Waching daily Sep 17 2017

Hi. This is Marty from Blue Lightning TV.

I'm going to show you how to quickly and easily create the look of an ink stipple effect from photos.

Open a photo you'd like to use for this project.

It can be color or black and white.

You'll have the best results if there's a good amount of contrast on your subject.

First, go to Image, Mode and click "Grayscale", even if your photo is black and white.

If you see this message, click "Discard" to remove the color.

We'll adjust it tonal range by pressing Ctrl or Cmd + Shift + L to invoke "Auto Tone".

Next, adjust its size by going to Image and Image Size.

Make its Height anywhere from 300 to 400 pixels.

Its Width and Resolution can be any amount.

To fit it onto your canvas, press Ctrl or Cmd + 0.

Go back to Image, Mode and "Bitmap".

Choose "Diffusion Dither" as the "Method".

You don't have to change the "Output", since it'll be the same resolution as your image, whatever it is.

Our image size is actually quite small, so if you want to enlarge it while retaining

its sharpness, go to Image and Image Size.

Go to either the Width or the Height and type in a much larger pixel amount.

I'll type in 1000 .

Press Ctrl or Cmd + 0 to fit it onto your canvas.

Go to Image, Mode and Grayscale and go back to Image, Mode and RGB Color.

Once more, go to back to Image and click Adjustments and "Threshold".

Keep the Threshold at its default level of 128.

This is Marty from Blue Lightning TV.

Thanks for watching!

ASOIAF: Cities of Westeros (Complete) - Duration: 14:45.

For thousands of years, the continent saw the rise villages and towns built by the First

Men followed by the Andals and Rhoynar as they migrated west, eventually forming the

Seven Kingdoms.

Yet through trade and commerce, five of these settlements grew into prosperous cities ruled

by powerful noble families.

Founded along the eastern shore of the continent, at of the mouth of Blackwater Rush, along

the northern bank, King's Landing rose to become the most populous city in all of Westeros.

The Capital of the Seven Kingdoms, it was home to House Targaryen for nearly 300 years,

built around 3 hills named for Aegon the Conqueror and his sister wives Rhaenys and Visenya.

Realizing the importance of the Faith of the Seven to the people they wished to rule, seven

gates were constructed around King's Landing, as were a number of other structures which

over time became associated the capital.

Streets were given names often deriving from those who live and work in that area with

the general population kept divided by wealth and class, with the rich living near the Old

gate, while the poorest are found in Flea Bottom near Rhaenys Hill.

The small folk of Flea Bottom consume bowls of brown to survive, a common stew made with

bits of vegitable and chunks of meat often acquired from pigeons, rats, cats and some

even suggest dead bodies.

King's Landing is protected by a city watch known as the Gold Cloaks, and holds the Royal

Fleet of the Seven Kingdoms, considered the most powerful navy in the continent, comparable

only in power to the Arbor and Iron Fleets.

Before the unification of the seven kingdoms under House targaryen, Aegon the conqueror

originally constructed the Aegonfort, atop the highest of the 3 hills.

After his coronation, he chose to make this area the capital of his new kingdom, building

King's Landing around the fortress.

A few years later in 10 AC, Aegon was convinced by Visenya to allow the formation of the Kingsguard

to protect the royal family, after they were attacked in the streets of the city.

King's Landing was then built up further under the reign of King Maegor the Cruel who

oversaw the completion of the Maegor's Holdfast and the Red Keep.

Maegor was also responsible for burning the Sept of Remembrance during the Faith Militants

Uprising, building the Dragonpit in its place.

Under King Jaehaerys I, drains, sewers and wells were constructed, however the city soon

face more hardship during the Dance of the Dragons civil war, when the population revolted

against Rhaenyra Targaryen, storming the dragonpit in a chaotic riot that saw thousands of small

folk killed, while 5 targaryen dragons also lost their lives, leaving the dragonpit a

ruin.

With the city all but lost, Rhaenyra fled back to Dragonstone, leaving King's Landing

under mob rule for a period known as the Moon of the 3 Kings.

Without a Targaryen ruler in the city, several claimants to throne arose from amongst the

common people.

First there was the Shepard, a religious fanatic who organized the storming of the dragonpit

and then came to control large sections of the city with his faithful followers.

However there was also the squire Trystane Truefyre, supported by the Hedge Knight Ser

Perkin the Flea, who took control of the Red keep claiming the boy was the bastard son

of King Viserys I.

Then there was Gaemon Palehair, the 4 year old son of a prostitute, who claimed he was

the bastard child of King Aegon II.

He ruled from the House of Kisses atop Visenya's hill, gathering thousands of supporters to

his cause.* *Edict about female inheritance.

ALL However when the forces loyal to King Aegon

II returned to the city they quickly took back power, executing both Ser Perkin and

Trystane Truefyre.* The prostitute of the House of kisses was also apprehended, confessing

that she lied about her son being the child of a Targaryen.

And while the woman was hanged, young Gaemon was sparred and later taken into King Aegon's

household.

During the reign of Baelor the Blessed, the great Sept of Baelor began construction and

was completed after his death, becoming the center of the Faith of the Seven.

In 209 AC, the great spring sickness spread throughout Westeros, and while it ravaged

a number of cities and areas in the continent, King's Landing suffered the worst of it,

losing 4 out every 10.

In order to deal with all the diseased corpses, they burned the bodies with wildfire in the

dragonpit.

Over the years as the population of the city grew, King's Landing earned a reputation

not only as the center of the Targaryen court, but also as a dark and dirty place, with streets

reeking of waste and a population of scheming nobles, greedy merchants and cut-throat beggars.

And so in 265 AC, the Mad King Aerys II decided he'd had enough, and declared he would build

a new city of marble south of Blackwater rush.

Yet like most of his plans nothing came of the idea.

At the end of his reign, when the people of the continent rose up against his madness

in Robert's Rebellion, Aerys allowed his old friend Tywin Lannister to bring 12000

soldiers into the city, believing he came to join the royalist forces.

However Tywin instead turned against him, sacking the city in the name of the rebellion.

The Mad King then decided to burn the capital with jars of wildfire placed underground.

However he was stopped by the kingsguard Jaime Lannister, son of Tywin, who killed the king

he was sworn to protect.

Years later, after the death of King Robert baratheon, the city again fell under attack

in the battle of the Blackwater, when King Stannis baratheon attempted to take the Iron

Throne from Joffrey Baratheon.

However the city was able to hold them off long enough for Tywin Lannister and his allies

in House Tyrell to arrive, forcing Stannis into retreat.

Yet this war soon saw the death of both King Joffrey and Hand of the King Tywin Lannister,

leaving the Iron Throne to young Tommen Baratheon and his mother Queen Regent Cersei Lannister

who proved a poor administrator, leading the city to chaos and ruin.

Although Cersei attempted to strengthen their faction by allying with the Faith Militants

and building a new naval fleet, she eventually lost control of the city to the Faith, resulting

in her arrest, which then also led Aurane Waters to abandon her cause, steeling the

naval fleet recently constructed.

Although it's origins are largely lost to history, Old Town has stood for thousands

of years known as the richest and oldest of the Westerosi cities.

Many believe it was originally constructed as a port for ancient powers that wished to

trade with the elder races of Westeros, and later with the First Men who migrated into

the continent.

Over the years several well known structures were built in the city such as the Citadel

a group of buildings that are home to the Maesters of Westeros, scholars who act as

advisors to the rulers of the continent.

During the Age of Heroes, the building that later became the Ravenry of the Citadel was

a pirate stronghold that robbed passing ships.

There is also the Starry Sept, which was the center of the Fiath of the Seven for a thousand

years, until replaced by the Great Sept of Baelor in King's landing.

But the structure most often associated with the city is the Hightower on battle isle,

known as the tallest building in the continent, surpassing even the 700 foot wall in the north.

The Hightower was built atop a blackstone foundation, believed to have been constructed

before the arrival of the first men.

While some claim it must have been of Valyrian origin, since they were known to build with

fused black stone.

The look and design of the structure and time period in which it was made, suggest it was

built by others such as the mysterious Mazemakers of Lorath, or the Deep Ones rumoured to have

built the Seastone chair in the Iron Islands.

When House Hightower took control of the black stone foundation on battle isle, they built

a wooden tower on top to act as a lighthouse but under Uthor of the Hightower, they built

a stone tower 200 feet high, supposedly designed by bran the builder.

*Some claim Bran the Builder designed the Hightower, while others claim it was likely

another man named Brandon who's history was lost and attributed to the legendary hero

of the north.

The prosperous city of Old Town grew around the Hightower, and came to represent a valueable

target for raiders, seeing the city sacked by Samwell the Starfire, Qhored the Cruel,

and Gyles the Woe, all within a century.

Due to this devastation of these attacks, three quarters of the city's population were

sold into slavery.

However the Hightower was never conquered, and so House Hightower then oversaw a massive

project to build protective stone walls around the city, greatly increasing its defensive

capabilities.

As the Kingdom of the reach expanded under the Gardener Kings of Highgarden, the Hightowers

chose to join them voluntarily through a marriage alliance, giving up their claim as petty kings,

to become the most powerful vassals of the realm.

The Hightowers often valued peaceful negotiation over war, like during the Andal migration

when the leader of their house married an Andal Princess to avoid conflict.

Similiarly, when House Targaryen invaded and conquered most of the continent, the High

Septon convinced Lord Manfred Hightower to bend the knee.

Allowing Aegon to peacefully enter the city where he was crowned king of westeros by the

faith of the seven.

Many though Aegon would then choose Old Town as his capital, until he decided to build

a new city around the Aegonfort, later known as King's Landing.

2 centuries later in 209 AC, Old Town suffered greatly as the Great Spring sickness spread

throughout the continent.

Although King's Landing saw the worst of the epidemic, Old Town was not far behind,

then suffering another tragedy a generation later, when the Grey Plague wiped out half

the city.

In order to prevent the disease from spreading, Lord Quenton Hightower locked them down, shut

the gates and burning the ships in the harbour, killing anyone who tried to leave.

Although he succeeded in preventing a further outbreak, his harsh actions made him hated

by the small folk who later attack and killed Lord Quenton and his son.

Late into the War of the Five Kings, with the Arbor Fleet being used in the Lannister

siege of Dragonstone, the Ironborn conquered the Shield Islands of the reach with some

of their people even attempting to attack Old Town, while others preyed on ships sailing

into its harbor.

Along the western coast of the rich and prosperous Westerlands, the city of Lannisport was founded

by a branch of House Lannister.

Originally a small village south of Casterly Rock, it eventually rose to become a rich

and powerful settlement, second only to Old Town before the construction of King's Landing.

With close ties to the Lannister Kings of the Rock, many of the families that reside

in the Lannisport have blond hair, with names like the Lannys, Lannets and Lantells, likely

descending from various branches of House Lannisters.

Unfortunately, their location makes them a prime target for the Ironborn who often raided

the area, burning the city at last 3 times, with these conflicts often leading to war

between the territories.

During the Dance of the Dragons civil war, in 130 AC, the Westerlands and Iron Islands

once again were at odds, with the Red Kraken Dalton Greyjoy burning the lannisport Fleet

and sacking Lannisport.

4 years later, the Westerlands retaliated, successfully attacking the Iron Islands and

bringing treasure and highborn hostages back home.

Lannisport also saw battle during the First Balckfyre rebellion, when Ser Quentyn Ball

killed slayed Lefford Lannister outside its gates forcing Damon Lannister into retreat.

After Robert's Rebellion, the Seven Kingdom knew peace for a number of years, however

soon Balon Greyjoy of the Iron Islands attempted his own rebellion, with his brothers creating

and executing a plan of sailing secretly to Lannisport and burning the Lannister Fleet

to begin the Greyjoy Rebellion.

However their success did not last long, and soon the Royal forces arrived to defeat the

claimant king.

Orignally founded by the First Men as a harbour for trade along the south of the Vale, Gulltown

developed into a rich and prosperous city, acting as an important hub to keep the Vale

well supplied.

Under the First Men, it was House Shett who ruled the area.

However when the Andals began their migration west, House Shett chose to ally with the invaders

against House Royce of Runestone who refused to bow to the Andals.

Unfortunately, House Shett was betrayed by the the Andal Knight Gerold Grafton, who is

rumoured to have used the chaos of battle as a chance to kill the Shett King, then usurping

his title and taking control of Gulltown.

And while the people attempted rebellion, Gerold Grafton proved to be a wise ruler,

seeing the settlement prosper greatly under his rule.

House Grafton then allied with House Arryn, and together grew Gulltown into a proper city

with a naval fleet for its protection.

During a period of conflict known as the War Across the Water, fought between the North

and the Vale over ownership of the three sisters, the Starks burned hundreds of their ships

and even made an unsuccessful attempt to conquer Gulltown.

Later during the War of Conquest, the Vale was one of the only territories able to offer

significant resistance against the Targaryens, using their naval fleet to achieve several

victories in the early part of the war.

However they could do nothing to protect against Dragons, and so House Arryn eventually bent

the knee.

Nearly 300 years later, at the outbreak of Robert's Rebellion, the Vale was split,

with House Arryn supporting the rebels, while Marq Grafton gathered royalist forces at Gulltown.

However the rebel armies of Jon Arryn soon marched to battle and defeated their forces,

with Robert Baratheon first over the walls, killing Marq Grafton during the fighting.

Founded along the river White Knife, King Jon Stark of Winterfell drove out local sea

raiders to build the Wolf's Den, which over the years was ruled by various branches of

House Stark, such as the Greystarks, as well as other Northern families like the Flints,

Lockes, Slates, Longs, Holts and Ashwoods.

However it would be under House Manderly, originally hailing from the Reach, that the

area would truly prosper.

Estimated to have occurred between 1000 and 600 BC, there came a time when House Manderly

became an enemy of House Peake and the Gardener King in Highgarden.

This resulted in their families exile from the territory.

Having lost their ancestral seat and facing the ruin of their house, it was Starks of

the North who welcomed them, bestowing the Wolf's Den as their new home, and charging

them with the protection of the White Knife.

Using the riches they were able to bring from the south, the Manderlys built the city of

White Harbor, protected by thick walls and later a small naval fleet.

Within the city they built the Sept of Snows to honor their faith in the Seven Gods of

the south, a great hall called Merman's court where the hold feasts and a new residence

for their family at New Castle, converting the Wolf's Den into a prison.

Outside the city harbour there is a massive stone in the sea ,known as Seal Rock, where

the First Men built a ringfort which has now been fortified by with crossbowmen, scorpion

and spitfires defending the area.

During the War of the Five Kings, House Manderly raised 1500 men to join Robb Stark as he marched

south, and during the Ironborn attack on winterfell they sent a dozen barges filled with knights,

warhorses, and siege engines only to be betrayed by the boltons who burned Winterfell.

Although the Manderlys were then forced to pledge allegiance to the Lannisters, Freys

and Boltons, they never truly turned against the Starks, making a private deal with Davos

Seaworth to bring young Rickon Stark from Skagos in exchange for pledging themselves

to King Stannis.

READER PROBLEMS BOOK TAG + READING LIGHT REVIEW - Duration: 22:15.

Hey Guys Welcome back to my Channel Today I am doing the Reader

Problems Book Tag you know that I love Book tags I love Watching them and I love

Creating Them so I thought this video would be A fun one to do I've Certainly Had Many Reader Problems in the past so I'm

Excited to See what Kind of Problems this Tag Builds Into and

Stay Tuned to the end of the Video to Watch my review on this awesome Reading Lamp because

One of my biggest Reader Problems Is of Course Lighting I could

Never Get the right Lighting and I'm always hurting my eyes so this is a major Reader life hack I will put the Link in

The Downbar of my Video and if I have a little Review toward the end of the Video After the Tag so Without Further

Ado Let's Get, Into all my reader Problems

Question Number One You Have Twenty Thousand Books on your TBr how in the World do you Decide what to read next

So yeah, I do Feel like I have twenty Thousand Books on my TBr

but

What i usually Kind of do Is Just go by?

Either

Deadlines I have or what I'm Feeling and Usually deadlines win which kind of stings but If I have a book

Review That Needs to come out Soon of Course I have to read that Book first and it's a priority above Others

Even Though that's not Always fun Because Sometimes all you want to do is Read this one Book and

You Have to read Another so it Definitely Causes a reading Slump and

I'm Still working Through that right now yeah so school Books that I need to Read of Course, also come first and then like

Reviews That I need to complete for

Blogging and Everything Because I also blog Separately from Youtube with my local independent Bookstore so

Arcs That Come from that are my top Priority

But I haven't Really Done like free Reading in A long Time so I

Guess I would answer before I started doing the whole blogging Thing that I just go by what I feel

And Sometimes I would start a book and not Really liked it too much and then I just kind of

Drop it and leave it Aside and pick up another Book and Just Test out and then When I finally

Have a book that I'm Really

Into That's what I end up Reading and Finishing and

That that's a Series and I have the rest of the Books of Course I go through all of Those I

Don't have a TV archer Though and I really Think I should Make

One I think that's the Really fun Idea and I love Crafting and diy is so

Come Down Below if You think that'd be A fun Video to Watch like I guess Showing you how I create this jar and I

Guess Taking These the steps so if you want to create one like mine you can do it too I

Think That Could be Really cool so

Comment Down Below if You're interested

so Number Two you are Halfway Through a book and you're not Loving it do you quit or are you Committed so I

Used to Always Commit to books and This, was like for the Majority of my reading life I didn't like a book too

Bad I was gonna Finish that sucker but Now I guess I don't really have as much Time and

Because of my lack of Time I

Know that the Books that I'm Reading I really want to be Enjoying because I just

Simply don't Have Enough Time to Read everything and so

If I'm going to be Reading I want to read something that Makes me Happy and excited and then I'm Passionate About

So i would say I quit the Book but I don't permanently Quit it I'm Always open To?

- Trying to Read it again but for the Time Being I kind of set it Aside and Move on to something Else

Number Three at the end of the Year is coming and You're so close but so far away on your Goodreads Reading Challenge

do you try to Catch up and how yes so

Anyone Follows Me on Goodreads you might Be Wondering like what's up with my reading Challenges and They're

very weird so I

This is A long story, but A couple Years Ago I

Was like Five Books Shy At my Reading?

Or Something I was Reading like 50 Books that years so it wasn't so Bad and Everything I still Read A lot of Books

But I

Did Not Read Enough Books to

Reach my challenge Goal and I did not Change my challenge Scope for the year ended so

What happened is my little Reading Challenge Bridgette's it Said like Freaking Challenge

2016 This May Book Said This Many Books Completed Or Incomplete it Didn't

Show on my Page and That Really Bothered me Because I Participated in The Challenge I just Didn't complete it so I

Learned That Even if I read Books Later on you Can mark Them as Read and the Year 2016 or something even if it's

2017 and That'll Show up on your Reading Challenge

so then I set my reading Challenge For like 30 Books that Year and Thinking that the Books that I read I

Would Put in The 2016 Challenge?

Team No doubt 2016 South the year that this Happened but for example and

It Worked out well and then the Widget showed up all complete and I was all happy because you know

I want to know Complete and Then I

Had The Problem of I was Reading Books for last year's Challenge I didn't Think the next Year's Challenge and again I

Guess i like to Make Problems for Myself and my Reading life and Career Because I

Didn't Change my challenge again when I knew it was Incomplete for that Year?

So this Year I am Working, on last Year's Challenge and so I don't even I think I finished last

Year's Challenge But I haven't even Set a new one For this Year I

Know it's a lot that's A lot, it's a long story but. I don't really know how my reading challenges are Gonna Work out

But I hope They do because I feel very

Satisfied When I see A completed Reading challenge so this Year I might even Put. Just like 5 Books

you Know I read more Than 5 Bucks This Year of Course but that's Just like and

Yeah I don't even Know what the Question, was but I?

Try to Complete my Reading Challenges and if I don't i finish them the next Year and then Cause Problems for Myself in Definitely

Number for The Covers of a series you love do not Match how do you cope um

How do I cope I don't I

Can't Think of a series that I love that the Covers don't Match thank God but I guess I guess what I probably

Do is i put the Covers that Match in A row and then A cover that

Doesn't Match Have it like Facing Outwards to ward

I guess the viewer of my Shelves so that

It Almost Looks Like They're Different Series and I kind of ignore that they're Supposed to be the same so

Yes that's a good way of Coping but I don't know I'm Just so Thankful but None of my favorite Series are Like that

Number Five Everyone and Their Mother Loves the book you, really, don't like who do you Bond with over Shared Feelings

Uh-Huh I

Think There's Always People on Booktube that aren't going to like one Book i mean I think you'll always be able to find A fellow

Book Cater for Glover Or Whatever

So i'd probably

Just search the Community Sure yes Look for Batteries of a Book

I don't know I'm Pretty Easy to please With Books so I'm not like

Well I hate that Book so much or Anything I just kind, of like yeah that was an ok, Book, so?

Probably That

But I also have some Friends in School that like to Read and they Are much more Judgmental of Books than I am like so

My Friends hate This Election and it Breaks my little Heart but I probably

Have them Read the book and Know that they're Probably I'm Just like it and then be like

Oh isn't that Book Terrible but I guess that's how

I'D go about it number six is you are Reading a book and you are about to start Crying in Public how

do you deal I

Take Deep Breaths like Lots of Deep Breaths and I tell Myself

It's not real and then a part of my brain Goes no it's real other Pretty rooms like some real Lot

Of Stuff Going on in There I don't know I guess I do want some Deep Breathing and

Kind of Take a Break and

Maybe Get on my Phone

I guess that kind of ruins the Reading Experience

I'm not gonna lie I remember that in Eighth grade I was on this Field trip to big bend it's This National Park in Texas

And it's Gorgeous There but it's a really Long Bus Ride from Where

My Videos so it was like eight Hours or something Crazy with a, bunch of Kids Middle School Boys

Think About that it was Terrible but I

Had A Fuckin Thing I think it

Was one of the Thunder Bass Books and I literally Almost Started sobbing

It was so Sad you know Sara Joint mass is writing Is incredible so i'm like about to stop but I'm like, no it's

Not Really Happening Just Take A Deep Breath like don't think about it Look out the Window it's pretty

Rocks I don't know it's a desert I

Just Kind of Try to Talk Myself Down and Be like don't think about it don't think About it think About it

Wait until You're in your Tent and you Can cry, alone

That Was big bend Number seven Is a sequel of a book you love it Just

Came out but You've Forgotten A lot from the prior Novel will you reread the book, skip the Sequel try

To find Us an Office on Goodreads Crying in Frustration um

Probably Crying Frustration and Honestly it happens to me Actually A Lot because sometimes you

Don't even Like have the Money to get the next Book in The Series and Then

You're like Great I forgot everything it's Been What a year Two years

oh my gosh it's more Than two years like Fifth Wait for me

I had the Infinite See you still haven't Read it and I don't know how I'm going to Read that Book ever but

It's just so much stuff and i'm Still Gonna Read it I just don't know how it's like a really good Reading

Life hat Bro my slow Readers out There Or readers With not enough Money to get the next Book Immediately when it Comes out Is

If I can find some online and leave them Down Below but They are my Saving Grace Number eight you do not want Anyone

Anyone A Borrowing of your Books how do you Politely Tell People nope when, they Ask I

Definitely Had A problem With this more Middle School because that's When I had the most like Reader

Friends They Always want to Borrow my books and A lot of mine were Signed

And the first off I Keep my books in Really good Condition like

I'm super

Adamant About Them Singing and Like the Condition that I buy Them in The Bookstore and When I go to the bookstore I have to

I look so weird When I get out the Bookstore I'm Gonna Buy a book, Because I check Every Corner of the Book every

Like lying Every This There Can't Be Any wrinkles There Can't Be Anything Wrong With Aerials of a literally to not Buy the Book

so i want my books to Stay in Perfect Condition and I've Loaned People Books in the Past and it come Back in

My Heart Terrible Condition

Is so heartbreaking Is it's like Dude You Just ruined Like my beautiful

Like Practically New Book that I just got from Barnes & Noble and Literally it Looks like I just like

Got it from a thrift Store in Horrible Condition With Thank you thank you so much

so

So Yeah I Definitely get Salty

When People ruin my books so I don't want Mountainy Morris then I get like it's Hard

But A friend ruins your Boat, be like, oh?

Nothing's Wrong but Really so much is Wrong and they They

Don't know They're like Nonetheless Or that they Just Totally like Sacrifice your Book

You're Like Really Butthurt About it and They Just Literally Think, oh Whatever it's a book so I

Just don't Loan Books out even My mom my sister Afraid to Borrow Books for me then what am I, oh

No Seriously you Can Borrow it Just Take Really good care of it

When you're Reading it you Can't drink Anything when you're Reading it and you can't leave it on your bed you can't leave it Anywhere

You Have to very Carefully put it back on the Bookshelf like

There There Like Terrified of me so i just tell people like, oh I don't really

Loan out Books Cuz I've Had some Bad Experiences in the Past and A

Lot of Them are signed Or something like that so i tried abused nice as i can while, also being like

Strong Because I've, also Had People did I Say that and They're like, oh?

I won't do Anything and you're like I know you'll Probably ruin it

Your eyes might not be able to Detect the little

Little Defects On a book but to my eyes

Number nine is Reading a, dd you picked up and put Down Five Books in the Past Month how, do You get

Over your readings Up I

Don't Entirely I think it's Really hard to get Rid of One

Fully But I think There's things that you can do to Work Through them I have a whole Reading some Video on how to Read

More and Get on for Reading Some and I'll link that down Below but

It's Just I try to stop Watching so much TV

I try to put Down Any Books that I don't like and only Read Books like I do like but I guess

You're Having A hard Time Finding one Like that there's not much you can, do so how do you flips Help A lot for me

They Get all like the Video I go more in Depth

Number Ten There are so Many new Books Coming out that you are Dying at to read how Many do you actually Buy um

Depends on the Time of the Year if it's Around my Birthday I Buy a lot

If it's Around Christmas I Buy A lot but if it's any other Time of the Year I probably

Won't even Get to Buy a single one so I

I Definitely Feel like A lot of Books do Come out in The Fall my Birthday Is in August and

Christmas Is Christmas you know December so i usually get much of my fault Books I always go to

A book festival that happens in The Fall where i live and

There's All These Amazing Books that I went by and a lot

of Them Are

So my Parents Are Kind of to Buy them all for me and I get them signed and Then I wrapped Them in Christmas Paper

In October and We Stack Them up and my parents closet and then when the tree goes UP and Around november

We put Them all under the Tricky so kind of A weird System but It Works out Really?

Well and then it like Makes Gift-Giving, Really, Easy, Because my Parents are like

We Already Butter oliver gifts in October and They, were all booked so now we are covered she?

Was like Twenty gifts under the Tree?

We're Good

so number Eleven Is

After You've Bought the new Books you can't Wait to Get - How Long do they sit on Yourself before you get to them

Oh my Gosh I'm Too Ashamed to even Probably Guess

When I was Younger I don't have Such a, giant Tbr Pile I would Say They Probably lasted like

Max One Month Pushing it Two Months of Bright Get to Reading them that's what that was Terrible?

Oh my Gosh i'm Such a book Hoarder I have ten Books that I haven't Read

Middle School me Could only See Myself Now I swear I

Have like 150 Books on my TBr I

Think I

Did a TV of Shame Tag and I think I counted them all which Is my lord that took a long Time to film so

I would guess Now I don't even want to Say like a year I

Haven't Even Gotten To with my giant TV Arra like that Literally tells you that I haven't Gotten To books that I've Purchased

Literally When I was in Eighth grade?

Like that Is that is Terrifying I have had I mean I met a junior in High School right now so

11th Grade and in Some of Those Books I've got in Eighth grade Maybe even Seventh grade so if you Think About it

78 each A 9th and 10th and 11th at is four Years on my Shelf

That Bestop wasn't even There Four Years Ago I move Those all that is Just?

Kind of Frightening and I try not to Let my mind go There that is all for my reader problems you Can tell like

Kind of have A Lot and I try not to let Them get to me Because I think They're all Really Funny

so and I love that in The Reader Community I can, be like, oh my gosh that giant TV Although and Everyone's like

Ahaha, like Totally Slugs right and then you Can Say that in the real

World Or in A Non-Reader Community a non-Reader Setting and People will Literally

Be like that is the Most unrelatable Thing that I have ever heard I just Think that's Fascinating and

And i think it's so cool that it's so easy for us to Bond

Over Just like The silliest Things and I love it every Member

Englishmatt This Past Year my english teacher Said i highly doubt that Anyone in Here Reads in Their free Time and

Y'all Just like don't do that Anymore

Like as a generation and

You Just Said he, was like I would be very Surprised if Any of you read much and I was sitting There like?

Don't Say Thing, don't Say Anything, don't Say Anything I think it's so Funny how

There's I Guess This Mainstream Population that doesn't read much or Nearly as much as I thought that the general Population

Did and then

There's This Group of Us and we're like

So obsessed With Reading and so Consumed by it that's all We Talk about me I think

We're Watching like Videos right now Just Talking About

Books and Not Even Books in Particular This is Literally Just about what it's like to be a reader and like my problems that I

Have it's so

so Funny and Silly and I

Just Think it's so Funny that, We find Things like this so entertaining and other People

Would Rather Watch Paint dry and I just it's so Funny so?

Yeah I don't know Where I'm going With that I just Think that that's something so interesting to think About

So thank you for Watching at my book Tag Portion of this Video and I'm Gonna Start Talking About this super cool

Reading Life that I got so first up i'd like to thank the Company that sent this to me I love it so much and

I'm so thankful that I had the chance to try this Product out so this is a Clip on Reading at lamp

Clip Onto your Book and it is rechargeable it's Led and it has Three levels of Brightness Which I love Because if you're Reading

Toward Night you

Don't Really want great bright light you Just want a little something to Help when you're Reading and so it's touch sensitive so

you Tap Once Here

For The first Level of light One More Time for the second Level and One Time for the Third Level and Then When

You're Done you just flick it off I was super Hyped When I saw This as such since it is I was like?

Black in This Thing it was so Funny but I love this baby I haven't used it Actually A lot for Schoolwork Which

It's kind of Random but my friends and I love Going to Study and our Theater

We have This Really Cool Theater and We always go Just Kind of like like little Alleyways Behind the Stage and

Little Nooks and Crannies and it's so just cozy and it has the Best Study vibes Ever

It was Reminds Us to fall even in The spring, We just Always Think it's like the best Fall

All vibes There it's Amazing and the only Problem to say it's Pitch Black Dark

So it's Nice and Cold and Dark and Cozy and We have Lots of Fun Study in There but the lighting is Terrible

I always end up hurting my eyes

Sometimes I use the Flashlight on my Phone I'm like have a friend Sign it on Whatever I'm doing or all kind of like Position

Myself in an odd way to get the lighting right so

Having This light, was A super big, Game-Changer that all my friends were Really Jealous so now

We're Going to find Reading lights of Their Own to do your studying with Which is a really cool other Use for

Reading Lights But I have tried x my thickness Onto Books as

Well to Read and it Works Really Really Nicely?

I do recommend using this Lamp on Hardcover Books Rather Than Paperbacks if you can

Because if You're Like Me and you really Care, about the Quality of your Books something like a clamp

Like this Could Kind, of like Wrinkle a Paperback A bit and bend it Up and

You, don't want that so hardbacks These things don't even Affect if You Take the covers Off and

You Have them kind of neat Good or Whatever

So that it's a really good tip but I have used this on Paperbacks I tried it and it Really

Doesn't Affect it at all like it just so imperceptible

The Little Kind of Bending that you could on the Book but like if you

Don't Care About your Books that much it Really it's like Hardly noticeable so yeah I love this Lamp

I will link in the Downbar below Where you can

Buy Off of Amazon I think it's like Twenty Twenty-Five Dollars Which Is a really good

Deal so I will put that in The Description of this Video Thank you so much for Watching I just

I don't I feel Bad because I haven't Had a chance to Reply to comments very, Well Or very Quickly or very often These Days

But I just want you to know I

Read Every Single Comment I have YouTube Notify me With every Single Comment and I immediately Read Them on my Phone

And i Appreciate them that's so

So much I just Feel like People are always like Talking to me and Stuff About books and I'm Always

Feel like I'm Always Engaged and Reading Book

Conversations and it Makes Me so happy when I'm at school between Classes to like get a little Thing like

Oh I love that Book, or that Book Covers my favorite two or, oh have you checked out This Book

Cover it's so Pretty and I always like Google it and

Finland 1945 funny square banknotes - Duration: 7:17.

you hello people oh my God look at these look at these banknotes oh they're nice

actually another day just plain looks like they're on actually cowboy and

there's banknotes Finland and the first thing you'll know is that they pretty

much just the one color and they're all like this okay you see the first thing

you need to know about inline banknotes is that they have this little eye or

litt be up to day and also this thing there's a large range of signature

varieties mm-hmm I think in this five marker alone it's probably bad 20 a nice

spin over I think up to nineteen fifties mid fifties now at this time period they

also had coins for these banknotes as well but considering Finland lost the

Second World War technically well the Russians couldn't

beat them but they signed up arms this with Russia and they had to supply

shitload of material to Russia or the Soviet Union as it was then so I assume

that these banknotes were introduced in the circulation because of a shortage of

coins as a lot of the metals would have been diverted to producing everything's

so on this one we have a fur which is a large plant The Grocer northern

hemisphere we don't have any of these plants in Australia okay it's a nice

pattern on the side then below since 1945 these are all day to night

it just says the coat of arms it's bit hard to see and the coat of

arms is a lion but on the other bank Lancer should be over set and security

fraid we can probably just make it out looks like squeeze okay and here's a tin

maka I read the I again prefix T same thing but this one there's a point in

the middle and same with the 20 has a point as well these have a nice security

Fred oh no here's a better version of coat of arms but these are oh yeah looks

like swastikas in a watermark but it's been hard to my count maybe it's just

squeeze no anyway he's at 20 this is pretty bait up I'm pretty used save that

the blue makes the image stand out a lot better you know he's the coat of arms

you can't really tell much of it okay 50 marker oh you can see the coat of arms

quite easily here Brown Bank no this is a litlle again prefix a pretty beat up

funny thing about this is this a square and Norway in Sweden at this time also

issued square banknotes the same size to these kind of reverser has her male on

female looks like he doesn't industry and she does probably fishing or

something not sure she has a hook in a hand maybe they're butchers don't know

if you know what these people were please leave a comment down below

there'll be great me okay sooo oh yeah looks like squeeze again it's a

water man yeah not bad no and here we have 100 i

yeah i Erie's a 500 1000 marker badeah quite expense you so open actually got

them at the moment okay so this is a litlle the next one is

lit be as you can see lick a lip thing so it is probably issued over different

time periods different signatures look at these two these are both lip bang but

the prefix on the serial number here's a different one is one letter

yeah one is two letters yeah the doesn't like there's any water marks in this one

but it does have a coloured freedom and this one doesn't have any colored red oh

yeah has water mark triangles so maybe this was issued first and there's a

devaluation of the finland marker continued they done away of the

watermark and just put paper in the back he saying female with a line and she's

got something on the back of there lying there

maybe she's arrived the line oh this is nunya who she's right now lion she has a

sword maybe her name is Finlandia

these this one was replaced by coin in 1956 the 50 was really like place by

coin in 1952 and these three had coins issued in 1928 mm D 5 was renewed in

1946 or reissued in D 10 and 20 were reissued in 1952 but as I said before

they already had coins in circulation 1929 okay so thank you very much

and I hope you like these banknotes and let me know what you think of this

square design okay

How to Get Motivated | COFFEE TALKS - Duration: 8:45.

(music playing)

I just spilled coffee on me

That was really hot!

We'll just ignore that...

Okay, so!

I was inspired by one of my favorite gals on YouTube to

introduce a new segment called Coffee Talks, so I love coffee I

Can't really say I love talking so I just want to sit down and share like how to get inspired how to get motivated

Just really have an uplevel your life, and what better way to do that than over coffee, right?

Something that has really been on my heart to share lately is the importance of

Casting a vision and and this is something I've had a lot of conversations with lately with my team

with just so many people about the importance of

You know really truly sitting down and thinking about your life, and and envisioning what it is that you want

It's just really easy to lose that passion and that drive and it's so unfortunate you have to work on

every single relationship

including

the one you have with yourself and

I think that's often the one that gets neglected the most you basically become used to the pain

And and I speak that from experience.

Following grad school. I moved to San Antonio where I took a job

That I

love the people there, but I didn't love the job at all I

cried every

Single day going into work

My husband well, now husband, fiance at the time

He just really encouraged me to find something outside of

Work to focus on and that's when I rediscovered my love of fitness

I I had worked in a school so during the summer I had the summer completely off I decided that I would

study for my personal training certification and

Once I started doing that just saw these these dreams and visions for my life

And how it could be I was so excited about life and about living for the first time in

Literally ten years and I cannot tell you what that means what that

What that feels like

when you've been

Just in the dark for so long that you become so accustomed to it. You don't even know you're in the dark anymore and

then suddenly a

Windows cracked and you realize that there is so much

Light on the other side if you have the tiniest sense of you know I could be doing something more

or something different you know if

Just whatever your heart is called for really

Pay attention to that and then take the action steps necessary in order to make that happen

what I suggest doing is getting crystal-clear on that vision taking some serious time and

Writing out in detail what you want for your life

And and what you know and truly believe is going to happen

So if when we're just too scared to really

Go after it. You know it we have nothing stopping us

But our minds and so when you take away that fear and just truly sit with what it is you want for your life

Write it out and just you know study that every single day

Create that vision for your life feel it. You know what close you're going to wear

You know what car you're going to be driving, but you know you're going to be doing with your friends

How you're going to spend every second of your day like what is it that you want in that your life?

craves? where do you really truly see yourself or want to see yourself five or ten years from now and then write a letter to

yourself or

create a vision board

that's what I love doing I put stuff up there that I want to take action on and

You know stuff that I know that I truly see is going to happen for my life

it's not enough to just throw some pictures up on you know a cork board or a poster board or a

Pinterest board whatever it is... That's not enough! you actually have to spend time with it and study it and figure out

What is hindering you like?

Inside, in your heart in your mind like what is it That's holding you back?

Is it negative self-talk is it doubt is it fear if it's fear? fear of what? your failure, fear

Success? I know for a long time. I really did fear success

I would

Self-sabotage because I didn't necessarily want to succeed because what what happened

You know would people talk about me like fear of not being accepted or whatever like it

There's so many things you can be afraid of until

You face them, and you realize there's nothing to worry about because what happens when people don't accept you

Bye

I'm sorry you can love them from afar. You really can and you have to learn how to do that

You can't let other people's negative opinions get to you. I saw the best quote this morning. It said

one of the last time you saw hater doing better than you I

Love that because it's so true

So just you know what?

Love them keep on loving them because they can add fuel to your fire like nothing else use that as fuel to

Prove them wrong get with people who truly believe in you if you don't have

That tribe that community like shoot reach out to me like I love

People who are going after it going after their dreams what they believe in we are not guaranteed

anything on this earth

Whatsoever not even another second, so if I can encourage you to do anything

It's to not give two flying craps about what anyone else does or does or thinks?

About you living out your passion why not give your dream of shot

Seriously spend time in that vision get yourself motivated get with people who believe in you and go

after it so

That is all I have for today's coffee. Talk got really deep you know we're hitting this coffee talk, like really so

Thank you so much for listening like it really means a lot to share that because I do believe that

We are given these stories for a reason and you know our mess truly can become our message

I would honestly seriously love to know what you think about this because this is

It's difficult to share my story, so just let me know what you thought about it

You know hit that subscribe button give this a thumbs up. I want to hear how this impacts you

I want to hear what's going on in your life, so let's connect and

Get to know each other more. That's really why I'm doing. This is to share and inspire and connect

I'll talk to you all very very soon

How To Practice Golf In A Hotel Room Without Any Equipment - Duration: 7:14.

Hello.

I'm Brian Fitzgerald The Golf Doctor.

And as you can see I am no where near a golf course.

In fact I am up in Queensland staying in the Novotel Twin Waters Resort and we are here

for the PGA Golf Coaching Expo.

So it ah got me thinking.

There are people that travel all the time and I have clients that say I really can't

practice because I have been traveling and I don't take my clubs.

So here I am in a hotel room.

And it's a very nice Hotel room and a great golf course if ever you are interested in

coming on a holiday.

But I have got no golf clubs.

But I am going to show you how you can actually practice golf in a hotel room without any

golf equipment.

Stay tuned.

[MUSIC]

So here we are in a hotel room.

No golf equipment and I've found a few ways that we can actually practice in a hotel room.

So let me see how many I can find and then I would be interested in what you have to

say.

So the first thing we can do is we can get a cushion.

So here is the bed.

A nice little red throw on the bed.

So we can actually take our set up.

Simulating good posture.

From that position there we can actually throw the cushion.

So if I throw this straight.

It's going to land on top of the throw.

And that's connecting my hands with my body.

So it's actually a really good drill to do.

I'm staying connected and all of the muscles are being used together.

And if I start using the wrong parts of my body.

I am going to throw it and it is going to miss the throw and it might even miss the

bed.

So it's really important to get the posture and behind me here is a mirror.

You can't see it on the camera but I can check my posture in the mirror.

Every hotel room has a mirror.

So we will do that again.

Nice posture, and I just throw and it lands on top of the throw.

Ok.

The second way is we could actually use a towel.

So I have ust got the hotel towel.

And I have rolled it up.

I can make it just roll it up a bit tight.

And from here I can actually get my posture and then I can practice swinging and gradually

rotating.

I don't want the towel to be vertical.

I don't want it to be horizontal.

I want it somewhere between the two.

And that's helping me get the vision of the golf swing and the plane of my golf swing

runs on.

You can just do that.

That's a simple way and every hotel has a towel.

The next thing we can do is I have searched in the wardrobe and I have got a coat hanger.

So from a coat hanger I can just practice I just grip the bottom of the coat hanger

there.

You can see it.

And from here I just practice my swing trying to keep control and let my hands arms and

shoulders all work together.

If I get it wrong the coat hanger is going to go that way.

I want to work it up a little more vertical and then come down and a little bit more vertical.

And we don't just have to use a coat hanger.

And if we want to we have got a nice tube of shampoo here so we can actually use the

shampoo as well.

So I can get the shampoo going up and down if I want to.

I have got a hair brush.

The same thing.

So you can work on whatever is available to you.

They are all great things.

Now the other thing you can do is I have a remote control for the tv.

So what I do here is I have got my remote control and I practice my grip.

I have got my left thumb going down that part of the grip.

I am going to take my right put my right hand on the on the remote control.

I want it to be there.

I don't want it to be that way.

I want it to be be just off center.

I don't want it to be down like that I just want it to be off center so I get the feeling

that my hand is on top of the club.

If you are left handed it's the same thing.

Right thumb goes down there and yu want the left thumb to go over the top.

So that's simulates the grip.

So I can easily practice taking my grip.

I can do it when I am watching television and then I can also practice taking my swing.

Seeing what a proper grip feels like.

The other one we have got is a hair dryer.I wish I could use it for my hair but there's

not too much of that left.

So I was thinking how can I use a hair dryer?

So we haven't done any short game work.

So I can actually take my putter grip And we get into my putting posture.

I will throw that cord just around my shoulder there.

And if I take the hairdryer back nice and smooth.

That's giving me a nice putting stroke.

If I start to get quick.

The putter swings like that.

So we want to keep it nice and smooth all the way through.

That actually feels pretty good.

And the last one we have got is the door jam.

I have got a nice little entrance way in here.

I can stand in the middle of it.

I can grab the remote control, the shampoo, the hair brush, the coat hanger.

It doesn't really matter what I am grabbing.

I'll do both for that matter.

But from here if I swing that way and my club hits the wall.

I know I am swinging too much inside the line.

So from here I should be able to swing and not make contact with the wall.

That's giving me the right swing plane.

So that works quite well.

So now there is no excuse for anyone not to practice their golf inside a hotel room.

You don't need golf equipment.

Just look around.

There's always something around.

So have I missed any?

Are there things you actually use when you go and travel?

I'd love to hear so put them in the comments below.

Thank you for letting me help you with your golf.

ENAMOUR RECORDS presents - BRENTON GARDNER performing "SPRING IN INDIANA" - Live in the Garden - Duration: 4:52.

Would you listen to the words When I sing about the

Way our castle crumbled

Baby girl

Because every song that I wrote in the dark well they've,

All been left unheard

And there's a splinter in my mind that I pulled at

Landed me in trouble and it's crazy girl

How all the best and the worst of our cursed

They've all been left unearthed

She said 'oh would you hold me?

because you're the only one who really knows me

and winters coming and I get lonely

until the summer comes again

until the summer comes again'

And I was born and I was bread in the cold

snow set in my bones and it changed me girl

and all the sense in the sun in the summer

they won't ever learn my name

But like the wolves that go wander in the blizzard you gonna hear it when I call you

Baby girl

There's still a breath in the fire in my lungs from a

thousand miles away She said

oh would you hold me?

because you're the only one who really knows me

and winters coming, I get lonely

until the summer comes again

I just need somebody to numb the pain

I just need somebody to numb the pain

I just need somebody to numb the pain

I just need somebody to numb the pain

Until the Spring in Indiana
