There's always this like one guy
who's gonna be like,
"Well, I was at work, and Jenny asked me where I lived,
"so I tried to fuck her."
No, okay?
Just fuck the context, okay?
If you're getting all the other indicators,
plus she's asking about your logistics,
that's a very, very good sign.
And on top of that, the fifth indicator,
before we're gonna get to the bonus indicator,
is when she's putting her logistics in your favor.
That is by far the biggest indicator of,
now I want to have sex.
Let's fucking go.
And I want to tell a couple stories here,
because it's jut really, really epic.
Number one.
This is a girl that I'll never forget.
It was in New York.
I was out with my friends,
in some random bar, talking to some girls.
And then I meet this girl and she was there alone.
And I'm like, "Oh, where are your friends?"
And then she's like, "Well, they already left."
And I'm like, "Cool, so what are you doing here?"
And she's like, "Well, my boyfriend just broke up with me,
"and I just want to get a clear head and have some fun."
I'm like, "Ahhh."
So this is pretty much the, like,
if you meet a girl alone,
and you're sure she's not a prostitute,
then it's like so clear.
Like, why else the fuck would she go to a place
alone at night other than fucking a guy?
Here she's not judged by her friends,
here she's clearly available, no distractions.
I want some fucking dick.
So I'm like, "Oh, that's interesting."
So you're here alone, the boyfriend, okay,
the friends also left.
"Yeah, anyways, let's go outside
"and catch some fresh air."
And we're waiting outside, and I'm like,
"Oh, the pizza."
Blah, blah, blah.
We hopped into a cab, drove to the pizza place.
Pizza place was closed.
Went to my apartment where I was staying,
and we just had like, instant sex.
It was really interesting, because again,
like, I was able to read the signs, execute on them.
Many guys, they start to dabble.
When they see all these signs,
like, the girl wants sex, they start dabbling,
like, "I'm not sure."
And their own insecurity is just
kinda like holding them back.
"I'm still not sure."
Even though it's like,
the girl is on a silver platter,
like right there in front of them.
They're like, "I'm not sure."
And that's where the girl loses interest,
because she's like,
I'm giving him all the fucking clear signs.
This guy clearly is retarded.
And then she wanders off
and meets some degenerate coke dealer
who's narcissistic enough to be like,
"Oh, she wants to get fucked."
And then she's gonna fuck that guy and be happy
while you sit home, jerk off crying, and go to sleep.
Happened many times to myself.
That's why I know this so accurately.
The other story, it was interesting.
I was in Berlin and I was
hanging out with people that I coached,
and this one girl shows up.
Beautiful Brazilian girl.
Dark hair, Latina, petite body.
She was nice and lean.
She had curly hair.
And she like keeps looking at me.
Like I'm talking to my friend
like I'm talking to you right now.
And in the background I was like see her
like lurking over.
She was wearing this cocktail dress,
and I was like, "Come here."
And I told her to come here, and she comes.
And I'm like, blah blah blah,
where's your friends, all that.
And she's like, "Oh, I'm alone tonight."
And I'm like, "Ahhh, I see you."
I remember what that means.
And I'm like herp-de-derp,
but you know, I talk a little bit more.
She started being physical to me,
and I'm like, okay, this one's ready.
And the crazy thing here, as a side note is,
the girl being ready for sex,
it doesn't necessarily mean she's ready to fuck you.
It just means she's ready to fuck someone.
It's transferrable.
It's like a bicycle in a city without a lock.
Like whoever shows up first is gonna get the bike.
So what I did is I'm just like,
"Oh, this is my friend."
So I threw one of my students on her
and I told him to go home with her,
and it was literally at like 10:30 p.m.,
just at the beginning of the night, he went home.
He said, "She just ripped my clothes off.
"We had crazy sex."
And he came back like after one and a half hours
just to hang out with us again.
That was really kinda cool.
And the third example is,
there was a girl, it was in Vienna way back in the days.
And I met her on a date.
We went to smoke a shisha hookah
and hang out with some tea and coffee or whatever.
And I'm just like, "Oh, what do you have planned today?"
And she's like, "Oh, nothing."
Like, "I have all evening."
And I'm like, "Ahhh, okay."
So again, when she's putting her own logistics
in your favor, strongest indicator
that she's seriously considering having sex with you
right on that day, or on that night.
Okay, so if you're ready for your sick ass bonus indicator,
then here it goes.
Let's swoosh right into it.
And the single most important thing for you to know
in order to understand when the girl
is ready to have sex with you right away,
is understanding a hot girl's reality.
Because girls categorize men into
two categories and two only.
Number one, this is the nice guy provider,
the guy who takes me out to dates,
the guy I'm gonna give a little goodnight kiss, maximum.
Like (smooching sound) this is the guy
I'm gonna friend zone,
and this is it, this is the guy,
I'm gonna let him wait for months
until he gets to fuck me.
Versus the lover guy.
This is the guy I'm gonna have him fuck my ass.
I'm gonna have him fuck me right on the first date.
I'm gonna have threesomes with the guy, etc.
They categorize these men instantly
into these two different categories.
So what you need to understand is
how can I avoid being the nice guy
that doesn't get the pussy.
If anything, I have to work on it for months.
Versus how can I be the guy
that women always just want to have sex with?
How can I emanate the sexworthiness
to every single hot girl I'm meeting?
If you understand that, you're good to go.
And if you want to do that,
I have something really cool for you.
