HERES HOW YOU CAN STOP ABSORBING NEGATIVE ENERGY FROM OTHER PEOPLE

BY KALEE BROWN

Have you ever cried for no reason or expressed emotions for inexplicable reasons? Well, this

could mean one of two things: There actually is a reason and youre just avoiding it,

or youre sensitive to energy around you.

For example, I attended a funeral last week and immediately after walking into the room,

I felt a dense and heavy energy. For a few days afterwards, I did not feel like myself.

Yes, many may attribute this to mourning, but to me death represents more of a celebration

than a goodbye.

I realized that at least some of the emotions I was feeling didnt seem like my own because

they werent; I hadnt energetically cleansed myself since the ceremony, so I was still

extremely susceptible to other peoples energies.

Learning to Accept and Love Negativity Before you go blaming all of your emotions

on being sensitive to negative energy, lets clarify what exactly negative

energy is.

There seems to be a genuine misunderstanding surrounding negativity within the New Age

Spirituality movement. When discussing negativity, I often hear people say negativity is non-existent

or all that exists is the Light. Yes, the fact that we come from and are one with

Source (or Love or Light) is a universal truth, but that doesnt mean we may not perceive

and believe in negativity, which makes it something we feel.

We are all souls, individual fragments of Source manifested, and were here expressing

our human experiences. Part of that experience is living in a dualistic world at this time,

and in this dimension, duality still exists: light and darkness, love and fear, negative

and positive, and so on.

So, if a perceivably negative emotion comes up after you suffer a trauma, to brush it

off by saying you dont exist may lead to you suppressing that emotion. The

point isnt to run away from darkness, but rather to face it head on and accept it. After

all, could we fully appreciate the good times without the challenging ones?

I say perceivably negative because, when it all comes down to it, its all about

your perception. What makes something negative negative in the first place? Our minds and

particularly our egos develop these programs that can cause us distinguish right from wrong

and positive from negative while in this world. However, would we still view things as negative

if those programs werent there?

There isnt a simple answer to this question, but Ill try to provide you with an example.

Earlier this week, my door broke as I was leaving my house to meet a friend. My mind

immediately started to elicit a stressful response to what had happened, so I originally

perceived the situation as an issue or as a negative situation. However, I decided

to remove myself from the drama my mind was quickly creating, silence it, and follow my

gut instead.

My door breaking actually ended up being a wonderful opportunity for me to fix it myself!

Im a young woman without much experience using tools, so I felt extremely empowered

after I fixed the door myself using the random tools I had. The situation that many would

perceive as a negative, to me, was actually a positive experience!

You can do this with anything in life. For example, if youre super late for a meeting,

perhaps you avoided a car accident as a result. If you get fired from a job, perhaps you wouldve

been miserable if you had stayed. The moment you decide to change your perception and look

at things for what they are, the more youll understand that everything is in perfect order

and somehow serving you.

How Do We Define and Recognize Negativity? So, how do we define negativity? Well, its

important to acknowledge that what we define as negativity has a lower vibration than what

we define as positivity. In simpler terms, imagine a time where you could feel something

as being right or wrong. Im not referring to the programs stored in your

mind and societal constructs, but rather your intuitive feelings. For example, you may have

had this sinking feeling in your gut when something felt wrong. Thats your

intuition picking up on vibrational frequencies! And there is science to back that sort of

feeling.

Everything has its own vibration and frequency. When you really think about it, everything

is made up of energy, so this makes perfect sense. For example, when it comes to various

emotions, these can raise or decrease your own vibration, causing us to emit a different

field. The HearthMath Institute has actually scientifically proven this, as their research

shows that positive emotions create physiological benefits in your body and negative emotions

have the opposite effect.

Much of HeartMaths research is actually on the heart. Their findings show that the

electromagnetic field emitted from the human heart can be measured and that by simply shifting

our emotions, we can alter the information thats coded into these heart-radiated magnetic

fields. The heart has a system of neurons with both short term and long term memories

and so, when heart signals are sent to the brain, they affect our emotional experiences.

In fact, HeartMath has shown that by thinking positive thoughts, you can boost your immune

system. Read more about this in this CE article.

If youre interested in learning more about vibrations, frequencies, and the law of attraction,

Id suggest listening to Kevin Trudeaus audio CDs. His work is fairly controversial;

however, I find a lot of truth within it.

How to Rid Yourself of Negative Energy If youve noticed youre susceptible to

negative energy or feel you need to block yourself from it, here are a few things you

can do:

Energetic Shielding

Im a huge fan of this, but you need to be careful about your intention behind it.

All you need to do is envision a white light (or specific colour that resonates with you)

around you thats shielding your body from any outer energies. For example, Ive

done this at funerals, while driving, or in other settings people perceive to be full

of negative energy or danger.

However, if youre energetically shielding yourself from the negativity youre perceiving

to be coming from another individual, this may be a good opportunity to look inwards.

Why is it that youre perceiving this individual as being so negative? Since were all, at

least to some degree, reflections of each other, if that individual has a trait youre

perceiving to be extremely negative, perhaps that trait is one that you hold within you

as well.

Its also important to note that energetic shields force you to spend a lot of energy

holding them up. If youre consciously thinking about creating and maintaining that field,

then you may not be fully present. There isnt necessarily anything wrong with energetic

shielding it is a beautiful practice with many excellent uses but you should consider

the intent behind your shield as well as weigh your other options before using one.

Cord Cutting

Emotional cords are bound to you, often from specific events, traumas, and/or from other

people transferring energy to you, and they can be considered as positive or negative.

For example, positive cords can be found when youre in love, as your partner wishes the

best for you. Negative cords could be created from your own self-judgement or from someone

pushing negative emotions onto you. Whether the cords you have are positive or negative,

it is ideal to have no emotional cords whatsoever. Read more in this CE article here.

Sound Reiki Healer Catherine Varga shared this simple method with me to release energetic/emotional

cords. Whenever you feel an energetic tie or emotional cord has been established, you

can release it by physically pulling it out of you. Once you notice its presence on one

of your chakras, you can use your hands to pull the cord out of you, as if youre pulling

a rope, and then visualize it leaving your body.

Washing Your Hands or Body

Much like your physical body, your energetic body needs to maintain good hygiene, too.

Water is one of our greatest assets because it can cleanse both our physical and energetic

bodies. An excellent way to rid yourself of other peoples energy is to actually physically

wash your hands or whole body. As you feel the water flowing down on you, envision all

of the negative energy washing off too.

Sage or Smudging

Not only does sage smell awesome, but it can also cleanse your home and your body of negative

energy. Smudging with sage has been used for many years to cleanse peoples energetic

auras and rid outer environments of negative energy.

Final Thoughts Its important to note that negativity can

always serve you in some way. Your soul chose to incarnate onto this planet and experience

duality, so how can negativity be a bad thing? Dont run from darkness; treat

it as a learning opportunity. By learning about and accepting the darker parts of ourselves

and the universe, we can begin to fully appreciate the light.

Hi, I'm Sami, from Fawzi academy, In this video, I will talk about,

How do I upload an MP3 to YouTube? First of all. Mp3 is a sound file, not a video file.

It need to have at least one picture, added to the sound file by using an external video editing Program.

You can use the YouTube Audio Library to get free music and sound effects to use in your videos.

Go to Creator Studio, Create, Audio Library. Use the tabs at the top of the page to choose "Free music" or "Sound effects." The bars next

to the songs show how popular a track is. When you've found a track you like, click the arrow to download it.

Find free-to-use images. Go to Advanced Image Search for images or Advanced Search for anything else.

In the "all these words" box, type what you want to search. In the "Usage rights" section, use the drop-down

to choose what kind of license you want the content to have. Select Advanced Search.

Before reusing content, make sure that its license is legitimate and check the exact terms of reuse. For example, the license might require

that you give credit to the image creator when you use the image. I will use camtasai studio as an external video

YouTube for REALTORS | Real Estate YouTube Channels - Duration: 8:06.

Are you a real estate agent wanting to start getting clients from your YouTube

channel? Well that's what we're talking about today and we are starting right

now.

Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel. My name is Karin Carr and I'm a Realtor®

in Savannah, Georgia with Keller Williams. I am here today to talk to you about

using YouTube. So many people on Facebook are now messaging me, calling me, texting

me, emailing me almost daily to ask me about getting started using video that I

thought I would make this video to answer all of your questions. These

are the top five questions that everybody asks me all the time, so let's

go ahead and get started! Number one is who does your editing and

what are you using? Well the truth is I am doing my own editing and I hope to be

able to outsource that to somebody else very soon but right now I'm doing it

myself. I have a Mac and free with my Mac was iMovie. iMovie is a great little

program for beginners even all the way up to people that are very experienced

with editing movies. But it was free and it does everything that I need it to do

so I keep using iMovie. Number 2 is where did you get your logo and your intro? I

just ordered my logo off of Etsy and I then sent the logo to somebody on Fiverr

who made the animated intro for me. I think the intro cost something like 25

or 30 dollars because I got an intro and an outro so I can have one at the

beginning and one at the end and I got eight different choices of music so that

I didn't have to have the same music playing behind the intro every single

time. Number three is what equipment do you use? I think you'll be surprised. I

really don't use a whole lot of equipment. I film on my iPad. Why my iPad?

Because the screen is big and I can see it easier. If you just want to record on

your phone that's great! The majority of smartphones that were made within the

last couple of years... the cameras are so good there's no reason not to use it. So

use your smart phone or your tablet. I do use an external microphone. You can

use a $20 microphone that clips onto your lapel right here.

The one I have (I'll actually put the link down below

and none of these are affiliate links, this is just what I have) it's the Rode

MicMe? MobileMe? Something like that. I'll put

the link down below. I think was around 50 bucks and my husband gave it to me

for Christmas. Thank you Chris! And it just plugs right into the phone or the

iPad on the the headphone jack. Then you need some decent lighting. If you can

record in a place that has lots of natural light, awesome! Don't have to buy

any lights. Me, I bought a couple of these. I don't even know what they're called.

I call them umbrella lights. It's basically a tripod with a light bulb

screwed in the top and an umbrella stuffed in the front of it. And I have two of

those, one on either side. Number four, and this is a big one, everybody says, "But I

hate being on camera and I hate the sound of my own voice." Well there's a

really simple way to get over that - make videos. Seriously, if you make one

video every six or eight weeks you're never going to get used to how you look

on camera and how you sound on camera because you're not doing it frequently

enough. You've got to do it regularly. If you made a video once a week and you

spent the time to edit it and you're playing it back and you're seeing

yourself and you're hearing your voice, within three weeks you'd be so over it

it would never bother you again because now it's completely

old hat and you're used to it. So you just got to start doing it. Number fivem

and this is probably the most important in my opinion, is why YouTube and why not

other platforms? Here's the deal - video is important. I don't care where you do it.

But if you prefer Facebook because you have a huge following on Facebook go for

it. For me, I picked YouTube for one reason

and one reason only and that is SEO - search engine optimization. If somebody

is on Facebook and they're just scrolling through their timeline and

your video pops up, awesome! You probably get a lot of views from that but were

they searching for that information? No, they just stumbled across it. If

somebody is on YouTube and they see your video they were searching for that

information, right? Either they searched for that keyword and you showed up in

the search results, or in suggested results. Maybe they typed "how to buy your

first house" and you made a video called how to buy

your first home. Maybe your video would not show up in the actual search results

but it would show up in the suggested searches on the sidebar. If you can be

showing up when people are looking for the information, that's HUGE. So how well

does this work? Well when I lived in another market (I moved from Atlanta to

Savannah) when I was making videos in Atlanta

I had no strategy, no rhyme or reason. I made a video when I felt like it and I

uploaded it when I had time. And I was still getting people that said, "I've

watched all your videos, I'm ready to buy a house, will you help me?" (Instant replay)

So I thought, if people are calling me from

my Youtube videos when I'm not really even trying and I'm doing a real

half-assed job, how much better would it be if I actually had a strategy behind it?!

So I decided in June of 2017 I was gonna start making weekly videos and I put up

a video every single week on YouTube. The day that I post it I share it on

Facebook on my personal page and on my business page, I pin it on Pinterest, I

share it on Google+, I share it on Instagram, I share in a whole bunch of

places the day that I post the video. And then quite honestly I forget about it.

This is all organic traffic, and these are some of the results that I get. I get

emails like this. "Hey, we found your YouTube channel, we are thinking of

moving to Savannah, can you help us?" I get come list me phone calls. "Hey, we

just found out we're moving to Virginia, we need to sell our house, can you come

over and give us a listing presentation?" And then when I get there I say, "Hi, it's

so nice to meet you. Who else are you interviewing?" And they say, "Um... nobody.

aAe we supposed to?" and I'm like, "Absolutely not! You've already called the

best. You don't need to interview anyone else, honey." So now you know why you

should be doing YouTube videos. I am seriously considering putting together a

training video for other real estate agents because I get asked this on

a regular basis so I want to gauge the interest level. If you would be

interested in taking that class if I were to teach it, it would be an online

video course, would you be interested in it? Click the link right up here if you

want to be notified when that class is available. Just put your name and email

address on my list so that when I release it I can email it out to

everybody and let you know that it's there. Thank you so much for watching. As

always, I am Karin Carr with Keller Williams in Savannah and I always

appreciate any referrals you want to send my way. If you like this video and

you are interested in doing more video please subscribe to my channel. It

doesn't matter to me that you're another real estate agent. You are welcome to

watch the videos that I do get some more ideas and follow along with me on my

journey as I am blowing up my business with video. Thanks again for watching and

I expect to start seeing some of your videos too!

(Bloopers) Do you like my new lamp over there? My husband made that. How cool is that?!

You showed up... or is it on this side? On this side. Thanks for much for wa - what time is it?

Am I supposed to pick up my son? But if you prefer (trips over words.) I just had Brussels sprouts

with sriracha for lunch. Gaah, so spicy! Are you a real estate agent? Ok, I gotta stop taking a giant breath.
