Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Wonder Breasts.

Today we are going to discuss: Breast augmentation with crescent lift.

In this channel we discuss everything related to breast surgery.

When people hear the words "Breast Lift," they often become apprehensive of the idea of it

because of various reasons.

One of the turn offs is the size and placement of the scars that result after the procedure.

The crescent lift doesn't have a very good reputation and many experienced plastic surgeons

will avoid using it, even if it is still frequently performed nowadays.

There are multiple reasons why I tend to avoid recommending the crescent lift.

First, it can only provide a minor lift, usually no more than 1 cm.

Second, the complication rate in terms of unsatisfactory results is quite high.

The areola can stretch, elongate, change the shape and get distorted after the crescent breast lift is performed.

Now let's see more details about this surgical technique:

This technique features a crescent shaped incision above the areola.

The skin tissue in this area is then removed to allow the rise of the areolas

to the higher rim of the crescent incision.

What makes this still a popular option of breast lift is that it causes the least amount of scarring

compared to the other types of lifts.

The position of the incision at the edge between the breast skin and the darker areola adds

to the concealing effect on the scar.

It is the least invasive of the breast lift procedures, meaning it has only a minimum amount

of skin tissue removed, making healing time faster and more convenient.

It can also be combined with augmentation to provide better breast size and projection.

The crescent breast lift offers some advantages for women who are uncomfortable

with a lot of post-operative scarring and daunted by more invasive procedures.

It does have its share of cons as well though.

A crescent lift is usually suggested for women who have smaller breasts and those with minimal

to moderate amounts of sagging.

This is due to the fact that the crescent lift does minimal lifting, but it does move the nipple-areola

at a higher level than before to make the breast appear perkier.

Also, because of the smaller incision area, it gives the plastic surgeon a smaller room to manipulate

breast augmentation implants, if an augmentation is opted to be done in tandem with the crescent lift.

Former Army Ranger 'Hero' Player Makes SHOCKING Admission After Apologizing For Standing For Anthem - Duration: 6:57.

Out of all the disrespect our nation received from those spoiled rich ball tossers in the

NFL this past Sunday was an image from the Steelers-Bears game where Steelers' left

tackle Alejandro Villanueva is seen standing by himself at the end of the tunnel to the

field during the playing of our national anthem.

He stood in attendance all alone while the rest of the players waited inside the tunnel

to come out onto the field at the end of the song to show how much our beloved nation has

oppressed these simple illiterate ball tossers.

But Villanueva, who served in the United States Army as a Ranger, has now changed his tune.

The former hero said he had spoken to Ben Roethlisberger on Saturday night after the

team came to the decision about their plan for Sunday's game. He claims to have asked

him if he could stand at the front of the team so he could see what was happening on

the field. He added that he walked to a point where he could see the flag on the field,

but wound up too far in front of his teammates and didn't want to walk back to the team

during the song.

Villanueva now claims that he did not want to give off the impression that the team was

not unified and said several times that it was "my fault only" that things didn't

go off as planned. He went on to add "Unfortunately I threw my teammates under the bus, unintentionally."

No, you didn't throw your teammates under the bus, you threw your nation, the very one

you fought for, under the bus.

CBS Sports Reports: Ben Roethlisberger explains why Steelers stayed in locker room for national anthem!

Teams across the league demonstrated on Sunday in response to Donald Trump's speech

NFL teams around the league waged protests - during the national anthem Sunday,

in response to incendiary remarks from President Trump, who said this at a rally on Friday night:

Wouldn't you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say,

Get that son of a bitch off the field right now. Out. He's fired. He's fired!"

Some players knelt during the anthem, others stood with arms locked, while others, like the Steelers, remained in the locker room during the anthem.

Here's how Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger explained the decision - after the team's overtime loss in Chicago.

"By no means, by no way shape or form, was there any disrespect intended towards our troops and those who serve this country, he said,

via ESPN.com's Jeremy Fowler. "We all have the utmost respect for them, obviously.

They give us the freedom to play this game.

"Last night, obviously, with all the issues going on if you will, we had a players-only

meeting after the team meeting … we decided we were going to talk about what we were going

to do because we knew some guys wanted to take a knee, guys wanted to stand. We said

whatever we do, we need to make sure we are unified as one group because that is what

we are about and that is what it should be about. Staying together as one unit, one group,

one brotherhood, things like that.

"So rather than having one guy kneel, one guy stand, the conclusion was made by everybody

that the best thing to do was to stay in the locker room (or in the tunnel, if you will)

and show respect that way."

One Steelers player wasn't in the locker room during the anthem; starting left tackle

Alejandro Villanueva, who was an Army Ranger before joining the NFL, stood just outside

the player's tunnel at Soldier Field.

Steelers coach Mike Tomlin weighed in on the matter before the game.

"You know, these are very divisive times for our country and for us as a football team

it's about us remaining solid. We're not going to be divided by anything said by anyone,"

Tomlin told CBS Sports' Jamie Erdahl. … "[I told our players] if you feel the need to

do anything I'm going to be supportive of that — as Americans you have that right.

But whatever we do we're going to do 100 percent, we're going to do together. We're

not going to let divisive times or divisive individuals affect our agenda."

On Saturday, Steelers president Art Rooney II issued this statement:

"I believe the commissioner made an appropriate statement and I have nothing to add at this

time."

And here are Roger Goodell's remarks from earlier Saturday:

"The NFL and our players are at our best when we help create a sense of unity in our

country and our culture. There is no better example than the amazing response from our

clubs and players to the terrible natural disasters we've experienced over the last

month. Divisive comments like these demonstrate an unfortunate lack of respect for the NFL,

our great game and all of our players, and a failure to understand the overwhelming force

for good our clubs and players represent in our communities."

The Steelers were one of three teams — along with the Seahawks and Titans — to stay in

the locker room during the anthem.

Ben Roethlisberger said on Monday night that he regrets the Pittsburgh Steelers boycotting

the anthem and reveals the asinine decision left him 'unable to sleep.' Oh, poor thing,

I'm sure it was hard to sleep in your mansion. Let's all keep in mind the irony of all

these NFL players make on average 2.2 million a year, and they are protesting about who

knows what, they themselves don't even know.

hello people here you going today today I want to show you the coins are

circulate in India so here I have the coins I have the one two five in ten

rupees this five rupees at actual older

older issue and these were changed in 2011 to have the rupee sign on it so

this is the last year of with the actual word rupee and it has all these have the

lighter flower here and under the day they have to meet mark so this one is a

star and that's a Hyderabad me this one is a circle it's annoyed at me this one

also is a star it has a triangle it's a moon by me and if had snow mint mark

then it's the Calcutta me so the four mints in India I'll put it down below so

you can know when you look at your coins from India what means it's from okay so

these ones have a raise up there I'm not too sure what that's about

you know I did ten rupees pretty terrible these coins are pretty poorly

minted and this one is too much space here they need to actually read these on

and do something with this coin to make it more pretty so when someone looks at

okay oh that's nice coin instead of an odd it's a shit coin so on the back of

these coins as the lion capital of Ashoka and a Sokka was actually one of

the Marion Kings which is the first large empire in India it was a bit after

Alexander the Great 300 BC and this this there's actually a

few years I think it's like seven period columns or pillars they call them if I

these animal decorations on top there's actually more pillows I think it's like

17 or something I can't remember but there's only 7 animals on them and this

ok the 10 rupees here is a under the date has the mint mark which is also

annoyed at me so if I show you the the actual this is called the emblem of

India and it has 4 lines there should be another one on this main line as I

engravings here horses it also has a spike tweedle and that's basically

Indian coins these ones this one looks plain there's some time she can get

raided ones all these coins are this is supposed to be raided but the reading is

pretty poor this one is uh as you can see it's got reading on it some places

but not everywhere and this one is plain so this coin here I look at it it's

pretty playing pretty poorly minted so if you get a counterfeit one how you

supposed to tell the difference it probably actually can a feeling I'm

probably actually better quality so that's a you know it's I can't affect

because quality is better anyway there's the coins of India so if you go

to India yeah you won't get confused except the older coins like this coin

here a little one repays same size I'll make another video on that and show you

the size comparison in the old 50 peso is the same as the 1

rupee so make sure you don't get dodged with our getting 50 paces as one rupees

What Should We Do With The DACA Recipients (Dreamers)? Should They Be Deported? - Duration: 6:49.

shastenm76 coming to you from a Rancho in Jalisco.

I took a couple of days on holiday here, at a property of the in-laws of my

brother-in-law. Every couple of months, I come up here to relax because it's quite

peaceful here. So, a couple of weeks ago approximately,Jeff Sessions rescinded the

DACA Program, and i'm going to talk about it today. I can understand why

people don't want to be inundated with this kind of stuff on their leisure hour,

and others don't want celebrities and others telling what to think. And, I have

to say that I don't want to tell anyone what to believe or think. I just want

people to see some of the things that I've seen, and i want to see if they

don't change their minds about some of the intolerance of many extreme

right-wing pundits and politicians. So, back to this DACA issue. Honestly, I'm

really tied on what I think about this. If Trump gets Congress to move; great,

then we never had anything to worry about regarding the dreamers. Unfortunately,

I'm not so sure Congress can get anything done because there are two

parties, but it's more like they have 20 political parties wrapped into two, and

then out of those two remaining political parties there's hardly a major

difference. Basically, it seems like we've gotten to a point where unless every

single individual politicians interests are met, nothing ever gets done, and it

will never get done the way that it was intended to get done in the first place.

So, you can see why I doubt anything will come of this, and this makes me really

feel bad for the dreamers. After talking with a lot of people who want our

so-called the laws respected, and wanna say who comes into the U.S., I've come to

a conclusion it doesn't matter if you're talking undocumented immigrants, or

dreamers (who are also undocumented). I think there is a huge chasm-- between--

because we're under this impression that we aren't to break the law, but what if

the law is junk? No one asks that question. The issue lies in the fact that

these undocumented are only undocumented because some bureaucrat said they

couldn't be documented. Over the years, I have met

quite a few dreamers who were deported. They were fairly good people. It's almost

like a judge is just trying to deport anyone they can, and not looking at

whether a person is an actual danger to society, no P.O.'s, no fines, just get out of

this country. As a result, I've met more than a few dreamers who didn't speak

Spanish very well who were born here in Mexico, and now, they're supposed to go to

work, and make something of themselves. Right now families are being split apart,

but that doesn't even happen in Mexico with their draconian immigration laws.I

I understand that there are many considerations regarding this issue, and

most of those considerations are only issues because we no longer follow the

Constitution of the United States and we haven't for quite some time. Now, you

probably still think that they're criminals, or that they committed a crime

and perhaps they did. Wasn't Rosa Parks committing a crime? Wasn't all the

kids from the blowouts of the late 60s and their teachers committing crimes

when they demanded to be treated like citizens and not be subject to racist

policies? Wasn't our Founding Fathers committing crimes for which many of them

perished at the hands of the British? Sometimes the right thing never happens

because not enough people stand up in defiance. 90 to 95 percent of

undocumented immigrants are working their fingers to the bone trying to make an

opportunity for themselves, and for their family. Today I personally know a few

undocumented who are business owners homeowners, and great employees who are

working towards something. Now, I also have man a few who've gotten DUI's, and

I've seen undocumented who steal from grocery stores, and if you say they gotta

go, I get it. I understand. You could even make the argument that they all have to

return to their own country, and get their papers in order so that they can

live here, but these dreamers are the ones who are

studying at your universities, working in some lucrative jobs, and now they can't.

Seriously? These politicians just want to clip their wings off just like that; no

possibility of joining the Armed Forces, or doing something to get their

citizenship, or get their papers. I don't get it. Right now, in the last six months,

I've heard quite a few stories where an undocumented person had family members

who were US citizens who couldn't get their papers. How does that make sense?

Where are we, Communist China? I would expect as much coming from there, but the

U.S.; you know, the country that's supposedly the beacon of freedom?

Whatever! Most people want decency in their

neighborhoods, and they think that they will have more decency if we rid

ourselves of certain types of people. Who would you rather have as a neighbor? One

of those racist KKK types, or someone who just happens to be undocumented that

goes to work every day? They don't bother you one way or another. And who is

committing real crimes in the US? The undocumented, the dreamers, or some of

those CEOs of those multinational corporations? Entry without inspection is

a civil offense, just like trespassing. It's actually very similar. It's not a

terrible crime. Those CEO's never get prosecuted for the felonies

they commit. Seriously, I think you should redirect your anger. Just saying
