Hello!

This is Zdenka!

In today's video, we will be talking about stock rejections and specifically we will focus

on focus problems.

Before I start, I would love to greet every one out there watching this video.

And I would love to thank you so much for leaving all the comments on my stock photography

tutorial videos.

I promise, I will make lot more of these.

Now, I am ready to move on so let's get on to today's topic.

First of all, model for today's video.

Her name is Lauren and you can find her on Instagram @laurenn_elise.

I did an outdoor test shoot with her which turned out really well.

And I have to admit.

We got extremely lucky with the weather.

Since it was really cool at night.

We had this beautiful fog.

Lots of fog coming from the lake in the morning hours.

The fog was blocking the sun so we ended up with this really beautiful soft light and

in the background you know the fog was coming from the lake so we had lot of that as well.

And you know what?

You cannot go wrong with that.

If you are getting emails from stock agencies rejecting your photos over focus issue, here

is what you need to do.

This is what normally I am doing.

First of all, make sure you shoot with a lots of light.

When you take a photo of a subject, the main part of the subject should be nice and sharp.

For example, when I am taking a photo of a person's face, eyes need to be sharp.

They need to be in focus.

Not a chin or lips, unless it's a part of the face I photographed with the main focus.

I would just photograph the part of the face like lips or smile for example.

Then I would make sure lips are sharp.

So the basic thing with DSLR is if you shoot with shallow depth of field such as F/1.4

or 2.8 you first want to point at eyes, half press the shutter, move

the camera to recompose the shot and then fully press the button to take the photo.

If I am taking photos of people which don't know anything about photography they usually

laugh or say something when I am doing all these moves up and down with my camera.

Make sure your shutter speed is high otherwise you might end up with a different problem

and that is blur.

People usually cannot hold steadily shot anything less then 1/60 second.

And you can do the same thing when you are taking photo with your smart phone.

So if I am taking a photo of a person, I tap on the eyes and I hold it there.

So it is focuses the eyes.

Then I recompose the photos and take it.

When I take a photo and have the unfortunate luck that the main area is a little bit soft,

not sharp enough, here is a trick I do in Photoshop to fix it.

If I feel the image is a great seller and it is worth saving.

So now that we have our Photoshop open.

Now actually let's bring your photo to 100% view, let's see the actual pixels.

And I am looking at the eye area and I see that it is a bit soft here.

Is a bit you know, it is not sharp enough.

So I am going to grab the lasso tool, and I select eyes, with the eye brows.

Then I go to select, modify, smooth and I usually use about 7 pixels, click ok.

That will smooth the area so the sharpness is not very harsh around the edges here.

And apply filter, sharpen, sharpen.

Now I see that this eye is a bit sharp, little bit too much so I go edit, fade sharpen and

I use about, I don't know about...

60%.

Deselect, this eye is still little bit out of focus so again I am going to circle the

eye, do select, modify, smooth, 7 pixels and I apply filter, sharpen and sharpen again.

And I see again little bit too much edit, fade sharpen and this time I am gonna probably

fade it to about I'd say about 74.

Deselect.

Now if I see that there are just, it is a bit grainy here, and a bit you know pixelated,

then I simply use blur tool and I put it about 35%.

The brush is about good size, 35, and I just simply click, where it seems a little bit

too pixelated.

Done.

Save the image and it should work, it should pass.

This trick works for me every single time.

I always pass the test.

So that is it for today's video.

Coke Stock vs Pepsi Stock: 90-second ⏲️ Investment Analysis - Duration: 2:53.

We're gonna analyze Coca-cola AND Pepsi as investments, and we're gonna do it all

in 90 seconds…

You wanna keep up with stocks but you don't have time to read a lengthy report on every

company that interests you.

You're busy.

I get it.

I respect that.

So I took the most important considerations from my research and packed it into 90 seconds.

Use this to decide if it's worth your time to research further, to keep up with stocks

you already own, or to just check in on some of the largest companies in the world.

Fair warning: I'm obviously gonna go fast.

Let's put up a clock.

And let's do this!

Coke and Pepsi are both primarily known for their classic battle to be the dominant soft

drink.

As of this taping, they both have a market capitalization between $150 and 200B.

They both pay dividends around 3.5%.

They're both projected to grow about 14% next year.

Compared to the industry's 11% and the market's 12%.

So if you're considering investing in the beverage industry, who do choose: Coke or

Pepsi?

That is the question...

Here are a couple reasons you might prefer Coke:

Although both maintain a fairly ugly debt profile, Coke's is quite a bit better.

With a debt-to-equity of 2.3 versus Pepsi's 4.

AND earnings before interest and taxes about 84 times their annual interest, compared to

Pepsi's 11 times.

Coke is also undeniably one of the most recognizable companies in the world.

But here are a couple reasons you might prefer Pepsi:

The company in the recent past has been much more efficient with their money, with an ROE

of 45% versus Coke's 6%, an ROA of 7% versus Coke's 1%, and a projected ROE over the

next 3 years of 69% versus Coke's 47%.

Last year, both companies had negative earnings growth.

But Pepsi's was quite a bit less at -27% compared to Coke's -80%.

By simple traditional metrics, both appear fair to a little overvalued.

Pepsi's PE is 31 versus the beverage industry's 24 and the market's 18.

Compare that to Coke's PE of almost 150!

And with Pepsi's diversification into the food industry, the company's more insulated

as people are buying fewer and fewer sugary drinks.

Both companies seem to offer investors relatively similar valuations today and similar prospects

for the future.

And it shouldn't be forgotten that both are Dividend Aristocrats, having increased

their dividend every year for more than the last 25 years!

… but if you had to choose (and not on taste): Coke or Pepsi?

Now for those of you who aren't very familiar

V-Moda is a brand that all of us

here at Headphone Zone has loved

over the years.

Mostly because of its really techie fashion-forward design

and for the fact that they've been making

some outstanding sounding headphones

that were really made for both DJs

and audiophiles alike.

V-Moda has designed all its headphones

from its Milan design center

and they're now engineered with some cutting-edge

Japanese technology.

I'd say V-Moda is the kind of headphone

you wanna be seen wearing when you're stepping

out of your Lamborghini wearing an Armani suit.

Its the culmination of decades worth of

design and engineering and which is why

its worthy to be called a 'Flagship'.

The Crossfade 2 Wireless is clearly built like a tank

Is been rated at military levels of durability

and you can drop it from a height of 10 feet

and the chances are that you'd probably need a new floor.

You will find that the Crossfade 2 Wireless features

a Steelflex headband

you can flatten it, virtually without any chance of the

headphone being spoilt, loosing shape or even breaking.

The headband itself features Vegan leather

so they're quite durable and tend not to have

any kind of damage on it what so ever.

The headphones can survive extreme environments

like lots of humidity, extreme temperatures,

and even saltwater sprays.

Perhaps the most impressive part

of the Crossfade 2 wireless

is your ability to get a custom artwork

engraved on to the shields of these headphones

its absolutely amazing that they can be

personalised to this level.

Comfort has been the topmost

priority, because the people who are gonna be

using these headphones aren't just musicians

and DJs, there are also people who are businessmen,

executives and musicians wearing them

for hours on end.

I like the fact that the headphones

feature memory cushions for the ear pads

and they really hug the contours of your ears.

V-Moda has designed these headphones

to be used equally well, both on

wired and wireless mode

Djs and professional musicians are more likely

to use it on the wired mode

take advantage of its zero latency

but at the same time while you are on the move

they sound equally good on wireless.

The headphones feature 14 hours of battery life

which is amazing and it has

10 meters of range, so they can be used quite conveniently

in a gym.

You'll find that it can pair simultaneously with 2 devices

which I think is a real great feature to have.

The Rose Gold variant also features Qualcomm's aptX technology

which means that when you've paired it on

wireless mode, The music is transmitted

at nearly CD quality

which means you get a real lossless experience.

The built-in microphone on the device is also

compatible with all the voice assistance out there

so by a simple flick of a switch,

you can command Siri, Alexa, Cortana, Ok Google

and all the other voice assistance out there

Ok, unlike a lot of the other headphones in this price point

the V-Moda Crossfade 2 Wireless

don't feature Active Noise Cancellation

but they do an outstanding job

especially with the memory foam cushions

of cutting out all the ambient sound like

Aircraft engine noise, the shouting of people around you

or the sound of crying babies.

I'll probably stick my neck out and say that the

Crossfade 2 Wireless is the most portable of all

the headphones in this category.

It features V-Moda's click-fold hinges

which allows you to fold these headphones

into super compact palm-sized form factor

and it fits into an exoskeleton carrying case

that's really super compact making it easy to carry with you

everywhere.

Now V-Moda has over the years been known for making

a sound signature that makes you feel

like you're at a nightclub

rather than that of a concert hall

or clean sanitized music studio

Its always been over the top, aggressive

unapologetic and loud with its bass.

But, the Crossfade 2 Wireless is anything

but that, it's the most precise and audiophile friendly headphone

to come out of V-Moda's table in a long time.

I'd say its also really versatile,

so even if you're a person who doesn't enjoy EDM,

house or hip-hop then these are headphones

that can certainly sound very very good

no matter what you use it with.

I'd say this is certainly not clinical

and precise like an open back audiophile

headphone, but the Crossfade 2 Wireless is certainly

very musical and enjoyable and fun to

listen to, which is I think the point of it.

Technically, the headphones are really

top notch, they feature 15mm driver unit

that has a dual diaphragm design from Japan.

So the bass is really not bleeding into the mids and highs

and they have real nice clean sound.

They've been even certified as a High-Res headphone

by the Japanese audio society.

Don't forget the Rose Gold color comes with aptX

which means that the sound quality is absolutely

lossless when you're using it on wireless mode.

Ok! Now lets wrap this up.

For less than ₹30,000 the V-Moda Crossfade 2 Wireless

doesn't shine on any one aspect

but I find that these are the most versatile headphone

and it really comes as a complete package

covering all basis.

I don't think that there's really any other headphone

in this category that leaves me as impressed

as the Crossfade 2 Wireless.

They look beautiful, sound amazing, portable, easy to use

and its some headphone that really takes your breath away

once you put them on.

Samsung Galaxy S9 - App Pair Combinations You Should Try! - Duration: 4:58.

Hi everyone, how's it going? It's Thao here! Most of us spent a lot of time on our

phones however, aren't utilizing it to it's full capability. Modern smartphones

come with a lot of multitasking and time-saving features that are often

overlooked. Samsung is one of the manufacturers that is constantly pushing

their vision for smartphone productivity. App pair is an example of this. It's a

feature that lets you open directly into a split screen session with two apps of

your choosing. In today's video I'm going to demonstrate how to set up an

app pair on the Samsung galaxy s9. I'll also be going over my favorite app pair

combinations that are convenient and extremely useful! Let's get right into it!

Before I get into my app pair combinations, let's quickly go over the

two ways you can set up app pair shortcuts. The first way is via the apps edge panel

on the edge screen. If you don't have the edge screen enabled, you'll have to do so

by going into settings. Click on display. Scroll down until you see edge screen

and make sure the edge panel is turned on. Once it's on, you can swipe in from

the edge where there's a little indicator. Then hit the Settings icon.

Make sure you have the apps edge panel turned on. Click the edit button. Click on

create a pair. From here, you can select the apps of your choosing. You can also

change which app you want to launch on the top by clicking the switch button

found here. Hit done at the top and your newly created a pair will now appear on

your apps edge panel. The second way allows you to add an app pair shortcut

directly to the home screen. This is something I didn't even know about. It

was one of my awesome subscribers by the name of tpar69 who let me know

that this was possible. That's why I love the s9 so much, I feel like I'm

discovering new functions and features all the time. To create an app pair

shortcut for your home screen, you'll need to launch the two apps into split

screen mode. So for example, let's open YouTube and then open another random app.

In the middle of both apps, you'll see a small bar. Tap that and a pop-up menu

will appear. From there, hit the house symbol with a plus inside of it.

The current split screen apps that you are using will now be added to your home

screen. Pretty awesome. So now that you know how to create app pair shortcuts, here

are my favorite app pair combinations. The first one is camera and gallery. This

pairing allows you to take photos and manage

you're newly captured photos all at the same time. Switching back and forth

between the camera and gallery can be very time-consuming.

You can also potentially miss a great photo opportunity while admiring your

photos. I use this a lot for family and social outings to quickly take group

photos. This allows me to ensure that everyone's looking directly at the

camera and that nobody's eyes are closed. Definitely try this out! The second app

pair is Google Maps and Pocket casts. Whenever I'm driving I always like to

have Google Maps guiding me. I also enjoy listening to podcasts while I'm driving and

this app pair allows me to do both while still focusing on the road. It's a much

safer as I don't have to switch away from Google Maps or swipe down the

notification panel to rewind or fast-forward an episode. Listening to

educational podcasts is a great way to learn something new while being stuck in

rush-hour traffic. The next app pair is essential when traveling abroad and it's

Google Maps paired with Google Translate. I used this combination during my entire

trip to Japan earlier this year. The ability to translate via typing voice or

the camera with google lens is amazing for overcoming the language barrier. I

used Google Maps to navigate and Google Translate to decode any words or signs I

couldn't read. When I did get lost I was able to use Google Voice translations to

get directions from the locals. My fourth

highly used app pair is YouTube with Internet or Reddit. Being able to watch

YouTube while surfing the web or browsing through Reddit, is a great way to

wind down after a long hard day. This pairing is especially useful when I'm

watching a product review and want to quickly search up an item, I can look up

prices online without having to exit out the video. The fifth combination is

internet and Internet. This is pretty self-explanatory, you can run two

instances of web browsing at once. Similar to how you can run multiple tabs

on your computer or laptop, it's just really nice to be able to do this on

your smartphone as well. An example of how I would use this is when I'm

comparing products or prices on different retailers websites. It's not

the most screen real estate but it does the job.

The final app pair is clock and Google Drive. I have all my workout routines

uploaded to Google Drive for easy access. To time my rest period and intervals I

use the stopwatch feature on the Samsung clock app. This is extremely useful

during my workouts as I'm able to follow my routine

and stay on track with timing in between my sets. With summer here I'll be using

this pair a lot during my outdoor workouts. That's a wrap! What are some of

Most Mustang owners know that modding can be a little addicting, right?

I mean, adding some new appearance or performance modifications is part of what makes owning

a Mustang so much fun.

And it doesn't really matter what year you've got in your driveway, Fox Body, SN95, S197,

or S550, they can all be made faster using a number of different parts, along with some

aftermarket tuning.

And that is why Bama has created their Free Tunes for Life Program for all 1987 to present

Mustangs for all of you guys to get the most out of those modifications as they are bolted

So, what is the Bama Free Tunes for Life Program all about?

Well, whenever you purchase a Bama-supported tuner, whether it be an X3, an X4, REV-X,

Livewire, or iTSX, you are automatically enrolled in the Free Tunes for Life Program that remains

with you and your Mustang as long as you own it.

But, a quick heads-up here, guys, this program is not transferable to another owner or another

Mustang.

But, what can you expect when checking out the Bama tuning team for your ride?

Well, if you have a 1987 to 2004 Mustang, or a 2005 to 2010 V-6 Mustang, you can expect

three different custom tunes built specifically for your ride and all of its modifications.

This does include a street, a performance, and a race tune, all of which will offer varying

but other types can be used as well, such as unleaded race fuel or even E85 for 2011

and newer 5-liter cars.

But, the biggest benefit with the Free Tunes for Life Program, at least in my opinion,

is getting a new tune along with Bama support and unlimited datalog revisions free of charge

every time a new modification is added.

You pick up a brand-new cold air intake or bolt up a new set of long tubes, Bama will

get you a new tune.

upcycle Origami Market Bag - Duration: 8:59.

Hey guys and welcome back for another tutorial today. I'm going to be showing you how to make this really cute origami

Tote bag. This isn't a traditional origami tote bag, but it does have the same look and it's fully lined

So the first thing you're going to do is cut out a triangle

I have all the measurements over at my blog which is charmedbyAshley.com

those links will be down below as well as in the information icon and

With that triangle, we're gonna make your lining template

So you're gonna take that triangle put it on a nice big piece of paper. We're gonna trace that triangle and

Then we're going to take that same triangle

spin it and then

line it up with the one side of the triangle like so we'll trace that and

Then we'll do the same thing on the opposite side, and this will be our lining piece

so for the outside of the bag

You're gonna just be using triangles and for the inside of the bag

we're going to be using this template and then all you're going to do is cut out a

Rectangle and that will be for your shoulder strap. So

From here. We're going to choose our fabrics

I decided that I was going to cut up an old pair of jeans that I absolutely love but they are no longer

repairable so it hurt a little but

I'm totally okay because I still have them and

Then when you do cut out your triangles

The two short sides you're actually going to add a quarter of an inch onto

Both sides and that's just going to be for seam allowance when you go to attach all your triangles together

So this is how it should look when you cut it out

And these are the lining pieces

And these are the pieces that I chose to

Make the exterior of the day out of and then my rectangle piece for the shoulder strap

So the first thing you're going to do is lay down one of the triangles

With another one right sides together and we're going to sew along one of the short edges

We're going to be using a quarter of an inch seam allowance

and

then we will do that again and

Where you put this next triangle is of course going to tell you which triangle will be at the bottom of the bag

So my pink one will be at the bottom. So I'm putting the blue one on the other side of the pink one and

Doing again another quarter of an inch seam allowance

So after that, your one side of the bag is done and you're going to repeat that

For both sides and then you'll take both sides of the bag put them together and then sew along the three edges

We will again use a quarter of an inch seam allowance

And then you will go to the lining of the bag putting them right sides together and we will sew along the three

edges again

So when you're sewing the lining we're actually going to be leaving a four-inch gap at the bottom of the bag

so just tie off your stitches and then restart about four inches later and

That will be used for turning once we put the lining into the bag. So

Once you're done that where you are now going to crop the corners and to do that

You're gonna take the side seam of the bag and line it up with the bottom seam of the bag

We're gonna measure up three inches

and draw a line across it and

Then we're gonna sew along that edge and then snip off those excess corners

So we're going to do that for the lining as well as the outer shell and

After we're done that we're going to take our lining we're going to chart it right sides out and then we will

Insert that into the shell of the bag. So there is that little hole that we're going to be using soon

So from here

we are going to just line up all the seams of the bag the side seams and

then that Center part we're going to actually

Make sure that the lining is above that point there

So where that intersection happens with the three triangles make sure it's a quarter of an inch above it

just so that when we do sew

Along this edge. We're not going to be

Snipping off the top of that triangle so we can make it

So the seam comes right above it and it'll look beautiful once it's finished

So slowly, there's a lot of pins and clips

You're just going to line it all up on the edges

When you get to the corner, make sure those seams are nicely lined up and your bag will come out beautifully

So we're just going to do a quarter of an inch seam allowance

And when you get to the point, you're just going to leave your needle in

Pivot your material and then keep going to make sure that that corner is nice and sharp

And once you're done that you're going to flip the whole thing right side out using that hole that we left in the lining and

When you're flipping it right-side out just make sure that you poke at all the corners. So if you use a stick or

If you have a poking tool some sort

Definitely have that handy

especially for where the handles will eventually be and then we're just going to

Flatten the edges just because we will be doing a top stitch along the entire edge

So you can go iron that down if you like or you can just

Wing it like I did

So what I do do this top stitch, I'm actually going to bring the lining down a little bit

Just like this this just ensures that the edge looks nice and clean just so that you don't have some of the lining peeking out

unless that's what you're going for which you can totally do that especially if you wanted some of you are lining to

You know pop out and it's contrasting to the bag and add some visual interest

But if not, this is how I like to do my lining. So now I'm going to be working on the strap

So I'm using a piece of my jeans again

And I'm going to take it fold it in half and I'm going to sew down the short sides and down the long side

But leaving a three inch gap and I will turn that right side out

While I'm finished sewing this part

So for this trap, I'm just going to sew it on

Only because I think that because the bag has a little bit of a patchwork you look to it

I think that it looks kind of cute with it. Just sewn on of course

You could attach the strap while you're installing the lining. But today I am going to do it this way

So once you have your strap turn right side out

I'm just going to do a quick top stitch around all four sides

and then that will

close up the hole that we use for turning and then I'm going to just put it on the outside of my bag and

I'll do a box stitch with an X in the middle and that will ensure that it is nice and strong

So if I choose to put anything heavy

Such as you know fruit or something like that if I'm going to the market

Then I don't have to worry about my handle breaking off. So once you have your handle installed, then you're done

I absolutely love how this turned out. It has a little place in my heart because

Some of the materials are from my grandma's old stash. So that makes it a little bit more special

Father's Day Brunch | EPIC COOKING VIDEO | Vlog - Duration: 18:49.

It's Father's Day and I thought, what would be

better than a mostly-from-the-garden Father's Day brunch?

(parrots squawking) There they go, haha.

(music)

(birds singing)

Look at that. Just so many in such a small space. Wow, and you know what, the basil that I

have growing in complete shade looks healthy and green and we're gonna take

some of that for sure. Wow, that is gorgeous. Is that enough for four?

I think so. I'm gonna get some oregano, which is all blooming. It's kind of hard

to tell, but these are the oregano blooms, and this is a different kind of oregano.

I'll grab some of that. When you pull out these i'itoi onions, you pull them out in

a bunch. Oh, oh, that smells so good. Wow! Sweet potato leaves don't stay

looking great for long, so use them while they are perfect. They are loaded with

nutrition.

My son, Walker, who lives in Minnesota now, is arriving around noon-ish and since I

don't know exactly what time we're going to eat,

I wanted a menu where I could prepare things in advance. So, we're having squash

muffins that I'm making from my Seminole squash from last year, and I'm making my

quiche recipe that I have made for 30 years at least, with a slight

modification. I'm using sweet potato leaves inside the quiche, and I've

already harvested my burgundy beans. We're having roasted fingerling potatoes

that I harvested in March, as well as I'm gonna get one of my sons to squeeze

these oranges for orange juice. First things first, let's get the oven heated

for the seminole squash.

I like to use a little bit of my essential oil spray. I use it for

everything, to clean the counters, to clean my vegetables, it's all natural. Okay, this

is the part that always unnerves me a little bit because these things are so

hard. So I'm gonna start like that. Wow, that is beautiful. Oh, I can't believe I

grew that. I'm just gonna scoop out these seeds. I can't say enough about this

seminole squash because when all of my other squash got decimated by mildew

last year, this really came through. Now since this is my nicest one of these, I'm

going to save these seeds.

I'm putting the two halves in a baking dish on parchment paper

and I'm gonna bake it until it's tender. One of my subscribers last year said you

could freeze whole cherry tomatoes, so I decided, I was leaving on that trip and I

cleared off all of my Butingghan's and I froze them and they've been in here

since last year. I'm gonna use some of these in my quiche. I'm just gonna

defrost these by running some water over them. Normally you would slice cherry

tomatoes for this recipe in half because they're so small.

I'm just loosely chopping the sweet potato leaves. Now I'm going to chop the

onions and the peppers.

This is a vegetarian quiche that uses dairy products. For 30 years or more I

have tried to eat whole foods as much as possible, so the dairy products that I

use are all made from raw milk, because nothing is more processed in our food

supply then milk. Unfortunately, it's not available everywhere but if you have a

relationship with a farm...

you may be able to acquire your own dairy products.

When you don't have your own farm and you don't have your own cows, it's nice

to be able to visit the farm where you get your milk, and when my boys were

young, we visited Claravale Farm and drank milk right from the cow. And it's

pretty amazing. My friend at Mumbai Balcony Gardener

sent me this wonderful Indian spice Ajwain. I hope I'm saying that right and

I've been looking forward to using it ever since. And you know when you smell

an herb or a spice, you can get an idea of whether it would be good in the dish

that you're making, and I just smelled this and it smells like it would be

great in this dish. Now, I know the way that they do the spices in India is they

put them in a hot pan let the flavors come out. Now this recipe

traditionally calls for Swiss cheese but you can't get Swiss cheese in raw milk

so I'm using sharp cheddar. Just in case you've never made quiche before. this is

not a low calorie meal. And because we don't eat a lot of bread, I am making a

crustless quiche, because after all, we're having muffins. First, we create a base

for our vegetables. Mix or beat on a low speed your mayonnaise, your flour, the milk

and the eggs.

Then you add your cheese and your vegetables. I'm gonna add my leaves first

so I can get them mixed in. The tomatoes, peppers, and the onions. This is going to

be intense with vegetables because I always put in about twice as many

vegetables as the recipe calls for, because I'm not using crust and you can

fit more into the quiche pan. And I'm adding my Ajwain. Turmeric is one of

those amazing roots that reduces inflammation and I like to put it in

almost everything. Plus it's going to give this a nice golden color. It's

starting to come together.

Use some ghee to line the quiche pan.

If your kids don't particularly like greens, this might be a great way to get

them to eat some. Just gonna add some Himalayan pink salt and some cracked

black pepper. Black pepper and tumeric work well together to fight inflammation.

Okay, our quiche is ready to go into the oven. Let's check on the squash. Oh, that's

got to be ready! Oh yeah, yes, it's more than ready. As soon as I can handle that,

I'll scrape out this flesh and we'll get started on the muffins. Meanwhile, the

quiche is going in. Now I'm getting the fingerling potatoes ready to roast. This

is fresh rosemary from my bush, smells amazing. Almost everybody likes

roasted potatoes, which is why you see them on so many restaurant menus.

Once again,

salt and pepper and extra virgin olive oil drizzled over the top.

This is well done, so it comes out easily.

Okay.

I'm using raw dairy products for the muffins.

Basically I'm using my banana bread recipe that I've used for 30 years at

least, and substituting the bananas for the squash, and then I'm going to also

add some spices. Now you're supposed to put in your dry ingredients separately

and your wet ingredients separately, but I don't have the patience for that, so I

just use one bowl, and I put all the wet in. I stir it up, and then I start adding

the dry stuff. So I'm gonna add one egg, a quarter of a cup of melted butter, and

one teaspoon of baking soda dissolved in one tablespoon of water, and there's your

liquids. Then I add 3/4 of a cup of sugar, this is coconut sugar and pure cane

sugar mixed together. Then I'm gonna add my cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon, nutmeg 1/4

teaspoon, quarter teaspoon of allspice, and a pinch of salt. The recipe calls for

2 cups of pastry flour.

With muffins, you don't want to over stir them you just want to get the flour

worked in. Because I had a lot of squash I'm gonna add a little more flour. That

looks about the right consistency. Okay. It smells good. This is a nonstick muffin

pan, but I just don't always trust that, so I'm using a little ghee to coat the

pan. Okay. Our quiche is done. Look at that, wow!

That looks great. Now the top is firm, so I'm pulling it out.

Mmm that smells... complex. By the way, I use all original wheat in my baking. This is

100% organic einkorn which is an original wheat of the original 14

chromosomes.

Okay, that looks pretty good.

Okay, I'm just gonna steam these purple beans with some coriander and fresh

herbs, fresh oregano, and a little bit of ghee.

(dramatic music starts)

They turn green when you cook them.

I mean, they're purple. Yeah, yeah. Is this your coriander? It is! Nice.

Is this fresh orange juice. Yes.

It sure is. Will squeezed it. You did? Yes.

Okay, Walker wanted to know what's in the quiche. What's in the quiche is...
