Waching daily Dec 29 2017

(brave LOL) Hello~ I'm SONAMOO NEWSUN~

I'm going to do ASMR today

I actually don't really like ASMR

so I've never really watched it, but I'll try my best today~

Oh, I have to speak quietly~

I'm gonna have pizza today

I really don't like making sounds while eating~

so even when I'm eating with my members, they would be extra careful for me

I'm not sure if I can make sounds while eating

but I'll try my best for my first eating sound!

Ah more quietly~

My.. my favorite food is pizza

So to be honest... rather than for ASMR

I'm..

(honest) I'm here to fulfill my hunger

[Eating sound almost muted..]

And I

don't really like coke

[Huh??]

[Reckless movement→]

But for today, I'll take a sip

[I don't know ASMR.. so doing as I'm told by the PD..]

I only drink coke when I eat hamburger..

My favorite part of pizza is the bread crust at the end

[Toppings escaping]

I probably won't watch this video

I never really understood people who watch

videos like these

(Huh..?) But I myself am doing one LOL

<Favorite food? (excluding pizza)>

Hamburger..? Tteok-bokki?

I think I kind of like Western food

I don't really go for Korean food

but I kinda go looking for Western food to eat

I really like stimulating food~

I think that's the reason

(complete opposite NEWSUN) I also don't really talk while eating LOL

STAFF LOLOLOL (dying from holding back laughter)

It's a new NEWSUN~

You gotta have pickles too~

(Pickles too?!) I don't really eat pickles.. LOL

STAFF LOLOLOL (God save us LOL)

But! I'll have one just for today.. ha

(No soul) Delicious..

[Funny_no_matter_how_hard_I_try.avi]

I used to eat pizza 5 times a week~

I really love pizza~

I don't have to read this right?

<Which pizza do you like?>

I don't really like pizza with a lot of toppings

LOLOLOL everyone ROFL LOLOLOL

[ASMR-ing_with_foods_I_don't_really_like.avi]

Peperoni, cheese ...

or just really simple types of pizza

but you can't really hear the sounds for those

I don't really like fruit toppings for food

Like hawaiian pizza? Those are not my type

So I said "Anything but fruits is fine~" but..

There's a lot of toppings beside fruits

<How many pizza slices can you eat?>

When I was young, I could eat an entire large pie

But after going on a diet

I get full just by eating 2~3 slices

So when I eat pizza by myself, I order it in the morning~

and I have 2 each for breakfast, lunch and dinner.. LOL

I don't get sick of food easily~

So when I went on a one food diet,

I only ate banana for a month and still didn't get sick of it~

Now, I have a meal per day

I eat what I want and don't eat anything else

When I was on a diet last time, I was craving pizza

My favorite pizza place is in Itaewon

so I went there to eat pizza and didn't have anything else for a day

<Dear fans!>

I bet there's some of you who don't like eating sounds like me

If you don't like ASMR, turn off the volume

and I recommend just seeing my face~

SONAMOO just ended our 'I' album promotion

But we will return as a more colorful SONAMOO

so please look forward and support us~

It was my first time trying something I've never seen or heard

making sounds while eating...

I'm guessing I was awfully more quiet than others

Sorry guys I tried..

(Paradigm shift) For those who don't like eating sounds!

ASMR for you!

But still..

It was definitely something new once I've tried!

If it was hearing someone else doing this

I would have disliked it

but it was me doing the eating sound, so it was a bit more comfortable

Still, I wouldn't try ASMR after today LOL

[First_and_last_ASMR.avi]

Not watch it.. and yeah

I hope you enjoyed my video~

Thank you~~

(verse in Hindi)

(verse in Hindi)

(verse in Hindi)

So

many meditators are under the guidance

of such a learned Guru.

I am sure if we follow what he

teaches us and then God will also not let us fall.

In the end I would like to conclude by

(verse in Hindi)

(verse in Hindi)

(verse in Hindi)

(verse in Hindi)

(verse in Hindi)

(verse in Hindi)

(verse in Hindi)

(verse in Hindi)

(verse in Hindi)

This will only be possible,

if we learn this from you

that one should not live one's life just as a human

but as a human with humanity.

Because humans and their body

leave this world

but their humanitarian

work will stay

God has created us as humans, let's do

good work and make

our lives worthwhile.

Then only we can

make Baba ji proud of us. In the end

I would really like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to speak

I will pray to God,

that he gives you immense power

and strength so that

you can take your mission forward. Thank You

President Moon Jae-in says 'comfort women' issue cannot be settled by 2015 Seoul, Tokyo agreement - Duration: 3:13.

President Moon Jae-in,.. using emotionally charged words,... said the country's 2015

agreement with Japan to settle the issue of Tokyo's sexual enslavement of Korean women

during World War II... is seriously flawed.

Making his stance crystal clear,... the South Korean leader said the accord struck during

the previous Park Geun-hye administration is simply unacceptable to the victims and

to the Korean people.

Here's our chief Cheongwadae correspondent Moon Connyoung.

Comfort Women... is an euphemistic term referring to the tens or even hundreds of thousands

of women from all around Asia, mostly from the Korean peninsula, who were forced to sexual

slavery by the Japanese military before and during the second world war.

In December 2015, the governments of South Korea and Japan announced an agreement that

the two sides called "final and irreversible" claiming it settles a decades-long impasse

over the sexual slavery issue.

Unworkable... is what the new South Korean President Moon Jae-in called the 2015 agreement

reached under his predecessor as it is faulty in procedure and content on Thursday... a

day after a state-appointed panel concluded that the agreement, in which Japan agreed

to provide funds for the dwindling number of survivors had failed to properly communicate

with the victims before reaching the deal.

In a readout by his spokesperson, the president said the agreement was seriously flawed and

cannot solve the longstanding issue.

(Korean) "This runs afoul of the established universal

principle of the international community for settling history issues, and above all, it

was a political agreement that does not include the victims themselves and the Korean people."

The South Korean leader ordered follow-up measures to resolve the dispute with Japan

over the sex slavery issue.

(Korean) "Despite the burden of the past agreement

being a formal promise between governments that was ratified by the leaders of both countries,

I, as president, along with the Korean people, make it clear again that the "comfort women"

issue cannot be settled through this deal."

Following President Moon's remarks, a Japanese foreign ministry spokeswoman reiterated Foreign

Minister Taro Kono's comments that any attempt to change the deal would be "unacceptable"

and make relations "unmanageable."

(Korean) "From Japan's perspective, this whole situation

can be quite baffling as these are the terms that the two governments agreed on.

So, the current South Korean government will have to come up with some kind of diplomatic

measure that takes account both their relations and satisfy the public sentiment as well as

the victims themselves.

It would be most ideal if it can negotiate a way with Japan to revise the 2015 agreement

to reflect South Korean public sentiment.

(STAND-UP) "It isn't clear yet how the South Korean president

who still enjoys a near 70-percent approval rating at seven and a half months in office...

plans to take this issue from here on out but many experts see it as unlikely that Mr.

Moon Jae-in will scrap the deal altogether... as it could spark a full-diplomatic row with

Japan especially now when Seoul and Tokyo face pressing needs to form a strong united

front against North Korea's growing nuclear threat.

UN Security Council bans 4 North Korean ships from accessing international ports - Duration: 0:50.

The UN Security Council has voted to ban four North Korea vessels from accessing international

ports, after they were suspected of carrying goods banned by international sanctions.

That brings the total number of ships on the UN blacklist to eight.

According to AFP, the U.S. had originally requested a ban on several other ships as

well, including vessels from China, Hong Kong, Belize, Palau and Panama.

But China rejected that list and only agreed to target ships carrying a North Korean flag.

Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump tweeted on Thursday that he was disappointed China

was allowing oil into North Korea, and that they had been, quote, 'caught red-handed.'

It's not clear if he was referring to the banned ships or another incident.

Rival political parties agree to hold last general session of 2017 on Friday - Duration: 1:00.

As the year winds down,... Korea's rival political parties have agreed to hold the last general

session of 2017 this afternoon.

The agreement came after the leaders of the three major parties and the Assembly Speaker

spent hours locked in talks over the most contentious issues,... such as amending the

Constitution.

At 5 P.M., lawmakers will hold a full-floor vote on 32 non-contentious livelihood-related

bills.

The parties have agreed to extend the work of a special parliamentary committee on revising

the constitution for six months, until June next year,... a major issue that divided the

parties.

The ruling Democratic Party of Korea had been pushing for a two-month extension, while the

main opposition Liberty Korea Party wanted six months.

It's seen as a tactic to disturb the ruling party's plans to put the constitutional revision

on the ballot during next June's local elections.

North Korea holds joint meeting of party, state, economy and defense agencies - Duration: 0:49.

North Korea has gathered the heads of its party, state, economy and military-related

agencies to assess the regime's progress over the past twelve months.

The state-run Korean Central News Agency reported that Thursday's meeting was in line with the

five-year economic development plan announced by Kim Jong-un in his New Year's address.

The report said Pyongyang's successes and shortcomings were comprehensively reviewed.

Addressing the joint meeting, a top official said the country has made a series of major

accomplishments based on Kim Jong-un's plans,... calling them "the shining fruits of the supreme

leader's leadership."

He encouraged the other officials to follow through on the initiatives in 2018.

Suicide bombers kill dozens at Shiite center in Afghan capital - Duration: 1:34.

At least 41 people have been killed and more than 80 wounded in a suicide bomb attack in

the Afghan capital, Kabul.

The Islamic State group said it was behind Thursday's attack, which targeted a Shiite

cultural center.

Ro Aram has the details.

Many students were attending a seminar at the Tabian Social and Cultural Center to mark

the 38th anniversary of the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.

The floor of the center, at the basement level, was covered in blood as wailing survivors

and relatives picked through the debris, while windows of the Afghan Voice news agency, on

the second floor, were all shattered.

The local Shiite leader said more bombs went off just outside the center as people fled,

although those follow-up explosions did not cause any fatalities.

The center was housed in a simple building surrounded by mud-brick homes in the Shiite-dominated

neighborhood of Dasht-e-Barchi, home to some of Kabul's poorest residents.

The Islamic State group said in an online statement that the center had received support

from Iran, which has provided military and financial aid to the Syrian government as

well as regional Shiite militias battling IS in recent years.

The group is now largely confined to a few remote patches of territory in Syria, but

it retains the ability to inspire and carry out attacks further afield.

Thursday's bombings were the latest in a series of attacks by IS against Shiite targets in

Kabul since the start of last year, which has left nearly 700 people killed or wounded,

according to UN figures.

Apple apologizes over slowdown of older iPhones, offers battery replacement discount - Duration: 0:46.

With lawsuits piling up around the world,...

Apple has issued an apology to consumers over the slowdown of its older iPhone models.

In a message posted on its website, Apple apologized to consumers who felt let down.

However, the tech giant reiterated that it never intended to shorten the life of older

iPhones,... and the slowing down feature was to prevent unexpected shutdowns due to degrading

batteries.

As a way of saying sorry,....

Apple said it will reduce the price of iPhone battery replacements from the current 79-dollars

to 29-dollars,... from late January until the end of next year.

Apple also said it will issue an iOS update with new features to give users clearer information

Football star George Weah wins Liberian presidential election - Duration: 0:57.

Former international football star George (way-ah) Weah has scored another victory,...

becoming Liberia's next president,... marking the country's first democratic transition

in over 70 years.

Weah beat his opponent and Vice President Joseph Boakai, securing more than 60 percent

of the vote.

Weah's campaign was not without its controversies, as he raised eyebrows with his choice of running

mate, Jewel Howard-Taylor.

She is the ex-wife of Charles Taylor, the warlord who is in jail for war crimes in neighboring

Sierra Leone.

Weah played for prominent football clubs, such as AC Milan and Chelsea, and is the only

African footballer to have won both FIFA World Player of the Year and the Ballon D'Or.

He stepped into politics in 2002 after retirement.

First round of Korea-U.S. trade deal amendment talks set for Jan. 5 in Washington - Duration: 2:26.

South Korea and the U.S. will hold talks on their bilateral free trade agreement next

week in Washington on possibly amending the five-year old deal.

With round one of negotiations just around the corner,... both sides are said to be staking

out their positions.

Arirang's Cha Sang-mi with more.

Top negotiators from Korea's Trade Ministry and the U.S. Trade Representative will sit

down next Friday to begin negotiations over the amendment of the two countries' five-year-old

trade deal The first round of negotiations is set for

January 5th in Washington D.C. Korea's Ministry for Trade, Industry, and

Energy announced on Thursday that the revision is likely to be partial, as the U.S. hasn't

gone through all of the legal steps necessary for a full revision of the FTA.

In order to carry out a full revision of the trade deal, the U.S. would have had to follow

Trade Promotion Authority procedures such as stating its intentions to Congress ninety

days before the renegotiations begin.

The Trump administration wants to make amendments in multiple fields such as the automobile

and agro-livestock sectors in a bid to alleviate its goods trade deficit.

Seoul is seeking to protect sensitive sectors like agriculture while vying for what it calls

a 'mutually beneficial' deal.

The Korean government hasn't revealed what demands it'll make at the talks, but experts

say there are a few expected moves.

(ENGLISH) - "The Korean government seems to be interested

in weakening the Investor State Dispute Settlement - the ISDS - and weakening the conditions

to impose safeguards on American beef.

Some other cards that we can play are anti dumping."

Yet since Congress supports the U.S. anti dumping measures, the experts predict that

attacking the anti-dumping measures might be a somewhat dangerous move.

Korea's Trade Ministry in its report to the National Assembly last week, said that the

U.S. side is likely to request tariff adjustments to recover its trade imbalance.

The negotiations will be led by Korea's director general for FTA Negotiations Yoo Myung-hee

and U.S.'s Assistant Trade Representative Michael Beeman.

The representatives of Korea and the U.S. have already held two preliminary meetings

to arrange the amendment talks since the Moon and Trump administrations came into power

earlier this year.

Will Abe come to PyeongChang Winter Olympics? - Duration: 1:05.

Korea's review of the controversial bilateral agreement on Japan's wartime sexual enslavement

of Korean women has put enormous strain on the countries' already fragile relations.

It had been hoped the upcoming PyeongChang Winter Olympics in South Korea would be a

way to get ties back on track.

But those plans look to be in jeopardy as Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is expected

to rebuff an offer to join the Games as a special guest of Korea.

Citing government officials in Tokyo, Japan's Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported Friday that

the Japanese government is putting off its decision on whether to attend PyeongChang

2018.

This follows multiple news reports from other Japanese media saying it might be difficult

for Abe to visit Pyeongchang,... and that Tokyo is closely watching Korea's next move

on the wartime sexual slavery issue-- when Seoul reveals follow-up measures next month.

Prime Minister Abe, however has yet to officially respond to President Moon Jae-in's invitation

to the opening ceremony.

China's travel authority tells travel agencies to resume group tours to Korea - Duration: 1:39.

Now to news that will be music to the ears of South Korea's flagging tourism industry.

China's travel authority in Beijing has reportedly given the green light to major travel agencies

to normalizing group tours to South Korea.

Such tours had been banned in protest over Seoul's deployment of a U.S. missile defense

system.

Park Jong-hong has the latest.

Making an about face, Beijing's travel authority has reportedly given the go-ahead on tours

to South Korea.

Diplomatic sources in Beijing say the measure was given orally and that ten travel agencies

-- both state and privately-run -- were called in for the notification.

However,... cruise tours and chartered flights are still reportedly banned.

Restrictions on Chinese travelers to South Korea had been lifted last month in the wake

of eased tensions between South Korea and China over Seoul's deployment of the U.S.

THAAD anti-missile system.

But that measure had been short-lived as restrictions for residents in Beijing and Shandong province

were put back in place after just three weeks as authorities tried to rein in the heated

promotion of group package tours.

Now with China back on track, industry experts say Shandong is expected to follow suit next

month.

In the latest meeting, the Beijing travel authority is said to have instructed the travel

agencies to refrain from massive promotional campaigning and limit sales to offline services.

Cold snap to ease but dusty day _122917 - Duration: 2:20.

Good afternoon, despite the milder than average temperatures, avoid being outdoors too long

today, the air quality will be poor all day and even until tomorrow for much of the peninsula.

As for today's highs, Seoul will get up to 6 degrees Celsius in Seoul.

Daegu and Busan will hit 10 and 12 degrees.

Snow is in the forecast from Saturday afternoon into Sunday dawn.

Seoul and its surrounding regions could see up to 8 centimeters so if you are traveling

on New Year's holiday double check the weather forecast.

In fact, lots of people are expected to hit the roads over the weekend to check out the

first sunrise of the year.

Major expressways and highways heading to Gangwon-do province, in particular, should

see the most traffic.

The travel time of coming back home from Gangneung and Yangyang on New Year's Day will be double

the usual time.

With that, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.

While we'll have higher than average temperatures along with smog in South Korea, most cities

in North Korea will also have higher temperatures under mostly sunny skies.

As for the rest of Asia, high levels of toxic smog in New Delhi and Beijing will continue.

Meanwhile, those in Sydney will have a rainy weekend but the skies will get brighter on

New Year's Day morning.

Heading to North America, I can't imagine how people in Montreal are coping with these

temperatures of minus 20 degrees Celsius to near thirties... these day.

Another bone chilling day there on Friday.

As for South America, major cities on the map will have a repeat of Thursday's weather.

Taking you to Europe,... those in Madrid will have pleasant weather throughout the holiday

weekend.

Lastly to Africa, Cape Town will be the warmest city on the map with a high of 28 degrees.

That's all the weather update for now.
