Last year in 2017 we saw a HUGE boom in the gaming market for a new type of virtual experience

–the battle royale.

This fad, if you can even call it that with it's success, is something we have been

meaning to touch on for a while.

But with the advent of the new year, this genre of highly competitive games is raring

to completely take over and become the next big thing in gaming history.

And at the forefront of this new style of game is Fortnite, boasting millions of concurrent

users at any given time with a whopping 45 million players in total.

But is Fortnite just a bloated fad?

Or are we looking at something much bigger than a one pump chump?

So buckle up boys and girls, let's take a glide through the world of Fortnite to understand

just what makes up a Battle Royal and the role it plays in the mindset of champions.

For millennia, the greatest have competed, but only sometimes will champions clash in

the arena of Battle Royale.

To stand against countless others with only yourself as the difference between sweet victory

and bitter defeat is...well it's CRAZY...crazy intense!

And there's something to the experience that can only be understood by delving deep

into the human mind and...the experience of Battle Royale itself.

Behind every genre of virtual experience and competition there is a simple truth waiting

to be achieved, this just happens to be the truth of Fortnite's Battle Royale, the real

truth.

HIT IT!

Hnnnnnnngg

A Battle Royale is a kind of competition, and we all know video games are competitive

for the most part.

Hell, even Animal Crossing (one of the most laid back games ever made) is about bragging

to your friends about how much shit you have, you materialistic...animal people.

Anyway.

To understand the appeal of competitive video games to the collective human mind, let's

look at the different kinds of competitions one can partake in...digitally.

Generally the competition is between you and the computer, or you and another person, or

your group versus another group.

Because of this, when I was a kid, I thought I was super good at video games.

Then the internet happened and I found out I REALLY suck at Super Smash Bros.

But I digress.

In the days of yore, you only had your friends or that dick who hogged mortal combat in the

arcade to test yourself against.

That, or the built in predictable difficulty of single player games.

Or the total RNG of something like Mario Party single player.

SQUEAK YOU DK!

However, now things are different.

My dudes, it's 2018!

If you didn't know that then I'm happy I was here to inform you, but more importantly,

at this point we've had video games for quite some time.

These amazing creations have been around for so long, attractive enthusiasts like myself,

are now able to go back and look at a pretty storied past of success and failure in the

gaming industry.

We've seen a lot of styles of games come and go and even pop back up as big retro fads.

Our mushroom munching maniac Mario is an example of this: a game that took the world by absolute

storm, did precision platforming with tight controls almost perfectly, but was then cast

aside during the 64 bit generations for a long while.

All of a sudden a new 2D Mario hits the WII and BAM baby, 2D Mario is back for another

what?

8 years and counting?

But this video isn't about that drug addict or his shroom diet!

It's 2018 homie!

So now that I've put the Battle Royale into the context of gaming history, let's jump

into what the big ol' BR means exactly and why it's different.

With millions of people playing games online there is an endless sea of players out there

at varying degrees of talent and success, so how do you know where you stand?

How good are you?

If you take Overwatch for example they've added in ranked modes which can allow you

to get all the way to #1 but so much of that is luck, getting paired with players that

are good, or that work with you well, playing the game right so you're able to make it up

in rank, there's a lot of technical mumbo jumbo that goes into making it to the top.

Enter Fortnite, Battle Royale.

A true test of your skill against all others.

A sponsor that you can totally get for free just by clicking the link in the description!

Fortnite is a unique shooter because...well...it's not a hitscan game, meaning the gunplay isn't

immediate.

The bullets have to make their way to the other player, it isn't an instantaneous

shot.

Because of this, the aiming is more difficult than other shooters because you have to get

used to HOW the bullets work.

Especially in long range gunplay you have to spot the player

"I see you" And shot not only where they're moving to,

but also account for gravity on the bullet.

Giving a little sweet release on the kill "Boom bitch.

Waddup"

But killing is just part of the game.

Throwing building into the mix gives you intense firefights.

You've always gotta be ready for battle.

And when you're dumped into the large map with randomly placed equipment and weapons

you gotta GET HYPED!

At the beginning of a match you're on a bus floating via the power of helium balloons.

There's only one man who has that kind of technological expertise…

The wasteland of empty towns down below have different amounts of chest spawn locations,

which are crucial for weapons and resource gathering.

I typically try to go to less populated locations (Anarchy Acres is my fav), but Tilted Towers

always has a lot of people and great weapons...if you can survive...

But if you're able to

not die, you're much stronger for it when you make your way out to the rest of the world,

and you encounter more and more people as the storm cloud shrinks around you.

As you run into more players, you have chances to get kills and the little sweet release

to go with 'em.

Okay more than just a little sweet release.

Yeah...that's a little more like it.

It's feelings like this that make the game so competitive.

Competition and knowing where you rank is essential to any competitive game.

Each match in Fortnite is an instant opportunity to prove your skill, but what IS your skill?

You don't have to get the most kills to win a match, you just have to survive.

Maybe you're the sickest shot in the west and that's how you win; but maybe you're

the most patient, or the most cunning.

It's all a way to come out on top.

Having a simple, yet loose definition of winning allows for all kinds of players to have a

chance at sweet sweet victory.

You may not be able to hit the broad side of a barn, but if you can out maneuver or

out think your opponent, or simply out WAIT them, you can have a chance at the top spot

in a match.

Being the best out of a hundred people is a super awesome feeling, and one I've only

reached a time or two, cause you know, I like to let other people win sometimes…

Yeah...that's definitely it.

One interesting thing about a Battle Royale is how many ways there are to reach the end

goal...to WIN!

Simply staying alive is the only true objective, so many different play styles are perfectly

valid and offer opportunities for victory.

At first it seems like 100 people is a staggering amount to best, but when you watch the number

of competitors slowly decrease you start to feel like you suck way less.

Either way, now is the time of Battle Royale, You might just find what you were looking

for in a game all along, and a blossoming community as well, and we're a part of it!

Who knows, maybe you'll end up playing against one of us one day!

When I look at a game like Fortnite, I don't just see a fad that's going to come and

go.

I think we've found a new realm of gaming one that is going to stand the test of time.

It combines so many aspects of other games: RNG items, competitive gameplay, different

levels of weapon rarity, stealth, strategy, shooting, building, co-op, there's literally

something in there for everyone.

Hell I even saw Dan Harmon talking about Fortnite on Twitter just the other day so maybe you'll

get to play against him!

However unlikely that is.

But before that, let's get to the juicy, nuggety center of why this video exists at

all.

The Coup de grâce that ties together the journey towards becoming the very best that

no one ever was...at Fortnight.

You think I just scream things into a microphone for nothing?

NO!

You're here for a reason and so am I!

The meaty, philosophical reality punch that is THE TRUTH...of why we like to win.

Think of life as a battle royale...sometimes you team up with others towards your goal

but ultimately only one can reign victorious so your teamwork ends with guns pointed at

each other and didlydeath for all but the one who kills best.

I mean it's not a perfect analogy for life but you get the idea: somehow being successful

in a silly, epic competition thingy plays on that same feeling from being successful

in life.

That's the main reason why winning a game feels...worthwhile!

Like you just had fun doing whatever life threw at you and KILLED IT!

YOU FOOKIN KILLED IT DUDE GOOD WORK!

That's why games are fun...but let's go even deeper.

THIS IS A TREESICLE VIDEO.

YOU THINK I'M JUST GONNA STOP IN THE SHALLOW END WITH ALL THE TODDLERS PISSING THEMSELVES?

No!

We're going to answer One.

Step.

Deeper.

The question of...why does winning..succeeding feel good...in life?

Such an opposite feeling than too much time of doing nothing.

Doing nothing is fun for a while but eventually I get tired lounging in my pajama bottoms,

eating goldfish, and...dicking around on the internet sometimes with my dick not out.

Competition itself, is ingrained in the fabric of life.

Everything from the grass on your front lawn to the goldfish in your aquarium is a part

of the ongoing battle for survival, and that's what it really comes down to, survival.

Trees have to get sunlight so they grow as tall as they can, but in a heavily forested

area you may note that there's little life on the forest floor because the trees won

and nothing else can grow.

Taking it back home to the human experience, because we're such a versatile species,

what with our big fat meaty….

Brains, we have turned competition from a survival instinct into a game.

That game is called society.

We may not be warring over who gets the most deer from the forest anymore, but we are warring

over who gets the money to buy the deer from the person who had the money to buy the land

that the deer is on which was leased to the people who hunted the deer and sold it to

the purveyor from which you bought that deer.

Really, all money is for is to try and keep people from killing each other.

It's a fabricated form of credit, you work to earn it, and your work enables other people

to spend their money.

However, it's still competition.

Some people are born with a head start, wealthy families, big families with lots of connections,

but some people are born with a shit hand, no money, stripped through college, scraping

by their whole life.

You can't escape competition.

You can't escape the battle for survival because in reality, there simply isn't enough to satisfy

everyone (especially with the population we have now, holy cow when did that happen???).

But regardless of what you were born into the idea of Fortnite mirrors life PERFECTLY,

and it's what makes the battle royale games so ethereal.

You really never know what you're going to get, what you're going to be placed into.

It truly mirrors some of the randomness of existence and the struggle that we call life.

There WILL be times when the second you land you get shot in the face and it's simply done,

but there are other times where you may find yourself in a goldmine of shields, ammo, and

sweet ass guns.

But no matter what you are dealt you have to fight, and sometimes you'll get far only

to be shot down in your prime, but then sometimes you win.

In life there is only one victory, survival until the end.

Making it out where you want to be when the lights turn out for good.

To be frank, not all of us will experience that.

Some of us will come close, and some of us won't even get a chance.

But some of us WILL win, and a battle royale simulation lets you live that out as many

times as you want.

The uncertainty of beginning, the panic of midlife, the threat of failure but the light

at the end of the tunnel that is victory.

So hang on tight folks, Battle Royal isn't going anywhere.

We've uncovered the newest genre of Gaming, one that has all the opportunity in the world

to mold and evolve with the changing of times.

If you haven't tried it out yet, give it a shot!

We've got a link for you in the description.

We'll see you on the battlefield, but we definitely won't lose cause we're sick at

games dawg!

And that's the truth of Fortnite, a game that is paving the way in a new genre of gaming.

You're looking at the future of shooters, and that's the real truth.

But don't just take my word for it!

It's completely free and super fun.

Make sure to give yourself a couple rounds to get used to how shooting works and the

bullet speed and building aspects, and you'll be pwning noobs in no time...or not.

It's a ton of fun and having a full squad of four is a great feeling.

In all honesty, we were playing Fortnite well before they ever approached us to do a video

for them, and we're always trying to give some love to the games we enjoy playing.

So check them out and maybe you'll land in a game with us!

And speaking of gaming with us - Treesicle is gonna be streaming!

Introduction to Arduino - Episode 1: The Hardware - Duration: 11:02.

Hello, what is up everyone Tony here and today as you can see I'm going to be starting my Arduino beginner tutorial series

so the idea for this mostly came around when I was trying to teach a couple of other peers up my school about

Arduino and I realized that they didn't really have many resources to go off of so I'm going to try to create my own

so in this first video, I'm going to talk a bit about the hardware of Arduino and the concept and

Next one will probably dive into the software and I will start with basic projects

So

As you can see in front of me these are two different Arduino boards they make

many different versions so

This over here. This is our

do you know who no this is the most common one so I think we'll focus on this for the sake of this series and

The thing with Arduino board is not only are there many versions

Because the platforms also up open-source. There's also

So this is based on the Atmel 328P I believe but there are other ones based on well much different chips

Even you have stuff like the ESP Wi-Fi the connected series running with the Arduino software

So it's really a mixed bag in terms of what

boards you can use. Also a thing to note is not all of these boards even have to come from Arduino

So as you can see in front of me

This one is actually just a clone so the mega over here is a genuine Arduino board

but you don't have to buy one the

Big difference is that you're supporting the actual company so this for example

I bought for a much cheaper online, and it works in the same the same manner using the same software

Looking up at these you might say

Oh this has a lot more pins

But in practice these like this more, or less are the same thing so let's quickly go over

What's on one of these.

You actually have two ways of powering these

What you

most commonly use

Is the USB port this is just a regular USB type B. You can use a

Printer cable this kind of cable whatever to actually upload your your software to it

Now this gets the power over USB as well as the data for your program

And you can also use serial communication. I'll go into that later

The second way if you're gonna run this on

Well, on the go, is you can you just use a battery so here you have a DC input jack

This is connected to this voltage regulator so anywhere from 7 to 12 volts usually works

Just fine to run old all of your circuits

Now if you're packing this in a closed box. You don't have room for a DC jack. You also have this V in pin

That's your voltage input, and you can connect this to usually a 9-volt battery

But again any other voltage that you'd connect to this there connect it to that

Same thing in the end

Now in terms of your Arduino over here on this side you have your power section

So you have voltage input ground ground 5 volts 3.3 volts so reset and another 5 volts

if we look at

The mega we can see it's in the same way you have you have your

voltage input you have two ground pins you have 5 volts, 3.3 volts, reset and

You have IOREF. Which is your reference voltage you usually don't want to be touching that so this is usually

This is useful for connecting stuff like your

voltage and ground rails on a breadboard, so

Breadboards will have the two common rails across it to run ground and voltage, so these are often useful for connecting to that

Now the next thing that we can see here going down

Are your analog inputs in the case of the mega you have 0 to 15

so that gives you 16 analog inputs in the case of the UNO you have 6

But they work in the same way, so your analog inputs are connected to an analog to digital converter

Because the rest of the software works. Fully digitally and

And

the way

That works. Is there is a 10-bit and analog the digital converter

So what does 10-bit mean 10-bit is 2 to the power of 10 this gives you

1,024 different levels of input

Voltage so basically you have a 1024 different well almost like dimming levels of your inputs same thing on the arduino uno

Your analog inputs 0 through 5 so you have 6 in total

are

10 bits so 2 to the power of 10, so you have

1,024 different input levels so like half-bright for example a half and put so 3 like 2.5 volts would be a

512 so on so forth

Now on

this side you have your

Digital ports now the digital ports on the arduino are pretty versatile they can be used for digital inputs or outputs

Technically the analog inputs can be used for digital outputs as well if you run out of pins for your project

Generally that's not the best practice, but if you need more pins

You could definitely do that

Ok so

Digital now. There's so these digital pins. Let me flip this so you guys can easily see the numbers there we go

These digital pins can be used for both inputting and opening

to the arduino

But note that they can't be used for both at the same time obviously

So in the software you will set them either as inputs or outputs when you start your program, and we'll look at the software shortly

So you'll have to define them as either working as inputs or outputs not both

not a big deal, though

So

All of interest here are so you'll notice that it's on the mega

all of your 13 first inputs support what's called PWM which is pulse width modulation

Essentially it's a way of providing a dimmable output. I will go over

How it works in a different video about analog inputs and outputs on the Arduino

On the Arduino Uno not all of the pins

Have PWM so you'll notice that there's a couple pins with ~ right so you have

You've got pin 11 pin 10 pin 9 6 5 and

3 so the ones with the little tilde by their number

Support PWM outputs so in a more practical way, those support dimming you can run motors at full speed or half speed or third

speed you can run LEDs

you can change the brightness of an LED for example and your analog outputs on the Arduino are 8-bit so 2 ^ 8

Which gives you

256 different levels so

for example on an LED you

Would have 256 different levels of brightness for you that you could set for the LED to use

Again they use PWM basically how PWM works in a very short summary is

you basically turn the circuit on and off very fast at the switching frequency, it's

multiple kilohertz for the Arduino, so it'll flip on and off multiple thousand times a second and

For example with a motor the motor physically can't start and stop fast enough

So you'll get the attempt well slow down motor with the case of LEDs

The LED will actually be blinking at that super fast speed, but your eye doesn't see that fast

So you'll just see it as dimmed.

of

importance here on

an Arduino Uno so pay attention to your

And the last couple of analog that's because those can be used for what is called I2C

On this one you can see there's also pin outs for SCL, SDA, 5V and GND

So that's one of the communication protocols. I'll go over a couple of them

so one of them

Commonly used for our sensors is I2C. Or IIC depends on you not to write it

Now that is a two-wire interface

Yeah an SDA and an SCL you have well data and clock

And you can connect to multiple sensors to this to this bus and you can read and write data for example

I'll go over how to use an I2C LCD for example and one of the next X number of videos I make

So you so those can be used those are usually run off of the last couple analog pins the other thing is you have serial

Communication so usually serial is used natively on the USB port to send and receive data

It's on port 0 & 1

You're usually not going to use those if you want to connect another serial device to your Arduino

We usually use what is called soft serial

Which is you will run a couple of your digital pins and a fake pseudo serial mode to emulate a serial connection

So that's the basis of the hardware all of these are basically your USB serial adapters

I'm so like what days you don't need FTDI break ups like you do with the pro mini

And you have 5 volts on 3 volts that's all fairly obvious

So thanks for watching this first introduction to Arduino

Hopefully you enjoyed this video if you did please leave a like subscribe and I will see you next time

Toys R Us closing won't mean much for parents - Duration: 0:48.

It used to be the place parents could go to treat their kids for a job well done, and

to kids, it seemed like heaven on Earth.

Toys R Us could be closing up shop in the U.S. as early as the beginning of the week.

But what does that mean for parents shopping for the next must-have toy?

Well, one less place to shop — and that's about it.

In recent years, the toy retail giant has been losing tons of its customers to places

like Amazon, Walmart and Target.

And a couple of companies, like Kohl's and J.C. Penney, have reportedly been expanding

their toy departments as more Toys R Us stores close.

While the Amazons and Walmarts of the world have plenty of toys, the toy industry will

still take a hit, since Toys R Us accounts for about 15 percent of U.S. toy revenue.

CREATE AN EASY GOLF SWING WITH THESE LAG DRILLS - Duration: 11:41.

hey everybody Danny Maude here head professional at the Canterbury Golf

Club in Kent if you clicked on this video you're probably looking at a couple of

things you're looking at getting more power in your game or you've kind of

looked at this all you've heard it's time called laggy you want to know what

it is and why it's so important to have in the golf swing so this is what we're

gonna discuss today we're going to talk about what is like why you should have

it and how you go about achieving it so let's have a look what is like what does

it look like so lag is basically this on an image you're gonna see like like this

the lead arm and the club shaft when the hands get to hip height it forms a 90

degree angle this is an image of what you'll see when people talk about lag

those who don't have lag when the hands get to refer back here you're gonna see

watch this a reduction in this so this is almost now very very little angle at

all lag no like why is it important so if you release this lag too quickly what

happens is the club starts to bottom out too early you don't really take any

divots out of the golf ball and what you're gonna do is start to catching the

ball thin and fat right that's the first thing because you know you're you're

lowering here you're releasing too early the club bottoms out too far behind the

ball and we fat it right the other thing I don't have used to see this is if you

release the club too early here and release lag the club is it's fast it's

point is going to be behind the golf ball as a poster at the moment of impact

so not only you're going to start to see poor strikes but you're also going to

see a loss of power so that is why lag is so important we want to create lag

because it improves the quality of our strikes and it also enables us to make

sure that the maximum amount of club head speed is right at the point of the

golf ball so that's lag not even forgetting that

question is how do we go about creating it so as you know I've seen a lot of

people when they try create like they start to work on pulling their arms into

this position here and holding this there and in in an image when you

can it hear think oh great I've achieved it but lag isn't created by forcing this

angle lag is created by a natural transition from the backswing and to the

downswing because what we want to create at the moment is almost a whip through

impact right so what we want to do is yes we want to kind of see something

like this a 90 degree angle but how we go about achieving it is more important

so what you'll see with the leg is this we want to create like because when we

create here there's a softness in the wrist and then right at the moment of

impact there's a release another and there's a whip through impact and it's

that whip that creates the power that hits those balls those epic distances so

that's what we want to do so it's not just kidding if we create this when we

pulled around to hold it here and we're trying to hold on to this Golf Club here

although I can I might look good on camera initially that's not really a

golf swing there's no real power and you're really really struggle to strike

it so what do we do to create this natural Martian the first thing which is

put something you could probably do indoors is just to see if you can feel

what it's like so if you just take the club in one hand maybe right hand if the

right any golfers left if you're left-handed and all I'm going to do is

this I want me to do some swings backwards and forward feel that the way

to the club is you're holding it nice and loose in the water club you're just

swinging back right now as I'm doing this you'll see the club probably get

into a certain height there on the backswing right now just before it gets

that height what I wanted to do is start to unleash a lower part of the body so

just before he gets to the top or as it's going to the top just start to move

the lower part of the body

and what you're doing is is this you can even if you can see this but as I'm

transitioning my lower part just before the clubs are reached we create a lag

the club lags behind right it likes behind compare that to this all

I'm gonna do now I'm going to do anything here and I'm gonna swing and

I'm just gonna go now the club is releasing too much there's nothing going

on here and the quads releasing so what we want to be able do is learn Tish to

feel what that's like is like first before we put two hands on the goal just

not like ears and let's learn the feel of that that's the first thing then what

I want to do is this is what is lag lag is really the upper part of the body the

arms and the club lagging behind the lower part of the body so when we get to

the top here the lower part of the body is going before the upper part that's

what lag is this but it's lagging behind the lower part and when we get to here

then there becomes this amazing amount of fire through the ball and power so

that's what I want to create you've now got a bit of a feel of what lag is let's

start doing some exercises on how we go about achieving that so again second

exercise you can do right now at home to kind of get a feeling of this we've got

a kinematic sequence is Helena posh word but basically it's the correct

sequencing of the body so you don't have to have a golf club actually but put

your hands on your chest and what you do here is just get yourself in position

here okay feet close together turn them back and as you get to here what I want

you to do the first thing I want to do here is this just get the sensation here

at the leg going first you're stepping in so what's happening the lower bodies

leading and then the what this is like you're behind through so try do that

fairly quickly so you're going to turn back and through turn back and through

now it seems like an inoculation sized on it but what is helping you train is

this it's helping you in a sense get the lower part leading and the upper part

lagging behind there's one thing we talking about lag but what's the point

talking about if your body can't feel it and learn it so again simple exercises

you can do it at home turn back watch it I'm doing it very slowly turn

back and I watch like through see turn back and then start to increase the

speed of this okay move that into the swing you see that can you see my lower

part go first and hit the path lagging behind alright

one simple exercise there hip you can't do the gold Glover hub but you can

certainly do the body exercise when they give you another exercise so you push

see me do this before this is a towel exercise similar kind of thing so watch

this we're gonna swing the towel round here now what do people do if they don't

have lag they release their hands and their arms too much right I'm gonna

powers here behind the Bob there's no lag watch this

we're gonna rather than create a snap of the towel behind we're gonna create a

snap of the towel in front of the ball so we're gonna here we're gonna go now

watch the only way you can do this is if look my lower parts leading and watch

this is lagging behind and away we go I'll get a bit crazy back here and snap

through these drills kind of seem Cillian and a simple right but they will

promote the feeling this is a difference between just listening now and kind of

understanding what lag is I'm trying to train your body in terms of the feeling

it's cannot tell you how important this is so many people take the understanding

that they may see from some of these videos and then assume that that will

just apply to the golf swing we need to take these understandings and then learn

to help our bodies learn the muscles or the feeling of these motions so these

exercise will teach that so we're gonna swing it back over here and then watch

this lower part leading and snap we're trying to create that sensation here so

suddenly now what we're doing is the upper part the body the arms are all

starting out to lag behind what do we do next we met at that towel

exercise and then move on to the kind of upgrade that a little bit and I was

working with a client recently on this Chris when we get back here

we want to create our sound over the ball or even after it watch this lagging

behind let's lagging behind and away we go this is going to require some

commitment when the ball gets in the way one of the things I find is that people

freeze they can stay too still particularly the lower part it stay very

very still and that all that's gonna do here is at the upper Pat's gonna

dominate it's now no longer I'm gonna lag behind the lower part and bang we

flick like this if you're a head still guy I've got to keep my head still this

is a typical example as you see very very still the other part just what

doing all the work there's no lie because it's just a hit here you can see

nothing's going on lower part leads tosser hands all like behind and away we

go let's see what this looks like in the swing

not bad all right so what is like in summary lag is the upper part of the

body lagging behind the lower part of the body torso likes behind arms like

behind Club likes behind what does it look like it looks like you're

maintaining a 90 degree angle impact how do we create that we do not do this I

see too many people doing this pulling their arms in position that is not what

we need that will not create like now like is a dynamic process what exercise

have we done to kind of help you create the leg well we you need to feel like

right so doing some things one-handed we're basically as the club swings to

the top here just before it rise gets to the top what we're gonna do is we're

gonna transfer direction what happens the club lags behind and then we create

that little snap near the golf ball just learn to get that feeling you'll get a

sensation of what like is then we give you the towel exercise why is it so

important because again we need to be able to feel what leg is when we get

here and you release there well there's nothing going on I'm releasing the upper

part there's no lag we want to hold back here let the lower part lead and snap

near the ball even here after the golf ball the body's leading and then finally

they provide catch it up and snap through the shot we then transition that

to the golf club you can use this sound if I release sound here it's all upper

body there's no lag here watch this lower body leads everybody like behind

with two lovely snap that we're after and that is it nothing more complicate

don't do the pull down see too many people doing that little big loss of

power okay so if you enjoying this training and this really really helped

you think someone else might benefit please share it I'll be really grateful

and if you enjoying the content every week and you want to receive it in your

inbox don't forget to press the subscribe button and the little bell and

How To Switch Rodeo 540 On Ski's - Duration: 1:56.

If you've got Misty's dialled, Switch Rodeo 540 is essentially the sister trick to

the Misty. Though there may be similarities the two tricks feel very

different. The main difference is the orientation in which the trick is set on

snow. Instead of a forward rotating 540 traveling forward. Switch Rodeo is set in

the switch position making it a backwards traveling 540 rotating

forwards. On tramp, warm up with Misty Progressions. Next, start with your feet

staggered with your back leg and hip open towards the direction of the spin.

It is important to keep your vision spotting downhill imagining you're

riding switch. Jumping in the switch position, set the Misty progression

keeping your vision downhill trying to travel as little as possible. When you

get accustomed to the stance and vision change, go for a Switch Rodeo 540 to feet. Do

a bunch of these until you're confident adding height. If you're finding it is

difficult to jump high in the switch position, feel free to jump normally and

when you're ready do a jump 180 in the opposite direction then the Switch Rodeo.

That way you can maintain your vision downhill through the revert before

you've set the trick. The more grabs you play with, the faster you will build

muscle memory that will translate when you apply these tricks on snow. Another

technique to making the Switch Rodeo more realistic is to add travel towards

the direction this trick is naturally set on snow. Beginning with that basic

Switch Rodeo progression instead of trying not to travel, push through your

toes and set your hips back on takeoff to promote a backwards travel. When

you're feeling confident, repeat this with the Switch Rodeo to your feet each

time jumping higher than the last adding more and more travel. This will give you

a feel for how this trick will realistically translate on snow. This

tutorial was filmed at Whistler Bounce. I'm Kalissa Lolos from Ski Addiction,

helping you ski better!

Your Investments Hold Guns. - Duration: 4:44.

Maybe you care about investing in gun manufacturers and retailers, maybe you

don't. Regardless this is a conversation you don't want to miss. Hey there welcome

back to my channel. This conversation started this week. Unfortunately here in

Northeast Ohio there's been quite a bit of gun violence lately and so it's been

a hot topic about what to do with gun manufacturing, gun retailers, guns in

schools. If someone was walking down the street and asking you to donate money to

their cause - a cause of expanding public smoking or expanding pollution you would

probably say, "uh, no thanks!" and walk on your merry little way. The

interesting thing is that is so tangible that you can very sharply draw a line

whether or not you're willing to support it. In our investments it's a different

story. Oftentimes we use mutual funds to diversify our investments, but within

those mutual funds we're not actually sure what exactly are they investing in.

What am i supporting with my investments? What companies do I actually I own? I had a

client who emailed me this week and said, "Hey I just want to know how much money

I'm actually investing in gun manufacturers and gun retailers can you

tell me?" So if this is something that you care about too I wanted to share this

tool with you so you can at least, eyes wide open, see how you are adding to gun

manufacturing and gun retailing. Ok so the website is called goodbyegunstocks.com

So I'm going to jump on there on my phone. We tend to use stock index funds

often as an easy way to diversify so a very commonly used investment is VTI

Vanguard Total Index Fund and I just wanted to show for this fund how its

investing in gun manufacturers and gun retailers. Alright there are nine gun

stocks. The first is Walmart 0.4% of the fund

Walmart's one of the largest retailers. Cabella's, Dick's,

Olin, that's a gun manufacturer. 0.01%, Ruger, that's a gun manufacturer.

Smith & Wesson 0.01% Vista Outdoor, Big Five, Sportsman Warehouse, and back to Walmart

so the big takeaway here is that you know, now I can send that

information to the customer 0.4% (that's not a whole percent it's .4%)

is invested in Walmart. Well maybe or maybe not that hits against

that customers values maybe they say, "Oh well Walmart, you know that's a retailer

in general that's not really what I was going after. Olin, Ruger, Smith & Wesson,

okay those are the things I might not want to have my money invested within."

You can even plug in the dollar amount that you have invested with that

specific fund and it will calculate out how many dollars that you have directly

invested in that company. What I also like about that site is that it gives

you some alternatives if you're investing on your own you're not

investing on your own and you have an advisor, it's worth giving them a call

and just saying, "Hey I noticed this with my fund and I wondered if you had an

option that's differing from it. There are plenty of options out there now for ESG

investments. That's environmental social and governance. Think of it just like a

basic filter on some of the main things that people get concerned about when it

comes to investing. So some of those hot-button issues would be cigarette

manufacturers, gun manufacturers, alcohol manufacturers, companies with a high

carbon footprint. Additionally you can even filter for companies that are

having a positive impact on our environment. Let's say it's there are

tackling water issues, implementing corporate sustainability. These are

things that are coming more to the surface as people think about what

they're actually investing their dollars in and if that's something that matters

to you you've got options. You have environmental social and governance

options with your investments. Alright friends that's all I have for today,

thank you so much for tuning in. I appreciate it as always. If you're new to

ESG investing and this intrigues you or your saying, "Hey I've got these values in

my everyday life. I talk about them all the time with my friends. Those decisions

are driving my, my purchasing decisions already and I want that to

apply to my investing life. I have created a resource for you, it's in the

description below. And you can go and click on that link and get that download

for yourself. It has some different areas that you can start to consider with

environmental social and governance investing those filters on our

investments and ways that you can make it a better impact with the dollars that

you have a invested towards retirement, towards

those shorter term savings, whatever you have in the stock market you still have

those purchasing decisions to make. With all of that, I will leave you and you take care.

ESTE PARQUE ES UNA COPIA DE DISNEY | POLINESIOS VLOGS - Duration: 12:06.

Hi, Polinesios, how are you?

We are very very happy today, because are we

in an amazing place that is a park of amusements today

We got to a very weird and amazing place at the same time because it's like

an internal amusement park

It's called Lotte World and it really is like a world, as if they were putting Asian Disney World, so

Polinesios now let's go into another section which is within Lotte World itself and it's called

Magic Island

But, this section is on the outside that everything else is inside a building,

but it's somewhere outside, you have to cross like a bridge ...

with the street below and then you get to the other area, this place is very weird,

I love it

That's right, it's very cool, It's so weird which is in the middle of the city

It's like a fantasy world, so in a city

And look at this castle, I don't know but it reminds me a little bit of Disneyland Castle

Be?

Could it be a copy of Lesslie?

Be?

But this is really something impressive

And he has his own Micky Mouse, which is like a bear, is not it?

Isn't it a squirrel?

It's a squirrel!

Exactly, it's a squirrel

And here we see this species taking pictures to other different species that are called Korean girls

Stop recording

Polinesios this place not only has like its amusement park like that everything at

around is an area that is Lotte World, Lotte Hotel, Lotte Mall

And it has its bridge, see, it has its lake

We are now with the gentlemen at the table ...table

from some Korean table

This is a warrior knight

This is what is inside the castle

Come off it look that we find here, it's very strange

What we have here will say that stuck!

How much food because it is chicken and chips, but it is not so jammed because the bottom is a

drink

It's delicious, it's like, you have your food and your drink in one and you don't need to have

two dishes, there should be this in all sides

As you know Polynesians Rafa can't go up to any game and we're going

to go up one

I can't go up because they say that people with recent surgery can't get on that

can them drop your face

Exactly, I'm sorry, but the only thing we're going to give so that you survive while we

we are Up of the games are going to be 10 thousand Wons

That means it's 10 dollars, right? Karen?

You have to survive with that

Take Rafita I give you money

But you know it's what it didn't count Lesslie

What?

That here I have my card

Nooooooo!

Buy me something nice Rafa

Ok, some little ears of

Have, buy me something nice

Some ears of Mister Mouse or Squirrel I don't know what it's

From the little squirrel

Polinesios like Rafa can't climb, what what it was to do is go warm your hands

with some Asians who are there, look, Rafa already has a concurrence, name has a lot

success your new nose

We are already in the game

Oh I will not tie myself that, I have to tie here

It's going to start and you haven't tied yourself!

Go, go, go, I'm protected

Already, it started

Oh no ... no ... we're going to be dizzy a good...

No!

No!

No!

No!

Oh, mommmm!

No!

No!

No!!!!!!

No!!!!!

((Gasps))

No, I don't want anymore!

I don't want anymore!

I don't want anymore!

I went crazy, it's horrible, I do not know get on this

I saw Karen and Lesslie all disheveled, even though they had that plastic in front

of their faces

No, it's awful!

Awful!

Awful!

Awful!

Your nose would have fallen

What's wrong?

Are you really so strong?

If, not!

It's awful, I was really upset

I felt that I was going to fall in the water in any moment with the ducks

They are strong!

That is, if he is strong

I died, yes, if it's strong

It's good!

It's good!

Lesslie is already making faces that he wants to go down, that is, something that happens a lot

at least to us is that if we're going to get on!

and when we're up there it's like, why? What did I get on?

I don't know if you pass them Polinesios and if you pass them put it in the comments

to know if we are not the only ones who live this madness

Already!

It already started!

It already started!

No!

No!

They are spinning us!

Here is the park, and here is a lake and here is the park

We're here!

We're here!

No!

I'm dying!

I'm dying!

We arrived!

No!

No!

No!

Do not!

No!

Already!

No!

It's giving me something!

((Gasps))

Oh, mooommmm!

What is this?

What happened?

I became crazy!

Come Off It, I mean, I think they died there up my sisters

Karen and Lesslie are up and we are only walking bodies

Awful my ears are clogged, it's the most express game that I had seen in my life

I mean, it's like they go up and pum, they're already going down

Yes, that is, but he didn't count really, he didn't count from 8 to 1 and he didn't count, he let him fall like that

Awful

We enter another game

We just entered a game called

Comet Express, that is, an express comet

Wow!

So there are stairways in this game

So this game is under the earth, it's so rarely

Hopefully it's not extreme, right now we ask

Yes, if it's too hard I don't get on,

If not! I mean, you're going to bleed

But yes, it's soft I can climb

It reminds me of those in the Star Wars from Star Wars

Here is C-3PO Asian version

We already asked and the truth is strong game, so I'm not going to go up

Karen and Lesslie are going to stay here until the end, right?

Bye

Byeeeee!

See this! It's amazing!

See that!

It is awesome!

A space ship

What did you think of the game?

Oh no, I got very sick, many surprises true, it's good

No, yes, it's good that you did not enter

How good that I didn't enter?

My head hurts, and I got dizzy

Hey Rafa, you don't want a bit of adrenaline in your life?

A little bit?

Oh the truth is that yes, because I come to the park of amusements and all climb less I

Polinesios like Lesslie and I have already climbed many games and Rafa has not been able to climb,

we found a game where if can be and they are....

The flying chairs!

That isn't adrenaline

It's the most you can have of adrenaline

Oh, if they throw me there to the ugly park game

Let's see, the flying seats or that?

Very extreme

Surely nothing will happen to you there

So you don't want flying chairs?

No, he is not even happy people

We wanted to give him a fun but he did not want nothing, not even

As it is already being done at night and also It is very cold outside, and we

we put in the covered part that is inside of the building

And there are like many stores, there are people who they make you cartoons, there are ...

Do not!

Do not!

What happened?

Flower palette

Wow, how beautiful!

I have to have a

Is it ice really?

Wow, how beautiful!

Wow, these are very rare, what is that?

And there are the squirrels here in the park

Do you have to have Lesslie today?

No, only the rose

Have you seen what's on the roof?

There are some balloons that run throughout the park

A store called San José. Is it Latino?

It's the Latin zone of the squirrel, here it is

It's a souvenir shop

We just found something that impressed us a lot, it's this section of these little fish

Orange, it isn't he fish we all know because it has its two normal fins

What is this?

It is copyright

There is also her friend the turtle, but she is how annoying

And here is the official doll here

We come to an extreme Rafa activity, we have safety belts and everything so that no

let's fall

And it is.........!

Rafa is angry

This is not fun at all

They put a seat belt on me it is this?

This is very funny

You have to live it, it's pure adrenaline

My nose is falling

What are you watching?

The night show, and it's super weird, I do not understand what happens there

There is fire, it is burning!

What happens?

Well, fire came out suddenly

The Latin version has arrived, I want you to see this

What are we watching?

I love you

I love you with my being!

Friend, friend

Polinesios don't pass, right now we just see a show on stage that was like the

night show of the place right?

Very strange because he also had Westerners, I wanted to see Korean dance

Polinesios we have not eaten for breakfast anything since the morning, we have only eaten little things

of the park so it was time to eat

But we decided to come to a healthy place of a healthy restaurant and see this

What deliciousness!

it's rice

We lost Karen in our adventure

But we are going to eat

Look what we found, the taco zone and see here are the tortillas, here

You can put all that, there are nachos in case someone you crave or guacamole

Since I am a healthy person, not like Lesslie who made himself a taco of meat

Taco, of course!

I'm going to prepare a very good pasta, delicious

I can't believe it, Rafa you just lost of the best parade in Korea

How the best Parade in Korea?

For eating salad

No, no no no, I was here and suddenly Lesslie said "Somebody has to record this

to the Polinesios "and grabbed the camera and went and I looked out the window and saw how

there was lights or something, but I do not know what happened top What happened?

First I went out and suddenly I saw those little ships and I said: They are drones and suddenly I started

see like cars, at that time I did not think in coming back for you, sorry brother, I thought

in climbing very fast to the stairs and record everything for the Polynesians, there were some things

very unbelievable, all the cars looked like many lights of the future, in the end obviously

our dearest squirrel came out, everything was super amazing, he was like very father,

had a neon theme, that is, I was very cool

Like a Led?

Yes, neon led, because there were like many lights and the costumes shone a lot

And I also saw that there were fireworks

Yessss!!!

No, I died. How fireworks like that?

Is closed? How?

Suddenly I started to see an explosion of rockets and I said What's up with this?

No, you missed all that, my brother

We are already back together the whole family, Karen I do not know where she went to eat

I went to eat because you did not let me and I said good so I'm going to eat

Oh my God the victim

Do you guys think that this park looks like to Disney or not?

I believe that the man who built it said: I want to go back to Disney and since I was

so far he decided to make his own park of amusements

I also think that but that is if it is nice, it's entertaining if you like

many amusement parks and come to Korea is ... if it's entertaining

If he is a father or ...

If you have fun and also the mountains are cool, there are not many but if they are parents

Polinesios I hope you liked it a lot much this video and if so, give it a lot

a lot of love and see you in the next Goodbye

Bye Polinesios, I love Themmmmmm!
