Ask A Doctor No More

Episode 109: Vaccines.. and the delay of children

There is alot of circulating talk about vaccines

Every day a horror story about them

I am not taking about the discomfort from the vaccine, or what follows in the subsequent few days

I am talking about stories of significant harm, side effects and development of disease, specially in kids

I mean! what is the benefit of vaccinations!?

When did you last see someone with measles or polio!?

Why would someone take the risk and vaccinate!?

The sad truth!! is that we are having this debate because of the success of vaccines..

The benefits of vaccinations are indeed HUGE!

The real risk.. is in NOT vaccinating

It is not even a 100 years ago when parents used to panic when their kids developed a fever

They were worried that this is it! this disease is what would kill or cripple their child!

This was particularly true after the Hajj - Pilgrimage - season

But with the wide spread of vaccinations, we no longer see these tragedies.. Thank God

Vaccination does not only protect the one vaccinated

It is also acts as a protective agent to the spread of disease in the community

not everyone is able to get a vaccine

When enough are vaccinated diseases are kept at bay

a phenomenon that is called (Herd immunity)

However, it takes continuity to keep this protection going

if we let our guards down and stop vaccinating

It won't be long until the diseases are able to spread through the community and cause a lot of harm

This is not mere theory.. this actually happens

in 1998, a weak study was published attempting to link the MMR vaccine to the development of Autism

This study caused alot of fear, helped in part by the massive media coverage

Some parents stopped vaccinating their kids as a result

Measles was a disease that had disappeared from the United States

Parents did not realize the risk they are taking by not vaccinating their kids

It barely took 10 years until it began having a comeback

Only now did these parents realized their erroneous decision not to vaccinate

Now.. Rates of vaccination almost quadrupled in places where measles spread

Spreading wrong information about vaccination is harmful

The resulting fear will only cause people to shy away from vaccination

in the beginning there won't be drastic consequences. but it won't take long!!

At some point we will lose the "Herd Immunity" and we will pay the price as a community

It is easy to fixate on the stories that circulates about vaccines.. It is certainly normal to fear for your kids

But recall the "hidden" greater danger that you impose on them by not getting vaccinated

Luckily, the recent past is available for view in vivid pictures and videos.

With a quick internet search you can learn about all the diseases that you will protect your child from by vaccination

Make sure to consider the huge benefits.

Vaccines are effective and very useful

But let's discuss the other aspect... risks .. are they really as the stories suggest?

Why do Doctors just insist they are safe without going into further discussion about all the claims?

Is it because they don't know the details of the matter?

People who say that vaccines cause harm are also knowledgeable and educated

They speak science too!

Why doesn't this discussion come to a conclusion!?

The debate around the safety of vaccines can seem daunting and complicated

Alot of topics, vaccines cause diseases, vaccines harbor toxins, vaccines are too much.. Etc

It won't end!!

Every time a claim of vaccination harm that gets debunked, another will appear

These debates are not beneficial, they only result in people fearing vaccines. despite laying all the facts

So let me tell you the only fact that you need to know

These claims that suggest that vaccination cause significant harm are very weak when compared to the strong evidence that debunks it

These claims do NOT need further studies to investigate their merit

That is probably the main reason alot of doctors (pediatricians) do not like to engage in these converations

They just keep on saying Vaccinations are SAFE

You maybe wondering, who decides if a study is strong or weak!?

So let me try to explain this scientific concept by this story

Lets imagine that a school wanted to pick one of the students for a running contest

Faisal and Abdullah were two kids that run to school every day, and so were nominated

They lived an equal distance away from school

the principle asked the schools gate keeper for his opinion - as he sees them everyday- . which of them is faster than the other?

He thought, they are both pretty similar in speed

Their teacher objected

He said I keep track of the time they are delayed for the first class. and I note that Faisal is usually late

and so, I conclude that Abdulla is faster than Faisal

Faisal's mother heard about this and was surprised. She though her child was pretty fast

so she decided to follow both kids every morning for a week

she realized that Faisal is usually late not because he is slow

But because he meets his friend Nasser on the way and spends some extra time with him

To confirm that Faisal is fast, she got a tracker and placed one in Faisal's bag and the other in Abdulla's

The tracker recorded the speed of both kids

indeed Faisal was obviously faster when running

Now you see, 3 different results .. but they are not all true

The 3 results - certainly - do not carry similar value

The result of Faisal's mother is the most accurate

And although the other 2 opinions were based on rightful information, the conclusions were wrong

The (Methodology) carried out by Faisal's mother took more time and effort, but yielded more reliable results

And even if some "unhappy" people claim that Abdulla's leg is longer, or step is wider. These claims do not impose the slightest change in the conclusion

Because we have the speeds accurately measured already!

Research studies are "NOT" equal in the same fashion. Alot of the reliability of their conclusions stems from our understanding of the (Methodology)

This pyramid summarizes this scientific concept.

You can see that it starts with expert opinions as the weakest form of scientifically acceptable evidence

And goes all the way to Randomized Controlled Trials and Systematic Reviews of these trials as the strongest form of evidence

In summary, methodology decides - to a large extent - how reliable are the results

Going back to vaccinations

Yes.. There are evidence to suggest that vaccines cause harm

And although some were falsified, I am not going to get into that

all these studies belong to the weakest forms of scientific evidence.

On the other hand, over the past 20 years, one study after the other proves NO harm

These studies were done in more than 40 different countries

Each had a larger set of studied children and had a better (methodology) to reach a reliable result

NONE!! NONE!! found that vaccinations caused harm. Concluding that Vaccines are safe

And that the suggested harms by the weaker studies so not hold true

These studies altogether examined more than 14 million and 700 hundred thousand children

On the contrary, a study like the one linking MMR to autism reported the story of 12 cases

What is keeping this debate ongoing - nonetheless - is that every time a study debunks a false claim, another arises

And some people will just not abide by scientific facts. specially those who choose to believe that it is all a conspiracy..

I am a DAD "First" ... then a Doctor

I understand how precious are children, I got 2 of my own, we all want the best for them

The scientific community also understands that and that is why vaccination is one of the heavily studied topics in medicine

Sometimes there are 2 sides to an argument, and both are worth considering

But not this one!

The side that demonizes vaccines does not rely on strong evidence and that is why the conclusions are simply inaccurate

the opinions of "anti-vax"ers will harm you, your family, me and my family. Yes, it won't be today but will be in the foreseeable future

Vaccines are ((SAFE)) and ((EFFECTIVE))

Don't hold its benefits away from your loved ones and you society

Be Conscious

I hope you liked the episode and found it useful

I would like to thank both Dr.Nezar and Dr.Abdullah for their valuable review and comments

And to to extend my gratitude to you !! thanks for watching and sharing :)

I am always happy to receive your comments and feedback through social media pages

Goodbye!

"EXTERNAL OTITIS"

External otitis is a very common diving problem.

It is a painful situation which can be aggravated by moisture in the external canal.

Differential diagnosis from otitis media is done by pulling the ear or pressing the tragus.

If that maneuver increases pain, we are dealing with external otitis.

Local and systematic antibiotics are used and entrance of water

in the external canal is prohibited for several days.

The Only Purpose of Life in the Eyes of a Yogi, Mystic - Sadhguru - Duration: 17:24.

this is a time we are at a certain time in history where maximum amount of

intellectual activity is happening or in other words maximum number of people are

beginning to think for themselves there was a time in one village only one

person was thinking for everybody others just took instructions from him but a

time has come when every individual is becoming capable of thinking for himself

once so much intellectual capability comes when people ask for well-being you

pointing upward is not going to work your well-being is up there he is not

going to work it's beginning to happen so a lot of people are looking outward

by looking upward in the world many people have become hallucinatory many

wars have been fought in incredible amount of cruelty has been imported on

each other because people are looking up now people have started looking out for

their well-being now in pursuit of human well-being we are ripping the planet

apart this whole so-called environmental degradation is just the result of

pursuit of human well-being 100 years ago where we were and where we are today

in terms of our comfort and convenience it's not even imaginable we are the most

comfortable generation ever do you agree with me hello we are the most

comfortable generation ever but can we claim that we are the most joyful

generation have a peaceful generation ever do we know really well being this

is because some screw thee some the word son Scotty is to bethe day being used as

synonymous with culture but what some study means is

some means economist some also means excellent kriti means to do to do life

in an equine Emmis and an exuberant way the problem right now with most people

is if they're economists there is no exuberance if their exuberance there is

no balance within themselves I always see if I tell people be intense they

will become tense if you tell them relax they will become lakhs in laxity there

is no life in tension there is no life intensity and relaxation is life life

will happen at its peak if you know how to be intense and relaxed at the same

time equanimity and exuberance at the same time this is some scooty so this is

our Sam's Cathy how to become a Kona miss and exuberant at the same time I

think very proudly the Chief Minister was referring to the tribal people

though they are poor how they are living I don't get all the words but I get the

spirit behind that how they're living with great pride and joy though they are

living in very rudimentary accommodations no so-called modern

amenities and luxuries but life is full only thing we need to take care of these

basic nourishment if this one thing is taken care of a human being is capable

of organizing his own enough nature in such a way that he can live a full life

fundamental requirement of nourishing the body that alone must happen rest is

all you know largely destructive what we are doing in so many different ways now

this seems to thee evolved over a period of time where to make it a household

thing so that it is not like a teaching it is not like a philosophy it is not an

ideology or a religion but a way of living to make this huge efforts were

made to take it to every human being then after some time this became known

as the Hindu culture is very important to understand this the word Hindu comes

this that the land that lies between Himalayas and the Hindu Sagara is Hindu

this is a geographical identity if you are born in this land you're a Hindu

whether you are a man you are a tree you're an earthworm it doesn't matter

you are still a Hindu it's like saying an elephant is born in

Africa we say it's an African elephant

if a lion is born in Africa we say it's an African lion so it's a Hindu

earthworm because this is a geographical identity we reviewed these geographical

features because these two geographical features of Himalayas and the Indian

Ocean gave us the freedom to do what we want that is a period of 8,000 years or

so we had undisturbed life no any kind of outside barbarians coming and

attacking us no invasions nothing it gave us a clear life of peacefulness so

things evolved mathematics astronomy music spirituality all these things

found the highest expression because there was no worry about survival the

land was rich the rivers were plenty agriculture was producing enough food

enough animals around you everything was fine so people directed their energies

inward wanting to know the nature of our existence which is natural for a human

being once survival concerns are taken off so when a culture lived for six to

eight thousand years without concerns of survival

naturally this culture evolved inward one thing we did was we did not take

care of our military forces because we thought Himalayas and Indian Ocean is

going to take care of us that is why in great gratitude we called

ourselves Hindus because Himalayas and Indian Ocean are the basis of our

well being so in gratitude we named ourselves Hindu because these two

geographical features made our life made us who we are without them we would not

be who we are so this is an expression the word Hindu is a tremendous

expression of gratitude to the mountain and the ocean between which we

flourished so this culture evolved and grew and

this is not a culture this is the only culture where there is a conscious

effort to shape a human being most of the cultures evolved because of

geographical compulsions or survival compulsions they developed the only goal

was always Mukti whether whether you educate yourself that's towards your

Mukti you do your business that's towards your Mukti you do your politics

that's what you that's towards your Mukti you raise a family that is towards

you Mukti everything else is secondary the only and only goal is to attend your

liberation till the last generation probably in day-to-day conversation

mukti moksha were common words being used only now probably in the last 3040

years it is kind of evaporated from our conversations now we are discussing what

is happening in the share market every day nothing wrong but it's too narrow a

focus nothing wrong about the share market nothing wrong about the business

only thing is it can only be one aspect of our life it cannot be the complete

dimension of our lives survival has to be taken care of today we've come to a

place where we need a military we need protection we need industry everything

is fine but this is only one dimension of life if we do not attend to the other

dimension of life we will have everything and will have nothing that

will be our way this happened in 1924 there was a a bishop in the Greek

Orthodox group in Istanbul the Greek Orthodox Christians generally

considered themselves the only Christians the others are not and they

have their own Pope in Istanbul being on the Silk Route so many miraculous

stories from India floating across the Bosphorus exciting their imagination

about Yogi's mystics and all kinds of stories so the bishop had great urge to

visit India but being a man of cloth he could not decide when to go where so

after he was sixty years of age he found the opportunity to come to India he came

to southern India and he found a guide he wants to meet a yogi or a mystic so

somebody pointed out go up this mountain in a place like this there is a yogi

he's the right man for you so our man went up with great trouble then he saw a

yogi sitting in front of a cave completely blissed-out he went and

prostrated in front of him and the yogi saw this commotion of going down and

going up then he opened his eyes and smiled immediately the bishop asked can

I ask you a question the yogi said by all means the bishop asked what is life

this is after 60

you should have asked this question when you were eight

at least 1660 but it's okay it's better late than never so when he asked this

question what is life the yogi went into raptures within himself and said all

life life is like the fragrance of jasmine upon gentle spring breeze the

bishop looked like this it said what life is like fragrance of jasmine upon

gentle spring breeze my teacher told me life is like a thorn once it gets into

you if you sit it hurts if you stand it hurts if you lie down it hurts and you

are saying it's like fragrance of jasmine upon gentle spring breeze how is

this the yogi smiled and said well that's his life now what I'm telling you

is this is a land where always you have been told your life is your karma yes

now people have invented this karma means it's something that drops from

somewhere now karma means action whose action our action so it is just what we

do in terms of action does not mean just what we do in the world every moment as

you sit here in wakefulness and in sleep there are four types of actions

happening within you all the time physical action mental action emotional

action and energy action happening every moment of your life whether you're awake

or asleep it's happening the residual impact of this activity is forming

itself into certain tendencies for which traditionally they have used a most

appropriate word called wasana worse than a means literally smell

so let's say today in the garbage bin there is rotten fish certain kind of

creatures will go for it tomorrow there are temple flowers in it certain other

kinds of creatures will go for it this is how it is if you develop a certain

amount of karmic substance you will develop a certain kind of tendency or

wasana accordingly life comes towards you and you go towards it

these are tendencies which are being unconsciously created by you this is

your making because more than 99 percent of your physical mental emotional and

energy action is unconscious it looks like it's being done to you but this is

your making every point they told you this is your Karma this means this is

your making but then how do I perform my action how should I keep my thoughts how

do I keep my emotions what should I do I am sure every one of you have tried in

some way or the other but the nature of the mind is such if you say I don't want

something only that will happen yes you can do an experiment right now next 10

seconds nobody should think of a monkey close your eyes and try this only

monkeys isn't it because the nature of the mind is like this because the nature

of the mind is such you cannot do anything forcefully with it whatever you

do only addition and multiplication will happen subtraction and division is not

possible in your mind try whatever multiplication will happen no reduction

of thoughts will happen isn't it so yes because this is the nature of the mind

this is not shaped by your forceful will this is shaped by creating a conducive

atmosphere within you when I say a conducive atmosphere than you we glean

from nature what are the laws which rule our life we have heard of in modern

science you heard of loss laws of gravity loss of motion these are

something that we'll observe somebody observed that an

Apple falls only down and not up it's not a discovery everybody knew that's

how it is but why does it fall down wide only falls this way that is leads to law

of gravity or whatever so what we call is loss or obscene observations has to

under what loss physical dimension of life happens this is the interest of

modern science the interest of mystical dimensions or the spiritual sciences

have always been what are the laws which govern the inner nature what is it that

makes a particular human being the way he is and another may be born in the

same house to the same parents and why is he completely in a different way

two children born to the same parents same food same school do you see how

diametrically opposite they may be growing so what is it that grounds the

inner nature so by keen observation we came to the loss which group which

governed the subjective nature of the human being from this we formulated

certain laws which we called as Thurman Dharma means a law Dharma means does not

mean a religion Dharma does not mean a belief system doesn't Dharma does not

mean looking up or looking down there MA means we have understood the laws of

nature as there is a law for physical nature there is a law for the inner

nature understanding this loss how well you understand a particular law will

give you that much of freedom and latitude as to what you can do with your

life right now we can fly aeroplanes not because we are going against gravity

because we have understood gravity very well that's why we are flying it is not

counter to the gravity it is a deeper understanding of gravity which allows us

to fly similarly within our nature as you understand the laws that govern the

inner nature the subjectivity of the human being or the mechanics of what it

means to be human as you understand this deeper

whereas your realization deepens it allows you more and more freedom when

you have perfection of Dharma within you you attain to absolute freedom which is

called Mukti

質問コーナー【Q&A】スマホどうしてる?なんで包丁持ってるの? - Duration: 10:10.

Hi everyone.

I am Sayuki who is drinking too much alcohol while streaming.

It almost finishes this year.

A lot has happened this year.

I appeared on TV, published my book, and I cared about Furia and Besatt Japanese tour.

I also appeared on radio in Japan, Behemoth and Batushka songs are played on radio.

And...what...? Something else...

Ah! I gave this book to Nergal.

I made many nice memories.

This video is the last one in this year.

I do Q&A today.

I am going to answer a questions what I collected by twitter.

I don't answer everything.

I chose few questions.

OK, let's go.

It's not a question but I love your character and smile.

Thank you, thank you so much!

Who wrote it!?

I am really happy!

I can't believe it! Thank you so much!

Why did you listen Metal music?

I think King Diamond made me a chance to listen Metal music.

I had listened King Diamond and looked for more extreme music, later I met with Black metal.

Do you have some accident which you thought almost died. (I guess you had many times...)

Yes, when I was a junior high school, I went to school by bicycle on snowing day.

Then one car slipped and hit me!

I flew few meters.

And I hit to the ground with my bicycle.

But I didn't injured.

Anyway I thought "Aha, I'm dying" when I flew in the air.

Time went slowly.

After few days later, I found my shoe on the roof of someone's house.

But my body was no problem...

That's good.

Which gig was your best one?

It's difficult question...

I think...Marduk gig?

That gig was on 2012 in Łódź.

But...the best gig is...Furia.

I think the best gig was Furia in Krakow on 2014.

By the way, is Furia your most favorite band?

It's also difficult question.

Thanks to Furia, I live in Poland now. So the band is important for me.

But I also very like Marduk.

I don't follow a lot them now, but I have been like them from when I was high school student.

Thanks to Marduk, I was into going gig in abroad countries.

So I can not decide my most favorite band!

Don't you restart your old blog? I want to read about your article following Marduk in abroad countries.

I never restart such a shame blog!

I had started that blog when I started following Marduk gig.

I wrote in detail on that blog.

I think my old blog is valuable, but I don't restart.

I am planning to visit to Warsaw, do you know some club where is held Black metal gig?

Famous band like Behemoth, that kind of bands play often in Progresja.

Near by Progresja, there is Voodoo club. This club is small and middle class bands play in that place.

For example, Witchmaster.

These 2 clubs are located near by Warsaw West Station(Warszawa Zachodnia).

Use google.

When you stay in abroad country, what phone do you use? Is it SIM free?

Before I used to use iPhone.

That time, I made a contract with Softbank and I paid few money every month and kept my phone number while staying in Poland.

My iPhone was not SIM free.

I wanted to use SIM free phone and when I was in Japan I bought this phone. It's Freetel, did it bankrupt?

I use this phone in Poland but still I have a contract with Y!mobile.

Why do you have a knife?

Is it a profile picture on Twitter?

Almost 2 years ago, I made few Bento of Black metal band CD cover.

It's like Character lunch box.

I took the picture on that time.

So I had a knife and a bread like a chef.

That picture doesn't have important mean.

I would like to know the name of cat your boyfriend has.

We call her "Gnia" or "Gigusz".

She is so cute.

For Black Metal heads in Poland, Christmas is not important, isn't it?

What are you talking about?

You are lucky because you are Japanese and you can say such a thing.

I want to spend next Christmas time in Japan.

Which vocalist is your most favorite? Nihil?

It's difficult question too.

Yes, maybe...my favorite vocalist is Nihil.

I like his voice and singing style, and eccentric character.

Nobody asked me but my most favorite guitarist is Morgan from Marduk.

For me, he is No.1 in metal scene.

He is so stoic and strong.

He has a big passion foe Black metal.

What is your favorite Polish food? And if you know some nice thing for souvenir in Poland, please tell me.

Humm, my favorite food...

Placki ziemniaczane...

I can't pronounce well.

It's a potato pancake.

So oily food.

Grate some potato and onion, sometimes carrots. Later fry it and finish!

This dish is not only in Poland. You can eat it in another countries too.

My recommended souvenir is...

Instant soup, I always buy as a souvenir.

It's small paperback.

One pack, you can buy 1PLN sometimes.

And you can find made by Knorr.

There is a wide variety of soup.

Cucumber soup, Zurek and many Polish taste.

It's fun to choose, so please check it.

It's cheap and not heavy, so I recommend it.

For girl...maybe face pack?

You can buy it in drugstore.

But the package is written in Polish, so you have to use Google translate when you use it.

OK, I finish answering questions.

Thank you, everyone for supporting me this year!

Have a happy new year and continue supporting me 2018 too!

Now I'm squatting and feel pain on my knee.

Oh, I promote it.

This Maniac Butcher T-shirt.

The back is printed too.

I sell this L size one on Dekalog11. If you want, please contact to me.

Please support Dekalog11 and me on 2018!

Please buy a lot of Metal items.

See you next year!

Re-Activated Robinhood Investing App & Current Robinhood Portfolio - Duration: 5:00.

hello everyone ed thanks for tuning into the financial investor channel my name

is Brent and today we're gonna be covering Robin Hood and it's been a

while since I've talked about Robin Hood primarily because when I transferred

from Robin Hood over to Merrill edge they had deactivated my account I looked

at Robin Hood all the new stuff that they were releasing the web interface

the options the free options I decided you know there's a lot of information

there that can be covered because a lot of my viewers subscribers still use

Robin Hood now I suggest in my videos that all brand-new investors should

start their self-managed Roth IRA that way they're able to tax shelter there

are capital appreciations their dividends all that interest that they

make throughout the year because once you hit 59 and a half anything that

you've made through capital appreciation anything that you've earned through

dividends it's yours completely tax-free and I do have a video on how to create

your own self-managed Roth IRA and how I funded my own account so those will be

in the description below if you guys would like to check take a look and also

in the icon on top right corner now if you are not interested in you know tax

sheltering your money and you I've already put maybe fifty five hundred

dollars into your Roth IRA then I 100% suggest using Robin Hood to get those

free trades or if you're able to have the capital for free trades on another

platform take advantage of that so in today's video I contacted Robin Hood

asked them to reactivate my portfolio in my account and once I was able to log in

and this was actually earlier in the month so if I take a look at my one

month you can see here I was sitting at 0 dollars and 0 cents

up until I reactivated my account on the 11th they got back to me

and on the 12th I had 17 dollars and 46 cents and then kind of it kind of

trailed on there I didn't do too much with it that bumped up to 27 and then 33

and I'm currently sitting right at 33 dollars and 90

now this was all for my viewers and subscribers out there so thank you guys

for watching and using my referral link because it allowed both of us to get a

free stock now I was able to get quite a few different ones so ciri Zynga chk I

believe that's a bank sprint and another serie one so I did sell off a few of

those socks I'm still holding on to sprint because that was one of the last

ones that was added to my portfolio I decided to take a look at a rehear CBL

this is a it's a retail rate so CBL and I'm not associate but I don't know if

they misspelled that on purpose but this is kind of like a retail rate they're

non qualified so yeah CBL and associates properties is a real estate investment

trust which owns retail properties now retail is kind of a risky thing but I

you know there ex-dividend was on Thursday so you can see that this stock

fell by quite a bit if they're opening Thursday but then recovered throughout

the day so I believe this stock will either recover back to where it kind of

fell from run around you know five ninety or higher it did peek out right

around six dollars on December 27th and then fell a little bit and kind of a

pullback and then had the ex-dividend so this stock I think it'll come back I'm

not sure what specific retail stores are underneath the stock I did just kind of

plan on holding it tell right around it recovers right around 596 six dollars

selling it and then looking to invest in another stock now I won't be doing a lot

of buying and selling with on Robin Hood because I'm a buy-and-hold investor so I

will be taking a look at maybe an ETF that pays out every month and that's

pretty cheap that I could afford and then buying into it seeing if I can get

some dividends from it and kind of going on from there so that is it for this

video that's primarily what I wanted to cover just letting you guys know that I

do plan on covering Robin Hood again so if you you guys if you do have any

questions on Robin Hood on the upcoming changes that are going to be taking

Racing snipes and new sniping items montage #2(subtitles on) - Duration: 14:27.

Many people will see this if they turned on subtitles before

Let's snipe before we get caught by the law

Just testing something out

The first ever boomerang snipe

Does this count as a snipe?

Got to go now

Now that's rare

3 boomerang snipes, wow I'm on fire, total skill

Why this early?

This is why, when you're afk

I got protection!

Better to say snipe than protection though

Even if their lagged

No air snipe for me

I got blocked and got a point from 3 green shells

Now, the sniping

Those were cool balls of fire

But mine is bigger

It was a normal day in Urchin Underpass until

I want to do a trick(sniping) shot

Now look at the map at the nearest toad

BOYAHH!!

It's bomb-omb time

Now this video was suppose to be a battle and racing montage with new items but, I'm better in Bomb-omb than anything else

When people try to snipe me from behind

Clean snipe!!

Finally, there's the snipe

That was close

I lost the lead!! NEED MORE SNIPES!!!!

Like that

Another clean snipe from someone who is doing better than me

1:00

Double snipe!!

Air snipe

I'm getting all kinds of snipes!!

Lagged snipe?

This is battle, don't look at me weird

That was on Nintendo for not fixing the glitch

That's on me...

That's also on me :)

Well, I failed on that...

That's on the person or Nintendo

Ow

When you mess with me

As I said, I'm better with bombs than anything else

Space snipe, ok

1 snipe

2 snipes

clean snipe

Afk snipe

Now racing snipes

Fire balls is coming to snipe

Well, I messed up

Long snipe, only by green shells

Why Pink Gold Peach is trash

Whenever you hit or snipe her, she hits or snipes back

Uh, oh

Better run

Warned you

She's mad at herself now, watch out for her last minute snipe

Warned you, again

Starts star chain

Keeps on going with star chain

New: blue shell snipe

Gold Mario has only 1 snipe to show us

Wow...

Not my choice but whatever

Already starts the race bad

But starts with a snipe

I don't get why this combo isn't in 1st place

But at least I can snipe

Toadaline has a fast combo, especially on this stage

I got pushed to the gilder way by some idiots

But at least I can snipe first

That's the end of the sniping montage #2

1 more snipe and I'll go

Bye!!

Arduino and Servos: How to Make a Laser Turret with XOD - Duration: 12:32.

In this video, I'm going to teach you about servos!

What they are, how they work, and how to use them.

Then I'm going to show you a practical example where we make a simple laser turret!

Finally, I'm going to show you how to program an Arduino to control

the laser turret using a free, open source, visual

programming language called XOD.

What is a servo?

In this context, the term servo is short for servo motor.

The term servo means there is a closed loop control system that accurately

regulates the position of the servo's output shaft.

Now let me go into more detail.

In my previous video about H bridges I showed you a circuit that can control the speed

and direction of a motor.

But that's all it can do.

The motor just moves faster or slower depending on the

duty cycle.

And if you put a load on the motor it slows down.

And there's no way to accurately control how much the motor rotates.

This is what is called an open loop control system i.e. there is no way to regulate

the output, you're just changing the power going to the motor and hoping for the best.

A servo motor is a motor with a closed loop control system.

This means that you do have a way to control the speed and position, regardless of the

load.

Here's how they work.

You've got a DC motor being powered by an H bridge.

Then you have a series of gears to increase the torque of the system.

Most cheaper servos will have a plastic gearing system, but servos designed for higher holding

torque will usually have metal gears.

(alert noise) Metal Gear?!

Yes.

They're very solid.

Next, a servo will have some sort of feedback system that detects the rotation angle of

the output.

It could be a potentiometer, a magnetometer or

an encoder, but for hobby servos it's usually just a

potentiometer.

Inside the servo motor there's some circuitry that compares the user's desired rotation

angle with what the servo's feedback system is measuring.

If the output has rotated even a tiny bit in the wrong direction, it

adjusts the power to the H bridge, and makes sure the output is exactly where it's supposed

to be.

When you put all these things together, you get a very useful building block in robotics.

From simple toys to industrial robotics and animatronics nearly

every robot will have servo motors in some form or another.

There are many types of servos out there, from many different manufacturers, and they

all have different ratings.

The main specifications to look out for are the input voltage range, the stall torque,

and the speed.

You should also be aware of the servo's travel.

This refers to how much the output shaft can rotate.

It could be anywhere from 90 degrees to 200 degrees

or more.

And you can even get servos that continuously rotate.

Servos come in standardized sizes.

These are "standard" servos, and these are sub micro servos.

These would probably be all you'd ever care about

for projects at home, but I want you to be aware that for

bigger robotics projects you can get servos in larger form factors.

If all these options seem overwhelming to you, don't worry.

A good general purpose servo you can use is the Hitec HS-311.

It's been around for years.

It's functional and it's reliable.

In bulk you can get sub micro servos for $2 a pop.

I'll put links in the video description section.

Ok, so now you know what servos are and where to get one.

Let's talk about how to use them.

Every servo will come with a bag of extra parts.

These things are called servo horns.

The output shaft of a servo has these little teeth on them that grip the horn.

Screw the horn onto the output shaft, and then you can

wiggle the horn around.

(Juvenile laughing)

The point of the horn is that you can screw other mechanical parts onto it.

Here's an example where I have some plastic gears attached to the horn, and

when I rotate the servo shaft the gripper opens and closes.

And you can use servos to control pretty much anything mechanical in any axis.

Next let's talk about how to actually control a servo.

In addition to horns, servos also have pigtails.

I swear I'm not making this stuff up.

The colors will be either orange red brown or yellow red black.

Red and brown is where you connect power to the servo, and this

usually needs to be between 4.5 and 6 volts.

So most people use either a 3 or 4 cell alkaline or NiMH

battery pack, or sometimes people will use a 5 volt switch mode power supply.

For this project I'm just going to use my bench power supply set to

5V.

This third wire is where you connect the input signal that controls the servo.

Technically the signal is a PWM signal, but it's a very special PWM signal.

We're going to start by sending out a pulse that is 1.5ms wide, at 50Hz.

And the pulse is 0 to 5 volts.

This will center the servo.

You can repeat the pulses slightly faster or slower than 50Hz and the servo will still

work.

The most important thing here is the pulse width, not the frequency.

If we change the pulse width from 1.5ms to 2ms, the servo rotates clockwise.

And if we change the pulse width from 1.5ms to 1ms, the

servo rotates counterclockwise.

You can move a little further than those extremes, but the standard signal

is expected to be 1 to 2 ms wide.

I've been using a fancy waveform generator to generate these pulses for demonstration

purposes.

But you don't need one of these to do this at home.

It is possible to generate servo pulses with a 555 timer circuit,

but I would not recommend it.

Really the best way to do it is with a microcontroller like an Arduino

because it will give you very precise control over the timing.

Make sure you've watched my previous tutorial on Arduino if you need an introduction,

and then soon I'm going to show you how to use XOD to

create the servo signals.

Okay, let's talk about assembling the laser turret.

If you want, you could simply glue a second servo to a

servo horn, and tape on a laser, but I wanted something a little nicer than that for the

video.

So I ended up buying a pan-tilt servo kit from Digikey.

You can get them pre-assembled or buy the servos separately.

You can use any dollar store laser pointer for

the laser, or you can get them in bulk for even less than a dollar

on Amazon.

The laser modules have integrated resistors, so you just need to give them 3 to 5 volts

and they will work without any special circuitry.

Since they are cheap, I glued two of them onto the pan tilt head.

To control the turret in the X and Y direction, I'm using two 10k potentiometers.

The output of these will feed a 0 to 5 volt analog signal into the

Arduino on pins A0 and A1.

If you're really creative you could hack an old analog joystick to be the controller.

I already mentioned I'm going to power the servos with an external 5 volt supply, and

over here you can see how I'm using Arduino output pins 8 and

9 to feed the servo pulse signals into the servos.

Here's a view of the overall project.

Notice how I have a jumper wire connecting the ground from the external

5 volt supply to the ground of the Arduino.

They both need to have a common ground connection in order

for things to work reliably!

Okay, that takes care of the hardware side of things, now let's talk about programming

the Arduino so we can control the servos with the potentiometer.

We're going to be using a free, open source visual programming environment called XOD.

Go to XOD.io, then click IDE, Download Desktop IDE at the

top.

Register if you want, but I'm going to proceed without

registration.

Now you can download XOD for any of the major operating systems.

After you run the installer and start XOD, you'll be greeted with the option to run through

a set of tutorials.

I do recommend you check these out at some point, but for now let's create a blank new

project.

We give it a name... and now we have a blank space to work with.

So the first thing we're going to do is go to the common hardware list on the left.

You can see a lot of devices are supported but we are just going

to look for pot, short for potentiometer.

And we're going to drag two of them onto the workspace.

These little boxes are called "nodes", and the way XOD works is

you create a bunch of these little nodes that represent inputs and outputs on the microcontroller,

and you connect them with wires in the interface.

Now let's go back to our hardware list and create two nodes for the two servos we want

to control.

And we're going to connect the output of the potentiometers to the servos by dragging a

couple of wires.

At this point I recommend you go to view, toggle helpbar.

This will give you a guide to what all the little

input and output parts of each node are.

For example, a servo node has two inputs: the output port

number on the Arduino, and the value to send the servo.

In this case the servo node accepts a value from 0

to 1 to represent the servo's rotation.

And for the potentiometer, you can see how the output is a value from 0 to 1, depending

on how much you have rotated the potentiometer.

This is perfect, it's exactly what the servo node would expect to see

on the input, so we can connect the two nodes directly with a wire.

Next, for the sake of clarity, we should start giving our potentiometers and servos meaningful

names.

And we do that by clicking on the nodes, and then

typing names into the properties section on the left.

We're just going to call them X and Y potentiometers

and servos.

Now that we have some meaningful names, we can start defining which pins our hardware

is connected to.

I want my X potentiometer input to be Arduino pin A0, so we are okay here.

I want my Y potentiometer input to be pin A1, so let's change the port

number to 1.

I want my X servo output signal to come from Arduino pin 8, so we set that to 8, and let's

make the Y servo signal appear on pin 9.

And that's it!

We're done!

Let's go to Deploy, Upload code to Arduino.

Double check your board type and COM port settings are correct, and hit upload.

It'll take a few seconds to compile the visual, node based

programming into native microcontroller code.

And there you go!

Now we can use the potentiometers to rotate the laser turret in different directions.

But there is a small problem...

I don't like how in the Y direction, the head can move all the way down to

the floor, or point straight up at the ceiling.

I'm not enemies with Spiderman.

I'd rather have it so a full potentiometer rotation will move the servo

up and down in roughly a 40 degree arc.

To do this, let's go back to XOD, and let's browse the list of core nodes.

These are all the different math operations you can do.

We're looking for one called map range.

Let's drag that onto the workspace, and we can delete the existing wire by clicking

on it and hitting backspace.

Then we connect the potentiometer's output to the map range node's

input, and connect its output to the servo.

If we click on the map range node the help bar will explain how it works, and we're going

to make it so that a value of 0 to 1 coming from the potentiometer

will end up being mapped to a value between 0.5 and

0.75 going to the servo.

This should limit the movement of the Y axis servo.

After compiling and uploading the code to the Arduino again, now the travel range of

the Y servo is a lot more practical.

It's a very simple project, but the principles you learned here will apply to building more

serious robots... or more fun robots!

Thank you for watching!

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind | How Editing Shapes a Story - Duration: 12:19.

"Now the third way is what one might call pure cinematics.

The assembly of film, and how it can be changed to create a different idea."

That's Alfred Hitchcock, and in this short clip he demonstrates the power of editing.

If we take a close up of a man, cut to a woman and her child, cut back to the man and he

smiles, what do we think of him as a character?

Now if we were to go back to that same close up, but instead of the woman with her child

we see a girl in a bikini, and back to the man smiling, "what is he now?

He's a dirty old man, he's no longer the benign gentlemen, who loves babys, that's what film

can do for you."

So let's look at a scene from Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Joel has taken the day

off work and ends up meeting Clementine, after some convincing he goes upstairs to have a

drink, and before he leaves she gives him her phone number and asks to him call.

"Wish me a happy Valentine's Day when you call!

That would be nice."

What do we think of Joel as a character?

He's shy, he's nervous, the chronology of the film actually places this scene towards

the end, this is after he's already had his memory erased and so as far as his memory

is concerned he hasn't been with a woman in two years.

So maybe she's moving a little too fast for him to feel comfortable, but he likes her,

and calls her, as promised.

"What took you so long?"

"I just walked in."

"Mmhmm.

You miss me?"

"Oddly enough I do."

"You said I do, I guess that means we're married."

"I guess so."

Super romantic right?

It's one of my favorite scenes in the film, but what if we were to put in an additional

scene, if first we saw Joel make a different phone call, would it change how he feel about

him in that moment?

"Hello?"

"Hi, Naomi?

It's Joel."

"I was thinking and uh...I just, I think if we get back into this, all into it fast you

know, without considering the problems we had...you know?"

"Yeah, okay Joel, I suppose you're right.

Okay, I'm going to get some sleep then.

I'm glad you're okay."

"Yeah, you too, I'll talk to you, later."

"Goodnight."

"Goodnight."

"What took you so long?"

"I just walked in."

For those wondering why this scene doesn't look familar, it's because it didn't make

it into the final cut, it's one of several deleted scenes featuring Naomi, Joel's ex-girlfriend.

We hear her name mentioned a few times but we never see her on screen.

In the film, we do learn that they were together for a few years, before he left her for Clementine

after meeting at the beach party.

Another deleted scene shows Joel after he's had the procedure done, with no memory left

of Clementine he can't remember why he left Naomi in the first place, so operating under

the impression that he hasn't found anybody since Naomi, he returns to something familiar.

"It's been a lonely couple of years really."

"I'm sorry."

"No I'm sorry, you know, I mean...

I don't even know what happened."

This all takes place before he's met Clementine in Montauk, the exact timeline of which is

fuzzy but we can assume it was a relatively small window of time between reaching out

to Naomi and this night, sharing drinks with Clementine.

So this entire scene takes on a completely different meaning, everything that we might

have perceived as Joel being shy or nervous, now looks a lot like guilt, you can even read

it in his body language, as he tries to get up to leave.

The context given by these deleted scenes paints a different picture of Joel than what

we're shown in the final film, exhibiting behavior that makes him seem selfish, and

more impulsive than he likes to let on.

Especially when you consider that this phone call would make the second time that he broke

up with Naomi to pursue Clementine.

We hear mention of the first break up, but it's all sort of glossed over, the impression

given in the film is that it was a mutual decision, or that it was a long time coming,

but another deleted scene reveals that it played out quite differently than what we're

led to believe.

"Bullshit, who is it?

You've met someone."

"No!

I just need some, space maybe."

"The thing is, whatever you think it is you have with this chick, once the thrill wears

off, you're still Joel, with the same problems."

"It's not somebody else, it's not."

Seeing these moments play out for ourselves changes everything that we thought we knew

about Joel.

Like we saw with the old man in Hitchcock's demonstration, how the scenes are put together

can be changed to create a different idea.

These deleted scenes give us a different context that fundamentally changes how we view the

characters of Joel and Clementine, and their relationship together.

One in scene in particular comes to mind.

"I'd like to um, take you out or something."

"You're married."

"Not yet, not married."

He's still with Naomi at this point, they've been in a serious committed relationship for

years and yet here he is, making moves on another woman.

Who is more than happy to go out with him, provided he ends things with Naomi first.

Their entire relationship is built on an act of betrayal, which may be why Joel is so quick

so suspect Clementine of cheating on him.

"Now see Clem, I assume you've fucked someone tonight, isn't that how you get people to

like you?"

That seed of distrust grows throughout their relationship, tearing apart everything that

they built until neither of them can take it anymore and try to go back to the start

with a clean slate, only to wind up doing the exact same thing the second time around.

Now, at this point you might be thinking, well, these are deleted scenes, so how can

we consider them when analyzing the film if they didn't make it into the final cut?

And it's a fair question to ask, but remember, this plot involving Naomi still exists in

the movie, it's just buried under layers of subtext.

We do hear her name mentioned "Maybe I should get back together with Naomi", we do find

out that they're still together before he starts dating Clementine "I do sort of live

with someone though" We just never see the messier details, but just because we can't

see something, doesn't mean it isn't there.

Just because a memory has been erased, doesn't mean that it didn't happen.

In the film, we hear Dr. Howard explain how the procedure works.

"There's an emotional core to each of our memories, and when you eradicate that core,

it starts its degradation process."

So it's not so much about erasing memories, as it is erasing the emotions that are attached

to those memories.

Which is a really elegant metaphor for the process of editing a film.

It's not necessarily about the scene itself, it's about the feeling that that scene creates.

The editorial process involves a series of creative decisions made from start to finish,

you can think of it as two different branches, one deals more with choosing the right take

of a particular scene, how long to let a shot linger before cutting, and other general visual

sequencing or pacing, and the other deals with editing from a more top down perspective

concerning the story and the characters.

It not only matters what information you give to the audience, but how you deliver that

information, and in what order.

It's all about about creating a feeling, so what feeling, were the filmmakers trying to

create?

"I have this averse reaction to Hollywood romances, they've been very damaging to me

growing up I feel.

And as I got older and I realized my life wasn't like that you know it became kind of

depressing, and then I thought well, kind of, real life is more interesting and maybe

I should try explore that and not put more damaging stuff in the world."

The thing about love is that it's messy, and complicated, and we don't often see movies

that explore that honestly, because how do you explore a relationship in an honest way

without creating something so cynical that no one identifies with it, while remaining

sentimental enough without it feeling fake?

The answer lies in the editing.

Everything about the way this film is structured serves to better establish a sense of empathy

for Joel, so if Joel believes that Clementine is the answer he's looking for, then some

part of us has to believe that too.

It's why their memories are presented in a reverse chronology.

We see their memories play out from the worst of their moments together, working backwards

to when things were going great.

Essentially causing us to feel the same nostalgia for their relationship that Joel feels.

We're so used to films playing out in chronological order that it feels like their relationship

is getting better as the film goes forward, despite the exact opposite being true.

Saving their best moments for last allows those darker final memories between them to

fade in our mind, just as they fade from Joel's.

But the film suggests that those memories are never really gone, how else could they

find each other again in Montauk even after the procedure?

The fragments of those memories still linger, and carry with them significant implications

for their future whether they want to confront them or not.

To borrow a line from Paul Thomas Anderson's "Magnolia".

"And the book says we may be through with the past, but the past is not through with

us."

We are molded and shaped by our past, for better or worse our past becomes a part of

who we are, and trying to run from it doesn't change that fact.

So whether or not Joel likes to admit it, finding and pursuing Clementine was a direct

reaction to his relationship with Naomi, he's overcompensating in the opposite direction,

because she's nice, but dull, and it all feels a little austere while they're together, but

then there's Clementine, she's different, she's exciting, right from the start with

her orange sweatshirt.

This is why Naomi's scenes were cut from the film, but why she's still part of the story.

Because she's still a part of Joel, but as Dr. Howard said, there's an emotional core

to our memories, and once that emotional core has been removed, the memories begin their

degradation process.

Joel doesn't love Naomi anymore, and without the same emotional core at the heart of those

memories, they too, begin to fade like the rest.

But they're not quite gone, memories like that never really are, some part of those

moments will always stay with us, even if they're hidden from plain sight.

And rejecting those memories will only lead you to make the same mistakes that landed

you with such painful memories in the first place, for no mind is truly spotless, but

maybe we can still find our own eternal sunshine in spite of that.

5# ¿Tienes lógica turca? Challenge IDIOMA TURCO | Türkçe Meydan Okuma - Duration: 8:16.

First of all, welcome to my channel.

-It's an honour.

- You know what you are going to do.

-I've been thinking about it all morning.

-I must be physically and mentally ready.

-Physically not really, but mentally.

-It's the Turkish idioms challenge time.

Briefly: I will tell you Turkish idioms (translated into Spanish, if not the video might be very short)

You will have to use your Spanish logic to tell me what they mean.

So, the first one.

dfasd!!dcka

- This is the real challenge: Understanding Marina.

1#The one who handle the honey, suck his/her fingers.

-I think honey is very important in Turkish cuisine.

I would say it can be a Turkish saying.

Or maybe not...

-It is a Turkish saying. But you don't have to tell me if it is Turkish or not, you have to tell me its meaning!

The one who handle the honey, suck his/her fingers...

It means..."The one who shares out keeps the best piece for himself/herself" (Spanish saying)

Wow, it's exactly that! Exactly that.

You are going to triumph in this challenge! I would have chosen more difficult ones if I had known.

I regret chosing easy ones.

It means "The one in charge always keeps the biggest bit for himself"

-You've explained it in a better way.

- 1 point!

- Great!

2# To become into a handful of soil.

"For you are dust, And to dust you shall return" (Spanish Saying, taken from a Bible quote)

Meaning, you are nothing when you are born and you will be nothing when you die again.

We come from the soil and we return to the soil.

It means "to die"

- More or less what I've said. You can give me 0.5

- I was going to give you more.

- Oh, ok!

-Ok, 0.5

"Our lives are rivers, gliding free / To that unfathomed, boundless sea/ The silent grave!" (Poem by Jorge Manrique)

Either they are very easy or you are very clever.

They are easy. I'm not very lucid now!

3rd one.

3#To remain like French.

I've chosen it in your honour.

- It could mean someone who is an affected pencil neck.

But I'd say it's someone who doesn't get wind of anything.

"Not to get anything"

- Ah, ok

- It's derogatory.

- It makes sense. French culture was very important in Turkey, but it was a foreign influence after all.

- You said it right again!

- I am lucky.

- You've got 2,5 points already!

- If you had told me it's a Russian idiom, I would have believed it too.

- And Spanish.

-Yeah, Spanish too. From everywhere except France. Even from Belgium!

"Thanks for watching" (Speaking in French)

- Is it the 3rd one? No! 4th!

- And you've got 3, 5...

- Yes, 3,5

- That's wrong! 2,5...Don't try to confuse me!

4# To be a guest for the ear.

- To have a very sweet voice.

To have a very melodic voice. Or...or...I have another idea...

- What's the name? Those who are able to make people change their mind...

- Someone who is convincing?

- Yeah, something like that.

- Not right.

It means "to overhear"

- It is very poetic.

- You are doing too well, anyway.

5th

5#Two eyes, two fountains.

La, la, la....two eyes, two fountains.

"Eyes are the mirror of the soul" (Spanish saying meaning: "eyes are the windows of the soul")

"Four eyes are better than two" (Spanish saying meaning" two heads are better than one")

- You have to think of a literal metaphora.

-"The eyes of your neighbour are a reflection of what you want to see in them"

- "Look around you" I don't know.

- In what situations eyes can be two fountains?

- While crying.

Ahh ok! I was thinking about mirrors.

- It means "To cry a river"

It was so much easier than what you had in mind!

- Yeah, sure, but for me...yeah ok.

- I've helped you so much.

You will get 0.25

- No, no, don't worry. I like challenges.

- Don't you want my points? You are the first one who refuses them!

- I'm not refusing them. If you want to give me 35 points, I woudl accept them but...

- Of course not! I won't give you 35 points.

Do you want 0.25 or not?

- Yes I do! Just in case.

- The last one.

6# Either you ride a camel or you leave this land.

- What I understand is...

"Come or leave, but don't bother"

Either you are happy with what you have or you won't be able to live.

-It's better to take "Ryanair" (Airlines) than a camel.

"Either you ride a camel or you leave this land"

- Who would you say this to?

- To a lot of people.

I wouldn't make them choose. I would want them to ride the camel away from this land.

- The meaning of riding a camel is not "leaving".

Let me give you a very good clue.

You have to interpret "riding a camel" as a custom.

- "Wherever you go, do whatever you see" (Spanish saying meaning "When in Rome, do as the Romans do")

- Basically, you have to follow the traditions/customs of the country you are in.

- But I don't think Turks ride camels!

-What do I do with you?

- Give me 0.25 points. You have given me a lot of clues.

- At least I've been smart and I've raised the level.

Let's say goodbye, it's the part of the video I hate the most.

- But it's a partial goodbye. Not a total goodbye. Because you are going to edit the videos together.

- You are going to have a complete video about you.

- Will everyone of us have a complete individual video?

-Do you see anyone else here?

- I thought you would edit several videos in one.

- No, no, a complete video devoted to you.

You are even entitled to appear in the photo cover.

- Great!

- Didn't you read the contract?

- The video is over. I'm very proud of you, you have surprised me a lot, mostly at the beginning.

- Turks have such a poetic logic, sometimes you can understand it, and sometimes you can't.

- It's hard for Spaniards to get their logic.

- We are more direct.

- Not really. Our idioms are also complicated.

But I agree with you, Turks talk in a more poetical way.

- They make it sound more beautiful.

Our idioms sound more colloquial.

- More popular.

Thanks for coming.

- I was dying to participate in your channel with my own video.

Why do you laugh?

- I laugh because you are lying!

- No, I really wanted to.

- A pleasure to be here, thanks.

- You are so welcome.

- Merhaba means hi.

- Merhaba-goodbye.

It's turcoñol (turkish-spanish). No, I won't call it like that, it sounds ugly!

- Españorco (Spanish-Turkish)

-Españurco.

(Pretending he talks in Russian)

-It sounds like a word from Cantabria (the region in Spain where I live) "españurcu"

It's so ugly! Turkish-Spanish combination is so ugly.

-What if we mix it with "cántabro" (region in Spain), "turcabro"
