Thank you so much to all my cousins who checked in on me during the worst of Hurricane Harvey.

I do live in Austin, Texas which is about two and a half to three hours away from Houston.

So, we had some heavy rain, some gnarly winds, you know what I'm saying, but overall, we're

fine you know what I mean.

We're inland.

Austin is considered central Texas, and Hurricane Harvey really hit southeast Texas.

Those coastal cities.

Bruh.

Homes underwater.

Cars underwater.

I tweeted a video of a girl in a boat rowing past her high school.

Excuse me, huh?!

So Austin - where I live - and San Antonio being the big cities nearby, a lot of people

who are affected by Hurricane Harvey are headed our way.

So I did spend some time volunteering which was oddly overwhelming?

Like, I did not expect it to be...

hard.

But it was...hard.

It was very easy to get overwhelmed.

The place I was volunteering at was going to Houston and Port Arthur, bringing people

back with them here to Austin.

These people have nothing.

They came on a bus or a van with the clothes on their back.

And I'm just like--

People's houses are gone.

You have to remember, this is the beginning of the school year.

Where them kids at?

They not--like, they're not in school.

It's a lot.

So if you want to help, you can do two things.

One of two things.

Anything, really.

Number one, you can donate to Counter Balance: ATX.

They are the non-profit organization.

Local, locally run.

hashtag we don't do that Red Cross ish round here.

So they are a local, magical black girl led non-profit organization here in Austin.

So that's the organization where I've spent my time and my coin, and I encourage

you to do the same.

But in my years of fundraising - I'm not new to this -

I know that people don't donate, they shop.

Hashtag capitalism, so if you buy anything from my Magical Black Girl store from now

until October, I will donate 100% of the proceeds to people doing volunteer work and to people

who will use those resources right now for getting people what they need.

Also if you make a donation, remember to ask your job if they match donations.

Mo' money.

We hit a hunnid thousand.

Don't know how, I don't be here.

But that just speaks to the power of what we got going on because I don't even be here.

I did receive my silver play button.

And I received it in London.

Why was I in London?

[giggles] Because I recently received the YouTube Creators For Change fellowship.

Yo girl got a production grant.

Blessings keep falling in my lap!

Okay?!

No Chance.

With that production grant, I will be creating videos about creating change and making your

world a little mo' betta.

Helping people make the world a little mo' betta.

So, I went to YouTube Space London for the workshop for that fellowship.

I met my fellow fellows from around the world.

And that is where I received my silver play button.

YouTube be showing me a lot of love even though I don't really show them all the way all that

much love because I'm currently ignoring YouTube's emails because I don't know when my fellowship

project is gonna go live because I'm slightly overwhelmed.

YouTube be in my inbox like--

And they be like, "Girl."

And I be like, "YouTube."

[laughs] I'm trash.

Last update and then I'll get out of your hair.

I turned another year older.

My birthday was in August.

So I'm gonna do a video surrounding that.

Leo season is over I guess if you say so, but like I'm the Sun so all seasons are me.

[chuckles] You know what I'm saying?

Do you know what I mean?

I celebrated it kinda.

Turning 27 was kinda like turning 11, you know?

You're grateful but you're kind of like "eh."

You know what I'm saying?

It ain't no 10.

And I'm not 13 yet, so...

I guess I'm just gon' bide my time and do my due diligence until the good Lord see it

fit for me to reach the next benchmark age.

So 27's kinda like "merp."

And um, hopefully good things are on the horizon.

No -- good things ARE on the horizon.

Good things are you know to the left, to the right, to the front, to the back.

I am surrounded by good things, and you are one of those good things.

So that's why I wanted to update you on what's been going on with me.

So you can't just do mass text every single month right some people don't like text messages some people don't like email

So you've got to switch up the media that you're using and you don't want to like the worst thing

I don't think anybody wants anything to do with a real-estate newsletter unless they are like looking to buy now

Hillary Clinton's 2016 election perspectives, as seen in excerpts from her upcoming memoir,

What Happened, have been highly controversial, sparking outrage from Republicans as well

as from her own party.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders was particularly critical of Clinton's

attacks on prominent political figures.

As reported by the Washington Free Beacon, Huckabee Sanders called Clinton's writings

"sad" and accused the former Democrat presidential candidate

of "propping up book sales with false and reckless attacks."

The Press Secretary's remarks were in response to a journalist's question about whether

President Trump will read Clinton's book and what he thinks of the excerpts that have

been released to the media so far.

Huckabee Sanders suggested that Trump knows better than Clinton "what happened" and

why the Republican outsider won the election against a well-known candidate backed by the

mainstream media and the corporate elite.

"Whether or not he's going to read Hillary Clintons' book, I am not sure, but I would

think that he's pretty well-versed on what happened, and I think it's pretty clear

to all of America," said the Press Secretary.

She continued, calling out Clinton for "reckless" attacks against the individuals who allegedly

contributed to the former Secretary of State's stunning election loss.

For Huckabee Sanders, Clinton's' critical words were penned with the purpose of being

sensationalist in order to drive sales.

"I think it's sad that after Hillary Clinton ran one of the most negative campaigns in

history and lost, the last chapter of her public life is going to be now defined by

propping up book sales with false and reckless attacks."

Clinton names a number of individuals and events as factors contributing to her loss.

As NBC News reports, Clinton blames former FBI Director James Comey for reopening the

investigation into her private email server a mere two weeks before the election.

According to Fox News, Clinton accused primary opponent Bernie Sanders (I-VT), of causing

"lasting damage" to her campaign by "impugning" her character.

Clinton writes: "Because we agreed on so much, Bernie couldn't make an argument against

me in this area on policy, so he had to resort to innuendo and impugning my character.

Some of his supporters, the so-called "Bernie Bros.," took to harassing my supporters

online.

It got ugly and more than a little sexist."

Huckabee Sanders called Clinton's writings "sad".

Clinton closed her remarks about Sanders by writing: "I am proud to be a Democrat and

I wish Bernie were, too."

Additionally, Clinton took aim at former President Barack Obama for allegedly instructing her

to refrain from attacking Bernie Sanders too severely and for failing to investigate supposed

Russian interference in the election.

Other individuals Clinton specifically names as contributing to her loss include Russian

President Vladimir Putin, Wikileaks Founder Julian Assange, and even former Vice President

Joe Biden.

As The Daily Caller notes, Clinton's controversial anecdotes have prompted criticism from her

own party, with one of her former fundraisers calling for her to "go away."

As covered by Christian News Alerts, Clinton maintains she will remain involved in politics

but will not seek elected office again.

Yeah I had actually a couple around here.

They've actually taken rooms and put like themes to them.

Like boho, traditional, ultra modern and they've actually set a dining room, a couch and a

bedroom suite into the room.

I would like to show you guys.

Let's go take a look.

Yeah.

This is the first area that I loved.

It was the glitzy area.

Look at what they've done for decorating the wall.

So this is kind of more that Hollywood glam look.

Exactly! Very popular.

Yep.

I do love the mirrors on the bedroom suites.

You know the table has the mirror accents on it.

The crushed velvet.

Even the crystal accents.

Very sharp.

I even love the the traditional set with the new color, new finish on there.

Yep.

Very Hollywood.

Yeah.

Looks great!

This is the second theme I liked at the Market.

Kind of has a boho feeling to it.

Boho Haven is what it is called.

Kind of gives you that eclectic feel with all the different colors and textures.

I love what they do with the mixture of multi media in terms of the woods and the metals.

It's very rich and inviting.

Ah, something small but functional.

The sectional sleeper for my pick of the day.

Very unique item.

I like that small size.

Very practical for condos even some RV's.

It has an option sleeping area.

So this is a new concept.

Bottom lifts up, give a pull on the leg.

And it creates a nice little sleeping area for those smaller rooms. It's pretty comfortable too!
