Here we have a small adorable panda bear

with a spinning face.

This is sure to keep everyone entertained.

So I believe that the bottom set of eyes

are suppose to go on the 2 by 2 round flat tiles.

The ears do move.

I'm taking it is a panda bear.

There is no indicator of what build it is.

The top is obviously slotted to accept coins.

I'm not going to put any coins inside this.

I don't want to have to take it a part.

Nonetheless, it is a nice build.

Ossetian potato mushroom pies recipe ♡ English subtitles - Duration: 8:35.

Hello! My name is Elena Bazhenova.

I am glad to welcome you at my kitchen!

This video was created with the support of the Grand Pie bakery.

Every day the guys from the bakery make delicious Ossetian pies, as well as pizza and many different dishes.

Today I will prepare Ossetian pies with potato-mushroom filling.

For the recipe, we take: for the dough - 500g bread flour, 250 ml kefir, 100 ml water, 1 egg,

1.5 tbsps sunflower oil, 1 tsp fast-action dried yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 1/3 tsp salt.

For the filling: 800g champignons, 700g potatoes, 3 tbsps milk,

50g of butter, 1 onion, salt and ground peppercorns to taste.

First knead the dough.

Take warm water at a temperature of about 40`C/100`F.

Pour into a bowl.

Add sugar.

Mix.

Add yeast.

Leave for 15 minutes or so until you see bubbles appearing on the surface.

The yeast has activated.

Add a little salt here.

Crack the egg.

Add lukewarm kefir.

Stir a little.

Gradually add the sifted flour.

Gradually add oil when the dough is almost ready.

The dough is ready.

Form a soft ball and place it into a bowl.

Cover the bowl with a lid or a towel and leave to rise in a warm place.

Meanwhile, make the filling.

Boil the potatoes.

Chop the mushrooms.

Heat the mushrooms over medium heat.

The mushrooms must give off the liquid.

Fry the mushrooms until all the liquid is evaporated.

Now add a little vegetable oil.

Chopped onions.

Fry until the golden color of onions.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Salt the cooked potatoes.

I do not salt the potatoes during cooking.

Add lukewarm milk and 40g soft butter here.

Set aside a piece of butterfor later.

Make the mashed potatoes.

Mushrooms are ready. Turn off the heat.

Put them to the mashed potatoes.

Mix everything well.

It turns out potato-mushroom filling.

The dough is ready. It rose well.

Oil the hands.

Flour a work surface. Place the dough here.

Divide the dough into 3 even pieces.

This will be 3 pies.

Lay a baking tray with parchment paper and sprinkle a little flour.

Flatten a portion of dough gently with your palms.

You can roll out the dough using a rolling pin, but it is better make a rounds by your hand.

Spread the dough on parchment paper.

The dough is very soft, so roll out it with a rolling pin will not be convenient.

Divide the filling into 3 equal portions.

Place the filling in the center and flatten it.

Bring the edges of the dough up over the filling, pleating as you go.

Pinch the ends together really well at the top to secure.

Flip the pouch over.

Flatten the pouch gently with your palm, spreading the filling inside all the way to the edges.

Fork a holes in the upper layer of dough. The vent holes allows steam to escape during the baking.

Bake in a preheated to 180`C/360`F oven.

I baked pie about 40 minutes.

Each oven bakes differently. The pie is ready when it is golden brown.

Take it out from the oven.

Put the next pie to bake.

Apply some melted butter to soften the crust.

Brush the third pie with the melted butter as soon as it is out of the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.

For Ossetian pies, the dough should be as thin as possible.

Let's see what I baked.

I think for the first time I did a great job.

Let's taste a bit.

Delicious. Potatoes with mushrooms is always delicious.

This is a very convenient dish to take with you in travel, to school, to work.
