Chicken Fried Rice and more... - Duration: 7:41.

Hi friends! I am Nalini Malkani Welcome to my cooking show "Nalini Ki Rasoi"

Today I'm going to prepare Chicken Fried Rice from left over rice

Lets see the ingredients required to make Chicken Fried Rice from left over rice

1 bowl of leftover rice

200 grams boneless chicken cut in small pieces

1 egg

1 bowl of all three colored - red, green and yellow capsicums

1 finely chopped carrot

1 tablespoon finely chopped beans

1 bowl of finely chopped cabbage

Finely chopped spring onion bulbs

1 bowl finely chopped spring onion

1.5 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste

2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce

1 tablespoon of white vinegar

1.5 teaspoon of black pepper powder

1 teaspoon of red chilli sauce

1 tablespoon of cornstarch

Salt as per taste

Oil

To start with start by marinating the chicken

Take the chicken pieces in a large bowl. Add salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 spoon cornstarch, soy sauce and mix well

Once mixed well cover the bowl and let it marinate for 15 minutes

After marination start preparation to cook the chicken

Put some oil in a pan

Put the marinated chicken in the pan

Cover the pan for 5 minutes and let the chicken pieces get cooked

Once chicken is cooked well prepare a scrambled egg on the same pan

Add salt and black pepper and mix well

Once scrambled egg is ready prepare Chicken Fried Rice in the same pan

Put some oil into the pan

Add ginger garlic paste

Saute and cook the paste for 1 minute so that the rawness of ginger and garlic goes away

Add spring onions

French beans, carrots and saute for minute

Add cabbage, capsicums, chicken pieces, scrambled egg and rice

Mix well on high flame

Add salt as per taste, black pepper powder, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar and mix well

Add spring onions and cook on high flame for 2 minutes

Delicious Chicken Fried Rice is ready to serve

Lets see the ingredients required to make Oats And Sprouts Sandwich

1 bowl of oats

1 bowl of sprouts

1 bowl of gram flour

5 brown bread slices

3 finely chopped green chillies

1/2 teaspoon celery seeds

8-10 finely chopped curry leaves

1 small bowl of coriander leaves

1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

1 teaspoon chaat masala powder

1 teaspoon cumin seeds powder

1 teaspoon red chilli powder

Salt according to taste

Water

And oil

To start with grind the oats

Once grinded well remove the grounded oats

Next take sprouts and water in a mixer and grind well

Once sprouts is grounded well remove from blender

Take in a bowl some grounded oats, sprouts, refined wheat flour, salt as per taste, green chillies, curry leaves for flavoring, green coriander,

Red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, celery seeds powder,water and mix well

The batter should be neither too thin nor too fat

Once batter is ready start sandwich preparation

Cut the bread in any shape desired. Preferred shape is triangle

Dip the cut bread slices in the batter and put the slices on a pan for cooking

Put some oil around the dipped bread slices and cook till the bottom side of bread becomes brown

Turn the side after bottom side gets brown

Once its cooked from both sides remove from pan

Similarly make sandwiches of the remaining bread slices

Once all sandwiches are ready sprinkle some chaat masala on them

Yummy and healthy sandwiches are ready to serve!

Lets see the ingredients required to make Paneer Butter Masala

300 grams of cottage cheese

2 onions roughly chopped

3 tomatoes roughly chopped

12 cashew nuts

10 garlic buds

1 inch ginger roughly chopped

2 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon coriander cumin seeds powder

1 teaspoon powdered hot spices

1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves

2 teaspoons of cream

50 grams of butter

Salt as per taste

Water

To start with take in a pan some butter, onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, cashews and sauté well

Sauté till onions, garlic and tomatoes become soft

After the ingredients become soft put off the flame. Let the ingredients cool down and then grind them

Next make a smooth paste of it

Once smooth paste is ready take some butter in a pan

Quantity of butter is more as the very name suggests - Paneer Butter Masala

Add turmeric, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala with butter

Saute for 1 - 2 minutes so that the masalas gets cooked well

Add the prepared smooth paste in the pan

Add water to better the gravy's consistency

Cook the gravy for 5-10 minutes. Mix Well.

Add salt as per taste

Add cottage cheese cubes in the gravy

Cook the cottage cheese for 5-7 minutes with the gravy

Add dried fenugreek leaves

Paneer Butter Masala is almost ready

Add some cream to garnish Paneer Butter Masala

Delicious Paneer Butter Masala is now ready to serve

1MILLION DANCE STUDIO | MY EXPERIENCE - Duration: 12:31.

I should start

soo I am filming this video for the 100th time now

I already filmed a whole video about this topi

but then I realised that I forgot to mention so many important things

that's why I am filming this video again

and this is already my 5th try today lol

I am always forgetting something :(

but yeah.. Hello! I am Jenny!

Today I wanted to film my 1M Experience Video

My best friend and I, we went to South Korea in february for 10 days

and one of my goals was definitely to got to the 1M Dance Studio

which I did whoop whoop

and today I wanted to talk about it

how it was for me

how you can register

or how you sign up, how you can take a class and so on

Let's start!

if you catch me looking to my left, then it's because I have all my notes there

so I won't forget anything.. (still forgot some stuff)

but yeah..

before you can take a class

you have to go to the 4th floor of the 1M Dance Studio

the dance studio is devided in 2 floors; the 3rd and 4th

and on the 4th floor you can register yourself

if you haven't done it already

you go there and there is always someone who can speak english, if you're not able to speak korean

so you go there and just tell them, that you want to register

the first thing you have to do is fill in some information about yourself

they use an ipad for that

you fill in your name, phone number, email and so on

after that they will take a picture of you

bc later on, when you want to take a class

you'll have to type in your password and then your photo will show up

they're going to compare it to you and let you into the class

at the end

you have to sign a paper

which says that you are aware (or that you allow) that you could be shown in a video which can be seen on yt or instagram

after that you can buy coupons

I call them coupons but you actually don't get a physical copy of them lol

1 coupon = 1 class

1 class = 35.000won = 32$

my advice would be

if you know that you are going to take more than 1 class.. for example 4

then you should buy 4 coupons at once bc you'll get a discount

4 coupons = 120.000won = 110$

you can also buy more than 4 coupons at once

for example 8, 16 or even 32

these coupons are valid for 1 month only

so if you buy them on the 10th march they are valid until the 10th april

after you bought the coupons you can start taking a class yassss

you take any class you want

since I am a beginnder, I took a beginners class

also I know me.. It takes a long time for me to learn a new choreo lol

for beginners classes you have to go to the 3rd floor

that day I was a little bit late bc I had some problems to find the dance studio, but I was allowed to go in anyway

in front of the class there is going to be a woman with an ipad .. you have to type you password in

your photo will show up, they'll comapre it to you

and then you're ready to take a class

at the beginning of every class you are going to stretch together

after that it goes straight into the choreopraphy

the instructor will show the first 8 count

my first class was by Minyoung

and I really, really liked her class bc she just made sure that everyone really understood what she was teaching us

she was talking in korean the whole time but that was no problem bc she was showing the moves very clearly

she always went from left to right to make sure that everyone was keeping up

if you want to be more in the front of the class, you have to be there very early

bc of me being late, I was standing really far in the back, which made it difficult to me to see everything the instructor was showing

but as I said she was always making sure that everyone is able to keep up with her

the atmosphere in the class was really enjoyable

you didn't get the feeling of this being a competition or something

everyone was really nice

encouraging everyone

you just had the feeling of teamwork

you didn't have to worry about you embarassing yourself or something like that

and it's really understandable if you're not fast with picking up choreos

just bc it's a begnners class

so if you want to take a class which is more realxing

then I'd definitely recommend beginners classes

after you learned the whole choreo

the whole class will be devided randomly into groups

in minyoungs class we were devided into two groups

and in with your group you are going to kinda perfrom the choreo

everyone else is going to sit at the front and your group is going to perform in front of them

which was really challenging for me

just bc it takes some time for me to learn a choreo and I tend to mess up a lot lmao

but it's really not a big deal if you mess up or anything like that

bc you're not going to be the only one lol

as I said everyone is very nice and encouraging

and everyone is going to cheer you up

I messed up so many times lmao

but that's okay

as long as you don't stop and just continue with the rest of the choreo

just keep going

you can perform on your own

if she asks if someone wants to perform alone, just raise your hand

but if you are in a group, you can just look over to your right and try imitate what the rest is doing lol

just don't stop, keep going

it's really fun!

a lot of stuff I already said, which I am not going to translate again lol

but I have to say

although it was a beginners class

we were learning the choreo in a lowkey fast pace

it was probably just me being slow lol

but even for me it was doable

in between that class you'll have some breaks where you can take a sip of water

at the end of the class the instructor will pick some people who are going to "perform" with her

idk how she decides who's going to dance with her

she's just like "you,you and you" and then you're going to dance in front of the class together with the instructor

you are allowed to film inside of the class

you can just ask the person to your left or right if she or he can film you

it's a normal thing there

don't be scared to ask :)

at first I was like "who am I going to ask? I am by myself here"

" who would film for me" and so on

but it's naturally there

after the instructor danced with the people he or she chose the class will be over

when you're in the class time goes by sooo fast

you're in there for one hour and a half but it felt like 10 minutes

at the end you ask the instructor which song he used

even ask for a photo with the instructor

what I forgot to say

outside of the class you are NOT allowed t film

that's very important

and while being in class you are not allowed to go outside

go to the toilet beforehand

totally forgot some more infos

try to be there a little bit early before the class acutally starts

bc the classes are limited to 60 people

for beginners classes that's not really a problem

the 3 times I was there, there weren't that many people who wanted to take a beginners class

but after I got out of the beginners class and went upstairs to change my clothes

I took a look into other classes and they were definitely packed

soo if you want to take other classes than beginners class, make sure to be there a little bit earlier

bc you really don't want to stand at the end of the room, where you can't even see what the instructor is doing
