girl unless you look at what her mom looks like first same deal with koi so
I'll show you some really high grade adult koi as well enjoy if you like this
video hit the like button subscribe button share button drop your email
drops your eggs in there spread all over the sides of the table which which fish
very unstable even yesterday when the CDs are
that Kohaku was doing that that fish was jumping up splashing Spring Break and
the pond is right I add some spring break that girl right there was acting
wild yesterday and made the mess probably of the pond there's Matt he's
got a belly so we don't think it was her or Hammer whoever that is that's her
that's a sweet fish what kind of fish is this love the scales on that
she's right there looking at it
in convoys chocolate the big bright yellow or brown us one time boys have
good great personality and when usually one of the judges tells a story about
when you first got fish and they were in the pond or he come down the street I
see food in they stay way over there on the other side of the pond and so I
heard the fish was supposed to be fine so then somebody told me to get it right
away uh-huh so I got it chalk away I put it in a pond I came down to feed and
through the feed in and the chadway came over and went over to the other fish and
then they thought with you that the chocolate is the leader in the friendly
one hour you train the other fish to come eat
that's so cool I added a big sock a I say big half the
size one of these the big four my pond yes and everybody else got it together
and started eating when it ate and like it kind of signals to everybody what's
and what's going on and there's always a leader in the polls yeah it definitely
is they have a pecking order just as we do
hello
that's beautiful fish
I love now that's some of the black on that that pectoral fin of this largest
one is that a Showa or is that a Csonka this bigger the biggest one in here has
is black men black pectoral fin Showa Wow
that's a beautiful fish nerudin because of all that big red
you see that one right there that's my boy or my girl whatever Wow
there's these people when they get a fish that big yeah it's gonna be yeah
that big is female and male to stay smaller generally size four and under
males can compete very well with females but once they get up above size for the
male stay slim and the girls fill out Joanne you're so helpful thank you so
much this is great
so we test almost every day really you test every day while it's coming back
around eh and gah bah what do you run ughh what do you try to
have it at we don't really measure it we just keep the pH try with baking soda
and that naturally keeps the page how how much baking soda do you mean like
what is your pH are trying to hit 7 above 7 or levels out around 8 really to
keep it pH a no matter how much you put in baking soda depending on the really
settle the bicarbonate of the baking soda
nice right now it's a total about 14 14,000 gallons nice
if we get the Commission to finish the way that he's working on yeah I mean
like a very answers on with the city or what's the oh yeah yeah I've been there
it's been there for 13 years and all of a sudden now the management company
filed a complaint with the county board of quality of life Wow
I know more about that than I'd ever want to admit listen to this I want
people to watch us do this I had a 180 foot by 36 foot greenhouse I
was trying to buy and lady across the street
frustrated bought the house in 2011 the greenhouse was built in 2006 didn't want
me running my aquarium plant business out of there so I had a meeting with the
city I had a bed I had to get a conditional use and the Board of
adjustments voted into three to three taya Levin people came each one of them
spoke for 10 minutes and they wouldn't let me buy that property even though
it's been sitting vacant for 10 years so I know a thing or two about people with
bad zoning and being terrible neighbors
terrible naval terrible people there's a syndrome expelling it up fish tank
people I'm in a trance so I asked mrs. kolobok
what her favorite fish was she told me it was that one right there let me keep
it cool that's my motto today I came here saying I was gonna buy one fish
I've got three bag right now with another one in the I came just to this
show two years ago when I just set up a pond and it was game over this is crab
please what's your name man gray ash I love it man well my name is Dustin
thanks for having us and showing us all these awesome fish say that again though
if you don't mind green algae in a pie is Mother Nature's
Way of telling you you would have a perfectly balanced okay on the rocks and
the water doesn't matter on the rocks we're gonna be upgrading I got the
little rocked in two thousand gallon er right now but a word of advice when you
do it lay a hose to what you wanted increase it yeah then leave it about a
week cuz did you cut the grass you may want to move it in a little bit pull it
out a little bit and that's how you decide how big you want to go
let it sit there you see how it fits your scheming you yaar again yeah
because once you dig if it's not right it's too hard to fix well my problem is
I've got this retaining wall that I like wanted it to fit behind but it's a rock
tin pond so it's gonna be hard to undo
the guy he was in multiple koi videos and I'm gonna make him be cheesy on
camera art from Westrick he introduced me to Walter and I've got a bunch of
great fish trim so I'm forced an art on camera here right now
because I said art what did I tell you I wanted yesterday at 5 o'clock I called
you and I said where are you at man and weirdo
give me Grom oh this is Dustin's fish this is a grow mo what type of girl mo
do we think this is can you give me the art description man art would guess it's
an AI girl and I grow mo means it's gonna have black netic okay
hi girl my name's Dustin also one is a little one round one the little ants
that this is the goal this is why I came to the show and that's also going to be
an agar Omo or we don't know yeah I'm thinking and what's the difference you
know I grow mo and there's other types of grow my how the color comes up what
type of color like since we're on video let me bring it that's right forcing
them on video I'll come over here you make it easy on
you know just hold it right here when you get it I believe this would be a
puto and aromas go this way you don't mind a little look kind of looks like
grapes that come up within the red like a purple and a blue
maybe that's what I want I like I like the pattern on the other one more but I
think if this is gonna have it might have more of the purplish bluish color
that I like to like wait pretty purple BOTS didn't want it to go Shiki but
Dustin walked away so okay all right Lee since they sold the ghost
she goes sold it that's already sold all right Dustin like want this what's this
Tyler a Goro mo or a DOS cheeky but it's the Tonto same thing is just only
happening in the red on the hip why not something you see every day what I call
a poor man's Tonto it's not perfect on the head but that's why it's a beautiful
well I won't confirm so that that's still mine or that's not the do the two
in there okay yeah okay I'm sure that's fine I didn't get in claim on that one
you know that was those these are more of what I'd call it
Kuro mo it's a little bit liquid black netting this one's not as nice as your
other two but it's of the same variety you're talking about
gotcha if this if this event is yeah going towards the species Sunday yeah
you know how many people love wallet at Walter man people I was like showing off
Walters pawn and then your stuff and that big song cap on it and probably
slice brothers in your pawn that I want
this
the Big Thicket X yeah go this way a little bit more
that's a vice doing yeah Wow okay what is this art
it's a Benny keikaku I like that fish
that's cool Benny because of the red
versus just a kike career which is like the metallic ghosty gray black rat just
doesn't have the read the Benny so yeah I like that fish well that's day that
silvery looking it gets thicker as they grow I mean it looks like that but I'm
saying that look gets better yeah okay whoo that's a nice fish
I got sour apples art but I got to tell you I absolutely love this dude because
he has bomb fish and he's finally banging up called you sour apples
now I gotta get you smiling we've all killed fish art not everybody brings
them in from Japan you know yeah
birthday that's terrible now most of them the day before my birthday all
right I started no it was your birthday dude I wouldn't busted your bosses
working to save ha midnight oh did you really
oh this fish is gonna be great so he's coming home with Dustin and then is his
roommate and I'm only gonna quarantine him for like a week and a 125 does that
sound like a good plan or what would you do be honest man longer if they show
trouble okay and what's what's trouble look like anything anything bins clam
fins death death sadness
so these finish is going to give me my purple that I've been wanting and
they're going to darken up or is that going to be the color pretty much do you
think they'll a picture of one okay yeah because this is the color that I want i
guruma budagher Omo you know they're in the Kuro mo class okay so that's what
I'm saying when they're little yeah is it you know is it gonna be
what's back in sitting like that that's a bhoot ogre Oh mo doesn't show it looks
almost black but what's that you kind of like that okay the Guru mome and I call
it an Uyghur oh no depends on the color of the
it comes up yeah like this one's a boot oh it looks black but it's almost like
purple okay that's I I think yours are more
Uyghur Omo over here I got the one that's a little more
what's the Eiger on when I grow them with the lighter hi hi black okay dude
judo is like the more purple in the view showing me a bag yeah I want to show the
color back operation they got the big truck giving out posters they do it
right
I'm gonna try to get her on camera up there she's got some great fish
this is calling back what are those fish that you haven't in that right now this
is a Midori koi we're the only breeder in the u.s. that reads the Midori boy
this is unusual because of the scale variety and this is a joint skin Shiro
at Suri all right joint skin Shiro back oh I'm
sorry it's nice clean head nice shiny
thank you I want you put all of them in a bag but will do will do ya know that
there there is so I'd like your help too because I might be buying one of these I
love the pattern on this one right here if you yeah and then I also like there's
one he went yep you could bowl that one that I would just was pointing out that
one right there with that that pattern and then talk about what that is if you
don't mind being on camera you don't do that okay
well that's cool I will just look at this fish Bob just get a good close-up
on it what is it called you tell me about this fish it's the shoe sweet can
you introduce yourself ma'am I've done videos of you a couple years ago just
call the back my name is Ellen cloven this is a shoe sweet
it's basically scaleless it's devoid of scales except the zipper like scales
that go down it's fine they're very nicely aligned and that important in the
shoe see it's starting to get a penny coming below the letter line and on the
cheeks which is another attribute of house you see so this is going to
develop into a very nice fish the head is nice and clean you're actually the
dark color that you see on the head you're looking right through the skin
because it has such nice transparent skin
I mean I'm torn between this fish
and where did he go in asagi this this one right here not good I like that
similar what's your scaleless or the joint super tight because of the scale
ation although this one is a coke cooler it has the metallic skin where this one
does not have metallic skin which one do you like more they're both
nice examples of their variety Kiko tea brews are always popular because the
fish they show up so well even in less than perfect time condition
so really it just boils down to personal preference
look at these guys fish right here I love these over here I want to say these
are all Kohaku's in a couple showers
gotta know what you want I know what I want I got what I want
picking up taking home three Goro Moe's from my dude art and they're gonna go in
the greenhouse and that's gonna piss Joshua off but whatever and mission
accomplished Louisville koi show let's do it
time to get them home don't forget to hit the like subscribe and share button

What Skills Will Make Me Wealthy? - Duration: 13:09.
Today we're going to be talking about the skills that are going to make you wealthy
and I brought Steven Michael Miller on. He's a resident expert on the matter and
he's got it all sharing with you right now.
Hey, friends Steven Michael Miller here and I've got a question that's
burning right now in my mind and this is a question I know so many people have
and this question is - "what skills can I have right now that will truly make me
wealthy? What skills can I implement that will make me the most money? And here
often obviously, we're talking about real estate on this channel a lot. We talk
about other investments as well. But I want to back up a little bit
and talk about my story and kind of where I come from and what's brought me
to where I am today. Because more so than the physical investment of real estate.
It's been some of the skills that'll led me along the path that have gotten me
here. And I want to I want to talk about that because I think that's maybe even
more important for right now. A lot of you who are watching, some of you may be
younger, some of you may be you know that millennial, maybe you're in your early
20s. You're looking for some guidance and some direction of what you
can do, what you need to do to really achieve that wealth. I know a lot of
people. Some of you haven't even talked to over the phone as you've kind of
called in we've had an opportunity to connect. This is one of those driving
questions is "what can I do right now to secure a better future for myself? And so
I wanted to touch on that. Before I do I wanted to jump back a little bit into
some of my story. See I was I was born into a wonderful family. Honestly I had a
mother and a father who were wonderful people. They both told me almost every
day that they loved me, that I could do anything that I wanted to. I don't take
that for granted. I know that a lot of people didn't
experience that. A lot of people didn't have two parents in a home or even a
parent that showed love in that way and I don't take that for granted.
It was a big, big blessing for me. But with that, there came another side of it
too. My parents were not financially successful at all. We were very, very poor
growing up. As a matter of fact I grew up the hood and the ghettos of St.
Petersburg, Florida. And if you've ever been out to St.
Petersburg, Florida, you know there's some very beautiful areas just like most
metropolitan areas are. You know they've got their beautiful areas and then
they've got some of the more slum areas and that's really where I grew up. We
had a grandfather. My grandfather was actually a fairly wealthy man. I don't
know what his exact net worth was but I know that he was a millionaire.
Whatever that means whether he had just made over a million dollars or many
multiple millions. I know that he was a millionaire at one point. He started a
painting contracting company and did very, very well with it. For some reason
that success skipped to generation. It kind of passed over my father. I remember
at one point he actually wanted to turn over the family business. It was called
Miller brothers painting. He wanted to turn over the family business to my
father and when he turned it over, he was kind of done. He didn't stay in there. He
didn't mentor my father really much. He kind of gave him a couple ideas and
kicked him out the door so to speak and said here. You know take the business and
go run with it and my father did the best that he could with the skills that
he had. But honestly, my father wasn't necessarily didn't have a lot of sales
ability. He was really a very, very much a people person. But he didn't have a lot
of the skills that he needed to run a business and my grandfather didn't stick
around to give him those skills or to help mentor him in those skills. And so I
watched here as a young boy. I watched my father just you know fail with this
whole entrepreneurship business venture and that affected me a bit as a kid. It
made me think of different things that I wanted to do. How I wanted to step out
and I wanted to learn on the things and as a young, young kid, I began to search
and to look for different things that I could do to grow myself and to gain
skills that would make me more attractive as a either a partner or as a
business owner or two to give me the skills that I need to be more and more
successful. Actually when I was 18 years old
I picked up a book. And this book that I picked up at the time I didn't
like to read very much. But when I picked this book up I ended up reading it two
and a half times through like without stopping. That
was super rare for me. But the book that I read, it was "Think and Grow Rich" by
Napoleon Hill. That book helped me understand many things that I had been
thinking about as a kid for a long, long time and a lot of the skills that I had
started to acquire. The direction that I had started to go. It kind of
confirmed a lot of that for me. So I want to talk about some of those skills right
now. Regardless of where you come from, even for me. I came from poverty. You
know we were on welfare. I've eaten out of dumpsters. That's a lot of my
background. But the skills that I acquired, the skills that I latched on to,
help me to get to where I am today. So I wanted to share some of that with you. I
think probably actually I don't number these in terms of importance but I want
to go through a few of them. So skill number one is "sales". A lot of people look
at sales as a bad thing and I want to invite you to begin looking at sales as
not only a good thing and an important thing but a very necessary thing in our
society. We're all selling constantly. Like all of us. We watched a movie what
do we do? We go and sell somebody else on the fact that it was amazing and then
they should go watch it right? We're already involved in sales. We go on a
date with somebody. We're constantly trying to sell them on this idea that
we're a great person and they should want to have fun with us right or be
with us or maybe even go on a second date with us. When you know when you're
going out to get a job. You're selling yourself and your abilities to go out
and get that job. So being able to sell and sell yourself and know
who you are in that sale is extremely important. So I would say the number one
skill anyway, is sales. Get good at sales. Learn
about sales. Learn how to sell, learn how people act and interact. That's all part
of this whole sales machine. Number two - "marketing". Learning how to market
yourself is super important. Learning how to market in general is important. If you
want to make money in anything, you have to learn how to be a good marketer. See
I've been speaking professionally for the last 10 years and I went to the
speaker training once and the guy said something that was genius to me. Said, "if
you want to be the very best speaker, don't focus so much on your speaking."
He said become an amazing marketer of your speaking, right? That's
almost more important. It doesn't matter if you're the most amazing
speaker in the world. If you can't market your skill, if you can't market what your
doing, it doesn't matter. You may have the best home in the world,
ready to sell it and make the biggest profit in the world. But if you don't
know how to properly market that home then it's not going to make any difference.
You'll just sit back with that home and it'll sit on you know in your portfolio.
Maybe do some good things for you but maybe not. So if you want to really make the
most money in real estate or anything else, if you want to be wealthy, marketing
is a great skill to have. So start learning all you can about marketing.
Number three - "writing". I know. You know as a kid, I didn't like writing at all. As
a matter of fact for a long long time I told myself this is horrible. I told
myself that I was bad writer and for years I struggled through writing.
English was one of my classes that I just I couldn't stand. And it wasn't
until later on life where I started to tell myself differently. I started to
tell myself I'm good at writing . Actually my wife started telling me, "hey, you're
pretty good at writing." I started to believe her. I started to tell myself I'm
good at writing. I'm good at writing. And now, I write copy all the time. I'm actually
writing a book right now. Which I'm really excited about. But all these
things came about because I began to switch and to change how I thought about
those skills and I began to work on those skills more and more and more. So
again number three would be "writing". Learn how to write. Write more. Grow in
your writing. I just do it again and again and again. The more you do it, the
better you're going to get at it as well. Number four here is "speaking". Speaking is
a skill and speaking something that we all do right? We all do it on a regular
basis. But influential speaking or transformative speaking is a little bit
different. And so if you can learn how to speak better. If you can learn how to
express yourself better. If you can learn how to express yourself in a way that
others will receive better, these all kind of intertwine right? The better you
can speak, the better your sales get. The better you can learn how to market and
write. And it's all part of kind of this amazing ball of learning how to
become wealthy right? Learning how to bless more people. Because the reality is
the more you bless, the more people that you come in contact with, the more you
connect with them, the more you the more your wealth is going to grow. The more you're
going to really help them which will help you as well. It's this ongoing round
right? So learn how to speak more. Get out there. Get involved with maybe
toastmasters or there's other organizations that can help you with
your speaking. That is a skill. This is something I teach my children. Speaking
is one of those skills that will pay you over and over and over again if you'll
get good at it. And it takes time. I remember the first
time that I spoke for my business right? Now this is the very first, one of the
very first meetings that Kris and I had. Actually, I wasn't really even the main
speaker. I was just introducing Kris and I remember I sat there, Kris gave me
this little paragraph to memorize. and I remember I had read through it several
times. I hadn't quite memorized it. But I was like well, I got this. I know how to
speak. I got out and when I stood up, my knees were shaking
and my voice was kind of doing one of these things. And I was so nervous and at
the end of it, I sat down with Kris and one of our other business partners. They
looked at me. They're like, "Steven that sucked."
Super honest by the way. It's good to have friends that are really honest with
you and I really appreciated their honesty honestly. And I said, "look, you're
right." I said, "I know it was bad but I need to do it again." And although it was
scary and although I was shaking, I did it over and over and over and over again
until speaking became easier for me. Until my mind was able to catch up some
you know with my mouth and sometimes I still get ahead of myself and sometimes
I lose myself in a thought. But I've learned a skill that as I apply it more
and more, it's paid me over and over and over again. That's another great skill.
The fifth one that I want to talk about and honestly this fifth one maybe the
most important skill in growing your wealth is - confidence. And confidence is
it's not something that you just necessarily get over time although that
comes also over time. Confidence is a choice. And I know that sounds maybe
strange. But I want you to think about this for a second. In any conversation,
you can either choose to be confident in the conversation or you can choose to be
not confident. You can choose to stand up and believe in yourself and believe in
what you're saying or you can choose to not. Sometimes confidence does come from
a knowledge base, right? If you're speaking on something you have no
idea what you're talking about, you may have less confidence about what you're saying.
But that confidence comes as you learn more and you gain some more knowledge
and more expertise. So the more that you can move forward in life and and have
and feel that confidence and choose to speak in an acting confidence, the
more it's going to exude and the more other people will want to come and do
business with you. They'll want to do more real estate with you. Maybe they
want to partner with you. It was because of those skills. I believe in a lot of
those skills that that Kris reached out to me. Gosh it was probably 12 years ago
now. The first time as we were coming together to partner up with each others
because I had a lot of those skills that attracted him to come and to reach out
to me and say, "hey let's partner up." And I wasn't perfect at all those things,
all those skills as I told you earlier. I didn't have all of those skills. But I
was working on them and I was willing to work on and grow those skill sets and
I'll tell you right now, is because of those skills that I am where I am today.
That I've been able to be a partner on so many different things with Kris that
I've you know I've helped thousands of people transact very successful real
estate. Grow their portfolios and it's been an amazing journey. So you want
to create more wealth, gain those five skills. Friends, I just want to put my
stamp of approval on those five skills. They rock. Adapt them. Make them a part of
who you are today because listen, whether you're going for wealth or just building
character, integrity or being the kind of person that others want to be around,
these are those skills. So take it to heart. Run with it. Remember subscribe if
you want to get more. Ring the bell. Yeah, absolutely. Talk to you guys soon.

$2 Peking Duck Vs. $340 Peking Duck - Duration: 16:49.
- We're in New York City.
- In Flushing, Queens.
- That's right.
We are with our friend, Inga Lam,
who is going to serve as our translator, today.
- What's up?
- And what are we doing here in New York City today?
- We're doing Peking duck.
That's right, season finale.
I'm so excited.
Peking duck is one of the most epic meals in human history.
It is a specially prepared whole roast duck,
and it's known for its extremely crispy skin,
its super tender meat, and it is absolutely delicious.
It was for Chinese emperors.
And so today, we're gonna live like kings in Queens.
- Yeah, let's do it.
- [Steven] Today on Worth It,
we're gonna be trying three delicious Peking dishes,
at three drastically different price points,
to find out which one is the most worth it at its price.
- I actually have not had much Peking duck ever in my life.
- Whoa, when you go to get Peking duck,
its like, celebration, feasts.
- I like all those things.
- Yeah, and that's also why we brought Inga,
because I know you love the duck.
- I do love the duck.
I can eat a whole duck my myself kind of love the duck.
- What?
- Really?
- All right, let's go eat some duck.
- [Steven] Did you eat a lot of Peking duck
when you were a kid?
- What drink do we have here, Inga?
- It's like a Chinese herbal drink,
it's supposed to be really good for you,
just very sugary, but it's good.
- Let's eat some duck.
It's $1.25 for this bun.
Well, for two buns, we got $2.50.
$2.50.
- [Andrew] All right, let's see what this is all about.
- Look at that, house-made bun.
This is only really, one, two,
three, four, five ingredients.
(moans)
- [Steven] That bun texture.
- It's like I'm not even holding a bun,
it's just duck hovering between my fingers.
- So this is your first experience eating Peking duck,
not just roast duck.
What do you think?
- I'm struggling not to eat the whole thing.
It's very very delicious.
The little bite of the raw onion,
mashed with the really fatty duck,
is a very well figured out mouthful of food.
Very ducklicious.
- I love the story about how he was like,
"I didn't get to eat Peking duck as a kid"
so you know what?
I'm going to be a man of the people.
- That is the best superhero origin story I've ever heard.
- What's Alan's superhero name?
- DuckMan would be too easy.
- (laughs) DuckMan.
- My only complaint is that it was over too quick.
- Oh yes, yeah.
- Or should I say it was over too
quack?
(laughs)
- Okay, so we couldn't leave without getting more snacks,
and I saw this guy.
And I was like,
I gotta get that, 'cause I love this so much.
It's fried dough, it's Youtiao.
How's my pronunciation?
Good?
Okay.
- Peking duck fact.
- [Steven] Peking duck fact.
- [Andrew] Peking duck fact.
- There is a very popular Peking duck restaurant in China,
it's called Quanju.
- Quanjude.
- Quanjude.
And they actually, in 2014,
opened a museum around Peking duck.
- Really?
I love a museum dedicated to food.
- What food would you create a museum around?
Like, your top three.
- Dumplings, noodles, bread.
- Yes.
Tomorrow morning when we meet
bright and early at the next spot,
it's called Decoy, very traditional style,
but they do have their own twist.
Very crispy, very delicious.
- Alright that guy is honking at us.
- Bye-Bye.
(laughs)
- My name's Ed Schoenfeld,
I'm the managing partner/creator of Decoy restaurant.
- [Andrew] So where did your interest in Peking duck begin?
- My interest began with my overall interest in food,
and cooking in specifically Chinese food.
And throughout the late '60s and early '70s,
I became the cooking student of a
group of Chinese master chefs.
I knew that my partners loved Peking duck,
I've always thought that there was a need for
a Peking duck-focused restaurant that held
itself to a really high standard.
Our head chef here, Joe Ng, my partner,
is one of the great Dim sum chefs of the world.
When you get one of our wrappers,
it's a world-class pancake.
The first step in making a Peking duck in our kitchen,
we take the inside of the duck,
and we put spices;
scallion, and ginger, and star anis,
and a little cinnamon, some sugar and some salt,
and then we put a skewer,
so that this flavoring agent stays inside.
We attach the end of a bicycle pump,
and we blow it up like a balloon.
It causes the skin, and the fat,
to separate from the meat of the duck.
We take a big pot full of boiling water,
and we drag it real quickly through the boiling water
to get the skin to get tight.
We marinate the duck, and we paint it with a syrup.
The syrup is water that has a
little sugar and red vinegar in it.
And we hang the duck up, the skin dries,
so that the skin is very crispy,
'cause the goal of Peking duck
is to have very very crispy skin.
We have a custom-made Peking duck oven.
The ducks cook quite quickly,
they cook in 45 minutes.
When we butcher a duck,
it starts by taking big pieces of skin off like this.
And the meat, we lay it out on the plate,
and then we put the pieces of skin on top.
We also garnish our ducks with classical garnishes,
which is shredded scallion, and little batons of cucumber.
Traditionally when you serve Peking Duck,
you use a sauce that is called Hoisin sauce.
And then we serve sesame based sauce, and cranberry sauce.
There are 12 pancakes that come with one duck.
We take our duck carcasses,
and make a really rich broth from them.
And when our guests sit down to get a Peking duck,
we bring shot glasses of duck Consomme,
that's how we serve our duck,
with those sauces and those condiments.
- So, the first thing we want to start off with
are these amazing appetizers that they've prepared for us.
The cutest of the bunch:
Shrimp and Snow Pea Leaf Dumplings.
- Look how plump this guy is.
Little plumpling.
- [Andrew] Now I've had some of the best dumplings I've had.
- [Steven] Here we've got Three Color Vegetable Dumplings,
Katz's Pastrami Eggrolls,
here's the crispy Duck and Crab Dumplings.
(crunch)
We're here for the duck.
Too much of a detour.
- Too much of a Decoy.
- All right, I could have left happy after the dumplings,
but then I saw this.
We even have some special sauces here.
The duck Comsomme.
Yowza.
- Oh my god.
- Inga, would you mind teaching us
how to create our own wrap?
- So you grab a piece of pancake,
you take however many pieces you want,
you put it on the top half of the pancake, like that.
You grab a little bit of scallion,
take this, you wrap it in half,
then you wrap it like this.
- [Steven] Oh yeah, ooh.
- [Inga] And you turn it over.
- [Steven] That's like putting a baby in a blanket.
- [Inga] So then you get this.
- This tastes a lot like the one I had in Beijing.
It's so good.
- (laughing) Okay, Okay.
Yeah, yeah.
We don't need her.
Thank you.
I'm ready to eat.
Let's get skin and meat, as suggested by Ed.
Okay, let's get that scallion inside, followed by a blanket.
- [Andrew] Swaddled.
- Swaddled.
Oh my gosh, look, look.
- (laughing) Come on, compare.
- [Steven] All right, all right, all right, fine.
Cheers.
Oh, that skin is so crispy.
- [Andrew] I also really love that
I get a little craft to do during my meal.
- [Steven] I actually go this way first,
I don't know if that's right.
But it's more like a burrito.
Okay, I'm really struggling here.
- Do you want to eat mine?
- No.
- Yes.
- You want mine?
- No, I'll make my own.
- Mmm.
All the best food adjectives go with this.
- Tender, crunchy, succulent, fresh.
- Crispy.
- Sweet, delicious.
This is the rest of it, 'cause you know.
Okay?
He didn't need to be told.
- So, as a little break, I wanted to bring you guys
to one of my favorite dessert spots in Chinatown,
here in New York.
Here at The Little One, they do awesome Japanese desserts.
I got us some shaved ice.
- From far away it looks like a cabbage.
It's like, combed as well.
- Cheers.
- Peking
- Duck
- [Inga] Fact.
- The origins of Peking duck traced
back to the thirteenth century.
Although the exact origin is unknown,
there are are many who believe that
it actually originates from Mongolian barbecue.
- I wonder when they figured out how to puff up the skin.
- Oh yeah.
- Because that is a wild thing to do to a thing to cook it.
- Our last spot now.
We're going to a restaurant right down the street called
Hwa Yuan, so we're not just gonna get duck.
We're gonna get the feast version.
How many courses do you want to do?
- Eight.
- Sure, let's do eight.
- Five.
- Five.
- Twelve.
(laughs)
- I'm the chef and restaurant owner,
and the chef of Hwa Yuan Szechuan.
- [Steven] So today we're gonna have the Peking duck.
- [Andrew] So it's very starchy.
- Cheers.
- Hi everyone, welcome to Hwa Yuan.
We're excited for the signature dinner,
which has a big Peking duck.
So we're gonna have nine dishes today,
nine is a really good number in the Chinese culture.
The first dish is of course,
the cold noodle with sesame sauce.
- Are we going to noodle cheers?
- Cheers.
(laughing)
- Steven you got noodles in my tea.
Mmm.
Oh yeah.
Spicy peanut butter cold noodles.
I think a lot of people will find that combination strange,
it is so delicious.
- [Steven] I want to just stuff my face
with these noodles because it's so good.
- [Samantha] The second dish would be the Xiao Long Bao,
which is soup dumpling with pork.
- [Steven] I'm just gonna go all in.
Oh yeah, also plump.
- [Samantha] And then we're gonna go with a soup,
it's a chicken soup with pork rib,
and also some Chinese herbs.
- [Inga] This is so good.
- [Andrew] This is a very gentle introduction to the meal.
I like how we are very slowly escalating.
- Is it duck time?
Yes, oh my god.
- [Samantha] For the entrée,
we are starting with the Peking duck.
It comes with three sides of vegetable:
Asian pear, cucumber, and also scallion.
- [Steven] My mouth glands,
whatever saliva-producing glands I have in my mouth,
- [Andrew] That's a lot of glands.
- [Steven] Have just opened up the heavens.
- [Andrew] Sounds like scissors on paper.
- [Steven] I think my next video should just be,
I learn how to carve Peking duck.
- You can't even do the wrap,
you think you're gonna carve the duck?
(laughs)
- [Steven] Look how,
oh my gosh, the fat.
- [Andrew] That's the duck butter.
That is the duck butter.
- [Inga] Cheers.
- Oh my gosh, it's so crispy that every single like--
- Is moist like a sponge.
It's moist.
I have to like swallow the juice
as I'm chewing the rest of the meat.
Want to do pancake time?
- [Steven] Aw, let's do it.
Aw, let's build some pancakes.
- Pretty good Steven.
- Thank you.
- Way to go.
- Cheers.
- Mmm.
Aw, okay.
See, this is how you eat.
- For what you can get here in New York,
this is probably the closest you can get.
- To like the traditional, in China, Peking Duck.
- [Samantha] After the Peking duck,
we're gonna start with one of our classic dishes,
which is Kung Pao Chicken.
- Mmm, that has a very nice bite.
- The spice is like, just there.
- [Samantha] The next dish is the orange beef.
So, on the menu, it says Marvelous Orange Beef,
but in the Chinese character, it just means Tang's chicken.
Because there's no name for it.
- [Andrew] It's like a beef nugget.
And it's not orange overwhelmingly.
- [Samantha] The next dish we have is a Mapo Tofu,
very tender tofu.
- [Inga] The tofu is like, extra soft.
- I like it 'cause it's a little like, peppery,
- We got to have the most delicious meat,
before we amped up with the spice.
And now the meal just gets more and more exciting.
- [Samantha] And of course,
we have to have vegetables when we have Chinese food.
So we have a fried vegetable dish, which is the string bean,
and then you have the snow pea,
which is poached in a chicken broth that we make in-house.
- [Steven] You know like, as a kid,
I didn't understand why people didn't like vegetables,
because when you eat vegetables like this,
there's no question that it's delicious.
- I really like how we went from light to heavy to light.
- Peking duck, banquet feast mode.
- Smart way to eat a delicious meat.
- It's just like being able to see all the foods laid out,
and really really well balanced meal.
They took a lot of time to prepare each dish,
and I really appreciate that.
- New York City, baby.
That's what I'm talking about.
So Andrew, which Peking duck spot was
the most worth it to you, out of the price?
- My Worth It winner goes to the Peking duck sandwich stall.
It's both special but casual.
It was just a great time.
- If it was a dumpling episode,
I would do Decoy's dumplings, those were crazy.
I'm going to have to go with Hwa Yuan right here,
turns out it was my Worth It winner, eating with friends,
the duck was so buttery and so delicious,
it was amazing, I loved it.
What was your worth it winner?
- Alan, he is bringing Peking duck to the masses.
Like, everybody can enjoy it.
- Adam, who's your Worth It winner?
- It's a three-on-one pummel.

FAKE SCHOOLS on YouTube?! - Duration: 1:32.
Hiya! Nos Hyena here!
Hey, have you ever seen comedy sketches or vines
where they're at school, but they're clearly not at school? Like the classroom takes place
in someone's kitchen, and like the students and the teachers are exactly
the same age, except the only difference is the teacher has like a borrowed coat
from their father which is like four sizes too big.
"Hey kids it's your teacher, I got a surprise test for you today"
But instead of test papers the teacher's
holding up a potato, or stolen pages from a phone book, because there's no budget
for the video?! Seeing such poor excuses for schools in these no budget videos
has inspired me to create my own error-free portrayal of schools in this
original comedy sketch.
So I hope you enjoy!
(music)
(bell rings)
Oh man being back at school sucks.
Yeah being back in this classroom gives me the blues.
Man I hope this year's teacher is cool!
Yeah Mr. Jones-Brown last year was really bad.
(knocking sound)
(door creak)
I'm your new teacher Mr. Smith.
Please be cool please be cool
please be cool...
And today's class is gonna be a surprise pop quiz!
Oh man... school sucks.
(applause, laughter, and music)
Anyways that's this week's video stay tuned for the next time when
I talk about a never covered before topic which is faked prank videos

Top 5 Scariest Creepypasta Stories On The Internet - Duration: 7:10.
Yeah that's a clip about Annabelle.
We will be learing more about her as we make our way down this list.
Yay for creepy doll stories.
Hey guys im Court McGinley and welcome back to the most amazing top 5.
Before we get started I want to remind you to stay tuned until the end of the video as
I will be answering your questions and reading comments.
Also don't forget to leave your questions down below so I can answer them in an upcoming
video.
Alright lets get started on out list of the top 5 creepy Pasta stories on the interent
Coming in at our number 5 spot--Jeff the killer- Yeah Jeff the killer- if you've never laid
eyes on the infamous image of Jeff then consider yourself lucky.
Basically its said Jeff is a serial killer who hides in the closets of his victims and
whispers out " Go to sleep" to them before killing everyone in their household.
Yeah I don't know if its just me but if I heard those words coming out from my closet-
sleeping is the last thing I would be able to do.
Whats even more creepy is his appearance.
His face is smooth and pale and he always has a huge creepy grin on his face- and small
eyelashes that have no lids.
Hes easily one of if not the most recognizable creepypastas.
His image has appeared on thousands of forums.
In his origin story its said he was in a fight and somehow chemicals burnt his face and caused
him to go insane.
After this he murdered his family and disappeared into the night to make guest appearances in
your nightmares.
In at number 4--NoEnd House- so when it comes to scary movies or tv shows haunted houses
usually play a large role.
Theyre pretty much the center for a scary narrative.
So NoEnd house actually promises people 500 dollars if they are able to survive a trip
through its 9 rooms of torture.
The deeper in you go the more sinister and evil the rooms become.
Pushing the limits of the persons pyche and humanity.
Yeah 500 dollars to be scared for life I definitely don't think that's worth it.
That would pay for like one maybe 2 of the therapy sessions you would have to have after
leaving this house.
I do believe in ghosts and all of that so this wouldn't be for me.
Plus it makes you wonder they wouldn't just be throwing 500 dollars around.
So whats in there must be pretty messed up for them to give you several hundred dollars
for making it out.
Would you enter this house?
Let me know why or why not down in those comments.
At number 3--Annabelle- So thanks to the conjuring we all know about the Raggedy Ann doll and
paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren.
To this day they have artifacts from hauntings displayed In their museum.
But of course the item that attracts the most attention is the Annabelle doll.
This doll has been confirmed of being possessed by a ghost of a girl who was buried underneath
and apartment building.
Before being locked away Annabelle was constantly being found in strange places and people claimed
they could hear her moving over in the next room.
But the craziest thing that happened was about a man named Lou.
One night Lou was sleeping and woke up in a panic after having a nightmare.
But once awake he couldn't move.
He then glanced his eyes down towards his feet and saw Annabelle.
Annabelle then began to creepy up his leg and onto his chest.
She then started to strangle him and he passed out.
Th e next morning he woke up and was convinced that what had happened wasn't a dream.
Yeah that's creepy.
As mentioned before Annabelle now lives in the museum.
She locked in a case that is holy water incrested.
Theres also a notice on her case that says Warning positively do not open
Coming in at number 2--Slender Man- This is one Ive read all too much about.
Before Slender man popular in the video game world he haunted the forums of the internet.
The slender man in a tall- skinny man who has a white featureless face.
He wears a finely pressed suit and has extremely long limbs.
Slender man is said to prey on children in particular- but also those who become obsessed
with his existence.
Many people have claimed they have seen this shadowy figure off in the distance – most
commonly spotted in the woods- while some say that the slenderman himself has rung their
door bells.
Its said if you do see slenderman he will stat stalking your life.
He will look at you through your windows as youre sleeping and follows you everywhere.
One person who made this claimed is a popular youtuber named Shane Dawson.
In one of his urban legends he talked about his own personal experience with slender man.
He said that once when he was 7 years old he was in bed trying to fall asleep.
But he felt something watching him so he turned to the window and saw a man with no face and
a black suit looking in at him.
There have also been stories in the news of teenagers killing their friends because they
claimed slender man told them to do it.
Another teen set her house on fire because slenderman told her to do it.
So yeah lot of bizarre stories happening around this legend.
Theres even a slender man movie coming out in this summer so that's terrifying.
Apparently its going to follow 4 teen girls who perform a ritual to debunk the lore of
a tall thin horrifying figure known as the slenderman.
They soon fear that the legend is true when one of them suddenly goes missing.
And of course it takes place in a small town as all good terrifying movies do.
Alright and before we jump into number 1 I just want to remind you guys to please show
us some love by giving this video a big thumbs up- and subscribing to our channel.
And once again stay tuned until the end of the video as I will be answering your questions.
And if you would like to be featured in an upcoming video then make sure you leave those
questions below.
And in at number 1--Robert the doll- this story brings us all the way back to 1906.
A doll was given to a 4 year old boy named Robert Eugine Auto- Robert named the doll
after himself.
The person who gave him this doll was an unhappy servant of the family who practiced black
magic.
Through out the boys childhood his parents would hear him playing with and talking to
the doll.
But the strange part is they would hear the doll talk back.
At first they just passed this off as Eugine talking back to him self in a different voice.
But when they asked him about his made up voice they didn't know what he was talking
about.
Shortly after neighbours reported seeing the doll move from window to window when the family
wasn't home.
And even the family admits they occasionally saw the doll running from room to room out
of the corner of their eye.
On top of that the doll was often caught blinking a lot as well.
Eugine ended up passing away in 1973 and his doll Robert was left in the attic until new
owners bought the house.
The family that moved in has a 10 year old daughter and she took a liking to Robert so
she kept him.
And it wasn't long before this little girl would wake up in the middle of the night screaming
saying that Robert was running around the room and tried to attack her.
This doll is said to be one of the most haunted objects in the world.
Also a fun fact the chucky doll was actually inspired by Robert.
Alright and its that time of in the video where im going to answer your questions and
read comments so lets get started.
Kris the Assassin said- please can you do top 5 dumbest criminals- ooh that's a great
suggestion Kris I will put that one on the suggestion list for sure.
There are so many we can probably do a part 2 as well.
On our list about the queen M.A asked- why did you choose this topic- because who doesn't
want to learn more about the queen?
Shes quite the interesting lady.
Next- Its Brandon said- You guys really have to stop shoving your political opinions in
our faces.
We want a neutral source of information . this should also apply to IO.
Well I definitely know I didn't show my political opinion in anyone's face.
I simply said one opinion in one sentence of the video.
But thanks for your concern.
Well there you have it that's our list of the top 5 biggest Disney fails that will ruin
your childhood.
As always Thank you so much for watching don't forget to show us some love by giving this
video a big thumbs up- subscribing and turning that notification bell on.
