New Earth — Your Creative Choice! - Duration: 6:26.
New Earth??Your Creative Choice! by DAVID NOVA.
We have come upon a moment in history, a turning of the tides, a reflection of self as all
mirrors lead to the light that was within us all along. We are learning as a co-creative
species that there is indeed more to this matter than the density once taught to us
in outdated text books at schools. We have begun to understand the dualistic nature of
reality, the fabric of space time and the bending of light forms at will to create what
feels more abundant, joyful and loving.
Yet there is still alignment to fear, struggles, abandonment, jealousy, judgment, hate, anger,
greed, envy, frustrations, resentment, attachments, neediness, expectations and STORY.
The break away is the simplistic answers that spirit continues to download in a multiple
of different tones, messages, languages and activations.
The answers are no more complex than needing to understand a childrens book for five
year olds yet we seek to complicate and over analyse the solutions by focussing on the
problems.
We cannot solve old paradigm problems by dealing in old paradigm solutions??for they are
not solutions at all they are waves of encodement designed to go round the karmic loop and get
caught up in the ideals the answers need to be more complex than what they truly are.
The New Earth that you so feel to be true in your hearts, your being the essence of
who you are is HERE. Its ready NOW and it takes these key simple, easy pathways to
align to the shift of focus long enough to feel the different energies occurring within
your holographic experience.
Take your perception away from the dense carbon based being that your old self is ascending
away from??in this moment take a breath and allow yourself to FEEL light, FEEL love,
FEEL joyful, FEEL abundant. It does not matter if your mind/ego is telling you to think
otherwise just for a moment tap into that creative part of yourself. The child that
used to play all day long and imagine all sorts of wonderful things. You could imagine
you were a pop star, a artist, a chef. What other games did you play when you were younger
for no other reason other than to play and experience what it FEELS like to create, play,
dance, skip and sing?
So for this moment??Use your imagination and imagine yourself in your New Earth??what
are the things you would be doing?, what conversations would you be choosing to have? what elements
would you add in to feel joyful in this moment of your created reality?.
Our biggest block is we continue to imagine using outdated creations that are still running
in simulation??AKA our outer world, we perceive the lack and scarcity that is already
here as a marker of what we could call in and create??old problems = old solutions
= still old problems.
To shift your awareness, your focus to what is NOT here but align to that feeling you
know to be so true in your heart??I feel it is there for you or you would not have
found articles like this one designed to activate that piece.
New Paradigm??Our New Earth is created on solutions??and stepping into the energy
of receiving to allow the aligned pieces to come into motion and fruition.
Its a beautiful game of letting go, creating space, forgiveness, surrendering, imagination,
trust, creativity, alignment, knowing, planting seeds, allowing growth, allowing the experience,
allowing the journey ton unfold, letting go of control, patience and then holding the
space to truly receive.
It starts with you right HERE right NOW in this moment??what are you choosing to focus
on?, what are you choosing to think about? and what choices are you making based on lack/fear
or instead what solutions are you focussing on by aligning to your creative zone of genius?
your play, your adventurer, your knowing and most importantly to your heart?.
Every day you can wake up and set your intentions
Every day you can wake up and tune into your heart
Every day you can align to love through feeling
Every day you can ground and connect to Gaia
Every day you can call Source to yourself
Every day you can let go of thoughts which do not serve
Every day you can make ethical consumer choices
Every day you can make ethical banking choices
Every day you can align to the truth you always have a choice
Every day you can take a moment to pause, breathe and align back to your heart
Every day you can allow the mystery of the journey to unfold without control
Every day you can send love to a stranger
Every day you can be the person you came here to be??in THIS moment NOW by opening your
heart
Every day you can align to New Earth??to feel your connection to all that you aspired
to create in your holographic reality that manifested into physical form.
That place you seek is HERE??as you continue to shift your perspective you shift your reality,
you give out what you want to receive. There is no more waiting for this shift its HERE
NOW. This is your grounding, the start, middle and end for it always comes back to the heart
and piece by piece watch your entire universe shift in resonance to the expanded love that
you share so freely through joy.
Every day align to the thought, sensations of what it would FEEL like to step into the
energy of joy, abundance and love simply by shifting your focus from the old paradigm
problems to the solutions of your New creative Earth.
Its all HERE ready for you and these steps, breathe by breathe things will shift for you,
you will make quantum jumps into the unlimited potentials of your ascending crystalline light
form.
Play, its all here for you.
All my love,
Zoe Davenport

Curing Blindness Can Only Take 5 Minutes, Thanks to This Revolutionary Method - Duration: 5:13.
Eyes are incredible and complex creations.
To see, light is focused by the cornea, passes through a clear lens and is encoded by the
retina, which sends electrical impulses to the brain.
But if you have a cataract, proteins on the lens start to cloud together, creating blurry
vision.
For over 20 million people, this is how they see the world.
Cataracts are the leading cause of blindness globally.
"Blindness affects your life expectancy.
You become a hangout, you become an appendage for the family.
And then you become an economic burden."
But thanks to a revolutionary surgical method, sight can be restored in just under five minutes.
The small incision surgery is generally a very cost effective, and simple manual technique
to remove cataract and still give the patient comparable results.
For over 20 years, Dr. Sanduk Ruit pioneered a surgical method and his team of doctors
have performed over 600,000 surgeries.
In just five minutes, surgeons make a tiny incision in the eye, remove the cataract and
insert an artificial lens.
Dr. Ruit's goal is to rid the world of treatable blindness with this quick and affordable method,
and today he's doing just that.
Tucked away in the mountains of Nepal, crowds of prospective patients are waiting their
turn for an eye exam.
They've traveled long distances and across challenging terrain to the Tilganga Institute
of Ophthalmology, a nonprofit clinical eye facility founded by Dr. Ruit.
"Every time we see a bigger line we tend to increase the stations inside, and there
are more doctors, more staff who are working now."
Born in Nepal, Dr. Ruit has dedicated his life's work to bringing cost-effective,
hospital grade care to the world's poorest regions.
"It's a beautiful moment.
Every moment when the patches come off, when you see the smile on the patient's face, it's
always very nice, it's this ticklish feeling.
It charges your battery and makes you work harder."
Dr. Ruit and his team have established mobile surgery camps in North Korea, China, Bhutan,
and Ethiopia, training local medical professionals and treating as many patients as possible.
"Tilganga has been a front-runner in delivering this high quality surgery at places where
there are no health facilities."
Dr. Ruit's game changing surgical method comes down to a small incision and an affordable
intraocular lens.
The lenses are manufactured in a state of the art fabrication lab, and they cost just
$4 each.
These lenses typically cost $100 in the developed world.
"These are highly special plastic materials that you put and have no reaction in the eye
at all."
The lab produces about 350,000 lenses annually and sells them to over 60 countries.
"In West, most of the medical bills are very expensive, and partly because the state
and the people can pay for it.
And here, we have to make it cost effective because people can't pay for it."
Inside the hospital, Dr. Ruit and his team are preparing for the day's surgeries.
"The whole idea of the small incision surgery is to make the wound self-sealing, and the
idea of making a wound self-sealing is to have an external opening and an internal opening
at two different planes.
You go and make a tunnel and have internal opening in another place, make an opening
into the cataract.
Once the cataract has come out, it's more like a boiled egg.
The yellow of the egg is the nucleus, which you take out now, and then you go in and remove
the rest of the white of the egg.
And you have the shell of the egg on the back, which you have to intentionally keep intact.
And on the shell of the egg, you put the intraocular lens.
The intraocular lense will allow you to focus and not, not leave you long-sighted.
There are many instances where it changes the life of the person.
The things that we have done here in Nepal, especially in Tilganga, which has caused some
revolution in public health of ophthalmology.
Cataract surgeries, and of that, probably 15 million wouldn't have been able to get
this surgery done if an organization like us hadn't done this kind of homework.
So now they can get it done so the impact you can see.
They can have this kind of surgery, cost effectively, the number of surgeries can go up.
So I think that, it has a great public health impact."

Practical Tips to Stop Kids from Whining | Parenting A to Z - Duration: 9:33.
Hey hey, my friend! Welcome to Parenting A-to-Z! I'm Kelly Bourne and this week
we're digging right into whining! How to deal when our kids whine. We're gonna
look at why they whine in the first place, I've got a little 3-step system
you can use in the moment to deal with your kids whining, and then some
proactive steps you can take moving forward to lessen the amount of whining
you're finding yourself dealing with on a daily basis. Cuz man, it's like
nails on a chalkboard sometimes, right?! It can drive you a little bit batty!
So grab your cup of coffee and we'll get right to it!
Oh man! Whining can be so
hard to deal with! It can just grate. That voice, it can just
grate. And it's not only the voice, it's that feeling of kind of being
manipulated. Like they're only doing this to get what they want. And guess what?!
Nine times out of ten, that's exactly what they're "using" the whining for. It's
just really a means to an end for them, because they've learned
somewhere along the line that if I use this voice and if I don't let up, mum and
dad are gonna cave. They're gonna cave. It's all gonna come falling right
into my hands. I know, our kids are little geniuses! They really are little
geniuses. So when it comes to squashing the whining, it's just keeping that in
mind. That when our kids are doing this, all they're really doing is taking a
misguided way to get to get their goal met, whatever it is. If they want
something, or if they need something, or if they want to talk to you, whatever it
is, whining is their ticket to getting what they want. So for us, it's just
helping them get what they want through cooperative means and then they'll leave
the whining in the dust. Cuz it'll no longer be useful. So that's our main job
if we want to get rid of the whining. We need it to stop being useful for our
kids. So the way that I like to deal with this is kind of like a three-part system.
So right off the top, when you find yourself first dealing with whining, like
this is a really new onset behaviour, first and foremost -- just validate what
they're after. So yeah, "you know what, you're really
disappointed about that" or "You really wanted that candy."
Just validate whatever it is they're asking for. And then in the
second breath, the thing that I like to tack on is, "You know what? I can see
you're really frustrated, but I just I can't understand what
you're asking me?" Not letting the whining have that power for them getting what
they want. So you're noticing, you're aware that what they're after, whatever it is
they're after, but you are not willing to let the whining be the means to the end
for them. So that's really the first thing when you start noticing that
behaviour. Noticing, acknowledging, validating, while also pumping the brakes
and being like, "I can see you really you're after something,
you need something, I really want to help you, but I can't, I'm sorry. I can't
understand what you're saying. Is there another way you could ask me?" or "I really
want to help you. Can you help me out by asking in a
different way?" Just kind of sending the message that
that voice isn't going to work for you. And as effective as that is, because
really, it does work at least for our family about nine times out of ten
at getting them to go back to using their regular voice, sometimes it doesn't.
And sometimes they're really relentless. And sometimes they don't want to give up.
And sometimes they're just seeing if they can get what they want
using this whiny voice. And the key there is just to not notice it. Pay it no mind.
And I don't mean totally ignoring your child, of course not, I just mean not
noticing the whining. You can excuse yourself to go to
another room and say "Can you use your regular voice, bud? Or should I go to
another room?" I will even say to my kids,
"That voice is really hurting my ears, so come come see me when
you're ready to talk. I'm sorry, it's just hurting me."
Because the thing is, when we're constantly addressing the whining, if
we're, "Stop whining! I told you just stop whining!" The more we address it,
the more it works. Because the more attention they're getting, the more
they're seeing like, okay, when I do this I have the full attention of mom or dad
or grandma or whoever they're using it on. If they're
persisting, that's fine. We just also need to persist. "But yet, she persisted!" We
need to persist in the face of our kids' whining. And
that can be just not noticing it, it can be tuning out the whining, it can be even
excusing yourself to another room. Just because our kids want to use that voice
doesn't mean we have to listen to it. And it also doesn't mean we need
to be a jerk about it either! So if you need to excuse yourself, excuse yourself!
There's nothing wrong with that at all. And then eventually they will see,
they will absolutely see, that okay, I'm trying this, I'm trying this, I'm trying
this -- it's not working. So they'll drop it. Because all of us, even even us as adults,
we're all goal-directed. If we are trying something and it's not getting us what
we want, we'll drop the behaviour. And it's the exact same with whining. So those
three are really great tools that you can use in the moment. But there are also
some really good back pocket strategies you can use proactively, on the daily,
when your kids aren't whining, that will also help lessen the amount and severity
of their whining. And the first thing is just to kind of have an awareness, just
to kind of notice where our attention has been. Because whining generally is an
attention-seeking behaviour. It's their way of getting us to pay attention. So
just taking a look at what that looks like for yourself, how attentive
have you been. Have you been distracted? Have you been overwhelmed? Or are you stressed
with something else? Look at what's going on with you in your life and how much
one-on-one time you have had with your kids. And just stepping back a bit
and seeing, am I giving my full attention? And that doesn't mean you have
to be giving it 24/7, but when you're with them, are you with them? Or are you
distracted by other things? So just paying attention to that for yourself
and then making changes where you need to make changes. If it is setting aside
one-on-one time for each kid, or having special reading time,
whatever it is, just notice that for you. If you need to kind of
have a little check-in. If you need to have a check-in with your kids and have
some more quality one-on-one time. Another big one, too, is starting to teach
our kids assertiveness skills. When you start to notice this whining, when you
start to notice them trying to win your attention, or get what they want
using whining, that's a great opportunity to kind of harness it and teach them
those skills. To know how to ask for what they want in a
polite, respectful way. So sometimes it's just a little bit of coaching. And one
way you can do that, is just by giving them the language.
By coaching them and giving them the phrases and the things you wish they
would have said when they were asking for the playdate, or they were asking for
the candy, or they were wanting to leave the park. All those instances where they
could be whining, you can just substitute "Can I please have...?" or "I'm feeling
disappointed about...." or "I wish I could....." or "I wanted to stay later and play at the
park..." Just giving them that language. So whatever it is they're whining about,
give them the tools, give them the option of what they could be saying instead.
Because the more we can teach them, and the more we can equip them with that
language, the more they're gonna be able to use it. They're not gonna
magically know how to tell us they're disappointed, or tell us they're
frustrated, or ask politely for something, if we don't first show them the ropes. So
just take it as a great opportunity to teach assertiveness skills. It'll
serve them so well down the road, and it'll save your ears! It'll save your
ears and it'll save you so much frustration because they won't have to
whine to get what they want because you've taught them how to be assertive
and ask for what they want. And then one last little back pocket tool
that actually works for so many "misbehaviours" is just to
catch them in the act of being good. Or catch them in the act of being assertive
and asking for what they want. Or telling us what they need in a really polite way. So
just saying like, "Yeah, sure thing! No problem!" or "Thank you! It's a pleasure
when you when you ask so politely for things. Of course I would love to get
that for you." Just really catching them in the act, whenever they are using those
behaviours. Because sometimes we can just forget sometimes. We can take those
polite behaviours for granted. We can
focus in on the negative. It's like it's like a trigger when they're rude, or
they start whining, where we feel like we need to jump in and teach. Whereas if we
can embrace those moments where they're already shining, where they're already
showing strength, we'll just start to see more of it. It's just the positive
hamster wheel. The more we notice the good, the more good we'll get. So just
keep that in mind. So I know, guys whining can be really tricky to deal with, but
the key is just to acknowledge what your kids are after while also holding firm
on that boundary that that whining voice is not gonna get them
whatever it is they need, while also giving them the tools, and giving them
the language, and coaching them through how to ask for what they want in a
really assertive way. So I hope that helps, guys! Of course, leave any questions
or comments below, I always love chatting with you! If you're looking for any more
in-depth parenting resources or support, don't forget to check us out in the
Parent 'Hood! I hold weekly office hours so we can chat and you can ask

Arduino Tutorial For Beginners Part 6 – What is Arduino Programming Language - Duration: 3:16.
Arduino Tutorial For Beginners Part 6 – What is Arduino Programming Language?
hello and welcome to this brief session in this session we will see an overview
of Arduino programming language we won't be doing any actual programming here we
will just see most widely used components of programming language so
according to my experience I feel in the control most widely we use if-else and
for loops we use for environment and that's the fact and in when operators
the first line you can see we have the earth medic operators and second we have
comparison operator and third we have boolean operators so I assume you
already understand and have used these operators in past if not nothing to
panic and it's very easy to learn we will see whenever we come across these
operators at the last section we have functions so you have already seen pin
more digital right and digital to read in blink LED program and there are two
more functions analog read and analogue right which are very very important so
what I feel it is this set of six functions are more or less very very
useful and why deliberative and that's in fact that's pretty much everything
required to start your Arduino project the other details you will anyway find
from this reference so here I have this Arduino IDE you can go to help and this
help you have lot of offline content so getting started environment reference so
let me click on reference it opens in your web browser
offline page you can see my page URL it says file colon home so I can't are you
know for Windows it will be different of course so here you have complete offline
language reference for example if you want to see digital drain just click on
digital right you will find the description and an example program
going back to the IDE here you have advanced search like
finding reference so ctrl shift + F F in lowercase will also work here you can
find description of any function for example let me select pin mode and go to
health and to find in reference it will search in I do you know reference pages
and locating the pin mode function this is very useful for quick reference see
there are many programs many saris are many functions inbuilt functions which
we do not use very often so I also visit this help manual very frequently
whenever I require I come to this manual and I read about the function but the
finally used functions anyway you will come across day-to-day and you happen to
remember them so that's all for this introductory session from the next
session we will start programming our first Arduino project see you that

Does Clickbait Work On YouTube? (Yes And No) - Duration: 7:02.
Clickbait it's a very controversial topic on YouTube but does it work well
in this video we're gonna be talking about what's good and what's bad about
clickbait and if it actually works on YouTube so be sure to stick around till
the end.
What's going on? My name is Devin Street helping you build your online presence
and today we're gonna be talking about does clickbait actually work on YouTube.
But if you're not already subscribed to this channel you will want to go ahead and go
and click the subscribe button and subscribe to this channel. There's a new
video every single Sunday showing you how you can grow on YouTube. So first,
what really is clickbait? And we really need to define this first before we get
into if it actually works so lots of people think you know clickbait is
something where you draw someone in and then you don't deliver on that and I
don't think that's true what I see clickbait is is something that draws a
viewer in that gets their attention and brings them to the point where they
click and go to this link whether that's a video that's an article you see this
all over the internet this is not just youtubers that use clickbait is every
single marketing company out there using clickbait to bring in more business and
it doesn't have to be a bad thing clickbait can be a good thing as long as
you deliver there's a difference between good clickbait and there's bad clickbait
good clickbait it promises something so the person goes to it and then they
deliver on that promise bad clickbait is when you show something
fake that's not gonna happen that's not going to be delivered to the viewer yet
they still click on it and they don't get that and they become very
disappointed now first off you're gonna want to stay away from this bad
clickbait so don't try to over exaggerate your titles and thumbnails
and don't promise something that's not in there and not deliver on that that's
just bad for business that's not a good idea and I'm gonna sort of explain that
first so basically why bad clickbait doesn't work is it's sort of
self-explanatory but basically someone's going to click on this video expecting
some thing and then they're not gonna get
that and that's gonna send a signal through their brain that they got
something and then it was quickly taken away from them and they didn't get what
they were promised and it creates disappointment and upset and it's gonna
send something through their brain that's gonna say I should stay away from
this YouTube channel so if you ever use clickbait and you create this bad
clickbait that hurts viewers that see it then another video that you create comes
out and maybe it's even good clickbait it's not gonna do as well because people
may even click on it and see that it's you and leave because they don't trust
you they don't like you and they understand that you don't create what
you promised in a video another reason bad clickbait doesn't work is basically
because once someone goes into a video and finds out that what you just
promised in that thumbnail in title is not true they're gonna quickly leave
which is going to hurt your average view duration this is gonna hurt the
percentage of how long people watch your YouTube videos and basically this is the
most important analytic with YouTube with a ranking on YouTube with YouTube
suggesting your videos you need as much watch time as possible and if you're not
promising something and people are abandoning your video it's gonna hurt
your channel really bad and I highly suggest that you stay away from bad
clickbait cuz it's horrible but now we're going to talk about good clickbait
and something I actually recommend so what is good click baby good clickbait
is creating this nice thumbnail and nice title that's very intriguing and pulls
this audience in and then you deliver on that content you make them feel like
they got what you promised them and that's a great feeling to have you've
created the sense of wow this person promised me something I went to it and
they gave that to me which is great and this can lead to more subscriptions this
is going to lead to longer watch times and this is definitely going to create
growth on YouTube so basically you want to do good clickbait good clickbait is 8
great thing and it's just awesome to create this thing that's gonna bring
people in and then give them what you've promised
so basically when it comes down to it when you use bad clickbait you may get a
ton of views to start out with but in the long term your channel will
basically just have a struggle with growing because you're just hurting
yourself using bad clickbait but if you're using good clickbait this is
going to just make your channel grow exponentially it's going to help you to
get more subscribers and get more views and grow and do exactly what you want to
do on YouTube and if you want to know how to create some of this good
clickbait I have a link in the YouTube card right now and also in the
description below to a playlist that helps you and teaches you how to create
more intriguing title more intriguing thumbnails and stuff that just draws
people into your videos but with that being said I want to go ahead and shout
out a subscriber and this week it is Chris farmer who commented on a video
telling me that he went ahead and subscribed to the channel and that he
enjoyed the video a lot and I appreciate him and if you want to get a shout out
just like him all you have to do is subscribe to the channel and then go in
the description and comment telling me that you subscribed and what you liked
about the video and just remember that commenting multiple times the same
comment will keep you from being able to be shouted out so just keep that in mind
and also special thanks to audible for sponsoring this video
audible is a company that helps you to get audiobooks and listen to whatever
you want to and something that I highly recommend is crushing it by Gary Vee
that's when I'm listening to right now and I absolutely love it and it teaches
you how to grow and build your online presence so if you want a 30-day free
trial of audible with two free audiobooks all you have to do is go to
demonstrate dotnet slash audible or go to the link in the description below and
also I using this link will help me sub orthe channel and create more videos for
you so if you can use this link I would be much of help to me but I want to
thank you for watching to the very end of this video and once again if you're
not already subscribed go ahead and click that subscribe button and check
out another video I want to thank you for watching and I will see you in the
next video
