hi, in today's video I'll show you noodle dishes
making of these dishes takes around 10-20 minutes

out first dish is a spaghetti with ground beef
leave the sauces on the shelves
come and cook this great, tasty and special dish with me
ingredients?
200g ground beef, 1 carrot, 1 celery, 2dl of tomato passata, half of an onion, 250g noodles, seasoning of your taste: rosemary, salt, pepper, bayleaf, parmesan cheese, chive, 1,5dl beef soup stock
after I'm done with the slicing
then I cook the onion and the garlic with a tablespoon of olive oil
it takes approximately 2 minutes on low heat
let's add the 200g ground beef
I like beef more than pork
after like 2 minutes when the beef is kind of cooked
add the carrot and the celery
cook them for another minute
I add - in this case - fresh chive
add 2dl tomato passata
1,5dl of beef soup stock
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
and a pinch of rosemary
furthermore, a bayleaf
and let it cook under a lid
it needs around 15 min of cooking
if you want it to be more dense, then leave it for 20-25 min
It's gotten really dense, so
let it rest, and prepare the noodle
boil some water and add a pinch of salt
then I add this fresh noodle, which needs like 3 minutes
once the noodle is done, I put back the beef for another cook
look how dense our sauce is now
smells really good
let's serve it
I put the pasta on a plate
really nice amount, I used 250g
and put the beef on top of it
I didn't add all the beef, so I have leftover
gently, put parmesan on top of it
and also a bit more chive
there were a few who were whining about one of my videos
that these dishes are low in calories
my dear friend, I recommend this to you
if you finish this food
you are going to build a skyscraper, I guarantee it
and thanks to the celery, you'll have some energy left for your wife

for our next dish, we'll need half of an avocado
I add roughly 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt
I grate a garlic into it
if you don't have, use garlic paste
I add a pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
and a small amount of chives
furthermore, 40g of feta cheese
boil some water
then I'll cook fresh noodles
200g of fresh noodles will be enough
try to cook the noodles in a way that you'll have some leftover water
you can see here, we have some
this way our pasta will be creamy
add the avocado
now comes the serving
it has a really nice creamy consistency
I wouldn't leave it like this of course, I'm gonna sprinkle some mozarella cheese on top of it
don't miss this dish, definitely try this dish

the next this is a garlic spaghetti
which is so simple
that it's perfectly great
I got to know this dish before my first semi marathon in Budapest
I ate this food the night before it
and after a lot of researches, I managed to find the recipe
where else, than Italy
let's cook it
we need 125g of fresh noodles
which we'll cook
I added the noodles into boiling water with a pinch of salt
I'll cook it
meanwhile I sliced up 5 garlics
a pack of chives
and parsley
the noodles need only 3 minutes
then I'll remove the excess water
but I'll leave some
then I'll grab a frying pan
we need 2 tablespoons of olive oil
it's important to cook the garlic on low heat, otherwise you'll burn it
cook it for roughly 5 minutes
after cooking for 2 minutes I'll add the chives
and parsley, if you don't have, use dried
add the noodles
I'll add a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
and give it a good stir
since I like garlic very much, I'll add some garlic paste
I'll keep seasoning it with grana padano cheese
grana padano and parmesan aren't really cheeses for me, more like a seasoning, add a lot
I'm done with it
it took me like 10 minutes to cook this
it's taste is just as good as it's smell
try it out, enjoy your meal
125g fresh noodles, 5 garlics, grana padano cheese, salt, pepper, chive, parsley, 2tbs olive oil, garlic paste
my next dish is a pasta with pesto
there are differenct types, there are cheap ones for 1euro and for 5 euros
I'm using this "Italiamo" you can get it in the LIDL
I use this one very often
this is "Barilla" it's around 3 euros
also in LIDL
and this one is a "Baresa" and I think it's from ALDI
we need nothing else, but fresh noodles
the reason behind using fresh noodles is that it takes like 3 minutes to cook it
and a lot more flavoursome
I boiled some water
added a pinch of salt
and 125g of fresh noodles
this is enough for one person
after it's cooked leave a good amount of water under it
and then add the pesto
and add pesto of your taste
I add, for now..
3 teaspoons
give it a stir
and I'll see its color
and I'll add more depending on that
if you leave too much water under it then
it'll be too watery
if you add too much pesto
its flavour will be more intense
I think 1 more teaspoon of it and it'll be perfectly enough
and lastly, I gently sprinkle it with parmesan cheese
I don't know a quicker noodle dish, than this
very flavoursome, very tasty I recommend chicken breast to it
cooked, with a glass of white wine
perfect dinner
perfect lunch
and your wife, be with you
enjoy your meal
now comes our last dish, which is pesto carbonara
sadly, the footage that I recorded in the truck was damaged, so
I'll cook this at my home
let's grab 50g of spaghetti, this fits into your diet
look, it's about one and a half of a finger
and this is 48g
to make it easier for ourselves
I boiled the water in water heater
I pour it into a smaller pan
I add a pinch of salt
then I add the spaghetti
once the spaghetti is cooked
in a frying pan
heat up little amount of olive oil
then cook 30g of Kolozsvári bacon
once our bacon is cooked
pull it over from the heat
and
add the spaghetti
it doesn't seem to be a lot, but
it's more than enough for a man
then add a piece of tea butter
then I grate a piece of grana padano cheese
or you can use parmesan cheese
(a pinch of pepper and chives were added) or you can test it out for yourself, because the freedom of cooking is ours
but I'd rather use this cheese, because it's more like a seasoning than cheese
after we let it rest for a few minutes
then I add one egg
you can use only a yolk if you want it to be more creamy
if you find if weird that this dish is made with a raw egg
then give it a stir on heat
cook the eggs a bit
but it must has this creamy consistency
but we turn back to the freedom of cooking, which is ours
and we're done, perfectly creamy
the bacon is enough too
the noodles aswell
this great dish was done in a few moments
