Film Courage: Let's suppose you are encountering arrogance from someone and really what you

said before was that it was fear (also too, their ego).

Their pride could be hurt because they are thinking "Why do you think I don't know

what I am doing?"

Which is not really what you are saying, you're just wanting to explore more possibilities

and let them know that you have a class and coaching available.

But how can you turn it around and have it so that they don't feel hurt (that it's

about their abilities)?

Mark W. Travis: Okay, that's a great question.

First of all we go back to resistance and the obstacle thing we talked about before

because if I attack them or approach them, that whole thing about their arrogance and

they're putting up a wall against other possibilities, the wall will get stronger.

So I can't do that.

But if I say "I know how to work with actors.

I know all of that."

Usually I will say "Great…great.

Let's see how this goes."

And then, usually what happens and I've seen this and Elsha's seen this many times,

start working with a director and start working with the interrogation process, two things

happen very quickly.

First of all, they realize that the interrogation process is difficult and that's a little

intimidating.

But they hang in.

But the other thing that they see is what starts to come out of the characters and they

start to see that they are now experiencing something way beyond what they imagined and

it probably includes what they thought they wanted.

It includes aspects of the character that they want.

But they start to see more.

They see such a rich terrain in front of them that suddenly the arrogance drops away.

So I rely on the power of what I am teaching, the techniques of what I am teaching if I

can take them through these skills and allow them to experience it, it will change.

There's another similar situation, when we get into staging which we talked about

before and when I'm doing a workshop on staging and then a director is like "Oh…I

know how to stage this thing."

I said "Great."

And they'll stage it and I'll look at it and I'll think "No, there's much

more you can explore."

But rather than tell them "No, you haven't explored enough.

You don't get it."

I very gently say "Okay, that's great."

And I'll say to the actor how do you feel standing there (in the scene).

And they'll go "I feel fine, fine…"

Film Courage: Uh oh…fine?

Mark W. Travis: And I'll say to the director "Okay, she's standing there at the beginning

of the scene and how do you want her to feel?"

"She should feel really insecure."

And I say "Okay" and I move the actor a little bit to another place.

And I said "Now, how do you feel?"

"This is awful, I felt terrible over there."

And I turn to the director and I say "Is that what you want?"

He says "Yeah."

And I say "You've got it."

Then he sees "Wow.

You did that just by moving her?"

Rather than argue about what he knows and what will work, my job is to demonstrate to

the directors "Here's how this works.

You can argue whether you need it or not, you can tell me…but let me show you how

it works."

90% of the time directors are blown away.

We had a situation here yesterday with a writer.

This is a slightly different thing but on a script.

And I interrogated the writer as the main character in the script and it took (I don't

know Elsha, what was it about 3 to 5 minutes?) 5 minutes…5 minutes later, first of all

he was in tears as the character.

He was shaking and in tears because of what the character was experiencing and then the

writer, what he was experiencing through the character and went "Oh, my Gosh."

And he realized he had a whole different movie, he had a whole different scenario.

Now he starts to understand the power of what I'm trying to teach him.

I could try to explain that to him and go I don't need that.

So writers, directors and actors have to experience these techniques.

I can write about it forever, you can see this interview, you can watch this and go

"I think I've got it.

I think I know what he is talking about."

You could even watch the DVD that you watched and once you are in there, once you are in

the room experiencing it as a writer, as a director, as an actor, any of these techniques,

then you will know it.

It has to be experienced.

Film Courage: Mark…fine.

I'm hearing that this is a word that doesn't have a good connotation to it.

What does F.I.N.E. mean to you?

Mark W. Travis: When did I use fine?

Film Courage: A couple of times [during this segment].

And maybe I'm projecting my own worldview onto it.

But (possible, probably) I am hearing that "fine" is not a good word to describe

something.

In fact, it means the opposite but someone's afraid to let someone know that "I'm not

comfortable with it."

"How are you today?"

"Uh…oh…I'm fine."

Mark W. Travis: Oh, I see when someone says "I'm fine."

Film Courage: "How was that one scene?"

"Uh…yeah, fine.

It's fine."

"How was the script?"

"Oh yeah we did some note revisions.

It's fine."

Mark W. Travis: Let me ask you…this is not an interview on you but…

Film Courage: Uh oh.

Mark W. Travis: When you hear someone…Karen…when you say to someone "How are you doing?"

"Oh, I'm fine."

What do you hear?

Film Courage: I hear that things are not good but they don't want to say it, so they have

to have a good…a cover that's sort of medium instead of "Oh, I'm doing great

today!"

Or "Oh, I had a horrible time getting here but I'm fine."

They want to close it down.

They don't want to talk anymore.

Mark W. Travis: Yep.

And they probably saying (what you are probably hearing) is "I'm fine.

I'm doing okay and I don't want to talk anymore."

Which makes you think and me think there's a lot going on there that is uncomfortable,

she or he doesn't want to go there so when you say to an actor or someone you work with

"How are you doing today?"

"Fine."

And you go, okay there is something going on.

Now if you keep pressing up against that wall, you're going to get a lot of resistance.

Now your job is to "Let me see, can I get to it?

Can I find another way?"

And this has been pretty much my whole career.

Find another way to access the truth?"

With that individual or with that character, with that writer, director, or actor.

How can I get around the barriers that are automatically there because we're human

beings and we put them up?

We protect ourselves.

Can I find another way appropriately to get around that and get to the truth, not only

so I can see the truth but so that the person who said "Fine,"…let's say it's

an actor who said fine.

My feeling is that there is also a part of that person who wants to reveal that, you

know?

That's there committee, there's another voice who says "Don't talk about it."

In other words there's a little war going on in there that we all experience.

So if I can get to the truth and some how find a way, not only so I can know more, but

so also he or she can have the opportunity to reveal it or even learn something about

themselves, quite possibly.

Film Courage: Okay.

So fine to you doesn't mean conversations over and it's good.

It means "Hmmm, I think something's wrong.

But I think they might be willing to talk about it if I go around a different way.

And I don't keep pushing up against "It doesn't sound like things are fine?"

Mark W. Travis: Yeah…if I do "It doesn't sound like things are fine" then the wall

is going to get thicker.

And it might even be someone says something and I say "How are you doing?"

And they are "fine" and okay, we are going to get back to that later.

And just go off on a whole other track, but with the intention of getting to what's

bothering them.

If it's an actor, since we're talking a lot about working with actors, if it's

an actor, then my concern will be that whatever's really going on is going to get in the way

of their work that day.

If it's an actor I'm working with that day "How are you doing?"

"Fine."

Okay…this could get in the way of the work we are doing today.

And let's say I am picking up on resentment or anger or fear and these are very general.

And let's say it's Ian (an actor I've worked with a lot) and I get this "Fine."

And I go "Okay, there's a lot of this going on."

Now, as we're working on the scene, I haven't addressed it at all, we're working on a

scene and I start interrogating his character.

Do you know where I'll go?

Anger, resentment, fear…as the character!

I will allow Ian to express whatever's going on through the character and this is when

it actually becomes in a way a little therapeutic which is another whole topic because there

are therapists who have been looking at what I'm doing and wonder if it's another form

of therapy.

Which I will address right now…It's not.

It's not a form of therapy because I've had a lot people with the hypnosis question

but the interrogation is not a form of therapy.

A therapy (generally) is intended to help the patient, the person, the individual, sort

of smooth out the edges, get through life in a much more comfortable way and deal with

whatever problems he's dealing with.

Interrogation is absolutely the opposite.

Interrogation creates chaos.

I create chaos inside the character so that the actor (as the character) has to struggle

with…I want them to struggle!

I don't want to smooth it out and I want the actor to experience the struggle that's

going on inside the characters, so it's the opposite of therapy.

Coming back to your question about the fine(s), someone saying fine.

I think we all hear that there is a hidden feeling, emotions, or truth behind that.

And our job as directors is to honor that, respect it but not forget it.

And if we can allow the actors (especially) a way to release that through the characters,

even if it's inappropriate for the character at the time, that may be a gift to the actor.

THE ENERGIES YOUVE SUMMONED 8THE 9TH DIMENSIONAL ARCTURIAN COUNCIL

Greetings.

We are the Arcturian Council.

We are pleased to connect with all of you.

There has been enough suffering on planet Earth to bring you all a gigantic response

from the higher realms.

There is no need for further suffering to create a stream of energy that will flow to

all of you and give you exactly what you need.

Suffering, like everything else, has a purpose, plays a role, and in some way serves you to

a point.

But you have far surpassed that point where suffering is bringing you something that is

needed on planet Earth.

Now is the time to let in the energy that has been summoned.

Now is the time to let go of that which is causing you to choose the experience of suffering.

When you let go, you are not giving up.

You can never truly give up on something that you desire.

You can never become disconnected from someone that you have lost to death, but you can let

go of the suffering and let in the response to that suffering.

When you are expecting to receive relief, you subconsciously lay down your guard and

you let in that which you have been asking for.

We desire for this message to reach enough of you who are looking for something to cling

to so that you can grant yourselves that reprieve and let in all that youve been asking for.

Now, of course, there is personal suffering, and then there is collective suffering.

There is the oppression of the human race that you also have in your human history.

Youve all been oppressed, and youve all felt oppressed, and the collectives

asking is enormous.

Therefore, whether you are suffering personally or not, you can be a part of the opening of

the floodgates for the collective, so that everyone who is asking can receive the energy

they have summoned and can build a new life with that energy.

There is so much for all of you to create, and by letting in the help that youve been

asking for, you are going to make that process so much easier on yourselves.

We are the Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.

Basic Chartplotter Navigation | BoatUS - Duration: 2:36.

Hi folks!

Lenny Rudow here for BoatUS Magazine, and I'm here today to talk to you about chartplotters.

Now, here's the good news for you beginners: Chartplotters are extremely easy to use thanks

to modern cellphones.

Most chartplotter manufacturers have taken to using menu and user interface designs that

are very similar.

If you have a phone, trust me, picking up a chartplotter will be no problem.

The first and most basic thing you need to know is how to set a waypoint and go to it.

All we have to do to make a waypoint is touch the screen.

Then to navigate to it, we just hit go to cursor.

Now let's navigate to that waypoint.

Now, here's where a lot of folks get a little bit mixed up.

They leave it on this general chart screen, they put the boat in gear, they start running,

and then try to make this little boat icon steer in a straight line.

That is not a very good way to steer.

A much better way is to change to a dedicated steering screen like this.

Now I can just look at the compass indication and my boat's direction indication and steer

to the left and move that little indicator to the left or back to the right, and that

will push that indicator back to the right.

There it goes.

This way I can steer a much straighter course.

I know a lot of people have trouble dealing with this because they like to see that big

chart with their boat on it.

They like to have a nice overall view of where their boat is.

Not a problem!

All you have to do is split the screen.

And again, all units, while they might be a little different, are going to have a way

to let you see both the chart and the steering screen at the very same time.

Remember people, your chartplotter may be a little different.

Heck, you may even have to press the button instead of just touching the screen, but that

said, as long as you get the basics down--how to create a waypoint, how to navigate to it,

and how to get to a steering screen that allows you to navigate to it accurately--you'll have

no problem getting to know your chartplotter.

Don't forget to check out the BoatUS channel for other videos on how to use your electronics.

We do have one on more advanced techniques for using your chartplotter and a lot of other

videos that we hope will be of interest to you.

I thinks is.. gafette?

*no, gafette is other thing*

yeah, right?

no guys, I don't have idea, I don't want to lie to you

well, that's it. As I told you, was kawaiies things

and as I told you too I will do an illustration inspired in this things

Thanks you to Tokyo Treat and Yume Twins for the box. I'm grateful

is so very cute, there's so many kawaii things

d now let's go with the drawing

first I made my sketch with pencil as always

and this time I had a very clear idea of the drawing. I wanted it to be manga style

cute themed, to be the same as the Yume Twins box

after de sketch I did the line art with fine point marker color sepia

as I always told you is so very hard for me record the sketch because when I sketch I put my head too close to the paper

as you could see in the video, sometimes my head appears. Sorry but is so hard for me record the sketch

I always put my head too close to the paper

by the way, I feel so much comfortable with the line art because I used to get very nervous when I delineated

because, I don't know, I used to felt like I was ruining the drawing as I told them in past videos. my hand used to shake so much too

I was horrible, but now I feel more comfortable delineating

It was because I had practice a lot so that fear disappeared little by little

for this drawing I will use a sheet of this 300 gram watercolor block

As I was saying, I made this drawing inspired by the things that came in the Yume Twins box

at the beginning for the color I wanted to use Copic Markers. but as you know I don't have many, I have some but not all the range of colors

so I decided to use watercolors that as you know before I hated them and now I love them

and somethings that I can tell you guys, that I lived by myself, in my own experience

is that I don't like some art materials at first, I even think that I hate that material

or that I will never be good or that I will never be able to use them well

for example, the first time that I use the pastel colors, I HATED THEM

yes. As you heard, I used to hate the pastel colors. After have done so many cute Disney drawings

you will not believe it, but I used to hate them

I didn't like them because they stain a lot, and everything always get dirty with the dust of pastel colors

the watercolors too, I used to hate them and now I love them!

also with the Copic Markers

I watched on internet that these markers worked beautifully and the Japanese made wonders with these markers

and when I had them in my hands I did not like them that much. The first time that I used them I didn't like them

but after practice with them I started to love them and now are of my favorite art supplies

so, if you feel like you don't know some technique, maybe you just need to practice a little bit more

to become attached to the technique

for this drawings I wanted to use soft and pastel colors

I had a lot of fun drawing the dress, because I had not drawn clothes for a long time

It entertains me to make the folds, the waves that the dresses have

It took me a while to decide what colors I would use in each thing, to know if it will combine or not

and what I did was, first paint the things that I already knew what colors will use

for example the plushies, everything that came in the box obviously because I couldn't change the color of course

the flowers too, I already knew that It was gonna be pink and the leafs green so I painted them

and it was clear for me that the dress was gonna be between pink and lilac

and the background blue

Trump Takes Second in Most Admired Man Title, First on the List - Duration: 4:05.

TRUMP EFFECT: Kennedy Center Honors Ratings Crash to All-Time Low After President Boycotts

Ceremony

The Kennedy Center Honors broadcast on tape-delay on Tuesday in prime time by CBS received its

lowest TV ratings since 1987, Deadline reported on Thursday.

President Donald Trump announced earlier this year he would not attend the December 3 awards

ceremony, nor hold a White House reception, after several liberals being honored, including

Norman Lear, said they would boycott the White House reception for the honorees.

It was the most public snub of a president by a Kennedy Center honoree since Paul McCartney

canceled on George W. Bush, rescheduling his award when Barack Obama was president.

The American people responded to the Trump-hating liberals by not watching the Kennedy Center

Honors broadcast.

CBS broadcast of Kennedy Center Honors clocked its lowest ratings result in people-meter

history, dating back to 1987.

The Tuesday 9-11 PM broadcast fumbled 28% of last years 8.620 million total viewers,

to 6.169 million.

The demo dive: 30% from last years 1.0 rating to 0.7.

The 2006 telecast ran on the same Tuesday, December 27, though the extra day between

the broadcast and Christmas might have benefited last years broadcast by separating it further

from holiday distractions and travel

USA Todays headline about the ceremony reflected the sentiment of the honorees at

the time.

No Trumps, no problems at 2017 Kennedy Center Honors

The Presidents Box at the Kennedy Center Opera House was heavy on the stars but light

on the presidents Sunday night, as the 40th annual honors ceremony went without its customary

appearance by the White House occupant.

But the show, honoring dancer Carmen de Lavallade, singers Gloria Estefan and Lionel Richie,

rapper LL Cool J and TV writer/producer Norman Lear, went off without a hitch.

Guests seemed unfazed by the missing first family, whom the White House announced in

August would cancel the traditional reception at 1600 Pennsylvania and skip the ceremony

after Lear and de Lavallade said they would boycott the presidential meet-and-greet.

Im thankful he chose not to come, Estefan said on the red carpet of the presidents

decision.

All it does is overshadow the accomplishments of people who spent a lifetime trying to do

something.

NPR reported in August when the announcement was made that Trump would not attend.

First Lady Melania Trump, along with her husband President Donald J. Trump, extend

their sincerest congratulations and well wishes to all of this years award recipients for

their many accomplishments, said White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders

in a statement.

The decision to skip the honors, scheduled for Dec. 3, is a notable one.

It will be just the fourth time in the events 40 years that a president will miss it.

President Bill Clinton skipped in 1994 because he was headed to Budapest, Hungary, as the

New York Times reports, President George H.W. Bush missed 1989 because of a summit in Malta,

and Jimmy Carter skipped in 1979 because of the Iran hostage crisis.

The President and First Lady have decided not to participate in this years activities

to allow the honorees to celebrate without any political distraction, Sanders said.

The Kennedy Center posted a statement in August about Trumps boycott.

It is a shame that liberals poison everything with politics.

How to use Quantifiers | Learn English Grammar Online - Duration: 6:47.

Much or many? Few or a little? These little dudes are quantifiers, and they

are tough! what they do is tell us the amount of something. some of them we use

with countable nouns. other ones we only use with uncountable nouns, and a few yet

can be used with both! so stop this video because you need to watch this video

first to really understand countable and uncountable nouns, man! otherwise none of

this will make any, any, any sense! and listen up foo– to get the extra review

video for today's grammar and to get a video of me on Christmas night freezing

my buns off to show you a local celebration, my hometown Christmas

celebration, then click up here and join the Patreon crew– and you better hurry up,

because the first 20 patrons get a 20-minute Skype call with– me! that's who :D

alrighty then! let's start with quantifiers for countable nouns. these

quantifiers cannot, never ever. can never be used with uncountable nouns! if you do

it just sounds ugly. you're understood, but it sounds ugly! this list includes: a

few, a number of, several, a large number of, a great number of, and, a majority of.

pay attention because look at the quantities we are describing– plural! all

of them are describing plural nouns! so we need to use the plural noun every

time after these quantifiers. let's look at the examples! there are a few people

in the library. a few means not a lot. it's a little bit more than a couple, but

still not very much. you have a number of reasons to travel abroad. a number of

means several. technically several means three, but in regular usage it just means

at least more than two. it's still not a huge amount, but it's more than a few.

several people didn't show up to work today.

you just learned that several is the same amount as "a number of" technically

three, but it can still mean more than three in common everyday usage. she has a

large number of career options. a large number of means a lot.

it's a perfect synonym for a great number of. the majority of the population

hates politicians. a majority of sounds like it's more than a large number of

and a great number of, although technically it just means that it's the

majority, the largest percentage of something. so right some examples, because

if you don't I promise I'll see you again shortly, relearning everything that

you just watched! Write the examples, man! now it's time to switch over to

uncountable nouns. uncountable quantifiers. that means the quantifiers

I'm about to show you are only used with uncountable nouns.

for example: a little bit, a bit of, a great deal of, a large amount of, a large

quantity of. the examples: put a little sugar in my coffee.

a little means not a lot. a small amount and it's uncountable, sugar, because we

can't count how much sugar. I've had a bit of trouble waking up on time. a bit

means a small amount of. a bit is also a polite way of being indirect when you

want to say "very" if I say Donald Trump is a bit stupid, it's a more indirect

polite way of saying Donald Trump is very stupid! or if you don't want to be

rude to a friend, and they just presented their project to you, you could say it's

a bit rough around the edges– meaning it's very bad! but that's how we like to

share our opinions, by being less direct sometimes. there's a great deal of

conflict in the world. conflict can be countable and uncountable. here it's the

uncountable definition. and a great deal of means a lot, so much. some great

synonyms for a great deal of are a large amount of and a large quantity of. you've

just learned a lot of really great, useful

uncountable quantifiers! so you don't have to keep watching this video again

and again and again, write some examples, dude! it's gonna help! and so what about

the quantifiers that are both? can be used for uncountable and countable.

here's the list: some, any, a lot of, lots of, plenty of. there's some

sugar in the pantry. when we use some we're saying that there is a quantity,

not a lot of it, but there's enough most likely for what you need to use it for.

is there any sugar? I don't know if there's any sugar. any works like many

and much, and I will tell you about those in a little bit! but we only use it in

the negative and when we're asking questions. when we use it, we're asking if

it even exists. there are lots of reasons to do it. a lot of and lots of mean

plenty of, also a bunch of. it means more than enough. much and many! I saved these

two for last because they are generally used, 1) when asking questions and 2)

in negative sentences. much is used mostly with uncountable nouns. so in

questions, how much money do you have? how much time do we have left? in the

negative: there isn't much sugar left. and there

isn't much snow outside. in regular affirmative sentences we often use a lot

of instead of much. there's a lot of sugar left. there's a lot of snow outside.

and often, in spoken English, we say much of a + a singular countable noun. we

do this in questions and in negative sentences. for example, is there much of a

reason for what he does? I don't think he has much of an excuse. so if you want to

experiment again do it in the comments! learn faster, man! now, many is used with

Rapid Weight Loss Series #9 Drop The Pounds With Intermittent Fasting - Duration: 3:27.

Drop the Pounds with Intermittent Fasting

The intermittent diet, also known as the "feast and famine diet" is a very potent tool in

helping with weight loss.

Unlike traditional diets such as the paleo diet, Mediterranean diet or Atkins diet, the

feast and famine diet is not concerned with what foods you eat.

It is focused on the times you eat and the times you fast.

With intermittent fasting, you can eat whatever you want as long as you stay in a caloric

deficit and eat during your eating window.

Ideally, you should eat wholesome foods since you're trying to lose weight and be healthy.

However, intermittent fasting is so powerful that even if your diet choices are poor, as

long as you're at a caloric deficit and follow the fasting guidelines, you will lose weight.

There are a few methods of intermittent fasting.

One method states that you should eat normally for 5 days and for 2 days, you should not

consuming more than 500 calories per day.

This will give your body time to burn its fat stores for fuel and you'll also have less

chances of overeating.

After the 2 days of reduced calories, when you start eating normally again, your metabolic

rate will get a boost.

This is slightly similar to carb cycling but a lot more powerful.

Another method of intermittent fasting uses an eating window and a fasting window.

The eating window is 8 hours long.

If you have your first meal at 11am, you must have your last meal for the day by 7pm.

All calories for the day should be consumed within this eating window.

The fasting window will last for 16 hours and you should not be consuming any calories during

this time.

Always stay hydrated regardless of which intermittent fasting method you choose to go with.

Drink water throughout the day because the body needs water to metabolize fat.

Also, you should note that with the second method, your results will improve if you shorten

your eating window to 7 or 6 hours.

Initially, it may take about 2 weeks to adjust to intermittent fasting.

It is not an easy method to adopt but it is well-worth the effort.

In fact, the actor, Hugh Jackman, used it to get ripped for his movie, Wolverine.

If you're serious about losing weight, you absolutely must give intermittent fasting

a try.

PLANTS FEEL PAIN TOO! #PLANTLIVESMATTER - Duration: 8:31.

Hey everyone my name is Monica, thank you for coming to my channel

I

Knew the pathway like the back of my

Knees my field set by the river and a maybe come play

I'm getting Turin

Punches

Is

Is this the place that I've been dreaming

I'm getting old and I need something to rely on Andy

All of you had wonderful happy holidays, I did mine was pretty chill I stayed at home I didn't go anywhere

Watch some Christmas movies went for a hike with my dogs, and it was a perfect Christmas to me

And I've been trying to put out at least two to three videos a week last week. I only put out one

I took some time off from filming and went to spend some quality time with my family at home

But now I am back and ready to go if you watch the footage from the beginning

Then you saw that I went for a hike and I was walking through the park, and I started to think about the whole

hashtag plants lives matter and

I saw this recently for the first time and

I couldn't tell but I still can't tell if it was a joke or if people are being serious I

Find it a little concerning actually even though I have my own opinions

I figured I would do some research and make a video about it so the ultimate question

Do plants feel pain?

As far as research and science has shown us and from what I found in my research

Plants do not feel pain because they are not sentient beings

Sentence basically meaning able to perceive or feel things

Plants don't have a central nervous system. They do not have a brain

They do not have nerve endings indicating that they feel but in my research there were a lot of

scientists

saying that it's

Possible that they could feel pain there's been no evidence or proof yet

They also say that they have a lot of the same senses is us

But they you know like I said still don't have a brain or nervous system, so they may

react to certain light or to certain stimuli

But it still doesn't mean that they can feel pain if someone were to ever stab a person

and if they went to court and the judge asked someone and they stabbed this person and

their argument was well stabbing that person is basically the same as

Stabbing an apple not only would this person actually be sent to jail they're also probably be sent to an institution

for the criminally insane

So it also bothers me that people say that animals can't feel pain

obviously

The if you stab them, they bleed just like we do they do have brains they do have a central nervous system

They do have nerve endings if you actually step on your dog's tail

They're going to whimper because it was painful

Animals do feel pain. It's also why I don't agree that a lot of people justify eating animals by saying. Oh well. It's quick

It's just a quick bolt to the head and they don't feel anything and they had such a great life leading up until then

Let's say the animals couldn't feel pain

They still want to live I'm pretty sure just like any other living being they still

Want to raise their family be happy be free roam free

they don't want to die I

Don't think any

Living sentient being really wants to die

So that would be reason enough for me not to eat animals even if they

Hypothetically couldn't feel pain now. Let's say on the other hand that sometime in the future

scientists have proved that plants can feel pain as

Humans we still have to eat

something to survive as

Vegans we would only harm a tiny

fraction of all the plants on earth

Compared to the amount of plant foods that we actually feed to animal agriculture

eighty to ninety percent of all the corn soy, wheat alfalfa

Oats that we grow in the world goes to animals just so we can feed them

So they get big and fat enough for us to slaughter them so basically we're growing enough food to feed

12 to 15 billion people when there's only like 7 billion people in the world

but the majority of that is going to

Animal feed when we could be feeding everybody on the planet

Right now we are currently destroying

About one acre of the Amazonian forest in order to just grow soybeans

for imprisoned animals for meat dairy and eggs so all in all

Plants don't feel pain if somehow research is wrong and we find out that they do

We're still doing

So like a significantly

smaller amount of damage to the environment to our bodies to plants by eating an all

Plant-based vegan lifestyle, and it just is crazy to me that

People will find any excuse no matter how absurd it sounds to try to justify

hurting animals who clearly

very visibly

Do feel pain, I don't care what anybody says if you stab a pig a chicken

a dog they will cry and pain that

Is for sure if you're not already vegan, there is a ton of research out there I?

Encourage you to keep exploring and keep questioning keep watching documentaries

keep reading articles and

form your own conclusion of course you don't have to listen to me just for your own conclusion and

try try it for at least 21 days and

See how you feel on a vegan diet I?

Guarantee you it would be one of the best decisions you've ever made. I will see you guys later

Bye
