Waching daily Sep 15 2017

Hello everyone, it's Lucy with Campingcarjoa.

Today

Inside Tubi

we set up the table to have lunch.

We stopped by McDonalds and grabbed some burgers.

And we set up the table

And the seats.

She feels like a campervan now.

So before we start working

It's time for a late lunch.

A while ago

We covered the wheel wells with insulation.

After repeatedly taking things in and out of the van

the tape came off.

So we're going to fix it.

We're going to place tape here.

With this tape here.

Also

You can see the other side.

The tape on the wheel well is like this.

Nice and shiny.

I finished taping it up.

And also on this side.

You can see

The repairs are all done.

It's time to get started

on the rest of the work.

Mark's outside sanding the table extension.

Over there.

Under the blazing sun.

Mark's suffering right now.

The table extension is done.

The is the extension here.

Later we'll attach it with hinges

so it will fold down in bed mode.

And extend out in when it's up.

We can leave the extension down

If we are having coffee or something simple.

We'll just use this part.

But when we are working with our laptops out

We'll need the full length of the table.

The total length is 109cm.

of space we can use.

What do you think?

Isn't it nice?

Mark worked hard on it.

Anyways

Success!

The seats and the furniture

none of it has been sanded yet.

Before sanding it

We wanted to make sure it all fit.

So after installing everything and seeing it okay

Now we're going to take it apart again and sand it.

Take a look.

All this

has been disassembled.

During the filming I totally forgot

to give you a closer look at the table leg.

I uploaded a photo on Instagram

saying that it reminded me of a Champaign glass.

If you look at the shape

We made it in the shape of a Champaign glass.

The top is wide and really solid.

It has these side supports

to make a cross shape.

When the table is on top

It doesn't shake and feels solid.

Thanks to this shape.

We sprayed it with lacquer

and put the cabinet back together.

But before we lacquered it we sanded it.

But after sanding, the length is a little shorter.

Before sanding it

the cabinet sides and the top match up perfectly.

After sanding

It's just a little off.

Anyways

It's been lacquered.

And the color looks good.

It's not that different from the original color.

It's so hot today!

33.3 degrees.

And 73% humidity.

We have the big tarp up today.

Today we're sanding

clean after sanding.

And lacquering.

But we couldn't order the lacquer in time.

So we went to Emart and bough varnish.

A clear varnish.

We used water based clear varnish.

So we've finished varnishing on side of the furniture.

Just the first coat.

We'll wait about 2 hours for it to dry.

And put on a second coat.

The sun is blazing hot.

Thankfully.

So it should dry nicely.

We finished putting on a second coat.

They're drying now.

Over here.

Drying under the sun.

It's dang hot.

I'm really surprised how nice the varnish came out.

And it dries much quicker than the spray varnish.

I personally really like it.

I was thinking

that if I used the varnish instead of the white wash

it might have come out prettier.

Even now

I was contemplating redoing the side panels.

But it's all attached already.

I don't think I can.

If you're wondering what to use

varnish.. isn't too bad.

Of course that's just my opinion :)

Tomorrow

We'll put a third coat on and finish up the furniture.

So good-bye for now!

Afghanistan current coins 2017 - Duration: 5:05.

hello people I go into the human life my deep voice anyway this is Glenn from

comedy coins and banknotes and today I'm gonna show you these suppose they're

okay coins from Afghanistan okay I have one two and five Afghans as you can see

is one two and five the circles are five okay so the inscription at the top says

Bank of Afghanistan this is against in there down below it says as the

denomination in front and that is Afghani in Pashtun

these are all in Pashtun caddied eighties 1383 and these are also minted

in 1384 but this day corresponds with 2004 and if you don't know anything

about the Muslim calendar it is a lunar calendar so its start and end date

occurs in them sometime in one jaw Rijn yeah so this coin here is copper plate

steel d2e stainless steel and e5 is brass and these are the unique coin

issued in Afghanistan and this one Afghani when in circulation the copper

should go a dark brown color a lot like

I don't have it oh yes here I have I not like this

Pakistan one rupee so that's what color that should go the brass one will

probably stay pretty much that color maybe go be darker and a bit not shiny

and the true Afghani stainless steel it would just stay at that color itself on

the reverse we have a mosque okay underneath the moss we have to date 1298

which is the persian day for the independence of afghanistan but as far

as I know anything concerned Afghanistan's being independent for a

long time then here we have an inscription just as against ting so we

are wait around here which state do grow in Afghanistan we have to Afghans flags

which are the count play now we have a mosque okay has a looks like two

minarets in the background they're not part in this building okay we have

stairs and we have stairs led into a mihrab and the meetup is chose the

direction the summer must face when they're praying so they have to pray in

the direction of Mecca Mecca and the mihrab will be in the building in the

direction that make it is yeah so they have to pray in that direction so these

coins are okay they actually do the job for Afghanistan value of the Afghani is

450 Afghan is to roughly one US dollar so this corresponds to like to you a

sense for you a sense and tenuous sense considering wages in Afghanistan are

pretty low these coins are ideal for the country and

so here I have two sides as you can see the one and two Afghan of no reading and

the 5f Gani have reading so if you go to Afghanistan which yeah probably not a

good idea these are the coins you'll probably come

across now these replace the banknotes of one two and five with these central

bank says and no longer in circulation but dopher be more favored over these

coins so thank you for watching my be on Afghan coins current ones and please

give it a thumbs up if you like these coins and if you're new here I like to

make videos and mainly coins banknotes but sometimes stamps in educating thank

you bye bye

HOW TO DEAL WITH PANIC AND/OR ANXIETY ATTACKS (trigger warning) - Duration: 11:40.

*intro music playing*

hey guys my name is amanda and welcome back to my channel today I decided I

wanted to do a video that's more deep more personal and something that I can

perhaps maybe help someone with or educate someone with um or just anything I

just really wanted to talk about this because something that I deal with a lot

I myself have anxiety and I tend to have anxiety attacks or panic attacks

yes they are two different things that's what we're gonna get into on this video

so to begin with I myself have anxiety and I have other things that I'm not

going to talk about in this video specifically if you want me to talk

about other things please leave the comments section filled with stuff I'm

glad to help in any way I can so like I said today I'm gonna be talking about

anxiety anxiety attacks and panic attacks I have anxiety I have different

types I would say I have general anxiety I have social anxiety and

separation anxiety y'all are probably like what's the difference it's all

anxiety unfortunately they're all different and they all have different

things that go with it because people don't really understand I will go on

Google and tell you the difference I would explain it with my own words but

I'm not good at explaining so general anxiety is characterized by excessive

exaggerated anxiety and worry about everyday life

so basically general anxiety is when you worry about everything like you wake up

and you worry about how you're gonna get to school or how you're gonna get to

work what you're gonna eat what you're gonna see or who you're gonna see just

like you worry about every little thing that's going on and it's like not one

specific thing it's everything then social anxiety is different a social

anxiety um so the best way to sum it up there's a lot of descriptions but the

best way to sum up mine is social anxiety is also known as social phobia

meaning that you don't like being in large crowds or with people it's an

anxiety it's an anxiety disorder characterized by significant amount of

fear in one or more social situations I can say that I've gotten over this a

bit but if you know me well and gotten to know me well you know that I can get

anxiety in big groups of people and you're probably like Amanda you did a

panel at playlist and there was people in that room what are you talking about

okay well first of all I am so grateful that there was like um whats it called

like a towel not towel like something over the table because under the table

my legs were shaking okay and at first when I got the email saying that I got

in the panel I was like thinking in my head I was like oh my god

there's gonna be more than one person in that room like looking at me and I don't

know half those people and it was just really scary but I was like hey how are you

gonna get over social anxiety how are you gonna improve how you're gonna get

better how are you gonna get over it so I was like let me put myself in that

situation and I did and I did it I didn't have an attack during it which

I'm so happy for um but that's what social anxiety is I had it worse when I

was younger because I would get bullied a lot when I was younger so the bullying

and the social anxiety together just made it like hella bad but it got better

so I still suffer from social anxiety like I get really nervous when I'm in a

room with people that I don't know I get really nervous when I have to do like

presentations I get really nervous when I have to just speak in front of a lot

of people but it's gotten better and then the last one is separation anxiety

which is um it's it's special I don't talk about a lot about this because

whatever but separation anxieties and anxiety sort in which an individual

experiences excessive anxiety regarding separation from certain people okay so

if you know me you know that I have friends that live where I am obviously I

have like the close close friends I would say I have two or three and yeah but

the rest of my friends do not live where I live and if you know me well enough

you know that I am actually dating someone who doesn't live where I live so

separation anxiety is something that I've had like a long time

due to the fact that no one lives here except a few people so I have a lot of

separation anxiety when it comes to that because imagine some of the people that

are the closest to you like the people that you speak to every single day and

you can't see them and they're so far and they're just really far it's just

really hard and I'm gonna fucking cry um but it's just like hmm this is the this

is like make amanda cry fucking video but anyways um I guess it's better to just

be open raw and like with you guys but I have like really bad separation

anxiety especially when I go to youtube events and then I have to like come home

and stuff it's like wow I just spent like three four days with people that

like are exactly like me and I'm really close to them and I speak to them every

day and then you have to come home and you're like okay yeah I have friends

here like shoutouts to you three friends that I have here but it's just like so

hard to like grasp the fact that you only see these people several times a

month and several times a month several times a fucking year and I don't know like it's

really hard , it's hard it's hard so I get like a bad anxiety with that because I just like overthink

everything and it's just complicated it's complicated it's hard it's really hard

but I would not ever say don't make friends over the internet don't date

someone that doesn't live where you are because it's like fucking amazing so

so whatever gotta deal with it so okay let me like wipe my fucking tears

honey okay so those are the three anxieties that I deal with and they're

really hard to deal with and I want to try and help you guys and tell you guys

how to overcome it or how to just deal with it when you're having attacks

so to me an anxiety attack and a panic attack are different because I

experienced two different types of attacks when I have an anxiety attack it

comes from me being nervous about something so let's say um I don't know

like there's so many examples so let's say I'm going to be going to an event

where theres like six hundred people there and I know I'm gonna be in a room

with six hundred people so I get nervous okay so this is my social anxiety coming

out I get nervous I overthink everything I'm like how many people are gonna be there

how many people am I gonna know how many people are gonna come talk to me

that I don't know how many people that I know are gonna come talk to me how you

were gonna look at me how many people are gonna judge me like all those things

come in my mind okay and that's when I start getting nervous and that's when my

social anxiety kicks in and that's when I begin to have an anxiety attack

an anxiety attack when I have them personally I just get really nervous my

stomach starts hurting my hands start like tingling and like fidgeting and

stuff and I like have trouble breathing and these are very similar symptoms to

panic attacks but they're anxiety attacks due to the fact that I

previously overthought things and I previously was nervous about things so

anxiety attacks for me myself I'm not saying this is for everyone but for my

personal experience my anxiety attacks generate from me being anxious about

something me being nervous about something and me overthinking something

now when I have panic attacks these shit's come out of nowhere okay I could

be sitting my bed reading a book about fucking like Charlie Brown and all of a

sudden I'm having a panic attack it's really different it's so different for

me so they are the same symptoms like when I have panic attacks I get like

lightweight and lightweight it what does it call it like dizzy I get dizzy I get

hot i get very hot my hands get cold and tingly my stomach hurts I have

trouble breathing and those are the same symptoms that I have when I have anxiety

attacks but my general difference between the two is anxiety attacks for

me generate from when I'm nervous or when I'm anxious about something meanwhile

panic attacks come when I just don't know they're coming and that's the

difference between the two for me you guys can have two different completely

different attacks so it's like not always the same for everyone but that's

just how I explained it it's really hard to explain but if you get it and if you

understand thank you so much for trying so anxiety attacks for me generate from

general anxiety social anxiety or separation anxiety and

it's when I'm overthinking or I'm anxious about something that's when

those attacks come and my panic attacks come anytime of the day whenever I'm

just chilling and not doing anything they just decide to pop up on me so

thank you so far we've discussed what type of

anxieties I have the two differences between anxiety attacks and panic

attacks towards my experiences and towards me and now I'm going to talk

about how I deal with them and how I try to get them to go away so when I feel an

anxiety attack coming or when I feel well I don't ever feel a panic attack coming so

when I feel an anxiety attack coming I try to calm myself down by taking deep

breaths I try to think about the positive outcomes and I try not to think

about the negative it doesn't always work I'm telling you it works 80% of no

not it works 20% of the time 80% of the time I actually end up still having the

attack but it could be a little less than it would be but basically when I'm

having an attack for both cases what I do is I help myself breathe so I sit

there and I count my breaths I breathe in and i breathe out i breathe in and i breathe out

and I keep counting them till my breath and my cycle of breathing

gets in control um what I also do is I try to calm myself down by thinking this

is an anxiety attack this is a panic attack you've had these already it will

get better it will eventually end just keep thinking on focusing on the end

point and focusing on getting it over and done with I'm not having to be in

this situation or in this moment of the attack and that's what I think about so

I breathe properly I think about the outcome at the end of it and I also

drink water sometimes it can help me like just you know get fluids in me and

get like okay so that's what I do and also sometimes I try and do things that

like I think would calm me down like I watch video sometimes I listen to music

I read and all those things so just finding something that will help you

calm down is a good tool so basically like I said I

concentrate on my breathing I concentrate on the outcome

and I find something that will calm me down and that is how I personally deal

with panic attacks or anxiety attacks I hope you guys enjoyed this video I hope

you guys learned a little bit more about me and how I deal with my anxiety and if

you guys have any other questions please leave comments below I will try my best

to answer as much as I can and just try to help you guys as much as I can

because that's literally what I want to do if you enjoyed this please give it a

big thumbs up and subscribe below I'm gonna be posting more lgbtq+ content

more social issues content more mental health content and more just of me so

I hope you guys are excited for the rest of my videos that are coming out and

Basal Cell Carcinoma Shave Biopsy | Auburn Medical Group - Duration: 3:33.

bill thank you so much for joining us here in person and the people watching

on YouTube to see your shave biopsy now we were concerned about this spot up

here how long has it been there it's probably been there I notice it about

three weeks ago okay and it has it changed in any way over time right here

the lesions that bleed they certainly get our attention they may be something

that may be nothing but this one when looking at under magnification I can see

it's got some raised edges to it which makes us concern for a potential for a a

type of skin cancer thankfully that the type I'm concerned about is the very

easy to treat type of skin cancer basal cell carcinoma sometimes they can

masquerade or ASCO a mo cell carcinoma can masquerade as a basal cells that's

why we want to make sure by taking it off with a shave procedure most often we

get the whole thing and we don't need to do anything more except just keep an eye

on your skin I know we talked about this one spot right in the forehead that we

like to keep an eye on and check back in a few months

any concerns or questions before we get started well go ahead and get it started

it hurts to get a shot I apologize but we do use techniques and medicines to

help minimize the pain

one of those is the bicarbonate to buffer it so it's not as acidic doesn't

sting as much slow injecting helps I

ain't checked a large amount for a couple reasons one is it's good enough

and the other one is it kind of raises up the lesion to make it easier to catch

with the biopsy instrument and that's it for this one so that area is what we

want to get

no thanks this

give me a minute okay it's been 60 seconds gonna take my finger off and

except for that just taking a little bit blood there the which was from the site

the wound itself is all sealed up so I'm gonna brush the okay if I brush it off

in this direction yeah brush off the extra and then what

we'll have you do is carefully sit upright so I hope it wasn't too horrible

to go through it really wasn't your work your job was the easiest one of any

thanks for joining us and we also want to tell you to keep subscribe so you can

see other videos if you're not already subscribed hit that button those

interested in seeing some behind the scenes stuff you can look at the patreon

and see what that's all about bill thank you so much for sharing with our folks

The Bizarre Ending Of Fight Club Explained - Duration: 4:26.

David Fincher's psychological thriller Fight Club was an enigmatic ride that still leaves

audiences scratching their heads upon review.

The 1999 pic ended with a twist and a bang — and undermined everything we thought we

saw before the final act.

To clear up any lingering confusion about this modern classic, here's a breakdown of

what actually happened at the end of Fight Club.

Will the real Tyler Durden please stand up?

Early on in Fight Club, we're introduced to Brad Pitt as Tyler Durden, a buff, tough,

and rough guy who lives and breathes chaos.

"How's that working out for you?"

He befriends our sleepless Narrator, played by Edward Norton, and the two cook up a plan

to wage war on the ills of capitalism.

Only, as we discover in the final act, Tyler isn't real.

He's the human embodiment of a frustrated corporate drone's desperate yearning to destroy

the system that's confined him.

If Fight Club were shot from a third-person perspective, it would be the story of a mentally

unbalanced man leading a bizarre double life.

By day, he's a bored office worker.

By night, he's a charismatic cult leader who likes to punch things.

But thanks to the movie's unreliable first-person narrative, we see Tyler like the Narrator

sees him: as a charming nihilist who gets the girl.

It takes Norton's character a while to figure everything out, but eventually he starts to

realize that he's Tyler …

"What'd you just call me?

Say my name."

"Tyler Durden, Tyler Durden."

That's when he confronts Tyler — and discovers that he created this man in his own image

… or at least the image of what he wants to be.

"All the ways you wish you could be, that's me."

"I am free in all the ways that you are not."

So, basically, Tyler is a hallucinatory hitman, hired by the Narrator's subconscious to blow

up his life … and a few other things along the way.

All the clues

Fight Club doesn't tip its hand much when it comes to foreshadowing its big twist, but

Tyler Durden actually appears on four separate occasions before we ever really meet him — in

the form of single-frame blips on the screen.

On re-watch, these moments are meant to be clues that Tyler isn't a real person.

And it's no coincidence that our first glimpses of Tyler come in the form of subliminal messages,

since he liked to add subliminal private parts to movies in his night job as a projectionist.

By the time he makes his grand entrance as the Narrator's airplane seatmate, you kinda

feel like you know him.

"Nobody knows that they saw it, but they did."

One of Fight Club's niftier tricks is that despite being the film's two central characters,

Tyler and the Narrator almost never interact with each other in front of anyone else.

But one notable exception is a moment that takes place about two thirds of the way through,

when they're in a car crash along with two other members of Project Mayhem.

On first watch, this scene seems like a couple's spat of sorts between the Narrator and Tyler,

with the Mechanic and Steph playing the part of a bizarre Greek chorus in the background.

But if you delete the Narrator's half of the dialogue, the scene still totally works as

an illustration of indoctrination-in-action.

"Let go!"

After the accident, it's worth noting that Tyler emerges from the passenger side and

pulls the Narrator from the driver's seat, showing, once again, that Tyler was never

really there.

We need to talk about Marla

As far as the Narrator is concerned, Marla is a nuisance and an interloper whose noisy

sexual relationship with Tyler keeps him awake all night.

But from Marla's point of view, the Narrator and Tyler are one and the same — which actually

goes a long way toward explaining why she continues to maintain a relationship with

him.

The Tyler Durden Marla knows is moody, emotionally unavailable, and kind of a jerk to her.

As far as Marla is concerned, though, Tyler is a perfectly ordinary breed of bad boyfriend

— and one who's good enough in bed to be worth the continued emotional investment.

"You met me at a very strange time in my life."

After all, they started out as just a couple of group therapy tourists, so they were equally

messed up from the get-go.

Is Tyler dead?

In the final moments of Fight Club, the Narrator decides to rid himself of Tyler once and for

all — by shooting himself.

By doing so, he simultaneously takes and surrenders control, and is reborn into one whole self.

"It's only after we've lost everything that we're free to do anything."

For all intents and purposes, Tyler Durden as the Narrator knew him is dead, and the

real Tyler is free to be whoever he wants to be.

With Marla at his side, he watches calmly as Project Mayhem reaches its inevitable conclusion.

But the point of Project Mayhem was to destroy all debts so that civilization could start

anew without everyone being so beholden to consumerism.

"Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy s--- we

don't need."

One of the highlights for the Nintendo 3DS is the Ultra Version of the 2016's Sun and

into our hearts with their upcoming arrival.

Step out of the modern 3D worlds, and return to the series' humble 2D roots.

Rediscover the mysteries of the Johto region, and brave the perilous journey to the top
