Driving from Javea in Spain to Gibraltar - Sailing A B Sea (Ep.007) - Duration: 8:56.

Hey Baz I found it. Aha there you are! In this episode of Sailing A B Sea we drive

680 kilometers south to Gibraltar, encounter snow in the Sierra Nevada mountains,

catch our first glimpse of the Rock of Gibraltar and go back to school for our

RYA sailing courses.

Been driving through the night and looking at this stuff and thinking that's not

rain, it doesn't look like rain in the headlights. It's snowing! It's snowing,

look at this.

With our fuel tank refilled and dawn breaking as best it could through the

low-hanging clouds delivering their cargo of small fluffy snowflakes we

continued our drive through the ghostly landscape onwards towards Gibraltar.

As you can possibly tell from that big rock that's behind us, we've arrived near

Gibraltar. We're not there yet, we've actually got to park the car in the

marina here in Spain and then we're just going to walk ourselves and our bags

over the border. Let's go! Yeah, just a few hours ago we were standing in snow.

Yeah I know. And now we're on the on the coast. It's windy but it's sunny anyway. Yeah so it's all good.

Good sailing weather! Alright let's go and cross the border. Yeah.

Halfway along the pier we got our first look at Rockefeller our floating home for

the next three weeks and our first lesson in sailing began with Peter

showing us how to get on board and a quick tour of the yacht. Ah ah, I'll have

your bags coz you need two hands free.

Make sure you've got two hands. Right now what you can do is hold on to this.

This won't go anywhere. Kettle just plug it in there OK and you've got a toaster there.

You've probably been camping, you just press it in, hold it and hold it for about five

down there, personally I don't put toilet paper down it.

I'm hoping she'll probably be with us for the year you know. I get good

feedback, I always listen to the customers you know. It's your boat for the week now

so just root in every little cupboard and have a good look. Left to our own

devices we unpacked and decided to take a quick look at Gibraltars Main Street.

So we're just having our first wander around Gibraltar... It's busy. Yeah busy.

We've been down the Main Street and it's got every high street shop

that you'd think of from the UK.

Yeah and cheap as chips for things like whiskey and vodka.

I saw a litre bottle of Smirnoff for four pounds and 75 pence, so you can

quite easily become an alcoholic here. You already are darling. Thank you.

Yeah it's very crowded, there's lots of narrow streets and one-way systems.

Old cobblestone streets, they're lovely.

Yeah it's in a very odd state of new stuff and old stuff, so it's it's weird. It's

not what I expected, but then again I'm not even sure what I really expected.

It's sort of like England with, even with the smell of buses but with a sound of

Spanish scooters. Yeah there's a lot of scooters. The parking is at a premium

which is why most people have scooters.

So yeah we're just having a wander around, it's about five o'clock in the

afternoon and we'll decide what we're going to do for dinner and maybe get one

of those four pounds 75 bottles of vodka and a litre of orange juice and go sit

on the boat and have sundowners. Yeah except we've got to learn and read

through and learn our VHF course. Oh yeah. Well maybe not too many drinks then.

Day one in the classroom, known as the

green house, Peter explained all we needed to know about the VHF radio

handling rules and regulations and at the end of the day we

both passed the course with flying colors.

Day two in the greenhouse Carrie took us through the RYA marine

first aid course and after getting up close

and personal with our CPR dummy by dinnertime we were once

again presented with our certificates. Next time on Sailing A B Sea we

a mobile app where he can find social activities happening around him

in sectors like education, animal care, cleanliness, health etc.

Now, he along with other concerned citizens can help solve the problems of his city

through small collective contributions.

The youth of India is highly vocal about social issues.

But, their enthusiasm is mostly wasted in meaningless social media debates

without any actual on ground action.

We, at Contree, want to channelize their energies in solving local problems.

To promote the culture of community service, we initiated Rang De! Jaipur campaign

where in last five months, more than thousand citizens, contributed their

time and effort, to clean and paint one lakh sq. feet of area.

Rang De!, and various other activities across the nation

help in engaging citizens in solving city's problems.

Say, for eg. how, employees help in clearing traffic situations during peak hours

or how

a bunch of college students educate slum children during the weekends.

Contree intends to connect a larger number of such citizens

with various such activities happening in their city.

This can be done by bringing local NGOs on Contree's app

which can then be used by citizen change makers.

Imagine a day, when civic problems are being solved by local citizens with some support

of government and corporates.

Chinese sesame garlic chicken recipe ♡ English subtitles - Duration: 4:12.

Hello! My name is Elena Bazhenova.

I am glad to welcome you at my kitchen!

You can use sesame not only for baking

but also for cooking meat and fish dishes.

Let's cook chicken breasts in sesame.

For the recipe, we take: 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 100 g sesame seed,

5-6 tbsp wheat flour, 5 tbsp soy sauce, 1-2 eggs,

1 tsp ground ginger, salt to taste and 4 cloves garlic.

Take the chicken breast.

Boneless.

Cut into 1-inch pieces.

Place the chicken into a bowl.

To soak.

Add the soy sauce.

You can salt a little (optional).

Ground ginger.

Crush the garlic using a garlic press.

Stir well.

It is necessary that each piece is soaked in soy sauce, ginger and garlic.

Leave to soak for 20-30 minutes.

Now we'll cook a batter.

First whisk the egg.

Done!

Coat the chicken strip with the flour.

By all sides.

Dip into the egg.

It will be more convenient.

Coat with sesame seeds.

everybody welcome to this week's Saturday fragrance shakedown this week

it is on the Tommy Hilfiger Tommy girl perfume if you'd like to see my review

don't want you to miss any so I actually got this as a gift from one of the

ladies in my training class I remember this perfume was popular in like late

middle school high school and all the popular girls wore it so this fragrance

was launched in 1996 it has top notes of blackcurrant mandarin orange and apple

tree blossom it's middle notes of honeysuckle lily violet grapefruit and

lime and it has bass notes of magnolia leather sandalwood jasmine and cedar so

I'm super excited to try this out I've never gotten to try it so I'm really

excited beautiful little packaging has beautiful

little engraved little top this is a quarter of an ounce

oh my gosh yeah that smells exactly how I remember it smelling in high school oh

my gosh I smell so good

it smells so yummy

I mean you have to know like a fragrance that is over 20 years old and it's you

know still popular people still wear it I mean it's definitely one of those

fragrances that's kind of timeless this definitely reminds me of a fragrance you

wear during the summer going to the bar the club with your friends but it smells

so good

I love that the apple blossom is a very very forward sorry one of the middle

notes to is meant and you're definitely getting that as well

that smells so so good I love the way that smells so for the quarter of an

ounce perfume it does range from eight dollars up to thirteen dollars on like

Walmart Amazon some perfume websites so I do think it's a really really good

price because you don't need very much the concentration of fragrance is very

very high it just smells so good oh my gosh it just totally brings back

memories of being in middle school and I think that's cool when a fragrance can

just take you back instantly to a time or place but it smells very very good it

does last a long while I've been wearing it for about two hours and it smells so

good I like to put on my perfume at night before I go to bed just that way

it just lingers for the rest of the evening the base notes really do develop

I have to worry enough for a little bit you do get that leather and the Magnolia

and the sandalwood does come through very strong but it smells so good it's

so rich and I just love it so I just want to thank Sarah I don't know if she

watches my videos but thank you so much for the Tommy girl I'm so happy that I

get to try it and I'm probably one of the popular girls but anyway yeah it's

awesome I would definitely check it out if you've been wanting to try this if it

brings back memories and nostalgia definitely recommend going on to Amazon

or some of the other perfume websites and see if you can get this eight to

thirteen dollars I don't think that's a bad deal at all it will last you a while

and it just smells so so yummy I love it reminds me of spring and summer I can't

wait guys we've gotten like I'm not kidding you we've gotten probably like

almost two feet of snow in two days so I definitely need something that brings me

to spring in summertime and it's definitely the Tommy girl but you guys
