In this video, I'm going to teach you

how to embed YouTube videos into your WordPress website,

so you can make your blog posts more interesting

and attract more readers.

Let's head over to my computer

so I can show you how to do that.

Okay, so I'm ready to now embed my video into my website.

So I have two things open.

I have the video that I want to embed

and I have a blog post open here.

It's the same process if you want to embed into a page

or a blog post.

So all we need to do is go into YouTube, click share

and here is the YouTube link if you'd like to share it

or because we want to embed it,

we click on here and we have the embed code.

Now, you can choose these things here.

I don't want suggested videos when the video finishes

but I do want the player controls

and I do want the video title

and down here, you can click this

and basically, if you hover over it,

it tells you that YouTube won't store information

about visitors on your website unless they play the video.

So all I'm going to do here is click copy

and then go over to my blog post.

So this is the visual editor

and we want to go into the text editor

because if I just post this here, when I publish my blog,

this code is just going to sit here like this.

So, what I need to do is go into the text

and I'm going to paste it here.

You'll see the code is there.

If I go back into visual,

you'll see that the video is there ready to play.

So let me just save this

and then I will show you what that looks like.

Okay, I'm just going to click on Preview Post

and that will open here and then if we look down,

so here's the video right here,

People can play it then and the controls come down here

and that's how easy it is to simply embed the video.

Now, I want to show you a kind of even quicker way.

So if we go into the text, we're going to delete this out

and then we go back to the visual editor here.

Now, I'm going to go back to YouTube

and this time, I'm going to click on share

and I'm just going to take the YouTube link here

and if I go back over to my WordPress,

see, I'm still in the Visual editor

and I'm just going to paste the YouTube link there

and you'll see boom, straight away

it has put the video there for me.

So no longer do you actually,

unless you specifically want to take the embed code,

have to actually go through and get the HTML code

to be able to do that.

All you really need to do,

if you just want to pop it into your blog,

is click on the share button here and get the actual link,

put it into your blog post

and then it will automatically populate itself

to show the video.

Okay, so let's save that and if we go here

and refresh the page,

it will have the exact same thing here.

So, that's a super easy way to do it

if you don't want to mess around with the embed code.

Never-before seen photo of football-shaped UFO with aliens inside - Duration: 5:06.

Never-before seen photo of football-shaped UFO with aliens inside

A rare and previously unseen photograph of a UFO shaped like a football has one expert

convinced that it is the real deal.

The photograph was captured by Alexei Fomin and Alexander Petrov, two Russian cadets in

1989.

Expert Is Convinced Never before Seen Photograph of UFO with Alien with Three Eyes on-board

is real

Jason Gleaves has used the very latest in computer software on the photograph was taken

by the Russian cadets and he said that he believes it is real and has not been doctored

in any way.

Russian Cadets Captured Photo Weeks After School Children Saw UFO

The pair of Russian cadets took the photograph in the city of Voronezh in the former Soviet

Union, claiming that it was a UFO flying over the city.

They said that they had seen a greyish white UFO hovering over the city 5 pm and it had

a pink halo around it.

It was seen just weeks after school children said that they had seen three aliens climbing

out of a shining large ball.

The children, Yuliya Shilokhova, Vasya Surin and Zhenya Blinov were all playing in a park

and claimed to have seen an alien that stood about 10 feet tall and had three eyes.

They said that the alien had silver overalls on and it had emerged from a ball that was

a deep red in color.

The children said that the alien had been standing at the side of other humanoids and

that it was holding an object that looked like a gun.

A Ufologist from Britain, Phillip Mantle, studied the photograph that the two Russian

cadets had taken and then got a second opinion from experts in the US, the Ground Saucer

Watch.

The experts in the United States came to the conclusion that it was an object that was

unknown; however, they did not say whether or not they thought that the photograph had

been edited.

Editing of Photograph Ruled Out By Expert Phillip still wanted answers and he sent the

UFO photograph to Jason Gleaves.

He studied the photograph with computer software and ruled out any editing of the photograph.

However, he was unable to identify the origin of the photograph.

He said that when he had completed an analysis of the photo the object seemed to be spherical

and it had a shape that was consistent with the characteristics of sphere light highlights

in relation to reflection from the sun.

He went on to say that the outer surface of the sphere shaped object had a twin belt structure

that was dark and which was indefinable and which he said seemed to go around the circumference

body.

However, he said that without seeing any more photographic evidence it was inconclusive.

Gleaves said that the detail of the object was of constant similarity to the buildings

that could be seen underneath the object and this led him to believe that the UFO was indeed

present at the time and not something that had been added in later.

He concluded by saying that he thought it was a real object in the sky and not something

added to the photograph, however, without any more detail it was inconclusive along

with being unidentified in origin.

How to Deal with Rejection in Soccer/ Football - Duration: 6:00.

What's up guys, and thank you again for watching another episode of footballers advice in today's video

I wanted to go over rejection and how to deal with it the fact of the matter is that you're going to hear

Rejection and no a lot more times than you're going to hear the word yes

And so if you're able to better prepare for this and understand how to deal with it

It's going to make it a lot more easier for you to keep pushing and keep going until you hear the word

Yes now understand

Soccer is a subjective game people view the game differently and how it should be played so just because a coach says no

Doesn't mean that you're a bad player and that you can't play professionally

It's just your style of play doesn't fit how they see the game

They may see the game one way and think that a certain system works best to play soccer

While your style actually fits a better system

So as you can tell your style and their style doesn't match so they may think hey this guy isn't good

He isn't ready to play professionally however if two coaches were to watch the same player in the exact same game

You could have two coaches that come out with two very different opinions

It just matters on what they value and what qualities is they think are important

So if your qualities is something that the coach actually values that he's going to think you're a player that can play

Professionally and that you are good enough

however

If you look at the other coach who may think your qualities doesn't fit the things that he's looking for he doesn't think you're going

To be able to play at the professional level again

It doesn't mean that you're a bad player or that you can't play professionally it just means that you have to find that coach that

Is going to say yes, I like you I like the qualities that you have your skill sets match my system

We need you on my team and something else that you guys have to remember is that soccer

Isn't like swimming or track and field where you're based on

Measurements or time like how fast you can run or how far you can throw a javelin

Soccer is more complex than that yes

You can measure how fast a player can run or how accurate they can pass and their

Conversion rate from shots to goals and things like that but as we all know that's only a fraction or just a very small part

of the game

There's a lot of other aspects of the game that you can't quantify like your tactical understanding, some parts of your technique

You also can't quantify as well, and then also the team chemistry once you understand that soccer is a subjective game

You'll realize out of a hundred people you may hear 99 people say no all you need is that one

Scout or that one agent or that one coach that says

Yes

We think he can play at the professional level and as soon as you can accept that

You'll start to understand that no actually stands for next opportunity

And when you have this positive mindset of I'm just gonna keep going to the next opportunity

You're going to be able to find that one person that is going to say yes

For instance guys when I was in Sweden I was there for three or four weeks

And I had a tryout for seven to eight different teams until I was able to play for IFK Lidingo and because I wasn't

Frustrated with the process and I kept going and I kept trying

Eventually I was able to get in front of the right people and impressed the right coaches that were able to then

Allow me to get connected to other people who could help me out and place me on a team

And it doesn't matter who tells you that you're not good enough or that you won't be able to play

Professionally to put this into perspective guys when I played in college I only played eight minutes

eight total minutes of a college career

so from 18 to 21 years old

I only played eight minutes of an actual like meaningful game, but I still believed in myself

And I still believed in my abilities because I knew what I had inside of me and no one else knew that and only you

Know what you have inside of you in order to keep going forward so when I went overseas

To Sweden and I gave it a try I didn't care about any of that and it worked so

No matter who tells you no you're not good enough or no matter who tells you at whatever level that you can't play

As long as you believe inside of you that you can play then you can you just have to keep trying and like my soccer

motivation video that I made prior

There's a lot of other guys that fall into this situation

Where you know they may have been told by other people by other college coaches Scouts agents

Professional coaches that know you're not good

You're not going to make it

But because they kept believing in themselves because they kept trying and finding different avenues and different ways to get connected with the right people

So that they could play they eventually made it

And that's why I say guys never give up on the dream again like I said in my prior video

It's like writing a paper when you write a paper you start scribbling and erasing and Xing out stuff and you rewrite things

So never change the goal that you have of playing professionally it may not work out going one way

So you may have to find another way of going about it to get to the same

Destination and so overall guys never get discouraged never get frustrated

I don't care who it is that tells you you can't do it because honestly if you were to hear my story from start to

Finish there was nothing that would make you think that I could play overseas in Sweden

But I did it just because I kept believing in myself so whenever you guys get rejected by a coach a scout an agent

You can either say man, maybe playing professionally isn't for me, or you could have the mindset of well

I'm just going to keep going to the next opportunity

I'm going to find that person that thinks I can play and that's willing to take a chance on me

So like I said

Don't stop believing in your dreams you may just have to find another way of going about it in order to reach it

So that's how I would look at rejection guys you can either look at it from a negative aspect or even a positive aspect where

You're going hey I just need to find my next opportunity and so with that being said guys

Bitcoin is a software program.

and uses Blockchain technology.

Blockchain is a decentralized network.

In Bitcoin mining,

miners solves blocks and adds transactions on it.

It is a very simple definition.

You can check out the new blocks on blockchain.com

I click one of them

Block reward is 12.5 BTC

These are the transactions that are added.

Miners are connected with each other.

A new block is mined every 10 minutes.

With time, new miners are involved in the system,

that makes harder to solve a block for the miner.

All of them depends on SHA-256 algorithm.

If you want to mine Bitcoins, your computer's CPU probably will not be enough.

You will need to buy an ASIC.

However, these are very expensive devices,

and it uses too much electricity.

Bitcoin is designed to have a maximum supply of 21 million

Almost 17 million of Bitcoin is on circulation.

Mining is very costly and difficult.

In summary,

Miners tries to solve new blocks on Blockchain.

They are rewarded if they succeed.

Miners also receive the transfer fees.

If all Bitcoins are mined, the mining devices will only receive the transfer fees.

The name of this algorithm is PoW. (Proof of Work)

I will also talk about PoS in future videos.
