Spiritual Significance of Autumn Equinox, September 22: Bringing Something New Into

Our Lives

Autumn with its reddish, yellow and brown colors, is a wonderful transition period where

the leaves fall to create space, to create an inner sacred place that in winter will

be used to come inside us.

These months since the beginning of the year, have required several deaths and rebirths

and, as in a sweet and loving accompaniment, they took us step by step to build the way

to the deepest part of the Self.

The one who is completely disconnected from the rational mind, the one that is bleeding

without rest, without one because, without a specific memory, the one that if not heard,

dissolves into pain and physical discomfort, even important ones.

Right there is the true healing of the Soul, the wound that bleeds is pure healing energy

for you and the planet, do not run away, we are here for this.

Release can only take place now, today.

From Solstice to the Eclipse, to the planetary passages that drove us out of the way, from

shattering of bangs and schemes, from solar and x-flare storms, we arrived in September,

near the equinox (September 22).

We find ourselves in a lot of space and what is demanded in the order is a return to balance

between the parts because we are ready to really embrace something that may seem new,

whether it is part of us, a situation, a relationship, again because we are required to release the

old schemes and to get rid of the chains that the memories of the past have created within

our hearts.

These continued deaths and cuts with the past are necessary to free ourselves.

At this time we are working on memories of centuries and centuries of pain and suffering.

Someone should choose to come to the World at such a time of transition, where the trials

are tough because too much trouble and separation have been accumulated for too long.

These memories are present in our cells, in our DNA and just as nasty as those who lived

this year could spit on them, they are the most irrational and unconscious part, the

only one that can really make us go back to the essence where we will find peace and evolution

without ever feeling separated from us or from others.

Finally the equinox requires stability, to find a center in all this hurricane of things

that has happened inside and out, it requires a psycho-physical balance in the mind, heart,

body, emotions, because the tests are not over yet.

Equinox - yin yang meetThe hardness of the tests depends too much on us, how hard are

we with ourselves?

What do we demand?

What do we judge?

How much do we criticize?

It is time to embrace those wounded children, those women attacked, those rejected and abandoned

men, those things that hurt, in this way Yin and Yang can meet and be accepted for what

they are, without pretending to be different.

The game of life is, in fact, an eternal game and transformation of Yin and Yang that meet

in a dynamic equilibrium.

One turns into the other continually in a cycle of expansion and contraction: we contract

and then expand.

But after an expansion can only happen a contraction, as after summer comes winter, after the day

comes the night , after the moon rises the sun and so on.

We must learn to dance with it, to accept that the balance is dynamic that Light enters

the Shadow to shine more and then come back to learn more and more.

Why dont we accept the nature of things?

I know that all this is truly possible, there is no morning that I do not get up knowing

that it is so, that the time comes when we can recover our inner authority, respecting

us, entrusting ourselves, loving and filling the world of that light we bring in and that

is the true gift we bring to the Planet.

Recognize the beauty we bring in, authenticity is the greatest gift, vulnerability its most

harmless weapon.

We are all sailing in the same sea.

What a wonderful existence!

We still have some time to get there.

David Bowie's Daughter Is All Grown Up - Duration: 4:21.

It's been more than 16 years since the late, great David Bowie and his wife Iman introduced

their daughter, Alexandria "Lexi" Jones, to the world via a flashy photo shoot for Hello!

magazine.

Little Lexi has since grown up quite a bit.

Although the teen remains as private as her father was, we've still been able to piece

together some info about one of the world's most famous kids.

God Bless the Girl

Lexi is the only child from Bowie and Iman's marriage, although they each have a child

with their exes.

Speaking to Parade magazine in 2009, Iman touched upon the differences between having

a child in her 20s versus in her 50s, calling Lexi's birth a miracle, saying:

"I did IVF, but nothing happened.

So I began to think of adoption, and then I got pregnant.

It was definitely a miracle."

In an interview with Hello!, Iman revealed that having Lexi was not only the "happiest

of times" in her life, but that it brought her and her husband even closer together,

recalling,

"We've always been very close, but if it's possible we've been drawn even closer…

Overnight, our lives have been enriched beyond belief."

Heroes

Bowie's close friend, theater director Ivo Van Hove, revealed that his teen daughter

Lexi was one of Bowie's biggest motivators during his secret 18-month battle with cancer,

saying,

"I felt he was not in a death struggle but a struggle for life—he wanted to live on.

He has a daughter of 15 and he really wanted to go on, but it was physically not possible

… He was ill, but he wanted to live—for his wife and daughter, and for music."

Sadly, Bowie lost his battle to cancer on January 10, 2016, in New York City.

To this day, Lexi has yet to speak publicly on her father's tragic passing.

Changes

In the wake of Bowie's death, many articles were written about how having a second child

taught Bowie to embrace the role of doting father.

Bowie's biographer, David Buckley, says the rock star missed out on much of his son Duncan's

young life, so he wanted to spend as much time as possible with Lexi.

Bowie was often seen taking Lexi to school and helping her with her homework.

Iman confirmed this slower-paced lifestyle in a 2002 interview with the Sunday Times,

saying they love "going to the park and sitting in cafes," adding, "We're just ordinary people.

Our life is domestic."

More than a decade later, she said even Bowie heading out on a world tour wouldn't change

that:

"We have a 12-year-old in school, so we are stuck, we can't travel … We'll have to go

visit him, but we won't be on tour with him because she's in school."

Under Pressure

While she was photographed for Hello! in 2000 when she was just 17 days old, the famous

couple insisted the magazine spread would be Lexi's "first and last interview."

Even the most determined paparazzi rarely catch a glimpse of Lexi.

She was photographed on a trip to Venice with her father in 2013, and she was spotted for

the first time after Bowie's death in New York in August 2016, about eight months after

his passing.

Speed of Life

In one of the most mom-like posts ever, Iman celebrated Lexi's birthday in 2016 with a

sweet shout-out and a rare photograph of Lexi on Instagram which read:

"Happy sweet 16th birthday to my baby girl Lexi!

Stay sweet.

Classy with a hint of sassy."

In March 2017, Iman offered another brief glimpse into Lexi's world when she posted

this photo to Instagram with the caption, "My Sunday boo!"

In the photo, Lexi appears to show off her edgy side with an epic nose ring that suggests

she may have inherited her father's wilder taste for fashion.

Once again proving that she's the proudest mom in Hollywood, Iman shared another photo

of Lexi via Instagram in August 2017 to celebrate her daughter's 17th birthday, captioned "The

Queen of my heart Lexi Jones at 17 years old!"

Based on the "self portrait" hashtag, as well as the background, the photo was apparently

a selfie snapped at a beach.

Given her ultra-private life and her mom's social media habits, we may not hear more

about Lexi until Iman celebrates her 18th birthday in 2018.
