Today I am going to prepare Instant Amritsari Bhatura

Lets see the ingredients required to make Instant Amritsari Bhatura
200 grams of refined wheat flour
2 tablespoons of semolina
2 boiled potatoes
2 tablespoons of curds
1.25 teaspoons of baking soda
Salt as per taste
Oil
Water
To start with grate the potatoes in a bowl
Add refined wheat flour, salt as per taste, semolina, 2 tablespoons of curds, soda,2 spoons of oil and mix well
Add water but be careful while adding water as curds and potatoes are already added
The dough should neither be too soft nor too thin hence be careful while adding water
Once the dough is ready put some oil on the dough and cover it for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes the dough will get swelled. Put oil on the dough again and knead for another 5 -7 minutes
Once the dough is ready start making flat round patties from the dough
Put some oil on palms and make thick flat round patties from the dough
Once all patties are made of the dough start rolling each patty on the rolling board with rolling pin
Roll either in a long oval shape or round shape but it musn't become too thin
Roll all the patties similarly
Once all the patties (bhaturas) are rolled and ready start frying process
Fry the Bhaturas one by one and it should get cooked on both sides
Press from corners with simmer while frying. Change the side and fry until golden brown on both sides
Once golden brown remove the Bhaturas on a plate covered with kitchen tissue paper so that sucks out excess oil from Bhaturas
Once all Bhaturas get fried serve them hot for best taste
Lets see the ingredients required to make Tri Color Idlis
2 bowls of rice
1 bowl of washed split black gram
1 bowl of flattened rice
1 bowl of spinach puree
1 bowl of carrot puree
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
Salt as per taste
Oil
And water
To start with take rice, split black gram, flattened rice and fenugreek seeds in a bowl. Wash these well and soak for 10 hours overnight
Blend the mixture in blender
The batter for Idlis should neither be too fat nor too thin
Blend well in parts as the blender may not be able to take all mixture at once
Once all the mixture is blended and batter is prepared well add salt as per taste and mix well
Cover the batter and keep for fermentation for at least 8-10 hours
Once fermentation is over start Tri Color Idli preparation
Divide the batter in 3 parts
In first part put some Idli batter in a bowl and add some carrot puree to it and mix well
For second part similarly mix some batter and spinach puree
For third part leave the batter as it is
Next oil the Idli moulds
Put the three different colored batters in the Idli moulds
Start by putting the white batter
Next put the green batter in the moulds
And next orange batter
In case of extra moulds fill in it white batter
Next put some water in a hollow pan and let it come to a boil
Put the Idli moulds in the pan. Cover the pan and let the Idli's steam for 15-20 minutes on medium flame
Poke a tooth pick in the idli and if it comes out clean then the Idlis have cooked well
Next remove the Idli moulds from the pan
And once the Idli's have come down to a reasonable temperature remove them from the moulds by using a knife
Tri Color Idli's are ready to serve
Let's see the ingredients required to make Omelette Sandwich
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 green chillies finely chopped
Half capsicum finely chopped
Half bowl of coriander leaves
2 spoons of milk
1 tomato cut in slices
1 onion cut in slices
Butter
2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon of chaat masala
3 slices of cheese
9 slices of brown bread (white bread - optional)
Salt as per taste
Oil
To start with start preparing Omelette - Break the eggs in a bowl
Add in it capsicum, salt as per taste, 2 spoons of milk, green chillies, black pepper powder, coriander leaves and mix well
Next put some oil in a non-stick pan
Spread the mixed eggs on the pan and let it cook
After one side gets cooked flip the Omelette and change over to other side
Once the other side gets cooked start sandwich preparation
For sandwich preparation spread butter on one bread
On the next bread spread sauce
And 3rd slice (layer) again spread butter
Next cut the prepared Omelette according to the bread slice and place it on one of the breads spread with butter
And cover it with the bread spread with sauce (facing down)
On the other plain side of the bread (2nd layer) again spread sauce, put tomatoes, onions and sprinkle chaat masala
Next put a cheese slice on top of the onions and tomatoes
And cover it the third slice of bread with butter side facing down
Similarly make remaining sandwiches in the same fashion
Once all the sandwiches are ready start grilling them
Next put some butter in a grill pan
And place the sandwich on the pan
Grill the sandwich on medium flame only to make it crispy
Put some butter on the bread slice on top and turn the sandwich
Once both sides are grilled remove the sandwich
Similarly make remaining sandwiches
Sandwiches are ready to serve
