Hi I'm Mariel welcome to MarielbeadandBeyond

today I'm going to show you how to make this bangle

it's really easy feel needed stitch and in my

Spanish channel I showed them how to make the bangle I made this bangle for

them as you can see it's like kind of stiff a little bit this one it's more

like flexible what happens is in this video I'm gonna show you how to make

this bangle but I started it with double threat what happens is for this one I

use Durack oat seed beads 15 oh and some beads you cannot sort through the beads

because of using two threads it's too thick so my needle won't pass so I had

to start all over with only one thread so that's why as you can see it's like a

lot more flexible this one is more stiff because this one these are metallic 50

nose and I didn't have no trouble whatsoever with passing through the

beads so um so that's what happens I was a little bit concerned because it's the

first time I'm using this friend I was like I don't want to be working and

doing my bangle breaks cuz that is gonna be upsetting so but I think they both

turn out great so that's gonna be Judas nishan just to clarify when I started

the video I showed how to started with two threads but it's up to you if you

don't use the records it'll be just fine but if you used to rock out it's not

gonna pass I mean some beads you don't have problem passing but some of them

you can not pass through the beads so I'm gonna have the materials available

on Mario beets and beyond that Cano I hope you guys liked this tutorial let's

get started for today's project I'm gonna be using two millimeter the wrong

beads I'm gonna be using 15 oz in two different colors I'm gonna be using this

red I heard is really good for bangles so I decided

to buy it so I can try it on let's get started

okay so what I did right here I have two arms bomb of threat and I'm going to

double it up this is like the first time I'm using nylon for to make a bracelet

so I'm not sure I cannot not trust it I need to make sure that my brace is not

gonna break so this time I'm going to use a double and at the end I made two

logo nut make sure it's not opening you can put a little bit of glue if you want

to that's up to you so to a start I'm going to pick up 1/2 millimeter 115

or 1/2 millimeter 115 or 1/2 millimeter 115 off this is what you should have in

your needle you're going to bring them all the way down you want you try to be

opening like this and you just gonna pass your needle through you just gonna

pull and I don't want you to pull really tight or start because I don't want the

thread to get caught in the middle of your beads and then it's gonna be hard

for you to pass so we can tie this up if we need to so we are going to show

through the 2 millimeter and up through the 15

we are going to pick up 550 nose so I got two gold ones one orange playing two

gold ones you are going to skip up your two millimeter and you're going to sort

through the next orange and I have a video it's going to be in the

description box the link so you can check it out if you have questions about

how to make this stitch but it's really easy we are going to pick up two of the

gold guan of the orange two of the gold

like after you add your little beads to reinforce this one time in this case

we're not gonna do it because we're using double thread so I think it's okay

not to reinforce it like if you using bigger beads like if you let's say

you're using 11 O's in four millimeters or six millimeters yeah you wanna

reinforce this okay so that's the reason why I'm not reinforcing this time

because for this bangle that I'm making I don't think it's needed because like I

said I have the wood right so in case you'll have that question so continue

repeating these steps until you get the length that you need and I'll be right

back to show you how to close it I have the length that I need for my top of my

bangle so the way to close up is really easy your first you need to make sure

this is straight so if you can see you have like these fifty nodes that are

like color they're form like a line so just follow the line and kind of put it

together make sure it doesn't loop twist it if you look at you you beads there's

gonna be one in between the other one see that past your line you thread it's

coming out of the 15 or so we are going to pick up to 15 holes and we are going

to sew like if you remember we had five so we pick up tool then one of the

orange color and then two more so what we are going to do we're gonna pick up

two and this is going to be the third one so you're gonna sort through the one

across you want your work and pull then you're going

- because remember we add in five so that's three two more five and then

you're gonna show through the next colorful on the other side pick up two

and then we are coming out of this when we are going to sort through this one

pickup tune and as you can see it's really easy like right now the next if

we start from this one we sort through this one we're going to sort through the

next one on the other side it's really easy to see if you look at your work you

don't see a transition so that's good you want pick up two and good coming out

this one the next orange on this side is this one and you can look the other one

it's already been used so it's really easy to see

and right here we're gonna pick up tool again and as you can see the only one

it's this one so we are going to sort through that one and we are going to

pull so go ahead and make some nuts cut your threads and I better have to show

you my bangle I am done with my bangle I made some nuts

I cut the threads and it's ready as you can see like it's really little but um

like if you compare with this bracelet that I have right here they're about the

same size but there is no way I can get this bracelet in my hand but this one I

can so I'm really happy about it I think that threat is really good um I think

I'm gonna be using it a lot as you can see I mean it it goes in perfect so I

how do you stop saying yes when you really mean to say no I'm sure this

happens all the time when people ask you to do things and you really don't want

to do them or you don't want to commit to them some people kind of get you to

say yes or talk you into something and then when it comes down to it you're

like man I wish I wouldn't I had to do this or which I would have said no or

even tell somebody else uh I wish I would have said no and now you're trying

to figure out how to get out of it so I used to be that person where I would

always be waiting on everyone else pretty much saying yes to everyone I was

like the yes check and once I kind of started realizing what I was doing it

changed for me which is what I wanted to talk to you about today and before we

move any forward I'm so sorry that I was not here last Thursday and now I said

I'm gonna be posting three times a week and I am going to be posting three times

a week part of that is to make myself more responsible in this whole yes and

no phenomena and I talk with my hands a lot I'm trying to stop doing that

but I do it so it's part of me and by the way I'm not naked for everyone that

said I was naked in one of my last videos or I look like I was naked

because I guess you can only see here up um not Nick and I do have clothes on but

you know hair up and it's Sunday and I figured I would be a little bit more

real with you and kind of share with you some things that I'm dealt with first if

you haven't subscribed make sure to subscribe that's really important of

course but second what's your end goal when I'm trying to figure something out

or maybe things aren't working out the way I want it or I want to tell somebody

yes or no I always think of what's the benefit and I hate to say it but I

always say was the benefit for me what's the value I'm gonna get out of this at

the end of the day is it just gonna be some peace and happiness in my heart and

I'm good with that am I gonna get some kind of money am I

going to be made a move that long-term is going to be

really good for my business what is it that you're saying yes - and what is

your end goal do they align this isn't that I do subconsciously by the way well

it's not really subconscious I'd actually say I do it consciously because

I'm constantly thinking is this person good for me will this person be helpful

for my business is this person draining on my business my time is this thing

that I'm gonna buy worth my money or can I use this money somewhere else saying

yes doesn't just mean to people you could be saying yes to buying something

are you planning or taking action and this was something that was really hard

for me I was always planning and I always had these great ideas about what

I'm gonna do and one day this is gonna happen in one day that's gonna happen

and I was always saying well when this happens then I'll take action I can't

really put this into words any easier than to say that there's always

something you can be doing proactively even if you're waiting like on a video

file to upload or something to upload you can be taking action you can be

doing your titles descriptions tags there's so many other things that you

can start the process on maybe you add your video to your blog you go ahead and

get that started maybe you have an email that goes out that week whenever you're

talking about trying to get to the next phase of where you're going and your end

goal you really want it to be dead centered and focus on what can I be

doing to get me there and is what I'm doing in this moment is this thing that

I'm saying yes to or no too detrimental to my business is it helping me get to

the next phase or could I be spending my time in a better way that's my thoughts

okay so this is kind of personal to me I may have shared this a while back but I

figured why not go ahead and talk about it I'm sure some of you also deal with

this but maybe you don't know the term it's called codependency if you're one

of those people where you're always trying

make other people happy and you really are trying to figure out why am I not

happy I went through this for the longest time and I actually had to go

like see the psychiatrist or psychologist I don't know what to call

him but I was sitting in his office one day having a mental breakdown and this

was a couple years ago I just vividly remember it because it completely

changed my perspective I looked up this word because he mentioned me and he said

you keep telling me how everyone else and all these people but I never hear

anything about you and what you want you keep talking about what everybody else

wants and how you're doing all this stuff to make everybody else happy

and so I started thinking about it and I went home and I looked up codependency

and then like I've never went back it changed my perspective about what

codependency is why I was acting the way I was I mean it was something that was

almost engraved in me since I was a child that I didn't realize that like my

parents did or people that were around me so I just kind of like learned to say

yes to people uh you had to kind of like grow some balls and that changed my

perspective so now I will say I'm kind of selfish you always think other people

are working on themselves as much as you're working on yourself and that is

totally not true whatever it is people sometimes are really focused on

themselves and not on the end goal or the long-term

goal so if you have a big goal in the end that you're trying to work towards

there are all these little things that you're doing sabotaging that or are they

putting you somewhere further ahead to where you want to be the other thing you

always think that other people have your best interests at heart especially kind

of me like I said with this codependency thing I've gotten like really better

about it but I always thought oh everybody's working towards a happy

place and they're all just wanting to cheer me on and make my business go

grade and that's not exactly true so I'll learn that the hard way so I

went from being a yes girl to it no girls I'm

no girl and like I said I was always planning around other people and their

plans and now I actually planned around what I want to have happen and I say you

know what I'm trying to write a book or get a video out the things that I want

to have happen to make that goal a reality have to go down at a certain day

at a certain time or within a certain timeframe for me to be satisfied and for

everything to stay on track because there's also other people that are

involved in my process so if one thing goes awry there's all these other little

ripples that happen that sometimes people never see you want to be

consistent which is one reason why I even said hey I want to be a better

person I'm gonna start posting more often more frequently one to get better

faster even at my time like I'm trying to get faster at one time on recording

not to be quick just to be better and just more normal when I'm talking to the

camera because I really want it to feel more like I'm talking to a person versus

just speaking to thin air even though I am speaking to thin air most of the time

when I really wish that we were talking face-to-face we kind of are but I wish

we were really talking face-to-face it's consistency I'm trying to post more

frequently like I said if you haven't subscribed subscribed I'm brandy of blog

and brandy calm so I share tons of resources about business branding social

media how you can make all of these things work in one big circle for your

business I figured I'd share some business updates to what I'm working on

this week organization I'm trying to get organized this week I've been working on

that but I really have been trying to get a system together and for most of

you that don't have been recording on the road or

maybe had some pre-scheduled content but I've been gone for about half the month

to San Diego and I blew across the country and then drove back across the

country it's a whole nother story which I might share with you if you're

interested in that tell me and my bringing that along or do another

channel I don't know but focusing on my Engel now is really my book I have a

book I mentioned it long time ago and I said it would be able to think in

january/february but I really am gonna put it out now

I suck and I hate that I didn't show up but I really do want to put this book

out it's about branding I'll be sharing more details as they unfold I have a lot

being planned behind the scenes and people that I'm talking to and working

with and so much going on so I'm trying to get back to all my emails set up and

kind of distant from that's pretty much it now you know how to say no in 70s

when you're really saying yes but you may know I'm teaching you how to say no

hopefully this is kind of giving you some perspective about what helps me do

my thing so hopefully I can start sharing more of this maybe we'll do this

on Sundays I may be hosting more often I want to hear what your end goal is so

Introverts are known for the cat as their pet.

Introversion is also associated with pet based on some research.

However, it is worth noting to take a personal perspective from introverts on why they like

cats.

If you watch them long enough, you will learn what they like, what they don't like, and

how they might be feeling.

You start to recognize when they're approachable and when they're not.

Cats are introverted in almost every way they approach life, because it's part of their

nature, just like it's part of introverts nature.

I think you'll be surprised to learn how much introverts are like cats, because it's

just not something you think about unless you're an introvert.

So, at least here are some reasons why introverts like cat.

#1 - Selective

Reason number one is closely related to introverted trait.

Introverts do not choose their friends randomly.

They are highly selective in choosing friends that will accompany them.

This is actually a similar trait to cats.

Cats also choose their companion selectively.

That means, they don't go around and lick someone else's shoes.

The reason for that is because cats and introverts do not want to be involved in a relationship

that exhaust them.

They only want to have relationship that last long.

Therefore, cats are just like introverts for this respect.

#2 - Simple needs

It is not too difficult to raise and take care of cats.

Introverts believe that they only need three kinds of necessities: food, love, and quiet

comfort.

Some people translate that differently because there are so many treatments that go along

with the love.

You need to cut their nails.

You need to clean their fur.

You also need to have regular medical checkup to make sure it is fine.

Obesity can pose a big problems, but introverts just like to care this cute creature.

Even without all of those treatments, cats still can live.

However, they will not look so beautiful.

That is to say, the simple needs is for simple introverts.

#3 - They prefer staying at home

This one is another reason why cats are the best for introverts.

Their energy level do not depend on how far they travel.

Basically cats are creature with low level of energy, and it does not need to be spent.

That is why cats prefer to stay at home instead, so does the introverts.

Cats are also lazy.

When we ask them to go out, they usually think twice.

They prefer coiling in the corner of the house and stay there for enjoying the cold ground.

#4 - Independent

You may notice that cats do not like work in a group.

Unlike dogs, they like solitary condition just like introverts.

Even though they sometimes walk in a group, they are quite an independent creature.

They will go separate ways more often than not especially for those domesticated cats.

You also do not have to follow them everywhere because they will be back soon enough.

Cats also do not worry when they roam around the road without you looking after them.

You frequently see and hear cats run away from their owner, and it is one of the proofs

that they are independent.

#5 - Mysteriously magical

This one is purely from the perspective of introverts valuing the cats like unique creature

that loves to travel and do weird stuffs.

Introverts like imagining things, and they always think that cats have super power that

we all do not know.

It is purely assumption, but it makes cats even more valuable than other pets.
