Waching daily Sep 11 2017

A martial society emphasizing strict discipline,

public service and self-sacrifice, the Turian Hierarchy has for over a thousand years been

the foremost military power in the Milky Way Galaxy.

As the third race to join the Citadel Council, it has had a profound influence on galactic

affairs, both in its contributions to the Citadel Fleet and in its willingness to actively

counter any perceived threat to galactic stability.

It is often said that "if you want to win a battle, bring a Korgan, but if you want

to win a war, you need the Turians."

Turian civilization first arose over fifteen thousand years ago on their homeworld of Palaven.

The planet's weak magnetic field did little to prevent solar radiation from battering

the surface and the Turians evolved with a unique metallic carapace as a natural defense.

Turian biology possesses many similarities to the ancient carnivorous dinosaurs or crocodiles

found on Earth and it's likely this predatory ancestry played a pivotal role in the development

of their society and culture.

Above all, Turians are noted for their dedication to public service.

This has lead to the development of a highly regimented and organized society in which

the needs of the group are almost always placed above those of the individual.

Every citizen from age 15 to 30 undergoes a period of military service which forms the

center of the Turian state.

Serving not only as the armed forces, the military also acts as an all-encompassing

public works organization, responsible for everything from civil policing, firefighting,

construction and transportation.

The Turian Government is a hierarchical meritocracy composed of 27 distinct tiers of citizenship.

Higher ranked citizens are expected to lead and protect subordinates while those of a

lower rank obey and support superiors.

Turians are wary of unchecked ambition and settling into a role and rank is not considered

stagnation but rather an acknowledgement of one's own limitations.

Should a Turian be demoted, the stigma associated with it lies not on the individual, but on

those who promoted them before they were ready for the additional responsibility.

Turian citizenship confers broad freedoms with almost nothing forbidden so long as it

does not interfere with a citizen's duties.

While this system has great potential for misuse, it is tempered by a code of personal

honor and responsibility that Turians learn during childhood.

Turians are taught to own their decisions, good or ill with lying about one's actions

considered one of the most serious errors of judgement.

This sense of personal accountability is so ingrained in the Turian people that even criminals,

when directly questioned will often confess to the most serious of crimes.

Judicial proceedings follow the format of "interventions" where peers and colleagues

express their concern and try to convince the offender to change.

Should this process fail, Turians have no concern over sentencing unrepentant or dangerous

criminals to a life sentence of hard labor.

Somewhat conversely, Turian religion lacks an emphasis on rigid rituals or social order

often found in the beliefs of other species, instead, Turians believe that groups and communities

have spirits that transcend the individual.

A city's spirit might reflect the accomplishments and industry of its residents while the spirit

of an ancient tree manifests as the beauty and tranquility of the area it grows within.

While these spirits are unable to intervene within the tangible world, individuals might

pray to a spirit for guidance or inspiration.

When the Turians developed the capacity for spaceflight and discovered the Mass Relay

network, their civilization immediately began rapidly colonizing dozens of star systems

throughout the galaxy.

Many of these colonies broke away from the authority of Palaven and several rival factions

rose to power under the influence of various chieftains.

Isolated on the frontiers of explored space and lacking a strong central government, the

colonies soon grew increasing paranoid and xenophobic.

Turian colonists began wearing emblems and facial markings to differentiate themselves

and skirmishes between rival colonies grew increasingly frequent.

The Unification War, as it came to be known saw these minor conflicts turn into open warfare

as the Turian colonies battled amongst themselves.

Distant Palaven remained neutral, lacking either the resources or political will to

become involved.

After several years of fighting, with less than a dozen factions remaining, the Hierarchy

finally intervened.

Exhausted and too weak to resist, the remaining chieftains and warlords were forced to submit

to the Hierarchy and renew their allegiance.

Though peace was restored, the unique facials markings and emblems that had defined the

colonists became fixtures of Turian society.

When the Turians first encountered the Citadel Council, they found the Asari and Salarians

in the midst of a rebellion by the expansionist Krogan.

Convinced of the threat they posed to the galaxy, the Turians joined the Council in

their war against the Krogan race.

The unique Turian martial spirit and the powerful military-industrial complex at their command

took the Krogans by surprise and the initial Turian offensive succeeded in routing many

of their warrior bands.

The counter-attack it provoked however, decimated several Turian colonies with three rendered

completely uninhabitable.

The Krogans had hoped that these brutal displays would weaken Turian morale and deteriorate

their will to fight, but the destruction of their worlds only hardened their resolve.

Over the colony of Digeris, the Turian Hierarchy suffered the heaviest losses in its history

but was successful in defeating the fleet of the notorious Krogan warlord Graken Dhal.

Finally, the Turians deployed a biological weapon developed by the Salarians, decimating

the Krogan population and eliminating their ability to continue the war.

After a final offensive by the Turian military, the Krogans collapsed.

In gratitude for their service in ending the Krogan Rebellions, the victorious Turians

were granted full membership on the Citadel Council, their fleets and armies filling the

peacekeeping role that had once been the responsibility of the vanquished Krogan.

Unlike their predecessors however, the Turians integrated into galactic civilization remarkably

well and together with the Asari and Salarians helped to bring about over 1000 years of uninterrupted

prosperity.

In 2157 the Turians fought a brief but prominent conflict with an unidentified alien race that

was in the process of activating uncharted mass relays and expanding across the galaxy.

Judged to be dangerously ignorant of galactic law, the Turians fought numerous skirmishes

and occupied a colony known to its inhabitants as Shanxi (Shan schee).

When an unexpected counterattack repulsed the Turian occupation forces, the Hierarchy

prepared for full scale intergalactic war.

This drew the attention of the Citadel Council, who quickly negotiated a peaceful resolution.

While the incident was relatively minor, with fewer than 1000 Turian casualties, lingering

resentment existed between the Turian Hierarchy and their new rivals on the galactic stage,

the human Systems Alliance.

At the behest of the Citadel Council, both nations would, over the next few decades work

to establish a more productive relationship, culminating in the design of the SSV Normandy,

a prototype deep-scout frigate co-developed by the Hierarchy and Systems Alliance.

This partnership was further reinforced when the Normandy and its human commander helped

pursue and neutralize a rogue Turian specter, halting a Geth attack on the Citadel in the

process.

In 2186 an unprecedented attack of incredible scale occurred across the galaxy as the enigmatic

Reapers positioned their enormous living starships across dozens of worlds, terrorizing and harvesting

the local populations.

The famous Turian colony of Taetrus was among the first wave of targets, and images of its

burning skylines were broadcast across the galaxy, seemingly taunting the Turian population.

While the Hierarchy answered with near fanatical resistance and a series of daring counter

attacks, the immense technological superiority of the Reapers inflicted substantial losses

and the Turians were forced to retreat to Palaven itself.

The Turians fought with grim determination, sacrificing thousands as they attempted to

learn whatever they could about this terrifying enemy.

As the Turian fleet was pushed back and the surface of Palaven became a battleground,

the Turians made common cause with an unexpected ally, the Krogan.

In a series of daring and brilliant maneuvers a joint Turian-Krogan counter attack successfully

took back huge swathes of Palaven and delivered an enormous boost to allied morale.

In the final battle of the war, with the fate of the galaxy and all its peoples hanging

in the balance, the Turian Hierarchy deployed the

bulk of its forces to assist in the liberation of Earth.

Through immense sacrifice, bravery and dedication, the Turians were able to buy enough time for

a single human specter to encounter the Catalyst, an entity at the very heart of the Citadel,

and through it make a fateful choice.

7 Positives Only Introverts Would Understand - Duration: 6:01.

7 Positives Only Introverts Would Understand

There are so many articles and information about introverts on the web.

The great thing about it is that it helps a lot of people realize their own introverted

tendencies.

Many introverts are beginning to understand why situations commonly perceived as problems

by many are, well, simply non-problems for them.

In this video, I'm going to show you 7 positives only introverts would understand.

Before we start, make sure to like this video and subscribe our channel so you won't miss

any interesting update in the future guys.

1.

They love cancelled parties.

Introverts love cancelled parties.

Okay, maybe love is too strong a word.

But an introvert really wouldn't mind if a big party he was invited to suddenly got

cancelled or postponed.

Partying with a big group of people for a long period of time zaps an introvert's

energy.

To expend less energy, introverts enjoy one-on-one conversations instead of group activities.

You may know someone who's dubbed as a "kill joy" because he wants to leave a party early.

Stop the name-calling and consider that maybe that person is just tired and needs to recharge

by spending some time by himself.

He could be an introvert.

2.

They're cool with shutting up.

Society has a funny perception of silence.

It's as if something is terribly wrong if someone just wants to sit quietly by himself.

Remember that there is such a thing as companionable silence.

It's when two people are so relaxed and comfortable with each other that no words

need to be spoken.

And there's solitude too, which is the creative's refuge.

Introverts like silence and solitude because it's during quiet times that many people,

not just introverts, produce billion-dollar ideas, relax their minds, and recharge their

bodies to face another day.

3.

They get high (with energy) on being alone.

No invites on a Friday night?

No problem!

While most people would be horrified and perhaps acutely depressed at the thought of spending

the weekend minus social activities, your typical introvert is already getting started

on his reading or movie list.

That, or he's already out hiking, hanging out at a bookshop, gardening, or writing weird

poetry at the cafe.

But remember that being alone doesn't equate to loneliness.

The thing is, introverts need "alone time" for them to conserve their energy.

This doesn't mean that they're alone all the time.

Balance is key as Marti Olsen Laney explains in her book, The Introvert Advantage: How

to Thrive in an Extrovert World, "Introverts need to balance their alone time with outside

time, or they can lose other perspectives and connections."

4.

They're comfortable with eating alone.

Dining alone has such a bad reputation, doesn't it?

Heaven forbid you eat a meal without a living human body next to you!

For most introverts, solo dining is a relaxing experience and a good opportunity to truly

enjoy a meal in peace.

Bear in mind that introverts have a low threshold for stimulation and are easily distracted.

It's a good thing people are starting to realize the value of dining in peace, like

this restaurant.

5.

They just like to watch.

As funny as that may sound, they do.

Introverts are observant by nature.

They're the quiet ones who prefer to sit at the sidelines and observe those around

them.

And no, they're not judging people when they do this.

This also doesn't mean that introverts are wallflowers.

They can talk your ear off if the topic is something they're passionate or know a lot

about.

They simply don't feel the need nor have the energy to be social butterflies.

As Susan Cain puts it, "We're not anti-social; we're just differently social."

6.

They have few friends.

More than anyone else, introverts are masters at prioritizing quality over quantity, especially

when it comes to friends.

They form fewer but deeper relationships with people.

Amazingly though, many introverts thrive in the online world.

Perhaps because online communication and networking gives them more time to think and reflect

about how to express their responses as compared to real-world conversations.

7.

They take it slow.

Most of the time, taking things slow is seen as a weakness and the ability to "think

on your feet" is favored over the ability to reflect.

But introverts prefer to do things little by little and think carefully before making

big decisions.

The innate gifts of slowing down and tuning into their inner world and reflecting on experiences

and situations allow them to better understand other people and empathize.

Introverts are good at unsettling extroverts without even trying.

They can appear mysterious and don't show much reaction or facial expression.

So take the time to get to know someone and learn what makes them tick.

Do this especially when your personality leans toward extroversion.

Pretty soon these positives may hold true for you as well.

Well, that's the 7 positives only introverts would understand.

No matter if you are an introvert or extrovert, or somewhere between them, let us know if

there are any other qualities you think an extroverted introvert person possess!

So, really cool information isn't it?

Please do share your thoughts and experiences in the comments below!

many People eat persimmons when they are still firm, but

Little tip

the soft ones are even better

totally different experience

One of them was too ripe, so I had to throw it away

but this texture

just awesome

Obviously, three persimmons are not enough for me

so I am continuing with a big fat smoothie

another tip

If you have some watermelon left, which is

Kind of old

then just put it into the blender and

use the water of the melon as your smoothie's water

I Show you want I mean by that

This is going to be

pulverized to liquid

which will look like the following

there is the liquid for the smoothie

and These are the other ingredients

some Lemon with peel

because, as you know, the peel is the healthiest part of the lemon

some beet, some broccoli

Dates, blueberries

kale

and then I add some

turmeric, you guys know, half a teaspoon is enough

black pepper and tahini

to give the smoothie some body

some texture

a few hours later, I am super hungry

almost evening

which means, I am going to eat a huge load of food

and I just checked what I got left

and I got a whole lot of stuff

so it's gonna be some Kind of Buddha bowl, you know that from "the happy pear"

so just put everything together

a Little bit of Curry, which I am going to heat up

and some tomatoes

some lettuce that has to be eaten

delicious kimchi

and then I got some chickpeas Pasta, which I am trying for the first time

whole wheat bread and vegan mayonaise

some Pasta Sauce that has to be eaten

vegan spread

and These are my Building blocks for my Buddha bowl

okay, the Curry was off

instead

I found some sweetpotatoe

which I a going to bake

some Kind of sweet potatoe fries

it is done, am I am proud as F**k

Quinoa, chickpea Pasta, with tomatoe sauce

kimchi

whole wheat bread with vegan spread

romain with

tomatoes, sprouts and veganaise

As you can see I don't always eat 100 % clean and whole foods

for a lot of People, this would probably be considered clean

but no worries

Day Trading STOCK PRICE GAP FILLS! - Duration: 5:36.

how does a gap in a stock price affect the overall support and resistance areas

and why does the gap fill strategy work so often I'm gonna break it down in this

video how we treated mr NS this morning trading the gap fill strategy figuring

out where to take profit on this gap tell strategy here on mr NS so stay

tuned so we're taking a look here at mr NS this morning it gapped up from a

three dollar area it got up here pre market had a little bit of trouble there

at the four dollar area pulled back and then end up going higher and higher and

higher all the way up here to 540 so that was a big move from 350 up there to

540 basically pre market right there at opened big jump up and then all of a

sudden got that kind of same move I got that 540 area and then crashed down well

why did that happen what was the reason where was that resistance at where was

that support at if you look at the daily chart give you a better idea looking at

the weekly chart actually you can zoom out back here and go back in time here

looking at mr NS this stock used to be up in the $20 it's gotten killed

recently like most biotech stocks do but you can see here this gap on the chart

this is what we were looking at this gap right here from the 525 area down here

to the 198 $2 area and then he kind of bounced around there recently

you know December 10th of last year this was like 97 cents so it's actually under

$1 for a little bit but you can see this gap was actually back in June July of

last year and kind of break this down show you guys exactly where that support

resistance is so right there at the bottom is candle you know we've got five

thirty 525 area Bing that's that gap so the gap it gaps down

here opens us up you can see right on the chart it's very clear there's a gap

in the chart basically bad news came out everybody ended up selling they got out

there's a bunch of selling get this huge gap down the price gaps down basically

when I say gaps down it went from five dollars to two dollars instantly there

is no buying and selling in between there it was literally just bang down so

I probably got halted I had really bad news it came out after hours or whatever

it was the stock opened much lower and you can see their crash if you go back

to the five-minute chart now you'll see where that resistance comes in so there

it is that resistance that we're looking at from early

where that gap the bottom of that gap was at the 525 area and then look at

this five-minute Kaelin here ride it open

5:27 holding it down there it got a little spike up there obviously you know

gonna be some bit of a wiggle room there we can see that was all selling it was

nothing but selling above that 525 area if you look here at the one-minute chart

you can see it a little bit better how that worked out there and it basically

got right up there got a lot of resistance there at the 544 area you

know people were hoping we got a break over that gap area that 525 they thought

you know we might get a move above 525 go higher and higher you know 556

dollars if this news is really good but you see what happens the shorts piling

right here they know they can short it down they know that gap finally filled

the gap filled the buyers who bought this morning are now selling they're

taking profits because they also know the resistance is there and bang so

basically what you have is that people chasing right here chasing this chasing

this chasing this trying to get that move thinking that this is gonna go

higher and higher and bam em RNs gets killed there so at that point it was up

like 60 70 percent shorts pile in there on this candle it goes from 539 down

there to 501 so 40 cent move there crashes down there right away down this

fight our area find some support there I got in there at the break of 5 hours

looking for that move up to that resistance so that was kind of my goal

$5 whole dollar mental resistance is gonna be there at the whole dollar

looking for that gap to finally finish finally fill that gap all over there to

525 area I took profit a little bit lower em RNs working out filling that

gap perfectly if you can look here I don't know if we're really basically

right there up there to that 540 area go across here the bottom of this candle

right there at the 5 kind of 56 area so it got right to the bottom of that gap

it got crushed afterwards and came back down so mor NS filling the gap there

showing you guys exactly how that worked out

a gapped up we had good news so we got this gap up from $3 up there to that $4

area and then got the buying coming and got the pressure the reason that gap

bills is you get a lot of just empty space in the chart there's not a lot of

resistance there's not a lot of support and people start buying people start

rushing in there trying to FOMO they get the they're chasing it they're trying to

get it go higher there's a little bit of news the stock has momentum has the

volume there look at the volume on this if you look at the daily chart there's

20 million shares traded today big spike in volume so you can see it

gaps down volume kind of bouncing around a lot and then the volume this morning

spikes it up so the gap fills and now we'll see what happens if it wants to

hit higher mr and s if it finds support here in the four dollar area or if it

just wants to come back down to $3 we'll see how good that news really is and

kind of play into that impossible short that's one of the reasons that a shorted

mr NS once that gap filled because I knew the gap filled people started

taking profit and it's time to short it and you can see it kind of worked out

there mr NS this morning for the people who went short they're at this five

dollar area 520 area got that moved all the way back down here to the 14th so we

basically came back down to that support from pre market it looks like it has a

little bit of support there at the 410 area it kind of moved back up here the

four 80s and now it's selling off again we'll see what happens later on today

but this is a perfect setup mr n su does not get any better than this when it

comes to a gap fill and there it is nothing new it's not rocket science it's

not something that I traded it's literally just the idea of the gap on

the chart filling and playing into that momentum when it's there

you

ALERT: New Benghazi Revelation Implicates Barack Obama, Media Silent | Top Stories Today - Duration: 3:27.

We take the time today to remember not only the Americans who died in the tragic September

11th attacks, but also the four brave men who died defending an American embassy from

an attack in Benghazi.

On September 11, 2012, four Americans died in two American government facilities in Benghazi,

Libya.

Reactions were strong, and the Obama administration found itself taking the blame for ignoring

security concerns prior to the attack.

A Special Forces Colonel recently revealed that a rescue team was on their way to Benghazi

at the time, but were told to "stand down," very possibly by former President Obama, according

to PJ Media.

The Islamic militant group Ansar al-Sharia was responsible for the 8-hour attack, which

started around 9:40 PM on September 11, 2012.

The militants first targeted the American embassy in Libya, resulting in the deaths

of U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens, and U.S. Foreign Service Officer Sean Smith.

The attacks continued throughout the night, and around 4 AM on September 12, Ansar al-Sharia

fighters were launching mortar shells at a CIA complex in Libya.

CIA contractors Glen Doherty and Tyrone S. Woods died in the mortar strikes.

The mishandling of the Benghazi embassy attack was, perhaps, the greatest embarrassment of

the Obama administration — as well as the Hillary Clinton State Department.

In a series of congressional investigations and hearings held after the 2012 attack, we

learned that the Obama administration failed in their duties to adequately protect American

assets in an extremely volatile region.

Strategic assets were pulled out of Libya shortly before the attack, and the State Department

was unable or unwilling to act on essential intelligence, which suggested that an attack

was imminent.

After the attack, and the corresponding death of four Americans, the Obama administration

repeatedly lied to the American people to cover up their own incompetence.

It is bad that the Obama administration failed to adequately secure their assets in a war-torn

nation, but Col. Andrew Wood is accusing the former president of much worse.

Col. Wood was the commander of an anti-terrorist Special Forces unit that was charged with

protecting Ambassador Stevens in Libya.

His unit was withdrawn from Libya by the Obama administration one month before the attack.

After fighting broke out on September 11, 2012, Col. Wood and his team were on their

way to assist in Benghazi when they received an order from the Oval Office demanding that

they abort the mission.

They were ordered to stand down instead of save American lives.

"Those individuals I know loaded aircraft and got on their way to Benghazi to respond

to that incident.

They were not allowed to cross the border as per protocol until they got approval from

the commander in chief," said Wood.

"That authority has to come from him or they're not allowed to enter the country."

Sharyl Attkisson, the journalist Col. Wood spoke to, remarked after the interview, "This

is something that the president and the White House has steadfastly denied, but there's

now what I would call an overwhelming body of evidence that leads us to believe that

somebody stopped a number of teams and potential rescuers from entering Libya or going to Benghazi

to help while those attacks were underway."

Gaslighting: Abuse That Makes You Question Reality - Duration: 5:06.

[INTRO ♪]

It's no big deal.

Don't be so sensitive.

I didn't say that.

This is all in your head.

Has anyone ever said these things to you, and, like, made you second-guess yourself?

Or maybe your friend has heard this kind of stuff from their partner, or even their boss.

Maybe you have said this kind of thing to somebody else.

In any case, these are potential signs of gaslighting.

Gaslighting is a form of emotional abuse.

It's when one person manipulates another into questioning their sanity

and their sense of reality.

You might have seen the term online lately,

and it was voted the American Dialect Society's Most Useful Word of 2016.

But "to gaslight" has been used as a verb since at least the 1960s,

when an anthropologist defined it in a book on culture and personality.

The word itself refers to a popular 1944 film and the 1938 stage play

it was based on called Gaslight.

It feels like it should probably be fair game to spoil a movie from the 1940s,

but just in case, spoiler alert!

A guy who says his name is Gregory is trying to find and steal

his wife Paula's heirloom jewels.

So he tries to drive her insane so that she'll be institutionalized and out of his way.

He hides objects, flirts with the maid, and accidentally flickers

the gas-powered lights in the house as he's looking for jewels in the attic.

But when she asks him what's going on, he tells her it's all in her head.

He even goes as far as accusing her of stealing the lost objects herself.

Paula really does begin to doubt her own sanity, and is only saved when

a police officer visits while Gregory is in the attic and tells her that

he also sees the flickering gaslights—so she's not just imagining things.

And even though this is an extreme example,

it's pretty much what gaslighting looks like.

In a paper from 1988, two clinical psychologists described

cases of gaslighting that they had seen in their practices.

In these cases, men cheated on their wives and then denied it,

even in the face of solid evidence.

We've heard this song before.

It wasn't me!

In one example, a wife picked up the phone in her house

and heard her husband planning a rendezvous with his girlfriend,

and he told her she had just imagined everything.

But it's not just a marital phenomenon, and women aren't always the victims.

A supervisor can deny that an employee is being left out of meetings.

A friend can convince you that you misheard those hurtful things they said.

A lawyer can try to tell Taylor Swift that she wasn't actually groped.

But the trouble with gaslighting is that there's just not a lot of peer-reviewed research on it.

It's not the kind of thing you can ethically run an experiment on.

Still, it's something that a lot of clinicians have seen in their clients.

And there are plenty of case studies, blog posts, articles,

and books published by clinical psychologists that talk about what it looks like,

why it happens, and what can be done to stop it.

So experts have a few ideas about what's going on in the mind of a gaslighter.

A 1981 review in the journal The Psychoanalytic Quarterly suggested

that gaslighting might be a way people project conflicts

or emotions like anxiety onto another person.

This could explain why cheaters often accuse their spouses of cheating—

to make what they did seem less bad, by believing that

their partner has felt or behaved the same way.

But it doesn't paint a full picture of what's happening with the victims.

A more recent hypothesis is that gaslighting is about power and control,

like other forms of abuse.

A 1994 study published in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy suggests that

a gaslighter is trying to regulate their own emotions by controlling

interactions with other people, and other clinicians and academics agree.

By undermining their victim's ability to make sense of what's really going on,

a gaslighter can gain control over the relationship and resist

any challenges to their worldview, which might make them feel uncomfortable.

Still, that's not to say that people always recognize when they're gaslighting

or why it's a problem.

A gaslighter might question somebody else's memory

or forcefully express their opinions until the other person just concedes.

And, to be fair, most of us have probably done something like that in a heated argument.

But the real problem is when these behaviors become a pattern,

because that's when they become psychologically harmful.

Over time, gaslighting can cause a victim to lose confidence,

become clinically depressed, or feel unsure of what is real and what is not.

But the truth is, we still don't fully understand why gaslighting happens

or why it gets as psychologically damaging as it does.

And as we're learning more, other researchers like sociologists

are exploring how gaslighting might influence phenomena in their fields,

like the historical marginalization of certain groups of people.

So, even though we don't know a whole lot about it yet, is there anything we can do?

There's definitely no easy fix.

And since gaslighters and their victims often have personal relationships,

walking away doesn't always feel like an option.

But some general advice from clinical psychologists to victims of gaslighting

is to find someone to double-check reality, whether it's a trusted friend or a therapist.

This can help victims work to stop this kind of abuse, and it's something all of us can help with.
