💖5 Cheap and Clever DIY Organization Ideas Using Wood Crate 💖 - Duration: 5:05.
Wooden crates are always a go-to for organizing ideas.
Do a little hunting in the garage
and you will find old wooden crates buried
in the back of the room just waiting to be repurposed.

by simphome.com.
I hope you'll like it.
5.Storage Coffee Table
With a few tools like bolts, screws and
a hammer that you already have lying around at home,
you can turn your old wooden crate
into a fully functioning coffee table that also works as storage.
Nothing is more satisfying than being able
to manipulate a used wooden crate into a rustic
coffee table that has a charming farmhouse flair.
Add castor wheels underneath to give it
an industrial look and paint it with dark stain
to disguise the cheap wooden storage boxes on the side.
Spare a hole in the center for a recessed panel and add a vase in it.
The vase will be hidden inside while the flower will poke through.
Make your friends totally grow green with envy
with this cheap and clever DIY organization
idea using wood crates.
4.Always a Yes for an Ottoman
This soft and round (or square) seat with
no backs or sides are very practical for sitting
or resting your feet on, and there is no reason
why you shouldn't have one especially if you can build it on your own.
Get a wooden board which has the same size as the base of your crate.
Cut two long pieces of wood as long as
the inside length of your crate and glue them on the board.
Place the seat on the upholstery foam and
cover it with a fabric and staple its sides
to the back of the seat.
Coat your crate with shellac polish and apply beeswax after.
Put the seat on your crate after it's dry and admire your new ottoman!
3.Bench Storage Unit
Make yourself a bench to put by the window
that will also function as a storage unit.
Create three storage units by securing the crates with bolts.
Add a seat on top and store your books,
bags or shoes inside the storage on the bottom.
Paint the wooden part a color of your choice
and give it a light wash to enhance its appeal.
2.Chic Side Table
Repurpose your wooden crate as a nightstand
by turning into a standing position with
the shorter side on the bottom and attach ball
feet for decoration.
Coat it with a white paint and embellish
the inside part with scraps of floral wallpaper.
Put it on your bathroom to store your wicker baskets
and towels or hang it in your living room
for your own customized floating shelf to display your collection.

S. Korean military authorities exclude key exercises from Seoul-Washington joint military drills - Duration: 2:31.
A key factor in adjusting the tone for the historic meetings is the Seoul-Washington
joint drills.
It seemed inevitable the delayed annual military event could be scaled down... in light of
the thaw in tensions.
Seoul's defense ministry appears to have separated a couple of key exercises from the regularly
scheduled drills... to shorten the total period.
Oh Jung-hee explains further.
On Tuesday, South Korea's military authorities released the schedules of the upcoming Seoul-Washington
joint military drills.
( 1)Key Resolve, a computerized simulation exercise, will be held for two weeks starting
mid-April...
( 2)and Foal Eagle,... for four weeks starting April 1st.
In the case of Foal Eagle, the duration this year is half that of last year's.
But despite that, Seoul's defense ministry had stressed... the drills will be at a similar
level to those of previous years.
"The exercises will begin on April 1st and be at a similar level to previous years."
But on Wednesday,... it was reported... that this year's Foal Eagle **excluded a couple
of key drills... that were previously included.
One of them is Freedom Banner, a Navy and Marine Corps logistical deployment exercise.
The exercise is to be held as normal in May.
But for this year, the drill has been separated from Foal Eagle -- unlike the past few years
where it was conducted as part of the Foal Eagle drills.
"The training is to be conducted solely by the U.S. side, so it is not appropriate for
us to answer that question.
But South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff says this year's Foal Eagle does not include Freedom
Banner."
A similar case is Max Thunder,... an annual air exercise conducted by Seoul and Washington,...
that's held for two weeks in mid-May.
It's been regarded as part of the annual joint drills for the past two years,... but for
this year, it has also been separated.
The South Korean military answered...
"It'd be problematic if we didn't hold the drills.
But we are conducting the drills, and we believe we could be flexible on a few things."
If the exercises -- Freedom Banner and Max Thunder -- were included in this year's annual
drills,... then the Foal Eagle would've lasted for almost two months.
But Seoul's military authorities chose not to name them as part of Seoul-Washington joint
military drills... which, many say, is not to cause friction in the run-up to inter-Korean
talks and Washington-Pyongyang talks in the next two months.
Oh Jung-hee, Arirang News.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE | OVERCOME DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY | Motivational Video - Duration: 19:41.
great question from Ashlee very
important one she wants to know my
thoughts on depression healing and
personal struggle so here are my
thoughts first of all you guys know that
I have suffered with anxiety my entire
life Chris and I have two children that
have suffered with significant anxiety
too I had serious postpartum depression
when Sawyer our daughter who's now 17
was born and when I say serious I mean
Hartford meds no nursing
around-the-clock supervision serious so
when it comes to any kind of depression
or mental health issue what do I think
about it I think they're real I don't
think that we do enough in this country
to remove the stigmatism and I don't
think there's anything wrong with having
a mental health issue either with
yourself or with somebody that you love
I think about mental health a lot like I
think about diabetes people that have
diabetes have an inefficient physical
system for processing insulin which is
why you need to inject yourself with
more of it when you have a mental health
issue part of your wiring is
insufficient to help you process day to
day life that's it and there are certain
chemicals that are helping you those
certain therapies that will help you so
here's the deal
the way I feel about is this this is not
something to ignore if you have
depression if you have anxiety if you
have post-traumatic stress disorder if
you have any kind of mental health
condition it's nothing to be ashamed of
and it's nothing to hide and it's
something to hit head-on with there's
one thing one thing that if you did
every single day no joke it would make
an extraordinary difference in whatever
mental health issue you're struggling
with and that is exercise and the reason
why I say this is not based on my own
personal experience it's based on the
fact that the I think it's the American
Psychiatric Association this is coming
from dr. John Ratey a friend of mine
who's written a ton of books about not
only ADHD but also the benefits of
exercise and what it has on your brain
but he's also a professor at Harvard and
a practicing clinician and this is his
area of expertise and one of the things
that they now mandate as a diagnosis for
anybody
depression or anxiety or any mental
illness frankly is you gotta exercise
every day and the reason you've gotta
exercise every day is because what we
know about human beings is that when you
physically move your physiology changes
and that changes your brain getting your
heart rate up getting outside breathing
feeling connected getting out of your
house which may make you feel depressed
and trapped doing that every day that
physical push you don't have to run you
don't have to go to aerobics class class
get outside with your dog in the woods
walk with a good friend for two or three
miles doing that every single day not
only moves your body which changes your
mind it gets you out of your physical
environment which is one of the things
that people with depression tend to have
a hard time doing and it also creates a
bit of momentum and a bit of a routine
in your life you take on just that
single thing get outside and exercise
every single day as if your life depends
upon it because you know what it does
your brain needs it your body needs it
your mental health needs it so you know
in closing be open don't be ashamed get
the help that you need if you want to
start doing something today that you can
manage every single day you can't go
wrong with forcing yourself to exercise
and by the way what can you use to get
your butt out the door you guessed it
the five-second rule five four three two
one
give yourself a push and you're gonna
feel a lot better and some of you have
thought of suicide
some of you are in the darkest of
darkest valleys and I was there once too
I was a is old depressed nine years old
even darker at ten years old I came to
the edge and I thought to myself there
is no hope at age ten tried to drown
myself in six inches of 15 centimeters
of water I told my dad I just wanted to
relax but really I wanted to end my life
I had enough the first two times I
rolled over I was trying to work out how
much error holding my lungs before other
did out the third time
in my mind knowing that I wanted to get
out of here because of the bullying in
my life because I was going to be a
burden to my parents it had nothing to
look forward to I realized at that
moment that if I actually went through
with committing suicide I would leave a
greater burden for my parents than they
already had so when I saw in my mind my
mom and my dad and my brother crying at
my grave if I went through with that one
thought saved
of encouragement you can save a person's
life
[Music]
you may have arms and legs but unless
you know three things number one who are
you what your value is number two what
is your purpose here in life and number
three what is your destiny when you're
done here if you don't know the answers
of any of those three questions you're
more disabled than I if I gave you a
billion dollars would you be happy if
you gave me a billion dollars I'd be
very happy but then if my mom dies
tonight am I happy no life is worth
living when you find purpose Nick I
don't know my purpose is I don't know my
parents want me to do this my teachers
want me to do that my friends think that
I should do this and I don't know what
to do and you're torn man you don't know
what to do you have to make important
decisions man you don't know what to do
who do you believe
[Music]
follow your heart if that's who you want
to be
if that's what you want to do in life
and walk to him one day at a time you
got to come to the truth of knowing who
you are and why you're here William
Barclay he said the greatest two days in
anyone's life the day you were born and
the day you knew why I know that there
are a billion people going hungry today
I know that this year a million people
will commit suicide it's one every 40
seconds I know today they're 120 million
slaves and I've met sex slaves
so many people tease each other you know
you're too short you too tall you look
whatever a different hair and all that
it doesn't matter see thing is when
you're in school when you're growing up
in life it actually sort of matters to
people how you look and any matters to
you because it matters to others why why
does it matter how you look because if
they don't like you then who will if
they don't accept you then who will I
know so many teenagers who look
themselves in the mirror and wish that
they had a different body I want to ask
you what are you gonna believe are you
gonna believe in yourself you're gonna
believe everybody else's judgement on
you are you gonna believe people when
they say that you're a failure no one
really likes you don't really cares
about you that's what this world is I
want to look like her if I was taller
shorter smarter or popular whatever you
want it's not enough and the fear that
we have is that we're gonna be alone
that we're not good enough and you know
we have to change ourselves you know so
many people put me down and say Nick you
look too weird and no one's really a
friend and you can't do this and you
can't do that and I couldn't change
anything I it's not like it's fixing my
hair one day and everything's fine it's
not like you know just whatever I
couldn't change my circumstance
I couldn't just one day wake up and say
hey give me arms and legs I need arms
legs but it was so hard because people
put me down and I started believing that
I was not good enough I started
believing that I was a failure
that I'll never ever be somebody who
people would like or people would accept
and it was so hard man I thought to
myself I you know I can't go on to go on
to a soccer field with like everybody
else and I can't ride my bike and I
can't skateboard and all these sort of
things I started getting depressed I
thought what kind of purpose do I have
to live I mean do you are you just here
to live to die I mean is there not a
purpose for me is there not a purpose in
life
and I had questions and no answers and I
asked my mom and dad why did this happen
I asked doctors why did this happen they
don't know there are some things in life
that are out of your control that you
can't change and you got to live with
the choice that we have there is either
to give up or keep on going every single
human being has value and my values are
determined on how I look or what job I
have or where I'm from where I was born
how much money all that stuff nothing
and it's funny how the friends around
you sort of determine who you are you
change yourself you come to school and
everybody swore around me in high school
so I started swearing why because it's
the cool thing to do everybody swears so
I don't want to be left out and I want
to be accepted so I started swearing you
go to a party everybody's drinking so
you drink why well everybody else around
me is doing a big deal and you start
losing yourself and you stop putting
your security in temporary things
you start putting your happiness in
things that were last you can get drunk
or you like but in the morning you're
gonna be sober with a headache with the
same problems Nick you're not good
enough Nick just give up Nick you're
never gonna get a job you won't get
married you can't even hold your wife's
hand
what kind of a father are you gonna be
if you can't even pick up your kids when
they cry
[Music]
but I'll tell you there are some times
in life where you fall down and you feel
like you don't have the strength to get
back up because I tell you I'm down here
face down and I have no arms no legs it
should be impossible for me to get back
up but it's not you see I will try 100
times to get up any five fail 100 times
if I fail and I give up do you think
that I'm ever gonna get up
no but if I fail I try again and again
and again for as long as I try there's
always that chance of getting up does
that make sense and it's not the end
until you've given up and just the fact
that you're here should persuade you do
you have another chance to get back up
[Music]
that we have a choice I did to be angry
for what we don't have or be thankful
for what we do have you have a choice
every day you come to school to either
tease somebody gossip about somebody or
you can go up to them and encourage them
there's still hope I'm not here today to
tell you that I understand your pain I
don't know how it feels to be abused I
don't know how it feels to feel quote
fat and you're gonna eating disorder I
don't know how it feels to have a broken
home but I just want you to know that
it's not the end it matters how you're
gonna finish are you gonna finish strong
at age 10 I actually tried to commit
suicide by trying to drown myself in my
bathtub
and the only reason I decided to stay
was because I didn't want to leave my
loved ones with that pain so I decided
to give my broken pieces a chance man am
I glad that I'm still here today
I still have no arms or legs but
everything's changed when I'm 24 years
old five six years ago I was in
California and I never met anybody I'm
selecting me when I was 10 years old I
wish I would have met somebody like me
never did didn't get that miracle but at
24 in California saw a little boy with
no arms and no legs 19 months old just
like me I knew he was going to be
bullied I knew who was gonna go through
the pressure I knew he would feel alone
I knew that he would give worried if
he's ever gonna have a girlfriend and so
on and so I got the father to bring him
up on stage in front of 2,000 people and
everyone was crying and it was a
materialization of when you don't get a
miracle you can be a miracle for someone
else think of the three biggest
discourages in your life they're not
your biggest discourages you are but I
hope you are inspired to know that if I
can dream big then so can you
that honor was find your piece and
you'll make your walls doors I want you
to know that no matter where you are in
life no matter how low you have sunk
no matter how bleak your situation this
is not the end
this is not the end of your story this
is not the final chapter of your life
[Music]
I know it may be hard right now but if
you just hang in there
stick it out stay with me for a little
while
you will find that this tough moment
will pass and if you are committed to
using this pain using it to build your
character finding a greater meaning for
the pain you will find that in time you
can turn your life around and help
others going through the same struggles
[Music]
the world right now is in the middle of
a mental health crisis it's estimated
almost half the population suffers from
depression at some stage throughout
their life rather than join the queue
it's important we learn why we get down
and then how we can change it because
believe it or not we create our own
negative feelings and we can also ensure
that we turn our lives around and be a
positive change for others the reason
anyone gets depressed always comes down
to the consistent thoughts we think and
the consistent beliefs we hold let me
say that again the reason anyone gets
depressed always comes down to the
consistent thoughts we think and the
consistent beliefs we hold the point
here is that anyone that is depressed is
so because there is an external factor
that didn't materialize in their life
they have lost something outside of
their control or don't have something
that is out of their control
in school we are taught how to get a job
but no one teaches us how to live in a
state of happiness no one teaches us how
important our conscious and unconscious
thoughts and associations are is our
happiness not worth more than a job yes
it is and before you say happiness won't
pay my bills
happiness will pay your bills when you
realize you will be 10 times more
energized focused and take positive
action in your life when you first
choose to develop yourself as a priority
and then get to the stuff of the world
I've seen some people who many would
consider to have it all in their life
because they thought they were not good
enough a thought a belief within them
told them they were not worthy these
people that many were jealous of many
envious of were not good enough
you must value yourself enough
to take the time every single day to
work on you to engage in something that
will ensure you are a positive influence
on the world
this of course doesn't mean life will
suddenly be perfect the same life
challenges will show up but if your mind
is strong if your mind is at peace your
reaction to the challenging times will
be very different your reaction will be
how can I make this work now why is this
happening to me and then others will
look to you not with pity but with hope
because your strength will become their
home their strength you really can't be
that powerful you can't ditch the
victims story you can leave the pain
behind and focus on how you will react
next how you will react positively
read rial you can read to get your line
in a positive place take steps to ensure
you will be in a better position next
time whatever pain you are suffering
from how you can ensure it won't show
again take little steps and soon you
will be at the top of the staircase
don't give up you are worthy you are
more than worthy
you deserve to experience how great life
can be and you owe it to the world to be
that positive change for others to
inspire others who will look to you and
say he did it she did it and I can do it
too

1st Pedal Flight, Airplane Restaurant, Treehouses, & More - Duration: 13:11.
you having trouble figure in life out today? once we get stopped I'll help you, man
poor guy. I fits, I sits.
just making a stop here think we're just outside of Bakersfield or just north of
Bakersfield California and made a stop I'll find out what city this is but what
we have here is what appears to be part of an old column with a historical
marker let's see okay so it says this is the site of the gossamer Condor flight
this plaque at Shafter Airport commemorates the world's first man
powered flight to complete the Kramer Circuit August 23rd 1977 the circuit a
figure eight around two pylons one half mile apart was completed in six minutes
22 seconds the plane was designed by dr. Paul McCready jr. and flown by Brian
Allen a cash prize of 50,000 pounds was awarded by the Royal Aeronautical
Society London England it would be neat if they had an example
you could come in and see one of the peddle planes that took a long time to
get one of those pedal planes up in the air though 1977 was the first one?
What's that funny event they hold somewhere every year where they build like boxcars
that are supposed to fly but of course don't and they just go into the water
like that you know no those pedal planes are pretty cool
we are gonna stop here and have lunch I think 81 degrees today probably just
looks muggy to y'all but wait it's been a while since we've hit 80. Sweet!
Alright, lets get some lunch.
you know the campgrounds and the national parks and any of the nice
places in the woods in California are fine but I'm absolutely just starting to
hate California the only rest stop with a dump station within 400 miles here I
picked 99 instead of i-5 for this dump station with water completely shut down
closed no dump station no water and this is the first time ever we are actually
at a rest stop that does not allow overnight parking at all that was kind
of strange so you can see all the semis leaving it doesn't say how long you can
stay here but you can't even overnight Park at the rest area in California
I'm kinda bummed. I think we're just we'll see I'm gonna go we're gonna talk.
see let's why do you hate RVs so much California? you're a joke!
Here in Tulare California and I just checked all the city ordinances, couldn't
find anything banning RV's from the city so probably
gonna find a truck stop or an open lot this huge plane off the highway though
we're kind of looking through the fence here and it's called Preston's pride. Will my
camera fit through? here haha yeah but those guns on the front.
4 engine Huge plane acutally. Wow another fighter jet there as well a lot of airports
around this area of California that's cool
gonna go find a gravel lot and then we'll kind of regroup decide what
we're gonna do here all right it's getting dark guys but we are parked here
in an approved spot got confirmation from a local and also found this place
thanks to free campsites net it is a gravel lot for RVs and trucks to
overnight for one night across the street from an actual RV park it's gonna
work for the morning gonna get a fresh start and just cut this video right back
in in the morning actually want to point out that big antenna right in the middle
of your screen there up on a pole which is aimed out that way out east towards
Bakersfield you don't see antennas just randomly in the middle of a gravel lot
so I decided to put my antenna up and then I rotate it around in the same
direction did a channel search of my own and as you can see inside my RV on
my TV getting some free TV there watching some modern family currently
but was shocked I'm getting a hundred and seventeen free HD over the air
channels parked right here I have never anywhere in the country in
any other city gone over a hundred free channels that's crazy right? cool. neat. I
mean we're gonna watch some Netflix actually Angela and I found out that
planet Earth the one I liked from nearly nine years ago there's a planet earth
two with eight episodes now available on Netflix and it's fantastic guys you have
to check it out if you're interested in nature and animals
check out Planet Earth too but anyway I want to cut this video off and get back
with you in the morning so check back in right now and just like that good
morning now we may be seeing some rain and thunder today
Angela and I are looking for a place to eat and nothing screams come eat some
awesome barbecue like a freaking plane restaurant
is that cool what? pitties barbecue
(copyright music playing - don't even think about demonetizing me, YouTube)
all right stop playing copyright music there you go you can eat right instead
of a plane
yeah just starting to rain out there so we're gonna eat inside here's the
cockpit of the plane here that's pretty unique pretty cool so chicken chili
beans and potato salad Jax - I brought you leftovers yeah
actually that's probably too much for you let me give you a little bit okay
he's like no I'll take the whole thing did the whole thing dad I'll take it all
how's that? how's that guy man? "excuse me... I believe there's a whole plate of that."
It rained the whole way here and then stopped as soon as I got off the
highway this might be a tourist spot but it says Bravo farms remember I was at
one of those somewhere else in California several weeks ago quirky old
stuff also says vintage cheese factory I think we should go check it out it's
over 80 degrees yesterday interested to see what the bike looks like underneath
the cover like is the freeway dirt and water getting all over the bike and just
caking it inside like the dust of the roads I don't know real quick I want to point
this out to everybody for RVers out there that boondock yeah don't mind
the poop right there but what we're looking at is this faucet right here
guys do not ever drink from this the water itself may be drinkable and just
because it's green does not mean it's safe to drink see that white pipe right
there that is an irrigation style pipe not meant for drinking so the process
they have to get that water from there to there is highly toxic I would be very
mindful anytime you see water like that would not drink it away from the
buildings that's only meant for like gardening and
water and not safe to drink Angela's over here all excited she found a fruit
stand Wow oranges whoa popcorn sign says open during
construction here so they might be doing some stuff with the little town Museum
whoa it's got really warm right here all of a sudden and there's some signs we're
in Traver California yeah that's that's an old Coke machine there and Wow very
old coin operated toy here too alright, well we're gonna go check it out this
sign says welcome to the second happiest place on earth
see about that... they have this little outdoor area here outside little gift
shop but I'm more interested in this huge tree house you guys already know
I'm going up here It's like for hobbits and tiny people
we're is there as right now people have a sign to their name
all throughout the treehouse wow this goes up really high
yeah I gotta say it quirky gotta say it again quirky right finally made it to
the very top you can't get any higher than this I'll peek out the window here
a long way down I like it like what's this oh hey there guy.
I really like the effort they put here they have a little gun arcade area here
this one's pretty neat
cool and a petting zoo? What's going on
there dude looks like you're about out here I can't help I know but it's empty
did you see I can't there's none I can't didn't refill it don't give me
that look I can't help
hay hay is that pretty good hay? It's pretty good? okay
this is why it's called a vintage cheese factory pretty old right now they're
just packaging up some cheese mmm
can see something kind of funny from the highway I'm here at public park I mean
really original public park that's what it's called this giant water tower of
course that palm tree is gonna block it hey go walk to the other side here like
I got to stand back so you can at least see the shape of the teapot itself there
that's pretty cool it's a fun little city here in Kingsburg the historic
Kingsburg jail this way oh cool.
there's another shot of that teacup kettle thing up there
look how the Ivy or whatever you call this plant runs up the wall it's cool a
funny little mural here outside the jail making an escape there I like that let's
take a peek
Wow look at that big black rat on the bed back there
sorry guys it's a locked can't help you out
That Johnny Cash in there?
yeah this is the warden's office in here they have to put that note that says
fire arms are not real so that people won't break in that's that's sad
there's some old iron keys hanging over there too.
Cool old jail so here's what we're gonna do guys I'm gonna cut this video short and
go spend the rest of the afternoon with Angela and we're gonna find a place to
camp and if you're new to my channel I share my travels with Jax and I on the
road if I happen to be traveling with someone else that's that's their life
they may be in the video if they want to be or you might not see them for a whole
day talking about Angela in case you don't know she does have a YouTube
channel and an Instagram account she keeps them updated periodically just for
fun not not into it like I am and she's not here to be promoted or to be famous
by association here she's just here to share life on the road with Jax & I, so
I'll put some links in the video description of her channels if you guys
want to subscribe to her youtube or Instagram otherwise I'll be back with
you guys in a couple days. buh bye.

YouTube Tips for Business - Episode 12: Collaboration - Duration: 3:58.
Hello welcome to this week's YouTube Tips for Business
A particular welcome to you if you've come from Gary Jones's channel
This week we are talking about collaboration and I thought the best way to illustrate this was...
to make a collaboration video or as in fact you'll see, two collaboration videos
Hi, I'm Gary Jones from Leamington Hour and Luke's asked me to collaborate with him on this week's video
So that's the first thing I have in place, a collaborator
The idea behind collaboration videos is that you introduce your viewers to another channel
and they in turn introduce their viewers to you
We've made two videos
The first one is one you're watching now which is going on Luke's channel
The second one is actually going live on my channel simultaneously to this one
Now stick around to the end of this video for the link to the other video
Now there are two reasons by the end of this video that you'll want to head over to Gary's video
The first is that you've got to know him a little bit and hear his expertise
And the second is that there's more of me in his video
It's at this point in the video that we need to hear a bit more from Gary about what it is that he does
So briefly Gary can you introduce what your business is?
So yeah my business is called Grow Marketing and Media
People know me as Leamington Hour
In a nutshell I help businesses, to help them tell their stories online
So that's through making social media posts,
making really nice simple content strategies that they can work and implement,
and basically showing off what they know,
and translating that into digital stuff that people can read online
Fantastic
So this series that you're taking part in with me today is called YouTube Tips for Business
So I figured could we have, maybe two or three Social Media tips for Business
Of course
For me social media is just that, it should be social
so a lot of people don't tend to actually talk online, they normally broadcast,
but not actually have conversations
So my first top tip really is to talk to people, engage
So if you do see a really cool YouTube video and you like it
Talk to people about it, share it with your following
On the same point though
Loads of people, and I'm sure you come across this all the time, are maybe scared about doing video
Yeah
I think that's a fair point
But also they don't tend to post pictures or do really good engaging content
So my second top tip really is to actually produce pictures and videos online on a regular basis
And it doesn't have to be complicated it could just be two people talking to a camera
And this is very simple isn't it we're just kind of sat in a bar having a conversation
This is it and it doesn't have to be them actually talking into the camera like that
It can be two people talking like we're doing
But the beauty of that is you get to see the person's personality you get to see their insights
And actually share experiences that the other person has, which is great
So that's my that's my other top tip
And the third one is if you're not too sure about what you're actually going to say online, plan it out
So create a key bank of messages that they want to share
Doesn't have to take long an hour maximum and that includes content for videos and pictures
And then at least then when they are ready to post them they know what they're gonna say
so it just cuts our whole time down
And you'll be able to testify to this that this bit of the conversation that we're having now is very freeform
but we did script the first half of it so we knew what we're gonna say to put this video together
And some people love the scripted section of it some people would prefer to kind of freeform like we're doing
It just depends on that person, but equally both ways work for that personality type
Well that's it for the bulk of this video, the conversation continues
So now for a slightly different End Screen to normal where you'll have a link to Gary's video

Essence Of Murli 23-03-2018 - Duration: 6:30.
Om Shanti !
Today's Murli Date Is 23rd March 2018
Essence:Sweet children, when the clean saplings become covered with the dirt of the five vices, corruption increases.
You now have to become elevated and make others elevated.
Question:What elevated direction do you take from Shri Shri, Shiv Baba in order to become elevated?
Answer: In order to become elevated, you take the Father's shrimat:Children, remain in My service for a minimum of eight hours.
You may do that Government's service for eight hours, but remember Me for eight hours and spin the discus of self-realisation.
Together with that, blow the conch shell and tell everyone:
While living at home, remain as pure as a lotus and claim your inheritance from the Father.
Song: Who created this game and hid Himself away?
Essence for dharna: 1. By having remembrance of the Father and taking the knowledge of the Ocean of Knowledge,
become a beautiful angel of knowledge.
You definitely have to take Shiv Baba's directions at every step.
( please note, Baba's directions is got through Instrument souls only )
2. In order to become elevated, remove any evil spirits from inside you. Don't do anything that would make you corrupt.
Blessing:May you be a knowledgeable soul and, with the stage of being ignorant of the knowledge of desires, be a master bestower.
Those who are knowledgeable souls,
that is, those who are intelligent receive everything without having to ask for anything; they do not need to ask for anything.
Since they have all attainments automatically, they cannot have any thought about asking for anything.
Such children become ignorant of the knowledge of desires.
Such knowledgeable souls become master bestowers, the children of the Bestower, from being those who were asking for something.
Their asking finishes and they receive so much respect that they have no desire for name, fame or honour.
Slogan: Those who have full sovereignty over their minds, intellects and sanskars are true masters of the self, self-sovereigns.
To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.
The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.
We spiritual children convey to spiritual Baapdada, our love our remembrance, our good morning & our namaste namaste
Om Shanti !

BOK chief expects U.S. rate hike to have little impact on Korean economy - Duration: 2:36.
The U.S. Federal Reserve raised its key policy rate to the highest level in a decade.
It's the first major decision taken under its new chairman.... and fuelled by a stronger
American economy... the upward trend may continue.
Kim Hye-sung helps us look beyond the digits.
On Wednesday, local time, in its first meeting under Chairman Jerome Powell, the U.S. Federal
Reserve raised rates by a quarter percentage to a target range of 1-and-a-half to 1-and-three-quarters
percent.
It was the sixth increase since December 2015, when the Fed started tightening monetary policy
for the first time since the financial crisis.
" The job market remains strong, the economy continues to expand, and the inflation appears
to be moving toward the FOMC's 2 percent longer-run goal."
The Fed also boosted its economic outlook, signaling it may favor a more aggressive pace
of rate hikes.
It expects faster economic growth in the U.S. this year at 2-point-7 percent, up from its
December forecast of 2-point-5 percent,... and it sees growth of 2-point-4 percent next
year.
Policymakers continued to project a total of three rate hikes this year, but they sped
up their plans for next year, calling for three more rate hikes instead of two.
Now U.S. rates are higher than South Korea's for the first time in more than ten years.
The Bank of Korea currently has its key rate at 1-point-5 percent.
At an emergency meeting Thursday morning, BOK governor Lee Ju-yeol said the central
bank is ready to act to stabilize financial markets if necessary.
But he added that the U.S. rate hike was widely expected and that it will have little impact
on the South Korean market, citing Korea's strong economic fundamentals and fiscal soundness.
"A short-term base rate difference between the U.S. and Korea will not trigger a sharp
capital outflow given our economic fundamentals.
But if the rate gap continues to grow, with the Fed expected to raise rates three times
this year, capital outflow could happen, so the BOK is likely to raise rates this year
one or two times."
At the confirmation hearing for his reappointment Wednesday, BOK Chief Lee Ju-yeol said he would
be cautious about the timing of any rate hikes, pointing to external risks like growing trade
protectionism and domestic issues like the growing income gap, household debt and subdued
inflationary pressure.
But if the Fed hikes rates again in June, the gap with South Korea could grow, so all
eyes are on the BOK's upcoming monetary policy meetings, which are scheduled April, May and
July.
