All the good that is to be made manifest in man's life is

already an accomplished fact in divine mind, and is

released through man's recognition, or spoken word, so he

must be careful to decree that only the divine idea be made

manifest, for often, he decrees, through his "idle words,"

failure or misfortune.

It is, therefore, of the utmost importance, to word one's demands correctly.

If one desires a home, friend, position or any other good

thing, make the demand for the "divine selection."

For example: "Infinite Spirit, open the way for my right

home, my right friend, my right position.

I give thanks it now manifests under grace in a perfect way."

The latter part of the statement is most important.

For example: I knew a woman who demanded a thousand

dollars.

Her daughter was injured and they received a

thousand dollars indemnity, so it did not come in a "perfect way."

The demand should have been worded in this way: "Infinite

Spirit, I give thanks that the one thousand dollars, which is

mine by divine right, is now released, and reaches me under grace in a perfect way."

As one grows in a financial consciousness, he should

demand that the enormous sums of money, which are his

by divine right, reach him under grace, in perfect ways.

It is impossible for man to release more than he thinks is

possible, for one is bound by the limited expectancies of

the subconscious.

He must enlarge his expectancies in order to receive in a larger way.

Man so often limits himself in his demands.

For example: A student made the demand for six hundred

dollars, by a certain date.

He did receive it, but heard afterwards, that he

came very near receiving a thousand dollars, but he was

given just six hundred, as the result of his spoken word.

Wealth is a matter of consciousness.

The French have a legend giving an example of this.

A poor man was walking along a road when he met a traveler, who stopped him and

said: "My good friend, I see you are poor.

Take this gold nugget, sell it, and you will be rich all your days."

The man was overjoyed at his good fortune, and took the

nugget home.

He immediately found work and became so prosperous that he did not sell the nugget.

Years passed, and he became a very rich man.

One day he met a poor man on the road.

He stopped him and said: "My good friend, I

will give you this gold nugget, which, if you sell, will make

you rich for life."

The mendicant took the nugget, had it valued, and found it was only brass.

So we see, the first man became rich through feeling rich, thinking

the nugget was gold.

Every man has within himself a gold nugget; it is his

consciousness of gold, of opulence, which brings riches

into his life.

In making his demands, man begins at his journey's end, that is he declares he has

already received.

Continually affirming establishes the belief in the

subconscious.

It would not be necessary to make an affirmation more than

once if one had perfect faith!

One should not plead or supplicate, but give thanks repeatedly, that

he has received.

"The desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose."

This rejoicing which is yet in the desert (state

of consciousness) opens the way for release.

The Lord's Prayer is in the form of command and demand, "Give us this day our

daily bread, and forgive us our debts as we forgive

our debtors," and ends in praise, "For thine is the Kingdom

and the Power and the Glory, forever.

Amen."

So prayer is command and demand, praise and thanksgiving.

The sutdent's work is in making himself believe

that "with God all things are possible."

This is easy enough to state in the abstract, but a little more

difficult when confronted with a problem.

For example: it was necessary for a woman to demonstrate a

large sum of money within a stated time.

She knew she must do something to get a realization (for realization

is manifestation), and she demanded a "lead."

She was walking through a department store, when she saw

a very beautiful pink enamel papercutter.

She felt the "pull" towards it.

The thought came.

"I haven't a paper cutter good enough to open letters containing large checks."

So she bought the papercutter, which the reasoning mind

would have called an extravagance.

When she held it in her hand, she had a flash of a picture of herself

opening an envelope containing a large check, and in

a few weeks, she received the money.

The pink papercutter was her bridge of active faith.

Many stories are told of the power of the subconscious

when directed in faith.

For example: A man was spending the night in a

farmhouse.

The windows of the room had been nailed down, and in the middle of the night he felt

suffocated and made his way in the dark to the window.

He could not open it, so he smashed the pane with his fist,

drew in draughts of fine fresh air, and had a wonderful night's

sleep.

The next morning, he found he had smashed the glass of a

bookcase and the window had remained closed during the

whole night.

He had supplied himself with oxygen, simply by his thought of oxygen.

When a student starts out to demonstrate, he should never

turn back.

A student once made this wonderful statement, "When I asks the Father for anything, I puts

my foot down, and I says: Father, I'll take nothing less

than I've asked for, but more!"

So man should never compromise: "Having done all - stand."

This is sometimes the most difficult time of demonstrating.

The temptation comes to give up, to turn back, to compromise.

Demonstrations often come at the eleventh hour because

man then lets go, that is, stops reasoning, and Infinite

Intelligence has a chance to work.

Man's dreary desires are answered drearily, and his

impatient desires, long delayed or violently fulfilled.

For example: A woman asked me why it was she was

constantly losing or breaking her glasses.

We found she often said to herself and others with

vexation, "I wish I could get rid of my glasses."

So her impatient desire was violently fulfilled.

What she should have demanded was perfect eye-sight, but what

she registered in the subconscious was simply

the impatient desire to be rid of her glasses; so they were

continually being broken or lost.

Two attitudes of mind cause loss: depreciation, as in the

case of the woman who did not appreciate her husband, or

fear of loss, which makes a picture of loss in the

subconscious.

When a student is able to let go of his problem (cast his

burden) he will have instantaneous manifestation.

For example: a woman was out during a very stormy day

and her umbrella was blown inside-out.

She was about to make a call on some people whom she had never

met and she did not wish to make her first appearance

with a dilapidated umbrella.

She could not throw it away, as it did not belong to her.

So in desperation, she exclaimed: "Oh God, you take charge of this umbrella, I don't

know what to do."

A moment later, a voice behind her said: "Lady, do you

want your umbrella mended?

There stood an umbrella mender.

She replied, "Indeed, I do."

The man mended the umbrella, while she went into the

house to pay her call, and when she returned, she had a

good umbrella.

So there is always an umbrella mender at hand, on man's pathway, when one puts the

umbrealla (or situation) in God's Hands.

One should always follow a denial with an affirmation.

For example: I was called on the phone late one night to

treat a man whom I had never seen.

He was apparently very ill.

I made the statement: "I deny this appearance of

disease.

It is unreal, therefore cannot register in his

consciousness; this man is a perfect idea in Divine Mind,

pure substance expressing perfection."

There is no time or space, in Divine Mind, therefore the

word reaches instantly its destination and does not return

void.

I have treated patients in Europe and have found that

the result was instantaneous.

I am asked so often the difference between visualizing and

visioning.

Visualizing is a mental process governed by the

reasoning or conscious mind; visioning is a spiritual

process, governed by intuition, or the superconscious mind.

The student should train his mind to receive these flashes of

inspiration, and work out the "divine pictures," through

definite leads.

When a man can say, "I desire only that which God desires for me," his new set of

blueprints is given him by the Master Architect, the God

within.

God's plan for each man transcends the limitation

of the reasoning mind, and is always the square of life, containing

health, wealth, love and perfect self-expression.

Many a man is building for himself in imagination a bungalow

when he should be building a palace.

If a student tries to force a demonstration (through the

reasoning mind) he brings it to a standstill.

"I will hasten it," saith the Lord.

He should act only through intuition, or definite leads.

"Rest in the Lord and wait patiently.

Trust also in him, and he will bring it to pass."

I have seen the law work in the most astonishing manner.

For example: A student stated that it was necessary for her

to have a hundred dollars for the following day.

It was a debt of vital importance which had to be met.

I "spoke the word," declaring Spirit was "never too late"

and that the supply was at hand.

That evening she phoned me of the miracle.

She said that the thought came to her to go to her safety

deposit box at the bank to examine some papers.

She looked over the papers, and at the bottom of the box, was a new one

hundred dollar bill.

She was astounded, and said she knew she had never

put it there, for she had gone through the papers many

times.

Man will reach the stage where his "word is made flesh," or materialized,

instantly.

Man should make an art of thinking.

The master thinker is an artist and is careful to paint only the

divine designs upon the canvas of his mind; and he paints these

pictures with masterly strokes of power and decision, having

perfect faith that there is no power to mar their perfection

and that they shall manifest in his life the ideal made

real.

All power is given man through right thinking, to bring his

heaven upon his earth, and this is the goal of the game

of life.

The simple rules are fearless faith, nonresistance and love.

May each reader be now freed from that thing which has

held him in bondage through the ages, standing between

him and his own, and know the Truth which makes him

free - free to fulfill his destiny, to bring into manifestation

the divine design of his life, health, wealth, love and

perfect self-expression.

Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.

The ROG Phone is INSANE... - Duration: 7:28.

- Hey guys, this is Austin and this

is the ROG phone.

So when ASUS invited us out

to their event here at Computex, I had a few big questions.

So after seeing the Razer phone last year,

there's some interesting stuff,

there's some stuff that it does well,

but at the end of the day,

it has a great display, it has an interesting build,

but it's not a great phone.

Now I don't want to be too hard on the Razer phone,

as there are some things it does well,

but at the end of the day,

I don't care how gaming-focused of a device you're making.

It has to be a good phone,

and the ROG phone, at least on paper

and sort of based on first impressions,

looks like it is that good balance.

So what is the ROG phone?

What you're getting here is on the surface

a very unique looking device.

And when I say that, I mean it.

Not only do you have an LED

that is going to be full RGB on the back,

but you've got a vent, you've got vapor chamber cooling,

and you've got what looks to be

one of the best looking displays I've ever seen

on a smartphone.

The ROG phone is rocking a six-inch,

2160 x 1080p AMOLED display.

Now that have might not sound impressive,

but what you're getting here is two things:

first of all, it's a solid panel,

it's got good viewing angles,

really impressive brightness,

it's going to support HDR,

but almost more importantly than that,

it's going to be running a full 90Hz.

Now yes, on paper the Razer phone has it beat,

but not only are you getting a much,

much nicer looking OLED panel,

but as far as I'm concerned, running at 90 frames per second

versus 120 frames per second is very hard to tell

on any display, especially when it comes to a phone.

So what you're getting here is actually a decent--

(music interrupts from phone)

I'm gonna stop pressing things accidentally.

Now if you take a look at the back of the phone,

you'll definitely see it's got some gamer style,

but I actually don't think it's that bad.

It's going to be fairly subtle,

especially when you're considering this is going to be glass

sort of blends in a little bit,

and while you do have a glowing LED logo,

it's going to be completely customizable,

and importantly, you can also turn it off

if you don't want to, you know,

be sitting in a meeting

looking like this.

The rest of the specs

are literally as high-end as you can imagine.

So this guy is rocking the Snapdragon 845,

but not just any Snapdragon 845,

it's actually a custom version which is running at

just under 3 Ghz.

They don't have the exact SKUs just yet,

but you should expect 8 gigs of ram,

and up to supposedly 512GB of storage.

Camera-wise, you're getting a set up that is very similar

to the ZenFone 5 and 5z.

A wide-angle 8 megapixel camera as well

a 12 megapixel standard shooter.

Now the main difference here

is that these are going to be supported by

Google's AR core, which should be helpful

for some AR games in the future,

but expect decent performance,

maybe not anything spectacular,

but definitely better than the Razer phone.

Am I being too mean to the Razer phone?

All this is being backed up by a 4000 mAh battery,

a pretty decent size,

especially considering that you have to have

so much power to run a phone like this.

Now there are some other things

that are definitely appreciated.

First of all, we do have USB-C

as well as a headphone jack,

and two more USB-C ports I'll talk about in a second,

but you're also going to be getting some

really impressive sounding front-firing speakers.

Hey guys, this is Austin,

and today it's time to finally build

what you guys have been asking for for months.

Those are incredibly loud speakers.

Something cool that's shared with a Pixel 2,

is that you can actually squeeze on the edges of the phone

to be able to enable gaming mode.

So on the Pixel, that will on the little assistant,

but here,

you can see it turns all red and looks cool.

And this will turn off things like notifications

when you're in the game,

enable a higher level of performance,

and just look really cool.

Now if you take a look at the top of the phone

what you're going to find

are there two little sort of ridged edges here.

Now this actually can be mapped inside the software

to be an actual button.

So as opposed to need to carry around a controller,

but some games

you might just be able to use these as triggers

because it's all when you use pressure sensitive,

it's actually kind of cool.

And one of my favorite parts,

even though it's not really all that important,

is if I actually open up the camera here,

you can see if I just press on top:

it takes a shot.

This is cool right?

It feels like a real camera,

you don't have to think about it.

Like I think I naturally sort of pressed down on this part

of the phone when taking a shot,

but it actually works as a shutter button here.

What really pushes the ROG phone into crazy town

are going to be the accessories.

So in addition to your standard USB-C port,

and headphone jack that you're going to find

on the bottom of the phone,

the side of the phone also has two more USB-C ports.

The first accessory is the Aero Active cooler.

Now this moves your USB-C port as well your headphone jack

to the side of the phone,

so when you're playing in landscape,

it doesn't sort of get in your way

when you're trying to hold it on either end.

But on top of that, it has RGB

because of course it does,

it's a phone in 2018 that has the ROG brand on it,

and on top of that, it's also going to function

as an actual cooler for your phone.

And importantly, this is included in the box.

Unlike some of the other

slightly more exciting accessories.

But I will actually say one thing,

because of the fan is going to be cooling

the entire back of the phone,

because of the vapor chamber which runs most of the way here

you're actually getting a little bit of cool air

on your fingers when you're holding it like this,

which is nice.

You can play any kind of smartphone game

for an extended period of time.

Know that it can get very hot very quickly.

There's also the mobile desktop dock,

so this is actually a pretty hardcore accessory,

which when you dock your phone inside of it,

will give you a wide range of ports including ethernet,

HDMI, DisplayPort, A ton of USB ports,

and importantly, it's also going to allow you

to use a mouse and keyboard in the game.

Now this paired with some clever software,

will allow you to use a mouse and keyboard

on literally any Android game out there.

The way it works is is that it will remap

various different parts of your display

to go along with your keyboard or mouse.

So for example if you hit the E key on your keyboard,

it can press a specific part of the display that might

reload or pick something up.

Now to be fair, the very early ROG phones that I got to try

was not super smooth as far as this went

so we'll kinda have to wait and see,

but I feel like it's a very simple piece of tech

that I'm sure they'll be able to sort out

by the time the phone comes out.

The real issue is going to be

I think this is kind of cheating,

'cause most people are playing on their actual phones

and someone can just drop their phone on the dock

and play with a full mouse and keyboard.

So we'll see about that, but super clever

and I think actually could implemented pretty well.

Something just as crazy is the Twin View dock.

Now this sort of turns your ROG phone

into something that kind of looks like a Nintendo DS.

So essentially when you drop your phone in,

it's going to give you a secondary display

which you can use for a lot of different purposes.

For example, if you want to say

stream from your phone,

you can have the actual chat in the Twitch window

up on one screen, and your actual game on the other,

but there's a lot of really cool advantages

that you can have with this,

especially considering that it does not only a

a full-size SD card slot and a USB-C out,

but it even does have a full 6000 mAh battery.

There is a lot to like with the ROG phone.

Now the idea of having a phone

that's dedicated to gaming, it first was

very skeptical to me, right.

So yes, it's going to be a nice function

to be able to have something that can do well at gaming,

but I mean at the end of the day: it's a phone.

And it has to be able to function well as a phone.

So based on what I've seen with the ROG phone,

it does perform well, but importantly,

it still doesn't really give up a lot of

functionality or features, right.

You can still fit in your pockets,

not gonna be giant, it's not gonna be bulky,

has a nice display, good performance,

all the things that you would expect.

Now the main issue, and I think the main thing

that really sort of worries me with the ROG phone

is going to be price.

This is not going to be cheap,

especially considering that it does come

with the actual fan attachment inside the box.

So of course, it's too early to know about

the actual specific pricing or any kind of availability,

although it should be out later this year,

but the thing that really worries me is

this is going to be a $1000+ phone.

Now I get it, if it's going to be in the $800-$1000 range,

I think it's actually going to be justified, right?

I mean, you compare it to something like a

Galaxy Note 8 or something, it's not going to be far off,

but if it's going to be $1000, $11, $1200,

that's going to be a lot of money

for essentially is ROG's first phone.

So I'm very curious.

Ivanka Trump is a very busy woman, and her White House position as an advisor to the

President can't leave a ton of time for things like meal planning and family dinners, right?

Wrong, actually.

As it turns out, Trump has carved out enough time in her day to prioritize how she and

her family are nourished.

From breakfast with her kids to dining out on the town, here's the scoop on what Ivanka

Trump really eats in a day.

Breakfast

Trump is not one to skip breakfast in the morning and head right to work.

She told Fit Pregnancy that she starts each day with cottage cheese or Greek Yogurt, choosing

full-fat because she prefers the taste.

Then she'll have a bowl of blueberries or raspberries and some cereal.

If her kids are craving oatmeal instead, she'll join them, and set up a full toppings bar

so they can all, quote, "decorate their oatmeal."

She told My Morning Routine,

"I get out all sorts of toppings — chia seeds, berries, flaxseed, goji berries, cinnamon,

walnuts, and almonds."

Daughter dates

Trump makes sure to spend quality time with her family during mealtimes, even on weekdays.

She told Harper's Bazaar that she and her daughter, Arabella, have a weekly lunch date.

Arabella meets her at her office, and together they dine at Trump Grill.

According to Trump, Arabella loves fish, so they'll go for salmon and veggies, and finish

off the date with some strawberry ice cream.

But on occasion, Trump will switch it up and go for a guilty pleasure.

She explained,

"A few times it's her having the salmon, and me having a cheese quesadilla."

Drink up

You'd be hard-pressed to find Trump without some kind of beverage in her hand or on her

desk.

She told Harper's Bazaar that for the most part, she sticks to water, Tazo passion tea,

or coffee with half and half, and added,

"[It's] an ongoing joke in the office that I never have less than three glasses of water

and some form of tea or coffee in front of me."

Maybe that's why her skin looks so healthy.

She shared with Fit Pregnancy,

"I get anxiety if I go for 30 minutes without a glass of water near me!"

Farmer's market

For Trump, motherhood came with some surprising perks.

She told Fit Pregnancy,

"One of the great things about having a toddler is that you actually have produce in the fridge!"

Trump claims things were different when it was just her and her husband, Jared Kushner

they'd let fruit go to waste before eating it.

But these days, she's more inclined to buy organic produce.

She shared,

"It's different when you become a mom.

[...] Buying locally grown foods from the farmers market is a fun activity to do with

Arabella."

Her family gets pretty creative with it, too like when they made a rainbow pizza!

Date night

Trump spends a lot of time in restaurants.

She told Harper's Bazaar that she and her husband regularly eat dinner out, either with

friends or for work.

She then noted that when she's at home, she often just eats her daughter's leftovers for

dinner.

Date night is also a priority.

Trump went on to say that she and Kushner try to get out at least once a week.

She told InStyle magazine her favorite New York spots are Frankies Spuntino and Lucali.

Pregnancy faves

Although Trump has confessed that she doesn't crave sweets very often, pregnancy was apparently

a different story.

She revealed to Fit Pregnancy that during one pregnancy, she craved cookies-and-cream

ice cream in the afternoon.

Speaking to US Weekly, she gave more details about her maternity must-haves, saying,

"I have very singular pregnancy cravings.

With Arabella, it was a double-toasted salt bagel with cream cheese.

With Joseph and this new baby, it's cookie-dough ice cream at 4 p.m."

Sounds like as long as the ice cream has cookies in it, she'll devour it when the hormones

hit, like clockwork.

Evolved eating

When it comes to healthy eating, Trump admits that she's evolved.

She told Shape magazine that before her first pregnancy, she'd eat pizza or pasta three

times a day.

However, those days are long gone, and now she relies mostly on salmon and chicken, homemade

vegetable soups, and salads.

She claims that over time, she started to crave the healthier options, particularly

for breakfast and lunch.

Trump doesn't rely on extreme measures to stay trim, either.

She revealed,

"I tried a juice cleanse, and it was a total disaster.

For the eight hours that I lasted, I felt like I was on the brink of starvation."

Living in concert with nature can be a beautiful learning experience, and one of the lessons

we learned while living in the countryside was the importance of water.

During the summer, temperatures would reach as high as 42 degrees Celsius (107 degrees

Fahrenheit) inside the house, and even hotter outside.

But the most daunting challenge was the lack of water, as we were forced to live on rain

water collected by the ground.

The water well ran dry in the summer, and the effects were harsh; trees would lose their

leaves and shrivel up, and birds were nonexistent except at sunrise and sunset.

We eagerly awaited the monsoons, as the water from those rains drastically changed the barren

landscape into a spectrum of luscious green.

Birds changed into their best shades and sang their finest tunes to attract mates, flowers

blossomed, butterflies chased each other, and dragonflies darted around.

The rains changed the whole vibe of the countryside, as each element transitioned from survival

mode to growth and reproduction mode, as everything felt positive.

When we were children, it was natural for us to go outside during the first rain, as

the wetness cured the searing heat.

In days gone by, all Indian healers advised the use of rain water for the treatment of

cancer.

However, the pollution of major cities turns that rain into acid rain, which isn�t exactly

the rain you want to use to heal.

Pankaj Oudhia did research on the role of rain water in traditional medicine, stating:

�The healers prefer the water from the first rains, but in case of poor collection, they

collect water from subsequent rains.

For the collection of rain water, they prefer Tamra Patra (copper vessels).

The traditional healers in interior regions not having the purchasing capacity to buy

Tamra Patra use Earthen pots (Ghada) to collect rain water.

�According to them, the water must be collected before it reaches the ground.

Although the rain water coming down from plants are also collected, they have a specific list

of plants that can be used for this purpose.�

Ayurveda, or ayurvedic medicine, is a system of traditional medicine native to the Indian

subcontinent that serves as an alternative medicine technique.

Here�s an ayurvedic weight loss receipe which uses rain water as an ingredient:

Masuru Emoto�s study further plays into this thought process, as he talks about how

water adapts to the environment that it falls in.

Flashing back to the earlier story, the groundwater is replenished a week after the rains start.

We would bathe and drink this water without any boiling or filtering.

The feeling of being charged when you drink this water, or even when bathing in it, in

an unaltered state was extremely refreshing.

People with long life span almost always have had access to high-quality, clean water.

That doesn�t even include the calming sounds of rain water, which supposedly opens up the

fourth, or the heart, chakra.

Personally, this effect is why I believe that my hair loss stopped and why I have regained

some of my lost hair.

One must also consider the magic of the holiest river in India, the Ganga.

Although the river is polluted in many spots, there�s an unknown factor, one that scientists
