in last video we discussed about the categories of the planet if you have not

checked that video I'll put a link into the description section as well as a

card in this video we are going to discuss about the polarities in the

planet we have nine planets but they work in pairs the balance of each

other's energy and what are those peers and how they balance their energy all

these and more coming up Namaste and welcome to Pramanik Astrology Channel

I'm your host Prasad Mahajani help you go further faster into Vedic Astrological

studies if you are new to my channel please consider subscribing you

will be getting vedic astrological videos just like this one today we are

going to talk about the polarities in the planets we have nine planets

they work in the pairs their significations and the energies balance

out each of them let's look at the pair's first what are the planets which

work in pairs and balance out each other's energy first pair is Sun and

Moon second is Mars and Venus third is Jupiter and Saturn

fourth is Rahu and Ketu these are the polarities of the planet which works as

a pair and balance of each other's energy okay and mercury has no polar

opposite to it so let's look at the first pair Sun and Moon Sun is yourself

ego some is dynamic main kind of energy whereas moon is passive and female

energy SUN is about the expression the creativity and sorry not 4th House moon

is about your privacy and it's about the not expression it is about the reception

it is about the risk Dimity okay son Ismail moon is female

Sony's King moon is Queen son his father moon his mother okay so this was the

first pair Sun and Moon let's move on to the next pair which is Mars and Venus

Mars is a male energy Venus is a female energy Mars is independent self-reliant

Venus is interdependent Venus believes in networking and relationships and more

fun nurturing Mars can do the sacrifice no sacrifice is more of a Saturn thing

once his once he is disciplined and once he decides to do the discipline action

he won't look at anything he simply keep on marching like a soldier and he's

ready to do the sacrifice he's ready to sacrifice

whereas Venus is more of nurturing it he likes to pamper himself so Venus is more

about luxuries whereas Mars is more about the discipline Mars is independent

Venus is interdependent Mars is self-reliant Venus is networking

and more relationship is more inclined toward relationships rather than being

self-reliant Mars is about the duty under disciplined action Venus is about

luxuries let's move on to the next pair which is Jupiter and Saturn Jupiter is

positive benefit extremely expansive planet which is about our higher purpose

believes spirituality what is Saturn Saturn is pessimistic is restricting is

more for materialistic planet and he does not believe anybody he

always doubts everybody okay so he's critical and Jupiter is

like a belief yes there will be a god and Saturn will be like please show me

the God otherwise I have to go to my work to keep working because work is

worship that's what Sutton says okay and Jupiter

is more of that spiritual and metaphysical higher purpose and that

belief that yes there will be some universal power which is going to

control everything and Sutton does not believe this

he's very critical he has that scientific approach he looks at things

as it is so it's really hard for him to believe in God or believe in

spirituality or any higher beliefs which might be which might exist he won't

believe that it exists he just believes in working he just keep on working

because he is very materialistic I need money and to earn money and work every

single day this is Saturn both of this work on a different plane and balance

out each other's energy Jupiter's expansive nature Jupiter's

positivity optimism is balanced out by the restricted pessimistic and critical

approach of Saturn

otherwise we will just be yes there is some superpower which is going to take

care of us which is true but you have a work you'll show up every single day

that's what is going to activate the Jupiter

once you have that belief once you have that conviction of the Saturn your

higher believer is going to go up and once you have that higher belief Saturn

allows you to do the sacrifice and it allows you to do things which are beyond

your understandings spiritual things have not returned on the stone they're

always very uncertain so it's very hard for Saturn to believe those you need to

have the expansive optimistic Jupiter to believe your purpose to believe in the

spirituality okay so this is very interesting pear and the positivity of

the Jupiter gives you everything in life and Saturn makes you realize that even

if you have got everything it means nothing

yeah I will go back to the soul where all where it all started from Sun okay

so now I will show you the real side be practical keep working that Saturn next

pair is Rahu and Ketu Rahu looks upward and k2 looks downward rotten amplifies

the things came to intensifies the things Rahu is materialistic k2 is

spiritual Rahu is the obsession Rahu is obsession k2 is letting go the things

Rahu means the things which we are supposed to follow in this lifetime the

placement of Rahu shows the area where we have to focus in this lifetime and

the placement of k2 shows us the things which we have already achieved in the

past life so we are not bothered about it so we are quite reluctant about it if

you have came through in certain houses you start believing that you are you

already know that those things the significance of those

how she are very comfortable with that because you have already achieved that

so what happens with this is do you have achieved that you start feeling

reluctant about it so the other person people won't

understand why he is not doing these things because it's about the k2 k2

looks inside k2 is very spiritual Rahu is very materialistic

Rahul looks outward and looks upward Rahu is about the external and k2 is

about the internal things in fact Rahu and Ketu are one graha there is one

story about Rahu and Ketu but we will talk about that story in the other video

that left us with only one planet that is mercury which has no polar opposites

but these four pairs are very interesting if you follow this we all

know Mars and Venus but if you follow Jupiter and Saturn if you follow the Sun

and Moon you know a lot of things you will know lot of things about the

planetary alignments now when you look at a chart now when you look at a chart

you will start looking at these planets with a different perspective you won't

be looking at it with the same perspective because if there is a

conjunction of Sun and Moon or if there is a conjunction of Jupiter and Mars so

you know these two planets and now these two planets that have come together and

another element is in which house they have come together these are these also

alters the prediction yes this was my analysis on the polarities of the

planets and how do the balance of each other's energy if you are new to my

channel please consider subscribing otherwise we will see you in the next

video love and peace whoa

ACTION SCENES - Terrible Writing Advice - Duration: 7:15.

This episode is sponsored by Skillshare.

The first 500 people to use the promo link in the description will get their first 2

months for 99¢

No time for cleverly written intro!

We need an action opening.

Context?

THERE'S NO TIME to get invested in characters or figure out who the good guys are bad guys

are or… have… any idea… what's going on at all.

But hey!

At least its better than an info dump.

Writing an action scene is really easy because - NO TIME FOR A WELL WRITTEN SEGUE!

Let's charge into the breach of writing action scenes!

After the initial burst of action, let things get quiet enough for the main characters to

form a plan!

Because the best time to make calm objective battle plans is in the middle of an adrenal

rush.

It's not like the enemy will bother to take advantage of our hero's distraction while

they are holding still and shouting, giving away their position.

What cunning battle plan will our heroes come up with?

Suppressing fire followed by a flanking maneuver?

A slow careful battle of attrition designed to wear down the enemy's resources?

Ha!

No.

They will exchange of few lines of witty banter before wading into the middle of crossfire

and beating up minions.

Leaving cover and charging through a hail of bullets is totally possible!

With plot armor.

Don't worry.

Contrary to popular belief, plot armor does not completely protect the heroes.

Plot armor does not protect the shoulder area from bullets nor does it protect the face

from minor scratches too shallow to mar the good looks of the protagonist.

Otherwise, our protagonist can survive nearly anything.

They can jump from one exploding high speed moving vehicle to another exploding, high

speed moving vehicle without even a sprained ankle.

Take that Newton and your stupid inertia!

And explosions are easy to dramatically walk away from!

Speculative fiction writers have it easy since they can just magic or tech their way out

of their protagonist's story stopping injuries.

Because otherwise our action story becomes a touching tale of physical therapy and slow

recovery after numerous surgeries.

We can't have our main characters get beat up because that gets in the way of the power

fantasy!

Pure power fantasy is the best way to approach action scenes.

Our heroes should bulldoze all competition with minimal effort along with that pesky

narrative tension.

Especially if they have super powers.

Be sure to avoid using a character's magic or superpowers in a clever way or tailor each

character's combat style to reflect their respective personalities.

Having a character use their abilities unconventionally and in distinctive ways to gain an advantage

undercuts how cool our main character is!

We want the fight to show off our protagonist's relentless strength, not reflect the dynamic

ebb and flow of combat.

Who would want to read about a struggle fought on the razor edge of death, each combatant

only a single tiny mistake away from their demise.

There is no way the audience could handle that much tension.

Also be careful not to cast the protagonist's death dealing prowess in a negative light.

The heroes' opponents should be treated like the soulless disposable fodder they are

just like in video games.

Also just like in video games, neither side should consider withdrawing from the fight

after loosing the advantage nor should anyone panic and run away!

Just keep pointlessly shooting at the superhero or monster.

I'm sure it will work eventually.

Writer's should also make sure to completely neglect terrain.

Terrain has nothing to do with action scenes, combat, strategy, or even chase scenes.

It's not like accounting for terrain will help set the scene or establish the spacial

location between characters.

Instead, we are better off confusing the reader by not keeping proper track of where characters

are.

We want to keep the reader off kilter that way they will just skim the action scene and

miss just how boring and mechanical the prose is.

No need to immerse the reader with concrete descriptions and evocative images that capture

the fear, violence, and excitement of conflict.

In truth, we are just adding an action scene in the middle of the book just to make sure

the reader doesn't nod off.

Movie script writers are required to insert an action scene mid movie since it is objective

fact that the average movie audience will not be able to sit through a whole film unless

there is at least one explosion every twenty minutes!

We all know that audiences never get tired of endless, repetitive and loud action scenes.

Does the action scene not fit within the context of the story?

Awesome!

A jarring out of place action scene will in no way cause the plot to come to screeching

halt until the action is resolved.

The exciting nature of action scenes means that they will always help pacing and can

never have the opposite effect.

Having the events of the action scene drive the plot forward is entirely unnecessary when

we can instead watch characters chase each other through expensive sets.

I spent a lot of effort creating that elaborate highway chase scene and by God I am going

show it off no matter how much it sidelines the plot.

Besides, if it's a movie, we already spent millions on the props and stunt work.

Can't let that go to waste.

Is the story nearing it's climax?

Better have the final action scene where we blow all of the budget on one final confrontation.

After building up tension for the enviable final battle between the hero and villain,

it's time to end this.

This epic fight needs to come to a screeching halt mid way through so the villain can monologue

about either how he is going to defeat the main hero, how the protagonist doesn't stand

a chance, or how the villain is merely a dark reflection of the hero because the symbolism

is so heavy even the characters are aware of it.

Unless it's anime, in which case our hero and villain will argue pseudo-philosophy during

their final confrontation.

After arguing, we can finally finish up our epic fight.

Nothing is going to derail the pacing of this final action scene because – oh wait!

The LOVE TRIANGLE!

We have to tie up our romantic loose ends.

I'm sure those nuclear warheads counting down to launch from orbital satellites can

wait long enough for the romantic interest's tearful confession and obligatory kiss.

Okay.

Can we finish off the villain now?

Oh, no wait!

We can't just kill the villain.

We need a one liner to punctuate the hero's victory before he punctuates the villain!

You can tell the one liner is effective when the audience collectively groans and rolls

their eyes.

Then the hero finishes off the villain for good, or at least until the sequel and the

day has been saved.

Now quick!

End the story before the collateral damage bill ruins the power fantasy!

Singing Vibrato Exercise - One Exercise to Get or Improve Vibrato - Duration: 5:42.

Here's one singing vibrato exercise that will help you get or improve your vibrato.

Hi, I'm Chuck Gilmore with Power To Sing.

It doesn't matter whether you were born with vibrato or not.

This exercise will help you get or improve your vibrato.

First for those who can't do vibrato at all start with a note that's comfortable

in your chest range.

For men I suggest E3.

Women start on A3.

For both men and women do the singing vibrato exercise like this: slowly sing the two pitches

by alternating between them.

Let me show you.

[Demo]

Don't do it fast at first.

Take your time.

Do them easy and relaxed, at medium loudness.

Make sure you're hitting each note on pitch.

If you have a keyboard to guide you, use it.

Next, after you can do this easily, do it a little faster.

Just a little faster.

Don't change anything else, just the speed.

[Demo]

Practice this until it's comfortable for you.

Now you're ready to go a little faster.

[Demo] Increase the speed only as fast as you're able to do it easily and correctly.

Don't get sloppy.

[Demo]

The last step is to transition from a walking speed so to speak, to a jogging speed.

It's not a big jump, but it is a different gate.

It feels like you don't go as high or as low with each note.

To me it feels like the difference between this and this.

It's done by going a little faster...as if I stopped walking and started slowly jogging.

If you've ever ridden a horse, as you begin to move faster you bounce uncomfortably on

the horse.

But as the horse goes into a gallop, it has a rhythm that feels natural and comfortable.

That's what this starts to feel like...natural and comfortable.

There's a balance and rhythm you feel in the oscillations.

Hold it out long enough that the vocal cords begin to accept this and memorizes the feeling.[demo]

A

common mistake when learning or refining vibrato is not sustaining it long enough.

[Demo] The vocal cords don't have time to memorize this new coordination.

You can take this same exercise and change vowels.

Do the same thing we've done on "oo" then try it on "oh".

[Demo]

You can change the pitches.

Do it higher, do it lower [Demo] .

Change the pitch while you are sustaining it, like this: [Demo]

Your vocal type is what your voice tends to do as you sing from chest to head voice.

Go to PowerToSing.com and take the vocal test, which I call the PowerTest.

Take the quiz and discover your vocal type.

Go to the Knowledge Center on the website and watch the videos about your vocal type.

Download the free exercises and start practicing them today.

Practice refining your vibrato with these exercises for your vocal type.

They'll help you improve rapidly.

For more singing vibrato exercises, be sure to watch Episode 60 which gives you 4 more

ways to get or improve your vibrato.

You can sing higher with beauty, confidence, power and vibrato!

I'll see you inside the next video.
