7 Great Core Strengthening Exercises - Ask Doctor Jo - Duration: 7:59.
hey everybody it's Doctor Jo, and today I'm going to show you seven easy core
strengthening exercises. so let's get started.
Before we start, if you haven't subscribed already make sure and click on the
button. so we're gonna start off with some pretty easy core strengthening
exercises and then get to a little bit harder. so the first ones we're gonna
start off with just gonna lie down on the floor. now if you are not comfortable
getting on the floor, you can do this on your bed or a couch. you just want it to
be firm enough where you can do the movement. so a lot of people say they
can't get up off the floor, just get on your bed or your couch and do it and
that should be fine. so we're going to start off with a pelvic tilt. with the
pelvic tilt, basically what you're trying to do is flatten out your back onto the
floor. So that little curve that we have in our back, you're moving that
pelvis or you're tilting the pelvis to push it flat down, and that kind of just
contracts those core muscles. so once you do that, if you can see that movement
almost like you're going to lift up your bottom but you're not going all the way
up. hold that for about three to five seconds and then relax. so just start off
with doing about ten of those and this is just really to kind of start getting
them loosened up, getting those movements, getting the muscles starting, but not
going too crazy yet. so again just a three to five second hold really trying
to flatten it out. if you need to put your hand under there as a target, you
can, but you really want to feel that back flat on the floor, and then do about
ten of those. so after you get those, get everything kind of loosened up in there,
you're gonna go into a full bridge. so now you're just lifting your bottom up
off the floor, and you want to lift it to about where it's level, but not arching
your back. and really just slow and controlled the whole time. so you're
coming up and then once you start to come back down, come one segment at a
time. so you don't have to pause at each segment, but really control it so you're
going up and then nice and slow coming back down.
so again just starting off with about ten of these. if this becomes really easy,
you can do 15 to 20 up to 25. if you get to 25 and
they're pretty easy then you can actually start doing one-legged bridges.
so just coming up and then coming back down, still trying to keep everything
level. so if you feel like you go up and your hip is dropping, let me do it on
this side so you can see, if it's dropping like that, that just means
you're not quite strong enough and ready for it, so then go back to the two legs.
so then we're gonna go and use a swiss bowl. today I'm going to be using the
King athletic Swiss ball, and if you're interested in purchasing it make sure
you click on the link up here. so now we're going to go into a prayer plank on
the ball. so I would start with a modified which is on your knees because
this one is a little bit harder. using a Swiss ball makes an uneven surface. so
just kind of place your arms on the Swiss ball and then bring your knees
back, tucking in the butt. so squeeze those butt muscles in and try and be in
a fairly straight line when you do it. if this is easy, if you can hold it and get
to a minute and you're just kind of like "do, do, do," then you can come up into
a full plank. but really squeezing in that butt, holding it nice and tight,
keeping everything tight. so you're not sagging down, you're not coming up like
that, you're really trying to stay in a nice straight line. so again starting off
maybe 10 to 15 seconds and then working your way up from there. so the next one
with a Swiss ball, you're gonna lie down and put your legs on the ball. so bend
the knees and get kind of in a comfortable position. if you need a
pillow for your head, you can if you just want to lie down flat on the floor you
can do that as well, but keep those knees just a little bit bent. and then you're
just gonna kind of rotate your hips from side to side. so almost like a trunk
rotation, but now you're just getting those core muscles strengthening in a
rotation position. so you don't have to go and rotate all the way down, just go
until you feel a little bit of tightness and then come back up.
keep it nice and smooth and controlled. so again just doing maybe five on each
side, and then you can progressively go down deeper if you need to. for the next
Swiss ball exercise, you're gonna be sitting on the Swiss ball. when you sit
on a Swiss ball you want your hips and your knees to be about at 90 degrees. so
your feet are nice and flat but your knees aren't coming right up. so you want
to be in a pretty comfortable position. so with this one I have a pretty heavy
weight here, you probably just want to start off with maybe a two or three
pound weight and then work your way up from there. so just take the weight and
put it straight out in front of you, and then just gently rotate from side to
side. so again this is working the core in a rotational movement. try and keep
your back nice and upright and just gently rotate back and forth. if you
feel like the weight is starting to drop, and you've only done like two or
three, it probably means the weight is too heavy, and then just get something
lighter. you can actually do these if you're not quite ready for a weight just
clasp your hands out in front of you and still do that rotational motion. so
you're still getting a good core strengthening exercise with this. so if
you're not quite ready for that weight, you can actually do that as well. whoa! so
the next exercise is a tall kneeling lean back. this works your hamstrings as
well as your core, so as you can see I don't have anything anchoring my feet.
sometimes people do need something holding their feet down to do this. again
you can go modified and just go here, you can place your hands on your hips here,
or you can just have it down by your side, but if you just want to start right
here you can. I'm already feeling my core and my quads and my hamstrings working,
but once you start going further back you're gonna feel that a lot more, so
don't try going really far back in the beginning because you need good
flexibility with this as well. just try a little bit and then you can try a little
bit further. so I just start off with about ten or fifteen
those, and then work your way up. so the last exercise is going to be standing. so
the last core exercise is going to be a simple elbow to knee standing up. so you
can either do the same side, or you can do opposite back and forth. so this one
requires some balance while you're doing it, so if you don't have really good
balance, you might want to start off doing these sitting or lying down and
then you can work your way to standing up. some people put their hands all the
way behind their head, I just kind of like to hold my hands up a little bit. so
you can do same side, you're kind of meeting in the middle. so you're, but
you're not curling your upper trunk forward, you're just kind of crunching as
you're going. or you can alternate sides back and forth. so this is not only
working your balance, but it's working your core as well. But see I'm still
pretty upright. I'm not coming down and bending my back, I'm just meeting in the
middle to really work those core muscles. so again, you can start off five on each
side, then work your way up to 20. if you're getting the 20 - 25 on each side and
that's easy, and then you can start doing some other stuff. so there you have it
those were the seven easy core strengthening exercises. if you're
interested in purchasing the King Athletic Swiss ball, make sure and click
on the link up there, and don't forget to subscribe by clicking down there. and
remember be safe, have fun, and I hope you feel better soon.

Vintage Explorer, Part 2: Shooting - Plan it, Shoot it, Edit with Gavin Hoey - Duration: 7:58.
In part two our Plan it, Shoot it, Edit it,
you get to come along as I do
the Vintage Explorer themed shoot.
Hello I'm Gavin Hoey
and you're watching AdoramaTV
brought to you by AdoramaTV,
the camera store that's got everything
for us photographers.
Well it's Vintage Explorer shoot day
which is terrific because you're going
to come along for the ride is you see
behind the scenes on the shoot.
So in my previous video
you saw how I planned this
and in the next video I'll go through the editing
of the pictures that I haven't taken yet.
Yeah that should be fun.
So first things first, I came down
this morning and I put all of the
batteries on charge.
The rest of the gear,
well in the studio,
I'm going to use the eVOLV 200.
On location I'm going to take
that plus and XPLOR 600
so it's great to have Kerry back in the studio.
Kerry is going to be the model
for this Vintage Explorer theme shoot
and I am starting in the studio
because I just want those banker images,
those ones which mean that the rest of the shoot
will be fine because I know I've got
some great images to start with.
We're just going to do a really simple set up
in here, get a few shots
and then go out on location.
So that was great. We got some great
shots here in the studio. I'm confident
that we've got some excellent pictures.
Now we're going to go on location
and get even more
but that means I'm afraid Kerry
it's time to go outside where
it's freezing cold.
So we're on location and the weather is pretty good,
all things considered. It is a bit blowy
and it is really cold. You won't feel that in
the video but trust me, it is. So let's
set up and let's get some shots taken.
So first thing I need to do is to work
out the exposure without the flash.
So I'll turn the flash off
and I'd like to just slightly under expose the scene
by a stop or two.
So you're going to come around to the side here.
You're going to stand on this rock.
We'll get that nice and tight,
you'll probably have to hang on to that
bit stop it flying around too much.
Always wonder what that button was for?
The O F F / O N button
now I know it's for
turning the flash on and off.
Okay that's amazing straight out of the camera
that's brilliant.
You're going to be looking up
ooh hang on,
he's miles away!
Can you pop one shoulder
literally against the stone
so that shoulder ,right into there,
that's it, yeah you're going to face me.
Ooh so I'm looking over there?
Yeah because you look into the light
just trying to avoid getting a,
I mean don't actually look into the light
because that would be really bad.
All of a sudden the Sun's come out
so Kerry is standing in the Sun which is
nice and warm but not great
for the photography because it's really harsh light.
So if I just spin the softbox around,
I can cover her in shade and as
I'm going to underexpose the ambient
anyway, I can then fill in that shade
with the flash and of course in the time
it took me to do this the Sun's gone in.
Isn't that just about typical?
Anybody see my camera bag?
There it is. Stop looking,
so I run the theory
that if you bring a lens
you should use it. So I
brought the long lens,
let's use it.
So the long lens allows me to step back
and if I step back,
I get compression.
Long lenses don't compress,
the distance between you and the subject
is the compression. If you want to find out more
about that check out the Adorama Learning Center,
where I've got a whole video covering lens compression.
Okay so Kerry just going to have a little
look at the map for me? That's great
and just turn the camera so it's completely
facing me, amazing. There you go.
That's great.
Okay here we go Sam,
do you want to climb in there?
Alright sometimes the best
locations aren't the easiest to get to.
There are times when I do wish
I was back in my studio.
Lets have a little bit of a squeeze in here
but hopefully this shot will be worth it.
Okay so same as before,
going to work out the non flash exposure
just to get that right
and then we'll add in the flash
and the flash I'm using has got
quite a wide spread of light,
which means that it will actually light these rocks
really well so if I light the rocks
with a flash,
I can under expose the sky
and actually get the color
and detail back into the skies.
Owe!
So there we go.
We've got some great shots
at the location. The weather's held
out okay. Kerry is cold
but she's survived.
So let's pack this gear up
and let's get back to the studio
where it's warm,
and have a nice cup of tea I think.
So I thought we were done
in the last location but on the way home,
I remembered about this place.
So this is five minutes from where
we live. It's a beautiful view across the
lake. We got the Sun setting.
We're just going to grab a couple of pictures
really quickly because if it was cold
before, it's a lot colder now.
The light, I'm going to shoot that way into the light
and if I'm shooting into the light Kerry
is going to be a silhouette.
So I need to light her with the flash.
I'm going to put the
flash on full power
and then figure out what sort of exposure
I can get, here we go let's try that.
That looks amazing,
absolutely amazing!
Oh my gosh!
That looks amazing!
Now Kerry can we move you around a little bit?
So I've just moved Kerry around slightly
and in this direction, I can actually get
the Sun right behind her
and none of the modern signposts
behind her.
So backlit shot I'm using the Sun effectively
as a second light.
So there we go,
it's getting really cold now,
the light starting to go but I think
I've got some absolutely
fantastic pictures.
So in the next video
I'm going to take these pictures
and start doing some editing on them,
so join me for that. In the meantime
if you've enjoyed this video,
leave me a comment below
and if you want to see more videos
from myself and the other amazing
presenters right here on AdoramaTV
you know what you got to do,
you got to click on the subscribe button .
I'm Gavin Hoey
thanks for watching.
It's an edit with a bit of a difference
because although
I've sorted the pictures out,
I've not edited any of them yet
so you'll get to watch as I edit live.

LEGO Tron Legacy revealed! Still can't believe this is a thing! - Duration: 1:18.
LEGO revealed the next Ideas set -
Tron Legacy -
and it looks pretty darn good.
It releases March 31st for 35 bucks,
which that price is probably the weakest part of the set.
The two light cycle builds feel like something
for a twenty dollar set at most -
and the piece count shows,
with only 230 pieces.
But still, I really dig the builds.
The lightcycles are definitely
the most recognizable part about the Tron franchise,
and they're excited pretty well.
I especially like the use of the panel
at the back to show the line effect left by the lightcycle.
I'm also happy with the inclusion
of the grid display to rest the two cycles on.
The minifigures are the best part of the set though,
especially with details like the Identity Discs,
Quara's not dual moulded but carefully printed arms,
and Rinzler's helmet,
a nice reuse of the 2017 Invinicible Iron Man one.
I still can't believe this is a thing -
the Tron Legacy movie came out eight years ago
and was a box office disappointment.
However, with LEGO Ideas,
I guess anything is possible -
we got a LEGO Yellow Submarine set, after all.
The Tron franchise has something of a cult following,
so I'm sure this set will sell well,
especially since it's fairly cheap,
which will attract those of us
who didn't really care for the movie.
Besides that dope soundtrack, of course.
Either way, what do guys think?
Leave your thoughts in the comments below.
I'll see you guys later, peace out, bye.

Etiquette Tips All Southerners Should Know – Bonus Cut! - Duration: 3:30.
I've been seated with a lot of bores in my life
and I just suck it up and go forth.
Who hasn't? I've been
boring at parties before.
I'm probably boring right now, but, you know, get over it.
(cheerful music)
Our background at etiquette is simply
growing up in the Mississippi Delta.
It's our environment and our experiences
growing up with our mothers.
Gayden and I always say that in the South
no child ever takes a bite of food in peace
because mother's too busy trying
to make sure she takes it properly.
So mothers, that's the key to etiquette.
You know Charlotte, when we grew up,
we had Amy Vanderbilt and we had Emily Post
and later on there was Judith Martin, Miss Manners.
We had lots of references and I
think we're missing that right now.
Oh, I totally agree.
I think that a lot of people would like to know
you can absolutely find references
and I would say maybe go with an older reference book.
You can be sumptuous and you should
stop before you get to that point.
But no, there's no such thing as being too polite.
Does a day go by that we don't make a faux pas?
Calling someone by the wrong name.
Not major faux pas.
Well, Gayden's speaking for herself, and I've made
some faux pas that still keep me awake at night.
I was handing off a job
as gossip columnist to somebody else.
The person who had had it before me had a dinner
and I was supposed to toast both of them.
They toasted.
And I couldn't think of anything to say.
And the thing I learned is always
be prepared to say a few nice things.
You don't have to prepare a toast,
but always go to a party with a few nice things to say.
It's hard sometimes.
And remember, Gayden, what your mother said
about being invited to parties.
That's right.
My mother always taught us when we were growing up,
she said as we were walking out the door,
you are not invited to this party because
they think you're hungry or that you're thirsty.
You're invited to add something to the party.
Amen brother.
It is your obligation to make conversation.
Don't be a bump on a log.
I have not wanted to go to a lot of parties
and I've ended up having a great time.
And then I have really been looking forward
to a party and have had a terrible time.
If you don't want to go, I would just have to go anyway.
I think that every invitation deserves a response,
whether it's a negative or a positive.
So I just think you say I would
love to come but I have plans.
But if you say I would love to come but I have plans,
be careful where you go that night.
You can not be too polite.
You can never be too polite.
You can be Uriah Heep-ish, but that's not polite.
And if you can't come, I think Charlotte's right.
You should say, "Oh, thank you so much.
"I would love to be there.
"Please invite me again."
I think you're better off with an invitation.
They don't all have to be formal.
I mean, they can definitely be a handwritten note,
but please put RSVP or please respond.
I would agree.
And I think it's responding to people.
But we do need some rules.
And you can't play tennis without a net.
If the worst thing you ever do
is pick up the wrong fork, then God bless you.
You've lived
a wonderful life. I can't believe
you're saying these really radical things.
I called Gayden at the airport and I said I just talked to
this wonderful young banker from Birmingham
and she says you don't have to wear stockings
to go where you're going in Birmingham
and Gayden said she must be very young.
It's fine to go without stockings,
unless you're going to the Court of St. James.
When in Rome, do as the Romans.

How to train a BEAGLE to listen - Duration: 7:19.
in this video I'm going to teach you how to train a beagle all that more and sky
coming up hello doc lover my name is Saro I'm a dog trainer also coach dog owners
in this video I'm gonna teach you and show you how to train a beagle beagles
are fun and my loving and very smart breed very smart dog
this is sky small B go because come in two sizes 13 inch and 15 inch sky is
about 13 inch beagles are sent dogs so that means they follow their nose and
they just follow sense and they go and just chase it so since they are scent
dog and they love to smell and follow the scent you can still control and
manage and train them to not to do that I have had personally a couple of
beagles so far and I had the privilege of raising them and training them and I
have been able to control and manage them as long as you start training them
early as soon as they turn 3 or 4 months of age and you start working on them you
will be able to control and manage their scent driven ability so one of the first
tips that I'm going to share with you is that don't off leash your beagle for the
first year this will ease your mind first of all and second of all you will
teach your B go to stay and hang on you at least for the first year which is
going to give you the opportunity when you are off fishing your puppy or your
dog after a year then your vehicle is going to be used to hanging around you
and by this also will allow your Vigo to learn to control and manage its needs to
chase and follow its end so you're gonna be able to manage it and control it and
therefore you're gonna have better success when you're all finishing it
after a year the other suggestion that I have is you also need to keep your puppy
or beagle at home under control and on leash as well don't just give them
freedom and let them do whatever they want keeping your dog on leash and
practicing with your dog on leash and practicing things will mean that you're
gonna have better results in future I have a video that I show you how to
practice things that you learn from this channel throughout the day and I'm gonna
link that video right here the other tip that I have is focus on your puppy or
your beagles daily 5 essential needs these 5 essential needs are exercised
training socialization chair and then affection I have a video that I have
talked about all the details about this five essential needs and I'm gonna link
it right here now as I said I don't recommend our fishing your be go for the
first year but if you're gonna lease your beagle
make sure that it's fenced area it's safe and secure and your puppy is not or
your dog is not going to catch a scent and just take off so as soon as your
puppy or your viggo stops playing you want to put leash on and control your
viggo from then on also don't feel bad keeping your beagle on this for the
first year you hate it but your beagle is gonna love it your beagle is going to
love you to do that they love to be connected to us and they love to be
taught what to do and be under control but the worst thing that we can do is
off leash about beagles too early too soon when the
not ready that will help your beagle to develop other bad habits that you don't
want them to learn the other tip that I have is start training your viggo as
soon as they turn three to four months of age and if you need help teaching and
learning how to train your dog for basic obedience which I recommend I'm gonna
link the video playlists that I have created to trained beagles and any dog
I'm going to link it right here you can go ahead and watch that and
after that try to move up to higher levels of obedience like intermediate
level and also advanced level as well to be honest with you I don't believe that
beagles are not trainable can never off leash beagles if you take the right
steps and do the right things you can always get the same results as you would
get from other breeds of dogs and other dogs all you have to do is just work a
little bit harder work a little bit more maybe and you will get good results so
for example sky has been trained with basic obedience and they have worked on
her somewhat and she is a pretty good dog now and she can be off leash most of
the time but my Harvey for example he's off leash all the time and he can be off
leash anywhere at any time and he's very well trained easily trained is play
motivated and most beagles are very playful and you can take advantage of
that and teach them and train them using play or praise reward system
unless you're using your beagle for hunting that's a different story but if
your beagle is one of your family members and as a pet they're very easy
to train and get great results all of them I hope you like this video if you
like sky give it a thumbs up and share and comment if you have any questions
leave those questions in the comment area and I'll address them in my future
video and as always if you want to become an educated dog lover and have a
great big ol and a great dog healthy and happy consider subscribing to my channel
and hit the bell icon as well so you will get notified as soon as I post my
next video me and Skye we'll see you next time and
until next time have fun with your dog

10 THINGS THESE SHIPPING CONTAINER HOME OWNERS WISH THEY'D KNOWN - Duration: 10:52.
10 THINGS THESE SHIPPING CONTAINER HOME OWNERS WISH THEYD KNOWN BEFORE BUILDING THEIR
HOME
BY JEFFREY ROBERTS
Shipping container homes are gaining momentum for offering home builders flexibility, efficiency,
and affordability in the design of innovative housing.
While some may consider these freight homes a sublet of the tiny house movement,
many of them are far from tiny.
In fact, some home builders have used up to as many as 14 shipping containers in the design
of these unique freight container homes.
But why all the hype?
Well there are a few perks, one of them being that shipping containers can be readily modified,
connected, and stacked in creative ways for a fraction of the labor and resources it would
take to build these homes traditionally.
As a resource for people interested in pursuing these projects, the people over at Containerhomeplans.org
compiled the advice from 23 shipping container homeowners, asking them what they wish they
would have known before building their homes, a valuable resource for potential shipping
container home owners.
Weve listed 10 of their stories and advice, check it out below!
10 Shipping Container Home Owners Speak Out: What I Wish Id Known Before Building
My Shipping Container Home Top 3 Most Important Things You Need to Know:
How to purchase the correct shipping containers The importance of building regulations and
planning Finding a contractor with previous experience
1.
PV14 House
More than 14 containers were used in total to build Matt Mooneys goliath 3,700 square
foot home in Texas.
It boasts 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and an outdoor swimming pool.
Heres what he had to say:
As far as what I wish I would have known it is very hard to say since I have wanted
to build one for almost 25 years I have been thinking about and studying it for a
long time.
We (thankfully) had very few surprises.
If I had to pick something, I would say that the actual process of buying & shipping One-Trip
containers from Dolphin Containers in Shanghai was an interesting experience and navigating
the used container market here in the region before we decided to go with One-Trips.
Other than that, I enjoyed every minute of the experience of building this thing.
2.
Tiny 20 Foot Off-Grid Shipping Container Home
Brenda Kellys new home was made from a single 20 foot shipping container and due
to its size it doesnt require any building permission or council consent.
In answer to your question, I thoroughly researched prior to embarking on my first
container home so Im not sure theres anything I wish I knew that I didnt.
However, this was a non-consented model.
If I was building a larger home that requires council consent and I wish I knew more about
the application process for a building permit!

Built in 2013 by Arnold Aarssen from Studio ArTe, this Portugal home uses only one 40
foot shipping container which provides over 300 square foot of living space.
I wish I knew how to insulate the shipping container, we ended up soldering elements
on the walls and then sprayed them with a foam anti-fire insulation.
Also I wanted to know how to keep the sun off the roof; in the end we did this by double
ventilating the roof.
Finally how could we utilise passive solar energy for the container.
We did this by placing large windows in the container facing south west.

Manifesto House
This house was made using 85% recycled/eco-friendly materials and was designed by James & Mau.
Raquel Izurzu, an architect from James & Mau, was asked what they wished they had known
before designing the Manifesto House.
We wish wed known in cold countries above all, you need to ensure you have proper
insulation to protect against condensation.
With Manifesto House in Chile we had good results The climate is not really cold
or hot there.
We only needed to put some pallets on the external walls to control the sun and some
insulation.
5.
Containers of Hope
Designed by Benjamin Garcia Saxe for the Peralta family, this home cost a staggering $40,000
USD to build and provides over 600 square foot of living space.
Heres what the family had to say in retrospect:
We did not expect so much wind in the site and are now having to screen off the wind
with vegetation as the container makes a bit of noise when there are large gusts of wind.
6.
The DeWitt and Kasravi Sea Container Home
This home was designed by Modulus using four high cube shipping containers.
The containers were pre-fabricated off-site then delivered to California before they were
re-assembled.
The very top floor has nine skylights fitted into the roof which provides huge amounts
of natural light.
Find one contractor to help the whole process versus having one for getting and modifying
the containers, and another to finish out the interior.
This wasnt really an option given local familiarity with containers as a structure
but thats what we would have wished that would have likely made certain things
a bit easier.
7.
The Beach Box
This home was built in the Hamptons, one of New Yorks most expensive areas, by Andrew
Anderson using shipping containers purchased from SG Blocks.
The containers on the ground level are used to create four bedrooms.
The second floor contains the kitchen, dining room and living room.
Just in case this isnt enough, the home also features a 1300 square foot exterior
decking and a pool!
Dont unnecessarily cut the boxes.
Also make sure your contractor understands modular or container finishing.
This will impact on the price and quality of your shipping container home.
8.)
Casa Incubo
This home was built around an existing cedar tree in Costa Rica and was designed by architect
Maria Jos Trejos.
The home used eight 40 foot high cube containers, helping to reduce the construction time by
around 20%.
Since this house is in Costa Rica with tropical weather, I wish I had been extra
careful to paint it with the strongest paint to protect against the rain.
9.
WFH House
This shipping container home is one of the first in China and was built by Mads Mller
from Aarcgency.
The home has a huge sloped roof which is topped with a living-garden.
This filters rainwater and also provides the home with additional insulation.
The external walls of the containers are lined with bamboo, which insulates the containers
as well as protecting them from the natural elements.
Mads response:
Just one thing: Building code!
What is allowed?
Every country has its own sets of rules and standards.
This means a container house in US does not look like a container house in Denmark.
That is something most people do not think about.
The container is a generic product, but climate, fire regulations etc are not
10.
Nederland Colorado Shipping Container Home
This 1500 square foot home is based in Colorado.
The home was designed by Brad Tomecek, from Tomecek Studio, as an experiment to try and
reduce the size of the average American home and to also be as environmentally conscious
and friendly as possible.
The containers are bolted down into the existing rock and this provides the owners with a gorgeous
view overlooking Nederland.
Brads advice:
Welding takes a long time and is expensive, so try to keep it to a minimum.
These container projects have been for clients who really like containers or have some tangible
need that containers provide such as durability.
These homes are each so inspiring in terms of creative design.
Who knew you could do so much with a large metal box?
Surely they offer a fresh perspective for potential home builders looking for a cheaper
and more flexible way of designing their home.
Hopefully these tips will prevent unnecessary issues during the planning and building stages.
