Hi everyone Justine Froelker here and it's Faith Wrestle Friday today we're

going to talk about Mark 4 literally right now one of my favorite chapters of

the Bible literally and there's multiple pieces to it that I'm going to talk

about so it's probably gonna be two videos but so today we're going to talk

about that scene shall we? let's get to it

alright Faith Wrestle Friday Mark 4 I mean there's so much in this when Jesus

talks about the parable of the sower Mark 4 verse 13 but then when you go

down to verse 18, "Still others are the seed tossed among the weeds and the

brambles. The word has reached them, but the things of this life -- the worries, the

drive for more and more, the desire for other things -- those things cluster around

and close and choke the life of God out of them until they cannot produce." [The Voice] I am

constantly it seems like saying the prayer, "Zoom out, zoom out Justine, zoom

out Justine", like because for me I'm that seed that is easily thrown amongst the

weeds and the brambles like I I feel like I have decent soil like I do the

work to allow the seed to grow and then my eyes get taken off the prize which is

just eternity with Jesus really and I get swept up in the things 'in' this world

I have to be 'in this world' but I get swept up in the 'of the world' like part

so like in The Voice translation in verse 19, Mark 19, Mark 4:19, "But the

things of this life -- the worries," oh my gosh, how often are you worrying? how much

am I worrying about like is my work gonna reach the people who need it the

most? is this ever going to grow? are my books

gonna sell? am I gonna have to go back to a nine-to-five job? are we gonna have to

sell the house? like worrying about what people think about me, like worrying about

how this new series is gonna be received, worrying about if I'm gonna lose

followers, like the worries of this world: worrying about my house, worrying about

my aging parents, like worry worry worry! "The drive for more and more,"

oh good lord do we even need to go there for me? I mean I am such a freakin doer

it's not even funny like I literally was messaging my soul-

sister, my Christ sister, my once surrogate, my chosen family, like

good lord, Michelle is going to be on an episode of

this one day but like and I was like, what if something is wrong with me? what

if I'm a bad person and all of these wants and these desires like I can't

ever turn it over to him like what if that's true what if the drive for more

and more and the desire for other things are always going to close and choke out

the life of God?! and of course she preached to me and ministered to my heart

because that's our humanness and it's probably a little bit of the enemy lying

to me and filling my head with lies and things like this but if you keep reading

verse 20, "But those last seeds -- those sown into good soil? Those people hear the

word, accept it, meditate on it, act on it, and bear fruit -- a crop 30, 60, or a

100 times larger than the farmer dropped to the earth." and my notes in

here, "in this world not of it," and I write, "HE is enough," but like take note of those

action words that are in the Bible like there in right there in verse 20,

"They 'hear' the word," we HEAR it we don't just read it we HEAR it, we receive it,

accept it is next, we receive it we accept it the truth is here yeah it's

old and shit I don't know how to make sense of most of it that's why I'm so

grateful that you're willing to wrestle with me through it but like also for all

of the other teachers that I have in my life to help me understand it I must

accept it, meditate on it. In service this last

weekend pastor Greg said he had heard from another pastor that like if you can

worry you can meditate on the word like you know how to worry you can med- like

that's such a good point like seriously meditate on the word but of course my

favorite is 'act on it' again He didn't make us robots 'act on it' how can I live

forth the word? how can I live forth his teachings? how can I love well? how can I

wrestle with honesty and trust and faith? how? what does that look like? and that

look - part of that is being willing to talk, have these conversations and be

ridiculed and judged and criticized for them, but 'act on it' and I'm gonna turn on

it to The Word and I know it will bear fruit - it may not be the fruit I want or

it sure as hell will not be in my timeline because I am super impatient most of my

patience was spent spending a year of my life in a body cast in high school I just

am NOT a super patient person it's one of my constant prayers so what worries

drive or desires are choking out the life of God in your life and how can you

hear the word, accept it, meditate and act on it? I don't know, I'll be here next

week doing all of the above and talking more about Mark 4 because dang this

chapter is my life right now

PGL Minor - Divoký východ [AFTERMOVIE] - Duration: 12:57.

I was ready to surprise this event.

It's an achievement itself to even attend it.

I, personally, really looked forward to it, especially after breaking our qualifier curse.

We managed to sneak our way through both open and closed qualifier to secure a spot in Minor.

It was a great achievement, our first attendance in a Minor.

So, our way started in open qualifier, with over 500 teams.

I just made that up.

In that open qualifier, we managed to gain a spot in closed qualifier.

Then, we managed to do the same in closed qualifier and gain a spot in Minor.

It was the biggest achievement for both me and my team.

I don't really care about it being a Czechoslovak team, simply it's the biggest achievement we've got and I think it will be even better.

The only thing that triggers me on this city is it's traffic.

It takes like an hour to get from one part to another, if not more.

Bucharest as a city... Really busy.

There are too many citizens.

Nothing we can do about it, however...

Drivers in here are insane.

When it comes to traffic, as an example... From PGL, it took 2 hours, instead of 10 minutes.

Crazy traffic in here.

Our accomodation, Sheraton Hotel, had 17 floors, with about 15 rooms in each floor.

We had number 512, so we were on the 5th floor.

Our room consisted of 2 large beds.

We had a big TV screen in front of those beds.

We used it to watch both demos of our opponents and films to relax.

I took a walk from our hotel to PGL studio.

I have a feeling that Bucharest is trying to look like a modern city, however it isn't like that.

There are still beautiful sights, there's a contrast between sights and modern buildings.

Modern metro, modern building in a center, however further away...

Not so much.

We played Train against Space Soldiers.

I take that on myself, I lost that match.

I should've played better, play as well as I do at home.

So, I take that loss on myself and I think that if I played better...

We would either defeat them or, atleast, it would be really close.

The result could be a lot different.

I think that will be easy because frozen has a problem with his hand, I don't know what happened, but it should be easy if he will play bad.

We played Cache first.

Cache is... It's a map in which we have a good T side, I think it was 8-7 halfway through.

I think there were some rounds we could've won and then it would look even better.

Then our CT side came... We don't know how to play that one on Cache. We picked up almost no rounds in there.

Mirage followed.

We tried to comeback.

I think it was 12-12, and... Simply bad timing.

Pride called some random tactic and that destroyed us.

Then we lost the match.

We all were pretty nervous.

Because of that, we made individual mistakes,

1v1 situations, aim situations, we didn't manage to keep our hands steady.

Usually we paid for individual mistakes and that Minor being our first bigger tournament.

There was a noticable stress.

The funniest thing during our stay was when I was standing with tecko in front of the hotel.

We were interupted by a lady that offered either massage or... Well, sex.

I denied her, I'm only 15.

That was it.

The best thing was after we already lost all the matches.

We spent our time together with Pride, against which we lost.

They are great people, so we went and sat down in the room together.

Basically, we were pranking people via landline.

We called pretty much anybody to come over to the reception and show their passport.

Did it go well?

Yes, it did.

It meant much to me to play on Minor.

Like pretty much everyone said, it was our biggest tournament yet.

I'm happy I could play against these tier 1 teams on the stage.

I think we played okay, it's just pity we didn't place well.

Minor is, for me personally, the biggest achievement when it comes to team play.

I'm really glad we managed to get here.

This will give us some real experience.

Minor was probably the biggest event we could play.

We are really glad to get here.

We tried to get to the Major, unfortunately it didn't work out.

We gained some new experience, I hope that next Minor, we'll place better.

The thing that I will carry from Minor will be the feeling that I managed to play and communicate with players from teams like EnvyUs, Optic.

I could only watch them on stream 2 years ago, and I was pretty jealous.

Well, 2018.

We would surely want to qualify to Minor again.

If that will go well, even Major.

I don't know if that's real, but, I think that if we play enough, I think in 2018 or 2019, we could theoretically talk about attendance on Major.

I hope to hit top 20 in the future.

We want to get to as many offline events as we can, Dreamhack, PGL and other.

I hope that will go well, we will do everything we can to do that.

In the future, we want to play as many qualifiers as we can, we will try to win everything we can.

I hope that we will manage to qualify to next Minor.

Major would be good too.

In 2018, we want to continue our journey into top 30, top 20 and try to compete with the best teams in the world.

About eXtatus, I know they are an upcoming team,

They have some good wins online, I know that they have good players like queztone, frozen.

Before this event, I think eXtatus was considered like a black horse.

I know them good, because we practice with them. They are good team on that level.

I expected them to win against Pride atleast,

But their group was very hard, Optic and Space Soldiers.

We had a talk between my matches, I said that they could qualify for the play-offs.

I think they can surprise Optic, Space Soldiers or teams like that very easily.

But, unfortunately, you guys didn't do it, but I think you have the potential to do it.

[Part Two] [第二話] The Truth About Japanese Ninja 外国人が知らない、忍者の話! - Duration: 10:55.

- [Micaela] In the last video, we visited

Odawara City in Kanagawa prefecture

to step into the world of Japanese ninja.

First, at Odawara Castle, we learned

that ninjas were not actually

violent assassins but clever spies

enlisted to spy on clans during the Sengoku period,

a time when Japan was broken up into small territories

at war with each other, and if that wasn't

surprising enough, I made a startling discovery

about the ninja's appearance as well.

Actual ninjas were actually more known

to blend into society by dressing really normally

so that they wouldn't stand out.

I wouldn't be a very good ninja

if everyone around me could look at me

and tell that I'm a ninja.

Okay, so if ninjas didn't dress in all black

running around, throwing stars

and assassinating their enemies, what did they do?

I headed to Nagano prefecture to find some answers.

So today, we're at the Ueda Castle remains,

in Nagano prefecture, and we're going to learn

about the history that this area has

with the mythical ninjas.

The Ueda Castle ruins are a monumental part

of Japanese history, especially during

the Sengoku period when it belonged

to the famous Sanada clan.

Despite its small size, it is considered

on of the strongest castles in Japan

during the Sengoku period, thanks to its clever

architecture and confusing layout.

It survived two major sieges,

first defeating an attack of 7,000 enemy soldiers

with only 2,000 soldiers of their own.

Both of these stories are inspiring tales

of the underdog beating the odds,

and it is said that this could not have been possible

without intense strategizing including

the use of Japanese spies, ninjas,

to gather information and foresee oncoming enemy attacks.

So it's possible that this is evidence

that they had an escape route here in the castle,

and they think that this is what the ninjas used

to get in and out without being noticed.

After visiting the castle, we decided to take a walk

down Yanagimachi Street, another remnant

of Japan's historical past.

These days, this picturesque area

has even been used as a set for movies.

The thing I love most about walking

down these streets is that it smells like wood.

Like it kind of has this wooden, old smell,

but it's like a nice smell, like a fragrant wood smell.

Sana, how nice to meet you.

Wow, seven?

So by now I think you're familiar with

every prefecture in Japan having its own specialty food,

and one of the foods that is special

in Nagano prefecture is soba.

There's tons of soba shops around here,

we've seen a few already today

and we decided that it would be the perfect place

to drop in and have lunch at.

At this soba restaurant, Onishi,

they're famous for using several different types of soba,

including sprouted grains, adding more nutritional value

to their meals than regular soba.

So because ninjas were such a secret species,

it has been really really hard

for historians to separate fact from fiction,

a lot of the information they can gather

from ninjas are from fictional old stories

and they kind of piece together information

that lines up with other information

from other authors or historians

during that time to figure out what actually happened.

So there's a lot of hearsay and there's a lot of unsurety,

mystery surrounding what ninjas actually did.

Ah.

Ah!

At the Ikenami Shotaro Sanada Taiheiki Kan,

an exhibition hall dedicated to a series of books

based on the Sengoku period, they even have

an entire section of the exhibition

dedicated to findings about the ninja.

We're about to enter a ninja cave.

It's actually very cool in here, very dark and cool.

Oh.

There's like animal noises.

In order to collect data on their targets,

they would disguise themselves as pharmacists,

peddlers, entertainers, farmers, anything

to get them to blend into their target society undetected.

Their missions would often take days,

and they would sometimes stake out hiding spots

in the homes of their targets,

this required patience and tons of self control

as one false move or sound could blow their cover entirely.

A ninja's training would revolve around

being swift, quiet, inconspicuous,

and most importantly, not leaving a trace

of their presence behind.

Hai.

So now we're heading up the winding road

into the mountains to a place that has

been historically linked to a ninja training ground

for the Sanada clan, which was the clan

that founded the castle where we just visited.

It's all connected.

It's all connected, and it's all starting

to make sense, which is really exciting.

Kakuma Keikoku, or the Kakuma Valley is said to be

the training ground of Sarutobi Sasuke

and his fellow Sanada ninjas.

At the entrance of the valley lies a single ryokan,

built around a natural iron-based hot spring,

it is said that this too was once used

by the Sanada ninja clan.

Oh my goodness.

(laughs) I did not bring the right boots for this.

I didn't realize we would be climbing up

icy death stairs but it is what it is.

There better be some real ninjas up there.

If I go up there and there's not a single ninja,

I'm gonna feel ripped off.

I did it.

We did it.

Although I doubt they had stairs

back in the Sengoku period, if this is really the place

where ninjas would train,

I can kind of understand how running up and down

these hills would increase their endurance.

There are said to be many caves in the Kakuma area,

but the one that houses the cave goddess,

Iwaya Kannon, is the biggest in the valley.

In the past, these areas were used

as mini-residences for those living in the mountains

but now it is home to spirits instead.

So we've heard stories, we've seen the costumes,

we've learned about fact and fiction,

but to actually come all the way up

into the mountains and walk that steep flight of stairs

and see this giant rock with a giant shrine inside it,

and actually be here and experience this

with my own two eyes and ears and runny nose,

it does start to feel like maybe

ninjas did exist after all, that they were really

as cool as we make them out to be,

even if they didn't look exactly the way

that we make them out to be.

To be honest, when I started this project,

I didn't know much about ninjas at all,

and I feel like now I'm really starting to get

actually genuinely interested as I learn more.

I'm really excited, the more I learn,

the more interested I am, and I can't wait

to find out more in Saga.

Oh the things I do,

the things the cameraman makes me do,

dress up like a ninja,

fight children,

play in the snow.

Next time, we're ditching the snow

and heading back to Kyushu

to Saga's ninja village to try to figure out

why Japan still celebrates the media-portrayed

image of a ninja even if it isn't factually correct.

Okay then today hulk and she-hulk go to dinosaurs zoo, here comes the bus, to the dinosaurs zoo get ready egg

Here's the loo it's so big there's penguins and lions and a gift shop that's so cool

let's open up this playmobil zoo

Wow there's so many parts

Wow this is ooh has so many parts let's build the zoo yay

Here are the stickers and first let's build the zoo entrance

This zoo door goes right here and then we have a revolving door let's put some stickers on it

all done now this door goes right here

Cool now people can come into the zoo now we'll connect a revolving door to the entrance gate

Now, we need to decorate the entrance

first we have a monkey she goes up here

And then we have a bear he goes on the top right here

next we have this cute blue penguin

And we have this orange tiger he's got all these stripes

he goes right here

in the last animal is the mighty mighty lion he goes on the very top and

Then we have a flag and here are the stickers let's put them on the flag and?

No, need one on the back

time for the penguin cool

Here's the water for the penguins, to swim and it goes right in the middle and now let's put on some grass and

These leaves go on the side and there's another one for the other side

these leaves have some flowers on top like that

look at how pretty they are

And here's the gate anyone has a picture of a penguin here so cool

and

Here are the penguins they look super cute they're white black and have orange fur and they sleep inside

They want to dive in the pool wow and there's all see these super cute penguin babies they also want to go for a swim

The polka family looks so happy whoa

hmm wow it's lions that means it's time to build the lions den

We have to put the gate on the rocks and then there's a stone wall that goes on it too one more to go

now let's build the lions gate

Well the lions are in the lions den now and then we have to put on the sign

time to build the gift shop the gift shop is white with a red roof

And it has all these flags that go around the road let's put them on guys whoa

Wow there's so many flags now let's put all these stickers

the gift shop has a computer these juice boxes little stuffed animals and postcards so cool

now people can buy all these awesome gifts

and there's also these cute balloons, how awesome there's a line balloon a penguin balloon, and a blue balloon cool

next we're gonna build the clock

And then we need to put on the needles to tell the time

right now it's 12 o'clock it's lunchtime

next animal is this really pretty pink hawk she has super pretty tail and it's a blue peacock

awesome next we have these little otters otters love to swim

Here, we have two little kids this little boy is a redhead and he is a really close seavers shirt

Huh, awesome and this little girl has a pink bow tilt and a pink shirt with a green backpack they've

Come to see animals and here's mommy and daddy daddy has blond hair and he's holding a camera?

he's gonna take lots of pictures and mommy is holding a bottle that mean there must be a baby and

Here's the baby he's so cute he's inside this green heart that's everyone's gonna drag

Him around and if they get tired here's a bench for them, to sit on and here's a tree for shade

the next animal is a pelican he's a white pelican that loves to eat fishies in here fishies

Penguins also love sea fishies too and then we have the zookeepers they were here to help clean and maintain the zoo and look

He's carrying a bunch of me where's lofty

He's carrying the meat for the lions to eat

lunch time

And when the larger dummy you take away the bones

This cute triceratops won't eat you and triceratops are really special because they have three horn that's so cool

i'm gonna show you the dinosaurs ooh gift shop and the new t-rex area

The students from the school field trip is here already i think the dinosaur truck is gonna be here any minute

We need to help the t-rex you're right we need to lift the truck back up so the t-rex can get out but

that was just the two of us that truck is really heavy

I have an idea today the hulk is at the zoo the hulk at the dinosaur zoo

Yes, the hawk is really strong he can help us lift the truck that's a great idea

You go get the hulk and i'll check on the dinosaur okay i'll do that?

right over here is the dinosaurs use gift shop you can buy dinosaur pictures dinosaur toys and even balloons

That's where we're gonna keep the new t-rex dinosaur

wow this is very big the t-rex must be a very big giant dinosaur help help

what's wrong the dinosaur delivery truck carrying the t-rex flipped over we're not strong enough to flip it back

Lets start with something different

with which we have talked about in the past, but we thought that it was a good idea, to talk a little more about this subject.

Have you ever experienced depersonalization ?

Depersonalization disorder is marked by periods

of feeling disconnected or detached from one's body and thoughts.

The disorder is sometimes described

as feeling like you are observing yourself from outside your body

or like being in a dream.

However, people with this disorder

do not lose contact with reality, they realize that things are not as they appear.

An episode of depersonalization

can last anywhere from a few minutes to many years.

Depersonalization also might be a symptom of other disorders

like certain personality disorders

seizure disorders, and certain other brain diseases.

Little is known about the causes of depersonalization disorder

but biological, psychological, and environmental factors

might play a role.

Like other dissociative disorders, depersonalization disorder often is triggered by intense stress

or a traumatic event

such as war, abuse, accidents, disasters, or extreme violence

that the person has experienced or witnessed.

Depersonalization can be a rare symptom

as we said, in several psychiatric disorders

and sometimes occurs after experiencing a dangerous situation.

Depersonalization as a separate disorder is quite rare

but it's plausible.

It's possible that some of you

may be experiencing this all your life but never realizing it.

Another common disorder that anyone can have in some extent

is OCD or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

It belongs to the anxiety disorders in which people

have recurring, unwanted thoughts

ideas or sensations (obsessions) that make them feel driven

to do something repetitively (compulsions). The repetitive behaviors

such as hand washing

checking on things, for example, if you closed the out door and be sure before you leave

or cleaning nonstop are some of the symptoms.

These can significantly interfere with a person's daily activities

and social interactions

You certainly do some of this things or some of all the other symptoms.

Obsessions are recurrent and persistent thoughts

impulses, or images that cause distressing emotions

such as anxiety or disgust. Many people with OCD

recognize that the thoughts, impulses, or images that they see

are a product of their mind and are excessive or unreasonable.

Yet these intrusive thoughts cannot be settled by logic or reasoning.

Most people with OCD try to ignore

or suppress such obsessions or offset them with some other thought or action.

Typical obsessions include excessive concerns about contamination

or fear that something will harm them

and the need for symmetry or exactness.

But let's move now in the main part of this video, schizophrenia.

Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder

in which people interpret reality abnormally.

Schizophrenia may result in some combination of hallucinations

extremely disordered thinking

and behavior that impairs daily functioning, and can be disabling.

If you know someone with schizophrenia

you probably want to know why they have it. The truth is, doctors

don't really know what causes this mental illness.

Researches show that it takes a combination of genetics

and your environment to trigger the disease.

Think of your genes as a blueprint for your body.

If there's a change to these instructions

it can sometimes increase your odds for developing diseases like schizophrenia.

Doctors don't think there's just one "schizophrenia gene."

Instead they think it takes many genetic changes

or mutations, to raise your chances of having the mental illness.

They do know that you're more likely to get schizophrenia

if someone in your family has it.

If it's a parent, brother, or sister

your chances go up by 10%.

If both of your parents have it, you have a 40% chance of getting it, too.

But some people with schizophrenia have no history of it in their family.

Let us tell you at this point that dealing with these people with this disorder

like monsters, makes their lives even harder.

What you have to do if you know a person with this disorder

is to stand by their side and help them in whatever way you can.

4 DODGE-ROLLS IN THE BASKET! - Splatoon 2 - Duration: 5:05.

Two brand new features today on Splatoon 2: a new map called Goby Arena

and a new weapon: the Dark Tetra Dualies,

and I'm going to show them both.

First, the Dark Tetra Dualies is of course a dualies type of weapon.

You have one gun in each hand, and you can shoot and dodge-roll...

But this specific design has its own features: you can now dodge-roll

up to four times in a row, AND you can keep on shooting while dodge-rolling.

28 damage points per shot are inflicted by this weapon, which is quite low,

and you need four shot to splat your enemies.

The rate of fire is not really fast, on the contrary, if you compare it to the Splat Dualies,

well, it's pretty slow, but it has a slightly longer range.

And the biggest flaw of this weapon is its precision actually, indeed, if you

compare the dualies gun sights, well, you can see that

they are wider here than any other dualies which makes it a less accurate weapon,

so that you must doge-roll if you want to have only one sight to shoot.

As I said, you can dodge-roll up to four times.

You can surprise your ennemies by doing so, and even try to splat them hand-to-hand

without seeing it coming.

With this weapon come the autobomb as the sub weapon weapon and the Splashdown as the ultimate weapon

These secondary weapons are fan favourites, so this weapon

may be played quite a lot online, actually, but

you know, time will tell.

As for the new map: the Goby Arena has been added on Splatoon 2 today,

and as it said its own name, you are fighting in an actual arena,

a basketball arena in fact, at the center of the map, you can see two basketball baskets, some scoreboards,

even bleachers. Well, everything on this map makes you feel like being

in a real basketball stadium, with a central area pretty big, actually,

but you have also large areas on both sides, with high spots in each camp,

this means some interesting moves are to happen on this map!

Now, we are going to make a test online of both the map and the weapon,

in Turf War, so that we can have a little insight of these new features,

the gameplay and the map layout.

Well, let's go! Cool, the Goby Arena the very first time!

We can see a huge electronic board at the center, with screens on it,

just like in a baseball arena, obviously.

Yeah, it was predictable, hmm, today, the Dark Tetra Dualies will be played a lot,

as you can see, the inking is actually quite bad with it, because its rate of fire is

really slow.

These are the main flaws of the weapon.

Let's say that it is more of a killing weapon rather than inking.

But, hey, let's try to make the most of it!

So here we have indeed the large central area, right here, and this block,

on top of which I am standing right now, is pretty essential for the team because it is kind of

the vital spawn area to defend.

Enough with the map, let's go splat some ennemies!

Ha! Well...

I You can run out of ink pretty easily with this weapon, I guess!

You have many areas you can't ink on this map, actually.

Well, yeah, doge-roll four times in a row is really convenient if you want to surprise your long range ennemies,

especially this rapid blaster. In fact, I suspect this blaster player to play it

with the unique purpose of splatting every Dark Tetra Dualies.

Well, that feature is interesting: we have to be a squid in order to

go through this grid.

I think we didn't have this kind of obstacle right at the center

of Splatoon arenas.

Ha! I should have use Splashdown!

It is really convenient if you want to make your way in discritely, or to rush on your ennemy,

but once you are there, you are stuck, because you have to keep in mind that

once you dodge-rolled, you are temporarily unable to move, so you're stuck in you ennemies' ink, you have to be careful.

As for killing, you can see that the weapon is suitable for it,

I think it is quite a slow weapon, but maybe you just need an adaptation period

a little longer than any other dualies, especially because of those two flaws:

the bad inking of the turf, and the slow rate of fire, but this video

enabled you to see the features of this weapon.
