Fluffy banana and chocolat cake

Add 300gr of flour

1,5 teaspoon of baking powder

And some salt, mix all and set aside

An an other bowl, add 150gr of butter cut into small cubes

with 100gr of sugar (white or brown)

Add 2 eggs

Mix progressively the other preparation with the liquid one

Add 150ml of milk

Peel and mash 3 ripe bananas in an other bowl

Put them into the preparation and mix

Finally, add 150gr of dark or milk chocolate chips

Pour into buttered mould

Bake for 50/55minutes in a oven at 180°, Check the cooking with a knife blade

Once cooled, unmold and taste it
