The Diary of a Fitness Couple with Catharina Wahl & Robin Balogh - BioTechUSA - Duration: 16:09.

I'm Robin Balogh, IFBB Men's Physique athlete.

Last year I won Mr. Olympia, and currently I'm preparing for the Arnold Classic Europe to be held in Barcelona on 23 September.

It's a special occasion for me because now I'm preparing for the competition with my girlfriend KATIKA,

as she will also compete in the Arnold Classic amateur bikini fitness category.

We are helping each other to prepare, both in the gym and at home with the right diet, and we motivate each other;

we really put a lot of effort into helping each other in the preparation.

For me, first thing in the morning is to take the most important vitamins,

vitamin C, calcium-magnesium, and I also use natural diuretics, such as Desert, and vitamin B

these are the most important vitamins for me.

I normally take them with a glass of water, with a half or a quarter of a lemon squeezed into it.

It gets my morning metabolism started and increases fat burning.

Kata and I do the shopping together,

mostly

but this time I overslept

little, and it was nice to wake up and find that

Kata had gone to do the shopping.

I fist met her at the dinner after a competition that is, a banquet;

she caught my eyes, she was beautiful, very attractive, and I couldn't just let her go.

We started talk and get to know each other, and now we're living in Hungary.

We found happiness more than 3 years ago, and we both feel really great.

Kata is doing most of the work in the kitchen

I'm just helping her.

i just prepare the plates, cut up some stuff

Kata is the main cook in the kitchen.

Every time before we leave,

we take our usually pre-workout drink, which is Supernova,

our common favourite.

I take my BCAA and glutamine to every training session.

I mix the two – they're the most important amino acids I take during workout, apart from one or two spoonfuls of Whey Zero that I take after workout.

Today I did shoulders.

This is my favourite training day.

My shoulders are considered my strongest part,

and I, too, feel that I can lift the heaviest weights and exert the greatest power with my shoulders;

they are my dominant body part and that's why I like training them.

I start every shoulder workout with lateral raises

As currently I'm preparing for a competition and I'm on a diet,

I like burning as many calories as I can during the sessions,

so I do lots and lots of dropsets.

My second exercise is upright rows;

I like to do them with a wide grip so I can work on the sides of my shoulders without having to use the trapezius, too.

My next exercise is one-arm, low-pulley crossovers to the back of my shoulders, concentrated.

I like cable exercises because they pose a lesser risk of injury, and

I can focus on each muscle group much better.

My next one is a rear shoulder exercise, the proven incline lateral raises.

I prefer doing them with heavier weights, the same way as the side of the shoulders

3 sets of the 2 exercises, so I do altogether 7 sets of each head of my shoulders.

Going to the same gym as Kata is,

on the one hand, great

because she's close to me, , but, on the other hand, it's sometimes also hard

because she's attractive, men like looking at her and approach her, they sometimes ask her whether she needs any help, and that makes me a little jealous.

It's also true the other way round

ladies sometimes come to me for a little chat and to ask questions,

and then I see it in Kata's eyes that I'd better not respond.

I like changing my diet from competition to competition,

I like trying new things.

I've introduced a completely new thing into my current preparation

practically, from Monday to Friday, zero carbs,

and also minimum fat.

From Saturday morning to Sunday evening I can eat whatever I want,

and I don't just mean non-diet foods

but anything I like.

We always start with the Jacuzzi, spending 15-20 minutes there, talking,

relaxing, having a good time, discussing our daily affairs, massaging each other with a friend of mine or Kata, helping each other to relax.

Then comes the sauna – my favourite is steam sauna.

BEGINNING YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY - Duration: 6:00.

Hey everybody, and welcome to the video.

Today I'm talking to those of you that haven't started your weight loss journey yet.

Let's get into it.

So something I hear really often in the comments of this channel, or in the real world, is

people that haven't started losing weight.

Everyone's heard it.

I'm going to start on Monday, I'm going to start after I get back from this vacation,

I'm going to start after this family event.

Always postponing, always putting it off, and always starting it in the future.

And if you really want to take your weight loss seriously, and if you really want to

take your health seriously, you cannot have that attitude if you actually want to lose

the weight, and you actually want to keep the weight off.

This comes from a place of fear, and it comes from a place of laziness, and I'm not knocking

anyone here, I've been there too.

You're not alone, I think most of us start off that way.

But there's no reason you can't be losing weight right now, and if you're not, you obviously

don't want it for yourself.

Because losing weight is hard.

There aren't any easy shortcuts, or 3-week lose your belly fat sort of diets that are

going to work.

It takes hard work, it takes courage, it takes overcoming your fears, it takes everything

that you have.

And if you know that, and you're still not doing it, it's from a place of laziness or

complacency and you need to re-evaluate what you want from yourself and what you want for

your life.

Quit being afraid of what might happen if you actually work towards your goals and hit

them.

If you haven't started yet, but you're in the planning stages, there's no need to plan

before you start.

For everyone that watches the channel, you know I'm definitely a planner, and I'm a bit

of a perfectionist and I like to know what I'm getting into, but that strategy does not

work for weight loss.

You can plan until your blue in the face but until you actually start something it's all

useless.

And that planning to make the beginning of your weight loss journey perfect is just another

way that fear is getting into your brain because deep down I'm confident every single on of

you knows some sort of something you can start today that's going to get you one step closer

to your weight loss.

It's the hardest thing you'll ever do but it's not complicated.

Especially not in the beginning.

That's your time to learn as you go and to make those mistakes so you know when they

come up in the future when you're maintaining or in the later half of your weight loss journey

you know how to take care of and resolve that situation.

Mistakes are all just part of it.

So don't be afraid to do the wrong thing in the beginning.

Anything is going to be better than nothing.

And you always have me as a resource around here if you ever have questions about something

you want to try and we have an amazing community here that's more than willing to help everyone.

When I started to lose weight I had no idea what I was doing.

The first thing I did, I made a conscious effort not to eat out and I just tried to

cook all of my meals at home.

I figured that would be a good first step.

Most home cooked food is usually a little bit lower calorie than food you'd get out.

And then going forward, you learn how to eat out properly and you learn more of those techniques

later.

So it's not a permanent thing, but it's just a good start.

Another thing that I did, I used to have a lot of sugary drinks, and everyone knows soda

and sugary drinks and those sorts of things aren't good for you, so I tried to cut those

out and replace it with just water and coffee.

So those are a couple of things I did to start with, it's nothing that's going to get you

to the finish line, but it's a starting point.

It doesn't have to be perfect from the beginning.

It's not perfect for any of us, it's not perfect for me.

I started losing weight 6 years ago, and I've been maintaining for two, and I'm still learning

and adjusting every day.

So don't plan until you're blue in the face, just start something and keep an open and

learning mind and you'll definitely figure it out.

Every morning when I wake up I go through and I answer comments from the videos, and

I see all of these people.

I can see myself in them and that's what makes it so frustrating.

Don't wait to start, there's no benefit to that.

You're only hurting your timeline, and you're only hurting your progress.

Just do something, you've got me and a bunch of people here to help.

Just don't let fear and laziness control your life.

I did that for so long and coming out on the other side of that is just such a great feeling.

But that was all I wanted to say on the subject, it's a very hot and smoky day in Portland.

There were some wildfires nearby, it's a pretty crazy sight.

There's almost an orange tint and a haze in the sky, and it's incredibly hot out here.

But everything has been going very well on my end.

I've had so many good weight loss topics to cover for these, I felt like I haven't gone

into any of my other side interests or hobbies for everyone in quite a while, so maybe one

of the next episodes we'll go do a few other non weight loss topics I've been enjoying

lately.

Make sure to like the video if you enjoyed it, it really helps a lot and it helps the

channel grow.

And subscribe if you're not already, I put these out every Monday and I put other videos

out every Friday.

And if you're still around after all of this leave me a comment down below, let me know

what your thoughts are, any go-to tips or strategies for anyone that's struggling with

that first day, that first step.

I'd love to get that discussion going, but until next time, I will talk to you all later.

Have a good one.

Energy Overflow: GONE! Twitch Drops! Plains Release Date? Devstream 98 Recap N Review - Duration: 5:42.

Ahoy thar, Legion!

Tis the Monday after a Devstream so ya know we gotta Recap N Review for ya!

And quite the information-packed one it was!

For starters, Console Squad!

If the Hydroid rework and Corpus weapon pack update should be live for ya today!

Also has TennoGen and other fashionframe goodness you can have fun with, too.

On that topic TennoGen 10 is spooky themed and was confirmed to be releasing on Halloween!

One particularly nice piece for Valkyr, but I'll let ya see that when it goes live.

Deluxe Skins for several frames were showcased, from Octavia, Volt, and the soon to be released

Mag!

Bet Shy can't wait for a few copies of that Mag-sterpiece -_^

She'll likely arrive in time for Plains of Eidolon along with a new deluxe skin for tonfas

and a syandana!

Thankfully at least one department of DE is capable of giving Mag some love.

Let's try to soften the bad news with some good news first, shall we

Twitch is doing a great job promoting their platform and content creators by doing this

new programming thing that boosts interaction with viewers.

The short version for Warframe is, if you watch certain Warframe livestreamers you can

get free in-game items if you link up your game and twitch accounts.

It involves a new sigil, syandana and other things like if the streamer survives the night

the viewers get a reward, stuff like that.

Nifty ideas, we'll have to see where they go with it.

Okay, new fashion a decent cushion to brace yerself, lads Here goes Focus Rework is GO.

Operators are getting their customizable weapons and armor and they are gonna have arcanes

you can equip into that stuff to buff them... but to quote DE

Focus is now about your Operator with very little cross over to your Warframe.

So you will have to find alternate means for your energy regen for now.

So in the politest of terms Shadow Step and Energy Overflow are GONE.

As you can imagine this didn't go over too well, so they ended up backpeddling a bit

saying

we are definitely looking to include aspects of the loved focus passive possible in the

overhauled Arcanes

Which, while okaaay I'd rather it just be a passive at that point instead of being forced

to wear cosmetics.

Another idea they stated was

As an example of sorts for something we're playing with for Zenurik post-sledgehammer

Zenurik Energizing Dash Void Dash creates a zone that restores 2 energy a second to

allies over 16 seconds

Again, why not just make it a passive instead of something clunky, but I digress.

They also commented on how they would make Universal Vacuum, but players apparently don't

want it enough, but movin' right along--

The upcoming GlassFrame IS going to have a quest, and you can bet it'll have the now-standard

free riven bonus if you buy it outright,

but we got a look at it's new and improved skills

Her 1 is an impale skill shot you can hold down for more range and duration

Her 2 is an AoE glass shrapnel aura that can be cast on you, allies, or enemies

Her 3 is creates mirrors that taunt enemies into attacking them, but they reflect the

damage back.

After enough damage is soaked they all explode.

Her 4 is a toggleable molten glass ring that expands, covering and slowing enemies until

they lock in place.

Synergizes with her Impale and, from what I got out of it, causes a cone of damage behind

the enemy shattered.

Her passive seems a bit bleh, which seems is par the course these days,

but if you are in a bright area of the level you have a chance of blinding enemies.

Likely need to use an ability to trigger it, but it might change anyway.

In animation news, while six stances were their aim for the update, they can only confirm

four to ship with Eidolon

single sword, dual sword, polearm, and either dagger or dual dagger.

So I'm assuming one or the other is gonna be the fifth one they'll add eventually.

As for the Plains themselves we got a lot of decent details like the pet vendor will

sell things like feral or drahk skins for kubrows, assuming the same for kavats,

there's gonna be a daily job board with different tasks for rep and other rewards which scale

with difficulty that looks kinda cool,

You can't go negative rep with these guys either, which is convenient.

Higher the rep the better the loot you'll have access to,

plus talking to villagers can sometimes net you their favorite hangout or even fishing

spots getting unlocked on your map.

They did show off how mining is gonna work, basically you get a design and then you need

to trace it by memory with a laser.

Apparently these nodes can spawn on any rock material, so caves and crags would be a good

place to look,

though we can pop a Breath of the Wild scanner on the things to show up on the mini-map which

is nice.

Combat was the final part of the stream, ranging from Outposts to Operators and even the Eidolons

themselves.

Enemies can trigger backup via flares, different colors mean different reinforcements to deal

with.

Dynamic Missions are basically short-lived alerts that can spawn during your play session

to spice things up.

In the one shown on stream spawn pods were sent from space alongside dropships supplying

quite the firefight you needed to keep at bay.

The further away from town the higher the difficulty and rewards, but the really hard stuff goes on at night.

Giggity.

Eidolons are completely immune to damage at first so need to pry off their armor first

as a Combat Operator, though they left that for us to see in person.

When IS Plains of Eidolon gonna ship

This week? Maaaaybe.

They didn't give a date, but before October is pretty likely.

I wouldn't bet on it myself as ya can't spell delay without DE but it is a pretty safe bet.

Aiming to get this to Console Squad before the end of the year as well!

So whaddya think, Legion? Anything ya like or even love

Lemme know in the comments below.

I like the general news and vibes I'm getting from this update, so fingers crossed it arrives

with minimal bugs and as soon as possible!

Can't wait to get muh fishin' on!

And maybe the mining stuff too, as I tend to be drawn to the gathering aspects of games.

The pack rat is most definitely strong with this one.

Got another co-op with Misses set for Friday and a Rant Roundup for next Monday unless

they release the update before then. But we'll play it by ear we'll--we'll see. We'll see!

But until then, thank-you for watching and catch you next time, Legion!

Take care!

Fantasy character sound design with Dehumaniser and Reformer - Duration: 6:29.

Hi, my name is Alex Mars, I am a tutor at XSSR Academy online music school and

you're watching an XSSR Video Blog. I am making sounds for the very

interesting game that is a tower defense style. The game is about a

fantasy world with magical creatures such as Golems, Gryphons, zombies, yetis

and so on. I need to create an attack, spawn, and death sound for each creature.

Most of the time I needed to record sounds with my voice. As you can hear,

my voice mostly suits the sound for a gnome or an elf but not really for a huge

angry creature. Yet every character sound is used with my processed voice.

To make such sounds you can use many different plugins, however the best and

simplest way is to process your sounds with Dehumaniser by Krotos.

You can make your voice sound like a goblin or even a huge ogre and other monsters

with this plugin. First I recorded some sounds relying on the character

animations. Don't be shy! Try and make your sound like a real monster. Next,

I need to process the rough signal with Dehumaniser. Let's listen to the presets.

They will meet your needs most of the times. You can also create many

different timbres with just presets.

You can choose from Gowls and Roars, Dialogs and Experimental categories.

I personally prefer creating my own unique processing chain. The resulting

sound depends not only on chosen presets but rather the recording itself.

The processing chain is made with a modular system.

You may choose some of these modules and create a chain for your needs.

There are Ring modualtor, Flanger/chorus, Pitch Shifter, Delay Pitch shift,

Noise generator, Scrubbing Convolution, Spectral shifting, Sample trigger and even vocoder

modules you can set up and customise. For example,

I recorded a high pitch sound processed with Dehumaniser for a character called the Bat.

Now the squeak is more like a creature, not like me.

By the way, Krotoses products is also used in many big titles.

You probably heard most of them. Now, this technology is in your hands.

After Dehumaniser I also add some layers to the sound. For example,

the attack sound has a whoosh sound and impact sounds.

You can download a demo version of the plugin at krotosaudio.com

A few months ago Krotos released their new interesting plugin called Reformer.

The plugin changes your voice or any other sound into a Leopard, Tiger or even

vegetable sounds in real time. Let's say, for example, you have a video with animals.

It is quite hard to record a sound which fits the picture.

All you need to do is to record your voice over the video. Reformer will do the job for you.

This is a very useful plugin to make foley sounds for game cut-scene or films.

Just choose the right library and record any sounds with your voice.

I found a very interesting example on the Krotos youtube channel about adding

some texture to the sounds of dropping boxes. You might think, this is simple,

but making sounds for a picture is quite harder than you think. With the Reformer

plugin it much simpler and the result is easy to customise. The good news is that

Reformer is free to download along with Black Leopard library. All additional libraries

can be downloaded for a very reasonable price. I hope my video helps you

understand how to make creatures sounds for your game or film. All links to the download are in the description of this video.

Don't forget to subscribe to watch more videos like this one.

My name is Alex Mars. I'll see you soon!

Why Intel Stopped Using Processor Numbers [Byte Size] | Nostalgia Nerd - Duration: 6:37.

The IBM Personal Computer, model number 5150.

It's a machine I often start with, and for good reason, because it's the forefather of

every IBM PC compatible we have today.

Created in 1981, using mostly off the shelf parts, the central processor chosen to be

the core of this technology was Intel's 8088, clocking in at an impressive 4.77Mhz.

Itself a descendant of the Intel 8008, which itself was the successor to the Intel 4004,

released in 1971; Intel's first commercially available microprocessor.

Even before this, Intel had used numbering for it's components which correlated to an

in house code.

The first digit indicated the process technology used, the second it's generic function and

the final two digits, the sequential number identifying the component's development.

Intel's new microprocessors would break from this norm a little, with designer Federico

Faggin leapfrogging a few numbers to avoid disrupting the numbering applied to groups

of compatible components, after all, this was a micro-processor and could handle many

tasks by itself.

To form it's own compatible family of components, the 4001 control memory, 4002 data storage

and 4003 bus expansion chips were also created.

This numbering would continue with Intel's subsequent microprocessors; the 8086, 80186,

80286, 80386 and 80486, with each new design jumping 100, to indicate the ushering in of

a new phase but after that, things changed.

Why?

Both Intel and Advanced Micro Devices were setup by ex-employees of Fairchild Semiconductor;

a company which started in 1957 and ruled the Silicon Valley roost throughout the 1960s,

so when Intel started creating Microprocessors in large numbers it created an industry standard

"second source" programme whereby AMD would assist in the production of their processors.

A deal was instigated where both companies could have access to technology and act as

second sources for each other, so in exchange for access to their processors, Intel wanted

something equivalent in return from AMD, but by the time the Intel 386 was ready, Intel

decided AMD seemed to have little on the table, and actually rejected their Quad Pixel Display

Manager chip, somewhat breaching their good faith.

From 1985, Intel took the decision to manufacture all 386 chips completely under their own initiative,

bypassing the second source deal.

This exclusivity meant that protecting their processors from infringement, was suddenly

more pertinent.

This was especially true when AMD successfully managed to create their own 386 clone through

reverse engineering of Intel's chip a few years later.

Intel got wind of this through a tale stranger than fate.

AMD's marketing manager, Mike Webb was checked into a hotel in Sunnyvale California, awaiting

a package.

Curiously, an Intel engineer, also by the name of Mike Webb was staying at the same

hotel, and lo and behold, the package was accidentally delivered to him, rather than

the AMD Mike.

The literature in this package gave away the 386 game and Intel quickly sought to sue AMD

for infringement.

To me this sounds like an intentional plant by Intel, and AMD would later query the integrity

of this course of events.

In the mean time, it meant AMD had to delay their processor release until, in March 1991,

the Judge sided with AMD, having created their chip using their own process and declaring

the 386 trademark itself as too generic.

AMD also argued that due to the earlier contract between the two companies, they had the right

to use Intel's microcode for subsequent x86 chip generations.

This created further lawsuits until the end of 1994, and also lead to Intel creating the

"Intel Inside" marketing campaign to enforce brand identity.

AMD would release their Am386 competitor in 1991, some 6 years after Intel and begin to

capture their own portion of the x86 market.

Intel would try and register both 486 and 586 but abandoned it's applications, even

attempting i586 but only seeking approval on the grounds that no exclusive claim to

use 586 stand-alone is made.

Enter Lexicon, a marketing company Intel gave the task of creating a name, which sounded

integral to the computer.

CEO David Placek initially thought up Pentagon, referencing the Greek number 5, indicating

this was the fifth generation of processor.

"Agon" was then changed "Ium", sounding more like Scientific - like an element, and in

March 1993, the Pentium brand was born, a brand name which by the late 90s would become

more recognisable than Intel itself.

Although not everyone appreciated it.

Other manufacturers would conveniently tow the 586 and 686 line in the wake of this,

before following suit with their own brands.

It was clear that there was power in the word, given that words are just easier to remember.

It's also clear that Intel do still like numbers, having resorted, in part at least, to using

them in their more contemporary range of processors, alongside specific usage guidelines, of course.

And that's it for this Byte size.

There's some links below if you fancy a bit more information on this.

Otherwise, have a great evening.

EVIDENCE SHOWING THE GERMANS WERE MAKING FLYING SAUCERS AS FAR B - Duration: 10:10.

EVIDENCE SHOWING THE GERMANS WERE MAKING FLYING SAUCERS AS FAR BACK AS 1941

A German newspaper recently published an interview with George Klein, famous German

engineer and aircraft expert, describing the experimental construction of flying saucers

carried out by him from 1941 to 1945.

Exotic technology has been around for a long time, and so have the agencies within the

Department of Defense that use it.

Just imagine what type of technology the NSA an intelligence agency whose existence

was denied until the mid-1960s was using in the 1950s.

Then theres the National Reconnaissance Office, which was founded in 1960 but remained

completely secret for 30 years.

Secret technologies have been wrapped up in the Black Budget and Special Access Programs

(SAPs) for years, and many of these SAPS remain unacknowledged by anybody within the government.

Theyre exempt from standard reporting requirements to Congress.

It is ironic that the U.S. would begin a devastating war, allegedly in search of

weapons of mass destruction, when the most worrisome developments in this field are occurring

in your own backyard.

It is ironic that the U.S. should be fighting monstrously expensive wars in Iraq and Afghanistan,

allegedly to bring democracy to those countries, when it itself can no longer claim to be called

a democracy, when trillions, and I mean thousands of billions of dollars have been spent on

projects about which both the Congress and the Commander in Chief have been kept deliberately

in the dark.

Former Canadian Defense Minister Paul Hellyer

When it comes to exotic aerial technology, there is no shortage of information.

For examine, in the mid-1920s, Townsend Brown discovered that gravitational mass and electric

charge are coupled.

He found that when a capacitor is charged to a high voltage, it moves toward its positive

pole.

This became known as the Biefeld-Brown effect, which, like many new concepts today

that challenge longheld belief systems (that then become scientific dogma), was opposed

by conventional-minded physicists of his time.

As Theodore C. Loder, a Professor Emeritus of Earth Sciences at the University of New

Hampshire, states:

The Pearl Harbor Demonstration.

Around 1953, Brown conducted a demonstration for military top brass.

He flew a pair of 3-foot diameter discs around a 50-foot course tethered to a central pole.

Energized with 150,000 volts and emitting ions from their leading edge, they attained

speeds of several hundred miles per hour.

The subject was thereafter classified.

Project Winterhaven.

Brown submitted a proposal to the Pentagon for the development of a Mach 3 disc shaped

electrogravitic fighter craft.

Drawings of its basic design are shown in one of his patents.

They are essentially large-scale versions of his tethered test discs.

German Flying Saucers

Here is an authentic image/story of a large UFO hovering over L.A., which was witnessed

by 1 million people.

Dubbed the Battle of Los Angeles, it was an event that showed us how the U.S. military

was learning to lie about UFOs, five years prior to the Roswell Incident.

During World War Two, multiple strange sightings occurred, of disc-shaped objects travelling

at incomprehensible speeds.

When the Associated Press and New York Times covered the topic in 1945, they speculated

the objects might be a new form of German weaponry.

There is no shortage of strange documents in the CIAs Freedom of Information Act

(FOIA) electronic reading room.

Many reveal the agencys efforts to keep tabs on the technological developments of

other countries, especially during and after World War II.

One document brings up a famous German engineer named Georg Klein, who, as the document states,

expressed that though many people believe the flying saucers to be a postwar development,

they were actually in the planning stage in German aircraft factories as early as 1941.

The document then goes on to mention an experiment described by Klein:

The flying saucer reached an altitude of 12,400 meters within 3 minutes and a speed

of 2,200 kilometers per hour.

Klein emphasized that in accordance with German plans, the speed of these saucers would

reach 4,000 kilometers per hour.

One difficulty, according to Klein, was the problem of obtaining the materials to be used

for the construction of the saucers, but even this had been solved by German engineers

toward the end of 1945, and construction on the objects was scheduled to begin, Klein

added.

Three Different Models

According to Klein, by 1944 the Germans had already built three saucers for testing.

Were these the foo fighters all of these American pilots were reporting?

The document describes the three disks:

One type actually had the shape of a disc, with an interior cabin, and was built at the

(unidentified) factories, which had also built the V2 rockets.

This model was 42 meters in diameter.

The other model had the shape of a ring, with raised sides and a spherically shaped pilots

cabin placed on the outside, in the center of the ring . . . [and] both models had the

ability to take off vertically and to land in an extremely restricted area, like helicopters.

The engineers were ordered to destroy these saucers, including all of the plans for them.

The engineers at the Mite factories in Breslau, however, were not warned in sufficient

time of the Soviet approach, and the Soviets, therefore, succeeded in seizing their material.

Plans, as well as specialized personnel, were immediately sent directly to the Soviet Union

under heavy guard.

German Saucer Technology Has Been in the Lore for a Long Time

Aviation writer Nick Cook is one of many to have investigated this topic, and in 2002

he came to the conclusion that the Nazis had experimented with a form of science the

rest of the world had never remotely considered and which continues to be suppressed today.

It makes you wonder what the United States received given that, through Operation Paperclip,

a number of top German scientists were transported to the United States.

[Italian researcher] Renato Vesco argued that Germans had developed antigravity.

Disc-shaped and tubular craft were built and tested near the end of the Second World War,

which, he argued, was the proper explanation of foo fighters.

These concepts, he maintained, were developed by the Americans and Soviets and led directly

to flying saucers.

 Richard Dolan

Another researcher Joseph P, Farrell, a professor of Economics in the Department of Economics

at the University of California, Berkely, believes that some of the Nazis developments

were

A means to tap into zero-point energy, or to phrase it differently, the energy of the

physical medium of space-time itself As a means to manipulate gravity itself, i.e.

as an advanced prototypical field propulsion technology; and,

As a means to the ultimate, potentially planet-busting, weapons

Former head of the CIA Roscoe Hilenkoetter put it best in 1960 when he told the nation

that behind the scenes, high ranking air force officers are soberly concerned about

UFOs.

But through official secrecy and ridicule, many citizens are led to believe the unknown

flying objects are nonsense. (source)

UFOs, Manmade or Extraterrestrial?

Oh yes we discuss it at every conference that we had with the military, and they never

were able to make me a concrete report on it.

. . . Theres always things like that going on, flying saucers and theyve had other

things, you know.

 President Harry Truman

Ive been researching the UFO/extraterrestrial phenomenon for more than two decades now,

and the more I do, the more I realize just how little I know, and how much information

is out there that I have yet to examine.

What I have learned, from documents like the one above, is that many of these crafts are

most likely manmade, by our own agencies.

That being said, although UFOs are now officially verified, this wasnt so just a few years

ago.

Just as there was evidence for the UFO phenomenon when it was ridiculed, so too does the extraterrestrial

hypothesis have plenty of evidence to back it up, despite not being accepted by the mainstream

yet.

Ive covered why I believe so in many of my articles, most of which you can find in

the exopolitics section of our website.

Ill leave you with a couple of my favourite quotes.

It is my thesis that flying saucers are real and that they are space ships from another

solar system.

I think that they possibly are manned by intelligent observers who are members of a race that may

have been investigating our Earth for centuries.

There is abundant evidence that we are being contacted, that civilizations have been monitoring

us for a very long time.

Flash Exposure Compensation: Two Minute Tips with David Bergman - Duration: 2:12.

I'm photographer David Bergman

and this is Two Minute Tips for

AdoramaTV.

Today's tip is about using flash exposure

compensation to make your photos look

more natural. I've talked a lot over the

years about bringing your Flash off of

the camera because direct flash is

usually not very flattering to your

subject, but there are times when you

have to shoot on camera, because you're

moving too quickly or just don't have

the gear to take the flash off of your

camera body. I don't recommend auto mode

very often, and always shoot my camera on

manual, however the flash itself does a really

good job reading the light it's putting

out, and TTL mode can be very helpful in

a fast-moving situation. If you've shot

this way before you might have found

that the flash looks unnatural it's

usually too bright on your subject so

how do you use TTL without overpowering

the photo three words flash exposure

compensation almost all flashes have the

ability to dial the automatic exposure

up or down it's usually measured in

thirds of a stop to give you a lot of

control. If I dial down two stops into

the negative for example I'm telling the

flash to do it's automatic calculation

and then whatever amount of light it

comes up with as the correct amount. Just

give me two stops less than that. Of

course this works in both ways you can

tell it to overpower the scene by adding

up to three stops, but I can't say I've

ever really done that. Ideally I don't

want it even look like I'm using flash

at all it's more like a subtle fill

whether I'm indoors, or out. You'll have

to test your own equipment in each

situation to find the right balance of

Flash to ambient but once you get it set

it's the best of both worlds you can use

the auto TTL mode on the flash, but you

can also bring the output down so your

photos look more natural
