Sitting Panda Crochet Pattern Tutorial - Duration: 49:32.
Hello everyone. Welcome I'm Kerri. Today I'll be showing you how to crochet
a panda like these ones. You'll need black and white wool or crochet cotton. I
used four ply cotton. You'll need fine white cotton for the spots for the eyes
and feet. I'll be using a hundred crochet cotton or you could use small felt
circles. You'll also need a crochet hook, sewing
needle and scissors. Now I start with the head first and white cotton. I start with
the magic loop, and four chain. Into my circle I work one treble,
six double crochet,
three treble,
six more double-crochet,
and a treble.
Now I'll pull my circle tight, and slip stitch into the fourth chain.
For row two I start with four chain and I'll work
a treble into the same place as my chain.
Now I'm going to work two treble into the next stitch.
Next I'll be working two double crochet into each of the next six double crochet.
After that I work two treble into each of the next three treble.
Now I'll be working two double crochet into each of the next six double crochet.
And lastly two treble into the last treble.
And I'll join with a slip stitch into the fourth chain and we've got a small
oval. For row three I start with four chain and I work treble into the same
spot. Now I'm going to work one treble into the next stitch, two treble into the
following stitch,
and then one treble.
Now I'm going to work two double crochet into the next stitch and then one double
crochet into each of the two following stitches, so two double crochet into the
next stitch and one double crochet into each of the next two stitches. I'm going
to do that four times.
For the end part I'll be working two treble into the next stitch and then one
treble into the following stitch. I'll do that three times,
so two treble into the next stitch and one into the following stitch three
times.
Now for along the side I'm going to work two double crochet in the next
stitch and then one double crochet into each of the following two stitches. I'm
going to do that four times. So two double crochet into the next stitch and
then one into each of the following stitches four times.
Now for our last two stitches we'll work two treble into the first stitch and then
one treble into the second stitch,
and then we join with a slip stitch.
For row four, our final row of the head, we work three chain, and we'll work one
double crochet into each of the next two stitches, and then two double crochet in
the following stitch.
So one double crochet into each of the next two stitches and two double crochet
in the following stitch. Now we'll repeat that all the way round. So I'll do that
and I'll come back and show you what the head looks like. Now at the end of the
row we slip stitch into the third chain.
And that's our head done, so I'll fasten off. We've just got an oval. Next I'm going
to start on the body, I start with a magic loop, and work three chain and then
fourteen double crochet into my circle.
I'll pull my circle tight and slip stitch into the third chain. For row two I
work three chain, a double crochet into the same stitch, and I'm going to work
two double crochet into each stitch around. So I'll do that and I'll join you at
the end of the row. At the end of the row I'll join with a slip stitch into the
third chain.
Now both rows three and four are worked the same. We start with three chain, work
a double crochet into the same spot, work
one double crochet into each of the next two stitches, and then two double crochet
into the following stitch. Now we're going to work one double crochet into
each of the next two stitches, and then two double crochet into the following
stitch. We'll do that all the way around for both rows three and four. So
I'll do the following two rows and I'll come back. Now that's rows three and four
finished. So I slip stitch into the third chain and that's the body done. I'll
fasten that off.
I'm going to start on the arms now the arms will work slightly differently. I'll
start on the first time. I'll begin with ten chain.
Now I'm going to work one double crochet in the fourth chain from the hook. Now
I'll work two double crochet into each of the next two chain.
Now I'm going to work three treble into the next chain, that will give it a little
bit of the bend.
Work two treble into each of the next stitches until the last one.
Into the last stitch I work three treble,
and then I work four chain, and I'm going to slip stitch in the same place as I
work the last three treble.
Now I'm going to neaten the edges by working single crochet around. So I do
one chain and work a single crochet in the same stitch. Next I'm going to work a
a joined single crochet, just to give it that bit more of a bend.
I'm working my tail in. There's my joined single crochet and now I'm just going to
work single crochet all the way around.
And then I slip stitch into the first single crochet and fasten that one off.
And that's the first arm, that one goes on that side. For the second arm I start
with eleven chain,
and I'm going to work three treble in the fifth chain from the hook.
I work two treble in the next chain,
and then three treble in the following chain, that will give it the little bit
of a bend.
I work two treble in the following stitch,
and now two double crochet into each stitch until the end.
Now I'll just do a chain, one chain and I'm going to work single crochet around
to neaten it, and I work one joined single crochet in the bend just to help
it bend in a little bit more. I'm crocheting in my tail.
So just in here I'll do my joined single crochet.
Now I just continue around single crocheting to the end and I'll be
back. Now that's the second arm finished, it goes in there. Next I do the eyes. For
the eyes I start with eight chain.
Now I'm going to work four treble in the fifth chain from the hook.
Now I'll work one half double crochet into each of the next two stitches,
and three half double crochet into the last stitch.
Now I'm going to continue along the backside and work into the back of the
chain. One half double crochet into each of the next two stitches. That's behind
where we've done the half double crochet on the other side.
Now I'm going to join, just in the top there in the fourth chain. And that's the
eye done.
For the nose I start with a magic loop,
and work one chain, and then I work a single crochet, one half double crochet, one
double crochet, one half double crochet, one single crochet, one half double crochet,
one double crochet, one half double crochet, a single crochet and then I pull
the circle tight and slip stitch in the chain.
And that's the nose. Now for the feet we work eight chain,
now we work four treble in the fifth chain from the hook.
Next we work one half double crochet into each of the next two stitches,
and three half double crochet into the last stitch.
Now I'm going to work one half double crochet into the back of the other two
half double crochet, so one in each.
Now we join with a slip stitch into the top of the chain just up in there.
For row two we work three chain, one double crochet into the same spot, and
then we work two double crochet into each stitch.
The feet are worked the same, so we'll make two to the same.
Now I'll continue around the rest of the foot and I'll come back. At the end of
the row we slip stitch into the third chain, and that's our foot done. I'll
fasten off.
Now I'm going to work the little spots for the eyes and for the feet. You'll need eight
of them, you could always use felt squares. So you start with the magic loop,
and work one chain and then into the circle your work six single crochet.
Then join with a slip stitch,
and I leave enough thread to join it on to the article. So I've got a tiny
little circle. Now I'll do the bigger circle for the bottom of the foot. So you
start with a magic loop and work two chain, and into the circle you work ten
half double crochet.
We still have to do our ears, but I have trouble judging where my ears
should go until I finish it, so I'll be putting my ears on last, but if you
prefer you could put your ears on earlier. I have had to cut my ears off
sometimes because they're on the wrong place.
I'm just not a good judge. Now that's our larger circle, now I'll finish off my
endings and make another eye and foot and I'll come back and show you how to
put your Panda together. Now I'll start by stitching the little circles on to
the eye pieces. The circle goes towards the bottom on the wider part in the
centre, just in there should do.
For the foot I normally start on the circle at the top centre, and then I fit the
others around, put that, get it as close to the center as I can.
Next I'll do the big one.
And I position it at the bottom centre, about there looks okay.
And then the other two I just position in, next to the others.
So I'll stitch them on and I'll come back and we'll attach the face. Now I'm
going to stitch the arms on, they go just up in there and then the head will go
over the top, so I'll stitch them on, and I'll also stitch the nose on, and do
a mouth and I'll come back. Now there's my arms on, and my nose, and my mouth. Now I
position the eyes,
they'll go in like that. So I stitch those on and then we'll come back and attach
the head to the body. There's the panda head finished. I attach the head to the
body just a little way down, probably just about halfway between the two rows.
So it will go on there, the feet go on
like that. I'll put them on and I'll come back and have a go at getting my ears on
straight. Now my panda is finished except for the ears. I'm going to start
the first ear about halfway up the eye, so in there we'll touch my yarn.
I'll start with three chain, and work one double crochet in the same spot,
into the next stitch I'm going to work two treble.
Now I'm going to work one double treble into each of the next two stitches,
and then two treble into the next stitch, and one double crochet into the
following stitch, and then I'm going to work three chain and slip stitch
into the same place as the double crochet and I'll fasten off.
The second ear will be worked the same so I'll leave, measure up my center and
then leave about the same amount of space. So I'll start it in here,
work three chain,
and one double crochet in the same spot, two treble into the next stitch,
and one double treble into each of the next two stitches,
two treble into the following stitch,
one double crochet into the next stitch, and then three chain and slip stitch.
Now I'll just finish off my endings and show you the finished panda.
Now there's the Panda finished. You could put any kind of expression on your
pandas face if you like and you could also dress it up a bit with a flower, or

The real reason you don't hear from Stacy Keibler anymore - Duration: 6:03.
Baltimore native Stacy Keibler got her start as a cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens.
After joining the WWE in 2001, she got her big break as a contestant on Dancing With
the Stars' season 2.
But ever since her sudden rise to fame back in 2006 — boosted by a two-year relationship
with George Clooney — Keibler has gone off the radar.
Here are the real reasons why we don't hear from the former wrestler anymore.
Quitting WWE
Keibler kicked off her wrestling career in 1999 when she won a contest to become a World
Championship Wrestling Nitro Girl.
When, in 2001, WCW was purchased by WWE CEO Vince McMahon, the blonde beauty went on to
build a, quote, "in-ring career [that] spans a scattered half-decade with memorable matches
against Trish Stratus, Victoria, and Molly Holly."
But despite her success, Keibler called it quits in 2006.
In 2013, she told SiriusXM host Sam Roberts that she had zero plans to return to the ring
that made her famous.
"It's such a grueling lifestyle and being on the road four, five days a week…"
"it's hard to be with your friends and family and you're sort of trapped in this bubble.
For me, it was just time to move on from that."
Dance darling
When Keibler appeared on the first episode of Dancing With the Stars' second season in
2006, not many knew the WWE diva's name.
But thanks to her solid moves and strong partnership with dance pro Tony Dovolani she quickly became
a fan favorite, and the season's frontrunner.
The night of the finale, Keibler was left to face off against 98 Degrees singer Drew
Lachey, and retired NFL player Jerry Rice, for the mirror ball trophy and many were sure
that she would take it home.
But once all the votes were tallied, Keibler shockingly finished in third place, with Lachey
taking home top honors.
The shocking blow was made even worse by the amount of work the star had put into preparing
for the show.
As she revealed to SHAPE, she trained up to ten hours a day for the competition, and unfortunately,
it didn't pay off.
Public split
After two years of dating in the public eye, Keibler and then-beau Clooney had an equally
public split in July 2013.
According to a source for People, "[The couple] started growing apart."
But The Baltimore Sun pointed out that the split came at "A time a skeptic might call
convenient, in terms of publicity.
She has a 10-episode series, Supermarket Superstar, set to debut."
Whatever the real reason, Keibler was asked about her ex, non-stop.
She told Sam Roberts,
"It's just what it is."
"Yeah."
"And there's no real story.
I almost wish I had a story because it would almost make it more easier.'
"To me, it's not really that big of a deal.
It's kind of life, and new beginnings."
She was asked about Clooney so often, in fact, that she eventually had to start setting ground
rules, telling The Baltimore Sun, "I'm not really going to get into anything personal.
So sorry, so sorry, but I'm just not going to talk about my personal life."
Eventually, the tabloids stopped covering Keibler altogether.
Settling down
In September 2013, Keibler hinted at the seriousness of a new relationship with businessman Jared
Pobre when she posted a snap from Paris with her man, writing "Love being in the city of
love!."
Come 2014, the couple tied the knot in a secret beach ceremony in Mexico.
Keibler gushed to E!, "My happiness is indescribable!
Marriage is the ultimate bond of love and friendship.
It means putting all your faith and trust into a person that you can't help but believe
is your soulmate.
Someone who has all of your best interests at heart; someone handpicked for you, to help
you grow and be the best person that you can be.
Jared is all of this for me."
Since then, Keibler and Pobre have both managed to keep their relationship off the paparazzi
radar.
Growing her family
Keibler and Pobre welcomed their first child, daughter Ava Grace, into the world in 2014
and Keibler immediately embraced her new role as mother.
She told People in February 2015, she refused to hire a nanny for her daughter because,
"Being a mom is the most important job I've ever had.
Being a full-time mom means more to me than anything in the world right now."
In a post on her blog, the first-time mama explained just how life-changing motherhood
has been, revealing, "Until I started dating Jared, the idea of being married and having
a family was never on my radar…
Ava has graced us with such joy, such light and such love — we never saw it coming.
She is our special little lady, and I couldn't be more thankful for how she has opened my
heart."
Lifestyle brand
In 2013, Keibler jumped on the celebrity blog trend popularized by Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop,
and launched her very own lifestyle website, but then had to pull the plug on the project.
A browse through the star's blog reveals a collection of posts about healthy living and
motherhood, with minimal interactions from readers, which likely played a big role in
the blog's end.
Taking to her website one last time in December 2015, Keibler blamed a hectic schedule for
the blog's demise.
She wrote, "I am so grateful for your commitment to my blog.
As most of us can attest to, life can become overwhelmingly busy.
And for me, this is one of those times.
I hear that little voice, so I'm going to slow down until I can catch up."
As of 2017, she has yet to return to the blog.
Legal drama
Keibler's husband found himself making headlines in September 2016 when he filed a lawsuit
against Panthers quarterback Cam Newton, claiming the $11 million Beverly Hills home he leased
to Newton was completely trashed by the NFL star.
Pobre, who manages the luxury rental company that leased the property, says Newton lived
there for 61 days and broke all the rules laid out in his rental agreement, namely not
smoking indoors, not hosting parties, and not having more than eight guests at once.
According to ESPN, Newton "Destroyed bath towels and linens, damaged toilets and water
damage to wood floors, damage to the walls entering the kitchen and stains in the driveway,
plus the $32,000 rug," all of which amounted to close to $90,000 in damages.
The suit adds to that figure another $180,000 in lost rental income, due to repairs that
took over two months to complete, bringing the overall value of the lawsuit to $270,324.47.
Keibler has been standing by her man throughout the legal drama.
When TMZ caught her and Pobre in October 2016, she jumped into the line of fire, claiming
the ball's in Newton's court.
"He just needs to do the right thing."
What's next?
Keibler has made it clear that she has no plans to revisit her wrestling career, and
being a lifestyle blogger didn't work out as planned.
What's more, her foray into acting only resulted in small cameos.
By 2015, her small screen pursuits had come to a full halt.
Given that she's now a devoted mother and wife, Keibler's future likely holds lots of
quality family time.

different
and that's why I started breaking.

in this art.
My family, my relatives, my friends, they all said

But that instead of putting me down it motivated me even more
to prove they were WRONG
the more I trained, the more I learned about myself and this art.
I discovered who I am.
My motivation grew everyday, every week, every month, every year
becoming stronger and stronger
after a few years of hard work and lots of training
going through Injuries, pain, sacrifices, sweat
I have achieved and proved them wrong.
I managed to make a living from what I love to do and travel around the world which motivated
me even more.
Even though I had to leave
behind my home town, my family, my friends and the
places I grew up
I knew If I was to stay there I would never have gotten this far
Sometimes you gotta believe in yourself and motivate yourself so you can keep on going
