The Indefinable ESC ... 6 Magic of Minutes with Dain Heer - Duration: 6:35.
ESC The Undefinable
ESC Energetic Synthesis Of Communion
This ESC...
whether you know it or not, sort of exists in this realm of magic.
It's not definable,
it's not controllable, it's not part of this reality,
it's not defined by this reality,
it's not limited or limitable by this reality.
And neither are you
and neither are we.
We all have energies that we're aware of and things we believe stop us.
There's a universe of energy dancing out there,
dancing in here if you would allow it.
It danced the way the molecules of the plants do
with the intensity and the enthusiasm of the dolphin.
So, you keep looking and wishing
there were something different or greater about you.
What if you actually are the envy of the other creatures on the planet.
What if there's something phenomenal about you
and what you were capable of and what you are
and what you can contribute and be.
You keep cursing the fact that you have a "human-ish" body,
keep cursing the fact that you have a mind,
that you were taught to think.
Pondering how wonderful it would be if you could be like a bird
that never had to think, be like a dolphin that never would think,
to create limitation.
What if everything that you are is a gift,
including that damn mind of yours.
What if it's part of a different way of looking at the world
that gives you a capacity to mold the world
and instead you've been looking at what isn't
and what's not and what you're not
rather than considering the possibility that what you are
has the capacity to be connected with and in communion with everything.
Everything!
With this beautiful amazing gift,
beautiful amazing contribution,
just by being.
The difference with you is you can be aware of yourself while being
and aware of what being actually is and aware of its impact.
A bird is never aware of itself being – it just bees.
And I know that seems easier and I get it
but what if what you're here to do is change that thing
that makes you be aware of being and therefore limit it
to something that allows you to be aware of being
and therefore expand it.
What if you've just been looking at it 180 degrees
from what is actually the possibility
What if you're the possibility my beautiful friends
of what our future can be and what if you are possibilities
and what if they live within yourselves and your very being.
What if they're there somehow
even though you don't know where they're located
but it's just there as part of your energy
and part of your awareness and part of what you are
and part of what you contribute and part of what you be
and part of the gift you're here to be
as our world and bring to our world.
I know you love thinking you're wrong, I get it.
I used to love that too.
It's so wonderful to think what was wrong about me that I could change
and I would change it and find another thing and another one and another one.
What if it's the wrongness of us,
that is the lie we've been perpetrating on us.
What if instead you're magic walking.
What do you know my beautiful friends?
What do you know?
What do you know?
What if you as a being,
have this awareness that you've had for so long.
Just hoped somebody would invite you to unlock it and awaken it.
I'm inviting you to unlock it and awaken it.
I'm inviting you to unlock and awaken your very knowing of being.

Frozen Butt Hang Finnemarka 2018 - Duration: 18:53.
I am Thor, this is Skogfar
and today we will hang in Finnemarka
This is Frozen Butt Hang 2018
What are you doing, Kjetil?
What are you doing?
What? What is happening?
Trying to get my skis on.
It isn't going so well
Is the snow deep?
We have arrived to the place we will spend the night
It was unbelievable deep snow, so I am happy that i have snow shoes on
It was hard on my hips, but it was better than skis.
There is Kjetils place
and he will not walk any more today. I can feel it.
and here we have...
What kind of tarp is that?
It is a Warbonnet Superfly. I want it.
Just like that, I want your tarp.
We have started getting the hammocks up
and snow shoes is recommendable
Here is my hang
Nice sunset
there is Kjetils hang
Good morning, is is a quarter past eight.
I have slept well.
Had to pee around three tirty.
And I forgot that it was so deep snow by the hammock
so I took my shoes on loosely
went out in the snow
put my leg all the way to my hip into the snow
pulled my leg up, but my shoe was stuck in the snow
and...
I stand with my leg up high, gets a cramp in my leg trying to get my shoe
but I got to pee and it is heaven
What I have to do now is go get some food in my belly
so I have to start with
boiling some water
so the first thing is go get water
Here is my water now
just a small bubble with liquid water
frozen solid
That is great!
I guess it will melt eventually
Here is the firepit from yesterday
We enjoyed our food and good friends
There we have some champagne
The girls drank it
How are you doing?
Have you kept warm?
Yes, just...
A little pain in my shoulder but ok
Yes, you get the shoulders smushed...
Yes, wrapped in multiple layers
Yes, i know
But it was warm, surprisingly warm
I have used Fjellduken as a quilt
Yes, it worked, but I guess I slept outside it
Cold spots
Yes, when you come here late and try to put up the stuff in a hurry...
It is - 10 celcius now
I will go over to check out the Warbonnet Superfly tarp
We are ice fishing
Me and Kjetil that is here ice fishing
The weather is not...
very nice, thick fog over the trees
around -8 celcius now, i guess
Started the day with getting up
I took my medication
boiled water from snow
ate some field rations from Real Turmat
Talked some with the others
and...
went down here for some ice fishing
The clock is around twelve
approx.
I am hoping for better weather, would have been nice with some sun
It was blue skies and sun yesterday when we got here
now it is foggy, minus ten celcius and snow
I never believe in my ice fishing abilities
Kjetil is now making the Norwegian version of Spam
Snurring in a can
It is dinner, spread and hiking food
We just got the word that it is out of production
This can is good until August 2023.
Just buy up all you can find!
I am boiling water here
I am going to make vegetable soup
This is what I am making
I hope it is good
We have snuck away, don't want to be social
have some alone time
Me and Kjetil has just enough social anxiety
so it is good to get away
and that is easy in the woods
so...
Everything is eating and keeping warm in the winter
No fish was caught on our ice fishing, but it wasn't in the books
Here we got Snurring and Bixit
Without chocolate? Not good
It tastes like army rations that has made an effort
We are up after night two
and it is snowing
The tarp was full of snow
err
my shoes is full of snow
so that is great
because I put
put my shoes under the tarp, but the tarp got weighed down of the snow
the area under the tarp got smaller and snow got into my shoes
It will be ok
Looks like more of us have a lot of snow on their tarps
I have snored this night so my uvula is huge and long
it is kind of gross
We are going to pack our things and get home
It would have been nice with clear skies so we could remove the tarp before packing
but that is also not in the books
We are on our way home
and Kjetil is ready, I am ready
I didn't film that much on this trip
but it has been -12 degrees celcius, perhaps -15 or -20 or all the way down to -40 for a while...
So I will make up for it next time, but until then
See you later!
Walking and filming, not good
Good luck, Kjetil!
Woohoo!
That went well!
Let us see if I am just as lucky with my pulk
The Incredible Pulk
Oooo, it is pushing me down
It is good to have some claws on my show shoes
Snow shoes from Tubbs
Tubbs Mountaineer
Yes, we have been out of the road in a ditch
but when I got help a Hummer came. That was fun.
Boys on the hike, never pissed.
A little stressed, but not pissed. It went well.
I am so happy I didn't get up with my car.
Was that everybody?
It was some hole we drove into. If we had pushed on we would be stuck until summer.
Do i tape it?

Losing Motivation? This Could Be Why! - Study Motivation - Duration: 11:18.
Adam anybody who's losing their hustle has a lot of variables and there's a lot
of variables in this episode this is the variable episodes where's a lot of
context but it's not just direct answers today um listen you might have you might
not be passionate about your North Star anymore I I've been going through
something let me actually break some shattering news here for the first time
in my life I've been thinking about weird things like sabbaticals and
building a business school in Haiti for five years and like like I love listen
I'm still all about buying the New York Jets and it's the process of that and
the game but it's amazing for me to be in tune with myself the maturity like as
you get older like just stip like my kids are 6 and 3 and they're interesting
like it's inch they're interesting and like you start you know I start
projecting what do they look like at 13 and 15 like it'd be really cool to like
I don't believe in the school system as much as everybody like do I just take
them and go do something rogue like just different things like you just evolve
and and you might have just lost your North Star the thing that you thought
you were going for might not be it's why it was always happy that I didn't want a
million bucks or they want Fame or I didn't want a car private plane or these
little things like it was fun to be like I want to buy the Jets and what that
always meant to me is I want the process of buying the Jets which means I get the
hustle forever because that's my that's who I am maybe you've lost who you are
or what you want or maybe you've accomplished kind of or maybe you feel
it's achievable I would be crushed if I thought what I wanted to achieve was
super achievable I mean it happened to me in the line this is happening at
Boehner like as Vayner is becoming a player in the agency world and we're not
like that now we're like a like and soon we're
gonna be like oh oh like you know like like that's not as fun for me I like
being the underdog I like the climb you know I like that so maybe that's
happened maybe you're just tired I mean I think one of the things that the New
York Jets do for me that nobody understands is those hours actually you
just caught something on dailyvee right me talking Jeff that was the first time
I talked business during a Jets game in 15 years I looked at my phone at the
wrong time it was a very big thing and only spent a second on it like I am
escaped and relaxed and by the way I didn't care about it like that's how
excited like those three four hours of escapism maybe need some vacation time I
maybe need to look at the pee around you maybe you need a change maybe
you need to break up with your boyfriend or girlfriend like there's like there's
a lot of intense different things that can be happening or maybe you can take a
step back and really listen to this statement which is you've lost your
hustle because you've really are not in tuned to why you're doing it let me tell
you a story so a friend of mine and I we went for a
run in Central Park the Roadrunners organization on the weekends they host
races and it's very common at the end of the race they'll have a sponsor who will
give away something apples or bagels or something and on this particular day
when we got to the end of the run there were some free bagels and they had
picnic tables set up and on one side was a group of volunteers on the table were
boxes of bagels and on the other side was a long line of runners waiting to
get their free bagel so I said to my friend let's let's get a bagel and he
looked at me and said that lines too long and I said free bagel and he said I
don't want to wait in line and I was like free bagel and he says not let's
it's too long and that's when I realized that there's two ways to see the world
some people see the thing that they want and some people see the thing that
prevents them from getting the thing that they want I could only see the
bagels he could only see the line and so I walked up to the line I leaned in
between two people put my hand in the box and pulled out two bagels and no one
got mad at me because the rule is you can go after whatever you want
you just cannot deny anyone else to go after whatever they want
now I had to sacrifice choice I didn't get to choose which bagel I got I got
whatever I pulled out but I didn't have to wait in line so the point is is you
don't have to wait in line you don't have to do it the way everybody else has
done it you can do it your way you can break the rules you just can't get in
the way of somebody else getting what they want that's rule number one
but wait I need one more chance to prove that I'm good to be eight maybe Greek
god because that's what other favorite part of the film were kind of like is
here is he not exactly know which I love that's the new take cuz you're gonna
leave it like believe in yourself that's the mission is just believing in
yourself and embracing who you were born to be so by the way like you're biracial
and biracial right on black Samoan like why exactly so often two hybrids right
and oftentimes like when you're younger you know we struggle sometimes the
identity I wish it was a little bit more like that or I wish I wasn't different
but you know overall the message of Hercules how I bring this whole thing
back around is you are most powerful most important is when we just embrace
who we are beliefs essentially the beliefs that you hold
about yourself about your capabilities about money whether your beliefs that
attract money to you or that repel money but that you have beliefs that allow you
to move through barriers and obstacles or beliefs that cause you to shy away
from Batteries and obstacles and the beliefs that we have really control our
actions we don't typically go at things or do things that we believe we're not
good at we don't take actions everything we're gonna fail we shy away and then of
course we don't say that we're scared we come up with a story
so the sort of these negative these limiting beliefs Institute its today but
telling the bull stories to ourselves right and it holds us back from success
so the idea is that is to understand what your or limiting beliefs are and
then to actually break those beliefs and you can do that's not that they want to
do it do it and it's seminar setting you break the limiting beliefs and you
essentially empower somebody by oping them install their own beliefs in
themselves cuz your beliefs are malleable you can change them so the
idea is to essentially retrofit your beliefs to serve you and your outcomes
in a case of entrepreneurs is tough and money is not the root of all evil
that building the business is possible that I can learn whatever ennobles sort
of I'm trying so hard to be someone you're
not stop trying so hard period you don't have to I remember
constantly feeling like I wasn't I wasn't what was expected of me and a lot
of that had to do with my skin color I love that it feel so stupid but a lot of
it feels I had to do with not feeling black enough like I was right kind of
black like I wasn't cool enough like I wasn't fun enough like I wasn't I
just wasn't good enough what what was being painted of me just even on
television and music and that was really disheartening and I would tell my
younger self now that you don't need to be that it's totally fine like
everything's gonna be okay and to honestly embrace who you are now embrace
what makes you different you don't have people don't have to
people don't like you for who you are and then those people aren't meant to be
in your life you don't let them there anyway so stop trying to impress people
by being what you're working in the plumbing business I was working in the
poem business at the time ever and I'm chanting it was it would have been
around that time that John and lastly I had left the flooring business I left
the flooring business how bad was a diploma yeah horrendous were you
actually in the trenches I mean it was an industrial boom so I'd be like
building this it'd be like diploma that would be needed in a place like this six
o'clock in the mornin and the motto and I used to have to walk for about an hour
to get there to get there on my way and then I stand on the edge of the motorway
and wait for a bloke to drive boy so give me a lift and then the motorway was
like getting them renovation at the time so take me two or two hours to get to
the place was out in the country gonna be there for ten hours walking and I was
a first-year so as the worst of the war sermons on the beginning then two hours
to get back in the traffic again was just a horrible horrible time and I was
like you know what I don't want to deal with this and then I just
and then I just stopped now didn't get out bad let me died with him in trying
to bank me out of bed and we have fights in Malaysia for a good world I never
spoke I didn't really speak to me Danny who just kind of stayed away from each
other anytime I only time I come across me that I just I come we did speak was
foot what's the fight you look at his house yeah only anything anything you
didn't talk to him isn't that a cut awkward like it wasn't you know you have
a just a deep relationship yeah no but since this since this is
happy right since the dream has happened since the vision that I had has come
true and like he went through he went through
tough times over because he got testicular cancer so he got sick and all
over and yeah in my head thinking maybe maybe I don't that because he's worried
about me that's not what I'm gonna do in all these fights that were having all
the time but I'm talking full-on fights come in and points it but no nada here
we go now you're punching back so yeah we were going out of here wow what did
your mom say about that is so protective of you
yeah I mean brother I don't know it was just she just stayed out in a book and
but seems to get to that point toward he was this because I was doing I was doing
absolutely nothing in the trouble yeah basically felt like I was down for god I
was a waster yeah I was a waster got that call that a lot and I remember but
now like and then and then when when I start getting that focus and realize no
I'm gonna I'm gonna make this happen and then never has happened I'm I'm I'm
making it happen I have a great relationship in there like we talk all
the time and I even see energy and I see energy and you might like it's the
present times for a lot of people around there's a lot of bad stuff going on and
in the country a lot of people are struggling everybody's struggling but
now seeing since them seeing me chase this dream it's given them an energy and
I see a new lease of life in them and that alone spores me on even more so
it's all just a perfect storm that's happening
and that is why I have this tonal vision and that's why I'm willing to kill every
single man in my path to get that belt in our matrix to secure the future from
my family's future you know me that's that's what I'm doing for it's hard to
say but when I was a kid I used to I always be like when I was a kid I always
visualized stadium something and like even when I was playing football I'd
kick the ball against the wall and I'd pretend that I scored a goal and I'd run
off and I'd be raising my hand and visualizing a arena full of fans you
know that was something I don't as a kid out on my own I like just running around
kicking the ball so I always had these visions of something but I just didn't
know what it was and then I suppose when I came to this of these events and I
started training and then came to an event it was like okay this is it this
is this is what I'm gonna do and then now I'm dealing

The Science Behind Why People Are So Easily Fooled -- Discernment Essentials - Duration: 9:41.
The Science Behind Why People Are So Easily Fooled -- Discernment Essentials
The world has changed tremendously from the time of our ancestors.
Today, we develop most of our beliefs based on external forces, with very little first-hand
experience.
Where the early humans relied on direct sensory experience to shape their beliefs, we now
rely on language and our own ability to discern falsehoods from truth.
by Anna Hunt
With language, we undoubtedly receive a plethora of opinions and bias based on the orators
own belief system.
Yet, we are willing to believe much, without taking the time to investigate new ideas or
seeking to experience them first-hand.
What is the reason for this eager credulity and can we control it?
Societys Intrusion of the Gullible Brain
The 17th century philosopher Rene Descartes formalized the idea that, if one wishes
to know the truth, then one should not believe an assertion until one finds evidence to justify
doing so.
This sounds like a reasonable approach to integrating new beliefs.
Most of us think ourselves capable of evaluating ideas and making up our own mind.
Yet, think about it.
When was the last time that you actually took the time to seek out new evidence to help
you prove or disprove new ideas?
Im not just talking about some random fact you saw on a news website.
Im talking about ideas that you receive from everywhere.
All of your media outlets, social networks and personal interactions.
Truthfully, theres so much information coming at us all the time, who has time to
fact check and research all of it?
Furthermore, how many beliefs has society embedded into our brains from early childhood?
That is mostly what we believe as fact, even though we never really took the time to reflect
on those ideas.
It is during the formative years of our lives that we establish associations and strong
beliefs about key aspects of life.
We form our religious beliefs and associations.
We establish a foundation of our political views and civil roles.
Even more importantly, we adapt to perpetuated ideas of authority and conformity.
Finally, we buy into societys view of what it means to be a human.
All of this happens without any first-hand investigation if any of these societal norms
and beliefs are truth.
Yet, for most, these programmed beliefs are the first resource for fact-checking and assessing
new ideas and assertions.
Skepticism is Quite Rare, Especially When Were Distracted
Another philosopher, Benedict Spinoza questioned Descartes idea.
Spinoza realized that the brain does not process ideas the way that Descartes proposed.
He suggested that, people believe every assertion they understand but quickly unbelieve
those assertions that are found to be at odds with other established facts.
Confirming this theory, new research has shown that our brains are actually naturally willing
to believe whatever we feed them.
Researchers Daniel T. Gilbert et al. from The University of Texas at Austin conducted
an experiment where they presented a set of true and false statements about a crime to
study subjects.
The researchers asked one group of participants to read the statements and concurrently find
and count the digit 5 as it appeared in the text.
The other group was allowed to read the statements uninterrupted.
Afterwards, the researchers asked the participants to recollect which statements were false,
and which were true.
They also requested that the subjects decide on the jail time for the perpetrator of the
crime.
The study outcome showed that the group that was also counting recalled more false assertions
as true, but not the other way around.
They also gave the fictitious perpetrator more jail time.
Thus, Gilbert et al. showed that people are more likely to believe that false assertions
are true, especially when they are interrupted.
Therefore, this reinforces Spinozas theory that people are quick to believe an idea.
Yet, the findings introduce the argument that interruption prevents us from unbelieving
new assertions.
Thus, are we really capable of the skepticism that the modern world requires?
The implication of these findings is that the world is distracting.
It is fast-moving, flashy, loud and over-whelming.
We are connected to peoples lives well outside of our home and community, ingesting
massive amounts of information.
Never mind the incessant attempts of advertisers to snag your attention and constant beckoning
of your smartphone.
How can we expect our brain to take an uninterrupted assessment of new ideas?
It Takes Cognitive Work to Disbelieve
Spinoza and Gilbert et al. suggest that belief is first, easy, and inexorable and that doubt
is retroactive, difficult, and only occasionally successful.
Gilbert et al write: Acceptance, then, may be a passive and inevitable
act, whereas rejection may be an active operation that undoes the initial passive acceptance.
The most basic prediction of this model is that when some event prevents a person from
undoing his or her initial acceptance, then he or she should continue to believe
the assertion, even when it is patently false.
For example, if a person is told that lead pencils are a health hazard, he or she must
immediately believe that assertion and only then may take active measures to unbelieve
it.
These active measures require cognitive work (i.e., the search for or generation of contravening
evidence), and if some event impairs the persons ability to perform such work, then the person
should continue to believe in the danger of lead pencils until such time as the cognitive
work can be done.
Therefore, much removed from Descartes theory, Gilbert et al. propose that each event and
encounter in your life alters your brain.
At times, this change is permanent, unless you have the time and cognitive ability to
reflect on the encounter and, then, decide if you want to disbelieve the ideas it introduced.
This is why advertising is so effective.
Marketers introduce ideas (beliefs) about their products in passing.
Typically, youre already distracted with whatever it is that youre doing (driving,
watching a show, reading a news piece, etc).
Some might argue that advertisers are creating beliefs in your brain without your permission.
The same can be applied to politics, public schools, and news media.
Are all of these entities imposing changes in your belief system against your will?
Is the brain really that gullible?
Related An Example of Holistic Discernment and the Fruit of Critical Thought | Commentary
on Kent Dunn Updates by David Nova
Some would say yes, but lets go back to Descartes idea that one can seek out evidence
so s/he can decide to disbelieve an assertion.
Gilbert et al write: People, then, do have the potential for resisting
false ideas, but this potential can only be realized when the person has (a) logical ability,
(b) correct information, and (c) motivation and cognitive resources.
What Im getting at here is that we must have the cognitive ability, as well as true
information, to help us disbelieve false assertions.
Unfortunately, these skills are mostly the function of our education system, as well
as organized groups and religious sects.
Therefore, society partially controls our ability to distinguish truth from falsehoods.
We are told to believe that the information fed to us in schools and churches is truth.
But how do we know for sure?
And is the system of education teaching children how to think, or just what to think?
Final Thoughts
Many are concerned that societys influence has stifled our ability discern falsehoods.
That the hive-mind has infected the masses, disparaging skepticism of mainstream beliefs.
Yet, we must not forget our own personal power.
Regardless of how gullible the brain really is, we hold the power over our thoughts.
This control stems from our willingness (motivation) to reflect on and contemplate ideas.
Our cognitive resources are not bound by our GPA or IQ score.
We can expend these abilities through self-education and the rational exchange of ideas with others.
Solitude, meditation, reflection, mentorships, first-hand experience this is all within
our reach.
We have access to an endless pool of knowledge.
All we need to do is decide.
Do we want to ingest only what mainstream society throws at us, or are we willing to
seek out our own truth?

??????
it's comfortable you know.. it's really comfortable.. I mean.. it's like..
im having my own winter in my body whenever I'm wearing this kind of t-shirt
it's like.. it gives me chill..
(read the description box if you want to buy)
today's video is about ACCENT!
so I'm gonna be attempting some accents..
im sorry if all these accents are gonna sound.. a wee bit bizarre or probably..
the pronunciation's just not correct.. so..
let's just get started.. SHALL WE?!
Ted Mosby.. we're gonna have a lot of fun.. I promise you.. Lily, Marshall and Robin
are on their way and tonight's gonna be legend..
WAIT FOR IT..
wait for it..
..DAAAAARRRYYYYYY
i lowkey wanna use American accent a lot whenever I'm having conversations with my friends..
but I find it really hard to pronounce every word that has double R's
in the middle of it. for example like..
HARDER
I apparently look awesome.
MURDER
is it.. is it correct?
its like my tongue is twisting
Charlie.. I've told you a hundred times I'm not leaving you I'm gonna stay here..
as long as possible.
you're the only person I can trust
hello lady.. I've never actually asked his kind of question to women but you look
so sad.. what happened??? you have been sitting on this bench for almost an hour
instead of having fun or getting drunk at this party
so.. do you want to dance with me??
THE FUCK MATE?????! WHY ARE YOU TALKING BOUT MY MOTHER???
*byuur*
CAN SOMEONE AT LEAST BRING ME A GLASS OF WATER???? IM THIRSTY!!!!!1!1
IM DYING HERE.. MISTER???!!!!!
You know what.. I'm really into cockney accent. really.. I mean it's cool..
but, it seems like you're mad whenever you're talking with cockney accent, like..
look, it's okay.. I know it's hard.. but.. you'll be better.. and when it's time..
its only gonna be you.. and me.. together..
oh here's my phone number call me when you ready
anyway at the first time i couldnt really.. differentiate..
Aussie accent and British accent because both accents.. you know.. don't really pronounce
the R sounds at the end of a word for example like far clever clever
ou it's different
aaaaahh it's okay she's not gonna know.. I've told Adam about this and I think he's okay
don't go anywhere yes!
yes be careful
hello welcome to McDonald what do you want to order??
no mister this is not 911..
this is McDonald
damn girl you look hot in that goddamn dress you knooo????
look.. I don't dance now you doll face.. I make money move..
oh.. thats cardi b's song
THATS ALL FOR THE ACCENTS!
