Puppy Biting - Learn Puppy Bite Inhibition Training - Duration: 11:22.

Everybody loves puppies! Getting a puppy is one of the most rewarding experiences

you can have. And you know what else that means? Puppy biting. Desperate calls come

in all the time about this one thing and the solutions may surprise you.

Ian here with Simpawtico Dog Training, and before we address that puppy

biting, please make sure you are subscribed so you never miss any of our

videos. Also follow us on all the major social networks, and don't forget to

check that YouYube description for notes, links, and resources about the stuff we

talked about. Now puppy biting is easily in the top 5 things I get asked about.

Usually people reach out desperately and ask, "How do I stop puppy biting?" Here's

the thing: you don't want to stop puppy biting. I know it's frustrating but

people misunderstand what it's all about and come at the problem all wrong. Most

of what you see on the internet or have people tell you completely misses the

point. Let's start with why puppies bite. Play biting and fighting is absolutely

one of the most important developmental pieces puppies. Do the only things puppies

do more than bite is poop, pee, and sleep. That tells us that it's

important. There is a reason why Mother Nature has programmed them to do it so

much. Puppies play bite because they must receive feedback for their bite pressure

so they can acquire the skill of monitoring and adjusting the force of

their jaws. That process is what develops "acquired bite inhibition" or ABI. Good

ABI is what makes a safe dog in adulthood. This can only be done in the

early stages before it's locked in forever. There are presently no methods

to alter this after adolescence. Thus play biting for puppies is not only

natural, it's absolutely necessary. If you were to observe your puppy playing with

another puppy, they'd bite the other one during the course of play.

Puppies bite so they can receive feedback on the force of that bite. This

is why they have such sharp teeth—so they can get a reaction with their

relatively weak jaw muscles. An adult dog that has never adequately developed ABI

will not know how to monitor and adjust the force of their jaws when they have

big adult teeth and big adult jaw muscles. Consider this scenario: a dog is

asleep in the family room and a toddler accidentally steps on it. A dog with good

ABI won't even make contact, whereas a dog

with poor ABI might bite that poor kid, maybe even badly. In this case an ounce

of prevention is worth a kiloton of cure! So the bottom line is you don't want to

stop puppy biting because then the bite training stops too.

Okay so what do we do about it? Well first, we focus on intensity before

frequency. In the correct progression you will see a reduction in the intensity

before you see a reduction in frequency. This is a training master key.

Biting will get softer and softer before actual incidents of biting diminish.

Force MUST be trained before frequency. They're separate variables in the brain

and force has a time limit on it whereas frequency does not. Second, provide meaningful

feedback. The first part of that is to socialize your puppy. Dogs do the work of

feedback 50 times faster and better than we do. Get your puppy to off-leash puppy

classes or playgroups as soon as possible. You can do this after the

second round of shots. You can also have other puppies over to play—lots of them.

A good puppy class or a series of playdates will make a tremendous

difference in your puppy, not just with the biting. The second part of your

feedback game is that your puppy has to believe that humans are super sensitive.

Every time they bite you, you cry out. Don't cry out like a puppy, and don't try

to yip like a puppy. You're not a dog, you're not fooling anyone.

You're a grown adult, act like it hurts (which it probably does). Loudly say, "Ouch!

That hurt!" Here's the secret to making that work. The internet tells you to cry

out but never fills in the rest of the strategy. First, do not jerk your hand (or

whatever body part) away. Quick movement is stimulating and that triggers chase

drive. They'll just go harder for it. Instead, leave it there your puppy needs

to be the one to back off. Second if you say "Ouch" loud enough and sharp enough,

your puppy should buck their head back. Immediately start praising and allow

them to re-engage. If they're softer tell them "good puppy." If not keep up the

feedback. Ramp it up a little with tone and volume without making it scary. "Good

[praise and sharp sounds when biting]

"good boy good boy that was fantastic that was fantastic"

This commentary needs to

be both binary—right and wrong—and constant. One or two times ain't gonna do it.

It takes weeks to do it right. It's a progression and we just talked about

progressions in the last video. And remember you're not trying to stop

biting with this strategy. You want to see it getting softer and softer and

softer over time. Also make sure to cry out even if they grab your clothing or

hair; your puppy doesn't know the difference between these and skin and

should eventually be gentle with both. "Ouch! Ouch! Good, good boy! Thank you!"

"Good puppy, sweetheart. Good puppy. Oww-ouch! Good puppy. Good." If however during a session

your puppy is too jazzed up and is not responding to the work then leave, simple

as that. Don't put the puppy somewhere else for a

timeout; that's non-instructive and it's not fast enough. YOU be the one to get up

and leave. This is how puppies do it with each other. A hard bite produces a yelp

and play stops momentarily. Well, nobody wants that so they learn to monitor and

adjust. If you—the Playmate of the moment— gets up and leaves unceremoniously

that's a big thing to a puppy. Come back in 30 to 60 seconds and try playing

again. This is precisely one of the reasons we don't let our puppies have

free reign of the house yet. They exist in gated off rooms for a while and earn

more space over time. In the meantime you have to be able to get away when the

puppy is too intense. You also can't keep labeling play biting

as bad behavior—it's not. It's inconvenient for us humans, but we don't

call it bad behavior when a baby poops its pants or cries at night. You know

this is part of what you signed up for, inconvenient as it is.

puppy biting is natural and necessary! Don't waste the opportunity you've been

given to create a safe adult dog. As you work you should be seeing the ABI

progression. You'll notice your puppy's biting getting softer and softer over

the weeks if you've given consistent, timely, and appropriate feedback. The play

biting will eventually just be soft mouthing. At this point it is appropriate

to start addressing the frequency of incidents. We can begin addressing the

number of incidents because we've cultivated a dog that thinks differently

about the way they use their mouth. You should ideally have been integrating

obedience training into your puppy work all along the way anyways, so it's a

simple manner to use incompatible behaviors to stop the mouthing. By now

the mouthing behavior is more about controlling their environment than it is

trying to elicit feedback, so now you can focus on polite behaviors,

redirecting, building impulse control, engaging them in interactive and

instructive play, and simply continuing to give good representative feedback on

their behavior. Chew toys for quiet time come back into play here. If you're a

follower of this channel you know that we have preached the gospel of creating

a chew toy addicted dog. Settling down with a toy is emotionally satisfying and

teaches them to learn to occupy themselves. Gentle tug for playful

opposition and energy expenditure is also one of our favorite teaching tools. This

provides an opportunity to build manners, impulse control, and more motivating

reward structures. Also make sure you're using good food handling to

short-circuit nipping. Take a look at our Power Tip Number Two video for more info.

By about 18 weeks the brain chemistry starts changing and your window for

learning acquired bite inhibition will start closing. Don't wait! By six months

it will be pretty much closed and the strategies we talked about won't work

any more. If you have an eight or nine month old dog jumping up and grabbing

your arms or sleeves, and you haven't done that work already you're gonna be

in a pickle. You'll need different methods to fix that because off leash

classes, crying out, or walking away won't work anymore. Now you can really only

focus on a frequency and the force of biting is what it is. Contact a qualified

trainer or behaviorist near you to help you out. Now let's do some myth-busting!

There are a lot of solutions offered by articles on the Internet and

well-meaning friends, and most of these are total rubbish. Let's

dissect them. Using leave it or drop it— these prevent any opportunity to learn

bite inhibition because they're not providing the right kind of feedback.

These are important to learn on the side but useless for play biting. Use these

for mouthing after they've mastered their bite inhibition. Shouting no bite—

This only works if they've had specific lessons on the meaning of that phrase

away from the situation they're biting in. It also stops the bite training

altogether, so it's no use for us at all. Tap them on the nose—this is great if

you want to teach your dog that you're a bully. Also great for creating a head shy

dog. However it does nothing for bite inhibition. Actually you'll probably get

some relief from the biting though because the puppy will just stop

interacting with you altogether. Stick your thumb in their mouth and smash

their tongue against their teeth—oh my god! This makes no training sense

whatsoever. It's abuse. Please stop doing that.

Using a squirt bottle—do we squirt babies in the face when they're doing

something that annoys us? Using a muzzle— this prevents all mouth interaction and

pretty much guarantees a hard biter as an adult. Also it means no eating,

drinking, playing with toys, or anything else related to just being a puppy. It's

lazy and irresponsible. Redirecting to a chew toy—Puppies aren't trying to

relieve teething pains when they play bite. As you've learned they bite to

learn ABI. You might get a temporary respite but it'll be short-lived and you

missed a teachable moment. Chew toys are awesome but they're for chewing during

quiet times. Chewing is relaxing and it does relieve teething discomfort but

play biting serves a whole other purpose. Don't waste the opportunity. All right

everyone, I hope this has helped you learn more

about your puppy's instincts and how to deal with them constructively. Now,

questions for you: what other mouthy conundrums are you

running into, and how has this video helped you redesign your puppy plan?

Let's connect in the comments. In the meantime don't forget to thumbs up this

video and as always: keep learning, keep practicing, and we'll see you again soon.

Thanks for watching!

Listen, M.J., about today at school with Flash--

You really freaked us out.

I'm sorry. ls he okay?

He's just happy you didn't give him a black eye for graduation.

So where are you going after you graduate?

I wanna move into the city.

Headed for the city too.

What do you see coming for you?

I don't know.

Whatever it is, it's something I never felt before.

For you?

You're gonna light up Broadway.

Demon Task The Best Place In Tibia | Demons & Grims Oramond - Duration: 11:27.

Yo guys what's up

Welcome to my new video

Today I'll show You how to get acess

and how to hunt on Oramond Demons & Grims

Why I made this video?

We were hunting there today on live

and soo many people were asking

what is this place

and how to get there

So I decided to make a video

to help You know all about this place

I hope this will be helpfull

I know that not everybody are watching my stream

that's why I created this movie

to let You know how to make

a Demon Task quickly

and where U can go to

not a specially popular

Demons respawn

So If want get there

U have to make a acess

Quest that We will need

Is Called Dark Trails

and We need full team hunt

to make it done

but We need only first missions

We can make it alone

What You need to have when You are going there

firewall runes or energywall runes

because We've been walking on basement

Killing the monsters are not necesary

but that runes will help You to survive

Let's start on Oramond Depot

We're going to municipality

which is on the right side

Now We have to talk with NPC

Now We have to talk with NPC

Now We have to talk with NPC

After conversation

We are send to beggar

On our road to him

watch out for monsters

especialy when You have low lvl

Its important that if

You were never roots on Oramond

You have to do it before quest

but if You done this before

You dont have to do it again

Now We have to talk with NPC

Now We have to talk with NPC

Now We have to talk with NPC

Now We have to talk with NPC

Now We have to talk with NPC

Now We have to talk with NPC

Now We have to talk with NPC

Now We have to talk with NPC

After conversation

We have to go to The Beggar King

Now We have to talk with NPC

Now We have to talk with NPC

Now We have to talk with NPC

after conversation We are going for one of brothers

I recomend You Jacob

becouse it's easy to get there

becouse it's easy to get there

becouse it's easy to get there

If you were ever made a mission

from brothers, it's time to do in now

from brothers, it's time to do in now

I recomend a quest where

You have to repair a pipes

Firewalls and energywalls

can be helpfull here

We're trying to moving fast

and don't get a trap

we're using a pipes

quest will be done

when We fix 20 of theme

I think you don't have to looking for a spoilers

just looking for it on -3 and -2

every time when We rapair a pipe

you'll see a information

and when you'll see it 20 times

the quest is done

now we can go back

to one of the brothers

after conversation We receive a promotion

to demons and grims spot

now it's time to tell You

what We will need

against the monsters

Let me tell You what You'll need

remember, the demons are sensitive to cold

the ava runes will be the best

the ava runes will be the best

and grims are sensitive to fire

and energy

if You attack 3 mobs+

you should use thunderstorm runes

but when demons have a low hp

it's better to using ava to finish them

because They are sensitive to cold

Its better to use ava all the time

I hunt some in this place

thats why I think

ava runes its best idea

ava runes its best idea

because we can kill the grims quickly

but if You play paladin

grims will be killed faster

becouse paladin has a spells

which attack with holy

and grims are sensitive for that

We have a few possibilities

how we can hunt

We can exp with team hunt

or We can exp solo

We can kill them one by one

or We can kill them on the group

If You want kill them one by one

I think better place is on Yalahar or Endron

I think better place is on Yalahar or Endron

Because this place is recomended

for levels who can attack AOE

Some people in this place

are attacking monsters one by one

but in my opinion there is no sense

I don't recomend you come here

if You are before 200 level

but if you want to exp here

sumon will help you

If you are afraid

You can try with sumon for 15 minutes

and then without

If you can't do it

You can quickly leave this place

I will show you how

on the end of video

If you're going with team hunt

I think the minimum level is 150

When with 4 professions

You should do it

But don't be so sure

You have to be careful all the time

it happens that there are cases where

druid don't treat a knight of somethng

Obviously you can use pray

What's with imbuing?

Because you were asking about it too

It depend on profesion

if You play with druid etc

You know what imbuing You're using

or You don't

In my opinion everyone should have

a critical imbiung cause it's a base

How exp You can make?

And how much You can earn?

If You are with team hunt

there will be more exp

than when You go solo, obviously

Because if We are with team

We have a bonus and

We are killing more monsters

How You can see on my level

Exp came for 2 milion per hour

I think it's good but rememer

I had a green stamin

So exp pray was 150%

If It was a team hunt I think

We could have a 3 milion exp per hour

Let's talk about profit

What we can expect?

What we can expect?

Generally demons are a profit monsters

but remember

that we exp also with grims

unless we get nightmare blade

Everyting depend on our level

higher level means less expenditure

we've been making higher injuries

and we've been spending

less money for supplements

And best thing at all

we can quickly make a demon task

it's a task when

we have to kill 6666 demons

and that's why

demons and grims on Oramond

are one of the best place

in all Tibia

to make this quest

for today on my paladin

I killed about 1000 demons

If I'll made 6666

I'll get a item to start a quest

called Demon Oak

I'll show you this on youtube

When I'll do this for sure

If you can't do this quest

I leave you a spoiler

below in description

Hope I told you all

But if you have a questions

Leave the coment

Also we're making live stream

on this channel every day

So be my guest if you want

Sorry for mistakes in translation

It's my first time

I'll try to do it more professional

Leave a thumbs up if You like it

and subscribe for more

It's all for now

Thanks for watching, POW POW POW

5 Home Buyer Tips - Things To Know When Buying a Home - Duration: 7:57.

Hi everyone.

This is your Tampa Bay Realtor Lance Mohr and in this video, I want to go through five

great home buyer tips.

I get a lot of questions from home buyers across the country.

So instead of just answering one at a time.

I got some really, really good questions this week and I want to go over five of them with

you.

Alright, so let's start off with the first question.

The first question is what is the best advice you could give a first-time homebuyer?

The best advice I would tell you is to pick a really good real estate agent.

I did a video I'll put it up above on how to choose a great real estate agent but this

is so important because when you're buying your first home you don't really know what

questions to ask.

When I sit down with the first time homebuyer I always say or anybody for that matter what

questions do you have and a lot of times when people are buying their first home they don't

know what questions to ask because you've never done it before.

You don't know what you don't know.

You need someone who's been in the business.

Someone who's worked with a lot of first-time homebuyers because you need to have questions

answered before you even know what those questions are and if they're a really good realtor they're

going to have a great lender.

They're going to have a great home inspector and the whole process is going to be really

easy.

They're going to be walking you through the entire process.

So it is easy so it is fun.

So that's the best advice I could give you hire a really good real estate agent.

Do your due diligence and again watch the video I'll put above that will help you out

quite a bit.

The next question.

This is actually this is pretty funny.

How does a home across the street from a cemetery affect the property value and I laugh at that

because I've actually had this come up on a client one time?

He wanted to buy a home next to this Cemetery the Builder was building and he sort of liked

that idea and he asked me and I just I basically said don't do it because at the end of the

day it's going to be great 364 days of the year.

You know it's not going to be good at all.

The one day how it will be good because at the end of the day.

Perception is a reality.

People perceive being next to a cemetery is good luck or you know where there are problems

you won't sell it and if that's what they believe that's true.

I won't do it.

I would stay away from it.

People aren't going to like it.

You're not going to find a lot of buyers who do like it.

If you do find a buyer that wants to buy your home down the road they're going to know no

one else does and you're going to get a much lower price on it.

So I wouldn't do it.

Alright!

What are the pros and cons of buying a house without a down payment?

Wow!

You know the first thing when it comes to buying a home with it without a down payment

or buying a home in general.

You really need to sit down with someone.

A loan officer who's really good that's going to look out for your best interest.

That knows all the different options and goes over everything with you.

So obviously buying a home I guess without a down payment you know I would say this I

never think you should buy a home and deplete your savings.

I don't think that's a good idea.

I know a lot of people do that but I don't think that's a good idea at all.

So just make sure you're not in that situation.

You know one problem with buying a home without a down payment or even home with the low down

payment if you're going to have private mortgage insurance or you're going to have mortgage

insurance.

Mortgage insurance is FHA.

Private mortgage insurance is pretty much conventional if you're going on a VA loan

it's going to be a funding fee.

Unless you're a disabled vet than his wife but anyhow I'm so it's not a matter of buying

a home with the low down payment or buying a home with a high down payment or a little

down payment the end of the day when I was 20 years old I could have bought a home with

5% down.

My father told me I needed 20% down.

I saved like crazy for three years I saved up 20%.

I bought a home.

The home I was going to buy three years earlier outside of Los Angeles went up 90 thousand

dollars.

So we're in a good real estate market right now.

Home prices are rising.

Interest rates are going up.

So if you're going to buy now it's probably a pretty good time.

I won't be saving and saving and saving.

There's a lot of different programs out there.

There are bond money programs to help you.

If you're in a rural area USDA.

FHA's a low down payment program.

Conventional has a low down payment program.

Sit down.

Talk to your loan officer.

They should be able to give you some great guidance.

Let's see what is a good is is it a good time to buy a house?

I'm 29 years old should I wait?

Again I would say sit down with a loan officer I don't know your financial situation.

I don't know anybody's financial situation.

As a real estate agent, I have a fantastic loan officer here in Tampa Florida.

He could work through all throughout Florida but I don't go over people's credit scores

with them.

How much money they have in the bank how much money they're making every month.

What they spend their money on.

What are their respawn fee the credit cards or car payments?

I don't do that so I would sit down with a loan officer go over it with them again weren't

a good real estate market right now things are going up and up and up and up you don't

want to miss the boat.

So if you could afford it and you know you can't afford it don't buy that's how people

get themselves in trouble they buy things they can't afford.

So I would just say it's a great time to buy.

Home prices are going up, interest rates are going up but it's really between you and your

loan officer if it's a good idea I don't think any real estate agents are really going to

know.

So let's see what options exist for first-time homebuyers.

Well, there's a lot of options obviously.

If you're talking about the house.

If you're talking about the home you have a single-family house.

You have a townhome.

You have a condominium.

I mean obviously condominiums are usually the first choice but there's a lot of nice

condos out there just depending.

So again, hook up with a really good real estate but a lot of it takes place on the

lending side of it.

If you don't have great credit scores you know where what program do you go on?

FHA is pretty good for this.

If you don't have a lot of money as a down payment well there's like I said there are

different bond programs USAA, FHA has a low down payment.

If you're a veteran and you're eligible for a VA that's no money down.

There's a lot of good options out there more so for first-time homebuyers.

They can't really say this-this program or that program is for a first-time homebuyer

because then it would be discriminating against the non-first-time home buyers which you know

is it good.

So they don't want to do that so a lot of them have options which are primarily designed

for the first-time homebuyer and someone who's buying their first home.

That's it if you have any questions don't hesitate to leave them in the comments below

Sefa - Combining a Love for Frenchore & Classical Music | The Producer's Loft - Duration: 48:58.

Hello everybody, welcome to a new episode of 'The Producer's Loft'

Like all my Dutch videos, this will be fully subtitled

and I'm here today with Sefa

Hello! Thanks for having me

No problem

How are you doing?

I'm doing great! I have nothing to complain about.

You're quite young, even in comparison to me you are quite young.

You've been working in the Frenchcore scene for quite some time now. Why did you start with Frenchcore?

I started producing hardstyle when I was around 10 or 11.

Well actually, I started with hip hop first, but then I came across hardstyle.

I liked the energy and the rough edge around it. In my opinion that appeals more to emotions.

At a given moment I met DR Peacock and started listening to Frenchcore.

I like hardstyle but Frenchcore is faster and has a nice twist to it.

I also think that Frenchcore as a genre is better in transferring energy then hardstyle.

There are hardstyle tracks that have the same impact on me as Frenchcore tracks,

but Frenchcore is the ideal genre to lose yourself in the music.

So yes, I fell in love with it since I was 11.

In parts of the harder styles, producers are producing and experimenting with different genres

What is your opinion about that?

In my opinion experimenting is a good thing.

The most experimental things (like the psytrance hype last year), started because the audience always decides what we have to do.

Some producers say that they produce for themselves, but the audience is always right.

If you drop a psytrance kick into a track, 20% won't like it but most of the time you'll hear 'oooh' meaning 'this is amazing'.

Hypes like that come and go but some things have a lasting impact on a genre.

Some things wouldn't exist without experimenting.

Before 2006, hardstyle didn't contain any melody's or kicks switching from pitches.

Because of experimentation the genre grew so much because new things were added.

I'm totally for experimenting.

Some people don't like it or see it as hypes, for example the psytrance

but I'm for because you never know how you can improve a genre in that way.

I also experiment often.

Do you think you would ever produce in another genre?

I'm already producing in another genre.

I'm a great fan of melodic house so I'm working on that.

It's not serious but I have been doing it for a few years.

And of course Hardstyle, the genre I first started working on seriously.

But I don't think I will release a record under an alias because I'm 100% Frenchcore right now.

I want to make the genre my own an build it my own way.

So yeah, I also have a great passion for house and hardstyle.

Do you think that you want to do more with it in the future?

I'm doing so great in Frenchcore and I love the genre so much

that I don't want to share my attention with another genre like hardstyle or house

if I can give a 100% to this and stay with Frenchcore that way.

But who knows? If it isn't going that well in the future I could switch carriers.

You aren't just a producer but also a DJ. How do you put yourself on the map as a DJ?

Some DJ's are very good at mixing. They're busy with the turntables, buttons and effects.

I film my shows to look back at them later and to see how I can influence my audience even more.

I once did an interview with Hardcore News and they said that I was the sign language interpreter of music.

Meaning I go all out during my shows. Doesn't matter how long my set is. I'll divide my energy if I have to. I think that makes me distinctive.

Yes, also because you enjoy the music yourself.

Yes, but what I enjoy the most is the reaction I get from the audience.

It doesn't matter if I play in front of 15.000 people or just like Friday last week at Epic Heart in front of 300 or 400 people.

They sang along and knew my tracks. That's what I do it for. I enjoy it so much and then I'll go all out to.

I think it's the energy that I try to put in my sets

You also have pretty solid fanbase that grew a lot in a short period of time.

Do you know how that happened or did it just happen?

Well, some artists don't really interact with their fans.

I'm so thankful. I started a telegram and I'm active on Facebook and Instagram.

I try to answer all of my fans personally because I love them.

The telegram group is very intimate.

Fans get together at parties and sometimes I recognize them.

Sometimes I talk to them and say: 'Hey aren't you …?' and then they're like 'What?! How do you know my name?'.

I guess they think I'm a creepy stalker or something.

I just love them all so much. I think that that's the most beautiful thing about all of this.

I think social media makes it a lot easier these days, like keeping in touch with fans.

Yes it does. Before Facebook (before i was born, what a nice time haha)

you only saw artists on posters etc. and it was hard to interact with them.

Now you can go to someone's profile and send them a message. I love it. That's why I focus on social media.

Do you do it all by yourself?

Yes. I don't do things on YouTube like preparing posts, videos, writing video descriptions and uploading them,

so I can focus on personal interactions like answering messages and liking reactions.

I also write my own photo descriptions on Instagram and Facebook.

I think it's important to keep it that way. Even when I become an incredibly famous DJ (small chance).

Well if you keep going like this..

Ah well, I would keep doing the same.

I just love to interact with my fans and it gives me a lot of energy.

I assume you're in the studio a lot. Isn't it hard to divide your energy sometimes?

I'm in the studio all day. If something isn't working out I open up my Instagram an refresh.

Then I see the nice messages I get and that motivates me to keep going.

I also do this at night when I'm in bed.

Don't we all?

Well I don't have Netflix, so I answer messages at night. I find it more relaxing then Netflix.

Is it only positive?

Well sometimes it is negative, but when it's substantiated properly I don't have a problem with it.

Isn't it hard to deal with sometimes

If it only says: 'Sefa is bad' I think to myself: 'dude what are you doing'

but if it says something like 'it's better to do this' and they substantiate it properly, I only appreciate it.

I think it's important to think about the feedback you've been given and to not just ignore it.

And eventually do something with it?

Yes of course. I can't guarantee anything because sometimes it's an unpopular opinion so only 1% agrees.

But if I think they're right I try to do something with it.

However, most of it is positive and lovely. I'm very grateful

I can imagine. Earlier on 'The Producer's Loft' we discussed a significant sound

Do you think you have one and what is your opinion about it?

I think that the sound I developed myself was a big part of my growth.

It's the Frenchcore with melody's in it.

The happy melody?

It could be happy but I think the main aspect of my significant sound is my musicality in the genre.

Frenchcore used to be a kick and some nice sounds.

I really love those tracks like the old tracks but what I try to do is appeal to the emotions people have.

Every time I'm working on a track, I listen to it and act like I'm on the dancefloor to see if I'd dance to it or not.

So I do have the feeling that I have a significant sound and it took me quite a while to develop it.

When I just started, Frenchcore was uniform.

Peacock played around with sound a little but the rest of it was just fast and 'I hate the society'.

So I had to work on it slowly and I'm very happy that I can work with a lot of melodies and people accept me.

I was in Italy yesterday and I saw people crying. I hope it was because they liked my music haha.

'I'm hating this so much'.

That's what I do it for, that's the goal of my sound

That was quite an adventure you had in Italy wasn't it?

Yes! I also posted that it would've been nice if there was a reception so I could get out of the hotel without having to climb a fence and seeing myself on CTV after.

I thought they were looking for me.

Do you come across more of these crazy things?

I'm very happy that almost everything in other countries is sorted very well.

I catch a flight, get picked up at the airport and brought to my hotel.

So Italy was an exception.

I did however come across a sign at Defqon saying 'Sefa, please date my sister' or people who give me their numbers.

Doesn't really have to do with music and people can go pretty far

Luckily I don't really have experiences with crazy things. On the other hand it would've been funny.

I'm happy it usually goes smoothly, especially in another country, I do end up in suspicious clubs

No ventilation, murky walls. But the people are loving it and that's the important thing

Is performing in other countries different from performing over here?

Every country has their own culture.

In South-France they go out of their minds.

In Germany they either go out of their minds or they're very modest.

In Austria there's only a small group that listens to Frenchcore so they have a very unique scene.

In Switzerland they're a little high class and modest.

I like the diversity in every country, but the Netherlands is still my favourite.

Some DJ's say that Dutch people don't go all out like people in France or Spain

because they have party's like this every week. Maybe it has something to do with me,

but I think they party just as hard in The Netherlands, maybe even harder.

For me The Netherlands is the best country for parties

You have worked on a lot of collabs for the last period. Can we expect more of you?

Yes. I'm collaborating with Jorrit from D-Sturb right now

I've been planning to work together with more artists that aren't from Frenchcore genre.

I did a lot of things in the Frenchcore genre like collaborating with Dr. Peacock.

I will keep on collaborating with him. We are friends and have good chemistry.

I also made some tracks with a.o.Crypton, which was amazing

but I really want to focus on diversity right now.

I want to start approaching some people from the hardstyle scene.

I don't want them to stay on 150 bpm but stimulate them to put their track on 200 bpm.

For instance, I liked the leads, melody and the sound of D-sturb already, but we've changed the bpm of our song to 200 and it sounds even better.

I think that by collaborating, you can get some nice influences from each other. Especially from other styles.

Yes totally. What I did with Rooler, a real RAW artist; gearbox, screeches, hard kicks, even some weird kicks

Some people would think 'huh? what is this?'

But because we sat together in a studio, and didn't work together through internet, which I think is very important,

you can't really stimulate each other in that way and one ends up doing the most work

but when you're together you can see each other's reaction and you can stimulate each other and create the most beautiful things.

'Survive the Streets' totally blew up.

That was really a hype.

Yes. We actually sat together in a studio.

If we made the track via an internet connection, it wouldn't have been the same.

That's why I think that's so important.

Where do you get your inspiration from?

If people listen to my music and dissect it, they can see that my inspiration comes from classical music.

It's really weird in the hardcore scene. Most people think 'what the fuck? does that dude really listen to classic music?'

Yes and especially for your age.

Yes. I had an independent development in music.

I never listened to the radio. My mother was into hip hop. I didn't like hip hop that so I looked up music myself.

For all the hip hop artists that are watching this: I do love you! Hip-hop is just not my kind of music.

So, I did some research to find out what I really like.

I really love melodic sounds, like Bach who makes a mathematical sum out of his music

Next to the feeling you can get from some classical pieces.

A lot of my 'hits' are based on classic music, like 'Follow' and 'Survive the Streets'.

The melody in 'Survive the streets' are actually just Bach.

I could look up a part of it and you could hear it's exactly the same.

I really like that. And also, the components are dead for a while so I won't be violating any copyright laws.

Maybe I should be using Bach too then

I get a lot of inspiration out of classical music.

I have this playlist on spotify which I listen to when I go to sleep, place my phone next to my face, and then I'll wake up well rested

Feels like I slept double the time I did. I do this at bookings to so I'm well rested even if I sleep two hours only

Pop music inspires me because it's catchy and there's a formula behind it.

Although I don't want to work as static like they do in pop music. Some of my melodies are cheesy but I think that is okay.

So I listen to pop music sometimes. Not because I like it but because I wonder how they make their music

On Harmony you were playing the piano. Could you tell us more about that?

Did you start playing it at an early age?

I had one piano lesson in my life and I didn't like it at all.

One and a half year ago I started playing the piano, which is quite recent

I was producing and I always had this mini keyboard

and I thought to myself 'what am I doing? I'm making melodies by tapping on a screen.'

At that time I thought that tapping on a screen is not what a real musician does.

So I started replaying my melodies on the keyboard with one hand. With a lot of effort I learned to play with two hands.

I had to train my brain for that as well.

I saw some videos of people who were improvising and the effect of that was so nice that I wanted to do that as well.

When you improvise you can come up with a new melody every 10 minutes which results in unending entertainment.

So I started improvising a lot and learning a lot of chords

and a lot of the melodies I have with arose because of that.

I just press record, improvise for half an hour

and I record the midi, which are the musical notes I can edit later on ,

and most of the time the end result is something I really like.

I think I accomplished this in one and a half year, same goes for playing at Harmony and Defqon

because making music is my life and I don't just practice & produce an hour a day

That speeds up the process a lot. I love it and that's why I do it.

What can we expect from you in the future?

A lot of music and hopefully great sets.

I recently got the task to make an anthem which I am very proud of since I won't be making it for a small party.

So in the near future you can expect a nice anthem from a big party.

I will try my best to make it great.

Of course I always try to give my best but I'm really going to sit down for this and go over it a lot.

Are you going to do things differently while making the anthem?

Yes. You get some guidelines which limit me to do stuff and they'll send me a voiceover

If these voices are about mass murder I can't make a happy tune - Well you could..

So I'll be limited to some options but I'm still going to try to be creative

and when they tell me the song isn't good after I send it to them I'll start all over again.

I will always try to use my creative mind

You can also expect some nice performances in the future like Defqon.

I was booked on the yellow stage and now I'll be performing at the black stage,

which is a huge extreme hardcore tent so I'm really looking forward to that.

I'm also going to Ibiza and to Hard Island which I'm really looking forward to.

I never had a pool party setting and I'll be performing at the Viva la Frenchcore boat.

Really cool

I'll also be performing at Dominator and all the parties where I perform.

I'm also very happy that they are booking me at better time schedules.

Last year I had an opening set or the second set, and this year I'll perform at better time periods.

Even so it was really busy and amazing but now it'll be better.

I'm hoping it won't get to crowded but I assume that the area will be big enough.

Last year I had some performances, for instance Harmony where a big part of the crowd was standing outside of the tent.

I saw your vlog from Masters of Hardcore indeed,

At Masters of Hardcore I didn't even go inside because I thought to myself 'I'll see him perform next time. I'm not going into this huge crowd.'

You were like 'Yeah we're going to Sefa!!' 5 seconds later: 'It's way too busy so we're going to …'

I'm sorry!

I thought to myself 'nevermind!'

It's really fun though

And positive for you!

Also a reason to call the organisation and tell them: 'It was pretty full in the tent..

Isn't it possible to go to the next level and go bigger.' But I'll be patient.

I'm so grateful that they book me at the parties while I'm 17 and I'm performing at festivals like Dominator.

Yes you can't even attend the parties because of your age?

Yes because they're all 18+. It was even worse at Defqon cause at that time I was 16.

Luckily they aren't that strict so they allowed me to go onto the terrain.

But at Dominator I'll be 18 and I'll finally be able to get in legally.

I'm so happy they didn't restrict me because of my age.

I also wanted to attend Thunderdome and they wouldn't let me. It's a different story if they had booked me.

80% Of the parties where they book me are 18+.

Yes nowadays almost all of them are 18+.

Yes but a lot are still 16+ as well such as Viva la Frenchcore

Yes but a lot are still 16+ as well such as Viva la Frenchcore

I already got in when I was 15. I'm hoping the police is not going to watch this interview.

Me neither, they will arrest you for sure this time

Police officers: Thanks for all the love!

But yeah I'm really excited for all the parties where I'm going to perform.

I once heard that underage DJ's who where booked at shows had to be supervised by their parents.

Did your parents have to supervise you?

Well my parents came to the first parties where I performed but they told me that I could go by myself in the future

because they didn't like the music. Which I understand

I don't need supervision anymore but when I go to foreign countries I have a guide, a tour manager or someone I know really well who travels with me.

I like the company because otherwise I'll be alone at my hotel room counting the hours.

I also like to explore the town and go to restaurants because sometimes I go to nice cities like Paris.

Do you have the time to explore?

Most of the time I don't.

Just in and out?

I always try to explore but for instance in Italy I arrived at 10 pm and they picked me up the next day at 09:30 so I couldn't really explore Turin.

I could climb over a fence though.

So most of the time I don't have the time to explore.

But I was in Australia for 7 days so I had plenty of time to see all of Sidney with public transport and see Bondi beach

At Hard Island I will also have some time to relax on the beach because I'm not booked for all 5 days of my stay.

I will also have a bungalow where I can relax over there.

I love that, but still it's always about my performance so I focus on that

I don't mind the fact that I don't have time to explore the city like when I was in Turin.

It's about the performance

I love the parties better than the city itself

Aren't you really tired when you travel that much?

No not really

Oh you just listen to your classical music and relax.

It helps. I don't drink so that helps. I haven't touched any alcohol in my life.

I don't feel like having a hangover the next day. I also think you have to stay away from drugs.

People have to do what they feel like as long as they are save. - I agree

I just think that a professional DJ should behave like a professional.

I've seen some artists backstage who were under the influence and were trying to speak to the organisation

and I thought to myself 'nooo what are you doing' so I don't do it myself either.

During the performance: drugs like speed or cocaine could work because of the energy you get from it but it's not my thing

I like to keep control over myself and keep my body healthy, that's why I don't do it myself.

And it's also nice to not have a hangover the next day.

In Italy I slept for two hours before catching my flight and I was still able to wake up, drink some water and go to the airport.

That's the reason I don't really drink anymore or do drugs, so I wake up fresh the next morning.

Yes so you can wake up the next morning an go to work and try your best again

If people can do that while they drink and do drugs it's up to them.

I don't judge people because they drink or do drugs.

I won't tell them drugs are bad, I don't want to limit anyone, do what you want

but some drugs are illegal though so be careful.

If the police is actually watching ...

Yes I did say I don't really agree sooo

I'm curious about your studio so we'll be taking a look to see how you make music.

Going to tingle a bit I think

Yes, let's do this!

I'm curious about all the things you have over here.

Well first I'd like to say: Welcome to my studio. This is where the magic happens.

I have my computer, my hard drive, the xbox I never use because I used to be a gamer but I have better stuff to do now.

Sorry

I have a big tv screen. I think it's really important to have one so I don't need to divide my attention to 2 or 3 screens.

That's why I only have one big screen.

Two KRK subwoofers. These are used very often in studios.

I'm thinking of switching, which are more expensive but are high quality.

I've been using these from the day I started making Frenchcore so they're 5 or 6 years old. I made my first EP on them

You can see that because of the white stains. I spilled some milk on everything here.

I thought I had put the cap on the bottle and I shook it and I spilled it everywhere.

Very handy

I also have a soundcard and things which aren't important to mention right now.

I also have a great studio desk which my grandmother got me for my birthday. Thanks grandma.

Uh or did I get it from someone else? I don't know. Let's say I got it from my grandmother.

It actually just appeared in front of my door.

Now the most important thing:I also have keyboards everywhere. This one is the most important because it transfers to my computer right away.

I have a piano project that records everything I play on the piano.

You have a special project? - Yes

I record my improvisations in it

So like I said before, I press record, start playing and something good will come from it

I edit it and make a track out of it.

This is the part of the whole process that I love the most. So as you can see I have a lot of long clips with ideas in it. Like this.

So this is what you improvised?

Yes, but I do edit it. It looks like I drew it in but I haven't

That's very out of tune

I didn't edit this yet

So I'll just play something.

With extra pressure

Yep, extra pressure. Sorry in advance if you hear some false notes.

So that is an example from what I record. What I just played stays in my head, it was something like this:

I like how it sounds so I will try to make a melody out of it.

So that's how I work on my melodies

I have a lot of instruments over here. Some vague flute pipe organ which sounds like this:

So that's how I make my melodies. I don't draw them I just play it on the piano.

You might think why I have more than one

I see a flute

Yes a little pan flute. Please don't put this in. Or whatever just do it

I bought this piano to practice with heavier keys for Defqon because I'm used to a keyboard which has light keys.

I think it sounds worse but that's because I adjusted the other keyboard to my computer and altered the sound. This it was this sounds like:

So this piano has heavier keys and other sounds. I also have a violin on this.

Over here is the instrument I'm very happy about. It's 50 years old.

I made the track Follow, and in the break I used a sound which I stumbled on while scrolling through sounds.

I fell in love with it so I had to buy this instrument myself.

It looks amazing as well

This is the resonance box which you can open. It makes an amazing sound.

This is Follow:

It has to be tuned again because the low octaves don't sound so well, but the high octaves sound really nice.

This instrument makes me so happy I play it for almost the whole day.

It really makes an amazing sound.

These instruments aren't produced a lot anymore

so you have to pay a lot to get one. I got this one from Marktplaats (Dutch ebay).

Nicee!

So this is my studio where I spend all day.

I'm not in school anymore. I finished general secondary school and I tried a pre-university education but I couldn't combine it with producing.

So I took a gap year to focus on music. I'm very happy so far with what has been achieved

I don't start producing right away after waking up,

I go to the gym in the evening during weekdays and I spend the rest of my time over here.

If I could have my dinner over here I would. I love this spot.

I have more instruments in here than most producers' studios. It's a big part of my creative process.

So yeah - I love it

Should I play the whole track?

Yes show us a part of it.

I never turn it up that loud. I'll start at the break.

This is really a summer track. So this is the outro which is fast again and a screech.

So that's the track. We can see what we can do with it

This is an example of how my tracks look like.

The intro must be good and hard, a dry kick

To make people dance

Oh sorry that's the reverb of the kick

the break can be happy and uplifting, but you need something you feel like dancing on.

You need a hard kick and a good dark atmosphere with a screech.

You need that contrast in the song.

Otherwise it's not Frenchcore anymore but UK hardcore or something like that, when the whole track is just happy

This is a typical lead sound for me.

It's named restyle but that's because I used it for the Get it cracking remix.

I had the original tracks and I wanted to reconstruct the lead of Get it cracking

but it's made in Virus which is a huge box with buttons so I reconstructed it in Sylenth1

All producers can copy my settings if they want to.

This is a saw. You build up the voices. If you put 'voices' on 1 and turn detune off you get something like this.

If you turn detune on again and put voices on 8 (the highest setting) you can get 8 individual voices who are detuned,

meaning that they go a little off tone. It creates a nice whole sound.

It's a typical lead they use in hardstyle. We call it a saw lead because it's made of a saw waveform.

You can also make it square

Which sounds like this. I like the saw sound more.

This is the effect chain on this track. I'll turn them all of so you can hear what their purpose is.

I'll explain it step for step

This is the lead without effects.

It sounds very different.

Yes very bare.

The first thing I do is add an equalizer and some high frequencies, some freshness

My computer is having a hard time.

It's very subtle. I don't know if your camera can record it.

Then I have an effect track, which is an effect, which you can divide in separate chains

This is a chain with a Ping-Pong chain delay

You hear the Ping-pong delay now, which is a bit of a resonance

It makes it wider, more broad

Then there's a reverb and a saturator and a compressor, and this is the outcome:

Then I use another equalizer to get the bass out of it.

Having bass in a lead and in a kick doesn't work together because it sounds like war in a track.

So this is my effect chain which makes it sounds bigger and better

When I turn it off you get this:

Without delay:

Without reverb:

With reverb:

That are actually the two things which make it sound more tight.

The saturator enables the sound to come to the foreground.

I don't know how to explain it to people who don't make music so I'll show it to you.

It just sounds better, more awesome

With leads it's very important to layer them.

It's the same but 12 tones lower then the rest to give it more body.

Again the same chain but just an octave lower

Assisting chords are also very important because the song will seem unfinished without.

Again, very low, so it doesn't sound boring or bare

I like to think of this sound as the sound I'll here when I die. When everything is white around you and then you'll hear this:

It's a sample from some kind of choir. And then: a clap

The sounds don't sound special individually but when there put together they need to be whole and sound nice together.

Nice kick, build it up

You could say 'he has 65 tracks, he's doesn't know what he's doing and is just throwing some sounds together.'

But everything is aligned. So the leads don't need bass so the kick can't fight with it.

The percussion can't have bass either because of the same thing.

You have to figure out what to make mono or very wide. Mono sounds like this:

Wide sounds like this:

It's supposed to be aligned together. That's very important. That's pretty much this track.

Then my kick: 'Sefa how do you make your kick?'. I really don't know. This is the kick I made in another project.

You can see there is a punch, after that you need a bass so you can feel it itch at a party.

This is really important. I call it the zoom.

A Frenchcore kick always consists out of a punch, a zoom, a tail or whatever you want to call it.

People laugh at me when I call it a zoom so I'll call it a tail from now on.

So a punch needs to consist out of a pock and a bass so you can feel it and the zoom gives you the last push.

It consists out bass (the waves you see) with character around it.

When you hear it live it feels like it's going through you which is super important.

This effect consists out of a reverb chain build out of a compressor with a side chain to the kick.

I can also speak Arabic if you understand that better than this?

I can handle it for now.

A side chain means that the reverb doesn't play when the kick plays. That sounds like this:

You get that resonance when the kick stops. The reverb fills up the empty parts.

It breathes

You can hear it well here:

That's how my kicks work

And about the kickrolls: I don't just put kick rolls in my song, it has to give you energy.

It's very important that people want to keep dancing

Okay, that is the big picture of the track.

I told you about the melody, the kicks, what's important in a track like the build-up.

This is where I introduce the melody to the people and 8 bars later I turn it into this:

You want people to be sad when you pause the track.

Exactly

People want to hear the kick over here cause everything in the song goes up which gives you energy.

The white noise goes up as well.

Everything gives you energy and it has to break lose over here:

That energy has to be a whole. Otherwise you get a terrible sound and nobody wants that.

So that's the bigger picture of how I build my tracks.

How long does it take you to make this?

This is a collab with Mr. Ivex so he made most of the melody and send it to me.

You wouldn't say that cause it sounds like me. - Yes it really does sound like you.

Yes Mr. Ivex and me have a sound that's really corresponding.

The song took me about three days to make all of this:

So that's minus the melody and all the sounds. It took me three days to put it together and make it sound good.

Thank you so much for watching!

I loved seeing your studio, I really like the way your studio looks.

I keep saying that I'm going to learn how to play the piano myself but I still didn't. Maybe in the future.

This Is Embarrassing! Real Life Stories (and what I learned from them) | RMRS - Duration: 7:38.

This Is Embarrassing! Real Life Stories [0:00:00]

Here's the deal, gents.

In today's video, I'm going to be sharing with you embarrassing stories from my life.

Why?

Because embarrassment, anxiety, the fear of inadequacy has held me back many times in

life.

Hopefully you can take at least one tip and you can apply it to your life to become the

man you know yourself to be.

[Music] So first up, this embarrassment this does

not define you as a human being.

I was so embarrassed growing up of where I lived.

I lived in the small old beat up trailer and I had this tiny room I shared with my brother.

It had holes in the floor.

I didn't want anyone knowing where I lived.

And the most embarrassing moment ever was whenever I was a senior in high school and

I was on the football team and these cheerleaders came to decorate my place.

Somehow they got a hold of my mom and she allowed them in the house and she thought

it was a great idea.

I remember coming home and I was so embarrassed because I really liked one of the cheerleaders.

I felt that she would – I would never be good enough for her.

Guys, don't let your circumstances, don't let these feelings of inadequacy they are

not you.

You are so much more.

So, my next tip for overcoming embarrassment, become a time traveler.

And by that, I mean imagine yourself in the future, looking at yourself now with the decision

you need to make.

One is the easy one, one is the hard one and it's embarrassing.

Well, in the future how are you going to feel if you choose the easy one?

No, you're not going to feel good, you're going to regret making the wrong choice.

So, that feeling of regret is incredibly strong.

And I'm going to apply to me, whenever I wanted to talk and approach women, it was

something that, ah, I just can't do it.

I'll be so embarrassed if she says no.

But think about, well, what if you never find out, what if that could have been an amazing

relationship.

So now, that you know the time traveler tip, imagine how you would deal with this situation.

So, you're about to take a vacation with a woman you've been dating for the last

couple of months.

You guys are going from just you know a relationship to getting more serious and you're heading

off to the Bahamas.

So, you're going to be spending a lot of time, normally you only see her over the weekends.

Now, there is a secret you've been hiding and that is you've got ED – erectile dysfunction.

This is something that you're okay over the weekend, but, gosh, a full week?

You know how are you going to be able to – how are you going to perform?

And you are worried you're stressing out about this.

What decision should you make?

Should you actually go through the embarrassment of seeing a doctor and talking and actually

making this happen or just wing it?

You know it's like what – what decision are you going to go with?

The answer?

Well, it's actually a trick question because the paid sponsor of today's video, Roman,

they are changing the way that men deal with ED.

Guys, this is the easiest, most convenient, the simplest way to be able to deal with you

ED online.

You can actually interact with a US physician.

You send them your details your information and they will prescribe you and get you the

medication you need so that you can avoid embarrassment that you can actually have a

great time on this trip.

Guys, erectile dysfunction is a big deal.

Statistically, 52% of men in their life will suffer from it.

This negatively affects your confidence, it affects your relationships.

And, guys, if you've got a problem, find a way to fix it.

Don't let embarrassments stand in your way from taking action to live the life you want.

Guys, I'm linking to GetRoman down in the description of this video with that special

link, it gives you a month free.

Guys, take action, don't let embarrassment hold you back.

My next tip for dealing with embarrassment, take ownership.

When you screw up when you mess things up when it's your fault, be accountable to

yourself.

Be responsible and say that is on me.

So, my friend Sean let me borrow his car, his family's car.

I'm driving around, I went on a date, and I hit another car.

Now, I didn't see any damage, I thought it was all fine.

We exchanged a little bit of information, but guess what?

I did not tell Sean, I did not take ownership for that mistake and within a week his family

is asking, hey, what is going on here?

We just got, you know, contacted from the insurance company, the other guy is claiming

something, what's the story?

I was so embarrassed.

And I should have – it would have been a lot better if I had been proactive.

And, yes, they understood and they were just happy that I wasn't hurt.

They're good people, but I did lose a bit of their trust because I was so embarrassed.

Take ownership of your mistakes.

Tip number four to avoid embarrassment, learn from it and learn ways to avoid it in the

future.

So, I lit a fire in my backyard.

Yeah, we were just, you know, burning some wood.

I left it unattended and guess what?

I then lit an entire swamp.

I burnt like it had to be like probably 20 acres near my house that was not my land.

And guess who came out?

The volunteer fire department.

And I was so embarrassed.

I owned up to it, but I also realized you can never leave fire unattended.

I know this, I should have known it, but you know I've got excue, oh, I went checking

on my kids.

No, I should have been there with the hose the entire time.

You've got learn from your mistakes, otherwise if you keep repeating the same thing, come

on.

Yeah, learn from your mistakes, get better, improve.

My next tip for getting past embarrassment, realize it could have been a lot worse – a

lot worse.

So, I love leather soles.

The problem with leather soles when something is wet, they are slick.

[0:04:58] I'm going down some stairs a few years back

and I slipped and I fell right on my butt.

And I was so thankful that I did not hit my head because I could have had a serious head

injury.

I could have knocked myself out, but, I was embarrassed.

I had to go change my clothing.

I think I even tore those trousers.

But you know what?

I did not have a serious injury.

So, guys count your lucky stars when you're embarrassed because it can always be worse.

Next up, put yourself in the viewers perspective and realize how trivial this embarrassment

or this feeling of inadequacy is because when it comes down to it most people are concerned

with themselves, their own worries their own problems everything going on in their life.

And if you see someone trip and fall on their face, I'm not laughing at them.

This happened to us in Ukraine.

I was with my Yuri and we see a woman just trip and fall.

And he was – we took care of her.

I mean you – it's decency, it's being a human being.

It's not about being – and that takes me to the last tip about being perfect.

You've got to get a way and I think as you age as you mature you realize how imperfect

we are.

You're going to fall, you're going to make mistakes, but it's about being able

to get back up.

What you want is and what I would be embarrassed of is not even trying to improve.

Getting back to my early point, guys, about you are not your circumstances you are not

your embarrassments.

All of us deal with this embarrassment with this anxiety at some points in our life.

Hopefully you can find one of these tips you can use some of these information to improve

your life.

It's about picking yourself up and continuing forward.

Whoa!

Whoa!

We're not done yet, guys.

I want to hear from you down on the comments.

What do you think of this video?

Could I make it better?

And I want to hear some of your stories.

Maybe you've got some embarrassing stories like, Antonio, your stuff I'm going to put

to shame.

And you put it down there and you tell us how you use this to become stronger, how to

become a better man.

That's what I love to hear, guys.

If you know of a man that can use this information, please pass it along maybe give this video

a thumbs-up a like.

And, guys, if you're suffering from ED, go check out Roman.

Again, I'm linking to them down in the description.

That's going to be GetRoman.com/RMRS.

It's a great company, guys.

I spoke with the founder, I love what they're doing helping men get over one of the most

embarrassing things that can happen to a guy.

It really affects your confidence and for them to make this great service, I love the

value they're bringing.

So, guys, I'm linking to them down in the description and that's it.

Take care.

I will see you in the next video.

All right?

Bye.

I'm not who I think I am.

I'm not who you think you I am.

But I am who I think you think I am.

Does that make sense?

Basically, again, step away from the looking glass, gentlemen.

Do not – you've got to develop that confidence that inner strength so that you can become

the man you know yourself to be.
