5 Times DMCA Takedowns Were Used To Silence Criticism - Duration: 8:53.As Censored Gaming has spoken about in the past, DMCA strikes are used by copyright holders
to protect their intellectual property.
But sometimes they're also used for censorship.
Many websites, such as YouTube automate their DMCA strike system, and not always with great
results.
In the past copyright holders have used this lack of oversight to remove material and reviews
that cast their product in a negative light.
Claimed content is often taken down immediately, and getting the strike removed can be a long
complicated process.
But abusing the system doesn't always go smoothly for copyright holders.
When exposed to the public, their abuse of the DMCA has often caused outrage, hurting
them far more than a negative review would.
So with that in mind let's take a look at five times DMCA notices have been used to
silence criticism.
Number One: Day One: Garry's Incident Back in October 2013 Youtuber TotalBiscuit
released a twenty minute "first impression" video of "Day One: Garry's Incident"
by developer Wild Games Studio.
TotalBiscuit was very critical of the game, finding the framerate, quest mechanics, level
design and overall gameplay subpar.
The review must have made an impression because soon afterwards it has hit with a DMCA notice.
Suffice to say, striking a review by a popular YouTube channel did not go over very well.
As outrage and support for TotalBiscuit erupted on the game's steam community forum the
CEO of Wild Games Studio, Stephane Woods issued this statement on Steam:
"We protected our copyright because Total Biscuit has no right to make advertising revenues
with our license."
But Stephane's words did not end anything.
TotalBiscuit responded with another video where he accused Woods of lying and pointed
out that they had received a steam code from Woods himself.
He further accused the company of "not being interested in consumer protection".
Perhaps unable to deal with the fallout, Wild Games Studio relented.
By the end of October they had issued a public apology, removed their DMCA strike and the
video was restored to YouTube.
Garry's Incident faced other accusations but for now let's move on to number two:
Slaughtering Ground.
In November 2014, content creator Jim Sterling released a first impression video of "Slaughtering
Ground" by developer Digital Homicide.
The video's title describes the game as a contender for "worst game of 2014"and
Jim questions several of the games design choices such as targeting alignment, ammo
distribution, and enemy design.
He also mocked the fact that the game was complete and up for sale.
The review prompted a response by Digital Homicide, who themselves posted a video on
YouTube mocking Jim.
Sterling continued to release videos mocking the game and the pushback from the developer.
Seemingly in response to his criticism, Digital homicide then filed a DMCA strike on Sterling's
playthrough and company co-founder James Romine sued Sterling for "assault, libel, and slander".
Romine later filed suit against steam users for personal injury and subpoenaed Valve:
the owners of Steam for the user's identities.
Valve did not take this sitting down and removed Digital Homicide's entire catalog from their
service.
Unsurprisingly the case against the steam users was eventually dropped.
Court documents claim "The Plaintiff's business was destroyed completely" This
left Romine unable to continue the lawsuit.
However Romine's case against Sterling persisted until February of 2017, when it was dismissed
with prejudice.
Jim released a statement on his website "the Jimquisition" stating his belief that the
resolution was the result of his lawyer's "enviable reasoning ability", convincing
Romine of the results of going to court.
But Digital Homicide was not the only developer to duel with Sterling in 2014; which brings
us to number three: Island Light.
When Russian developer Kobra Studios released a trailer for its game: Island light, the
reaction was not universally positive.
Sterling mocked it, comparing it to an "RSPCA commercials, but for zombies."
Kobra filed copyright strikes against several youtubers, including Sterling, HarmfulGaming
and Attackslug.
Attackslug's case is especially shocking as he posted no footage of the game.
His video was just himself talking about the controversy.
In most of these cases, copyright holders claim used footage from games as being the
reason for the strike.
Following the usual pattern Steam and Twitter started venting at the studio over censorship.
Many of the creators took to twitter to voice their concerns.
Mocking the developers,Sterling wrote: "How could a game as derivative as Island
Light have the nerve to copyright strike anybody?
They owe *every other zombie game ever* royalties" Furthermore he filed a counterstrike to put
the video back up and it is now back on YouTube.
Things also got really interesting on Steam.
Comments were deleted and at least one user alleged that Kobra had plagiarized the Island
light logo from a work on Deviant art.
One Steam user accused them of hypocrisy for striking down reviews while ripping off art.
It's not clear whether it was Steam's decision or Cobra's, or what the reason
was, but within four days of the DMCA strikes, Island Light was also removed from Steam Greenlight.
Moving on, we see the use of DMCA strikes for intimidation in Number four: World of
Tanks.
In March of 2017 World of Tanks Community Contributor SirFoch posted a rant about an
update to the game on YouTube.
The rant covered the design of a new tank and what he saw as the increasing "pay to
win" aspects of the game.
Responding to the rant, a community manager contacted him on Discord, telling him he was
removed from the contributor program, and threatening to file a DMCA strike if he did
not remove the video.
Writing, "I don't really have a choice here!"
SirFoch removed the offending video.
However SirFoch released screensshots of the conversation which infuriated members of the
World of Tanks community, and moved onto mainstream sites.
At first, community management denied filing any strike or trying to censor anyone.
In this quote to Kotaku they tried to explain their position:
"We regret having to go to such extreme measures in SirFoch's case, but we also
don't consider those measures to be censorship because we weren't trying to silence SirFoch's
opinion, we were simply seeking to curb the extremely profane language of a member of
our contributor program."
But eventually management took back their actions, stating:
"We acted too quickly when we threatened to have YouTube remove SirFoch's video through
a copyright infringement complaint.
We have apologized to SirFoch for making that threat, and we are continuing our conversation
with him on next steps."
Last up is an odd case of a fan game developer filing a DMCA, in number five: Firefly Online.
Back in 2013 developer DarkCryo was involved in an attempt to make an online fan game based
on the TV series Firefly.
The original product was shut down but attempts were made to revive it.
Enter the blogsite FuriousNads, run by Christopher Frankonis.
The site is no longer operating but can still be accessed through archives like archive.org.
In a series of articles Christopher described his ongoing feud with the developers and accused
them of a number of ethical and legal violations, including misrepresenting their relationship
with Fox entertainment and violating terms of service and US securities law.
On the developer's revenue sharing program, he explains that DarkCryo was, to quote:
"Soliciting funds with a promise of a possible return on the investment via a revenue-sharing
scheme that at the very least should be considered a violation of Indiegogo's terms of service,
and at the most potentially could run afoul of laws governing the sale of private stock,
depending on how the laws of the United States and Canada (where DarkCryo is located) consider
and define an investment via "in-game currency" intended by design to be easily converted
into real-world cash."
About a month after this article DarkCryo filed a DMCA against FuriousNads for using
their logo in articles.
Christopher received a letter from his host stating:
"As you are probably aware, web hosts do not have much leeway in responding to complaints
like this.
We do not get to judge fair use or anything of that sort; we are required to remove anything
someone submits a claim about, until which time as you submit a counter-complaint."
Humorously, rather than file a counter strike FruiousNads replaced the logo with this:
Like all other censorship-related matters, abuse of DMCA to silence criticism is something
that Censored Gaming is always keeping a close eye on.
With how easy it is for DMCA takedowns to be made and the lack of penalties for those
abusing the system, these types of stories are, unfortunately, alarmingly common.

Making a Pretty Roof for or Campervan - Part 1 - Tubi DIY Camper Van - Duration: 10:47.Hello everyone, it's Lucy with Campingcarjoa.
Today... A BEE!!!
Today, we're going to work on the roof.
If you take a look at the roof
It came covered in a gray fabric.
But we want Tubi to have a unique roof.
We already have the fabric.
We got the felt at Jin market.
And the pretty fabric with the design
we ordered online.
You can see it here.
This is the pattern we're using.
The fabric doesn't fit perfectly.
So for the edges
We'll be framing it with the felt.
So for the back panel
We'll use this fabric and this felt.
And for the front panel
we'll cover it with the blue felt.
Yesterday
We attached the fabric.
Like this.
These edges will be covered with the felt.
We ordered the spray glue through the internet.
But it hasn't arrived yet.
So first we'll cut out the felt.
Is it cutting?
I'm not sure yet.
We measured out the felt
And used chalk to draw the lines
We were ready to cut.
But I forgot
To bring the good cutting sheers.
I left them at home.
So we though about not cutting today.
But then we though maybe our utility knife might work.
So we tested it.
And it's cutting.
It's actually cutting much more neatly than the sheers.
Like this.
We cut this part already.
If you look at the line
It's much cleaner than the sheers.
The utility knife you see there
is a little nice than the average box cutter.
Do you want to see what it looks like?
Tada!
The felts not glued on yet.
But you can get an idea of how it will look.
Actually, if you look at this part
It curves in weird.
First we were worried about the way it angles in.
We were concerned because it didn't cover the edge.
But because this is felt
you can stretch it a bit.
Mark will show you.
So we already pre-stretched this to fit.
Now you can see it's properly covering the entire edge.
Tomorrow, before we glue it we'll stretch it one more time.
We have a small problem.
We didn't thing it out well.
We really though we bough more than enough felt.
But now that we'll measuring it out
we don't have enough.
We thought we would finish this week.
We wanted to go back to Jin market.
But it's around their closing time.
So we thought we'd go tomorrow but it's Sunday.
And for the summer season
They are closed every Sunday.
So we won't be able to start again until next week.
We were so excited to finish up this week.
So we'll have to pause the work on the roof.
Today, we'll stop here
But you can kinda see how it will look.
Today, we're going to attach the felt
which we didn't have time for yesterday.
Over here.
It's all set up to go.
Yesterday, we didn't have enough glue.
But they arrived late last night.
So we'll use this adhesive
to attach the felt
And finish this section.
Done attaching the blue felt.
We wanted to finish the front section as well.
But it took a lot longer than we anticipated.
So we just did the back panel.
And this is how it looks!
Tada!
Isn't it pretty?
Cutting out he excess fabric to make it fit right
took a lot of time.
Even though it was done by our hands
Everything lines up and it looks good.
Now, it's already getting dark again.
So we're going to finish up.
That panel just behind me
We'll finish up on another day.
That's it for today!

Liposuction, Tummy Tuck, Butt Augmentation, Breast Augmentation-Hourglass Procedures-Dr.Cortes - Duration: 6:12.Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Superhourglass.
Today we are going to discuss: Why the hourglass procedures combine multiple surgical methods.
In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know
for you to get the hourglass shape you've always wanted.
Welcome back!
The hourglass body has been the ideal of feminine beauty for centuries now.
It is not the skinny models from the catwalks that make our imagination go wild,
but the curvaceous shape of a woman who has beautiful breasts, buttocks, and a small middle area.
Studies show that men perceive women with the hourglass shape as more fertile
and are unconsciously attracted to them.
So it is no wonder we are all so fascinated with getting this dream body shape.
Most people are not born with the hourglass shape.
Even the women who had it in their youth tend to lose it with aging as adipose deposits tend
to accumulate in the middle area of the body.
The hourglass procedures that I have developed and perform provide more impressive results
compared to the traditional interventions performed to correct one area of the body.
However, we can't achieve a beautiful overall shape of the body with just one surgical method.
For most of the hourglass procedures I perform, I associate liposuction and fat transfer
to enhance the results and reshape the body.
If it is a tummy tuck, then aside from the traditional tummy tuck method, I also do liposuction
on the abdomen and even in other areas with excess fat to harvest the adipose cells
that will be transferred to the body.
In doing this, I reshape and re-contour more than one area in just one intervention.
The liposuction is a procedure often performed in association with different interventions
because it can help sculpt the body.
Fat transfer is frequently needed by most patients.
Even if it looks like they have wide hips, this doesn't mean that the volume is positioned in the right place.
By performing fat transfer to the hips, I have the possibility to control where the fat goes
and shape the area accordingly.
Getting breast implants doesn't automatically mean that your body will look more curvaceous,
and it is the same for buttock implants.
The proportions are very important when it comes to the body shape and also the shoulder-waist-hips ratio.
To create this beautiful shape, we need more than one surgical procedure.
In this video we discuss: Why the hourglass procedures combine multiple surgical methods.
In the next video we will discuss: Will a tummy tuck make my middle areas smaller?

Why Is Your Grandma So Short? - Duration: 2:47.Your grandma is probably pretty short.
In fact, grandmas all over the world are pretty short.
As they've aged, their cartilage has shrunk, their bones have worn down, and their muscles
have deteriorated; as a result, your grandma has been losing about half an inch of height
each decade since she turned 40.
But even before she started shrinking, your grandma was probably never as tall as she
might have been.
And that's because many grandmas were malnourished as babies, which inhibited their ability to
reach full height later on.
There were lots of reasons for this – historically, many people were chronically short on food,
or lived through famines.
Babies also used to get a lot sicker a lot more often, with illnesses that compromise
the body's ability to absorb nutrients.
Plus, we simply didn't know a whole lot about infant nutrition.
As a result, malnutrition robbed your grandma of somewhere between 2 and 3.5 inches of her
potential height.
OK, maybe not your grandma, but grandmas on average around the world.
The good news is that, thanks to increasing wealth, better vaccines, improved sanitation,
and more nutritional know-how, people of all genders and nationalities have gotten taller
over the past hundred years.
And in some countries, the gains have been huge – men and women in South Korea, for
example, are 6 and 8 inches taller, respectively, than they were a century ago.
That's about the height difference between Ever, our illustrator, and me!
And it's not just about height – well-nourished kids with normal growth have fewer health
problems and an easier time learning, AND go on to make more money than people whose
growth is stunted from malnutrition.
What's more, the populations of most developing countries are still gaining height today;
in fact, there are only a few places where the population has stopped getting taller
in the last few decades: very wealthy countries like the US and Denmark, where almost all
people have enough food to reach their maximum potential height, and very poor countries
like Niger, India, and Papua New Guinea, where people still face major challenges with food
insecurity, disease, and sanitation.
In those places, we're still coming up short.
There is still a lot of progress to be made, which is why the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
partnered with us to make this video.
This year Bill and Melinda Gates created the Goalkeepers report to track the progress of
the U.N.'s Sustainable Development Goals and inspire a new generation of goalkeepers
to hold their leaders accountable and drive action to accelerate progress.
One of those goals is to end stunted growth due to malnutrition by 2030 through a range
of programs designed to address health and nutrition broadly.
But progress is not inevitable and there is still more to be done.

you can become a goalkeeper.

What Ornn Could Have Been - Duration: 12:41.What's up guys it's me Jeremy!
Riot's development team very rarely come up with a new concept for a champion then
see it all the way through production.
Instead, they usually look for a gap in the game, such as a strategic niche or role that
they haven't created a new champion for in a while.
Once that has been decided, they can look through old champion concepts or create new
ones to match it, and then start working on fleshing out the concept.
In Ornn's case, it was the former—Riot knew they hadn't created a new top lane
tank in a while, and wanted to fill that need, and in doing so they turned to an old concept
for a blacksmith champion.
Fortunately for the development team, the blacksmith concept already had a lot of clear
expectations, so they could immediately get to work filling out his character.
One of the most difficult tasks for the development team is to get a strong feel for a champion's
identity in the early concept art.
One of the benefits to the use of an old concept was that nailing down his narrative and artistic
direction was a pretty smooth process, since Riot already had a pretty good idea early
on how he should appear and behave in game.
Sometimes when we look back at concept art, you can get a feel for how much iteration
it takes to really discover how the champion should appear, but in Ornn's case, the early
concept art actually really closely mirrors his final design.
Despite the conceptualization period traditionally taking a good few months, it only took Riot
a month or two at the most to figure out the specifics; they wanted their blacksmith to
be a powerful Freljordian demigod, with links to volcanoes—after all, what would a blacksmith
champion be without a little bit of fire.
It introduced a pretty neat contrast to other Freljord characters, and it allowed Riot a
bit of creative freedom since it's a niche that hasn't really been explored much outside
of skins.
In fact, it seems like the only really difficult part of Ornn's design was figuring out what
to do about his horns!
Since they had decided to give Ornn a pretty animalistic nature, Riot needed a way to tie
that into his outward appearance, with horns being the ideal way to do it.
In the beginning, Ornn's horns were actually more like Walrus tusks, since it matched the
idea of power or dominance without necessarily being 'evil.'
On the other hand, it tied Ornn to the ocean rather than the mountain, so it wasn't a
perfect fit.
Riot also tried wooly mammoth style tusks, but those huge curved tusks introduced other
problems, such as limiting him from swinging his hammer freely, which would have been quite
a headache for the animation department.
Eventually Riot realised the solution to the horn dilemma lay in a much smaller mountain-dwelling
beast—the Ram.
Everything ended lining up pretty well; Ornn is of course a blacksmith, and he likes slamming
his hammer into things just as much as a ram likes to headbutt things.
The ram concept art had already inspired one of Ornn's in-game abilities too—his ability
to charge and smash people into terrain—so the ram horn concept was locked in, and Riot
could start to really focus their attention on iterating the rest of his gameplay.
Although Riot do employ pretty typical fantasy archetypes when building their champions,
they prefer to use some kind of twist to really set them apart.
For example.
a blacksmith would traditionally be thought of as a support character.
In games or other media, blacksmith characters rarely do any fighting themselves, they are
typically just NPCs designed to help you along your way.
However, since Riot had already decided that they wanted to produce a new top lane tank,
they decided to split his archetype slightly, turning him away from the support role and
pushing him in a new direction; the warrior blacksmith.
Although this would give the development team a lot of freedom when it comes to kit design,
there is also a drawback—having too much 'warrior' and too little 'blacksmith'
would kinda ruin the point of the champion.
The solution was to give Ornn new gameplay elements that would deliver on his blacksmith
thematic, without detracting from his ability to play as a solo laning tank.
This lead to the development of his split passive, giving him the ability to 'craft'
his own items on the Rift rather than heading back to the shop to buy them, and also his
Master Craftsman passive, giving his teammates some upgraded versions of their items to choose
from.
Being able to craft your own items in lane was a stroke of genius, as it simultaneously
filled the need for a blacksmith-related ability, with the top lane fantasy of being able to
do whatever you want on your little top lane island, regardless of what the rest of the
map was doing.
It also introduced some interesting new strategy to the game that would have been too strong
for a lot of other top laners, particularly duellists.
Riot felt comfortable giving this power to Ornn, simply because he was designed to be
a tank.
If Fiora had the ability to kill you in lane then immediately buy her items and continue
pushing, you'd never get a chance to play the lane again, since your odds of winning
the fight would be drastically reduced due to the gold and XP disadvantage.
On the other hand, if Ornn manages to get ahead in lane, as a tank he's more likely
to be unkillable rather than just killing you over and over again, so you'd still
get to play the game even if farming becomes more difficult.
Of course, Riot couldn't just stop at one passive, and so the second one was designed
to give him another way to capitalize on his blacksmith theme.
The goal was to give a small collection of item upgrades that would not really impact
the early game, but would mean his team had the potential to be a little stronger in the
event that the game goes long enough for everyone to be max build.
Riot Reav3 actually noted that at one point, this part of his passive was actually completely
removed, but Riot found that they were still lacking enough 'blacksmith' elements to
his design without it.
Figuring out the specifics for each item upgrade was not an easy task; there had to be enough
power available to make a noticeable improvement to his team's final builds, but Riot didn't
want to distribute too much of Ornn's power budget into a system that Ornn himself couldn't
really get much use out of.
This is one of the reasons that Ornn doesn't offer upgrades that benefit every champion
in the game.
Riot like that particular champions work well together while others don't, and it provides
a bit of a limit to how effective the passive can be.
One of the first attempts at creating an Ultimate for Ornn involved trying to go even further
with the blacksmith theme, by simply causing him to upgrade his own hammer for either a
set amount of time or a certain number of auto attacks.
Riot came up with the idea of letting you pick between a few upgrades, such as increasing
it's size for AoE auto attacks, refining it into a blade for some armor penetration,
or turning it into an axe for some kind of CC benefit.
Although it tied in with the blacksmith theme, there were a few issues.
Firstly, other elements of Ornn's design weren't coming through—such as his connection
to volcanoes, or his primal 'Ram' theme.
Secondly, the guy is meant to be a demigod, so surely he should have a much more spectacular
Ultimate than just smithing a better weapon for himself.
For a while, Riot tested using volcanoes in a really direct way, basically giving him
an Ultimate that literally spawned a volcano, known as 'Murderhenge' during testing.
The idea was that Ornn could channel power into it, and that would make it spit out lava
and boulders to mess up the battlefield.
Boulders would stun enemies that they landed on, and Ornn could charge into them, causing
them to explode.
As fun as it was, it was pretty RNG heavy and caused too much confusion on the map to
be ideal.
As Riot tried less obvious references to volcanoes, Squad5 came up with the idea of a Nami-Ultimate
style lava wave, only it would work in reverse and shift enemies closer rather than away
from Ornn.
Although the execution was unimpressive, it did give Riot a bit of a platform to work
on.
A few ideas were thrown around until art lead Riot Skeeziks drew up a concept that combined
the volcanic elements with the Ornn's animalistic nature as a ram.
The result was a massive, red-hot molten ram that Ornn would summon from a huge distance.
Squad5 built on this design, adding the headbutt mechanic to redirect the ram, and the team
knew that they'd hit on the perfect Ultimate.
Ornn is a demigod after all, so his Ultimate had to deliver on that fantasy—and what
better way to do that than to summon a giant lava ram that stampedes over your enemies.
Although Ornn was looking pretty well rounded, Riot still needed a way to benefit his team
from a strategic perspective, and of course it had to tie into his thematic.
As a blacksmith, you have to constantly reheat metal in order to shape it, and this is what
lead Squad5 to come up with the new status effect, Brittle.
The initial idea was pretty simple—Ornn is tied to volcanoes, and he's a blacksmith,
so being able to superheat his enemies or their armor is a pretty obvious connection.
What wasn't obvious was what this new status effect should do; for example, it could just
be a glorified armor debuff.
Squad5's solution was to consider what Ornn should bring to a team from a strategic perspective,
such as which characters Ornn should be picked with, whilst also ensuring that it would still
work for him while operating alone in the top lane.
Tanks are well known for their ability to soak up damage, but they are also one of the
key roles when it comes to dishing out crowd control.
This focus on crowd control and the idea of 'striking while the iron is hot' eventually
turned Brittle into something that hadn't been done before in League of Legends—a
crowd control amplifier.
Tenacity allows players to reduce the duration of crowd control effects, so Brittle was designed
to act as a tenacity debuff, which essentially means it does the opposite and causes CC to
last longer.
It worked well, and fit closely with what a tank should bring to a team.
Ornn has his own CC that he can use with Brittle in a solo fight, but it also allows him a
level of synergy with teammates, particularly those that also pack powerful crowd control
abilities.
Although people do typically have mixed feelings about crowd control—Brittle's design introduced
a lot of 'high points' that Riot really wanted to emphasize as a part of Ornn's
gameplay.

Easter Eggs You Missed In Kingsman: Golden Circle - Duration: 4:34.Kingsman: The Golden Circle didn't run, burst, or explode into theaters.
It strode in, gentleman-like, to grace our eyeballs with posh car chases and debonair
fight scenes.
Director Matthew Vaughn once again went to outrageous extremes with the action and violence,
pursuing what he called "my Spinal Tap of trying to find 11 with every scene."
Polish your Oxfords and drain that martini, because here are all the Easter eggs you missed
in Kingsman: The Golden Circle.
Deadly briefcase
Neither Kingsman movie has been shy about referencing James Bond, the granddaddy of
all spy franchises, but The Golden Circle went a step further and appropriated one of
007's own weapons for young Eggsy — with upgrades, of course.
The machine gun briefcase he uses during the film's climactic raid on Poppy Land was a
callback to Sean Connery's Bond, who used a similar weaponized business accessory in
From Russia with Love.
Of course, that one didn't fold out into a bulletproof shield, but hey, it had a knife.
And speaking of Bond…
Flying colors
Midway through the film, The Golden Circle delivers an action-packed sequence in which
Eggsy and Whiskey find themselves skidding down a mountain slope in a ski-lift car, barreling
toward a bunch of tourists in the lodge at the bottom of the mountain.
In a flash of gentlemanly genius, Eggsy pops Whiskey's parachute to slow them down.
Since Whiskey is a Statesman, the parachute is the brightest American flag Betsy Ross
ever dreamed of.
Bond lovers probably caught the reference.
In Roger Moore's 1977 The Spy Who Loved Me, the opening scene has Bond ski off a cliff
to certain death…only to open his parachute at the last moment, blazing the colors of
the British flag.
Snowy mountains, a plunge to the death, and a last-minute parachute emblazoned with stately
pride?
Definitely a nod to Bond.
Marquee master
Keeping Elton John as her piano slave is just one of the villainous Poppy's messed-up moves,
but it gave us one quick Easter egg.
On the marquee outside the theater where she makes Elton play is a sign advertising Captain
Fantastic, an obscure reference to his album Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy.
And if you caught the other side of the marquee, you probably saw the lettering saying "The
B---- Is Back," which is an Elton John song.
- Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting, also makes an appearance
in the film - Elton tweaked it a little in the film to celebrate Wednesday - the day
he was getting rescued.
Bennie and Jet
Poppy's got a real thing going for Elton John in The Golden Circle.
Not only did she kidnap him — she also named her dogs for him.
We're talking, of course, about the robo-pooches.
If you watch closely, you can see their names pop up on screen several times: Bennie and
Jet.
And you might know where this is going — "Bennie and the Jets" is a song John released in 1973
on his album Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.
Comic rockets
The opening chase sequence is a death-defying spectacle, employing Matthew Vaughn's signature
frenetic camerawork.
When Eggsy finally gets the go-ahead from Merlin to return fire on Poppy's goons, he
does it in the most badass way possible, pushing a button and sending three rockets flying
into the air to come back down on the three vehicles pursuing him.
In the original comic the movie's based on, The Secret Service, Eggsy uses the same weapon
to shake murderous pursuers, again in the opening scene of the story.
Granted, he's on a snowmobile at the time, and the people chasing him are on skis, but
the result is still exactly the same: exploded bad guys.
Deleted scene
In January 2017, Taron Egerton revealed that the Kingsman sequel would feature a deleted
scene from the first movie.
He told Den of Geek, it was one he "personally thought shouldn't have been cut, and that's
now in the second film.
But what it is…I don't think I can say."
But now that the movie's out, we can tell you what scene he was talking about.
Nope, it's not the one with young Michael Caine.
It's the one when Harry teaches Eggsy how to eat like a gentleman at breakfast.
In The Golden Circle, the scene shows up when Eggsy's girlfriend is trying to prepare him
for dinner with her parents, the king and queen of Sweden.
So why was it cut?
"It had a really bad effect because it also looked like they might have slept with each
other the night before."
Heroic reward
One of the funniest — and most controversial — scenes in Kingsman: The Secret Service
came at the end, when the Swedish princess offered Eggsy a certain sexual favor in return
for saving the world.
Of course, Princess Tilde is back in The Golden Circle, this time in a much larger role as
Eggsy's girlfriend.
Their relationship has evolved since the 30 seconds of screentime they had together in
the first film, but Tilde still knows how to motivate her boyfriend.
Just before he jets off to save the world, she reminds him what he'll get if he does
a good job.
Considering the backlash against the joke in the first movie, it took a certain amount
of moxie for Vaughn to stick another reference to it in the sequel.
Who says chivalry is dead?

Breaking: McCain Betrays Trump & The American People For The Last Time | Top Stories Today - Duration: 2:58.As John McCain approaches the end of the road he is finally free to stop pretending he was
ever a conservative Republican.
Today McCain announced he would not be voting for the Graham-Cassidy Obamacare reform bill
apparently content that waiting for Obamacare to collapse on its own is preferable.
Or, maybe he's just such a bitter old man that he'd sell out Americans to get his
revenge on Trump.
It wouldn't be the first time McCain gave the middle finger to America's hardworking
taxpayers.
Remember McCain's leadership role of the Gang of Eight trying to force all encompassing
amnesty for illegal aliens through the Senate?
Or, his consistently approving debt ceiling increases?
While it's true that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is an establishment errand
boy, and the healthcare reform legislation on the table is less than perfect, there is
no doubt that it's better than the current system if for no other reason than it removes
the decision-making from the D.C. swamp.
That's why the Arizona senator's public comment rings so hollow:
"We should not be content to pass healthcare legislation on a party-line basis," McCain
said in a lengthy statement criticizing the GOP rush to pass a repeal bill without any
hearings and little public scrutiny.
Someone has to tell Hanoi John that the Democrats passed Obamacare on a party-line basis without
any hearings and with no public scrutiny.
Now with the benefit of hindsight we know what a disaster Obamacare is.
Millions of Americans have chosen to pay the mandated penalty because they can't afford
the costs of insurance that more than doubled over the seven years since Obamacare became
law.
Those that can afford insurance are finding many of the services previously available
are no longer part of their policies.
Americans are hurting and McCain is proving that he couldn't care less.
He is a maniacal, power-hungry, and little man.
And, in the process he has stabbed his "Little Me", Lindsey Graham, in the back.
Graham has found out the hard way that he hooked his wagon to the wrong horse.
The sad truth is if McConnell needed five no votes he'd have gotten five senators
to break rank.
If he needed ten, he'd have found them as well.
Nothing changes in the swamp.
Once Washington accrues power it never relinquishes it and McConnell sees his job as ensuring
that.
I had stayed out of the Luther Strange – Judge Roy Moore – special election but now I have
to believe that if McConnell asked Strange to vote against Graham-Cassidy he could've
relied on him to do so.
Why else would McConnell's PAC have sunk more than $8 million into his Alabama special
election campaign?
It's time to realize if McConnell backs someone they are not the peoples' friends.
It's time to drain the swamp.
President Trump, are you listening?
what do you think about this?

Yudavas - Duration: 6:02.so anyway pebble and you're going today have a look at this little meter of a
coin yeah this is a coin of the Yadavas no doing a cavity and they were people
who formed an empire between 850 and 1330 something same I mean obviously
they extinguished by the telly Sultan's and at the time they were referred to as
a Sudanese or Sabrina's and they occupied the area of Maharashtra North
Karnataka and part of Madaya Pradesh in India okay
anyway this is a small silver coin these I went about one gram and got a ruler
it's probably so the measurement I have a ruler here mmm
no you're kidding me yeah it's a bear yeah point I of a millimeter I mean no
point it ain't millimeters I mean it's not smallest coins the smallest coin
that you can get from Nepal which is a beard point 0 1 of a gram and I think is
a bit four millimeters I have a small coins you get the vijayangara with she's
the belly which is point zero five grams and two point frame two point four
millimeters so it's a smallest in size but not weight China have a bang man
issued by Jandy which is a bear point zero seven of a gram in weighs four
point eight to five point one millimeters and in the Greek area do you
have the Hemi tetra Tim or Ian's which put one the point 1/2 grams in a way at
5 millimeters in diameter so no one area actually issued small coins all the free
areas where coins originated had small coinage sex sometime or another
anyway this size so it has a line this is supposed to be aligned so that's
supposed to be the Lions bum it's supposed to be its head and this is its
for part or body and you have legs coming down here as you can see is one
there one knee there's a leg coming it yeah should be another linking hearing a
tail should be up there so this is actually not the best meet the coin
small ones so over to other coins here as you can see this one's about four
three two fourth century this is a Naga now wha and this one's a means of sinned
as you can see they were able to engrave an inscription and it's only animal is
more defined this is a cow so the meaning of this coin is quite
poor compared to those two we just spread out at different periods and if
we have a look at the reverse see it's very small it's hard to pick up so we
have an inscription unable to actually read this inscription let's get the
light away bit and there you go so you should actually read Shree Singh na diva
mmm I'm not too sure what those two characters you can see there ah maybe it
is sin and diva but yeah it's a bit hard so that looks like the end of the
inscription maybe there's something there but it's been even not mean to the
war way but as you can see it inscription
actually continues on this way so yeah that is a silver coin are they
yeah davits now these are quite interesting to collect I've only got one
of these but yeah if you're into Indian coins and you have these coins please I
leave a comment down below what you think these are coins alike and also I'd
like to know what the inscription actually how it is written on the Abba
stream that is the obverse side because has inscription of the rulers now and
this line part is the reverse side so let's try and get your closer all right
this one doesn't focus too well
hmm as you can see just looks like a free lumps on the coin that means it
should be fired and replaced with someone else anyway I hope you're like
its kind if you do give it a thumbs up and please subscribe if you're new so I
can show you more numismatic or coin and banknote items from around the world and
some stamps as well thank you bye bye

MY SEXUALITY EXPLAINED: LABELS & CONFUSION - Duration: 5:49.whats good
oh my god please unsubscribe right now
*intro music*
hey guys its amanda and welcome back
to my channel today I'm going to be doing a video that's kind of personal
again what's new like literally nothing nothing nothing
so on the Twitter I've been tweeting a lot about how like I'm I talked about
sexuality and I'm always like label sucks for labels I don't have a label
don't label me blah blah blah blah blah and some of you are like but girl you came
out as bi yo shit happens shit freaking happens um so you know
I should use the label straight until I realized I was telling a big lie and
then I'm like bisexual and then I realized maybe I don't fit in that and I
was like fuck labels screw labels who like what what no but but for real like
I find sexuality is such a broad thing and there are so many different labels
that you can use such as gay lesbian bisexual pansexual asexual there's
there's so so many and I'm like okay bisexual I like boys
I like girls but then there's also people that don't identify as a boy or a
girl and I still like them like I will I could be in a relationship with someone
that's non-binary so does that make me pansexual probably but then I'm like
like i feel like im coming out all over again
but when you look at sexuality and you look at labels everyone tries to
like pinpoint themselves in a certain place and once you like overthink it and
once you try and place yourself in all of these different places
just it really fucks you up it really does and for the longest time I would just be like I'm bi I'm
bisexual I like boys I like girls that's it that's all we're just like gonna end
it at that and then at a certain point I was like I only like girl so i was
like am i lesbian but then I was like no I like everyone so am i pans and then
I was like honey like sit your ass down and figure your shit out and then I
realized that why am i trying so hard to fit myself into a label why am I trying
so hard to make myself be under a label like Oh Amanda Wan
she's a bisexual oh Amanda Wan shes lesbian oh Amanda Wan she's this she's that
like who cares I applaud you if you know what your label is I applaud you from
head to fucking toe but not everyone knows their label
not everyone has a label and not everyone wants one I mean like sure it'd
be cool to know exactly what I fall under but I don't know and I don't think
that's something that I should keep on concentrating on like if you ask me what
my sexuality is I'm just gonna legit answer I don't know I like everyone and
I love everyone and I like people's personalities and that's it that's what
my answer would be I can't put myself under a certain thing anymore because
it's just taking a toll on me because I'm always thinking about it I'm always
think about what my label is i'm always thinking about what I should label
myself I'm always thinking about what my sexuality is and I'm always thinking
about these things and like it doesn't matter it really doesn't like for me I
just like everyone I can fall in love with anyone I just like people for their
personality and I don't feel like trying to place myself under a label anymore
because it's like i've been it makes me think too much and that's
this is such an awkward video like I don't even know where it's going but I
just really want to talk about labels because everyone's asking me oh why did
your label change why you're changing your label why don't you like labels why
like it's just stressing me out and it's just so hard because I don't know I
don't know I don't know what I will put my sexuality as and it's stressing me out
it's really stressing me out like if I go on Google right now and I type in like different
sexualities and I read all them I'm gonna be like I fit under all these that
what though like what yeah okay so basically that's
my sexuality I like people that's it that that's what my label is I like
people that's it but I just want you guys to
know that if you don't know what your sexuality is if you don't know what your
label is that's okay and you don't need to figure it out you do not need to if
someone really forces me down and pushes me down and like have something do my
head I will say that I'm pansexual but I don't know if I actually am but that's
the closest thing I could I feel that's the closest thing that I would go by but
anyways this video was all over the place and I was not breathing half of it
but um just to say that labels don't really matter and that you don't need to
have a label and if people think that your sexuality is invalid because you
don't live yourself that's just not right so i hope you guys enjoyed this video if
you did please give it a big thumbs up subscribe below and I'll see you next
time and remember live life don't think twice I'm out of here
