Hi, I'm Eusebio Di Francesco and this is my Dream Team.

I've gone with a 4-3-3 formation

and I've picked players from my era – when I was a player.

Let's start with the keeper: Gigi Buffon.

He provides security

and he's a big personality.

He's been around for years and is still playing

but even back in my day he was a real safe pair of hands.

At right-back, it's Cafu, who I played with.

He was incredibly strong, a real character

and was amazing at both attacking and defending.

The right-sided centre-back is Alessandro Nesta.

He was an imperious player, physically imposing, he always stepped up

and tactically he was very good too.

I've gone with the class and elegance of Aldair at left centre-back.

He was a team-mate of mine

and had the ability to bring the ball out of defence,

even pulling off a nutmeg or two.

He was a wonderful player across the board.

At left-back it's Paolo Maldini.

There are no words for him.

His physical presence and tactical ability

meant he could play at both full-back and centre-back.

On the right of my midfield three is Damiano Tommasi.

He worked really hard for the team

and you need a water carrier as well as the skilful players.

He performed that role very well

and was always a big presence in the dressing room.

The man pulling the strings is going to be Pirlo,

the perfect player both physically and technically.

It seemed as if he didn't work that hard,

but he racked up the miles

as well as having two wands for feet.

Zinedine Zidane is my left-sided midfielder.

He had elegance, class -

it was never easy playing against him.

Stealing the ball from him was last on your mind;

just getting tight and keeping him from your goal was an achievement.

At right wing I've chosen Ryan Giggs.

I played against him at club and international level.

He preferred the left but I like to have a left-footed player on the right.

He would have slotted into my system very well.

He was a quality player

and could both assist team-mates and score himself -

he had a wonderful strike.

My striker is Gabriel Batistuta - he helped us win the Scudetto

and was as lethal with his feet as he was with his head.

He was a top player.

There were more refined strikers, but he always made the difference.

My left winger is Francesco Totti, even though he's a No.10.

He could see the play before anyone else.

It was like he had four eyes – two in the back of his head.

He scored goals but also supplied great assists.

DAY 71 OF MY JUICE FAST JUICE FASTING-TALKING ABOUT MY BEFORE AND AFTER VIDEO| HOW TO FAST HEALTHY - Duration: 14:01.

hey guys today is day 72 of my juice fast and I wanted to do an update video

let you guys know that today I'm going to do before and after Pig I was gonna

wait until I was done with the whole hundred and some odd days but people

have been asking me for before and after so I said that I would do one today so

this is why I have this shirt on because when I started this journey 72 days ago

I had used this shirt in a pair of brief polo

white briefs to take my before and afters and I'm going to have the same

outfit on when I do the after so I'm currently 179 pounds when I started I

was 240 eight 248 pounds and I lost 51 pounds so I'm gonna do a before and

after video and tell everyone how I did it for those that you know are not

following me and don't know how I lost the weight I'm gonna let them know how I

you know I lost 51 pounds and you know just tell them you know my story I think

that a lot of people would appreciate me doing this before and after and I also

I'll do at least two before and afters one this week and then um another maybe

in two weeks when I lose another ten to fourteen pounds because then you'll be

able to see the dramatic change because I'm close to my goal weight I have about

thirty seven pounds to lose and I'll be back to my regular size which I'm so

happy for that and um you know if I lose about another ten pounds and I do

another before and after because I'm on day 72 and I'm not expecting

I wanna have to wait another 30 to 40 days for me to do it before and after

but that's gonna be the big video because once I get to my goal weight

which is 37 pounds away you definitely will see in my face and in my body you

know full body that I have definitely lost weight and a lot of weight it's

just it's unreal like how fast I lost that weight I'm at 51 pounds and I can

see it and I can also feel it in my clothes but it's like you know when I

look at even my face like it's coming back just about a year and a half ago

before gaining the weight you know you just don't realize how fast you put the

weight on and how you have control over you know while when it gets to ten

fifteen pounds doing something about it and we don't and that's what the scary

part about this whole thing is is you know you have fun doing it and then you

know it's hard and it's a struggle trying to take it off you know so I've

made some changes to my juice this week I started off on Monday doing um what is

it a celery of nothing but celery juice and I woke up this morning and I just

don't really feel as energetic as I do when I mix the juices one thing that I

did learn from drinking celery juice I am gonna do a celery juice in the

morning a 16 ounce only just celery and then the rest of the day I'm gonna drink

mix fruits and vegetables like I was doing the whole 70 70 something days of

my juice fast I didn't even last three days well as I did today

today's Wednesday I hope why anyways I lasted two days on the celery thing

it's not for me I mean is that is it gonna make me stop doing the juice fast

no it's just gonna make me stop doing the celery only it's just not for me I

use celery in the base of all of my juices one because it yields a lot of

liquids so I just and I know that there's a lot of benefits in celery the

reason why I'm going to continue to do one celery juice a day but then mix it

with fruits and vegetables later on is because I do salt water flushes in the

morning time and I can see what's coming out and how it's looking and I think

that the celery is a couple of days that I did it

that yellow bio that comes out with the salt water flush too much information I

know TMI I'm noticing this time for the last couple of days it's been very

yellow oily like it's like the celery really cleansed out my liver and my

blood and I usually always see the yellow tint but it is it's almost like

when I started the juice fast all that yellowy it's like oily stuff

coming out and it's it's almost like my body was like it was from day one when I

did my first salt water flush and that's letting me know that the celery is doing

what it's supposed to do it's a very good cleanser so you know that would be

a part of a routine that I'll do I'll drink one 16-ounce not 32 or 64 ounces

of celery juice but I'll drink one 60 16 ounce of celery juice drink it down fast

you know you know not drinking down fast like I do the salt water flush but you

don't drink that you know I'm not gonna savor it you know drink it down you know

my body will definitely start getting used to it because

I do a 32 I don't salt water flush every day and my body's gotten used to that

the taste doesn't even bother me one I don't use sea salt so it's not as harsh

the salt it's not as salty I use pink : salt and I just got used to it I bought

tablets capsules actually to put the salt in I don't even use it I basically

wasted money buying capsules that I didn't even need to use you know it's my

way of life now doing saltwater flushes long as I got my detox tea at night that

I take and my pink : salt in in water purified water I will be doing a salt

water flush to make sure that I keep up on cleansing out my my colon so that

everything else works smoothly because I am trying to heal my anxiety and my

sleep and I don't wanna you know when I get off the juice fast I'll still be

drinking juice but when I start putting Whole Foods back into my system I don't

want to feel sluggish or stop feeling anxious and all those other symptoms

that I was getting before the juice cleanse so I will do a 16 ounce celery

juice but it will not be celery juice for the whole day today I had to I had

two batches of celery juice I had to jazz it up a little bit I had to use

almost a whole bag of organic green apples that didn't make it sweet enough

so I had to take some purified water warm that up on the stove and then I had

to put a cup of raw honey inside of the water and some fresh lime juice and mix

that all together so it could have like a sweet tangy say tonight savory a sweet

and tangy you know taste I'm really into like

juices that are sweet and tangy not real sweet because like I said I'm on the

juice fast and I don't want to make it kool-aid but um so I fixed it up I'm

looking forward to around 2 o'clock drinking my first juice really excited

about that because I've been off of drinking sweet juices for what 2 days

almost almost two days and when I had tasted how tangy and sweet it tasted I

said I cannot wait to have my first juice of the day but yes I will be doing

update video today and I'm going to do a before and after you'll see the

thumbnail of dramatic before and after and like I said maybe another week or

two I'll do another update before the big update and that's when I lost all

great also I have suggestions of things that you should use when starting a

juice fast people who are savory lovers like myself is a link for miso soup that

you can make that you can have for like a lunch or dinner so that you don't

relapse is what I call it while on a juice fast because you know you feel

like you're missing out on the savory aspect of what you get from you know

when you eat so um I'll have a link for that then I also have a big saver link

which is nut bags that I use where I yield more juice from my PO and I use

these le nut bags and I buy them on Amazon and I really encourage people to

buy them because I don't care what kind of juicy you have your pulp always has

some type of juice that you can get out of it and it takes a few seconds and you

can you can make like in my case yesterday I made about another 15 ounces

of juice just juice in my Pope the Pope was really dry but surprisingly enough

it still had juice in it so I don't want to keep you guys on this video too long

as you know I have to do this before and after and it might take me well it might

take me a while to even get a pic cuz I'm gonna have to take a selfie myself

of my after because I suck at you know um taking pictures and stuff so yes

today will be a before and after video that'll be my first before and after no

I'm not finished with the journey I still have 37 pounds to lose but you

know everyone keeps asking me about this before and after so I'm at the 51 pump

mark not the 50 mark with the 51 pound mark and yesterday made 70 days and I'm

at seven no I'm sorry God yesterday made let me see how many days o-m-g I totally

forgot let me just check cuz I might be telling

you guys the wrong day I have a good I have a habit of doing that let me just

look it up real quick oh my god that goes to show how when

people act like oh my god you're on the lju juice fast how do you do it

it's easy I mean when you start losing track of days then you know that it's

easy I'm sorry okay so today is day 71 okay I just had to go check today is day

71 so um 51 pounds down and I'm 71 pounds down

it's Father's juice days and so I think it is time to at least show a before and

after video because 51 pounds is a dramatic weight loss in we're talking

about I had to lose 88 pounds and I am now 51 pounds from the goal weight so

I'm more than half of what I need to lose because half of 88 pounds is 44

pounds and I'm 51 pounds down so I will do a before and after video today please

Today we're going to Winter Garden

for the St Patricks Day event thats going on this weekend

There is a street fair event with food, beer and other Irish related things!

Lets go check it out!

The event is being held on Plant Street Market

Plant Street market is a local community market (just like EastEnd Market) located in historic downtown Winter Garden

just a little bit bigger,

with vendors featuring natural, organic food and handmade products

Crooked Can is the company responsible for this event

They are a upstart Craft Brewery that produces quality craft beer using traditional methods.

The one I got is called Cherry Blossom and it's very good!

Thanks to Crooked Can, we have this amazing event!

Don't forget that in USA, the minimum age for drinking alcohol is 21 years!

It doesn't matter that in your country you can start drinking alcohol before 21 years, here its 21 and they don't care where you are from

So don't forget to bring your Passport/ID with you,

because if you look like your younger than 35/40 years old

you will need your ID to purchase alcoholic drinks

Florida is too hot!

Anyways, this event is very nice

unfortunately, this is not an event that happens every weekend..

it just happens once a year to celebrate St Patricks Day

So you have to be lucky to be here on March to enjoy it!

Orlando have a lot of other St Patricks Day events going on, so just look for it and you'll find one you like!

But dont worry because there are a lot of other events similar to this one in Orlando

Americans love to party, so they celebrate all kinds holidays

Just look for it, and you'll find an event happening near you!
