tho just me and welcome to the 150 subscribers special so before we get

into this video at all I just wanna say thank you so much for getting us to 150

so soon we say stuff like this all the time but honestly like this time you

guys just dominated that goal we said you got 50 subscribers so quickly and

all we can say is - thank you yes so today is gonna be a really crazy video

150 subscribers special and before we get into the main part I need to talk

about two things real quickly so please just hear me out first off with an to

post situation if you don't know what happened go check out our last video

where I explain it all near the beginning but basically avender anything

good from him recently and I really don't know what to do with the chance so

what I did I made a straw poll I'll put the link in the description please go

vote right now after explaining this part it means a lot if you do but

basically the first option is I just keep uploading without and repo for now

just myself hopefully I'll still be able to make good videos the second option is

that I just don't upload at all until a missile gets back which if it's true it

could be up to a year and the final option is just uploaded on my old

channel with the Andrew Wagner one but honestly I don't really want to if you

guys really want me to upload on that then I'll basically set a goal if you

can get me to a hundred subscribers I'll start uploading on that I'm already on

70 so it should be that - go vote in that straw pool right now but yeah the

second thing I need to talk about is hunter shooting it's Andrew Poe's friend

and basically he's making his own YouTube channel it's called like hunter

flips his link will be in the description so please go check him out

if we can get him to 50 subscribers sometime soon

it wouldn't mean a lot to him but guys he's really good at flipping like it's

so cool and if you guys don't believe me I'll put a little compilation that he

made right now

let's get into the main special part of this video so last time I said someone

at my school Dana he randomly told me he would shave his head bald when we hit a

hundred fifty subscribers and I'll put his text right here

obviously you guys got us to 150 subscribers we're actually on 160 right

now which is even crazier but yeah this was gonna be a really sick video you

know I was gonna go to his place and actually shave his head cuz he has like

a razor thing but um basically the time I didn't work out and he said he would

just do it on his own so I was like all right cool let's see I don't even want

to talk about this I was really relying on him to do it right so he takes me

saying it's done I'm like cool can I see the videos it's gonna be so cool and

then he says when he was doing it his phone died and he didn't get any of the

footage I guess it's a theme on this channel with people not being reliable

all the time and Rupo sorry that was really weird so yeah I kind of got

snaked by Dana but I got him to at least do a voiceover of what happened so here

it is now hi guys it's Dana so right now I'm bald I just shaved my head and I'm

I'm really mad cuz my phone died didn't in the middle of me filming it I lost

all the footage and on top of that I'll put his Instagram here feel free to like

check it out and see how he looked before but I'll put before-and-after

pictures now

so I don't want this special video to just be a boring video of me talking and

there needs to be something entertaining so basically my soccer team has a game

today but if you don't already know I injured my case on my left foot I can't

run or like play game for like two weeks at the least which really sucks but I

still need to support the team right so that transition though okay so I got the

team jacket on right now that's our badge and basically I'm gonna go to the

game anyways um watch them support them hopefully they get the win and hopefully

I can get some good clips so let's go so this goal made it 6-1 for us and then it

was halftime so this is what the weather was like a halftime and let's just say

there wasn't a second half okay guys so I'm home now as you can tell the game

was not finished they had to quit it early because basically it was just too

rainy too wet outside and the field flooded so yeah we were winning six and

a half time as you can tell the team we played was really easy but I mean it was

pretty good for how long it lasted anyways I hope you guys enjoyed this

special video I tried to make it as good as I could but really like with just me

and Andrew Poe not being here it's hard to make anything entertaining as it was

but yeah it's gonna be it for today I'm gonna play some thief 18 now make sure

to drop a comment saying what challenge I should do on my own and please please

vote in that straw poll in the description it means a lot cuz I need to

know what I should do with the channel for now but besides that make sure you

Banned Episodes From Popular TV Shows - Duration: 10:59.

As television evolves into strange, new places, the regulation regime that once governed every

word and inch of skin on the boob tube is letting their standards slip.

Still, standards are different all around the world.

An innocent friendship between a sponge and a starfish might seem fine on US TV, but that

goofy camaraderie was enough to limit the broadcast of Spongebob Squarepants to very

specific hours in China.

And that's just one example.

Here are a few more banned episodes from popular TV shows.

201 - South Park

The last episode of South Park's 14th season aired only once in the US in 2010, and even

then, it was heavily censored.

Their offense?

They attempted to satirically address extremist outrage over the depiction of the prophet

Mohammed.

"Gave the South Park creators a warning, by a radical Islamic group, right here in America,

right here in New York, that they will end up dead because of a cartoon."

Comedy Central wasn't willing to take the risk of airing the unedited episode, already

facing death threats from extremist groups, so it bleeped out any potentially offending

dialogue, as well as all depictions of the prophet.

Viewers were left with a whole lot of this:

"You see, I learned something today…" (multiple censors)

Comedy Central even took it a step further and censored Matt Stone and Trey Parker's

commentary on the DVD release, and omitted the episode from the DVDs that would be sold

in certain parts of the world.

It was particularly tough defeat for the guys known for pushing the envelope — but on

the bright side, they weren't murdered for blasphemy.

So... that's a plus.

Boston - Aqua Teen Hunger Force

If the words '2007 Boston Mooninite Panic' sound ridiculous, it's because, well, the

whole thing was ridiculous.

In January of 2007, promoters of the Adult Swim show Aqua Teen Hunger Force hung light-up

LED plaques in cities throughout the US in order to advertise the upcoming Aqua Teen

movie, which featured the Mooninites.

"Our vertical leap is beyond all measurement."

"So what you're saying is your culture is more advanced, because you can jump higher?"

"Yes, observe!"

While most cities were bemused, Boston went bananas and called in Homeland Security, believing

the adorable plaques to be bombs.

The whole incident ended up costing $2 million in fines and settlement fees, so when it came

time to air a parody episode a year later, Turner Broadcasting, which owns Cartoon Network

and Adult Swim refused.

"Turn on your tiny magnetic lights, that way you look more like a device."

"There we go."

While the marketing stunt ironically worked much better than they probably ever hoped

for, Boston later suffered an actual, very serious terrorist attack using an improvised

explosive.

If you're desperate to see a show that even remotely mocks anything close to either of

those incidents being showed on actual television, don't hold your breath.

Or just go on the Internet, where people's deepest secrets and shames live on forever.

Barbequor - Dial M For Monkey

Cartoon Network was known for getting away with a lot of questionable content in the

late '90s, including some of the most eerily terrifying moments in any kids' program.

"You're not perfect."

In addition to giving everyone nightmares forever, Cartoon Network also ended up being

responsible for a number of animated episodes that were banned after a single airing.

One of the most notorious examples comes from the Dexter's Laboratory spinoff segment, Dial

M for Monkey.

It's widely rumored that the episode, called "Barbequor", was banned throughout North and

South America, because of two characters in particular: Silver Spooner, who was created

as an offensively flamboyant gay stereotype…

"Let the feast begin!"

...and Krunk, who gets drunk and throws up.

Both characters were probably a bit too much to appear on one episode of a show ostensibly

for children.

Other rumors claim that the segment was banned because of Barbequor, a parody of Marvel's

Galactus, which reportedly upset the publisher.

There's more credence to that second rumor, especially because The Tick animated series

ran into similar problems.

The 1995 episode Alone Together, which features a Galactus parody named Omnipotus, was never

released on DVD for allegedly similar reasons.

And we probably can't even talk in detail about why the Cow and Chicken episode "Buffalo

Gals" was only aired once… but it's pretty much all about lesbian stereotypes.

"Oh the buffalo gals, a motorcycle-riding gang that randomly bursts into people's homes

and chews on their carpets!"

Wow.

Elephant Issues - Tiny Toon Adventures

Banned cartoons aren't always trying to slip euphemisms though the censors.

Sometimes, they're really trying to impart a positive message… just in the absolute

worst way.

"Look!

The storm knocked down that big wire.

Hey let's jump our bikes over it!"

The 1991 Tiny Toon Adventures episode titled "Elephant Issues" goes just a little overboard

by murdering half of its youthful animal stars.

But it's for a good reason, right?

...Right?

The whole episode contains two other segments about social issues — but it's the one called

"One Beer" that got the whole thing taken off the air after just one showing, since

three underage characters get drunk in public, steal a police car, drive it off a cliff...and

die.

In fairness, the episode began with a warning that it was going to be addressing "relevant

issues," but maybe the alcohol abuse segment could have dipped its toe into areas like

hangovers,or job loss before diving right into the hilarious punchline of vehicular

manslaughter.

"So, do we get to do a funny episode tomorrow?

"I hope so."

Mister Skinnylegs - Peppa Pig

It's hard to believe, but the toddler show Peppa Pig is no stranger to controversy, either.

The cartoon character has been accused by News Corp madman Piers Akerman of being a

Marxist-Leninist and feminist extremist.

The show was also ridiculously accused of causing autism in children when many news

outlets republished a satirical article from a made-up University.

However, there's one example of poor Peppa being banned from television that's actually

kind of justifiable.

The 2012 episode "Mr. Skinnylegs" features the porcine family befriending a spider, with

the implication that arachnids are our friends and nothing to be afraid of.

It's a harmless enough message for kids in the UK, and even most of the US, but a potentially

deadly message to send to children in Australia, which is home to some of the most venomous

spiders in the world.

The Australian Broadcasting Corporation restricted airing of the episode on its networks... but

still accidentally published it online due to a "technical error."

Viewers quickly complained and had the episode removed, rightly terrified of Australian toddlers

trying to make friends with deadly funnel-web or redback spiders.

Electric Soldier Porygon - Pokémon

Only ever airing once in Japan in 1997, Pokémon's "Electric Soldier Porygon" is probably the

best known banned cartoon, since it actually caused a medical crisis, reportedly sending

over 600 kids to the hospital.

After a scene that featured a flashing, strobe-like effect with multicolored lights, kids started

experiencing vision problems, headaches, and nausea, with some actually having to be treated

for seizures.

The incident got worldwide media attention, because it's not every day a TV show shocks

people into a physical health emergency.

Nintendo's stock shares dropped five percent, press conferences were held, and new animation

guidelines were even made with medical professionals.

The cubist electro-duck pokemon Porygon was dropped from all future episodes, and the

original episode was never aired outside of Japan.

Giving kids seizures kind of makes all of the Pokemon episodes banned because of guns,

subtle racism, and huge inflatable breasts pale in comparison.

Of course, if you think that all these cartoons were banned for ridiculous reasons, just wait

til you hear about the banned shows featuring actual people.

22 Episodes in Mississippi - Sesame Street

Muppet and Sesame Street creator Jim Henson was born in Mississippi, and the town of Leland,

Mississippi has a totally sweet public plaque declaring themselves the birthplace of universally-loved

frog-nerd Kermit.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

"okay!"

Needless to say, there's some definite hometown pride for Henson.

But in 1970, the state of Mississippi actually banned Sesame Street from public television

for a whopping 22 days, for probably one of the worst reasons possible.

A lobbyist group — spearheaded by the bored former Mayor of Jackson, Allen Cavett Thompson,

who apparently hated all things beautiful — decided that public funds shouldn't be

used to create a show with such "a highly integrated cast of children."

In plain English, the show was taken off the air in one state because of old fashioned

racism, and it wasn't against blue-skinned Muppets.

After a member of the commission leaked the story to The New York Times, nationwide outrage

ensued and the ban was lifted.

It ain't easy being green.

Earshot - Buffy the Vampire Slayer

After gaining the power to hear people's thoughts, Buffy thinks she overhears a student planning

a mass murder.

"This time tomorrow, I'll kill you all."

Joke's on her: the student is just planning to commit suicide, and it's actually the lunch

lady who's going to commit mass murder in a school.

While that's a pretty grim storyline even for a horror/comedy show, the Buffy episode

"Earshot" probably would've made the air if it wasn't scheduled for the week after the

Columbine High School massacre in 1999.

The network pulled the episode before it aired… and waited a tactful five months before showing

it, because that was probably enough time for anyone traumatized by the real life tragedy

to handle seeing a character holding a rifle in the school's clocktower.

As far as episode bans go, this one may have been unnecessarily soft.

Home - The X-Files

Fun fact: the 1996 X-Files episode "Home" was the first network TV episode to ever earn

the now-ubiquitous TV-MA rating, so it's probably not surprising that the episode rarely aired

on Fox, and only ever did so with a special warning.

Not so fun fact: it's because the entire episode was about a deranged backwoods family who

liked making babies with each other, killing people, and killing their own babies.

The gruesome violence and weird sexual themes of "Home" were, unsurprisingly for X-Files

fans, reviewed very favorably.

But being slapped with a mature rating from censors was enough to scare the network from

ever running "Home" again, though it did eventually reappear in syndication.

It's now considered a cult classic, and some would argue the best episode in the history

of the series, even though it has nothing to do with aliens, conspiracies, or anything

remotely supernatural.

Turns out people would rather watch inbred monsters murder a bunch of people than discover

if the truth is really out there.

How to change Nintendo 3DS region and language - Duration: 8:52.

This is my New Nintendo 3DS XL.

It is running custom firmware 11.5 and its region is American.

We will try to change this console region to Japan.

I have installed a lot of games and apps here. Don't worry. You won't lose it even after changing the region.

Turn off the console.

Now we will need to remove the micro SD card from the console.

Prepare a philips screw driver and remove the battery cover.

Remove the micro SD card.

Open the web browser and enter the given URL

Download the file and put it on the desktop.

Then open another URL

There are two folders. Choose the folder which suit your console. Mine is New 3DS XL so I chose New 3DS

Inside that folder, there are four files. Each file represents a specific region.

I want to change my console region to Japan, so I chose the J file.

Download it and put it on the desktop

Insert the micro SD card to the computer

Then open the region change package with Winrar

Extract all content to the micro SD card. Replace all files if prompted

Open the ctrtransfer package file with Winrar

Extract its content to gm9 folder on the micro SD card.

Reinsert the micro SD card to the console.

Press and hold Start button while turning on the console

Select GodMode9

Press A to create Essential files backup if prompted.

Then press A to continue

Navigate to SDCARD

Then open the gm9 folder.

Select the .bin file

Then choose CTRNAND options.

Select Transfer Image to CTRNAND

Press A to unlock SysNAND

Enter the given combo keys.

This process take some time to finish. Please be patient.

Press A to continue

Then press B to decline the relocking process.

Press Home Button and choose Scripts..

Choose ctrtransfer ticket copy

Press A to continue

This process will dump all existing apps and games ticket.

Press A to continue

Then press Start to reboot the console.

Now you can see that the console language has been changed to Japanese.

Now you must run the Download Play app.

Press L button, Down button and Select button to open the Rosalina menu.

Choose Miscellaneous options

Then choose Switch the homebrew title to the current app.

Press B several times to exit Rosalina menu.

Press Home button then choose close to exit Download Play app.

Open the Download Play app again.

Search for FBI and run it.

Navigate to SD

Enter gm9 folder then out folder

Enter ctrtransfer tickets folder

Enter eshop folder

Select the current directory

Select Install and delete all tickets.

Press A to confirm

Then press B to continue

Now enter the unknown folder and do the same step as before.

Press any button then press B several times to get back to FBI main screen.

Then press Start to exit FBI

Press Home button then choose close to exit the Homebrew Launcher.

Now you got your games and apps back. All you have to do is unwrap it all

At this point, some games that have multi language track will automatically shown in Japanese.

For example Mario Sports Superstars.

Not all games have this kind of capability. You should check it out yourself to find out.

Now we need to turn off the console

Press and hold Start button while turning on the console

Select GodMode9

Navigate to SD CARD

Then enter gm9 folder.

Delete both ctrtransfer file by pressing X

Then press Start to reboot the console.

Take a brown yarn and pull out the loop.

Doing a slip stitch (sl st).

Then doing 3 chains (ch).

And joining into the 3rd loop from the hook.

Now, inserting a hook into the next loop from the slip stitch... here.

And pulling it out from the next row.

Doing a slip stitch (sl st).

Again doing 3 chains (ch).

And joining into the 3rd loop from the hook.

And I'll continue doing in this manner...

1 slip stitch (sl st), then 3 chains (ch) and joining into the 3rd loop from the hook.

So, I'm working in such way here.

This is the right side of the ear - where we can see chains.

And this is the wrong side.

I'll sew on ears with a wrong side to the front.

So they will be inclied to the front.

Tie those endings and cut them off.

Done, now continue working with this yarn.

Working row 14:

Repeating 8 times: 1 single crochet (sc) + 1 decrese (dec).

Decrese is done in a next way...

Picking first front loop.

Then picking second one.

And working them together.

Doing again 1 single crochet (sc).

And 1 decrease (dec).

And repeating the same 6 times more.

Done.

Then filling the body with sintepone.

Filled.

And doing the last, 15th, row - doing 8 decreases (dec).

Done.

Pulling out the yarn.

Cutting it off.

Inserting into the needle.

Picking the front loops, by round.

Tighten it.

Fixing the ending with knots, and cutting it off.

So we just need to sew on the paws.

Count 2nd row from the center.

1..2.

And inserting the bottom ending of the paw into this place.

And pulling out from the next loop to the center.

Taking the second ending.

Inserting it one row above.

And pulling it out to the side, to the center.

Then, using this ending, picking the paw from another side.

Turning back.

And pulling it out from the loop, with the first ending.

Taking the second yarn.

Picking this side of the paw.

Turnig back with a needle.

And pulling out the needle from the next loop.

Now tie those endings.

Hiding inside and cutting them off.

Sewing the second paw in the same way, but simetrically.

Done.

And now in the same way sewing other paws.

Counting 3 rows up, from the top edge of this paw.

1..2..3.

Inserting the bottom ending of the paw here.

And the upper ending - one row above.

Picking the sides of the paw.

Tie those endings.

Hiding them inside, and cutting them off.

Sewing the second paw on in the same way, but simetrically.

TOMMY LEE SPARTA - Before They Were Famous - Dancehall - BIOGRAPHY - Duration: 8:10.

Before Tommy Lee Sparta brought dark imagery to Dancehall, breaking onto the scene as the

genre's first goth.

Before Uncle Demon dropped songs like Spartan Soldier, Grim Rim Rave, and Soul Reaper.

Before receiving shout outs from the likes of Usain Bolt, working with Vybz Kartel and

Gaza Slim, beefing with Bounty Killer, and feuding with Gage and Alkaline at the same

time

While music insiders who know the man tend to say that Tommy Lee Sparta is a super nice

guy, he's been incredibly controversial for his dark Uncle Demon persona and gothic style.

So much so that he had to tell the Fader, back in 2012,

"[I'm not] a demon and mi nuh worship did devil and dem things.

The [music] buisness is just an evil business.

[None of us are] perfect."

But his past might give us some clues about aethetic choices.

Tommy Lee Sparta lost his father at a young age, and was first inspired to write music

at his grandfather's vigil.

As he developed as an artist, he fathered his first child at just 14 years old, dropped

out of high school two years later, and found himself literally scavenging to put food on

the table for his growing family.

Mi name Michael McCrudden, documenting the life and career of Tommy Lee Sparta prior

to fame, here for you on Before They Were Famous.

I've covered Vybz Kartel, Mavado, Alkaline and Popcaan in the past and there is one dude

on my Instagram 300_SpartanSoldier who has been requesting this video day in day out

for something like 6 months.

This video I dedicate to you buddy.

Leroy Junior Russell was born on November 4th, 1987, and grew up in the Flankers community

in Montego Bay.

He grew up with five siblings, but his childhood was difficult, as he lost his father when

he was just nine years old.

He's said of his family,

"Mi just come out hardcore, alone.

One brother is a soldier, another sister is a Christian, one brother is a manager at a

hotel."

Leroy grew up in a musical home.

His grandfather and great uncles had a band that would often play traditional Jamaican

wakes.

When that grandfather passed away, young Leroy attended the vigil, and it was then he was

inspired to pen his first lyrics.

Apparently, music wasn't the only thing Leroy was getting into from a young age.

He fathered his first child when he was just 14 years old.

He tried to balance his music, fatherhood, and his studies, while attending Anchovy High

School.

But while he was in the 10th grade, he would drop out of school, after discovering that

his 11th grade girlfriend was expecting to give him a second child.

His mother then allowed his pregnant girlfriend to move into the family home, presumably to

prevent her young son from knocking up any more chicks.

But that wouldn't exactly work.

As of June 2016, he's fathered a total of 8 children.

Still years away from making a name for himself in the music industry, Leroy starting hustling

on the streets and picking up work on construction sites.

But this wasn't enough to make ends meet.

So, to feed his family, he turned to the sea, catching fish, shrimp and conch.

He would also climb breadfruit and ackee trees.

He told the Jamaica Star,

"You know ackee grow my kids dem when dem younger.

Mi nuh ramp fi feed dem ackee.

Ackee tree a bawl a daytime."

While still struggling to literally put food on the table, Leroy continued to have a passion

for music.

He began deejaying at Snipa Studios in late 2008, and recorded his first song, Spartan

Story.

Leroy donned the stage name Tommy Lee, which would eventually

be changed to Tommy Lee Sparta to avoid confusion with the Motley Crue drummer by the same name.

Still, music was still just a hobby for him.

He didn't consider the possibility of being a professional musician, even when he began

performing as the opening act for local shows and receiving warm responses from the crowd.

He even opened for Vybz Kartel on a number of occasions.

Eventually, Vybz would invite Tommy Lee to move out to Kingston with him, and join his

musical collective, Portmore Empire.

But Leroy was reluctant to leave his home and growing family, so he turned down the

offer.

At least, at first.

Tommy Lee Sparta was later invited to perform at Vybz Kartel's Birthday Bash in January

of 2010, and it was then that he accepted the offer to become a member of Vybz Kartel's

crew.

His first underground hit with the Portmore Empire would be Warn Dem, released in November

of that year.

A bigger hit would follow with Some Bwoy, released in 2011

The song was not a smash hit out of the gate, but after the arrest of his mentor, Vybz Kartel,

and the release of the song's music video, things began to turn around.

As the song began to generate buzz for Tommy Lee throughout 2012, he released a total of

five EPS, and heavy-hitting follow up singles like Shook, Buss a Blank, and Psycho

In the summer of 2012, Tommy Lee Sparta's music was

everywhere, and he would headline both the Raggae Sumfest in Montego Bay and the Sting

music festival in Portmore.

While Vybz Kartel's on going legal issues led to the shut down of his label, Adidjahiem

Records, Tommy Lee teemed up with Gaza Slim to start a new label called PG13, which they

ran until Vybz was released from jail.

Now one of the most prominent members of the Gaza camp, it wouldn't be long before he would

be feuding with Gully.

Alliance leader Bounty Killer took to twitter on September 8th, 2012, writing,

"Christmas is 4 christ so nuh demon or devil cyaah win we bloodclaath all dem a dead a

sting!!!"

Many saw this as a direct reference to Tommy Lee Sparta and a threat regarding his upcoming

Sting music festival performance on Boxing Day.

But Bounty Killer denied this, claiming it was just an innocent message against the devil.

Tommy Lee Sparta said that he would overlook the slight out of respect for his dance hall

elder.

Then, just one week later he released a diss track and music video aimed at Bounty Killer,

called Goat Head.

Bounty Killer responded with two diss tracks of his own, and the two were slated to clash

at the up coming Sting music festival.

But then, after the festival's lead promoter implied that Tommy Lee Sparta might have a

chance of beating the veteran artist, Bounty Killer cancelled his performance.

During the festival, Tommy Lee Sparta then expressed respect for Bounty Killer, and both

artists have since stated they consider the beef to be over.

Throughout 2013, Tommy Lee Sparta would release two LPS, Uncle Demon and Sparta Boss, as well

as EPs, Save Dem Soul, Bun nu nu, and Spartan Soulja.

Dream would follow in 2014, with Big Bike and Rebirth dropping in 2015.

秋刀魚のかば重♪　Sanma Kabayaki Bowl♪ 　～Grilled Pacific Saury Bowl～ - Duration: 5:52.

Sanma Kabayaki Bowl♪ ～Grilled Pacific Saury Bowl～

This time, I am going to make Sanma Kabayaki Bowl. Sanma means Pacific Saury.

And Kabayaki means charcoal-broiled fish . It is basted with a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and sake.

You can make it easily by using frying pan. It's very delicious, so please try it yourself.

Prepare Sanma.

Very fresh Sanma～

Remove the scales and sliminess.

Slice the head section behind the gills.

Cut the spine and remove the head and gut the fish.

Cut into the flesh from the back side and slice.

Slice along the back bone.

Slice another side as well.

Remove the back bone.

And remove the remaining guts.

Newspaper keeps your chopping board clean.

If it is too difficult for you, Daimyou Oaroshi is easy to prepare Sanma. ※Daimyo Oroshi：Cutting a fish into three slices so that a lot of meat stays around the spine.

Wash lightly and wipe off the moisture.

Preparation is done.

Make Kabayaki sauce.

150 ml of mirin.

50 ml of sake.

Burn off alcohol.

150 ml of soy sauce.

80 g of granulated sugar.

Once it's boiling, turn the heat down to low.

Simmer until sauce is reduced by half.

After 15 minutes, check the amount of sauce.

Kabayaki sauce is done.

Kabayaki sauce will moer thicken once it cools.

Make Kinshi-Tamago.

Beat 2 eggs well.

1/2 tsp of salt.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve.

Heat a pan and spread some oil around with a paper towel.

Pour a liberal amount of the egg mixture into the pan.

After the surface of the egg has cooked, quickly return any excess egg to the bowl.

If you do this, the thickness will be uniform.

Turn the egg over using long chopsticks and cook the other side.

Once cooked, place it on top of the prepared upside down sieve.

Last omelet doesn't have to be perfect, but it is OK.

Trim off the edges. You don't have to trim the edges, but it will make it look a lot tidier.

Tightly roll the omelets and thinly slice with a knife.

Kinshi-Tamago is done.

Slice some white leek and stir-fry it.

Coat Sanma with flour slightly.

Cooking.

1 tbsp of oil.

Cook Sanma over medium heat from the meat side first.

Put some fresh cooked rice into Japanese food box called "Ojyu(お重)".

Pour some Kabayaki sauce and sprinkle some shredded nori.

Put some stir-fried white leek and Kinshi-Tamago

Put a lid.

Remove the excess oil.

Pour 2 tbsp of Kabayaki sauce.

Shake the pan to coat Sanma with Kabayaki sauce.

Dish up.

It's ready to eat♪
